My wife and I had the best experience at Hendricks Chevrolet in Cary. James was the absolute best person for our family. He listened to each of our requests and made them a reality. He worked hard and diligently to help us from start to finish. To say that he went the extra mile would be an understatement. He stayed late for us to travel to the dealership after work. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. The vehicle was clean and ready to go when we arrived. He even had it warming up when we got there so our kiddos wouldn’t be cold. Gary in finance was also wonderful in handling our previous lien with our trade-in and new loan. He kept the experience very easy for us and efficient. He created various insurance packages for us to choose from that would best fit our needs as a family. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism that we received from these men and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car! I look forward to working with them for our next auto purchase.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Chevrolet Hendricks in Cary. My most recent visit with Tabitha was awesome. She was nice and pleasant...not just a robot. Also, the guy from service was able to KINDLY point out the child safety for me and the reason why my back doors would not open (Duh, something I probably should have Googled) But instead of making it a total separate visit he glanced at it after my oil change. Everything was great!! Thanks again guys :-)

Everything was great. I had just finished working about 20 hours on a crazy shift and I was exhausted. The service team got me in and out very quickly. I did notice however, when I went to pick up my car, that all of the other cars that were lined up with mine had been washed and were nice and shiny. Mine hadn't been washed so I was kind of wondering about that. But, overall, the service was exceptional - as always. I've known Matt Flowers for years and he manages the service bay and experience exceptionally!

Iniitial visit ok. However, after the deal the salesman was deceptive and did not explain the complete transaction. I did not even receive a call back after placing two calls to dealership trying to work things out. Find someone else for your Chevrolet purchase.

Trevor Buck was wonderful to deal with, low pressure, asked all the right questions, and listened. In fact all the salesmen were lovely to interact with. We arrived a bit earlier than we had planned, and even though he was working with another client he checked in to be sure we were okay. I actually hadn't planned on buying a Chevy, and was leaning towards purchasing a Ford, but my experience at the Ford dealership was subpar in comparison. After the test ride, explaining the trucks features, and feeling at easy with Trevor's negotiating skills (didn't do the traditional back and forth a million times to get a number) I was sold.

We searched a long time for the exact vehicle with features we wanted and finally found it at Hendricks in Cary, NC. Since that was quite a drive we phoned ahead to verify the website information. We dealt with Calvin Leach who went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially since we wanted specific wheels. He had them on the car when we got there to test drive and ultimately purchase the car. It was fast, easy and efficient. We will definitely consider them in the future.

The sales team was fantastic. I think both Hendrick and myself feel good about the deal. I saved some money and Hendrick made money. Win Win. The service department was sub-par for me. I purchased a new car, found a couple of issues with it, and the service department made an appointment for me. Once I dropped it off for the small repairs, I didn't receive ONE call about the status of my car. After six days in the rental they provided, I called to check the status. I was told it would be ready in two more days. It went in for a new headliner and re-tint two windows. The headliner was ordered and received at Hendrick prior to the service appointment. So it took seven working days to finish this work? I find it very hard to believe. Hendrick only made one call to me...that was to let me know my car was ready. Funny enough, I received three separate email surveys asking me how my service experience was BEFORE I EVER GOT MY CAR BACK. And now, including this survey, I've received five surveys on my purchase/service experience. Seems very unorganized....either Hendrick or Chevrolet Corporate.

I would not even give then one star if there is an option of minus rating..I had left my car in the morning and I was told that it will be ready in an hour. I requested shuttle and told him he that Inhabr to pick up my daughter at 3 pm.No one called me till 12.00 pm and when I called I was told it will be ready by 1.30. Again no one called and finally they have no shuttle available.. I had to borrow my neigjbour's car and had to pick up my daughter.THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVIVE EVER . Manager is never available when you want to talk to him. I would go to any other Chevy dealership but not here..

I am new in the area and this service dept was recommended by my service rep in Charlotte. I was treated very kindly by the service rep who greeted me when I arrived. The service maintenance was done in a very timely manner and they washed the outside of my car, which pleased mr very much. I was very happy with the service and will return when my next service is due.

I enjoyed working with the dealership, and especially my salesman Richard Britt, with purchasing a new car. It was my first new car buying experience, and he was very honest and thorough with the experience. The dealership itself is great and has a large inventory to choose from, everything about pricing is explained in such great detail there's nothing that could be missed, and everyone I encountered was so friendly. My salesman even asked I come back the next day for the new car auto detailing since the shop had already closed when we started the process. He made everything about the purchase enjoyable.

I just bought a Chevrolet Spark and I am really satisfied with a customer service. Tony was definitely the most helpful and positive person I have ever met in car dealerships. He helped me with setting up all the car software (even though it wasn't his duty), was very patient, honest and explained me literally everything step by step - it helped me with making my final decision. He also knew all the detailed information about other Chevrolet car models, so I know what to look for in the future: ) My husband agrees, that Tony is the nicest person he have ever met in car dealerships. Alan Critcher made my experience more than pleasant. Best price on the best truck and exactly what I wanted. It all started when your service dept gave me a Chevy hat a few months ago when I came in for an oil change. Oh and by the way the dealer that I purchased the car from in VA told me on two occasions they would 'send' me a hat. Hendrick Chevy in Cary NC offered me one and all I was in for was an oil change! It is the small things in life. I will send my friends and co-workers to Alan at Hendrick in Cary!

I bought car 2 months ago and still didn't get my tag for my car I got temporary tag for 2 months and not its expired again and no one is responding been leaving messages to all managers and finance also chat with someone and still no response .this is first time I bought any American car and they told me to think 10 times to buy from them again,worst dealership I ever saw in 20 years

They went above and beyond to make buying my new truck as easy as possible. I had a vacation that I was trying to get ready for and with a few brief phone calls during the week. I returned from my vacation to a 1/2 hour meeting and I was on the road with an amazing truck. Everyone I talked to never made me feel rushed or like I was wasting there time. By far the best service I have ever dealt with.

I worked with Jeremy and the manager Jonathan to both sell my 2008 supercharged tundra and buy a 2015 ford explorer limited. They never rushed me or pushed me to go outside of my budget and listened to everything I had to say without interrupting. They were fun to deal with and could talk freely about other subjects with great humor and not be cut and dry about cars only. They close at 8pm I got there at 8:15pm and they stayed until midnight with me and let me come back to remove my personal items from the truck. They didn't acknowledge the time and didn't rush us and were great at making sure my wife, out 8 week old daughter, and Great Dane service dog were all comfortable and even gave us something to eat. The value for the car was excellent and at all the other dealerships we've been to like FRED ANDERSON TOTOTA have been absolutely terrible filled with lies, lawsuits, several criminal charges they committed, damaged our tuck effectively ruining it. Hendrick was a wonderful experience and I felt great making the purchase. 2015 burgundy limited with 27k miles for $30,900. I paid cash so I can't comment on the financing experience but they figured out my loan on the truck and paid it off and applied the rest of the money from my truck to the new truck and even switched my insurance with MetLife over to the new truck which only increased our rate $5 which was fantastic. They detailed my new car for me before we left and again when I came back the next day and they filled it up with gas for us. At so many other dealerships we've felt irrelevant, unimportant, and like we were inconveniencing them by trying to give them lots of money. The cars at all the other dealerships we've been to such as FRED ANDERSON TOYOTA, carmax, crown honda, auction direct, Fred Anderson Nissan, Fred Anderson Kia, Fred Anderson pre owned, westgate cjd, all had cars with loads of damage to them such as dents paint chips and scratches, damaged interiors, ruined leather and rims, over priced for the model, and just looked horrible for buying a brand new damaged vehicle. Hendricks inventory that we saw were all washed and cleaned without debris and trash inside of it or smelling like cigars. Their guy doing the purchasing is doing an amazing job and picking clean accident free cars. Other dealers could take note of them here. If you haven't gather by this review that FRED ANDERSON has burned my family so badly let me just say it here. They replaced my cat 3 times and didn't buy it back, they ruined the ecu and tune by flashing it with the wrong data and made the truck dangerous to be In, they admitted to lying on video about submitting false documents and making up findings to try and save them selves from paying for the damage they directly caused. Fred Anderson is the worst SOB's you'll ever find at a crap hole dealership. Hendrick is amazing and I thank them for making this experience nothing like it has been with Fred Anderson and others. Brought my Camaro in on Memorial Day and Scott did a great job keeping me updated with the progress and thinking ahead to service the customer. Being that the part needed to fix the car took longer than expected Scott quickly arranged a loaner vehicle for me to use. He followed up daily! When I got my car back it was not only fixed but completely spotless.Thanks Scott!

A Service Team Leader quickly welcomed me, took my keys and got me set up even though my appointment was with Scott, who was on the phone. When I made the appointment, I was told it would take a few hours because I was having a recall repair done in addition to a routine oil change. I totally expected to have to wait around four hours. Scott got me in and out in two hours! This meant a lot to me, because he did not know I was having a migraine and waiting was even more difficult for me.

This is a follow up review after my initial 5-star review due to the fact that the dealership has been totally unresponsive to my service request about some deficiencies I found with the vehicle. I have tried numerous times to get an answer about a crack in the windshield without a reply back. My next step will be in contacting the owner of the dealership.

Service director Peggy Erwin was entirely rude when I contacted her for assistance with a matter that involved a recent purchase. If she, as a DIRECTOR of service, was disgustingly rude then I assumed the same of the remainder of the service team she "directs". Definitely disappointing to experience such a horrific display of customer service in my own home town.

I had a low tapping noise at certain engine speeds. I took the car, a 2006 Z06. Corvette, in to have it diagnosed. The lifters where bad. My service adviser Eric took care of everything. The car was dropped off on a Monday and was completely repaired by Friday. The was amazing to me considering the entire top of the engine including the heads had to be removed and replaced.

Bought a new 2015 Z06 for $ 94K from this dealership. The paint on car started blistering, popping, cracking, in at least 12 separate areas on car. Service department told me that they would spot paint the car. I took the car to 2 independent high end body shops and they both indicated that the car was contaminated paint from factory and needed to be repainted. After several months of trying to rectify the issue with GM and Hendrick Chevy in Cary they said that they would only spot paint the effected areas. This car had the worst paint of any of the 25 or more new cars that I have owned. Not wanting a $94 K brand new with spot paint, I ended up trading the car in at a several thousands of dollar loss.Car should have never left the factory. They had me between a rock and hard place. Dealer also wouldn't return the full value of the car that I used as money down as my trade in. They would only give me 27K of the 44K that they gave me for my original trade, they said that the car is gone now and I'll never be able to get what they originally gave me 2 months prior. Never been ripped off this bad in my 57 years. DON'T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU. I feel bad for the poor unsuspecting person that might buy a car from them. Also put several of there programs on the contract after I specifically told them not to. Worst car buying experience ever!

My experience with this dealership is extraordinary. The service is amazing and the welcoming that I received is great. As soon I enter this place the person that receive you is Pleasent. They talk and explain everything before he start. This last time also the service was so fast I was not able to finish the coffee they serve for their clients before they call my name that my car was ready. I defiantly go back again and I will recommend this place. It was a great experience.

I bought my 2015 Cruze in for its first scheduled maintenance. Even though it was early everyone was so nice and friendly. My 2 year old enjoyed the playroom and I enjoyed the much needed coffee. The service was quick and painlesz. I'm glad Dontee my original sales man was able to get me in for an appointment even with none showing online.

I have been taking my 2012 Chevy Cruze to Scott Tielemans since I purchased my car. I can honestly say that I have been to many dealerships and I have never been more satisfied with a service advisor than I am with Scott. He treats my family like a part of his family and ALWAYS has our back and makes sure in no uncertain terms that we are happy and COMPLETELY satisfied when we leave there. I think of him a good friend, not just someone that helps me out. If he was not there as a service advisor I can honestly say that I would go back. I live 45 to 50 miles away, but being treated like we do my Scott, it is sure worth the drive!!!!

My Z06 is the perfect car. I was able to order it exactly as I wanted and the salesman, Scott Little knew all of the secrets. He understood and explained every option to me. After scheduling to look at a Camaro, I was greeted by Mike Polito and we went through the normal procedure. I explained from the beginning that I was straight forward and that I was willing to pay $xxx per month and that if their number was above that then I wasn't interested. After they appraised my trade in and I took a test drive, we get some paperwork filled out and he goes to "see what he can do". Mike comes back and says "well the number is slightly higher than what you wanted", to which I stated again , as I had already multiple times, if you can't come in at or below what I want then there is no discussion. At this point Mike became hostile and angry with me. I told him that I wanted the key to my vehicle and that I was leaving. At this point Mike is angry with me which does not make sense seeing as I'm the customer and told him from the beginning what my number was and that I didn't play games. Apparently he isn't aware that the glass box managers office isn't sound proof because I heard the derogatory and rude comments he was making about my wife and I. There are lots of other dealerships in this area that want my money, why would you treat a customer like that when they have so many other options? I will never do business with Hendrick.

My experience started with a simple email to the dealership. Told them what I was looking and price range. They happen to have the model Corvette i wanted so we went in for a test drive. Told them i wanted to think about it as this would be my first vette and it was a big decision also that i didn't want to be harassed as i made this decision. They honored every request i made. He went above and beyond what he needed to do to the point he scraped ice off my windshield because i had my 4 month old daughter.Scott made sure i was in and out quick and was sensitive to the fact i was with my daughter. The advertised price on the internet was $10000 below what they actually asked for the Suburban. We were told that there were a lot of add-ons. But these were not on the add on sheet, either. Included an additional $4000 for 22 in wheels. And no credit for the 20 in wheels that were on the car when they received. I have never had a dealer EVER do this. Needless to say, we walked out. I do no think it was Will Hancock that was the problem. It was the front office.

My service consultant Taria was very knowledgeable and professional when I contacted her about some warranty work on my car. I needed some parts replaced and an issue with the engine sorted out. The work was done by John a Corvette technician. Very knowledgeable about his field. He allowed me to explain the issue while the car was in the service bay and even encouraged a test drive to make sure the issue was what he thought it was. Both Taria and John made my experience at Hendrick Durham Automall an actual pleasant experience. We even had Troy the Service manager involved with the whole process. This really made me feel special, but I'm guessing this is how all their customers are treated. I've purchased 4 cars from the Hendrick Durham Automall and it's not just about the cars, it's how your treated afterwards.

We came in with a lease from another car company needing to somehow get out of a negative equity problem, Hendrick Chevrolet helped us do this by offering us a new car to purchase rather then lease. Even though we would have preferred to lower our monthly payment more, we felt that in our situation the choice given was the best in the long run. Our salesman was very patient with us as we worked through all the vehicle options and color combinations. We finally settled on the right vehicle and we love it. While this dealership is several miles from our house, we think it is worthwhile to make the drive to deal with a great staff.

I've never encountered a more arrogant dealership, or one more seemingly indifferent about selling a car. To make a long story short, I had an issue with the negotiation process with my initial salesperson, having identified a few untruths, as well as a total lack of willingness to negotiate a deal in the very reasonable fashion I'd suggested. I then received an email from one of Hendrick's sales managers asking how he could help, and not to hesitate to reach out to him. I sent him an email promptly, asking for his help, and the awaited a reply. 30 hours later, no answer at all. So I called him. I asked, "did you get my note?", imagining that perhaps it just hadn't made it to him. With no apology or excuse, he simply answered, "yep." So presumably, had I not called, he had no actual intention of even responding, let alone make an effort to help (which is what HIS email had originally offered). I then explained my situation, and he said he'd look into it and call me back. Nearly 6 hours passed, and no phone call. I called back AGAIN, and once more he offered no apology for basically ignoring a buyer. He then proceeded to tell me that the car my wife and I were trying so hard to buy was sold to someone else two hours ago. Incredulous and angry, I asked him why he didn't call me back as promised, as I'd have had time to make the decision to proceed with the purchase well before this other customer appeared. He then tried to blame it on the original sales rep, lamely saying, "I thought he called you back." I'm sorry, if you're a manager and you offer someone help via email, I expect it to be genuine when I then indeed take you up on your offer. I also expect that when a manager says he's going to call you back with info, that he will indeed call back and in a prompt fashion.The point is that I shouldn't have to work this hard for the privelage of buying a car from this terrible dealership. Cars are commodities and everyone knows it. As such, the onus should be on the dealership to work hard for my business, not the other way around. Horrible experience, and clearly a cultural issue at the Hendrick company. I would recommend NEVER working with this dealership, as they don't care about their customers, and now I'll be obliged to tell everyone that I can, on this site, and any others I can find that help customers avoid bad dealerships. Gladly going to award my business now to another dealership that actually wants to earn it.

This was the absolute BEST experience with a service department - actually, with a dealership in its entirety! Everyone was friendly, energetic, and went above and beyond our expectations. Generally, when I drop my car off for service or repairs, it goes the same old way -- Drop it off, they call with an estimate, they do the repair, they call to let me know its ready, I pick it up. We thought they were all pretty much the same. Not this dealership -- I was stressed about the repair need. We were supposed to go out of town and wanted to take that vehicle. Scott left me worry free - he got it in to be looked at and had it done at the time he said it would be done. It ended up that we were the ones that couldn't pick it up in time - I called Scott, said that I couldn't pick it (and was upset about it) -- he said don't worry, WE WILL BRING THE CAR TO YOU! They had us off to our vacation in no time. We will never bring our cars anywhere else :) Thanks Scott! Thanks Hendrick Chevrolet of Cary -- you have a wonderful team!

Bought a 2014 Silverado 1500 Z92 truck fully loaded with 4 year or 60,000 mile warranty. Lamont Greene was the Sales man he did a great job. Helped us with everything we needed, he stayed there late 2 nights straigt. Even made sure we got home safely each night. Very pleased with all the service we got. Brain in finance was nice and patient with us. They all took the time to explain everything to us and answered all our questions no matter how trivial. Couldn't have asked for nicer people to work with on our purchase. Will definitely use their service again and will definitely refer people to Lamont at Hendrick Chevrolet.

The 2014 Malibu was the second car I bought at Hendrick Chevrolet, first being my 2011 Corvette Grand Sport. I was not pressured at all to buy the car. The salesperson was out standing (Tyler Glasgow), he is the salesperson the sold me both my cars. Great experience, would buy again, and will definitely recommend.

Since buying my used 2004 Corvette from Hendrick Chevrolet in Cary NC I have had it serviced at their service center. I had always shyed away from service at a dealer maintainance shop for fear of being over priced and slow. So many times in the past it has been my experience at repair shops that I have been met with arrogance and laziness. My experience at the Hendricks facility has been top shelf every time. I was surprised to be welcomed each time I arrived at this shop by your friendly and enthusiastic staff. My main contact there has been Danny Deweese and would like to give him an extra show of appreciation for always going out of his way for me and my vehicle. Please do what you can to hold onto him because he is a valuable asset and I wouldn't want to lose him as my service advisor. Even though having troubles with a vehicle is a hassle with all the inconvinience and cost, the friendly atmosphere and dynamic staff there really takes the sting out of having to do it. It's nice to know if my car needed a part (and it has) that it would be in stock at the facility and there was a staff of mechanics there who would know how to properly install it. Please thank Danny and the rest of your staff there at the Cary Auto Mall for their great work and attitude. It means a lot to me. And by the way. The new facility is really beautiful there. The facelift to the showroom and especially the new entrance to the service area is very nice. It really gives a great first impression with being so modern and clean. After a mere 270,000 miles, the power steering pump went out on my 2000 Silverado 1500. So, I dropped it off at Hendrick in Cary, as I have done on those rare occasions that it's needed work. They did their usually great job of fixing it. But, the best part was that they had my truck back to me a day early, despite Monday being a holiday for some people (not me).

None of these dealerships really give me what I want, which was a good APR rate, no down payment, and and monthly payment I can actually afford. I looking online for dealerships around my area and I ran across hendrick Chevy in cary, and so I called them and set an appointment with Marcus Jones. Marcus and the guys in finance was able to put me in a brand new 2013 camaro with 1.9% APR, no down payment and a monthly payment I can def afford, and this is actually something I never thought it would happen after I had talked to the other dealers around town. In the past year I have had the pleasure of purchasing not one, but two cars from Hendrick Chevrolet. Tyler Glasgow helped me pick out a 2013 Cruze in June, which was my very first new car. I absolutely loved it, and had a great buying experience. Unfortunately, about a month ago I totaled that car, and needed a new one as soon as possible. The day after my accident, I contacted Tyler and informed him that my car had been totaled. A couple of hours later, he had a brand new 2014 Cruze picked out for me, and somehow had gotten the payment $20 dollars lower than the one I had on my previous Cruze. Needless to say, I was very pleased to be able to have a newer model with all of the same features for $20 less a month. Tyler helped turn my negative situation into a positive one, and I am very thankful for that. He is great at what he does and is an asset to Hendrick Chevrolet.

I got a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro from Hendrick Chevrolet. The car was a Christmas gift from my mother. The staff at Hendrick Chevrolet was extremely helpful and accommodating with assisting my mother in pulling off this amazing holiday surprise. They even let her take the car home prior to trading in my other car so as not to ruin the surprise. After Christmas, when it was time for me to sign all of the papers, Bolivar was waiting to greet my mom and I make the process as smooth and quick as possible. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and Will, the original person we dealt with in November when we initially came to check out the vehicle, came to congratulate me and ensure that I was happy with my purchase. I had to talked to Trevor Buck on the phone a couple of days before coming down from Danville, VA. I told him I was interested in the 2SS 2014 Camaro shown on the internet. I said I would come down on my next day off. I did come down a little late for my appointment, but still was greeted with smile as if I was on time. I told him I wanted to see the car and he wasted no time in getting it. He made me his top priority the minute we met.I told me about the car and explain the finance. I told him I wanted the car, but had little time. He went right to work on my finance. I found your dealership can truly work miracles to get a person with my low credit score a car of my choice with very little down. I had an excellent experience with this dealership. Joel and Will both helped me and were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very professional and very nice. Will is even driving out to my home in Wake Forest to have my wife sign some paperwork because she was not able to come to the dealership. I bought a 2014 Chevrolet cruze . This was my first time buying a car on my own. Hendrick and Brian Ano made this experience the best. They have gone above and beyond to make buying my car the best. They pressure you, very rude, lier's, tell you one thing when it's another. I was told THat would check my credit and see if I would be able to get a a car and after everything was done told I had to get the car then ran my credit and seen if I could get a loan for. This was my first car and I explain that to them. And I was sure of if this was the car for. Yes I like it, but was told I could see that nothing would be permitted until I was ready was a lie. So now I have a car and can't do anything with it. So no I wouldn't recommend this dealership anyone.

Next to the worst dealer I have have dealt with. They were typical sales people with no care for the customer. I would never go to them. I visited them for a new car on 3/17 and found dishonesty (not in the sales person...he was great)...but in the Sales Manager and his Maintenance Dept. I am glad I did not buy and I found this out first. My recommendation...they are trying rip off customers. Sad!

Hi Will was very friendly and he worked hard to get me the vehicle and payments that fit my budget. I am glad that I went to this dealership I was not pressured to buy something I did not want or could not afford. I left happy and made a new friend with Will. I always took my old car to this dealer to be serviced because I always had a great experience (thanks Dan and Dory!), so when it was finally time to get a new car I naturally came back. Someone recommended me to Marcus, and I was very happy with his level of service. As a young woman I had never bought a car by myself before and had a lot of questions, and he did a great job explaining things to me and was really very helpful. I didn't feel pressured at all, and within a week I drove off the lot in my new vehicle. I highly recommend Marcus to anyone on the market for a new vehicle.

Every person that I came in contact with when I walked through the doors was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable throughout my entire buying process. I was "checked on" constantly to see if I needed anything and Barry kept my up to date as to what was going on...what step was being taken and the timeframe. Again, I was very pleased with my experience.

Hendricks and Big V was recommended to me by a close friend that has purchased several vehicles from them in the past. We informed them of the vehicle that I was interested in and it was sitting out front when I got there. Big V is very friendly and "down to earth." Big V does not make you feel that there is a rush and he did not cause me to feel pressured in anyway. He let me know that if I ever needed anything all I had to do was call him and he has stood behind it. It was a very pleasant experience. I was pleased with the service from Hendricks and extremely pleased with all the help from Big V.

My experience with Big V this evening was beyond words. Being a first time buyer I was very nervous about the hidden fees and unknown catch. I was recommended to Hendricks through a friend who had high remarks for Big V. I walked right in and immediately felt welcomed. Big V is very knowledgeable, friendly, and laid back person. I just had the best car buying experience ever! Vassilis Gans is an awesome sales consultant. I was reffered to Hendrick chevrolet by a good friend and was told to ask for Vassilis and I am glad I did. I called him and told him what I was looking for and that I was on the way over to the lot. In no time at all he had a list of vehicles on the lot matching what I was looking to a tee. He answered every question I had and even gave me some information about the diffrent vehicles that I didn't think to ask. He is a very laid back no pressure type salesman and could not have had a better experience than I did. I will refer anyone I know to Hendrick Chevrolet and to Vassilis! I am sure I will be a repeat customer again later on down the road. Great dealership with a great staff!

I have now purchased three cars in the last four years from Hendrick ad specifically Vassilis Gan. Vassilis is the best car sales I have ever had the pleasure to work with due to his personality and attention to detail. If he says he will do something I trust him without any need to follow up, not something I can say about previous salesman. If I have any issues I can give him a call and rs assured it will be followed through and completed. As long as he stays with Hendrick I will not work with anyone else. If you are looking for a car and want the best salesman in the state, go to Hendrick and demand Vassilis Gan be the only man you will work with, you will not be disappointed.

I appreciate the time Will Hancock to with me, walking around the entire outside area, answering my questions and never seemed in a hurry....even though it was a Friday night and past closing time. From the initial phone call this was the best car buying experience of my life...and I am 58 years old. Vassilis saw to it that I had a Tahoe prepped and ready for my test drive the moment I arrived at the dealership. He went out of his way to find the color and equipment I was looking for. I made the deal over the phone and when I went to do the paperwork there were absolutely no surprises. The entire purchase transaction took less than 30 minutes. Finally, I took the car back a couple of days later to have an aftermarket option installed and Vassilis had my car detailed for a second time....certainly not expected but very much appreciated. He has also called several times over the past couple of weeks to be sure the car has been what I expected.

Very helpful, made the purchase of a new car smooth and easy. We went in expecting to just look and be given a run around on price and downpayments, we did not expect to drive home in a new car. After we did the paperwork, Will went outa his way to make sure we drove home in the car we choose that day. Will use them again on a purchase.

Working with Brian while shopping for our new Chevy Equinox was an extremely pleasent experience. Brian was very accesible via email, phone and text with any questions we had. We never felt pressured to buy and Brian provided us with numerous options so that we could find the package that works best with our budget and needs. I wanted to buy a 2008 Pontiac Vibe that I saw online at Hendrick. I contacted the dealership by phone & talked to Will. I told him I live in Virginia & that I could not come down to see the car until the following Saturday. It's a 4 hour drive. I asked if I could give a deposit to hold the vehicle. They would not do that. I also informed him that I had my financing already approved by my financial institution. I was told on Wednesday that someone from Hendrick Motor Sports was interested in the car & I would know by Friday if it was still available for purchase. I was told on Friday afternoon that it was no longer available. Then I was called on Sunday afternoon & told the vehicle did not sell after all.I did not appreciate the dealers unwillingness to work with me. They would not take a deposit to hold the vehicle. My banks loan dept. is not open on Saturdays so I couldn't have left with the vehicle. Then they attempt to sell it out from under me.This is NOT the place to buy a vehicle. I ended up getting a newer Vibe with 14,000 miles from another dealership for less than they were asking for the 2008 with 41,000 miles.I've told my family & friends about my horrible experience with this dealership & I will tell anyone looking for a car NOT to go to Hendrick Chevrolet. I do not feel the way I was treated is fair. This dealership does not care about your average working person, they are only interested in getting the money regardless of how they go about getting it.

I began my search for a used Equinox online. I found the biggest selection at Hendrick's, so I sent a request to be contacted. Brian contacted me very promptly and was able to answer all my questions. He was available to meet with me at a last minute notice and worked very hard to find the perfect car for me. He suggested I look into a GMC Terrain, which I purchased.Throughout the sale, Brian was very professional and helped me make the decision that was best for me. He worked very hard to find me my perfect car, and I could not be more satisfied! I felt that he went above and beyond to meet my needs and was always available to answer my questions. I could not ask for a better car buying experience. I was also impressed that he took the time after the sale to show me how use all the accessories in the vehicle as well as followed-up with me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend working with Brian at Hendrick Chevrolet any day!

From the beginning Brian M. had impressed us with his prompt response to our online inquiry regarding a new Tahoe. When we called him he met us right away in extremely short notice and never failed to disappoint. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions with out being "pushy and uncomfortable." He allowed us to make our own decisions and kept OUR best interest in mind while doing so. We left with a nicer vehicle than we had found online for LESS than we had planned to spend. I could not be more satisfied with our experience at this dealership... from the sales team to the finance department to the detail shop!!!

This wasn't a lot of haggling on the price as i was limited in time that day and didn' need a lot of back and forth on the price. Let me first say that when we walked into the dealership we were only purchasing a used car for my son. By the time we left that evening, we purchased a brand new 2012 Silverado and a brand new 2012 Cruze (my son is ecstatic because he got the 08 Silverado). We initially met with Al who was wonderful, he was still learning so Drake and Jeff came on board to assist.Purchasing 2 vehicles can take sometime, but everyone was more than willing to help out in anyway (they even found time to get us something to eat as the day went on). Now being honest, I did have a problem with my Cruze, but the dealership stepped up right away and took care of all my concerns. My experience with both Drake and Jeff showed me that it isn't just a sale with them. We went to Hendrick Chevrolet because we they are known for their customer service. Our experience with their team at Hendrick Chevrolet just confirmed that. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and if you do go Ask for Drake and Jeff.

Best buying experience ever buying a car! The team at Hendrick worked effortly to get the Suberban I wanted at a price I could afford. Tony Danias turned a lemon into lemonade with our situation. When I called hime about the wreck, he calmed me down. He made arrangements for a rental car, towing and the repair of my vehicle. I have purchased three vehicles from Hendrick Chevrolet, two Corvettes and a Tahoe. Overall, I would have to say that the buying process exceeded my expectations in every way. Sure, I could have gotten a little better price out of town but I would rather purchase my new vehicles locally especially when it comes to the level of service that I receive from Hendricks! Lamont is a great salesperson and a valuable asset to the Hendrick team. He really works hard to earn my business including staying after hours to complete the sale and make sure we are happy before we leave.

My first visit was after contacting them about a suburban. I received the usual Hendricks BS about congratulations on my choice, etc. upon arrival, I met with the salesperson that contacted me and he had no idea where the vehicle was. We drove around for 20 minutes looking for the vehicle and then he found out it had been sold. Did I mention, I live 2 and half hours away. My second experience about 3 weeks later they advertised a Tahoe and once again ,I was contacted by the same salesperson, I asked all the normal questions and 6 hours later was back on my way to Cary. Short version, the vehicle was 2 wheel drive instead of 4 as I was advised.Not one Manager came to talk to me and Drove 2 and half hours and 70 dollars in gas home.The salesman told me that HE was having a terrible day, really! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!

Ive purchased many vehicles in my life and the experience at Hendricks Chevrolet in Cary, North Carolina was my worst experience ever;At the dealership: 1.The vehicle price didnt match between the sales rep (John Neff) and the sales manager2.The sales manager (Jason House) was very rude and loud3.I had to ask several times for a vehicle to drive home (over 40 miles away) since I traded-in my vehicle. The sales rep repeatedly told me that the manager hadnt made his decision yet about releasing a vehicle for me.Before Vehicle delivery: 1.I was told that they could have the vehicle I ordered within 24 to 48 hours. That was not the case; 96 hours later the vehicle arrived. Normally the delivery time wouldnt be an issue but I informed them that I was scheduled to deploy that following week.2.I ordered specific wheels for the Tahoe (already purchased them separately with a credit card); prior to the arrival of the vehicle the sales rep sends me an e-mail wanting me to except a totally different style wheel.3.Through-out the 96 hours the sales rep would tell me that the vehicle was on its way. After Vehicle delivery:1.Also during this process I told the sales rep that I still had items in the vehicle that I traded-in and that I would get them when I pick-up the Tahoe (fortunately my deployment was delay couple days) 2.I arrived at the dealership expecting to see my items in a box, only to realize that the trade-in was gone and no one had a clue of where it was or how to retrieve my items; the worst part was that no one attempted to find the trade-in, in which I still had the title too. Zero initiative at this dealership. I was scheduled to deploy that night and I spent over three hours at the dealership with my family while they all did nothing.3. The Tahoe was dirty with water spots on all the windows (looked like a 5 year old tried to wash it)4.It had scratches in the paint (wife took it back couple times, and they made it worst)Summary: This is only a snap-shot of my horrible experience at Hendricks Chevrolet, I could write a book on the incompetence there. If I wasnt deploying I would not have purchased anything from that dealership, but I needed to leave my family with a reliable vehicle. Bottom-line I was treated like I purchased a $1,000 car instead of a $50,000+ vehicle. The attitude there seemed to be well make our sales anyway.

Our family had a great experience at this business after a terrible one at Reed Lallier in Fayetteville. We called from Fayetteville to discuss what we had in mind before making our trip to Cary, and Abby did the research that we needed so that we knew what they had to offer before we made our drive. Johnny was our salesman and wasted no time getting us exactly what we wanted without pressuring us into buying something we had no interest in. We traded in two Silverados for a Traverse. The appraisals on our Silverados were very reasonable and we were given a generous rebate for a 2011 Traverse. We didn't want an entire luxury package but wanted a sun roof. At Hendrick this was no problem---they are adding a sun roof to the Traverse that suits our price range. The facility at Hendrick is really nice and they offer complimentary popcorn and drinks and also have a child play room next to the waiting area, which is a great way to kill time with small children. I know it was a Godsend for us! The staff is very friendly and the employee who conducts internet business for them went out of his way to come thank us for our time. I'm certain that anyone who comes to Hendrick will have a great experience.

I thought that it would be worth mentioning that this was the best dealership that I have ever gone through. I bought my car in 2004 and still look back on that experience when I am dealing with other dealerships in the different places I have lived. They just do not compare to Hendrick Chevrolet.
