My positive experience with Haar Jeep started at the time I entered the dealership, and continued throughout the subsequent sale. My product specialist, Stephen was a pleasure to work with and an excellent product/sales professional -- possessed thorough knowledge of the vehicle(s), paid attention to the features that were important to me, and closed the deal without being pushy!I had two trade-in vehicles so logistics were a little more involved than typical but Stephen handled everything step-by-step in a way that made it easy. I had done quite a bit of research online and was very pleased when the HARR purchase price and trade-in values presented to me were in line with my expectations. As such, there was no need to look elsewhere. The entire HARR staff, from Stephen to his management to the folks handling all of the paperwork were informative and helpful throughout the process.Several weeks later, I am loving my new mode of transportation. Thank you Harr for putting the fun back in car buying.

I went in to Harr late on a thursday night last winter looking to find a used car. The floor was busy so I decided to check out the Toyota parts department right there off the showroom. I was greeted by Pat W. who promptly asked me if I was being assisted. I told him I didn't really wait around to let someone notice me. He immediately found Hiram, the salesperson I eventually made a deal with. From that point on it was a team effort. From sales to finance I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I needed. It's nice to see a team function the way it did that night.

I had read that it would take several hours for the repair and wouldn't have my car ready for me till around 3. Next thing I know I get a call around 11 saying my car was ready to be picked up. I didn't buy some American muscle but I got a 2010 Hyundai Genesis. There was no negotiating or room to move the price by even the slightest amount. However, the car was competitively priced. Stephen Ribeiro has been a great sales associate to work with. All the paper work has been submitted in a timely fashion and he has taken time out of his schedule to teach me how to drive manual. Excellent experience with Harr, if the car last I'll be sure to get my next one here again.

Harr Chrysler Jeep Dodge Employees and vehicles are the best. They go the extra mile. I purchased 2015 Jeep Latitude from them. The whole staff treat you as if you're their relative. You can trust them. I've had my other jeeps service there. I'm a person that WILL NOT leave my vehicle with people that I don't trust. I can leave my vehicle with them. I thought it was very thoughtful of the ower to invest in our vehicles. They put in a new car wash systems. You don't find that with a lot other places. I love it. I know I wrote a lot, but I really do appreciate them. Since I'm happy. I want others to go there and see what I'm talking about. Believe me,if I didn't like them You'll be the first to know. I purchased a new Ram 2500 truck and after owning it for a few weeks I noticed that in the right light it appeared to be striped. Its a silver truck and the lines really stood out at the correct angle. I took it to Harr where I purchased it. I met with the service manager Mark, he confirmed the striped paint job and took pictures. Mark pursued getting the truck repainted by RAM. After meeting with an area rep Mark was able to convince Ram to repaint the entire truck. End result is the entire truck was repainted. Harr's Auto Body shop did an outstanding job. I was very apprehensive in how it would come out but my truck is beautiful! There is absolutely no indication that this is not a factory paint job. I have been in the service industry for 33 years and I know good service. I felt that I did not have to fight to have this issue taken care of. The Service Manager, Mark drove this to resolution. Great Job!! I will definitely purchase many more vehicles from Harr.

My wife and I were in search of a Jeep Cherokee due to our current vehicle needing to be replaced. From the moment we stepped into the dealership, we were warmly greeted and treated with respect. Our prior experience working with two Santa Fe dealerships both in the winter and spring left us feeling unheard, taken advantage of, and mistreated. The "Perfect Price" at Harr was definitely something we appreciated as there was no hassle or pushy sales people forcing us to make a decision. Everyone at Harr was extremely helpful and polite, especially Ashley Defries, who was the Product Specialist we worked with. She kindly listened to our situation and made us feel at ease. Since it was our first time leasing a vehicle, Ashley readily answered our questions and did so in a way in which we could understand. Our situation was somewhat complex due to moving out of the state and having to set up temporary insurance at the same time. However, this was not a problem for Ashley and the team. She, as well as the rest of the team, went above and beyond, including providing her cell phone number to us, as we both had busy schedules and found this way the best method for communication. Ashley was able to find us the exact Jeep we were looking for. Within a few days and a matter of signing some paperwork, we were behind the wheel of a new Jeep Cherokee! They were willing and able to get us the best deal! We can honestly say this has been the most pleasant dealership experience we have ever had. It is a shame we are moving out of state, as we would only consider Harr dealership for a car/truck/SUV in Worcester going forward. We will highly recommend this dealership to our family and friends living in the area! A few days after we leased our vehicle, Ashley sent us a text message to ensure we loved our new Jeep. She knew we were sad to let our previous vehicle go and took the time to check in with us. It is rare to find such personal service these days!
