Communcation between Sales manager and service department stinks. Extremely loud breaks told sales manager needed to be fixed told my salesman and told Alexia closer F and I. Took to Browning told me roters needed to be pulled again Hemet carfax said had done. Lied becareful!

Because of the low over head (unlike the temecula and riverside dealers) I knew because of friends who had already bought from them that i would get a great deal but, I wasnt 100% set on the exact pkg and features on the challenger i was interested in. Tony Pena was patient and professional. He took the time to determine what was is important to me. I gladly ended up getting a challenger RT plus classic pkg. We recieved such an outstanding service and a great deal we brought a charger for my wife as well!

My wife and I saw this 4 door Wrangler on their website for sale for $21k. It was listed as "available soon." OK, no problem. 4 days later my wife called and asked if it was available for viewing and the person she spoke with said it was. Now we had received in the mail a $2500 dollar rebate from the dealer, was told we could receive up to, key phrase $17.5k trade in on her car, and us putting up $2k. Well we got there, the vehicle was not available for viewing according to the sales manager because it needed too many repairs and that they were just going to wholesale it. Why the f*** even advertise it then? Here's where it gets good. When the sales manager saw what we were offering, he went outside to see the status of the vehicle. He came back in and said that he would sell us the vehicle but for $2.5k more than they wanted. Wow what a coincidence, same amount our rebate was for. Really? F'n really. What xxxxx to say that BS. Avoid this place like the plague.

I am baffled how the dealership can give something and tell you "You have no choice" It is an option on the lease. My brother in law also bought a van from same dealership, and also got a Kare Security System. He bought a 2015 Van and only paid $301.00 for the system, my car is used 2012 and my system was $995.00. How can a used vechile be more the a new one.

Redlands Blvd, Redlands, CA 92373I spent three days attempting to arrange power window repair service for my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan at the above dealerships.The only one that responded in a POSITIVE way to my emails and arranged all the details and scheduled the service appointment was HEMET CHRYSLER, DODGE, JEEP, RAM. They performed the service without problem and went the extra mile to fix a problem without charge that I did not even tell them about. The scheduled repair was done professionally, tested and worked excellently. They went out of their way to make sure I was fully informed and all warranties were cleared and approved prior to my arrival.The Service Department personnel that made all the arrangements were, Tim Sefley, Diego Rivera, and Carlos Akierman. The other three service departments did not bother to schedule anything. They did not bother to respond except to attempt to sell me a vehicle instead to arranging the repairs I contacted them about. Their concern appeared to me to be only the money they could make by selling me another vehicle instead performing repairs on the vehicle I already own.The Service Departments has still not bothered to contact me regarding the repairs needed to my van. If this is how their Service Departments operates why would I ever purchase a vehicle from their dealership? Service is too important to me to consider any dealership with a poorly run and uncommunicative Service Department. Thank you anyway, but NO THANKS.

Stay away from this dealership. Go across the street to Gosch. This Dodge dealership will do everything to screw every customer. I wonder how they stay in business. They probably don't have much of a repeat business. I for one wanted to try a new dealership. I should have stayed with the business I knew took care of me, that was Gosch. I bought 6 cars from them past 15 years and not one of them deals I felt pressured and got screwed over. I say again go to GOSCH for the best deal in Hemet.

Nearly every time I take my vehicles to this dealer for service repairs they give me the run-around. They say they fixed something then I take it home and continue to have the same issue over and over. One time when they did a warranty repair they damaged something and refused to fix it. Chrysler Corp. is not any better. They don't take complaints seriously. I have to say the two Chryslers I have will be my last.

This visit was wonderful, I have been coming here for over 2 years ever since we bought the car. Before the service has been bad. I have waited over 2 hours to get my service done and have even had my keys lost. The attitude was always they did not care. Today was so great and I was so surprised when my car was ready before an hour was up. We only have one car so I always wait and then I run errand before I go home.keep up the good work.

Honestly, I used to avoid going to this dealership for any reason. There were long waits for service, things were overpriced, and the guys at the counter were knuckleheads.Now, there is new technology that lets you know where you are in line for service. There is also a terrific new customer service guy named Dani that is polite, very professional and just friendly enough.Keep up the good work HCDJR.

The Dodge service center was able to diagnose the problem I was having with my Dodge Charger. They also found a list of other repairs my car needed but the service advisor didn't push the repairs on me. It was great I didn't feel any pressure. Thank You for your help.

I had received a 15 percent discount service offer in the mail for any service. I scheduled an appointment for a 90,000 mile service visit and did indeed receive this discount. My Jeep Compass is running like new and thanks to the courtesy wash almost looks like new. Thanks to the great work performed by the automotive technician and the service advisor!

Work was done quicker than predicted, totally free first oil change with no dripping residue common with "quickee lube" businesses. Plus they washed the truck. How can you complain about that? Also, I took up some time from a mechanic getting advice about work I was doing on another vehicle at home.Very friendly dealership in my opinion.

My wife and I bought a new jeep last week. Everything went great until I handed over the money for the car the next day! After that point we just get the run around. We had been told to return 3 times to get everything completed on the car. All 3 times no one knew what we were talking about! Long story short, don't handed over the money until everything that was promised had been completed! Other wise the will not show any effort to complete it.

Friendly when I dropped the car off for oil change & trans flush, but I was subsequently told that the car needed a whooping 2K of additional repairs and would I authorize them (Hemet Chrysler) to do this additional work. I was a bit taken aback, this was a 12 year old car and as this was my first visit I was reluctant to authorize this amount of work. After I objected and did not authorize the repairs, the service person(Lonna Love) was not nearly as friendly. I felt I should have been offered some options; who authorizes 2k worth of work on a 12 year old car? I was just there for an oil change, this just left me a little cold. This may be a first class dealership that does excellent work but I was very uncomfortable with the pressure to authorize 2K worth of repairs on a first visit.

Buyers Beware. They are dishonest people. the sales manager claimed he would give me free oil changes for 2 years then added on hidden fees. they also force you to buy their 895.00 alarm, claim it is pre-installed, and they cannot sell the vehicle without it. They focus on your monthly payment, so they can trick you into overpaying for "extras"(alarm and nitro in the tires). they do not give the customers the option to purchase these items, which total to about 1,000. The finance manager said they add on all of the options because they have to make money and they have mouths to fees. It was a tough reality check finding out these people charged us over 28,000 for a vehicle that was worth 24,000. stay away from this dealership and try the Perris Jeep Dodge and Chrysler.

I went to Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram knowing what I was looking for but not knowing which vehicle would fit all of my needs. I test drove a couple of cars and liked the Dodge Dart but it was missing just a few things. My sales person, Chris, suggested the Chrysler 200 and at first I didn't even want to look because I didn't think I could afford it. But he insisted, it was everything I wanted and he made it affordable for me. I am very happy with my purchase.

This dealership deserves all great reviews because overall this was a hassle free experience.The customer service was excellent because both the general manager and salesman kept in contact with me until we could make a deal. The car was even delivered to my house. Paperwork was very quick and well explained which explains the "great" under "quality of work". I got a great deal on my car and they are open to negotiations. Both employees that i dealt with were extremely friendly and my overall experience was very very good!

Sergio Beltran, Oscai, and their co-workers bent over backwards to ensure I had not only the car I was looking at, but my car at an amazing price! They literally worked with us into the late night to ensure our payments barely changed, and I got exactly what I wanted! They were truly a blessing to our family and words cannot express how grateful we are to them. There are tons of dealerships out there that are an in and out organization but it is very rare to be able to say that we found a dealership that we literally feel at home with. If you are looking for a dealership for a great deal, that takes the time, and that treats you like family, this is the place to go.

When I started looking for a dodge charger I called many dealers to see the prices of the dodge charger I wanted to purchase. So I called them and all and as usual treated with respect. At first I found a dodge charger at another dealer near to where I lived. To which I found convenient for me since I wouldn't have to go far to do paper work and purchase the vehicle. Long story short I had all the money for the down payment and had all the paper work needed for me to purchase the dodge charger, but some how they ran my application again and that time some how the turn out was not what I wanted to hear. They told me that I was not able to qualify to purchase the vehicle . Yet I didn't understand the fact that I went multiple times before and they said I did qualify. So I ended up not purchasing the dodge charger from that dealer for the lack of good customer service and how they handle a purchase transaction. A few days later I received a call from Robert, where I had called him when I started my search for the dodge charger, and he told me he could work with me. At the moment I did not have enough for the down payment. So I told him that I would need a little more time because of the fact that I had my credit checked multiple time by the dealer that I was working with before and I needed to be sure that I had double the down payment so I would have a better chance getting approved for a loan. Throughout the days I received multiple calls for Robert to check up on me and how I was doing. So after three weeks we tried for a loan and I got accepted. It was nothing to what I had expected, everything was perfect. The other dealer offered me 24.99% interest rate and monthly payment of $450 which was too high for me. But to a surprise at hemet Chrysler dodge jeep RAM they offered me an interest rate that was more than half the interest rate the other dealer was telling me and a monthly payment that was very very very suitable to me. Overall it was a great experience I had at Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I would recommend this car dealer to people wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle.

My experience with Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has been as enjoyable as could be going to a new car dealership. Our search started 4 months back but living in a small town never really took off since most dealerships are greater than an hour away. Finally the decision was made that we must start shopping for a new vehicle. Utilizing a partner relationship we came across HCDJR and made the 150 mile round trip to work with our salesperson Robert. Robert was very helpful on the front end by providing details and information over the telephone before making the trek into the dealership.Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and welcome from the staff. We were promptly seated and started working with Robert including a test drive, checking out a few vehicles and ultimately making a decision on the right Jeep for our needs.The paperwork process was to be expected which seems to just take a little bit of time. I came in pre-approved with USAA bank but may be able to beat the already great rate using one of the dealership partners. The dealership is clean, quiet and seems to have a good core of people working. So far, it seems well worth the drive.

I decided on purchasing a vehicle from this dealership after being refferd by friends as I needed something newer to replace my older model Corolla. My credit is not the greatest actually so I wanted to make sure I could get approved before going down there so I filled out their online credit application. I called after receiving an email back from their Internet Department and asked to speak to their manager so they transfered me to Sergio Beltran the General Sales Manager who assured me that he would get back to me as quickly as possible and see what he could do before commiting to a loan approval with me and wanted to make sure that he could get me into what I wanted before making me pretty much waste my time as I did with my local dealers and go down there just to let me know I needed a substantial amount of money down. Well within a few hours he called me back and asked me that when did I want to pick up my car. I was extremely happy but still was not 100% sure because I had been told this before locally, before actually realizing that when I went down to my local dealerships that all they were doing was wasting my time as they all just asked me for some stupid amount of money down and then when they realized I didn't have it then they asked me for a co-signer, Whatever! I made it perfectly clear that I lived in Colton and didn't want to waste my time and gas! Sergio told me that would not be a problem so I committed to coming down on the weekend. Well I never went at least not the first time. I originally had planned to but some unexpected expenses came up and I no longer had the down payment to give down as originally discussed. I received a call from Sal Jaime the salesperson the following Monday and asked me if everything was OK? I told him I no longer had the down payment we had talked about with his manager and was going to hold off. He asked me what if they could do it with no money down. I told him that I highly doubted that was possible but I could probably give him $500 down out of the $2000 I originally was going to put down. He calls me I kid you not like 20 minutes later and says I got bad news and good news. Here we go again.... He say's Ok the bad news is we can no longer qualify you for a used car but the good news is how about a new car with a rebate? I said are you kidding me HELL YEAH!! So we setup another appointment on that wednesday and today I am a proud owner of a 2012 Jeep Patriot and I didn't have to trade my vehicle in either!! I don't know how you guys did it but, THANK YOU!! I will be sending all my family and friends your way...

I was in need of a new car but I was concerned because I have bad credit. I contacted Sergio Beltran (sales manager) because I have previously bought two other cars from him at other dealerships in the past. Sergio knew my personal situation and told me that he was going to try his hardest to get me approved. Within one day Sergio contacted me to get more information and ask what type of car I was looking for. At this point I just needed something new and didn't car what it was as long as it was within my budget. Several hours later Sergio sent me pictures of the car however I was still trying to not get too excited because I had been turned down in the past. Within a few minutes of sending me the pictures he notified me that I had been approved. The best part of the whole experience was that we did everything from my home since I live about 150 miles away from the dealership. Even better was that Sergio had Ernie deliver the car to my house. Thanks to Sergio and Ernie I am now the proud owner of a 2012 Chrysler 200 limited edition top of the line model. I would recommend Ernie and Sergio and Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to all of my family and friends.

During my visit to the dealership, I was overall pleased with my experience. I was not hounded like most sales people do once you step foot onto their lot; however, I was acknowledged in a professional manner. Chris was a very nice gentlemen. I felt very welcomed during my visit. I asked several questions regarding lease vs. buying and was educated throughly according to my personal driving needs. I left the dealership as I was only "window shopping at the time" and returned 2 weeks later after I was ready to purchase my (new to me) 300. Fortunately, Chris was working and assisted in my entire experience along with manager Mark. Mark is a very pleasant man and down to earth. Mark was not too pushy and made me aware of all the details. I was provided with an overall welcoming feeling regardless if I was ready to make the purchase and that is why I ultimately returned. All the other employees wore smiles and were attentive. So explore your options when car shopping and definately stop by Hemet Chrysler.I could say the possible con is that the store is somewhat small but on the flip side it is brand new and they can transfer vehicles from different dealerhips.

He is an Asset to Hemet Dodge.Where everything went Downhill is when Ron, (the Finance Manager),came into the picture.His fast talking "I'm going to be your Friend", give with one hand and take with the other", is what shot this Deal down.My Wife and I told Ron what Monthly payment we were comfortable with.We KNOW that the Percentage on the "Work Sheet" that Ron presented to us was 6.99%.So we were FLOORED when he came back with a Monthly payment that was #125.00 MORE (a Month) than what we originally told him we were comfortable with.My Wife and I went home and ran the same numbers through the Edmonds.com loan calculator, and came up with the Monthly payment that we originally wanted.So I emailed our Salesman (Chris)asking him why the BIG difference in the Monthly Payment between Edmonds Payment Calculator and Ron their Finance Manager.He wrote back that he had talked to Ron and He sais that we were mistaken and that the loan percentage was 8.99% (and NOT 6.99%).I told Chris that he was dead wrong, and that BOTH my Wife and I saw the "Work Sheet" and it clearly said 6.99%Adding insult to injury, Ron calls me and leaves a Voice Message with statements like......"Maybe I didn't make myself clear" , and "Maybe you misunderstood",or "Maybe I didn't explain it thoroughly".That right there, (says to me).....YOU (the Customer) are wrong,and I'm right".Ron can go on all day about the Percentage rate, but I feel he was just padding the Sale.2 Days later we purchased a "2011 Dodge Challenger Rally", with EVERY OPTION IMAGINABLE.In fact, they even threw in the upgraded "Mopar Leather" for FREE!I could go on and on about the options, but it would be easier to say, that it had EVERYTHING except the Buttons you can program to open yourGarage Door from the Vehicle.When all was said and done, we came Home with the SAME Challenger that Hemet Dodge was going to have Transferred from Moss Bros in Moreno Valley.We ended up buying it 2 days later, directly from Moss Bros at 6.99%!!!That was a Savings of over $4K, that Ron wouldn't budge on the price.On top of that, every Dodge/Mopar option I bought that day, was at DEALER COST!I would NOT recommend Hemet Dodge to anyone, unless they get their act together.When we first went in, they told us they were a "New" Dealership that had only been open 5 Weeks.I can't see how thy could last another 5 Months, treating people the way we were treated! BUYER BEWARE!!!
