The thought of car shopping is one I hate, but I needed to trade in my car for a newer vehicle. I wasn't sure what I wanted other than I wanted an SUV. I am rebuilding my credit and wasn't even sure I could get financed. From the minute I walked into Hare and welcomed by Nate, I immediately felt at ease. Kelsie listened to the kind of car were were interested in and showed us several possibilities. She was not heavy-handed or pushy as are some sales people. It was late in the evening and she worked quickly to get us processed once we made a decision. She was very friendly and personable. She was able to answer all of our questions. She worked with us to bring the car back for detailing and On-Star activation since it was a late weekday evening.I saw Jessica two days later when I came in to have the car detailed and activate the On-Star. She was able to answer my questions about how some of the electronic features worked. Also, very pleasant to talk to.

I explained my financial situation and need to find car, what I looked for in a car. I had been to another dealership, found a car, but they couldn't find me full financing and I couldn't come up with the difference. Jon did not give up until he found a car and financing that worked for me. I had been driving a vehicle with unsafe steering and a serious oil leak for hour commute to work for 4 months. Had worked on getting new car for almost 2 months! So grateful to Jon for his persistence in getting me into a new vehicle!

Found a 2016 Chevy SS on their website and on cars.com. Since I was coming from out of town, I instant messaged with Dominick regarding availability. He was very evasive and would not answer my question of availability. So, I called. The lady answering was very polite and informed me a few minutes later that it had been sold a week ago. Unreal in this digital age that you cannot keep your vehicle inventory up to date. I wasted a lot of time with this and will NEVER deal with this dealership.

Absolutely the most honest and helpful Service Manager ever. We brought in our aged Honda Odyssey for a brake job, which we were convinced it needed. The team checked and found that we didn't need brakes after all. Why would I ever take a vehicle anywhere else for service? Was talked at, and not too by the financial manager. Was called "sweetie". Told I need to be flexible with payment after I explained my limits. Was offered very poor choices in car selection. No discussion about my trade and didn't bother to see my car to discuss trade value. Left feeling as though my career choice was not a good choice due to being paid as a contractor. I was told "no one wants to touch you if you're a 1099". I left this place feeling really ashame of my circumstances thanks to the blunt talking non Compassionate finance manager.

The service center sent my husband an email that he got one free oil change. So rather than go somewhere close to home, he scheduled the oil change and drove out there to find out that they weren't going to give him a free oil change but would do it half price. Since he was there, he let them do it and paid half price. We are both disappointed that they led him to believe he would be getting for free and then acted as though he was mistaken and charged him half price. We live in Indianapolis and can get the oil changed in his vehicle somewhere close to home for what we paid.

She was exceptional, very knowledgeable about the whole process, and had us in and out of there in no time with our new "to us" vehicle. I brought my car in to be fixed, I was quoted $ 150-$ 175 the finale bill was $254. You guys had to order part which wouldn't be available until Monday this is on Sat. so I ask to come get car and was told yes bring it back Monday. Get there and bumper still off and Jim is gone.Cost me $ 85 rental !!

My wife and I drove to the dealership without an appointment and were met at the doors by the most customer-friendly staff I've ever met! We then asked to speak to Wayne Gainey (we had purchased out last car from him) and he immediately came to assist us. His sales associate Cydney Huntzinger was extraordinary in her assistance as well. Wayne worked with Bryan Matthews to secure financing for us and came in under the maximum monthly payment amount we wished to pay. I can't say enough nice things about Wayne and Cydney (and all of the Hare Chevrolet staff)! We will continue to take our business to Hare Chevrolet. We have been to other dealerships in the past, but will never go anywhere else!

My experience with Hare Chevrolet was very good. My sales rep Kelsie Leach was awesome, she worked with me to find the perfect vehicle, and did not try and "push" vehicles that I was not 100% sure of. She also came in on her day off to finish the sale and came to my home to get additional signatures needed. Manager Vince Gainey was also very helpful with making the sale work. The Finance person (I cannot remember his name) explained the warranties and gap insurance to me very easily.

They can't even bother to call me and tell me I still needed to do stuff in order to get my paperwork to start payments want to lie to me etc! We came into your establishment just to look around which we had been doing for the past week. I think we visited at least 10 dealerships. Even though you establishment was quite a distance from where we lived we decide to make the drive and check it out. Our son had just previously purchased a vehicle and he had a great experience so we thought what the heck so we went. Immediately spoke with Kelsie Leach. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We were there on a Saturday and it was very busy. I now understand why - because they treat their customers well. They found us the used car we wanted and finally at the price and payment we wanted and needed. We had a follow up visit for service and was treated great. Its sometimes intimidating as a woman to have car service completed. I was able to work in their business center while they took care of my issue. I especially appreciated our sales person and service advisor. It was a long drive from Avon to Noblesville but worth it. I would recommend!

Do not buy your next car here they are dishonest and will sell you a bad car they put me in a used 2013 Chevy Cruze it has bad vibration and the front bumper has been painted and is peeling they deny any accidents and then the front driver side tire upon removing the tire looks like there has been junk yard parts put on this car they told us it would be a 3 year lease we put a 1000 down left without any contract had to return with another 500 for the remaining down payment and at that time they gave me a contract which was for 5 years I said no this is not a new car or what the sale lady said it would be give me my money back I can go some where else the man said NO I already took the car it's now my car and obligation to fulfill the contract or I would ruin my credit more and have legal issues to resolve now I don't know what to do don't go there they are dishonest and will sell you a lemon they need to be stopped this is not how to treat honest people they will also pull your credit so much it's crazy I have over 30 plus inquires they did to my credit so many different workers that I have been put with at Hare and that I don't even know there names or what department there with they still don't want to make things right and ignore my calls they will never get my business again

We just wanna thank Dave from the bottom of our hearts for a great and easy experience when buying our 2011 Kia Sorrento. I was without a car due to my old car breaking down and me and my boyfriend walked in to Hare to see what our options were. We were looking for a reliable midsized SUV big enough for our 3 children and 2 big puppy dogs. When we first walked in we went to the front desk and ask for help. My boyfriend spotted Dave from across the room and looked at me and said watch that's the guy we are gonna get and sure enough Dave was the one to walk over! Once we sat down, we had a conversation about what we were looking for and he gave us a few options. We ultimately decided to test drive the Kia and we fell in love. Dave was able to get us the perfect care at the payments we were looking for. We had our 3 children with us and he was incredibly patient and kind to them. We will definitely refer anyone to him. My wife and I traveled from the Virginia Mountains to purchase a stud Rabbit from Hare Chevrolet.. It was very confusing. as Salesman Wayne Gainey met us at the door and stated that Hare was based on high performance and selling hopping fast products.My dad and I own 1200 mare rabbits that we sell their off spring as pets during holidays. To cut to the chase, we needed high performance studs that could cover 100 females per day and each mom have 4-6 babies.. Dad said that he saw that Hare was # 1 and he sent me to get one of them Hares.Wayne led my wife and I out to cars labeled Corvettes and he said "Here is what you came for! It was a 2013 Corvette. He said that he had placed a Hare package in the trunk and had a CD for me to watch on the way home.It was a cartoon where a big bear pooped in the woods. He had no paper to wipe with. Bugs Bunny came hopping by. The bear ask bugs what rabbits used for bathroom paper?Bugs said,: Poop doesn't stick to rabbit Fur!The bear then grabbed up Bugs and wiped his butte with him. Well Pa and Me no longer raise rabbits but have made it big selling Hare Toilet Paper and Wayne has made it big in Hollywood as the Rabbit who stars in the Bobby Knight Tennis shoe commercials. My favorite commercial is Coach Knight has the team doing full court 'down and backs. All the players give it 100 % except Rabbit Wayne who is running eating a carrot. Stopped by Hare Chevrolet in Noblesville this week to have engine and transfer case oil changed in my Avalanche. No appointment, but was able to be worked right in. While I was there, Tyler Skaruppa was able to help me in getting some other overdue service items taken care of. I have dealt with a number of the folks on the Service and Tire Center Team, but this was the first time being directly assisted by Tyler. I found that he fits right in with the professional customer handling that the rest of the team practices. It's important to me to have my vehicles in top working condition and I am pleased that the Hare team plays a key role in making that happen. What I thought was going to be an issue, with trying to get an oil change and still make an 8am Dr. appointment, thanks to JIm's recommendation and KC's awesome response, I was able to check my car into Hare's Service Department at 7:30am sharp, and KC shuttled me over and dropped me off at my Dr. appointment at 7:45am a few miles away. Then KC was right back to get me an hour later and my car was serviced, washed and waiting on me when I returned. As always, I was greeted by Tony Osbon with a smile. I told him what emails I had received regarding service under my Advantage Plan. He asked if I was going to wait; and, when I said yes, he said it would take approximately an hour and a half. He reported back after a few minutes to tell me what they had found--the system flush had been done on an earlier visit and would not be necessary, but the alignment check showed I needed alignment of front and rear steering. Tony was back within the timeframe, again with a smile, to tell me my car was ready.Payment transaction was also handled with a smile.

My salesman wasn't notified till the morning of our 9:30am meeting, the car wasn't there like it showed in the computer it had gone to auction. It took 7 hours to get it back. I had a great experience this past weekend when purchasing two used vehicles. Joe Meanor was the best salesman I have ever had. He was really fighting hard for me to get a good deal and I could tell he was genuine. Ian (Ivan) the used car manager was honest and up front with me and I got a good deal on my trades. Bryan in finance was also very nice and personable. They didn't try and hit me with any last minute charges in the finance room, just my agreed payment amount which was a first.I will come back and shop for my next car with this team of people.

My Silverado has over 200K miles on it. I try to keep it in top condition. A lot of the maintenance items I can do myself. And some I take to a shop. But when my engine light went on and I knew it was something more internal, beyond my skill set, I wanted to go to the dealer so ensure that the job was done correctly. I was not disappointed. Hare's service staff is friendly and professional. I will use them again if needed.I knew that going to the dealer will probably be more expensive as far as the cost of repair, but in the case I felt more comfortable knowing that the tech new more about Chevrolet's than another shop.

My experience at Hare was fantastic! The process of buying the car was about as painless as car buying can be, which was in large part due the great customer service of Grant and Eric who were both friendly and professional throughout. I also can't say enough about quality and the great price of the Ford that I bought from Hare as the car was exactly what I was looking for. I was impressed with Grant's product knowledge and his willingness to explain any features of the car. I couldn't imagine buying a car anywhere else and would absolutely recommend Hare to anyone looking for a new car.

So we have perchused two cars from this dealership and had an ok experience. Yesterday I took my BMW in for a birthday wash they called and offered me I was excited as I had just got new tires put on and my car detailed so why not. After leaving my tire low sign came on so I pulled over only to discover a huge chunk of metal .. Yeah METAL hanging out of my tire. I called only to be told that they can't do anything about it. REALLY!!!!! My new tire is flat from your shop and you won't replace it!?!?! GEE thanks for the 250 dollar birthday wash!!!! I Will NEVER EVER do business with this place again!! At least take accountability for what happened!!!! So so upset. Happy birthday to me. That's hard in noblesville

My old truck died last Sunday. I knew I would have to go to a dealer and go through the hassle - you know how sterile and intimidating car dealers can be. I had done some internet searches and located a couple trucks to look at. I was met in the parking lot by Reneau Simpson - no pressure. He just handed me his business card and said, "Let me know if I can help you." Minutes later he walked me through the check-in process and we were off on a test drive. Returning from the test drive, he simply asked, "What do you think, should we do this?" A short time later I was meeting with Mike Higgins to finalize everything and then I was on my way to work in my beautiful truck. Easy, friendly, no pressure. I have not done business with Hare Chevrolet in the past - but I will definitely return for any future needs! Monica and Courtney have really developed a business culture to be proud of. I had researched the car I wanted (Chevy Trax), and had my heart set on it. The test drive confirmed that I loved it. Corbin Richards had an endless amount of patience in finding a way for me to get my car. After working the numbers every way possible for purchasing the car, it was obvious that it couldn't happen with my requirements for down payment, monthly payments, trade-in allowance, etc. Ultimately, Corbin showed me that I was a perfect candidate for leasing the car, and indeed there was no down side to it! All the numbers fell into place, and I've got my beautiful, new Chevy. Hare is my new automotive home, and I couldn't be happier.

I had 2 ambulances serviced at Hare Truck Center and worked with John Pence. John was very easy to get ahold of and would respond even after hours. The service was done quickly and everything turned out great. John quoted me a price and when I paid it ended up being even cheaper - which was a great surprise. Meeting Fernando Roman was my lucky day. Even though it took a while to find the car that I purchased, he hung in there and worked hard to find exactly what I wanted.... sometimes calling me 3 times a week to keep me updated. He understood exactly what I wanted and worked until he found it. Other dealerships didn't think I was serious about buying a new Corvette, but Fernando did. I've always heard good things about Hare, so I decided to give them a shot. I went in for an oil change got in and out in a good reasonable time and for a good price. But later down the road, the "change engine oil" came on my dash. So I had to take it to a nearby repair shop and have them reset it, since I was already a far distance from Hare. Then about a few weeks later, I got a warning lights about my coolant and turns out my coolant is almost out. Last time I remember, Hare said they will top off all my fluids and clearly they missed the coolant. First time going to Hare for service and it will also be the last time as well. If they struggle with a simple oil change who knows what they will struggle with when a mechanical issue happens...

I came into Hare on a Tuesday afternoon to get my 2009 Silverado washed. I asked Tony in service if I could go browse the vehicles on the lot while I was waiting. He told me to ask for Wayne. Friday afternoon, I purchased a new 2015 Silverado Z71 special edition. The honesty, integrity and the high sense of urgency that Wayne and Cydney portrayed in a very positive way convinced me to purchase, even though I was not in the market for a vehicle. Haha! I went in with little hope of getting into a newer vehicle due to my poor credit but having just been in a wreck where my previous vehicle was totaled, it was necessary for me to find a new vehicle. I didn't get my hopes up on getting into something that I really, truly liked but Hare was to get me into a small SUV that was honestly what I wanted and I love it!! I was very disappointed with Hare Chevrolet. Having purchased a vehicle from you all before, I was expecting the same great service that my wife and I received the first time (Sept. 2014). This was absolutely NOT the case. We were given the runaround, pitched vehicles and deals that were not at all what we were interested in, and finally we were ignored for 3 days!! Literally had to keep calling our sales person who assured us he "was working on it" or "waiting on the banks." The informed me that I had a credit freeze, which was not the case they were just inputting my personal information wrong during the credit app process. I only know this because I literally reached out the customer service departments of two of the finance companies to find out what was going on. All in all, I am COMPLETELY disappointed in this dealership. The only thing positive thing that came out of this was while I was "waiting on the bank" for those few days we saw a Honda of Fishers commercial on TV. We are now the very proud owners of a brand new 2016 Honda Pilot EX. Some of the very same banks that your finance department received "denials" for were all of a sudden providing us with approvals at a dealership down the street. I have nothing but great things to say about Honda of Fishers customer service, and the entire process only took about 4 hours (which included an hour test drive and vehicle demo). I would not recommend Hare Chevrolet to my friends and family. I wish this was not the case.

Being from the Chicago area I am used to being beat up or having a horrible sales experience when buying a vehicle and they seem to have a need to get every dollar out of you and ruin the buying experience.Now onto the good. I'm currently making payments on a car that does not run. This dealership doesn't honor the warranty's that comes with the vehicle. The service department over charges for parts and labor. This dealership doesn't care about customers, just dumping lemons on customers that need a vehicle that have not so good credit.

I had originally bought a car from you 2 years ago after my bankruptcy. I was told by the sales man at that time I could get out of the lease after a year. I kept the car 2 years and came back to trade. I have bought several cars over the years but this time we were unable to make a deal. I ended up going to Butler Toyota which gave me $1600.00 more for my car then what you offer. I guess I should thank you because not only did I get into a new car but I found a new dealership that was willing to do their best to get me out of the auto track loan. I think Jesse Parker is a friendly sales person. But when I couldn't get into a lease it seemed like that was the only option. At Toyota when they couldn't get me into a lease they gave me other options.

I went through an ugly divorce that consequently helped cause some horrible credit on my part. I had no choice but to purchase a vehicle out of duress from JD Byrider. As soon as the warranty was over...EVERYTHING started going out on my car. Every time I got one thing fixed, 3 more would go wrong. I owed way too much on the car & I needed to trade it in. Jesse was a very respectable man that definitely was all about getting me into a better car than what i had (2001 ford escort w/ 60000 miles). I no longer felt safe in it because my drive to work consists of being on the interstate and it was a very tiny car to say the least. He had shown me a bunch of cars which I wasn't really interested in then I seen the car I drive now which wasn't cleaned out yet or anything but I knew I definitely could see my 20 year old self driving it. I will remind you this is my FIRST car experience and i was doing it alone. no co signer, no guidance, no opinions besides Jesse's. I didn't get asked to drive the car he literally sat me down and had the paperwork sent off. I have an interest rate of 24% and the miles i drive are way to much for a used car to be paid off and drive-able for 5 more years. so in the end i will be upside down. I cant even make extra towards my payment or pay ahead of time per the bank they had me go through which also wasn't explained to me when i was signing papers after i got approved. To say the least i am very disappointed and now i will be struggling to get this car to last me for a long time and not be upside down. Jesse was well mannered and everyone else treated me well but would you really consider treating someone well by letting them go into something they had no idea what they were actually doing and you didn't explain much to help them understand the downfalls of the situation?

Came in for my annual check up for car per Autotrakk lease agreement. Went to see Sales person( Dave Whittaker) who got me into my lease to see what options were available to me. Was shockingly surprised with what went down. I was just hoping to get something close to what I had at a lower monthly payment, and turned out going home with a new car at same payment I already was making that was not my goal but that was to great of a deal to pass up. Inside driver's compartment was covered in oil all over the carpets on the driver side it even my rubber mats on the brake pedals and gas pedal and the side kick plates I was very disappointed came home had to clean my carpets and still can not get the stain out

Immediately when I arrived at Hare Chevrolet I was greeted OUTSIDE the front doors by Bill Cooney. I didn't even realize he was a sales person! He was pleasant, informative, and patient the entire time. By the end of it all, I felt like I knew him personally and had bought my car from a friend. My current vehicle was an old handed down car that finally kicked the bucket and I had NEVER shopped for a car before. He patiently walked me through everything step by step and made the process easy and enjoyable. I test drove a 2015 Hyundai Elantra SE I saw online and fell in love! My jaw hit the floor when he told me I could drive away with it that night. I want to thank him and the rest of the staff for their patience and staying late to help me close on my very first car. Came in first day to check out vehicle. Seller told me it needs to be serviced before I can test drive it and it clearly has a note on the car that says not for sale. Wish I would of known before I came, I live about an hour away. I wanted to get everything done the same day I already knew what I was looking for and felt rushed out the door because it was an hour before closing. I don't understand why would they set and appointment so late if they wouldn't be able to do anything. Next day came back to purchase the vehicle felt very pressured and rushed the whole process, this is my first time ever purchasing a vehicle. Wayne Gainey was okay seem like he didn't care too much for my business and was on to the next. Only reason I'm 50/50 about everything because I got the car that I always wanted but as far as the whole experience goes not so good.

The financing and overall feel of the dealership was excellent!! The salesman I had threatened to come pick my vehicle on multiple occasions because of paperwork that was not needed under ANY circumstance!! I ended up contacting my finance company to figure out what was needed to finalize paperwork instead of dealing with that ridiculous person!! I will never be back because of this nor will I recommend anyone to go there!!

He found the reason for this noise and also found a leak in the front axle. It was covered under the Platinum Warranty that was purchased when I got the vehicle used. I wrote this review at every place I can. I was told it was my own fault that I let my wife go buy the car. I dont see it that way it should of been an easy painless transaction were both party's were happy. The sold my wife a used car and told her it was new just to get the demo bonus. As if that wasn't enough they told her a high price after we agreed on a much lower price per phone conversation. Theres more yet to come they advised her to go with a higher interest rate (which was supposed to be zero) with longer payments so the payment was lower then sold her some bogus extras that brought the payment up to were the payments we agreed on per phone call was.So i caught it right well no luck when I tried to take the car back the next day they wouldn't take it back all they would do is let me trade it in at a lost and overcharge me for a new car. Any way I have bought 3 new cars from this place enjoyed the first two thought we had found a good place but whoever is running the show now should not succeed go to Anderson save some time,heartache and money STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I had thought I arranged a simple transaction for a new vehicle for my wife.I had purchased other vehicles here in the past and I enjoyed the whole things so I assumed it would be the same. My intentions were for her to pick up the car and enjoy the process of buying a new and driving her new baby home!!! Boy was I wrong!!! They didnt like the price we had agreed on and ended up selling her a used car and called it new. On top of that the used high pressure sales tactics with salesmen attacking her with prices and offers to the point she cried and felt there was no way out. The year was last years model which was supposed to come with zero percent interest and they talked her into a longer loan with interest added to save her money. If that wasnt enough they sold her some bogus insurance to add to her payment they were trying to lower. I HOLD MYSELF SOMEWHAT RESPONSIBLE DUE TO THE FACT I WAS WRONG ABOUT TRUSTING THIS PLACE WITH MY WIFE AND HER NEW CAR PURCHASE.

I highly recommend working with Fernando at Hare. I made Hare my first stop due to their service department. My mother-in-law was in town the week before, and she had an issue with her vehicle. The service department went above and beyond to help her. Fernando was knowledgeable, and was able to answer a lot of questions I had about the vehicle and other options. I told him upfront that I did not want a long drawn out process, and he really came through. The first price and trade-in value presented was very fair. After the sale, Fernando has continued to follow up to ensure I understand all the features of the vehicle. Once we went to financing, Bryan Matthews was great. I shopped for a year and a half for the right Ford Mustang. Upon finding a vehicle at Hare which matched my wants, the buying process could not have gone smoother. They were courteous and understood my needs. Additionally, from the sales person to the finance person, the fact remained they wanted to answer my questions and wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with the purchase. There was a clear priority for my satisfaction post sale, as well. They detailed the interior of the car to take care of some pet hair left from the previous owner, and they helped me to get a second key as the vehicle only came with one.

I drove an hour by request to meet. I got a credit report pulled and was told that nothing else can be done for the day. what of waste of gas. not to mention the roads was bad due to weather. get a call the next day and was told i might need a little to put down. noticed 4 inquiries was pulled from the banks. then i was told the best deal with what i had. after 2 more inquiries i was told that i needed atleast 5,ooo down. after stressing how i was gonna come up with it, i finally did and notified him. i then got online and told him what trucks i was looking at. he text me back and in a short version, says hes done working with me. what happened with working with 50 lenders and banks and customer service? more like 6 banks and rude employees. what of waste of gas,time, and effort. not to mention inquiries put on my credit for nothing. everyone else seemed polite as i can tell. but so did Rufus at first.

I was visiting my son in the Indy area and bought a 2005 Toyota Corolla from Hare on 10/23/15. It had a check engine light on and because I live in NW Indiana I told them that I would buy the car if they could take care of what was causing the check engine light to come on as it would need to pass emissions testing prior to registration. They ended up replacing the Purge Flow Valve and I took it home with no check engine light on. However, the light came on again prior to it being tested and it would not pass. I knew I bought the car "as is" but I called Hare and they said they would take care of it if I could get it back down to Noblesville. As it turned out it was a faulty gas cap, which they replaced right away at no charge and sent me on my way a happy customer. Throughout the sales as well as the after the sale maintenance they did they were totally professional and willing to do whatever it took to make it right for me. My daughter now as the car down at school in Bloomington and is very happy. Thanks to everyone at Hare for going above and beyond for me, even though it is unlikely that I will be a repeat customer since I am close to 3 hours away.

I use my personal car for work and rack up a lot of miles and need oil changes and tune-ups often. I know when I bring my Chevy Sonic to Hare that I am getting the best service. Everyone is super friendly and greets you as you as you pull up in your vehicle. I choose Hare because I know they aren't going to take advantage of me and tell me several things are wrong with it when I brought it in for one issue, as has been my experience in smaller service centers. I can drop off my car and take a rental or wait in the comfortable waiting area. I feel just as comfortable taking my Sonic to Hare as I do when my own dad would fix up my cars. I won't take it anywhere else in town!

I will say that I had a really good experience with my purchase. I really appreciated Hare lending me a car, as I was waiting for the delivery of the one I was purchasing them. HOWEVER....I am truly disappointed in the "Referral Program". I referred someone almost 1 year ago and never received my $200 referral fee. Come to find out, she still owes the dealership money. I guess my question is how long does someone take to pay the dealership their money? If she does not pay the dealership until 2-3 years later and still has her vehicle, will I still have to wait. There was a time a couple of months ago where I really needed and extra $200. I was truly in a life altering time where I needed it but every time I call I am left in limbo. So I guess I will just have to sit and wait and see if I ever receive my $200 referral. My goal was to purchase a vehicle and trade it in 2 years. I am starting to 2nd guess if this is the dealership I want to go to. All I can say is that if you are the best be the best in every area. What may be of small meaning to you can be monumental to another. In the end I wish they would have kept their word.

From the very moment I bought my new truck (slightly used truck) from Hare Chevrolet, I have been very impressed at how hard all of the employees work to ensure my overall happiness and exceed my expectations. I have taken my vehicle to Hare Chevrolet for ALL servicing needs since I purchased it in August 2014. I have worked with Tyler Skaruppa each time I visit for service. This gentleman is a very hard working and honest guy that strives to ensure all work is completed correctly the first time. I am also impressed with his automotive knowledge! I am always very happy when I can call him and have an actual conversation about an issue with my vehicle, and he completely understand what I am discussing! I have found that most service writers at neighboring GM dealerships don't have a clue when it comes to automotive knowledge. I recently had a recurrent issue with my vehicle that was present when I purchased it. The dealership repaired the truck under warranty which is way more than what I ever could have asked for. (I didn't have to ask) and I was prepared to take the full bill, which would have been well above $1000.00.This dealership is a prime example of what a dealership should be! I contacted Corbin Richards after meeting him earlier this year when my daughter was searching for a car. Although she eventually purchased a vehicle somewhere else, I kept Corbin's business card and sent him an email when I began to hunt for a different car. Corbin responded to my email within an hour or two and that settled it for me. I told him what I was looking for, the make/model of my current vehicle, and what I thought it's trade-in value was. One day later I drove the 88 miles south and met with Corbin. He had several vehicles for me to test-drive and consider. Corbin and the other employees worked very hard to get me into a vehicle with a payment I could manage.I will certainly recommend this dealership - and especially Corbin - to my friends for future vehicle needs. I asked to meet with Wayne as I had spoken to him in the past and he knew his stuff. I was not disappointed. Wayne went out of his way to propose different options for me to maximize my trade in and keep my payments close to the same. Wayne found all the credits and rebates available on my new 2015 Silverado CrewCab to get me close to my budget. Once the deal was set, Kate went to work getting all the background paperwork setup and I was out in less than 3 hours. Not bad for a new car buying experience. These folks are awesome! This was one of the best experiences we have ever had. Theo our sales consultant asked us our budget, our estimated down payment, and type of vehicle we were interested in looking at. He went right to work and had several choices within minutes. Friendly staff from the front desk to the finance officer. There was no pushy sale to get into a bigger or more expensive car and we drove off the lot that day thinking wow that was easy.

I came to Hare with a not so great credit history due to having lost my employment a few times over the past couple of years. I had a car I was paying on that was draining my resources from my current pay. I sat down and talked to Jesse Parker who was very upfront with me and wanted to make sure that what move I made was best for me. I appreciate everything the employees did at the dealership for me and the chance I was given again. I can't thank them enough.As far as the dealership it was very clean and a bit more laid back than what I've dealt with in the past, but it was a very nice change of pace. When they say they have speical financing and work with people with less than perfect credit, they aren't kidding. My sales professional was knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. He was able to help me get financing for a much newer car than I was expected, and my payment are what I was expectin to pay for a much older car with much more miles. Not only am I in a newer car, there is warranty and I was able to purchase an extended warranty. And the gentleman in finance sat down with me gave me good sound advice, and walked me through all the paperwork and made suggestions to help me get my credit to where I would like it to be.

Brought my 2007 Trail Blazer in for routine service that turned into anything but. Tyler called me on the following Friday AM to let me know what all was wrong, and what the cost would be to fix both with GM parts, and aftermarket. Tyler informed me of a new Service Exchange Program that had just rolled out two days prior. He immediately had Kelley call me to go over the program and all it's detail. On Monday morning, my wife and I came in and met with Susie, who was able to help guide us through our decision. When we met with finance (I cannot find his name) he went over all the options, and helped us decide the best option for us. We had a great, no pressure experience, and were out the door in roughly 2 hours with our new Equinox!! Weather it is service or sales, we have always felt we have been treated honestly and fairly.

I have taken my car into hare a quite a few times. From the engine light coming on multiple times to just what should be a simple oil change ... After the latest engine light situation hare did make things right with me and ( I think you guys very much for that ! ) I took my car in this past week for a simple oil change ; the guy came to my car right away and greeted me to see what he could do and I let him know just an oil change today , he finished up the paperwork and said that it shouldn't be long since the guys were running on time today . Which , was great because I did have things I needed to get done before heading to work . After about 5 minutes he comes into the waiting area with a sheet of paper that reviews the details of my car plan and let me know I have used the 4 that I got with my plan when I purchased my car . I asked how much it as going to be and he said that he believed about $74/$75 I let him know that was fine because I wanted it done with them since t had been there with all of my engine light issues to keep things documented. He proceeded with showing me a paper that had different packages on it to save money with my oil changes ; I let him know that I would think about it however I didn't want to do it that day ; after he reviewed the paper for a few minutes he let me know he wasn't sure if it was still available or if it was even a package that was for cars .... Shouldn't he have looked into that package before he tried to sell it to me ? After about an hour waiting on my car I go out to his desk and ask if my car was ready yet and he let me know that it was and handed me the paperwork to take back inside to the service desk. The lady ( both service ladies at the desk were very nice ! ) let me know that I was going to be a little over $100. I immediately said woah , I thought it was $74/75 ? She looked at me and called the guy that took care of my car and asked him to come in. He came in took the paper and said he would see what else he could to ? ... He ended up coming back out with a new sheet that reflected the price he originally quoted me. I don't really understand what happened with this latest visit however I was a mess. I hope it improves or I won't go back to hare.

My scheduled maintenance appointment was excellent, as usual. Oil change, tire rotation was performed quickly and professionally. The waiting area is comfortable, clean and provides TV and computer access. Hare Chevrolet is always thinking ahead as to customer service and satisfaction.

The service and care from Brian to the delivery specialists to the financial portion was impeccable. Going to Hare is well worth the nearly hour drive from my home. We were concerned about our credit and not having money for a down payment. And I wanted to buy an suv. We kind of thought it was all too good to be true if we actually got a car that day. But we went looking anyways. When we met Joe he was determined to help us find a car we liked and that was in our budget without having to put any money down that day. Well he defiantly accomplished the task because he found us an Jeep that was newer with low miles and it was basically everything I wanted!!! I was very excited. Plus we learned a lot about joe while visiting with him. He was very honest about any questions we asked. And that's a big deal to me. He was very funny and sincere and we really had a fun time getting to know him.

My mother and I were both in the market for a new car. We had finally found a day where we could go together and shop around dealerships and we both knew we were wanting to buy a vehicle that day if we found the right deal. Hare Chevrolet was our third and final dealership of the day. The previous two dealerships had done nothing but wasted our time and we decided to try one more place. Our solution specialist, Nate Allen, could tell we were frustrated. We told him exactly what we wanted, how we wanted it done and what our monthly payments needed to be at the maximum. He got right to work! He started showing me a few different options, but I had my heart set on an Impala. He was very upfront with me, as I asked him to be, and told me that the chances of getting an Impala LT at the monthly payment I wanted was probably not going to happen. Even though I appreciated his honesty, I was disappointed and continued looking at some different options. After I had given him all my finacial information (so we could actually start looking at real numbers) he came back with what payments would be on a few different vehicles I had said I may like. Nate was right, the Impala LT was not anywhere near what I wanted my payments to be. Nate said he had an idea and would be right back to continue talking about different options. I decided to take one more look around the parking lot as I waited. The next thing I know, Nate finds me in the parking lot and he is driving a beautiful, dark gray, Impala LT and says "get it, I think you may like this car and the deal that comes along with it!" He was right! He had come up with the idea to ask if there were any 2015 Impala's left on the lot and there were two and the dealership wanted them gone! The first offer that Nate brought back to me was good. However, before I could even say anything, Nate was on his way back to the finance guys because he was convinced a better deal could be made. For the first time ever, I felt like I really had an employee of a car dealership ON MY SIDE!!! Nate knew from the beginning EXACTLY what we wanted and he did not once try to push us in any other direction. Needless to say, I drove away that day in my beautiful new fully loaded Impala LT and my mother left the lot with her new Trax! There is a reason Hare Chevrolet calls Nate, as well as other sales team members "Solution Specialists" and not salesmen. I will never, ever, go anywhere else to buy a vehicle!

I was completely satisfied with my last visit. I had received an offer through email which included a discount, I tried to set up the short notice appt using the site. I thought I goofed and put the wrong phone number. So I drove to the dealership anyway and was met by Jim the service rep. He eagerly greeted me soon after I got out of my truck. I told him about he discount code/website effort. He strayed he would look into it and get the service completed. I walked away to get lunch and as I stepped into the lot my phone rang, it was Hannah I think. She was following up on the website appointment I had requested. I told her I was running ahead of that time and wasn't sure I had entered the info correctly my. She was pleasant and stated she would get with him to make sure the discount was applied to the service. Both she and Jim were great. My truck was clean and ready to go before I got back from lunch. I was pleased with everything. My only suggestion would be for the website to offer some sort of confirmation maybe by email as soon as the appointment is made. But she called with in 20 minutes of my submission, I'm sure most people schedule things out more than I do,

My 2014 Camaro with 3500 miles on it had small nail straight in the middle. They said it was a run flat and did not need repaired, it was not a run flat. Then the repair leaked, I took it to tire shop and the patch was not done correctly, dealer would not refund. I have pics too

LILLIE is AMAZING - she is honest and extremely helpful.. She will not sell you a dream, just a great car! Yes, I heard them on the radio all the time and I BELIEVE THEM NOW - a dealer for the people. My two daughters and I are riding safely and clean in a 2014!! Go us - Woop Woop! We were very pleased with our experience at Hare, it was very pleasant. We had been shopping for a while and had several unpleasant experiences. We had done our research and knew what we wanted to pay for a vehicle. During our shopping several times we were told we would not find what we were looking for, one dealer went so far as to tell us the scrapes on the front of a car was "Character" and that ALL used cars had a little, we shouldn't be so picky. So needless to say we were ready to be disappointed. But when we shared with Cate what we wanted to pay she was upfront and shared that she wasn't sure but that she would talk with Wayne when he returned. We came back the following day. Wayne took our offer to the sales manager returned and openly negotiated with us till we could come to a deal. The past three dealerships we were at simply told us we weren't going to find what we wanted for what we wanted to pay. Wayne and Catie made it happen. Cate was a very positive and upbeat young lady who made us feel very at home. Wayne was honest and helpful. Thank you for a positive experience.

As a 23 year old female, I feel like I always have to be on the look-out for anyone taking advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars-- Jon was absolutely in my corner and got me the best deals and discounts out there. Several times I've searched for a stick, follow to a Hare listing only to find out it is an automatic. Nitpicking I know, but is that difficult to get accurate listings?

We bought our first Equinox in May 2014. We traded with Corbin then and had a great experience. He asked what we had in mind and I told him I had a Tahoe quite a few years ago and absolutely loved it, but now it was just my husband and I so something a little smaller. Corbin encouraged us to drive the Equinox and we loved it. We traded that next week( was a weekend). Then in May of 2015, we needed to purchase a maintenance plan for oil changes, came to the dealership and was joking with Corbin and ask what it would cost us to trade. Well, we left that day with a new 2015 Equinox! Corbin is a awesome sales associate, he is very polite, friendly, and always interested in our needs. After a week or so, he called to see how we liked the car and if we had any issues. We will be a Return Customer because of Corbin.

I already had an idea of what I was looking for in my next car. I stopped at the main doors just to ask a question and as fate would have it, Joe Rodriguez, the salesman that was available, informed me he had just seen my name on the service schedule and knew that I was one of his customers. I recently purchased a new Tahoe from Hare and dealt with Joe Rodriguez in Sales. If it hadn't been for Joe, I probably would have purchased elsewhere. I told Joe early in our negotiations that I had tried to purchase from Hare on 3 previous purchases and had not been able too due to their pricing not being competitive enough. Joe "listened" and promised to work very hard to earn my business.I will say that Joe kept his promise and did work hard and ultimately we agreed on pricing and the car and closed the deal. 5 Stars for Joe.I will have to say that I was less than impressed with others that I had to deal with at the dealership. They have entirely too many different people involved with the closing and it takes way too long due to the many people that they force upon you in the closing. In my opinion, they would be better serving the Customer and the business by letting the Sales person handle a lot more of the closing details. It is the person you are familiar with and whom you have built a relationship with at the dealership.

I took my Cruze in for a routine oil check and had them check a few other issues I had been having with the car. The Service Specialist Jeremy greeted me right away and paid careful attention to what I was saying was wrong with the vehicle. The service department was busy when I dropped off the car but they have a very comfortable waiting area and I was able to get some homework done while I waited. Once they had inspected my car, Jeremy found me and thoroughly explained what issues they found and their recommendations. He even waited patiently while I called my husband and he himself explained the problems. Even though we didn't end up going with the dealership to fix the repairs, Jeremy was extremely professional when I refused the services and only wanted my oil changed. He didn't try and force any unwanted maintenance on me or try and sell me parts. I would highly recommend this service department and Jeremy in particular!

Hare does a great volume business, but, it appears the integrity and infrastructure are not in place to handle repairs in a professional, honest manner. I experienced repeated problems. When the vehicle was taken into Hare for service, upon exit, there was always something that did not work that was working when the care was brought in. What was so ridiculous is that the service technicians robotically stated "it is not our fault," whatever the problem. But they at the same time stated that their behaviors caused certain problems. To top it off, I heard the technicians state their "confusion" regarding how to get a sensor light turned off. This prompted me to ask the service manager on duty if the technicians were ASE Certified. I was told several times that the technicians were ASE Certified, but I am not convinced. My concern grew when reporting to other dealerships and auto repair shops, that, without having my VIN number or any other information, named Hare Chevrolet as the place where I had to have been. When I met with the general manager to make him aware of my concerns, the robotic response, "it's not our fault, " started. One more troubling concern was that when I was making a complaint to the service desk check-out, it was made painfully clear just how dissatisfied I was with the Hare Chevrolet service department, they printed out my receipt which noted that I was "Completely Satisfied!" More deception!

I was very down when I arrived at your dealership. I had bad experiences at several dealerships and figured I would not be leaving with a car. I was pleasantly surprised once got greeted at Hare Chevrolet by Brianna Anderson. She was very welcoming, friendly and polite. She informed me that Hare would be able to help me because they have strong relationships with the banks. She listened to me and realized what I needed. She suggested a Honda Civic because it was affordable. I took it for a test drive and when I got back I was pleasantly surprised, I got approved. Brianna made the entire process easy and very very pleasant. She is a wonderful sales person and very professional. I would definitely recommend Hare Chevrolet because Brianna Anderson. The team I had was not really concerned about getting me back on the road in my vehicle, just out of there hair.I was treated with no compassion or respect. They did not want to listen to me or my opinion about what was wrong with my car and blew my off when I was trying to make them understand my concern. Then to add to add insult to my injury after being asked to pay for things that didn't even fix my car after bring my car in for the third time for the same problem. They did not make sure I was satisfied to the the best of there ability. Now in the the end I had to get with my sales manger Mike Tallman and take him away from his duties to help me with my problem. Mike was so helpful and showed me so much compassion for my problem. He gave me a new team headed by Jim and he so awesome and compassionate about my problem. I had the worst experience with this dealership. I worked with grant and he was extremely unknowledgeable with every question I asked him. When certain features of the car didn't work he replied with 'well it's a used vehicle'.. Not the right answer, especially if it's still under warranty. Also, he assured me that the scratches on the side of my vehicle would be removed by their service station and now here I am a month later, I purchased the car, and the scratches are still there. The buying process was a nightmare, I sat for well over an hour with him trying to get me approved for a better rate than I received from my bank, which he was unsuccessful at doing. I would never buy a car or refer anyone to this dealer. I brought my boyfriends mom with me who is a very experienced car buyer and she said she had never had such a difficult and unsatisfying car buying experience. He did not deserve the commission he received because he was more of a hassle than a help. Had I not wanted this car so bad I would have never given them my business. words cannot describe how pissed off I am at this dealer and sales person. I purchased a ford and he told me that more than likely nobody else would know the answers to my questions either because it's not a ford dealer.. If you're going to be that ignorant then don't sell fords.. Or don't work at a car dealership. I hate being the xxxxxxx who writes a bad review but this experience still upsets me and I am astonished by the poor service at such an irritatingly vocal and radio prone dealer. This dealer is not a 'dealer for the people'. They're just a pain in the xxx.

After being at another car dealership for 5+ hours, my fiance and I went to Hare Chevrolet. We were already so bogged down from dealing with the other dealership that we didn't really anticipate getting a car from Hare. Our salesmen, Brian Eybel., was such a great guy to work with. He was very understanding and he treated us like he really cared about getting us into a car. He also explained the concept of leasing a car to us. We were under the impression that leasing was just like "renting." As first time car buyers, Brian took the time to go through step-by-step the prices and where we were at the approval process. He didn't push cars on us and he made sure that we let him know exactly what we wanted. He didn't put us in five different like the first dealership, only to get our hopes up of getting each car. Even with a below average credit score, Brian was able to lease us a brand new car at an affordable monthly payment. Brian continued to collaborate with us, even days after the sale was complete. My salesman was Brian Eybel. When I first contacted Hare Chevrolet I let Brian know about my credit situation and said that if this was not worth his time to tell me up front. I respected his time and didn't want him to waste any of it on me if this was futile. He said hang on, and came back in 10 minutes with a plan. He said he would find me a car and to sit tight, that he would give me a call when he found the right vehicle for me. I said ok thinking to myself as I walked out the door that I wouldn't get my hopes up. However, a week went by and Brian sends me a text saying he found a car! A 2010 Chev Impala, dark gray, tinted windows, with tolerable mileage. I test drove it, pointed a couple things out that I thought needed to be looked at, Brian said ok and that was that! Looks like I was the new and proud owner of this car. Woohoo!So after having the car for 5 days, I brought the car in to be serviced on those couple things I pointed out. Whereas it took much longer than originally quoted, and one thing led to another issue, Hare Chevrolet fixed ALL the issues and one new one for FREE and gave me a rental car for the weekend! Together with my salesman, and the service specialist Shawn McBroom, I am now back on the road with MY (new) car and I really can't say enough about how awesome I was treated! I have purchased from Hare and Wayne Gainey before and have been really pleased. So when Hare called me about my miles on my lease, I made the appointment to go in and chat, fully intending to walk away if it was not beneficial for me to trade right now. WELL, if Wayne says he can get it done, he gets it done. I was not in love with the car he had me drive (2015 Malibu in GOLD) nothing wrong with the car, but didn't care for the color! Wayne is so in-tune with his customers, that he knew I wouldn't go for the gold one and had another one (dark grey w/ a sunroof) at the ready! He got the job done and kept me within $5 of my last payment! The day after I purchased my new car, I ordered some locking lug nuts and went to have a friend install them only to find that this car does not come with a spare tire or a tire iron! After my dismay since I had never even considered this a possibility, I went and had Hare install the lug nuts for me! Must add, that Jeremy in the service department is awesome as well!!!! Overall, great experience!

It took several weeks to get me into a car. Then the car I was purchasing, the son of one of the owners took my new car to Hot box to get himself a pizza, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I don't care if it was the owner, that's unprofessional when you can drive your own car instead of putting miles on another car you don't own! Also, my car wasn't cleaned out as it should've been. I had to also keep filling out documents I already filled out and kept wasting my time going back. Only reason I purchased there was bc when I turned them down, I got a deal & car. I purchased a 2015 Z06 Corvette Convertible with every option element contained in the Z07 Performance Package, except for ceramic brakes (no planned track time), and it was very important to make sure all of the details were properly in place in submitting the final build order. At the last moment on the day the build order was submitted, Wayne discovered a discrepancy in the list of options ordered, and undertook some very unusual measures to get the matter resolved. Because of Wayne's alertness, professional attitude and dedication to detail, the car was delivered exactly as ordered. To add a "cherry on top," Wayne also took some unusual steps to deliver the new car to me in Florida through a local dealer conveniently located near my residence. Fantastic service!!

Now that the kids are all able to drive I no longer needed a multi-passenger vehicle. I stopped into the dealership to trade in my reliable but not so fun to drive Equinox and Wayne stepped up to assist in answering all my questions and pointed me in the direction of a Camaro. Needless to say I ordered one right away and other than the transfer time from Canada to the states(1 month) I love the car. It is indeed a fun car to drive. I had my car serviced for the ignition recall. that was the start of our relationship. the inspected my car top to bottom an gave me estimates on suggested repairs. They were not pushy and that impressed me. Recently I took it in for an intermittent problem. in fifteen minutes they accurately diagnosed the problem. Repairs were made within the hour. I had expected to be there all day, but I was in and out in less than two hours. I have gone to other Chevrolet dealerships and not received the attention to detail like I did at Hare Chevrolet. My service tech was Tony, he was very through in explaining what the problem was. He treated my car like it was his own. Great Job Tony!!!

After all day of searching for a new vehicle in 7 different dealerships, decided to stop into HARE. The staff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and professional. Reneau greeted me and it was like he made the whole process look easy. Not only did I leave with a new car, but a vehicle 10 times better than what I had in mind and answered any and all questioned I had truthfully. I do my research before I go to places, and by far this is the best service I have ever seen. Ask for Reneau Simpson (pronounced Ra-nay). Car I bought was used but might as well be new. I love my car! 2012 with 25k on it, and the price was great. I was really nervous about having a car note again, but they made everything worth it.

My car died and I had to have it towed in. Turns out the battery died but was replaced with a generic by the previous owner or the dealership I had bought it from in Texas. Jeremy Smith was my service agent at Here and helped explain why this was a problem, and what should have been done for my car to have been certified by the other dealership. He gave me a loaner and helped with patience while I worked with the other dealer and Chevy to get a resolution, and never put any pressure on me to just pay for the repairs out of pocket when it had bumper to bumper coverage. Prior to moving to Texas I had ALWAYS (last 20 years) gone to Hare for service, and bought several cars there. Now that I am back in Indiana they continue to have professional, caring staff, who are knowledgeable, and honest. I will continue to go there for my auto needs. There continued excellence for customer service in all departments is still outstanding!!!

I bought my car from Hare and had the wonderful experience promised in their advertising. I have purchased cars from 5 different dealerships in my life and this was the best one ever. Great customer service on the sales team and in the service department. The only complaint I have is that Hare is so popular that making your service appointment online does not guarantee speedy service. Waiting over an hour for an oil change is frustrating...especially when there is place less than a mile away that does all the same stuff, on a walk in basis, in less than half the time. The friendly staff almost makes it feel worth the wait. :)

We got a great deal on a 2015 Chevy Malibu LT for my fiance. So great that I reached back out to the salesman to trade my 2013 Silverado in a finance for a 2015 Silverado to lease. He got me into the new truck but handled the sale poorly. I would give five stars but when negotiating the monthly rate on the new truck he stated "You guys killed us so much on the firs deal so I told them to go for the $590 a month." The deal was to lease the 2015 truck and everyone knows that leases are never that high. I got it for $430 a month only because I wanted the new truck so bad. He purposely came with an offer higher because of the deal we got on the Malibu. I thought he would appreciate me coming back to him to give him another deal but instead he tried to broker and unreal deal and make me pay more for the lease than I should be doing. I will not recommend anyone to the salesman or dealership because of this. He got me into the new truck but for a monthly rate I know should have been lower. He didn't appreciate me trying to give him a second deal.

I knew it was time to retire my Dodge Durango and find something a little smaller, a little sportier. I've always enjoyed the Hare Chevy commercials on the radio, so I checked the website out. I found a car I loved, a gorgeous Chevy Equinox and I made an internet inquiry. Todd Kirkpatrick contacted me, and the negotiations began. I live about an hour and a half away from the dealership, so I was able to scan and send him all the necessary paperwork. Everything was good to go, then I had a family crisis and I was unable to go up to pick the car up at the dealership. Todd actually drove the car down to my hometown, and drove my old Durango back. I was so impressed with the ease of the whole transaction. I love the car, and had a great Hare experience! I will be back, and I would definitely recommend others!

Simply stated, they have treated me like family every time I've gone in. Jeremy in the service department is exceptional, and it was a pleasure to work with Brian and Vicky at the body shop. Every time my wife or I go here our issues are quickly taken care of and we are kept "in the loop" all throughout the process. I've been here for oil changes, engine work, paint repair, pretty much everything and they make it the most painless process I've ever experienced. I really can't say enough about how well this service department and body shop have gone above and beyond to make sure that I have been taken care of. Not once here have I felt like the financial gain of the dealership is the priority, which is a refreshing experience. I wish that I could put into words how exceptional my experience with them has been. They are a business run by good people with good principles, the kind of place where a handshake still means something and I'll be a customer for life.

Came to Hare for our usual oil change. Tyler Skaruppa took care of us. It was obvious we are of the older generation. Tyler said it would take about 40 minutes. I explained I didn't expect special treatment but my husband has had a stroke and his patience is limited. Tyler said he understood. In less than40 minutes we were on our way to lunch. Everyone was very polite and thoughtful. Tyler had a gentleman pull our car right uptothedoor. They all made us feel very comfortable. Hold up. I just bought a car. The exact car I wanted. I found it online, sent it to my sales person, Cate, and came in and got the terms and payment I wanted........ What sort of a Twilight Zone am I living in? This appears to be the status quo for Hare Chevy. But then.........Cate isn't even a salesperson? Are you kidding me? The way she carried herself, and the precision with which she moved through the sales process??? Unbelievable. It turns out she is support staff for Wayne, and he had to go home with a massive migraine. Hope he feels better, but he needn't worry. His sales clients are in safe, and capable hands. I only have one complaint, and it's not about Cate, or the sale in particular. And when I sent it to her, she was all over it, even on her day off. I hope to not have to buy another car anytime soon, but if I do, it will be from Hare, and Cate. PS. She SHOULD be a sales person. get on that Hare.

I took my Traverse in to inspect a transmission issue. The service team did a great job explaining the scope and cost of work that would be needed for repair. When I expressed concern that I would have a hard time finding the funds, they went out of their way to contact Chevy to find a discount. Jeremy was able to obtain the discount, clean the car, and add a maintenance plan - all under budget. I'll definitely be back for any future service needs and would recommend Hare (and certainly Jeremy) to friends.

My buying experience was excellent with Chris i am happy about my new vehicle and we did shop around before i came here to hare Chevy. the dealer before that we visited i wasn't very impressed with reason i bring this up is so people know the quality of service that i was provided with. The place we went before they were friendly but that doesn't mean everything when we asked questions they kinda avoided them and were just trying to sell me a car. At Hare it wasn't like that the employees all friendly and they all greeted us and didn't feel like they were trying to just sell me a car when we asked a price on vehicle yes it was a bit expensive but question wasn't avoided and i got into a vehicle that i can make reasonable payments on because of how easy it was made by the employee that helped me.

I had my 99 Chevy Suburban Oil Change and Over all check up done on Tuesday 3/24. Also needed a headlight replaced (moisture had gotten inside) so John Pence had ordered everything needed before we had are scheduled appointment which made everything great. Hares -John Pence and his technician Brian Smith always takes very good care of us and I would only take my Truck to Hares for service. Always upfront and honest with us and tells us exactly what needs to be done and what needs to be done possibly at the next service. Very satisfied with the service we get!

We bought our 2015 Corvette from Wayne Gainey. He made what might have been an impersonal internet purchase into a great experience. The trade-in papers were all prepared in advance and the car was clean, prepped and ready to go. His assistant Kate showed us all of the features and we were ready to go... a 500 mile trip. (That efficiency contrasts to a local buying experience in 2008 that took four hours to so simply trades and paperwork....so long of a time that we got caught in a snowstorm). Hare by the way has a beautiful new dealership and has very competitive prices from what I have seen. Everyone was very friendly.

I went to Hare on a Friday and came back and bought on Saturday. I didnt visit another dealer or look at another truck before I bought.
