I have purchased two vehicles from Eric Miller of Heart City Toyota. Each experience was excellent. As a salesperson he was prefect in answering my questions in a timely manner. He offer helpful advice and worked to find the right vehicle for me. He always returned my calls and has been a good salesperson for a friend that also purchased a vehicle from him. Even though the dealership is 500+ miles from my home it has been worth the trip.

Heart City Toyota is the best dealership I have ever been to. Their staff is very easy to work with and they go the extra mile to be sure you are satisfied during the whole process! Eric Miller is extremely knowledgeable of everything Toyota and gave us every option available and even had solutions to the items we wanted such as Remote Start. I would highly suggest you stop by Heart City Toyota when looking for a new car ... you would be disappointed! Ask for Eric and I know you will get everything you need!

I found myself in the market for a new car. Being a longtime fan of Toyota I stopped in at Heart City. I was greeted by Eric who was a friendly and knowledge associate. I wasn't sure which model I wanted so I test drove 3. After that I sat down with Eric and discussed the different options that were available, which would benefit me and which wouldn't. He made me aware of a new technology that I wasn't familiar with, keyless fob, but I had to have it. From start to finish I was very satisfied with my experience. My 2010 Camry SE in Barcelona red looks better than ever.

My wife and I were shopping for a new Highlander and NOBODY was willing to give a fair value on our trade-in or willing to negotiate the price until we dealt with Eric Miller at Heart City. Most of the process was taken care of by email and phone calls. Eric made sure the vehicle was exactly what we wanted before we signed the papers. There were NO last minute adjustments to the agreed upon price or trade-in value. Eric then gave us the most thorough walk thru of our vehicles features. It was well worth the drive from Warsaw. We will be dealing with Eric again !

I was in the market for a new or used Highlander or Sienna. They stayed late as I got there late in the evening and they took the time to show me both vehicles and also allowed me to test drive them both. Once I decided the Sienna was best for me they didn't try to sell me what they had. Eric Miller asked me questions to find out exactly what I wanted. A couple of days later it was there and it was exactly what I wanted.

I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted - 2015 Toyota Avalon Limited w/Technology Package - and NOT white. I searched the web all over Virginia and surrounding states to no avail. Looking anywhere now, I came across Heart City Toyota and the slightly used (8,000 miles) black/black Avalon that fit the requirements. One gets a little nervous about dealing with people you've never seen before, but Eric Miller responded to every issue with quick and very beneficial solutions. He handled the trade-in issue, a transportation issue, reserving the vehicle issue, and the money issue, leaving no problems for me whatsoever. If you know what car you're looking for, Eric can make the buying experience smooth and beneficial, even from 1,000 miles away, even with a trade-in.

I found myself unexpectedly buying a new vehicle due to mechanical issues on my old vehicle. I took my old vehicle to Heart City for service and when I was told about the mechanical issues, I decided a new car was what is best for me. The customer service I received by the salesman to the buying process was hands down the best experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. The salesman took his time to help me find the right vehicle for me, explained every step of the buying process and answered all of my questions completely and honestly. After the buying process, the salesman explained to me (and showed me) how all of the "fancy gadgets" on the vehicle worked. Heart City is top notch!

I contacted about six dealers when I was looking for a truck. They all sent me the sticker prices and didn't offer any other details except Heart city toyota. He gave me the sticker price and what he could sell it to me for. And what options were available on each model and worked with me real good on my trade in. Every time I had a question he was fast at responding. He kept track of what options I was adding and how much it would be to drive it off of the lot. So I knew where I stood at all times. I'm just really glad I went there. They were great. The other dealerships just didn't seem that interested in getting my business.

My husband and I looked for a new vehicle for months before we finally found a sales consultant that we liked and wanted to do business with, that sales consultant is Eric Miller at Heart City Toyota. Eric is not your typical car salesman. Eric is very relaxed and confident, he never called us at home, at work, or followed us around his facility trying to pressure us into a sale. In all of the months that we looked for a vehicle, Eric was the only one who allowed my husband and I to test drive vehicles without going along with us. My husband and I feel like at 50 years old we should be mature enough to test drive vehicles on our own. Eric worked to get us the best price he could. There were nights/weekends that he spent lots of time with us making sure we had all of our questions answered and that we were satisfied when we left his facility. The entire buying process was very quick and very easy. There wasn't much that we had to do as buyers, except for find a vehicle that we liked, and then the rest was in Eric's hands. We went to Heart City Toyota to buy one vehicle and ended up buying two vehicles. We highly recommend Heart City Toyota and Eric Miller.

This is the second time in two years that, after an extensive search for a used Toyota, I ended up at Heart City. It could be a coincidence but, both times the quality of their inventory and their pricing was far superior to any of the other Toyota dealers I visited; and there were quite a few! Next time I'll stop there first if only to set the standard by which I will judge the other dealers and cars that I see. I can't say that Richard Cripe is the best salesman they have for I've only ever dealt with him. But, if other car salesmen lived up to his standards, the industry would never have to worry about a bad reputation. If he's faking fair and honest, he is extraordinarily good at it. I, personally, believe he's for real. I hope I'm never proved wrong. PC12312011

I had a pretty specific vehicle that I was looking for, and none were to be found in my home state of Michigan. Seeing that Heart City had exactly what I was looking for (at a very reasonable price) and was a simple 2-hour drive away, I decided to give it a whirl. I could not be happier that I did. My husband and I were forced into buying a newer car sooner than we wanted to. Richard Cripe made the experience painless and very easy! After reading Corolla reviews online we decided to look at Heart City Toyota. There were many cars to chose from. The one I test drove felt like "mine" from the beginning. It felt much heavier than our small car and heavier than Nissans and Hondas we test drove of similar size. It was an easy decision, between the car and the salesman, we decided to get the Corolla! No price dickering necessary. They had the price set at a reasonable place making it "cut and dried!" Richard happily held the car for a week. Then, he gladly came in on his day off when we came to pick up our 2010 Corolla! He wouldn't let me leave with it until he went over all the bells and whistles and showed me how to operate my "new" car! Richard told me of the many safety features of our car, validating our decision to get the Toyota! Honestly, I beleive he was as excited for us as we were for ourselves! That thrilled me! Thank you also, to the general manager who sent us a nice email thanking us for our business. We might not remember the little things, but we WILL remember the way we felt during the process! Thank you, Richard, and Heart City Toyota for your TLC! Now, if the service department is as kind, accomodating, competent and dependable, this will seem tooo good to be true! Let's face it, Toyotas drive a LONG time and that means many years of service. The service department deals with it's customers more than the sales department does, so service, too, is VERY important to this customer! Thanks, Heart City!

I searched the web for the car I wanted and found it at Heart City Automotive. I went there with specific goals as far as the car I wanted and what I would except for my trade in. We pulled in, found the car I wanted, and was met in the lot by Richard Cripe. We drove the car. We spoke to Richard and explained our goals to him. He put a lot of effort into making sure we met those goals. I was unsure of getting what I wanted, but with Richards help, I did! The facility is very well maintained and comfortable. Christy Kanieski (spelling?) took care of all the paperwork efficiently and was very helpful and friendly in explaining everything. I would recomend this dealership and specifically these people to anyone.

I am shopping at different dealerships and was at 2 today. Tyler listened to what I was looking for, what I did not want and was extremely helpful in explaining things about the car I did not understand. At the 2nd place, the salesman, in the end made statements like "It's the only one in the area " that made him sound like the old "used car salesmen". that were liers out to get what they could no matter what.(FYI. My father sold new & used cars for 10 yrs) I haven't found my car yet but I am keeping Heart City & Tyler in mind & will keep checking online at the inventory
