Hit a deer days before Christmas and the team at the Graff Body shop had me back on the road 2 day after Christmas. Stephanie Rinaldi was FANTASTIC. the last time I had service done I had very bad experience a few years ago. so this time around I contacted my sales person Geoff Gordon and he went out of his way to make sure this time round was a pleasure even went out of his way to make sure I had a rental while my car was in for the repairs .kody the service rep made sure everything was written down what was wrong with the vehicle and after it was fixed made sure everything was good to go even went out of his way to ring the sales rep Geoff telling him everything was done. A great pleasure to do business at Hank Graff this is the 3rd vehicle I have bought there I am considering going there for my truck getting new tires and alignment if the price is right in the near future

Not Impressed at all. Sent my daughter there to take care of a coolant leak. She noticed coolant on the ground in the snow and advised Scott (Service Manager) of this. Scott verbally told her they found a leaky hose. He also recommended a full flush. Her not knowing what she truly needed just wanted heat and her car back on the road and agreed. Bottom line, they put on a $2.06 hose clamp to stop the leak and charged her $204. He went on and on about shop rates, pressure tests, flushing systems and what not. Shame on you Scott. Would you take $204 from your own daughter or just walk out with a screw driver and tighten the clamp? We will find someone with a conscious to take care of our repairs.

Just had an oil and filter change done on my Cruze diesel. Only thing I can advise is that when you do the write up, is to indicate that Dexos type 2 oil is being used. Although I would think that your service techs followed GM required oil type, I would feel better if it was shown on my receipt. If it's on the receipt, It may have been written in a way I am not familiar to.

My wife's wipers broke in the middle of a rain storm. We dropped the car off, they provided courtesy transportation until the fixed the problem, gave the car back to her the next day while we waited for new parts to arrive that were badly scratched when the wipers broke. They came in a few days later and had her in and out in a very short time. I've always recommended Hank Graff Davison to my friends for all their service and new/used car purchase needs. Scott VanAlst in the Service Dept. is very professional and respectful with his customers. I enjoy dealing with him whenever my family needs Auto service.

IT'S CLEAN! My number one issue (especially when I'm having maintenance or service done on my car) is a clean, neat, and well kept, waiting area for customers. Yours is very impressive and I appreciate this so much. Also the staff are so kind and helpful. Plus you offer a courtesy van driver to take a customer home should their car need to remain there for a few hours. It's over all the nicest place I've purchased a car. And I've purchased a number of vehicles in my 48-years of driving.

considering the delay caused by a vehicle in the oil change bay that became disabled due to no fault of the dealership it was quickly handled and cars were also taken to other bays at your location to get the oil change bay moving again. it did take over a hour for my oil change and tire rotation but was well worth the wait. Were told only one visit or appointment. if you cant find or forget the other key bob you cant get it fixed or I have to pay to fix the other one. For the fix you could send a kit to the owners, just have them glue (Super glue ) the insert in the Key. Wake up GM!!!

I went to look at a car and was disappointed that I wasn't to test drive it. The salesman asked me to look at another,a mini van this time. I was called because of a recall/check on engine coolant and so added on some service that would be coming up. It was my first visit for service and was so pleased that it was all at no charge, oil change, and tire rotation. Thanks for adding air to tires, we had wrestled with the Meijer air machine and will not use it again. Nice lounge, was made to feel welcome, was showed how to change the channel on your TV and also, the courtesy driver checked to make sure that I did not need a ride somewhere. Your attention to courtesy and the customer shows in your employees actions.

I drove over an hour to purchase a 2007 Chevy Tahoe and at the beginning the staff was great. We finally closed the deal and the next day the engine light came on. They had me bring it in & they just reset the computer. Come to find out it was a bad coil. I had to replace it myself. I proceeded to call the dealership & they basically blew me off. I will not be recommending this place to anyone in the near future.

My only critique would be to have a unlocked Wi-Fi to be used by customers. I tried to link my smart phone to your connection and was blocked. Customers who are waiting for service on their vehicles could access their internet and converse on facebook that they were at hank graff Chevrolet and getting great service from their hometown dealership.

i had a tired come flying at me on I69 and smash into my truck doing $2300 worth of damage. . . the dealership had me in a rental for 2.5 days and my car was completely fixed within 1 week from the incident. . . i do have 1 spot on my windshield that i am going to have them look at again for some more polishing out of the spot. . . other than that i am completely happy with my repairs

Well, I have to say they were very quick in returning my car..But, when I didn't hear any confirmation call about the time someone would be out to get my car...I called. I was told I would receive a call after 9 with a time..Next thing I knew someone was here for my keys. Then when he returned I read over the paperwork. You would think the person working to see if there was a problem would call me so I could tell him what to do and the noise will happen. Nope just wrote nothing found. I can't afford the gas for multiple trips in for something that might be wrong with my Traverse. But, that don't seem to be a big deal to Hank Graff of Davison. I am always having to have someone come out and get my car and return it to me...And, for the most part are valid reason it needs looked at.

Kevin the manager is an asset and is great! but the new service writers seem programmed not very personal or ambitious to go out of the way to help. I'm satisfied yes just miss the old crew. Honestly if Kevin wasn't there I'd possibly go elsewhere

Chris Horwath went out of his way to help me. I was able to drop my vehicle off at his home for him to take it in to get service. He even offered me the use of his own vehicle. While the vehicle was in for service, Tom communicated with me a couple of times throughout the day letting me know how things were going. I was also looking for an extended warranty program that fit my budget and low mileage driving. Mike Horwath worked hard to find me what I believe is a good deal. My wife and i bought the car from hank graff. we had a problem with the air conditioner in the first week that we had it we took it in and they fixed it. 6 months later we had the same problem again so we took it back to hank graff to see if we coundnt get it fixed. We had to rent a car because we have four boys that we have to get to baseball school etc. They said that they would do a diagnostic check on it the day that we dropped it off. mind you that we were renting a car from them at 80.00 dollars a day. after the first day we called to see how the car was doing and what they had found out but to our surprise they said they had not even looked at it. we had stated that we were being charged every day that it was in there for a rental car and that is when they started to get rude with us transffering us between three different people three different times until the last person that we talked to hung up on us. I called back and explained the situation once again to jeff who had sold us the car and he said that he would take care of it. in the meantime the dealership called my wife and said that it would be two more days to fix it and that it would be 350.00 dollars (and if you add up the rental car and the air conditioner that would be 670.00 dollars plus a hundred dollars for the diagnostic check.We had had enough of this we went to get our car and we walk in and can hear the people talking about how big of as***** we are before they noticed that we were standing right behind them at that point we just wanted our car back but the salesman said we owed 100 just for them looking at it. Now am i in the wrong for being upset after being hung up on twice and treated like second class and being expected to pay 770.00 dollars to get an air conditioner fixed Really!!! on a car that is 3 yrs old and we bought from them

I went in to Hank Graff Chevrolet in Davison, MI to purchase a new vehicle. My salesman, Mark Modreski, was great! He helped me with all aspects of my purchase. He is very knowledgeable in all the features of the vehicles he sells. They didn't have my "perfect" Equinox on the lot or anywhere in the area, so he suggested I order one and helped me with that. Anything that came up that he was not completely sure on, he found out for me. This made me feel like I was getting all the correct information. Everyone that I came in contact with at Graff was very friendly, cheerful, helpful and I felt no pressure whatsoever. The delivery of my new Equinox went very smoothly and I drove out of the dealership very satisfied.

I had researched online what was really needed for a 30, 000 mile service and was prepared to turn almost everything down as unnecessary except for fuel service which was what was recommended and I was happy that the only thing the tech recommended was the fuel filter and service for the power train warranty, which I did. Oil change and 30,000 mile service took less than an hour.

Definitely worth the 85$ for the detail job. But I had also purchased a couple key fobs to have programmed. They were new but from an online retailer. They were not able to program them, but I was still charged. I could understand if it really took work or longer than 5 minutes to do so. But this was a waste of money. I always Give my business to Graff. I'd just like to see some customer satisfaction. Thank you for letting me express my opinion

Sales staff is EXTREMELY pushy and rude. I was trying to look up the KBB value and the guy demanded I put my phone down. It was basically a blizzard outside, so I refused to test-drive. They wouldn't give me any pricing or financial information because I refused to drive the car. Then, they ran my credit days after I left! Terrible way to do business and I already got my car through someone else. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I would never do business with this dealership again. Interested in a 2009 Jeep Liberty on the Bay City lot and during the test drive I discovered a noise from the front end. This is after I was told that the vehicle had gone through a complete service check. According to the sales person (Jack), the vehicle had major front end work required (all 4 ball joints bad) and the fact that it was already at the 60 day limit (Jack explained that the policy was to only keep a vehicle on site for 60 days and then they would drastically reduce the price to sell it) and the fact that the work would be too expensive to fix, that the dealership would not sell me the Jeep and would instead send it to auction. Well, I checked 2 weeks later and the Jeep is still for sale on their lot and no disclosure to me about the front end work needed. Buyer beware of the tactics of this dealership and this Jeep. Lied to is a strong phrase but I believe that is what they did to me concerning my experience here. There are other issues with this Jeep besides the front end work required.

I financed a car through you guys in August 2012 and it was my first time ever financing a car and that was something that I looked forward too. I must say that you guys have made this the worst experience of my LIFE.. Since I've had the car (3 months) I've replaced brakes and rotors (ALL THE WAY AROUND) I've replaced the struts (ALL THE WAY AROUND) I've replaced the battery and also the hub bearing.. I have had the car's transmission looked at by you guys TWICE..!!!! But of course according to you guys the transmission was perfect.. I think that's quite funny because the transmission went out on me yesterday.. I'm just letting you know that you guys at Graff have really disappointed me. Never will I ever shop there for a car again nor will I ever in my life refer one of my loved ones to your dealership.. I will also be talking to the better business bureau about you guys too.. You guys give me the run around and I don't appreciate it.. My family will have no Christmas what so ever because I have to put all of my holiday funds plus some into the lemon I purchased from this dealership.

I purchased a used vehicle from Hank Graff Chevrolet on April 23, 2010. The vehicle I purchased came with a 45 day, 1500 mile warranty. During the first 30 days of ownership of the vehicle I noticed that the CD Changer stopped working and that the vehicle leaks water into the cabin during a rainstorm. I contacted the dealership well within the 45 day 1500 mile warranty grace period and spoke to my salesman who basically told me to go fly a kite. I continued to complain to the dealership which continued their stall tactics. Finally almost two weeks later after my original complaint an "acting manager" called me. I expressed my disappointment with the issues with the vehicle and how it has been handled so far. The "acting manager" starts telling me how the vehicle is only covered for 45 days and 1500 miles and wants a picture of the odometer from that day, now that the vehicle is out of warranty. I send them the picture of my odometer, and never heard another word. No answer, no returned phone calls. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will NEVER do or recommend anyone to this dealership.
