My wife and I both purchased 2021 CrossTreks from Hawk Subaru. I can say this was the smoothest and easiest car purchases I have ever made and I have been buying cars for 45 years. The experience was so good after purchasing my wife's car I went back and bought one from myself a few days later. Everyone at Hawk Subaru was warm, friendly and good at their jobs. There was no long wait for the car to be "prep'd" and the financing and paperwork went quickly without issues or compilations. I really like the folks at Hawk and look forward to a continued great relationship going forward. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Hawk Subaru.

Jim Muisenga the general manager refused to serve me because my zip code "is too far away" and "this kind of request" as I'm asking for quotes from various dealers. Comparative shopping is quite common in the car market, I'm sorry you decided to refuse my business and try to make a point of it in the process. I was honest and direct in my expectations, perhaps Jim doesn't feel that is a good way to operate?

The service delivered by Jason is outstanding! His attention, respect, and care for the customer's needs and desires is what customer services is all about. I appreciate his attention to detail and long term memory of what I had originally came in for months previously. I choose to go to Hawk as it was closer to my work and have not regretted doing so.

This dealership truly cares about their customers. My last oil change turned into a whole bunch more, due to a leaky seal. They did everything they could to make sure I was taken care of, including a loaner vehicle, for the time my car needed to stay there. This is my first brand new car, and I'm very glad I bought it at Hawk!!!
