Evan was great. I guess my deal was a bit unique and there were some restrictions on my part, so it did take a bit longer than anticipated. Plus we live about 60 minutes from the dealership. i would refer a friend for sure, the staff is friendly and the dealership is clean. however there were no vehicles available to clients receiving service that day. They no longer provide courtesy details. I did not need a detail per say I just asked if they could clean the INSIDE of my windshield. Nope! There is apparently a special type of person to do that and they were no longer available. So there I sit for 1hr 45 min. That being said they did a great job giving my Encore a top off and filter change.

I needed to service my Buick before leaving on an extended road trip the next day. I really didn't expect to be able to get a maintenance appointment but decided to give it a try anyway. I have a new Buick Encore and every time I've taken it in for and oil change it has taken two hours with and appointment and I've been treated like a second class citizen. The last time I had my husband take it in for the oil change he was told he had to bring in the car at 15000,00 mile for a motor check and pay $250.00 out our pocket. No such thing. Rip Rip Rip!Needless to say they will never see us again.

I did not like my experience with this dealership. I got the car I wanted picked out and sat down to talk about finance. When I went into the office they wanted me to sign without knowing at all what my monthly payments would be or even what bank I was going through. It was horrible. If I wasn't aware, they would of just signed me into some contract that had a ridiculous interest rate and high monthly payments. I shoud of walked then. Too bad I loved this car.Also they don't pay any attention when cleaning out the car. They left personal information from the previous owner in the glove box. And there was no owners manual. I called to ask about getting one and all they had to say was that I could buy one on Amazon or download one online to my phone. All I wanted after spending so much money was a book. But they didn't even care. I just wanted a book so if something went wrong with my phone I would still be able to reference it. I am so disappointed with how they treated me after I had already bought it. I didn't think that was so much to ask for. I'll be sure not to recommend them ever again. I would give them two stars but it says 'fair' and I wouldn't rate my experience even that high.

Fast check-in for a couple of minor re-call items, very minimal delay in getting a shuttle ride to the office with a very friendly driver. Truck was serviced quickly and I was promptly called to arrange for shuttle pick up. Then another very friendly driver took me back to Hazelwood, and finally a quick paperwork closeout with Randy (who did a great service rep job). Everyone at this dealership from our sales person, the sales manager, to the finance guy were fantastic. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, talkative, but not pushy. Even people who were not involved with our sale were friendly and asked if we needed help and offered us refreshments. It was a very friendly, relaxed, and fun environment. The dealership itself was very nice, well decorated and clean. We had been mistreated at Puyallup Chevrolet (Harnish auto group) and ended up walking out. Let me preface this review by saying that I absolutely loathed car shopping. Thinking about stepping on to a car lot gave me such anxiety that I would avoid it at all cost. My fiance contacted Dave Aycock at Haselwood to assist him in finding a 2015 Buick Enclave and convinced me to go to the dealership with him. We brought our two children and I left with an entirely different attitude and perception of car shopping. Dave, Justin Becker, and Lucas Hart took such great care of us. Personable and professional, they handled our transaction with great integrity and care. Haselwood has two great "kid centers" so my children were entertained the entire time and I took home a vehicle that I LOVE.Justin took me around the dealership, even introducing me to the service technicians so that I would be comfortable if i need to bring my car in for servicing. I cannot express just how impressed I was with the level of customer service these professionals displayed and how grateful I am to have a dealership that my family can trust!

I recently purchased a 2015 Buick Enclave at Haselwood Buick and found the experience hassle free. My Salesman, Keno, was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Having done my homework, I was able to reach a deal for a price I felt was fair, including for my trade-in as well. All the other members of the sales team and Finance were more than helpful and also provided excellent customer service. My only negative comment is for the overall car buying process taking overly long (I was there from 11 AM to 7 PM, but this seems to be common with all car dealers. It takes less time to purchase a house than to buy a vehicle.I would definitely recommend Haselwood Auto Group to other car buyers in the Bremerton area.

Approved for loan, questions about negative equity on trade in. Told it will take a few days to finalize as its a holiday weekend. Two emails and 1 week with no response from dealership. Shame on you Hazelwood. We expect better customer service out of you. Especially as you had been our go to dealership for 10 years. Lost total confidence in our salesman after we were told that Kitsap Comnunity Credit Union required us to purchase warranty or they would not fund Loan. Financial management is great But Instead of fixing customers concern tries to provide relavant proof, I am happy with vehicle there is no drawback... Try finding out my needs....Know your product we as customers expect that when we walk in the door.Currently in process of filing and writing letters to six parties to include KCCU, warranty company, owners and others from local and state public parties. The letters and complaints are more inclusive to include entire records and review of process and two items I have not mentioned this in hopes that real training takes place and accountiblty for their practices repremand for salesman ect.Short of the long is Buyer Beware when dealing with Hazelwood in Bremerton.

My boyfriend and I bought a new 2013 Chevy silveraldo 1500 LT from Brandon Thayer and we couldn't be happier with the service he gave us!!! I went in first with my dog Max and he was so nice to us, he even brought out a cool water bowl for my dog that I really appreciated! He didn't even mind the white dog hair on his black slacks! The Hazelwood service department is exceptional. Through out my life and I'm in my late 60's, it has been common knowledge to avoid dealing with a dealership service department. Well I'm here to tell you this notion is wrong when it comes to this dealership service department. The emphasis here is on service, they treat the customers with respect and if they say something will be done it is so. I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jay Bybee one of their Service Consultants when I brought my 2008 Acadia in for a factory wiring recall and to buy a set of tires. The price on the tires was excellent by the way. Anyway, while the vehicle was in the shop the technician noticed a slight oil leak, one that I was completely unaware of, and I check the dip stick often. Because the vehicle is still covered under the GM drivetrain warranty all the repairs were covered. They scheduled the work on days convenient to me, provided a loaner car and the work was done promptly. This particlular job entailed removal of the engine, tranny and front drive system as a module. A pretty big deal to a weekend wrencher like me. Now that the work is completed when I look under the hood I see no sign that anything looks different than when it came out of the factory and it drives that way as well. Very impressive performance all around for which I'm most greatful. Oh, and I must mention they wash your car for free after every service in their shop. I want to say that Haselwood Chevrolet has pleased me twice now. I worked with Tony Raffaelli again who had pleased me so much the first time, I had to go back to him again for a trade in; Plus we got to meet Chris who was an awesome person that helped me besides Tony. Lets say that these guys really do their homework. They explained everything to me down to the point of where my money was going. I am one who really needs to know where my money goes on whats being spent, and they did that plus helped me out with service packages to insure a better running car. I really love the car I got, and I did not think with my income I was capable of pulling it off. Tony helped me make it happen along with the Haselwood team. They really take care of you.

Our recent experience at Haselwood was amazing! Paula was an excellent sales person. She listened to our needs in a car with features and price. When the original vehicle didn't work out for us she kept looking and called us the next day with a car that would match our family needs. We have never been so happy with the total car buying experience. We feel comfortable with the price of the new vehicle and the amount given to us for our trades. The entire staff was low pressure, friendly and accomodating to our needs. We don't have buyers remorse, because the team at Haselwood LISTENED to what we wanted/needed, they did not try to sell us what they needed to move. We will recommend them to all of our friends and families!

Well I went to Haselwood for a 4x4 and Kris Hern,was very nice and helped me to get a great deal on just the right vehicle,but when it came to signining the papers for the vehicle Michael Crowley,Finance Manager was very nasty about cashing my check that I had specfically asked him not to cash until i was sure it would clear the bank and he agreed not to but cashed it 5 days earlier than what he said he would in which it cost me in Over-Draft charges $1800.00,so I would not recommend HIM to anyone for anything.As for Rich,the Service Dept.Manager I would trust him with anything on my vehicle as I know it would be fixed properly and I would get called and told what was going on with my vehicle.And then there is Tony Raffaelli,Floor Manager He treated me with the utmost respect and he was very helpful and kind to me and I really think he is a wonderful person with a great personality .I would DEFINITLY recommend that all my family and freinds talk to him when looking to buy a car because he knows how to treat his customers.He was my SAVIOR,literally.Thank you goes out to all the woderful men that made my first vehicle buying experience GREAT.Tony Raffaelli,Floor ManagerKris Hern,Sales and LeasingRich in the Service Dept.Micheal Crowley (SUCKS)Thank youAnna Davis

This dealership is amazing. I purchased a Cobalt back in January from a dealer in Texas and the car turned out to be a total Lemon. After several trips into the service department for several different issues and 2 months of fighting with General Motors, I finally decided it was time to get rid of that car and get into something safer. It was a challenge, but the team (namely Tony Raffaelli and a few others) worked their butts off to help me get a new car and they succeeded. The customer service is great, they really make you feel like you are a personal friend, not just a customer. I highly recommend this dealership!

My recent visit to your dealership was a very pleasant experience! And that's saying a lot coming from me! I HATE to shop for a new car. I HATE the pushy, coercive attitude and the demand for immediate commitment. Well, there was none of that at Hazelwood. Tony Raffaelli immediately made my wife and I feel very at ease and it wasn't long before we felt like good friends. Tony gave us the impression that his entire day was devoted to our Cruze test drive and answering our myriad of questions. There was never a push to commit to anything. And this gentleman was extremely knowledgeable of his product line. To top-off our experience, this was the very first time I have had a sales person tout a competitor's automobile that we were also considering. How refreshing! I haven't owned a GM product for 15 years, but that may be about to change. We may be back to the dealership within the next couple of weeks to buy a Cruze and I will tell you that the influence of the positive experience of our first visit may be the deciding factor. We had made an appointment based off of an email we recieved for a promotion. We walked into Chevy and was greeted by a very nice, down to earth and easy going man named Tony. It was the most pleasurable experience buying a car from him! This is an experience I hope to repeat in the future and we are recommening everyone we know to go see him! When we came to Haselwood we were looking at test driving specific cars. When Tony came out to help us he seemed to know exactly what we needed to buy. We only test drove one car before we found the one for us. My husband was a little terrified of the price and the big commitment that we were about to make but Tony made the experience so great and they did everything they could to get us the best percentage rate and price possible. Better than they originally expected. i highly reccomend haselwood buick, chevy, gmc to people simply because it's a great place to buy from. i have now purchased at least 12 cars from there since 2005 and have always recieved the best attention and service during and after the purchase. they have a straightforward approach that hides nothing. all prices are fair and and all financial information is fully disclosed on the contracts. the sales staff sale cars by letting the car sell itself, they simply are a sales guide. they are such nice and genuine people, never seem to be trying to sell a car. there is no other dealer i would go to other than haselwood. also the service department is extremely knowledgable and helpful. they have answered all questions i've had correctly and without having to "pay" with a service call to find the answers. i could not think of another place i would take my car for service. i've recommended several friends and work partners to them who also purchased from there and were satisfied with there experience as well.

I have been on Buicks' monthly E-Mail newsletter for the past year and had been getting updates about the coming 2011 Buick Regal. I liked what I saw. I checked with Edmonds.Com to see what the experts reviews' were like, and I liked what I saw. Fooling around, I played with Edmonds.Com in building my dream Regal, and seeing what the true market price for it should be. The end of February, I was in the market for a new car, and visited Haselwoods'online site and saw the Regal I wanted, including the color. I visited their dealership and viewed the car on the showroom floor and fell in love with it, however I went and bought another new car from a different manufacturer. I could not get that Regal out of my mind, and two weeks later on line I made an initial offer on it. The initial offer was not accepted, so I sat back and watched what happened on line and would sneak back occasionally to see what was happening to "MY CAR". On April 5th with printouts from Edmonds.com., I went back to Haselwoods' to see if I could get an acceptable deal. Mr. Raffaelli spotted me looking at the car and asked if he could help. I told him what the situation was, and he told me that if I in fact wanted that car today, and was in fact paying cash, he was sure I would be in that car shortly. Tony introduced me to Patrick Merrill who was to conduct the deal and paper work. Pat brought me some coffee, and we had a friendly chat while filling out the paperwork. While we were doing the paper work, Tony had the car cleaned and washed. Within and hour, I had my brand new 2011 Regal Turbo with the T07 package, not to mention a new Buick hat that Pat got for me. I have only had the car a few days, but have been totally happy with the way I've been treated, not to mention the performance of my new car.

This was where I bought my first car on my own. The sellers were great and went through all of the buyer paperwork with me step by step. no scams or hidden information. They took me through each step with my car when it was given to me. They were not pushy with good customer service. I asked for specifics such as a specific color and price range of a car and they worked with me to meet exactly all of my needs.I will definitely be going to them for my next car and would recommend them to anyone and I believe they would be a dealer shop that you will buy your first car from and will continue to go back to for years whenever you are looking to buy a new car.

From Patrick, the salesman whose wife raised Shepherds but converted to Poodles, and our test drive that included an unexpected stop from the Kitsap Sheriff Department, to Shachrista, who honored a telephone quote on the white diamond tricoat LTZ with black leather interior and every option, to Dave the used car manager that gave me more for my Ridgeline than 2 other dealers, to Bobby who agreed to my price providing I spay his dog at a similar discount, to Bulldog that signed my 72 month free financing that kept my payment in line with what I had with the Ridgeline, it all came together so beautifully; it brought tears to my eyes. I got more truck for less money and the best deal compared to the 2 other dealers. I came into the dealership with my father planning on helping him pick out a new GMC terrain, but when they had the exact avalanche I have been searching for, for myself, I found myself working with Tony and Brandon. They got me more for my trade-in than any other dealership I had talked to! They were very kind and generous. They were always checking in with me asking if I wanted them to cook me hotdogs or get me a soda or water. The check engine light came on the first day I had the truck, and it wasn't technically covered but they fixed it anyways. Bought a new car. The price was good, due to rebates , but beware, Hazelwood is bad about not respecting Kelly Blue Book trade in value. They will try to snooker you into accepting thousands less on your trade-in than Kelly Blue Book says it is worth, even after you show them you know the Kelly Blue Book value as I did. The salesman tried all sorts of phoniness, saying my car would only get $2000 at auction, when Kelly Blue Book said it was worth $4500. I knew better and had to threaten to go to another dealer to finally get him to come up. I found that process to be rather unpleasant. On the good side, I did finally get a fairly good deal, and they weren't hard sell about extended warranties (which were way overpriced anyway and I didn't buy that). Overall, just and OK experience, and unfortunately I did have to go through some typical car salesman dishonesty.One more thing, Hazelwood is terrible about responding to your internet requests for a quote. I tried 3 times and got no response back.

The deal we got on the car was insanely good! he made sure we were in the car or our dreams (and then some), without going out of our price range. We were still $500 UNDER what we were aiming to spend and we came out with a car infinitely better than we ever could have imagined! he made sure we were happy because he actually cared, not because he wanted to make money! He even offered me his jacket when we were standing out in the freezing cold! He was honest and upfront with us about everything. when I had to take the car back for to get something fixed he told me if I needed a ride anywhere in the mean time to give him a call and he would be there. I traded in my Siverado for a 2008 GMC 2500 HD, I had just put new wheels & tires on the Slverado. Haselwood swapped the tires & wheels to the GMC, they did not have enough clearance to fit the GMC (Due to Les Schwabb - Poulsbo ordering the wrong size). After realizing that my tires would not fit. Haselwood swapped the tires & wheels AGAIN for me at no charge! Very nice! I enjoyed working with Paula, Tony & the rest of the staff at Haselwood. I returned to by a 2011 Camaro. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received & I am so happy to have the Sierra & the Camaro. Haselwood made it possible for me with great financing from Alaska USA. Tony did a super job helping us find a car that met our needs for comfort and space for a baby grand daughter and all her needs as well as our needs for a ski/snow car. We also needed a car that would allow me to see over the dash, reach the pedals and not have the air bag just inches from my face. I was so impressed with the experience I had at haselwood chevrolet Buying our brand new 2011 Camaro that I went back 3 months later and bought us a 2004 Toyota Highlander. Brandon sought us a car down in Eugene Oregon and got it for us in 2 days.Brandon was outstanding he even calls once a month to ensure that we are still enjoying our new car. That is what I call supurb follow up. When I went to him looking for a SUV he took me to look at several vehicles including options I never thought about and when he showed me a few he says how about a Toyota Highlander it was exactly what we were looking for. I brought my 2005 GMC Yukon in after finding it on a semi-shady used car lot in Auburn, WA and wanted to see if my deal was too good to be true. I wanted to take it to a Certified GMC Service shop that would do a thorough inspection and wouldn't jack me around and was military friendly. Upon calling Haselwood, the customer service was immediately professional and friendly, giving me a quote for the inspection and assuring me that if there was anything wrong with the vehicle the service shop would find it and help us in any way in getting it resolved. When I pulling up to the shop, I was impressed to find a huge open bay service station with the capability to handle multiple vehicles (more than 10) at a time. Through the glasss bay doors I observed an extremely clean (obviously safety considerate) and diverse shop of top quality equipment, tools, and technicians with spacious room to work 360 degrees around all customer vehicles. The service ticket was thoroughly explained to me before the work, and I was, again impressed, to find a huge inspection sheet with each line item explicit to each area of the vehicle. I felt comfortable enough at that moment to make a right-then-and-there decision that this would in fact be my choice in GMC service, and was extremely satisfied I invested into GMC. The inspection in fact proved my purchase as a good investment (thank goodness), and that only a 60,000 mile service was 'recommended', not pushed upon me. Not 2 days after my visit, I recieved a call from Tony asking if I was satisfied with my service and really impressed that if there were in fact doubts to let him know for his shop's improvement. The only statement I could make was "when can I bring in my GMC Canyon?" Thanks Tony for your help and the professionalism of your shop. I had a very enjoyable experience at this dealership. The sales rep was polite, informative, and extremely helpful. When I was shown new and used trucks, Germain was knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all questions. The finance dept was easy to work with and was a pleasure to talk to. I would purchase another vehicle from this dealership again!!

Lucas went above and beyond to make sure that I left with the vehicle and the payments I was looking for! Most salesmen would have given up when the first car we test drove came back out of my budget range but Lucas did some work with the other staff and found me a great deal without sacrificing my dream of owning a 2011 Chevy Cruze. My truck went in for a repair of a manufacturing defect and as of today has been in their shop for 19 days.
