My 2004 Ford Taurus was still running great, but it had 165,000 miles on it, prompting me to start looking at new Fords while waiting for an oil change at Haley Ford. That's when I met Shawn Adkins. He took time to listen to my desires, show me vehicles that met my needs, explain the new car features, and answer all my questions (and I had a lot of them). I later returned for a test drive and subsequently bought a new 2014 Fusion. Shawn's professional manner, patience, knowledge of his product, and caring attitude made me comfortable with the entire buying process. Haley Ford has been my choice for regular vehicle maintenance for several years, and their personnel have always provided friendly and efficient service. If you're looking to buy a vehicle or just maintain your old one, you can't go wrong with Shawn Adkins and Haley Ford!

This was my first time buying a car and I needed to buy one quickly. When I pulled up one the salesman, Shawn Adkins immediately came out to greet me. I told him that I was interested in the Ford Focus and my price range. He was very helpful, showed me every type of car he thought I might like and let me test drive a few cars. He wasn't pushy, in fact no one in the dealership was. They helped me find the perfect car for me (a 2012 Ford Focus), at a reasonable price within a few days. I would recommend this location to anyone

I wish I had went here first when shopping for my new Fusion, Dave and the guys at Haley Ford were open and honest and made the entire sales and delivery process easy. I had gone to the big dealers in Richmond and at both places the price I was quoted online went up considerably when I got to the dealership because I didnt qualify for this or that rebate that they had included in the price and they have to add back in the freight (why they take it out in the first place is beyond me as its on the window sticker). No matter where you are in town go see the guys at Haley if you want to be treated right!

Shawn listened to exactly what I expressed my needs were from vehicle type to pricing. The first vehicle he showed me fit my needs at the price I wanted with additional features.I felt no pressure and the financing was very easy. I looked around at all other Ford dealers in the area and I am so glad I found and chose Haley ford. Everyone there worked as a team and were all very friendly and very helpful. Dave Hemmings is the salesman that sold me my 2013 Fusion and he made the process very simple and easy to understand. He took his time and worked hard getting my the best deal. John Olson was also very helpful and assisted with my awesome sales experience.I highly recommend Dave, John and Haley ford as they are the best of the best! I went to Haley Ford to do price comparison and check out their inventory. I already had in mind what I wanted, but was not in a rush to make a purchase. I arrived after 7 pm and did not know the dealership was scheduled to close at 8 pm.Then I met Shawn Adkins, who was extremely pleasant, patient, professional, and knowledgeable in answering all questions. I had expected things to be different because of the time and past experiences with salespersons. I told him I would be back to test drive a vehicle on the following day, so he set me up with another associate, since he was scheduled to be off. (Never had anyone to do this in the past.) The team approach made me want to come back. I did and Shawn got me into a new Ford Edge without a big hassle. He let me know that he would be calling to check out my experience post purchase as well as letting me know he is available for any questions I may have concerning the vehicle. I want to thank Shawn, Mike, and all the other associates that made my purchase experience so great. They made me feel like a friend or family, not just another customer.

I went to talk to the dealer, LeDonte was my sales person, in the past Wallace Lewis was my sales person on my other two focus's. I told Donta that he had big shoes to fill and he done just that and more! we went over a few numbers that I can be comfort with. My husband and I were in the market for a used vehicle and it seems as though we had searched the entire state or Virginia to find the right one. We were not the easiest customers; however, Issac Ketchum, our sales representative was incredibly patient with us and, in my opinion, went above and beyond to secure the sale. Along with that, he followed up with a phone call several weeks after the sale to ensure we were satisfied with our new purchase. Jermaine Dunn was flexable and understandig as he worked with us as we secured our funding from my banking institution in Wisconsin (Go Packers!). I can not thank them enough for all everything they did to assist us in purchasing the vehicle we wanted at a price we could afford.

They were amazing!!! I don't have the best credit so when I went in I completely expected for them to tell me within 5 minutes "nope, sorry we can't help you", but this was not the case by far! It took a little time but I drove off the lot with my brand new Ford Fiesta (that only had 7 miles :) ) My husband and I worked with several employees and each of them treated us professionally and made us feel welcomed and appreciated! Even if I wouldn't have been able to get a car I would have still considered our trip worth it for the good company and many laughs while waiting around. I give them 5 stars!!!! I went to Haley Ford on Saturday, June 7, 2014, with the intention of "just looking" at the 2014 Ford Escape. Didn't take me long to become a "buyer". Isaac Ketchum, the sales rep, was very knowledgeable about the Escape and answered my many questions with patience and great customer service. Will Zerull, the new car manager, was also very kind and between the two, made my purchase a very easy and enjoyable experience. I'm a happy Haley Ford customers!!

Shawn Adkins was very patient with me and explained all the paper in detail so I could understand. With his help I was able to get away from Drivetime's high interest rate & three times the value of the car's worth I purchased from them. No more major breakdowns, nore major fixes everytime I get the car inspected, no more outrageous fees becuase your're a day late, or call multiple times a day because you set up from your bank to make the payments instead of using their online service that has a fee for every little thing. Shawn is my hero for getting me away from Drivetime. Thank you Shawn so much for selling my 2014 Ford Focus to me! May God richly bless you in all you do and the lives you touch!!!

My husband and I came to Haley Ford to look at a Mustang because a friend recommended it. We were greeted as soon as we got out of the car by Wayne. He was friendly and not pushy; offered for us to take the Mustang for a drive. We liked the car but didn't make a commitment to Wayne at that point. We had questions about an Explorer also. Wayne showed us 3 Explorers, each being a little different. Wayne answered all of our questions with patience and a good knowledge of the vehicles. My husband and I decided to buy the Mustang and the Explorer! Wayne introduced us to Will (super nice!) and between those 2 guys the paperwork was a breeze. Then we met Jermaine and he was also friendly and efficient. Wayne and Will familiarized us with the electronics and by this time we felt like they were family. Great people make a great dealership.

I purchased a new vehicle from Haley in March of 2010. Loved the expereince and the vehicle. Walked around the lot (HASSLE FREE!) while taking my 2010 to get serviced. Found a 2013 model still on the lot in March of 2014, fell in love, found my salesman (Wayne Richardson) from my first purchase and bought the 2013 that week! Haley truly is the epitome of customer service. I took my 2010 there for every service and also took it to the collision center there when my vehicle was in an accident. Everyone is a pleasure to work with. Haley truly exceeds my expectations!

This was my first experience buying a truck on my own. I am 20 years old and was very excited about buying my first vehicle all on my own. I live in Colonial Heights and i went to Cross Roads Ford because it was closer to my house. I found a truck that I liked, the salesman took my information and was suppose to call me back and I never received a call back. After not receiving a call back I decided to go to Haley Ford. As soon as i pulled into the lot I was greeted by a very nice salesmen, Shawn Adkins. He didn't judge be based off of my age, he showed me the vehicle inside and out and we went on a test drive. From that point on, he put every effort into helping me purchase this vehicle. Its the best and nicest truck I've ever had. I'm so grateful for salesmen like Shawn. They even detailed my truck inside and out for free. I look forward to doing business with them again. They made my car buying experience one to remember. I'll definitely be a customer for life.

I was looking around for a van that would fill the special needs my Family has. I usually dread the car buying experience because of past dealings with salesman that were pushy or impatient. I originally thought a Dodge Caravan would probably be the best choice. I did visit one Dealership that had such a van. It was not a pleasant experience! Even though I was tired of all the running around, I decided to visit Haley Ford.I arrived and was immediately greeted with a very friendly, "welcome to Haley Ford". The Salesman introduced himself as Shawn and asked my name. I told Him I was in the market for a Dodge van. Shawn invited me to come in for a moment and rest a bit and asked me why a van? He asked about my Families needs, our budget and from there stated the Dodge van was a great vehicle, but for my Family He wanted me to consider the Transconnect.Shawn pointed out all the features. I loved the fact that it has so much head room! He showed me the difference in gas mileage over the Caravan. I told Him earlier that this was a definite concern of mine! I felt like He and Haley listened to my needs and found the perfect vehicle for me! I really was not in the market to buy a car at the run punched this one... How ever with the snow that we had messed my truck up and I had no chose but to start looking... I started out with another dealership, but the sales person and he was very rude and it changed my mind in getting a car from him... After getting approved I chose to go to the sister dealership and I bumped into Sean Johnson and I explained what went on and he asked me to give him 24 hrs or less and he will work it out... He did and I walked away with a 2012 crysler 200 he took his time I felt bad that I took up most if his day but he made me very happy... I have dealt with Mr. Johnson 10 years ago when I purchased my Drago from him when he worked at another dealer ship...he is GRRRRRRATE..#INMYTONEYTHETIGERVOICE...

This is the second time purchasing from Haley Ford and they are like a fine wine. It just continues to get better with time. Wayne & Sean were very delightful salesmen to work with. The sales manager William was great to work with when it came to getting us in a new car at the right price. By the way the ford fusion hybrid is an amazing car. My wife and I are loving it so far. I can't say enough about this new experience with Haley ford and highly recommend them.

This was my first experience with Haley Ford and it was excellent!!! LeDonte Johnson was my salesman and he was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and everything I wanted he got me at a very reasonable price. I've purchased many cars over the years but this was the first time anyone has ever gone over the books and all the features inside the vehicle with me. He even synced my phone for me before leaving. He answered any and all questions I had on the vehicle and I never felt rushed, like all he wanted was the sale. We had an unexpected issue with the car when I went to leave, that's when I met Paul. He resolved the issue in a timely manner and got me on my way. I also met Jeff while there, and again another wonderful person. I would recommend Haley Ford to al my family and friends. I called ahead of time to verify that a vehicle was still available, made sure that Mr. Stein knew EXACTLY what I wanted, down to the exact dollar amount before I drove TWO HOURS to see the truck. (four hour round trip, plus another hour and a half trying to figure out what was going on) On the phone I was told several things, like that he would make sure the monthly payment was withing my budget (which I told him on the phone what that was), the price he told was wrong, when we got there it was 10K MORE than what was quoted to me on the phone, then had the nerve to tell me "well why not finance for 84 months...I did." No sir, what was never part of the deal. Overall this is by far the WORST experience I have ever had with any dealership. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I went into Haley Ford with the notion I was not going to by a car because I had a deal on a Saturn Aura at another dealership on the other side of town. Once I went on the lot and looked at the vehicles, a Nissan Altima pulled up and LaDonta and I looked in the sticker and noticed the car was practically brand new with only 3000 miles on it. I also noticed the custom runner lights along the door which I fell in love with after that I was sold. LaDonta promised to get me a good deal and he followed through so needless to say I'm very appreciative.

I had a very good buying experience with William Stone at Haley Ford. He took the time to make sure I was buying the car I was looking for. The used truck I purchased was exactly what I was looking for and well below KBB value. They gave me a fair trade for my vehicle as well. They took the extra time to make sure my new used truck was immaculate when leaving. I would reccomend Haley Ford because you can look online from any of the Haley dealers to find what you are looking for then bring the car to Haley Ford for purchase. Haley Ford is near my residence so any issues or service can be done close to home. Go see William for your next vehcile, you won't be dissapointed.

This was by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. From the second I walked in on the lot I was greeted by BAM BAM Rodriguez. He showed great interest in helping me. He definitely showed great admiration for the Ford vehicles and the Ford Motor Company as a whole. Due to scheduling conflicts I was handed over to Mike Smith and instantly connected with him. Mike showed great interest in who I was as much as he was interested in getting me a great deal. He worked with me and gave me the opportunity to show what I wanted. Once we were on the same page financial wise we found a great vehicle. Once the vehicle arrived from North Carolina and I was called to finalize the purchase as soon as I pulled onto the lot I was instantly excited to see her sitting there in all of her glory. The second I was able to get inside and start her up it was awesome. I am so thankful to both Mike and Bam-Bam for all there help, humor, conversation, interests, dedication to ensuring my complete and total satisfaction. Its employees like the two of them that will keep me excited about making my future purchases with them at Haley Ford. Without question these two gentleman set the standard pretty high. I know thy will not be around forever but I know when I need something they will be the first ones I will ask for. I also want to extend my many thanks and appreciation to Gregory Snyder. He was the man in the end. Got me financed perfectly and ensured I had all the coverage necessary. The most impressive part of this particular buying experience was that neither one of them (Mike, Bam-Bam, or Gregory) made me feel like a number. I know their jobs are to sale. But they were straight to the point and fair. They didn't prejudge me or assume anything about me. They all truly made my experience with Haley Ford memorable. I purchased a new Ford truck yesterday at Haley Ford. I usually do not write reviews like this, but I truly overwhelmed by the great service I encountered. Billy Stone and Will Zerull were knowledgeable, helpful, and very patient. I did not know if I wanted a new or used truck, and they did not pressure me in any way on my choice. However, they answered all my questions and made sure I was very comfortable with my choice. It felt like I was dealing with friends instead of car salesmen. Even today I am 100 percent sure I made the right choice, and Billy and Will are a big reason for that. This was by far the best car buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to having them work for me again.

Hello, I am Velencia Bullock. I initially had an appointment with Haley Ford on 08/28/2013 to diagnose a ticking noise that had gotten louder since I purchased the car from Haley Buick in Richmond in August of 2012. I asked my best friend to inquire about a "used car sheet" while I was waiting, as I was interested in possibly purchasing another car that would be less evasive on gas then my present Expedition. That is when Mr. JC Thompson walked into the service area where I was waiting and politely introduced himself to me and my friends and offered to show us around the used car lot as well as the new car lot to explore my option. As a social science major, I immediately began conducting an assessment of Mr. Thompson through various questions,his ability to speak knowledgeably about the vehicles they sale at Haley's, and eagerness to explore options that might allow incentives to sway my decision on purchasing a new car versus a used car. My impression is that JC was a person of integrity, honor, and pride. Many sales people such as the ones at Haley's Buick on Midlothian Turnpike, will tell you anything to sale a vehicle to you even when it has known defects, but Mr. JC Thompson is quite a reputable sales person and I for one appreciate all the time and energy that he put into assisting me. Although I was unable to decide on purchasing a vehicle today, when I do purchase that next vehicle (real soon) I will be requesting no one other than JC Thompson. Through this event, I also learned that Mr. Thompson served our country and I commend him and thank him for his service in which insured the safety of myself and other American citizens but I truly thank am thankful for his service at Haley's Ford today because I can honestly say that I have finally met a sales person with integrity beyond reproach. Thank you JC and I hope Haley's Ford know that they have an awesome employee worth holding on to!! You will see me again.

I bought a 2013 Mustang in 2012 from this dealer and was extremely pleased. On 8/20/13 I traded that Mustang and bought a 2013 Ford Fusion from Haley Ford and was again VERY PLEASED... It's very rare when you leave a car dealer and feel like you got a good deal but that is always how we feel when we buy from this dealer. Not to mention that we wanted specific options with a specific color/interior which made pickings very slim. Will, which works at the front managers desk was AWESOME, he worked 6.5 hrs searching for the car we wanted and ultimately got it for us. Greg, the sales manager, was the finance guy who we signed with on the first car we bought from them and since we were very comfortable with him, he took us to his old office and did our finance paperwork as well. Even the General Manager talked with us and said that if we did not get what we wanted, come talk to him. ( how often does that happen?) I left this dealer with the exact car I wanted, exact color and interior, all the options I wanted and the payment right where I told them when I started. My salesmen, Mike Smith was GREAT. He took care of everything for us. We did nothing but drive off. I will be buying my daughter a car in the very near future and I CAN ASSURE YOU, I will buy from the guys at Haley Ford for the third time. They are Wonderful!!!!!

The customer service at Haley Ford is excellent. This was my first time buying a vehicle on my own; I didn't know what I wanted to be exact. The salesman, La Donta Johnson was very helpful. He helped me find the perfect car for my family. Not only was he an excellent salesman, he was very knowledgeable of all vehicles as well. Even though I took a while to make a decision, he was very patient. I recommend Haley Ford because the staff is superior.

I was impressed with how hard everyone worked to get me in a new car, actually a 2012 that fit my budget. I absolutely love it and in less than a month I have already driven 4000 miles. I am new to the area and stopped by Haley Ford on a Sunday. JC met me and I explained to him that I needed service on my Ford Edge. He took my name and number and told me he would set up an appointment for me. He called me on Monday and had made an appointment for that afternoon. When I arrived, JC met me and introduced me to Paul. Haley serviced my car and had me back on the road in no time at all. I have never had a salesman help with a service matter. I think this is great.

We were travelling from VA to MD with a truck that had been purchased just 10 days previously and broke down along Route 85 in VA, on our way home from vacation. After calling a dealer closer to our location and being told that we could not be seen until the following Monday, we were elated to find out that Haley Ford would be ready for us when we arrived. The entire Service Dept. went out of their way to work with us to get us back on the road. I recommend this Dealer for everything! I know that is where we are headed for our next vehicle. I just bought the third of four cars my husband and I have purchased from Haley Ford (Jefferson Davis Highway). Sales staff (Robert Stein, in particular) is so friendly and absolutely no pressure. Finance manager, Greg, couldn't be nicer or kinder. Service center staff (Judith, in particular) will continue to work until any issue is resolved to the customer's expectations. They all treat all customers the same, regardless of the customer's credit score and they bend over backwards to find you a car and a great deal. I wouldn't shop anywhere else and I always recommend them to everyone I know who is shopping for a car.

Called and spoke with Wayne on Friday April 26, 2013 about a 2009 Ford F150 King Ranch listed in the paper for 26,999.Wayne looked over the trucks info and gave me the mileage which wasn't listed. My wife and I visited the dealership on Saturday April 27, inspected and test drove the vehicle. I was prepared to buy the vehicle and asked what the best price is they could do for me if I wrote them a check. Wayne stepped away and spoke to the manager on duty and brought a signed piece of paper with a bottom line price of $ 29,999. Which is $ 3,000 more than what was listed in the paper. I mentioned nothing of the paper because I didn't want to deal with anyone who was going to lie to me. I left and called the General Manager Brian Johnson on Monday. He said he would get right back to me and never did. Instead I got a call from Chris 6 hours later and he said that the newspaper made an error. Wow, for at least the last five days its been a error? Yeah right. Don't do and business with these people they are criminals.

I took my 2007 car in for an inspection. I was told there was approximately $2,000 worth of work that needed to be done for my car to pass. I thought this was wrong, as I was not having problems with the car. I got a second opinion from another reputable mechanic, and was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. Haley was even trying to "repair" a part that I did not have on this car and saying I couldn't pass inspection without it. I bought this car new from Haley Ford. When I bought it I was told I had free inspections for life. I had been very pleased with them until this point. It seems as though they give you free inspections for a few years, and then attempt to rip you off to cover the cost. Although I have been happy with the body shop and the sales department in the past, I will never do business, nor recommend, Haley Ford again.

the service at this dealership is very good. everyone is very helpful and they are extremely friendly. Billy Stone is the man! I talked to him on the phone about a change of price that probably occurred on one the vehicles that was posted online. he offered to sell me the car at the price it was originally posted at and he keeps his word. I was very close to lose the car because someone else was test driving it and was about to make a deal. But as I work to the door billy took care of everything for me because we already had a deal and i was ready to buy.

There was not the typical tug of war and actually made it happen on the first request. I was offered a very fair price for my trade in and when they did not have the color I wanted, they went out of their way and located it and had it there the very next day. When I picked it up it was immaculately cleaned and even had a full tank of fuel. - What more could you ask for in a dealership

It was time to replace my venerable Saturn Vue. Since GM shuttered Saturn I started looking to see what other brands had to offer. After a fair bit of research, I narrowed my search to Ford and Toyota and specifically the Escape and the RAV4. When I decided it was time to 'pull the trigger' on buying a new vehicle I visited a dealership for both. My visit to Haley Ford was very pleasant and a great buying experience. In fact the buying experience there was as close to the experience at Saturn which was one thing that I really liked about Saturn. Mr. Stein was very professional and friendly. After listening to which vehicle line was interested in, what my preferences were and what needs I had to satisify. (I am handicapped, so need specific options so my handcontrols will work.) He very quickly found some that met the criteria, so my only really 'difficult' choice was which color to choose. He also was very helpful in assiting me coordinate getting both my old and new vehicle to the shop where my handcontrols were transfered. The dealerships follow up after the purchase was great and the service department has been stellar when I have returned for my first maintenance visits. I will/would definitely returnt to Haley for future sevice and vehicle buying needs. It is refreshing to find a business these days that make you feel that you and your business are appreciated

I had the absolute worst experience of my life at this dealership. They are sneaky and dishonest. WILL NEVER purchase from them again! We negotiated one price over an eight hour period. The price we negotiated was not the price on the final contract! I have also been mistreated by the service department of this dealership.

I had bought a 2010 explorer from Haley, but I needed a lower payment. I called George and explained my situation. He told me to come on in and he would see what he could do for me. With rebates and the 2010 explorer as a trade in I was able to get a 2011 ranger and the payment I needed. I never once felt like I was being given a "sales pitch" or that I was being pressured into buying a car. This is easy. I was looking for 2011 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor and I couldn't find one in the greater NCR region of northern VA. When we called Chad he seemingly dropped what he was doing and began the search in earnest. He found one in hours, had it delivered and we drove the 3 hours to the dealership the next day to get it. He was outstanding and the truck is amazing. Nice job of customer service from guys who had nothing more than my word that I'd come down and buy the truck.

Will was super-helpful and completely friendly. I've never dealt with a dealer before because of all the horror stories about pressure tactics and other nonsense, but Will made us feel at ease and helped us pick two cars we are completely happy with! No pressure, but also very efficient and patient with us. The only thing that could be better was price--but for a dealer, the price was really quite fair.

Never did business with them till this week. Jumped on their oil change special. They explained some other problems with my chevy. Trany leak, brakes worn, etc. I will fix some olther time but the tech was courteous and easy to talk to. I would recommend Haley Ford.

To start with I hate car shopping! When I bought my last car 4 years ago it was painful! A friend said I will go with you - it is more fun to shop for a car with someone. I thought she was a little nuts but I took her up on it and we set off to explore the 3 cars I had narrowed my internet search down to. Stop 1 was unbelievable - salesman wasn't interested in selling me a car. Stop 2 is still hounding me and when he couldn't convince me to buy a new car he had his boss call me. Stop 3 was Haley Ford. I was quite impress by Ben's friendly laid back manner. He wasn't lazy like the first guy - no, he didn't have the car I thought I wanted but he said give me 30 minutes and I'll go get it for you. Saturday night almost dinner time and I was willing to come back on Monday but no he went and got it. It was exactly what I wanted and I like it more each time I drive it. Everything about the transaction from that point on was professional and friendly......not painful at all. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! I'm still finding it hard to believe after my other car shopping experiences!

After looking at three other manufacturers and at other local Ford dealerships, the pricing here was the best. Haley sold us our last new vehicle, so we already know the maintenance/service is great. Since coming to Haley Ford in 2007, I found very family oriented dealership. I have been made comfortable and important through the years with Haley Ford. I am satisfied with my mechanic Steve Mayo,and everyone in the service department (Paul, Jim, Tracy, Crewes, and the ladies at the cashier desk. I went to Haley Ford with my son who was looking to purchase his very first vehicle ever. Prior to going to the dealership I had completed a credit application online through Ford Motor Credit and was informed that more information was needed before being approved through them. We then went directly to the dealership that we were referred to as being the nearest to our location. Mr. Williams was the Sales Associate who assisted us and he went out of his way to help my son get financed. I will definitely return to Haley's Ford the next time I wish to buy a car.

This was the BEST dealership ive ever worked with, BY FAR! Robert Stein bent over backwards to get us into the truck of our dreams. The staff as a whole was amazing!It was easy, comfortable, and friendly. Robert kept in constant contact with me through the phone to update me as to what he was doing to get us into a truck. The employees at Haley Ford are extremely helpful. Not only did they help me in the purchase of my two new vehicles, but they have continued to assist me even afterwards. Even three weeks after purchasing my car, I did not completely understand the SYNC feature in my vehicle and they took the time to sit with me in my car and go through it step by step. I had questions about maintenance on my car and options for air versus nitro for my tires and they explained all of it and the benefits of each. Every time I have walked into this dealership I have been welcomed by everyone. I will definately return to this shop for all my maintenance, as well as purchasing in the future
