Started off amazing! But as the time went on, their attention to detail and customer service rapidly declined. My partner faced some discrimination and was ignored the entire time they were there to pick up a spare tire kit for me. (Not to mention this kit wasn’t ordered when I bought the car and had to wait months for it). Once my partner got it, the service team didn’t even install it like they said they would. Just handed my partner the parts and left. Only reason it’s getting 2 stars is because of Carson and how much hard work he did helping us to be able to afford the car when we bought it.(didn’t help I was lied to about what tires I have on the car too)

I would never buy a car from this company. I recently had a c-section and because of the c-section by stomach separated making me still look pregnant. I went into Hanson Kia to buy a Kia Soul. One of the salesmen (not mine) nudged me and said, “I bet it’s a boy.” I told him I wasn’t pregnant and he just walked away. Not one person said anything. I started to cry. The lovely receptionist consoled me and I just left.

Aaron Johnson was very knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed, didn't rush us, have all the cars we wanted to see ready and was available for all our questions. Really great customer service and we are very happy with our new Outback.

For the record, I don't live in Washington, nor have I ever been to Hanson Kia in person. I was in search of Kia parts for an engine overhaul, and found their phone number through a website. I spoke with Anthony, and he answered all of my questions and then some! I did auto parts for 12 years on top of 21 years total dealing with cars as a career, and I can say with confidence that he is top tier when it comes to automotive professionals. I'll be happy to place my order when the time comes, and I'll gladly wait for shipping because I know I'm dealing with a top notch organization. Greetings from Texas!

Love my first new car, the people were friendly and nice! Update, it does not hold up to the Kia name. Alignment on my 2016 Kia Soul has been done 4 separate times, dropped $2100 on a strut and shock absorber replacement that wasn’t done when I bought the car. Edit: after trying to go in multiple times to have my car diagnosed I have simply went to Les Schwab where they diagnosed a bent control arm. I was able to be seen by Les Schwab the next day and do not trust the dealership to work on my car.
