I was searching for a particular Honda CRV and found exactly what I wanted online at three different dealers. Hendricks Acura was the second dealership visited and sales person Bill Harrigan showed me the car and took me for a test drive. Bill was professional and knowledgeable about the car, even though he primarily sells Acuras. Back in the office he showed me the all the services done to prepare the pre owned car for the Hendricks Certification program and explained the warranties to me. He also shared the price history at their dealership. After finishing my search I called Bill to tell him what I was willing to pay for the vehicle, knowing I had two other options. He went over tax, title, license and doc costs so I would not be surprised at the final price. Bill checked with his manager and then calmly said we had a deal. There was not a moment of haggling. I was impressed with him and the way the dealership was willing to do business. But one more act put him over the top in my book. I wanted to add a DVD player to the car and had priced one at Freeman Audio. When Bill heard that, he volunteered to have it done for me through Freeman's at the dealership cost, saving me $300 from the price Freeman's quoted me. They had the DVD player installed and ready for me a couple days later when we sat down to sign papers and pay for the CRV. The experience with Matthew in finance was also pleasant, no hard sell for the extra coverages Hendricks offers. Both gentlemen won my trust through their knowledge and willingness to answer questions without any pushiness. I've only had the vehicle a few weeks and cannot comment about the service department. Based on my experience so far I highly recommend salesman Bill Harrigan and Hendricks Acura.

What a special guy you have there at Hendrick Acura!! What could have been a terrifying buying experience was made easy and painless by Russ Gard! He has been more to my wife and I than just a car salesman and not once I have considered him to be that at all! Instead, from the first time we met him over a year ago he was more interested in us and our personal lives than selling us a car and the stories we have shared will have a lasting impact. I am in sales myself and understand the importance of building trust with my potential buyers and he certainly exhibited that very approach with me and my wife and the result was both of us purchasing a vehicle from him. Answered all our questions and didn't try to sell us a car we didn't want. It was not a long drugged out process. Everyone we came in contact with was super friendly. My service Advisor Danny as well as the Service Manger never informed me along the way of cost of service. I was told 3 parts were needed for my car that costed me $800 but never corrected the check engine light going off. After spending over $1500 in parts and labor the proably wS simply a burnt wirer. I am so disgusted with Acura.i dont ever want them touching my car ever again not this location any.

Not from the Charlotte area but friends referred me to Hendrick. Our sales adviser was Ted Wright. He was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us in the buying process. Good follow-up since we did not live in the area. Everything went smoothly on the day of delivery and subsequent follow-up after the purchase was great.

He walked me through with all the new features on Acrua TLX. He also got me a great deal on my old trade in, I got more than the suggested trade in value. I am 64 and have been buying cars since 1967. I have NEVER EVER had such a wonderful experience as a car buyer as I did when I went in and bought a car from Mr. Mark Rossi. The man is a good listener, quick and efficient, does what he says he will do, and does it better than any sales person I have dealt with in 45+ years. I cannot say enough about how he was the consummate sales associate and how welcome he made me feel. He gave me a deal that was too good to be true and made it look easy. Also a quick shout out to Ms. Holly March, who worked at Hendrick Corporation for years and directed me to Mr. Rossi in the first place. I only know these 2 people, but if Ms. March and Mr. Rossi are the kind of people that Mr. Hendricks has employed at his business, then he has a model corporation because these 2 folks are first class all the way. I am so glad I went to Hendrick Acura and bought a vehicle from them!

I visited a lot of dealerships and looked a lot of vehicles before finally purchasing a new MDX from Hendrick Acura. To be fair, the MDX was mine and my wife's top choice the whole time, but the dealer experience was the best by far. We saved this place for last to keep an open mind about the other dealerships and vehicles. Ron Orosz treated us respectfully and was not aggressive at all. He didn't feed us loads of crap to convince us to buy a vehicle, which was refreshing. It truly felt more like he was there to assist and inform us during our purchase instead of to try to sell us a vehicle. We love our new MDX and enjoyed our entire experience at Hendrick Acura.

I lost my wedding band between the driver seat and cup holder area. I searched and searched for the ring and it was NO WHERE to be found! I took my Acura into the service center hoping and wishing that it would require taking the seat apart or cost lots of $$ to find my wedding band. I met with Bryan Teague - I explained the situation while Bryan was looking and voila - he pulled my ring out of the seat track on the tip of his middle finger. I asked Bryan if I could give him a hug as I was thrilled!!! He even backed the car out of the bay for me, turned it around, and took the floor mat paper out so that my husband wouldn't have a clue! Thanks Bryan!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the Service Dept at Hendrick Acura, especially my Technician (Marshall Wilson) and Service Advisor (Keith Kirkpatrick). I have been taking my 2006 TL there for service every since I bought it and have been nothing less that pleased. I know that I can trust them to do what has to be done and then recommend what needs to be done. Marshall is a top notch technician that takes the time to educate me a little about my car and what to look/listen for when I'm having problems. I feel like he treats my car like it was his own; and that's important to me. I like working with Keith as my Advisor because I feel like he knows what is important to me and he strives to make sure my needs are met. If you need service performed on your Acura, these are the two guys I recommend working with!

Just wanted to give a shout out for a great service rep at Hendrick Acura in Charlotte, NC. Marshall Wilson (Bean) has been servicing my Honda for about five years at the Acura location in Charlotte. What a great person and mechanic! Never have I been anything other that overjoyed at the service that this gentleman delivers. Always a smile on his face and always a positive attitude. Dropped my '07 Acura off to have an issue where my car seemed to lose power randomly. My service advisor, Bryan Teague was very helpful, easy to talk with and knowledgeable. The technician, Marshall Wilson was just as good. He found the problem right away and was able to fix it at a much lower cost than I expected. Would highly recommend!

Above and beyond awesome service. I have been going to Hendrick Acura of Charlottte for the last 7 years to have my Acura Serviced. I drive 20 miles just to go there. Never have had a bad experience. The service department has always been friendly, courteous, respectful and want to have you 100% satisfied when you walk out the door. I recently went to have my car serviced and while I was there I searched their inventory. I have a 2004 TSX and love it. But it has 207,000 miles on it. They had a 2012 TSX so I took a look. That was all she wrote. I met by a wonderful new car salesman, Mark Rosse. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a car salesman before in my life. And I have had many. He didn't make me feel like he was just there to make a sale. He honestly listened to everything and went above and beyond. I felt like I was having a conversation with a friend, not with a salesman. I took it home to show my husband and fell in love with it. I new I would I loved my other Acura. I went back the next day and sat down with Mark and talked to him about a few things on the car that I would like them to do and the only words out of his mouth were "I'll take care of it " I'll take care of it." How could I not buy this wonderful car from this wonderful man. He not only did everything I asked him to do but he also helped me sync my phone, brought in a CD to show me how to download it into my hard drive, put my address in my navigation system, gave me brand new all weather floor mats and a cargo trunk mat. I was blown away. I honestly walked out of there felling like I had made a friend not just bought a car. I will be a loyal customer for the rest of my life no doubt.

I was in the market for a newer vehicle for my wife. It was a dual celebration of 1 year bone marrow transplant cancer free for her and our anniversary. We had been looking for a Honda Pilot, and after some searching we found one available with all the features we were looking for and a good price here. The haggling was minimal due to the fact that for a dealership, their prices are already good. James Holshouser was the salesman I worked with. I have to say he made the experience of looking, test driving, and purchasing feel like I was meeting with an old friend rather than a salesman. Half the time we weren't even talking about the car. I drove 2 hours from Pinehurst to go here, and it was worth it. If you are looking to buy a car, go to Hendrick Acura, and if you can ask for James. You will not be disappointed.

I cannot express how great and easy of a buying experience I encountered at Hendrick Acura. I was greeted politely and timely when I arrived. Mark Rossi was knowledgable, honest, and personal with helping me find the car that best fit my lifestyle, budget, and taste. I am a young female who does not know much about cars and to be honest, this was my first major purchase. Most people warned me about buying a car and being taken advantage of simply because of this. Mark and Nick (in the finance department) did anything but that. They looked after me like a daughter and friend, ensuring all of my questions were answered (no matter how simple or obvious of an answer it may have been) and got me the most incredible deal. They both genuinely cared about my success regarding making the purchase work for me. They took the time to explain every detail to me, yet the entire process was done so timely. Henrick Acura, but more specifically Mark is the best around! I walked away with a beautiful car and a lovely experience. We thought buying a used car through hendrick we would get a great car. We selected a vehicle transfered from Hendrick acura. When the car arrived it was Trashed. Every panel was scratched or had paint repairs the hood had a quarter sized dent full of rust.. The interior had cigarette burns and the right rear tire was bad. Instead of trying to find another car they just downplayed the damage on the car. Fourtunatly we got our deposit back. No one at hendrick seemed to care whether they made a sale or not.

Dean is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with, the finance deptartment got us in and out quickly. I've been back to buy some accessories in the parts department and been very happy with my dealings there. My wife says this the best car she's ever owned and will definitely buy another Acura from Dean and Hendricks Acura when it's time to replace this one.

I have had my brand new TSX for a month now. I love the car and I loved the experience getting it. Alex Hatter was my salesman. He was thorough in his explanation of the different models I was interested in. He was also very patient in listening to all my questions and answering them. This say a lot about them as a dealership and employer...especially in the car business. Have never experienced this with the other cars dealerships.

Jeff Williams far exceeds my expectation when I bought my Acura TL on April 3rd, not only did he worked with Dominick Scarnato (Manager) to get me the price that I believe is very reasonable and fair.. their level of professionalism is also just superior!!! Jeff is very knowledgeable, showed extreme patience in explaining how my Acura works. It was as if I was dealing with a family member helping me not selling me. The follow up afterwards to make sure everything is alright has been great. This is by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car and I have bought a couple in my life. I really like my Acura, the price and the exceptional service. Thank you.

I have been an Acura owner for 20+ years and a customer of Hendrick Acura for the past 12 years. The entire staff is honest, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. I keep my Acuras for a long time, so rely on an excellent service department to help me keep my vehicles running optimally. Keith in the service department has been my point person for the past five years and takes very good care of my family's needs. Service appoints are easy to schedule and are completed timely and thoroughly. After 11 years, I recently purchased 1 new '12 TL and a used '09 TSX. Clay was so nice, knowledgable, and helpful about all my car buying options; as well as extremely patient while I figured out my family's car needs. In short, they treat you like family; and I appreciate how easy they make car servicing and purchasing.

BEEN TO HENDRICK ACURA 4 TIMES OVER PAST 2 YRS. EVERY SERVICE REP THAT I DEALT WITH RECOMMENDED "SCHEDULED" MAINTENANCE THAT WAS NEEDED FOR MY TSX (E.G., at15K, 30K, 45K) EVEN THOUGH ACURA STATES THAT THE VEHICLE LETS OWNER KNOW WHEN SEVICE IS NEEDED. TRULY FELT THAT I WAS BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF B/C OF BIAS AND B/C HENDRICK ACURA HAS NO COMPETITION IN THE AREA. ALSO $50 OIL CHANGE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN TOP OFF MY FLUIDS.

Hendrick Acura in Charlotte, NCAbsolutely the worst dealership in town. I guess maybe they think they can push people around because they are the only Acura dealer in town? They first asked you to pay an extra 500 for getting a car from another dealership with the exterior and interior you want; then hit you with a unreasonable high price (yes, I did my research, MDX, there is a 1500 promotion on the car, and they want to sell it 1800 over invoice!!!!!!). Then, they ask you to either take it or beat it. I will never return to that dealership again. Just horrible experience. I have several people actually told me that before. I thought there were single cases. I guess this dealership does stand for their reputation the meanest one in town.
