Zack and Dallas were really great! My husband and I went into the dealership to just look and get a price. We wanted to see 4 cars at 4 different dealerships that day, well we loved the car they showed us (after listening to what we wanted) loved the price and all that was offered, needless to say we couldn't leave and we signed. It was such an easy experience and was so surprised as to how "quick" we were able to drive home. 4/10 and 4/17/2021 Kim and Matt were superb! It took the amount of time they quoted for the job. They had a shuttle take my daughter and I to get something to eat and picked us back up. Awesome. Kim even told us about a tire deal you were having and we brought the car back the following week to have new tires put on. The experience was just as pleasant for my husband.

This was 2 1/2 years ago ...so it was time to turn our lease in and Sam Spears again made it effortless. Sam made it very easy to come back and get a new lease for 2021.. I hope Sam, you are there when its time to trade my other Nissan in, a year or two from now.. Five Stars to Sam and The team at Harbor Nissan. Had A great experience On Saturday Sam Spears Took care of us on a new lease. No need to go to another dealer !!

Everyone was great. Jordan was wonderful, Grady was fantastic and helped get my numbers closer to where I needed. And Frank made the final financial experience pleasant!! They all went above and beyond! Great group of people. Great vibe in the place! Thank you

Best service we ever received in our life!! Robert helped us and did an absolutely amazing job! He was very prompt and answered every question we had before we could even ask! He really knows what he is talking about and I’m so glad he was our salesman. He helped us pick the best vehicle to meet all of our needs. I wish I could give a 10 out of 5 rating. Round of applause for Rob. I hope he is truly valued at harbor Nissan , as he is valued by my family as customers. We will always return and ask for Robert’s help every time. Overall great experience and customer service. :)

Called before I went and said I had a coupon from Sutherlan Nissan. Would Harbor honor it. Drove an hr. and guess what, we can't honor your coupon. We'll give you $10.00 off. Oh, but wait, unless you add on this $16.00 additive if you have engine problems, it's going to be your dollar because you didn't put this additive in. I have never had that happen to me in 12 years of dealing with Sutherlan service. Maybe I go back to Sutherlan.
