I was a Non-Believer in this Dealership and had written them off MANY times. Thanks to my DAD, I decided to give them ONE More chance to win me over. Mission ACCOMPLISHED......the Entire Staff made me feel like my cares and concerns mattered - they weren't just in it to sell me a Car. They wanted to help me get the Car I wanted/needed for the Price/Payment that I was Comfortable with. They even got my Payment $45 Lower than what I said I wanted to be. We were greeted immediately. We also were not pressured into anything not interested in. Salesperson was courteous and well knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot. We were interested in a Dodge Charger and Chevrolet Impala. We asked to see the Charger first and my husband thought for sure the salesperson would bring the Impala to us first. He was wrong. Your dealership made the transaction happen. We are happy with our purchase. This makes our second purchase here and my daughter has purchased two times, here, too.

Prior to arrival salesman (Dan Dove) worked diligently to ensure we had the vehicle we were looking for, even going to lengths to possibly have their dealership purchase/bring in a different vehicle for us to check out. My husband stopped in to look at a used truck for sale on a Thursday, after realizing a new truck might be better for our family, the saleman gave him his cell phone number. Friday night, after hours, we contacted him and set up an appointment for the next morning. Was at the dealership for 4 hours and the experience was pain free! The salesman was very helpful and answered all our questions re: the new truck. Left with a great feeling that we'll be taken care of in the future as well.

Upon arrival they had the car I had scheduled to see ready right away. Took the test drive and all my questions were answered. The salesman even asked if there was anything if wanted that I did not see in the car. Then after the test drive he did a once over for us on the car. He then gave me a good 10 mins to think about it. We settled on a great deal for both parties. Would recommend this dealer.

We arrived about 1pm and we looked at cars around the whole lot which took us a half hour, it took that long before someone even came out to ask us for help. when we did get helped we were looking at a few used cars, which they answered a few questions about the cars in question but they went into asking us how much we wanted to spend...ok so now we should be getting to the real subject matter on what we can afford, we told them X amount and X amount down and X a month, and with that they pretty much ignored the total and tried to place me in a car that was well over double my ceiling. you have to understand I didn't pull that number out of thin air I know how much i have to spend. They had us test drive several cars but each was too expensive, and then when we wouldn't commit they were asking why...well lets see you are at twice what I wanted to spend..."well understand that this is a better deal" but better deal as it may if you can't afford it whats the point, they kept us for 2 hours trying to get us into the car that we obviously liked but couldn't afford I know that its their job but its not their job to bankrupt some one too. finally I was able to be on my way but was I too late to go to the other dealerships due to them holding us so long. The representatives were nice enough but they don't know how to take no for an answer. we have so much to spend, work with it or tell us you don't have what we're looking for and don't waste my time trying to sell me a car I cannot afford.

we took the car on a test drive and everything was fine! Left the lot and got to a friend's house and was looking over the car and found out that the bumper on the front of the car was coming off! took it to ben davis' body shop and told me it was going to take 1100 to fix it called the place back and they wouldn't even help with the deducable!!! Then I found out that the battery cover was missing and the person who have worked on the car before I got it got canned so our missing battery cover is that missing!! They clam that they are looking for it I haven't heard a word from them in 5 days!!! I was told that they won't even order a new one so I'm stuck! The salesman told me that they would make it up to me when I came back up to get a different car in a year!! What do I look like that I'm made of money??? It's going to take me at least 5 years to pay this off!! NO WAY AM I GOING BACK!!! If I were you I would either look some where else or make sure that you take your car to who you have work on it!! TRUST NO ONE!! Been there and I'm not going back!!!

Brought my vehicle for service, was told they were having a hard time diagnosing the issue. (This vehicle was bought and purchased brand new from this same dealer). It was almost 1 week before they called me with the "diagnosis" which was they had to do more diagnosing. Eventually they called and said the vehicle was repaired. I went to the shop paid, got into my vehicle and as I drove away I realized the vehicle had the exact same issue. I promptly went back and told the service tech the issue. I will say they gave me no issues with a refund. However, I will never take my vehicle there for service again. Also, I had to drive 90+ miles to come find out it hadn't been repaired. Just a very frustrating situation all together.

After being assured the used vehicle I was interested in had been thru the service department and was in excellent condition I drove 85 miles to Angola to purchase it. The first thing I noticed about the car was duct tape on the bumper covering substantial damage. On the test drive there was a loud noise coming from the real differential. I was furious about the saleman misrepresenting the condition of the car. It had obviously not been gone over by the service department. There should be a law about doing business with a dealer like Harold Chevrolet/Buick.

No pressure is what I felt when I purchased my 2011 Chevy from Harold Chevrolet Buick. These guys worked hard to find the right car for me. I had my salesman (Mark) searching the internet and making phone calls to get me what I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. David the used car sales manager also worked hard to make sure I got as much as possible for my trade. He made calls to other car lots since they couldn't put my car on their lot (salvage title). At no time did I feel any pressure from them to purchase. I felt like I was working with a hometown dealership even though I live an hour away. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I am a specialty contractor who serves a 3-state area. Recently, while out on the road, I had transmission failure. That left us stranded. Upon contacting Harold CHevrolet and explaining my dilemma, they recognized my need and responding promptly. The vehicle was in their shop for one day to overhaul the transmission which minimized my losses and allowed me to get those wheels rolling again to make money. Wish Harold Chevrolet had a branch in my hometown. Thanks again to Harold Chevrolet and hats off to their service manager Dave Fredrickson. My experience with Harold shows me how a shop should be run.

I was sceptical at first that I would recieve a good deal from such a big dealership but I was wrong. I have bought from harold cheverolet just a year before and I was not totally pleased with the deal. This time was different. William was my salesman. He was extremely professional and very pleasant to both me and my family. He was a pleasure to work with. He was not pushy or inpatient as some sales people can be. Dave was my financial specialist and he was phenominal as well. He got me at the payments I wanted. He worked hard for it. He never gave up even when his computer went down and he.had to start all over. Joe, the general manager, is.always a pleasure to deal with he is.one of the reasons I decided to go back to them for my.second vehicle. These gentlemen I mentioned will make anyones car buying experience a good experience.

This was a great experience. It all started on the internet, working with Jan. She was right on top of trying to find what i wanted. At first it didn't seem like it was going to come together, but in the end it did. Blaine, and Mike got involved, did a search and found exactly what i was looking for. Then we came together on the numbers and it was awesome. I drove my new truck off the lot last night, and it was more than i could of hoped for. I will recommend people to this dealer. Even the walk through on the truck was great. They really care in service and sales that you are completely satisfied. Thanks!!! Love the truck.

We where on our way from Chicago to Penn State University when we had a problem with our 2011 Chevy Avalanche. The engine light came on then the engine slowed down to 35 miles an hour. Turned out to be the Throttle Body. A State officer escorted us off the Indiania Toll way so no one would rear end us. We found Harold Chevrolet in Angola, IN that was about 6 miles from the Tollway by our Tom Tom and we headed to their location. We did not have a appointment and went in and Tiffaney set up for the truck to be looked at right away. We explained the need to get to Penn State by that evening. She took care that the Mechanic Allen would take the truck right away. He came back within minutes to tell us the problem and they had the part. He also told us of a recall and that he would fix that also. We where told that this would be less than1 hour. Tiffany made arrangements for us to be taken to TGIF so we could have lunch. Our driver Jake was very pleasant and took us to the door. We had not even finished our lunch and Tiffaney called us to tell us the truck was ready. We called her to have us picked up when we where finished. Jill was the driver and was just wonderful. Usually a break down of a vechicle is a very unpleasant but in this case it was the nicest experience we have ever had. Thanks to all at Harold Chevrolet. We did make it to Penn State and home without any other problems. I highly recommend this dealership because of the wonderful staff and how proffesional everyone is. They actually cared about the costumer.

Jake Wells did a great job helping us to find the perfect car, patient, friendly, outgoing, hard worker, etc. Asked questions about what we were looking for, our needs, and then started recommendations, the transaction was easy and fast, we drove our new used car home same day, wonderful, car fax at your request also. Overall our shopping experience was great. VERY HAPPY WITH OUR NEW USED CAR! :)

We are new to the area and went to Harold as it is the local Chevrolet dealer. We were very impressed with the friendliness of everyone there, espescially George. This dealership went out of their way to show us various Equinox's, even bringing a Ford SUV, that we were also interested in, so we could compare them side-by-side. We had a great overall experience, they did everything they said they would and WHEN they said they would. We love our Equinox and look forward to continue to build a relationship with this local dealership!! They wanted to make sure we are happy with our vehicle, and we are!!!

I was in need of a good car as my current car was in extremely bad shape and was not going to make it much longer. Andrew Rathbun was our sales person and Dave helped with financing. They worked quickly and helped us get into a very nice car that we are pleased with. We took our first trip with it this weekend and could not be happier.
