Everyone was great. I love the fact that you don't have an appointment, I showed up and was told it would probably be a couple of hours and it was done quicker than I thought. I also ask if someone could help me with setting my truck up with my phone to start and stop and Nick helped me. Great job everyone.

Thank you for your amazing service that went above and beyond!!! We were driving back to STL through AR and ended up stranded on the highway - camper, expedition, 4 kids + 2 dogs. Harris Ford sent a driver to pick us up and really saved the day for us. Thankfully their service department quickly resolved our car trouble and we are eternally grateful! I walked in off the street at 20 til 5 in the afternoon on a spare. I had ran over road debris and cut down my tire. They immediately took my car in and replaced my tire. I was extremely pleased with the service I received that day. Brian took excellent care of my son and I that day!!

As I have stated in the past and will do so again. The staff and I mean all the staff from the crew in the shop and the crew at the check in desk are "THE BEST"!!! I am treated like family and my vehicle is treated like it was their own. The service is the "BEST" that can be found anywhere I am 66 yrd old and have been in lots of dealerships and repair shops and none of the others compair to this one. As stated "THE BEST"!!!!

New Year's Eve my husband and I went to Newport to pick up a tractor part. We had stopped at two other dealerships that day but at both places no one paid any attention to us. After we picked up our part we decided to try one more dealership. Even though their staff was quite busy a sales person took the time to help us. As a result we purchased a new explorer. We left happy and pleased. When we need other vehicles in the future we will definitely contact them first.

The day after I bought my last truck, my father passed away. My father owned an electrical business and always used ford trucks. With the funeral plans it was going to require several vehicles to be cleaned and detailed. I called Mr. Harris and asked if they could work in a few vehicles to get detailed. Without hesitation he said whatever needs to be done he'd make sure it was. It was extremely comforting to know that this part of the funeral was taken care of because it was important to my dad.
