I contacted the dealership through email before they opened with the intention of buying a vehicle today. My inquiry was never taken seriously as I was never able to speak to a sales person or anybody with direct knowledge of the vehicle, despite repeated contact with Channa the sales manager. I was constantly told that I would be contacted within 30 minutes, to no avail. Will go elsewhere even if that means having to pay more for the vehicle I want

We have been purchasing cars from Harper's for nearly 20 years. The whole experience with this dealership is exceptional. During that time we have owned more than 7 Audi's, a Jag and two Porches', but it makes no difference what make of car you buy from this dealer, sales staff, support folks and service personnel are truly world class. We love our Audi service team, and Derek is our "go to" guy for any problems we might (think we) have. The quality of the repairs and technical support when (rarely) required is simply outstanding. The only downside - how can we look at any car not sold by Harper's and risk suffering the horror stories of other dealers told by so many?????

Just wanted to say, how much I appreciated Derek/Service Manager for Audi. Anytime, I need to drop in for a small favor (changing battery in my key, check my oil level install fuse for my battery charger, etc) its never a problem for Derek, to take care of my little "whims" (smile) Derek is so patient with me, teaching me how to change my clock time, the proper way to use my phone charger (I had it all wrong) Sometimes the little "things" means so much Truly wonderful having the dealership close by, moreso like a "extended family home" everyone is extremely pleasant with a smile! Harpers is the best!

This is my second experience with Harper and hope to have many More! All the gentlemen are polite and dpo not hassle at all. I called explained what I wanted and what I was looking forand Trevor explained that they had a vehicle that would be perfect so I looked at it on line, came by at lunch with some questions. Kimo went over my car and explained what they would give and I had questions and those were explained very nicely. All the questions were answered so filled out the application and when I got off work I was ready to go. Short sweet and simple!!! How much better can u get? Cliff had the papers ready to sign and I'm out the door. That is service !!

My wife and I just made our second Acura purchase from Harper Acura: a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 MDX with Technology package, and we couldn't be happier. When I buy something - especially something expensive - I spend a lot of time in research: both for "what" I'm going to buy as well as "where" I will buy it. I was already planning on likely buying from Harper again since I'd had a great experience three years previously when I purchased my TL-S there, but out of curiosity, I thought I'd just check the reviews on dealerships across the surrounding region. So I looked at Nashville, Chattanooga, Johnson City, Roanoke, Lexington (Ky), Asheville, Charlotte, Greenville (SC), Atlanta, and several other dealerships in smaller towns in North and South Carolina. What I found confirmed my decision to buy from Harper even more: they set the bar for customer satisfaction in Acura dealership reviews. I then reviewed their current sales staff to see if the person who sold my TL-S was still with them. He wasn't (but he's with a neighboring Harper family dealership), but I found the name of a salesperson (Mark Cauthen) whose name I'd seen listed in numerous favorable reviews and left him a voice message. He got back to me shortly, and we set up a time for my wife and I to come down and see what they had to offer. From the time we arrived until the time he shook our hand and we drove away with our new MDX, the whole experience was pleasant. Mark allowed us to freely test drive three (3) different vehicles without riding along in the car and distracting us with incessant sales chatter. Instead, we felt like family. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles; could answer every question I posed to him; and worked with us to negotiate a very fair price for the MDX. He has followed up with us a couple of times to see if we are satisfied for our purchase, and to ensure all's well, offering to help in any way if anything's amiss. So if/when you find yourself in the market for a vehicle - new or used - and you're considering, or have settled on an Acura, I would highly encourage you to give Harper Acura serious consideration. Take it from me, the reviews of the many other customers, or just research it for yourself - online or in person - and I believe you'll come to the same conclusion I did: these folks run a world class dealership and will treat you right!

I never thought I could afford a VW, but when my Kia proved a disappointment, I thought, why not? Trever let me drive every model on the lot, and I fell in love with the TDI Beetle. It was the look, the feel, and the torque! (Wouldn't even have known that if not for Trever, he knows a LOT about his cars!) We talked numbers and I thought I might not be able to afford it. I was about to go for a Jetta, not my first pick but still a great car for me, and maybe more in my price range. Then Kimo, Bill and Rick teamed up with Trever to form the dream team and they all worked so hard to get me the car I really wanted for the payments I needed. I can't think of any dealership that would work so hard to get me in the car that I LOVE!

I purchased my Passat with Kino and loved him (reviewed him at time of purchase) however we moved about 4 hours away after that. I've dealt with two other dealerships and after having difficulty finally called Jeff in service. He told me if I'd drive the 4 hours he'd take care of everything- and he did! I took a chance and a day off work. When I arrived Jeff went the extra mile to see that my issues were taken care of at no cost to me, and it was all done in one day so I could get home that night! He truly went above and beyond what had to be done. Harper VW's service department will keep us loyal VW owners, even from 4 hours away!

I've had nothing but positive experiences in dealing with employees at both Harper Acura and Infiniti. We have purchased two used vehicles in the past two months from sales guide Joe H. This guy is excellent to deal with and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Harper and ask for Joe. There was zero pressure on either transaction. Brad S here at Harper Infiniti has also stayed on top of all the small details in assisting Joe before and after the sale. Also, in my opinion they tend to have one of the best used selections of any dealer here in west Knoxville. Their inventory seems to have a good turnaround which means new vehicles are on the lot often. They have taken care of any and everything above and beyond what would be expected especially when talking about a used car with no warranty. I will definitely be keeping them at the top of my list when it comes time for another one and I would not hesitate to recommend them to you as well.

The service staff,Steve Nicole, went above and beyond to welcome me as a "Harper customer ". I then seen David Fish in sales. It was a total new experience to be treated like a " King". I not only got a deal that I was looking for, but when I picked up my Passat. He had already transferred the items from my trade-in. He put everything in the same place as it was in my trade-in down to the umbrella and Kleenex box. I've made a lot of trades and never got the treatment that I received at Harper. You have won me over as a Harper customer present and future.

My overall experience at Harper Acura was excellent. Mark Cauthen was very knowledgable about the vehicle and more than answered all my questions. I was also pleased with the speed of the process. I don't enjoy the negotiation process when having to buy a new vehicle and trade in my existing vehicle. However this time, with Harper Acura, it seemed to go very smoothly. I feel that the purchase price was fair and the process was handled with professionalism by all involved. All of the employees I have had contact with have been very courteous and friendly. Every time I bring my vehicle in for service, the staff remember me and treat me with respect. No only would I recommend this dealership to others, but I have done so many times since purchasing my vehicle. I will definitely make them my first stop should I be in the market for another vehicle in the future.

We have been buying Audi/Jaguar/Porsche cars from Harper's for over 18 years. For more than 18 years the experience with Harper's has been amazing. In all that time, whether purchasing a car with Joey Collins, receiving service from Derek Tingle/Charles Vesser for our current Audi's or working with any of the Audi/Jaguar/Porsche sales and service team, we have always been rewarded with care, friendliness, and respect. Every member of staff is experienced and extremely knowledgeable, a rare quality in this day and age. Our experience with Harper's has been enhanced by the quality of the engineers and the care of our cars by the "backroom" guys, including finance, reception and the accessory department. These guys are not often recognized for what they do, but it is the whole experience with this dealership that makes the difference. But the truly remarkable thing about Harper's is their consistency. Not once in 18 years plus have we had a bad experience, or felt we were not being looked after to the highest standard. We do not even consider any other make of car if it is not sold by Harper's.

I have owned Audi's since my first Audi, an Audi GT Coupe in 1984. Great cars, great service and honest sales people. Every one of my Audi's have been routine service cars or needing only minor repairs. I have never replaced a clutch, drivetrain, transmission, or rear end. I have never had a major engine repair. The Quattro system has kept me out of trouble countless times. Audi's and Harper Audi are the best!

I purchased my certified 2012 Acura TL Advance at this dealership. From the minute I pulled up for the first time, there were no pressure sales tactics and they let me take the car by myself on a test drive. We were able to agree on a fair price via email/phone, since I reside in Nashville. Once everything was agreed to, I grabbed a rental car and headed to Knoxville to pick up the car. Mark Cauthen was great to work with and everything went smoothly. He set up Shane to pick me up in my new car at the airport (after dropping off my rental car). Great service and smooth transaction. I highly recommend this dealership.

Mark Cauthen was absolutely wonderful to work with during and following the purchase of our new vehicle from Harper Acura. My husband and I live out of state, and Mark worked with us to coordinate a fairly swift purchase and pickup of the vehicle on a holiday weekend. Mark was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, honest, and responsive. My husband and I encountered a few issues getting the paperwork to register our vehicle in our home state, and those issues were outside of the control of Harper Acura. Still, Mark and another team member, Amy Scates, remained available following the purchase to assist us in every way possible until those issues were finally resolved. I would certainly visit Harper Acura again for my next car purchase and would recommend Harper Acura and Mark, specifically, to anyone in the market to purchase a new car. We love our Acura and loved our experience with Harper Acura even more!

I went to have my routine major servicing completed. While starting the initial repairs, other mechanical problems were detected. The service department (Ray) contacted my warranty company and handled all the logistical issues on my behalf and kept me up to speed on everything each step of the way. I knew how much the cost would be, and I had the options on fixing everything or only fixing what I desired to fix. I was given a loaner vehicle to drive until my repairs where completed. This dealership and service dept are professional and extremely helpful from the beginning when you walk into the door, until they have completed your repairs. They are courteous and always ask if there is any thing else that you need. I am a true loyal customer

I feel I you should have given more on my trade in. Next time I will sell my car privately as I did the first time I bought from your dealership. Otherwise, the Dealersip is great, people are great, we had a total wonderful experience!! The SERVICE DEPT is MOST IMPORTANT and you will not go anyplace to find a SERVICE DEPT as good as HARPER DEALERSHIPS!! They rate above the 5 star chart for service!!

We recently bought a new 2015 Jaguar XF 3.0 AWD Sport from Harper and it was the most pleasant new car purchase we have ever made. Having bought over 20 new cars in our lifetime, we've learned what makes a car dealership great, and then the very few outstanding. Our salesman Derek was outstanding as he was very attentive to our needs, no high pressure, and took care of every detail we asked on our new car quickly. He's like more of a friend than a car salesman.Last week we took the car into service for some minor warranty work and found the same high level of service with Joe as we did with Derek. The whole Harper experience has been by far our best car buying experience of all of our cars.We are looking forward to a long term relationship with Harper in the future!

Thanks to my salesman Trevor and Kimo, I was able to quickly and easily get into a gorgeous new VW Passat TDI. Even though I was upside down on the current car I owned they worked with me and the bank and made sure the deal went through. I have had some awful experiences with buying cars but this experience with them has turned that all around for me. I would recommend them to everyone! We will only be buying cars from Harper from now on.

As always, the Audi Service Department at Harper's does an outstanding job of efficiency and providing quality service! On the telephone, they are friendly and accommodating, and always willing to work out whatever is necessary to provide service at the earliest possible time. Requests for a loaner vehicle are never a problem, which makes the service day no inconvenience at all. It is like this every time, every service, and things always run smoothly as far as I have ever seen. And the employees in the Service department are always in a good mood and seem to enjoy their jobs, which says a lot about the overall tone of the business. We moved from Knoxville a few years ago, and live closer to Atlanta, but I drive 2 hours to go to Harper's because of this excellence. The people are friendly and helpful as well. Charles was my Service Consultant for my most recent service, and he made the entire process easy. My car was cleaned at the end of the service as well, which is always a nice touch. Thank you Harper's for great service, for being so helpful to your customers, and for having such great people to take care of business!

Since we had to drive a long way to make the deal, we had to trust the correspondence we had prior to our visit. Derrick told us everything and was very helpful. I purchased a CPO Audi from Harper Audi, and I found their customer service to be absolutely the best. Between Mike in sales and Dicky in Finance, my long-distance purchase was a breeze. They were some of the most straighforward, helpful, and friendly people you could want to deal with, and they made my purchase experience truly memorable. Buying a used car is not something you expect to feel good about, and I was frankly surpised by how just plain nice and helpful everyone I spoke to at Harpers was. I would recommend Harper Audi without hestitation, and I would consider going there again for my next car purchase, even though I live 500 miles away.
