We contacted Hayes Chrysler about ordering a 2017 Jeep Wrangler for our daughter. I really despise spending all day at a dealership, but I didn't have to spend all day at Hayes! Every person was attentive to our needs and valued our time. We ordered the jeep and they made every effort to let us know the details of when the Jeep would arrive. I shopped online at Hayes Automotive. Once I narrowed down my online selection, I called to arrange a test drive at the Baldwin location. Quick appointments given. Service quick and satisfactory -- this time. -- Last time, a few months ago, the oil filter gasket was 'piggybacked' instead of replaced and by the time I got home (16 miles) the engine compartment was covered in oil. Luckily after losing about 5(?) quarts, the engine was not damaged. The appointment on this and, the last time was for just an oil/filter change. The oil leak situation was corrected satisfactorily (after hours) on that day by Jackie Jones Chrysler in Cleveland, Ga., which is 1/2 mile from my home who also cleaned the engine compartment. On another day, the Hayes dealership detailed the engine compartment. Very professional and helpful employees at both dealerships. I am happy.

Service time was great, not a long wait, waiting in the air conditioning was nice and felt safe. Took a little stroll to take a look around but had to cut it short cause my jeep came rolling down.

My vehicle had three recalls that were completed. Parts and service was performed in a timely manner. Good experience with friendly service. The service representative was precise with his instructions as to where to leave the truck since I could not drop it off during regular hours.

Recently purchased a 2014 Ram. As part of the purchase, running boards were ordered for installation. There was also only 1 key. Both of these items were taken care of within 2-3 weeks. Very happy with the whole experience and love my truck!

I took my 2012 Dodge Ram in for service and was out in less than an hour. I made no appointment so that only added to my good experience. They also let me know that the recall coming up will be addressed soon, so that also helped.

The only reason I don't give them a zero is because there is not one.I took my Dodge Caravan to them to be worked on because they were a dealer,and I thought their mechanics would be trained.Nothing could be further from the truth.They kept my van for 10 days,and every day I was told that it needed a different part.They changed numerous parts that was suppose to be the problem,and each time it didn't help,then it would be a different part that it needed.I was charged almost 2000 dollars and my van runs worse now than it did when I took it to them.They wanted to continue trying new parts to see if it would help,their next try was going to cost another 700 dollars,and I told them no.They didn't even want to talk about the fact that their mechanics had done 2000 dollars worth of work and it had helped nothing.All they would say,and when I say they , I was talking to Chris the service manager, was that they wasn't sure what was wrong.But I wasn't told that until after the first 2000 dollars worth of work was done.He said that they would have to keep trying different things.I call that part swapping,not mechanic work,I could watch youtube videos,and swap parts myself until I finally get the right one.They were the most uncaring,unprofessional people that I have ever dealt with.It's a shame that people like them are in business ,all they did was take advantage of me.I don't see how people like that sleep at night,it is no different than stealing from someone.They are not only a terrible business,they are terrible people,of course I am only speaking about the ones that I dealt with.They have a very smug and arrogant attitude,one of those I can do whatever I want to and you can do nothing about it type.Usually this type of attitude is passed down from the leaders, because if you don't do your job we will find someone who will.My grandfather always told me that you can judge a mans character by how he treats his fellow man.The character that I saw leaves much to be desired.I'm sure this will be deleted,but maybe it will be up long enough to warn at least a few people.

Salesperson K2 was very personable and I would recommend him to anyone. However: purchased a top vehicle with more bells and whistles than anyone really needs. Needed one add-on for a perfect vehicle for me. The dealership was very un-flexible with it's pricing compared to factory installed. Cost is almost double for only part of the factory option. If it wasn't for the salesperson and the fact I did like the vehicle I would have walked out. Also, it took a very long time to complete the transaction.

I stopped by after work to look for a new vehicle that wa more pet friendly than my Silverado and the salespeople took care of that fast without any high pressure sales tactics.THey were friendly, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to do business with! I will purchase from there again.

Tried discussing car price with salesman and everything else. I already have my own financing but they decided to not only yell at me and cuss at me but when I told them we would go elsewhere they told me to leave. I have never in my life deal with hayes again. The salesman are completely rude and horrible customer service. I will definitely be calling general managers and let them know how they acted. Very disgusted

Beware of this dealer! The only reason that they get one star is because there is no option for zero stars. My husband and I began our experience there with asking for more information on their website. The person that I spoke with would not help, but kept insisting that we come in. I made the trip up there ( over an hour) and was told that the person that I spoke with was not there, so they handed us over to another salesman that had no knowledge about the Grand Cherokee that we wanted to see. In the meantime they evaluated our car. After test driving the car the salesman asked us to come inside where we waited for 45 minutes for them to tell us that our car was worth $3,500 less than what we were told by another dealer. Needless to say, we did not accept their offer, and when we told the salesman that they were not even close, he said maybe he could get us another $200, if it would make it work. He even gave us the, it won't be around long, speel. What a joke! Stay away from this dealer! I guess that they think if you drive all the way to Baldwin that you are desperate to buy.

I called ahead to make sure that somebody is gonna be there waiting on me as i live 2 hours away and i was coming from work at peak traffic hour. I was basicaly told that if i dont make it there before closing time I'm outta luck. And that was just the beginning of terrible and I mean WORSE customer service I've ever had. I'm not buying a pair of socks here, I'm about to shell out $$$ for a car and he acted like he has no interest whatsoever in making a sale. I told him i was going to put down half of what the car is worth in CASH and he still wasnt willing to work with me on the price even a lil bit. I loved the car but was not happy with the engine performance/size so if I have to put up with having to floor the pedal everytime i drive i wanna get a better deal on the car to justify the hassle. I had a feeling the car didnt have a lotta buyers anyway and was sitting for a good while there i think he should have jumped on the offer but instead he acted like i was taking his time from the moment i walked in the dealership. No sales skills whatsoever, i think he is in the wrong business. I never write reviews especially bad reviews, but i was just shocked. And reading some reviews on here about the dealership i can see that I'm not alone. I guess I just got a wrong guy there and the dealership lost a potential customer.

they wasted 3 hours of our time and promise/guarantees us things and we called them and they would not call us back.. I wouldn`t send my worst enemy to this place.. stay away from these people until the hayes family fires both John and Lee for there unprofessional conduct didn`t offer us anything to drink the whole time we was there not to say we drove 55 miles because of MR. Wheelers promise/guarantees it was a waste of time and gas plus bad weather THANKS FOR THE VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

In this economy and slow time of year it is redicilous that a customer could walk into an empty service drive, see 1 customer in the waiting room and be told by the service advisor that a simple oil and filter change couldn't be done for hours because they were too busy. He was kind enough to offer to either wait for a couple hours or try back later. I don't blame the advisor, its a leadership issue, employees usually mimic management and ownership. I thought a long term family owned business would be a great place to do business, and I did find one, Duvall in Clayton. I called them from the parking lot and was told to come right in, when I arrived they took my truck right in and was back on the road in 35 minutes and lots of friendly people. Sad I'll have to drive over a half hour more for basic service, but all said, if you can't do the basics what will you experience if you have a big problem?

I want to thank Craig Lee for his personal one-on-one professional customer service attitude and outstanding knowledge of the vehicle that we chose. I looked at several dealerships online trying to find the best deal and car that was suitable to the needs of myself and my family. Hayes seemed to have what I was looking for. Benig that we had bought our last vehicle from the Hayes in Lawrenceville, we knew it was a company that could be trusted. I sent an email requesting information, Everth reponded, waited for me to get back with him and kept intouch once he knew what I was looking for. He was not pushy once we met and if he did not have the information he found it. While I finishing the paperwork for the Elantra that I bought (priced $3000 cheaper than others) my wife had Everth bring her a Dodge Grand Caravan and somehow we left with 2 new cars. The dealership as a whole was very friendly and eager to please. Thanks Hayes you did great!!! We will see you in about 5 to 6 years.

When we arrived at Hayes we were meet by Carl Whitworth who was quite helpfull and knowledgable, we drove the 2012 Ram and when we went inside he went over the numbers and made his sale, the sale went fast and pleasent for all. We are living in rural Georgia and Hayes CDJ is the nearest dealer. Mr. Adams, in sales, was very professional and explained to us what vehicles were available, we never felt pressured at any time, the sale was a pleasant experience. Mr. Wheeler handled the closing and again we felt, that our purchase of a 2013 Chrysler 200 was truly appreciated by Hayes CDJ. I would have no problems recommending to anybody who is interested in a new or used vehicle, to visit Hayes CDJ.

My wife and I Had been Shopping for an SUV for a couple of weeks trying to find the right one.We stopped in to look at a couple of Dodge Journeys that were on the Web site,Fortunantly they were not on the lot, They were on the Gainesville lot. We looked around the lot and saw a 2011 Dodge Journey Mainstreet that we were sure would be out of our price range. Well long story short,we got what We wanted for our trade and out the door price was What other dealers were asking for 2009 and 2010 Journeys. Steve Webb was a very helpful salesman and this croud here was not like at other dealers were they follow you around trying to push you to buy something. He ran the numbers brought them to the table and and we accepted. Will buy here again. Great experience

Lee Stephens and the entire staff at Hayes were very professional and attentive. Matt Hayes also was very helpful in providing quotes and John Wheeler was very good with the finacing portion of the deal. They answered our questions and were willing to do whatever necessary to see that we went home with our new Dodge Truck on the day we arrived. Also had recently purchased a used Ford Explorer in Toccoa from Stan Roberts. Customer service from Stan was exceptional and he did everything to make sure that I was pleased with my purchase. We had a great sales experience with Lee. He wasn't pushy or too aggressive. He showed us as many vehicles as we wanted to see without worrying about quitting time on a Saturday evening. They have a lot of cars available with a staff that's willing to work with you and answer every question you have for them. They are sticklers for their existing prices, though, repeatedly stating that they're already competitive with the market(which is true if you only look at the listed prices for other vehicles, which you *know* is not what those vehicles are actually selling for).

The experience we had was really good. The new vehicle we had looked at online was available, but it was at another dealership. We were taken to the other dealership to pick the vehicle up. Arriving back, the paper work and final sale was made. We are very happy with the choice of vehicle/dealership we made. Everyone was very polite and wanted to make sure everything was right for us.

This dealership did exactly what they said thaey would do. I drove up from Florida because the price on the van was several thousand less than what I have seen any place else. I was in an out in less than 2 hours. They did not pull any tricks. Just plain old honesty. If you are inn the market for a new or used vehicle and this dealership has it, call them. They will make it worth your while.

searching the auto trader from jacksonville fla. i found the truck i wanted for about $3,000 less than anywhere else at hayes last thursday morning. i called greg wilson and gave him my information, he had me approved for financing within a couple hours. i gave him a deposit to hold it with my debit card, then got a ride to enterprise car rental and drove up to georgia. the car rental co. gave me a ride to the dealership and when i got there the truck was ready to go and all the paperwork was ready to sign. i was outta there in an hour. there were no tricks or surprise fees, just friendly honest folks happy to help me on my way. greg looked over the truck and assured me it was virtually flawless before i got there, and a week later i have only found one blemish on a seat which i got fixed for $40. i have bought a dozen cars from dealers over the years, this was the best experience ever!

I usually don't write these things so I'm not sure what people usually say. I have purchased two cars from Hayes. The first car was a HHR Chevy. I still drive this car. My sales rep, Robert Thompson was very helpful with all my questions and listened to my needs. He worked over that night to make sure that I got all my paperwork and my new car! Thanks Robert. Two years have almost passed and we need to add another car. We have looked on the internet for many months to figure out the best answer. We decided on the Jeep Patriot for many reasons. The best priced small SUV we could find. We compared prices at many dealers around the state, we didn't mind going the extra miles for a good deal. We didn't have too! We kept coming back to the Hayes Dealership and looking at there Jeep Patriots. They had the very best price around! We called Robert Thompson who helped us two years and told him we needed help to make the right choice for our family. We took many test drives, both my husband and I. After all the many questions to Robert and the late night Chat person on the internet site we decided. We picked the one we wanted and Robert had it delivered to his dealership. Much of our paperwork was already done on the day we took it home! Thanks, that was very nice! I have taken my HHR to the dealership for all the oil changes and I have been pleased with there service. I'm sure that I will feel the same about the service I get for our new Jeep. This is why I give them a high rating!

I have been "shopping" at Hayes for a couple years, but unable to purchase a car. Robert and J.T. were always very patient with me and my inability to commit. We test drove many cars without either guy making a sale. Once we were able to finally purchase, I called and told Robert which car I wanted, and he pulled it off the lot straight away. The entire transaction took an hour and half. Robert is a friend and I felt very comfortable trusting him with this purchase. Thanks!

This dealership is great! They provide friendly, no pressure sales advice. This is the best car buying experience that I have ever had--I have purchased cars 8 times before.The people in service and management treated me with respect and were extremely courteous. Our Salesman, Carl Whitworth, was not your typical "car salesman". He did everything right... He listned to what we wanted, He actually understood our needs and didn't just try to sell us something. He was extrememly knowledgable about the vehicle and took the time to go over the operation of all the extras that were installed in the vehicle. He was never pushy and never used any of the sales tactics to try to make us buy that day. When you enter the dalership, everyone you encounter makes you feel welcome and part of the family. Carl took me to the service area to meet the service manager and techs who were all very friendly and took the time to explain their procedure if you come in for service.We also dealt with the finance manager who made the whole process very simple and pain free! The follow up from the dealership is also great. Carl call a few days after our purchase to check on things and make sure we were happy with our purchase. We have purchased vehicles from other dealerships in the past and they have never done that.We feel as if we purchased a vehicle from friends. Friends we will be able to call if there is any problem or concern and not have to worry about being taken care of. Hayes of Baldwin has given us peace of mind with our purchase!!! We will continue to do business with the dealership for years to come and will recommend them to all of our friends, family and aquaintances!

This is the second new car I have purchased from Hayes in Baldwin. Greg Wilson was great to work with. He was up front and honest throughout the entire process. I am a retired Deputy that has ALS or Lou Gehrigs. My speech is affected and it is hard for me to walk. I have been shopping for a handicap equipped van for about 1 month. This type of van is hard to find and often times they are very expensive. While shopping online at several online sites (autotrader, yahoo, etc)I found a 2003 Town and Country LXI that had all of the options that I needed and had the AMS side conversion that I wanted. The side conversion allows ease of entry for my power chair and still maintains maximum seating. I spoke with Jeff on the phone and also via internet (easier for me to send email since I have trouble talking). Jeff was very patient with me on the phone and was able to send me detailed information via email.Jeff also arranged for a test drive at a time that fit into my schedule. The van was everything that he said it was and it was exactly what I was looking for. We were also in need of an economical vehicle for my wife to use around town. After talking with Jeff he was able to help us with our other need as well.We spent most of our Saturday afternoon looking at cars, but in the end we left very satisfied having bought 2 vehicles. I hope that I do not need to buy another car for several years but when I do I will most certainly make a trip back to Hayes. Carl Whitworth, salesman, for this dealership spent an entire day with me and my husband helping us to select our new truck. He was gracious and patient while we made our selection, he even drove us to two of Hayes other locations to look at trucks. He did not pressure us in any way. I had been shopping online for several weeks before contacting Hayes. Their advertised internet price was the best deal I found within 100 miles of our home. They honored that price without pushing for extras. It was a wonderful shopping experience.

Well, dealing with Jeff was delightful and relaxing. I would certainly reccomend this dealership. The only thing thing I found a little disappointing was their resistance in discussing a subtantive discount(from the sticker price) since the vehicle was a 2011(in Aug. of 2011) coupled with the fact I wrote a check for the entire amount. I have talked and met with Jeff a couple of times since the sale and he has been extremely helpful. As a matter of fact, everyone at this dealership is friendly and helpful.

Great experience. Website was very helpful. Larry White contacted me by phone and we set up a time to view the Jeep. Jeep was for my wife and Larry had all the answers to questions about the vehicle. Larry was friendly with no pressure at all. We told him what we could do and Larry and Micheal went right to work getting us the best deal. Wife is happy with the Jeep. Enjoyed the experience. Will recommend to faimly and friends.

This outfit was all over me to purchase a truck from them. They were my "best friends", we were "buddies" and they REALLY cared about giving me a 'good deal'. Trouble is, I bought their sincerity. They sold me a 2005 Dodge truck with a 30 day warranty. Within this period the vehicle had an electrical fire while I was driving it on the freeway and burned to a crisp. When I returned to the dealer and asked for some assistance or support they acted as if they could care less. No real interest in helping me on a replacement, no offer of any adjustment, and the warranty? well, forget it. I received nothing. They promised to help me with a replacement vehicle but that was four months ago and still no word. I purchased another one since then. I don't believe that they ever did a safety inspection on this vehicle, hey, were in a recession, and spending money or time confirming that a vehicle is safe is probably a low priority. I wouldn't buy from this company again if they were the last people on Earth. My suggestion: read all of the reviews and follow your heart. What they say to you and what you get - are vastly different!

We drove 4.5 hours. Larry White was straight forward no haggling back and forth... I told him what we wanted and he got it done. I would recommend Larry to anyone.. also the Hayes Chrysler Jeep Dodge auto group.. Everyone was very friendly.. The customer services was great.

Mr. Larry White was very professional and pleasant to deal with when it came to purchasing our new Jeep. The day after we purchased the Jeep we noticed a dent on the rear door. Mr. White did a great job organizing the repair for us through another Hayes location. The entire process from start to finish was very professional with Mr. White and the Baldwin dealership. When we know anyone in the market for a new vehicle we will definitely recommend Larry White & Hayes Baldwin location.

They received me very well with little pressure. In fact, they steered me to a car that was even better... Mpg and warranty! I was not sure but then we drove it around and made a deal. I know my goal for price was difficult, especially with a trade almost upside down.... They made it seem like it was always a pleasure to work with me! When I went back in to talk to them they greeted me like a friend....I was not a dollar sign at all. These people are quality! The finance office was the best ever! We made the deal close to closing time, but he never looked at the clock! All in all, a great experience...what car buying should be like!-Jason

Everyone from Larry White, sales to the closing was great to work with. I came back to Hayes because of the history that I have with the dealership. The service department is always there for the customer. Prior to the Hayes experiences, there were one thing that I can say caused me great stress - that was buying a vehicle.In 2007 after relocating to the area and realizing I needed a automatic (not in Texas anymore) I selected Hayes because of the reputation. I met Larry White - sales, and the experience was easy, simple and done in a few hours. Here I am 4 years later and needed a vehicle that allowed more capacity and only Hayes came to mind. For the past 4 years the service dept was great to work with. Rob and Jerry were always there to answer questions and take care of the PT Cruser. I purchased my Jeep Patriot two weeks ago and love it. The process was painless. I had already worked with Larry and he was there for me this time. THe experience was great. All questions was answered and the trucks i was looking at online. Mr. White said he coul get brought up to dealership or i could go to where they was. WHen he brought out the 03 Dodge 1500, i looked at wife and said that is it. i drove it and then came back and signed the papers and took it home that day. There was some stuff that needed to be done and i brought it back up there at my will. they fixed all the stuff that needed to be fixed. i will refer people to them anytime someone is looking for a truck or car.
