I can't remember the name of the young lady who helped me. She was very polite. The only issue I had was when the paperwork was brought to me for the recommendations she must handed it to me and didn't discuss. Said I was almost ready. That is fine but there were a couple of things in their recommendations a that were marks from previous visit that had been done. One was four tires miunted and one front end aignement. Or tires balanced. Both done I did mention to her before they serviced the car when she got my keys and asked about rotation that we had just had newTires installed a couple of months before. I fee that the list printed with estimated costs should be kept current. It also took about an hour and a half. That use to be 30 minutes

Hendrick Honda's customer service is always well above average, I have bought numerous cars through Hendrick Honda and always been amazed by the superior customer service, nice to pick up your car from being serviced and find out that your car battery did not meet test standards and was under warranty so was instantly replaced with new one . I think some dealerships would not have gone the extra mile to check or care, thanks Jamie Sweet at Hendrick Honda of Easley for the excellent customer service !

Great service and a very clean facility! As soon as I pulled into the service lane Jamie Swim (Service Advisor) greeted me with a smiling face, explained to me what was involved in the services that were being done that day, and what kind of time frame the service would take. The waiting room was nice and clean, there were snacks and coffee available as well as flat screen tvs. My service was completed in the time frame given and Jamie gave us a free car wash card for our next service! There is a closer Honda dealership where I live but I definitely will be back for future services at Hendrick due to the excellent customer service!

I purchased my Accord from HENDRICK Honda in Easley. Honestly, I was treated well & everything went smooth & easyergyrcffyf cvvb nfcb with my purchase, however, I felt that things were NOT explained well & depth. I NEVER knew I had roadside assistance, I NEVER knew I had free Sirius XM for 3 months, and several other things. Upon taking my car into service, my advisor, Jaime Swim, is very nice & helpful, however, again, I felt like I was being rushed out the door. I had questions, and I felt they didn't have time for me & rushed me thru. Overall, Hendrick Honda in Easley, SC is a good dealership, but they REALLY need to take more time with their customers & not RUSH them out the door. Lastly, I had an issue with my car, I called the dealership, that's how I found out I had free roadside asst. & towing. Again.. This was NEVER explained to me. I phoned the roadside asst. the dealer provided me with, I was expecting a professional roadside asst mechanic. Well, to my surprise this guy shows up, in dirty street clothes, no uniform, no I.D he worked for any roadside company. I was also expecting as any roadside person to do, is drive to my location in a tow truck. Well, I was surprised yet again, he showed up, not only filthy dirty & in street clothes, he pulled up in his personal pick up truck, pulling an utility trailer with a ride on mower on the trailer. I asked if he was an auto mechanic, his answer was, "I trying to be". Yup, that made me comfy! (NOT). Ok, here's the humorous part of this, this dude, looked under the hood of my car and did NOTHING. I needed a freaking jump start, but he said he wouldn't do it because he was too afraid it might blow a fuse. Then he told me to call roadside back (another 30 min. on HOLD) and have a tow truck tow my car to the dealership. This was a complete joke & beyond frustrating. My husband diagnosed the problem, bought a new battery and my car & myself are happy again. I must say, that Hendrick Honda has THE WORST roadside assistance program, they are unprofessional and know NOTHING about about repairing cars.

Been using them for years then stopped came back thought that the service dept had changed . NOPE! they are full of it. Gave me a price of a problem that needed to fixed with my car . I brought he car in and Sekt with Amanda . She told me straight up that the quotes price was wrong but they would fix and goner my car . Well they fixed it enough to make me think the problem was fixed and I had to bring it back and was Charged full price so I had to end up paying twice for one service . And Amanda was a smart tail. Then I came today for an oil change and they are still full of lies . Told me that I needed brakes in fro t and back and it's only the front . Rip off!!!! And fire Amanda !!!! She has a slick tongue and was about to get cussed OUT!

Came to the dealer this morning for a oil change. I was informed that I needed a transmission flush at a charge of $179.00. When I checked my service records from the previous service at Apple Honda, I discovered that I was quoted at $69 for the same service. I asked the service department why I was quoted 110 dollars more for the same service. It was a excuse of clicking the wrong button on the computer. As a customer, I could have easily paid the asking price if I didn't have my previous invoice. As a new customer to this establishment, I'm not confident in the service department honesty. Me and my wife own Hondas and we will not be back to do business with them. Spoke with the supervisor over the department and all I received was a apology. The right thing in my opinion should have been, "how can we gain your confidence so we can continue to serve you?"

Just purchased our new 2017 Honda Ridgeline from this dealer. Had been speaking with our salesman (David Chasteen) since February in attempt to secure one of the first vehicles released. He updated us frequently concerning expected availability. When they finally started being released to dealers he managed to procure exactly the vehicle we wanted. Attention to detail was expected in our in and fulfilled completely. Being a brand new release from Honda we didn't expect much off MSRP. This proved to be the case although we haggled very little. I feel we received a fair price on our trade. I didn't appreciate the attempted warranty and buyer's insurance upsell from the finance guy. I was told I was a gambler for not buying a new car replacement plan (something I already include from my insurance policy), but I expect that now days everywhere. Overall a good experience. We traveled an hour and 45 minutes past our local dealer to use these guys and we are satisfied that we did.

I called Hendrick Honda service department because my check tire pressure light had came on and stayed on. Jamie Swim checked my tires and found out it needed air. Also, he had the tire alignment checked and found it needed an alignment. He explained how the tires would wear out unevenly if it wasn't corrected. He offered me a coupon $20 off if I would like to have it fixed. I chose to have it done. Jamie Swim was very curtious and offered me and my friend refreshments in the waiting room. It didn't take too long to have it fixed. We enjoyed our wait drinking coffee, hot chocolate, cookies and watching one of the big screen TVs in the comfortable waiting room. I recommend this dealership if you are wanting to trade cars or have your car serviced. I have bought 3 new cars from Hendrick Honda and always bring them here for service. I have always been treated well with the friendly and professional staff. It's a great place to do business with.

Went in for basic oil change and Pilot needed bushings replaced in front-end to stay safe. Bushings were replaced under warranty and a fresh alignment was done as well. Jamie is very professional / knowledgeable and will take care of you right the first time. He took better care of my fmaily while we were there than the Mercedes dealer does when we take or other car in for service. Great job Honda keep that level of customer service..Bravo!!!

Jamie Swim was our service representative. He did a very good job explaining the process and service choices. He obviously works diligently to avoid surprises. He kept his commitment to stay in touch. The work done was a 60,000 mile service. When Jamie learned that we needed to wait because we only have one car he quickly looked to see if a loaner was available. Fortunately for us there was one and it was provided with no additional charges. The servicing took about 5 hours. We have had the car serviced at Hendricks several times. Each experience has been consistently good. On one earlier occasion the service took much longer than it should have. The service representative admitted the problem and offered an appropriate discount.

During my search for a 2008 Honda Accord Coupe, I contacted Hendrick Honda about a transfer of this car to a Hendrick location close to me. My salesperson, Ed Rongione, assisted me during this process and made an appointment to meet with me and go over the transfer process. While waiting for my appointment, Ed called me and said his dealership just received an Accord Coupe that he was sure I would love. I kept the appointment with Ed that evening and during the day he kept me updated on the Accord they had. When I finally met with Ed he presented to me the most beautiful 2010 Honda Accord EXL coupe I had ever seen! It was a done deal from that moment on and Ed made the process quick and easy! I had been to other local dealerships the day before, and it could be best described as near hostage situations trying to force you into a car that you weren't even interested in! Ed heard me when I gave him the limits I had on a total price and monthly payments and kept me WELL within those limits. Aside from waiting on my vehicle to be thoroughly serviced and detailed, the actual approval and buying process took NO TIME at all! However when the sales person turned over my paperwork to the manager for completion, I waited an hour the first day, before meeting with the manager and a half hour the second day when I returned to pay for the vehicle and pick it up. Although my initial impression was not great I had an overall good experience. When I first drove into the service area and stepped out of my car no one greeted or acknowledged me. There were several employees that walked past but none even spoke to me. I walked over and stood back from another customer being helped and thought that adviser would at least say "someone will be with you in a moment" or something but he didn't. A few moments later Amanda walked up and was very friendly and ask if anyone had waited on me... she was very professional and helpful. Others working in the area could take lessons from her smiling friendly face.

We recently purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V from Hendrick Honda in Easley. Before making the purchase, we did extensive online research to locate the best deal on the exact model we wanted. Our search included Honda dealerships with a 200 miles radius of Easley, from Greenville, Greer, and Spartanburg to Chattanooga, Atlanta and all points in between. We discovered that the best deal was at Hendrick in Easley. Some of the quotes from other dealers initially appeared to be lower, but what we discovered was there were all sorts of extra fees and dealer prep charges not included in their initial quotes. Some even used List Price rather than MSRP to make it appear they were discounting much more than they actually were. Hendrick was the ONLY dealership that disclosed all fees in their initial quote. Hendrick was totally transparent from start to finish the price we were quoted was the price we paid, out the door.The Sales Associate we worked with, Jeff Biney, was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Jeff and Hendrick Honda.

I took my car in for service and tires. I talked with Jamie Swim and he priced a set of Cooper tires for about $450. We discussed repairing my heater core, which had been leaking an antifreeze odor into the car. I also needed an oil change. They needed to keep the car because of the time involved in repairing the heater core. Jamie fixed us up with a loner car to drive until the next Friday, when we could get back to pick up my car. Meanwhile, I was approached by a salesman named David who said they had one last 2015 civic hybrid that had been greatly discounted. I looked at the car and liked the improvements I saw over my 2009 model. I told him what I felt I could do for payments and he said he'd work up and offer and call me. Well, he did call! On Monday, he called 3-4 times with an offer that would have allowed me very little for my car as a trade. I would have basically been buying the car and giving them my car...no good for me. David said I didn't understand the math! He also told me several things that had nothing to do with me getting a good deal on the car. He insulted my intelligence and upset me quite a bit. Later that afternoon, Jamie called me with a list of recommended service...a cooling system flush. I thought that would be included with the heater core repair, but it wasn't, $129. The tires were $60 more than he had quoted me because he didn't tell me there was a $15 charge per tire to mount them! I was upset! Not happy! Then he told me the charges for wiper replacement, valve adjustment, spark plugs...$1080 in addition to the tires and the warranty coverage of the heater core! Not at all what I was expecting! Along with the demeaning salesman, I was upset...not happy! I dreaded returning to pick up my car because I was afraid I might tell them what I thought about all this! When I reminded Jamie that he had not told me about the mounting charge. He began to dig through papers for the paper I signed to purchase the tires. When he found it, there was no added charge for mounting. He apologized and removed the charge from my bill. I still felt some of the other charges were very high...$172 for 8 spark plugs! But, I paid my bill, accepted his apology and took my car. Later that evening, Jamie called me again. He apologized again and said he'd give me a free oil change and car wash on my next visit. I thanked him and hung up. I've always kept my service up at this dealership and have always appreciated how they have treated me and the service they gave. But, apparently keeping good service on the car didn't add any value for me in the trade discussion. I will be much more watchful of my service in the future!

We live in Simpsonville but always drive the extra distance to this dealership because of their top notch customer service. The most recent visit my van needed a few repairs that were going to take a little more time than usual, so my 4 year old and I greatly appreciated the courtesy car offered to us so we could go about our day until it was ready. We feel heard, understood, and well taken care of from the phone call to schedule, all the way through working with the service employee until we leave a satisfied customer (twice now with Jamie). I do not know the young ones in the service dept because I also look to Rodney. Who has a personal contact that you can call in Easley in Dec while im at the beach because of my battery ?? I do..... I have been taking my 2006 Odyssey to Hendrix Honda ever since I purchased it there in May 2006. During most of those times I have had excellent, friendly service from Rodney Shirley such that I always ask for Rodney when I set up my appointment. The only time I have not used Rodney is when he was out at which times I had Amanda for a service adviser. She also did a fine job but I am comfortable with Rodney since he appears to know my car and remembers issues from the past.Should I purchase a new Honda I would certainly start with Hendrix in Easley. However, you have helped me maintain my Odyssey in such fine shape that I have no intention of trading in. It has almost 120k on it now and I plan to keep it to 200k if all goes well.Robert Hayward

I went in to replace a tire which had a bolt lodged in it. Jamie Sweet assisted me. He was informative, personable, and professional. He told me they'd have to replace the tire due to the bolt being lodged in a place where they couldn't patch up the hole. Once he told me that, he offered me the options of replacement tires. Rodney Shirley provided excellent advice and great service on my low mileage 2006 Odyssey EX-L. I had Hendrick's Service Department install a new timing belt and the A/C auxiliary belt with a new water pump and the belt tensioner's. Also I had my old brake fluid flushed & replaced with new fluid. The brakes were checked for new pads, however they were not needed, an honest dealership! The engine oil was also changed with a new filter. My wife and I were provided a 2014 Civic loaner to drive to Greenville, SC for lunch and shopping during the 5-6 hour service on our Odyssey. We bought our new 2012 CR-V, EX-L here three years ago and admired the new improved facilities in this outstanding dealership. Yes, we live 78 miles from here (north of Asheville, NC), however it was worth the time driving here for substantial savings (coupons, etc.) and outstanding Honda service. I never experienced better service than this dealership than on two previously owned Mercedes Benz autos I owned in the past. FYI, the two Honda's we own are the most reliable trouble free vehicles we ever owned. Being 79 years old I've owned many vehicles, including 19 Company provided cars.

As they say in the art world, "Form follows Function." So, starting with "Function"... My 2015 Honda Accord Sedan EX-L continues to run very nicely after the service folks at Hendrick Honda Easley in SC completed the 15,000 miles check up and service. Compared to the many, many positive features/functions of my Accord, it is my opinion that there is one minor function that needs improvement and that is the low sound (click, click, etc.) of the turn signal. The service folks have confirmed that the car's sound meets the design requirement...it is not defective in my car. However, I believe that its designed volume is too low such that when I don't make a complete left or right turn, the turn-signal light continues to blink because I didn't disable the turn-signal lever, which is because I don't hear the click, click, etc. during noisy road/roadside conditions. Yes, the light continues to blink in the control panel but I normally don't notice it since I'm looking down the road as I drive. Some Honda folks might feel that they don't want the click-click sound too loud; but, does a higher sound really matter since it is only on for a relatively short time? Yes, the hearing of some of us "older folks" isn't like it use to be; but isn't it "better to be safe than sorry" for a relatively short time of a click-click sound? Regarding "Form"... What a beautiful Honda Accord EX-L design, especially since I added accessories of chrome door trim, body side molding, slash guard set, door sill trim, etc. Many folks have stopped to look at my car to which I added chrome wheels (bling-blings). Dustin Street, Service Manager is very nice to deal with as he sets up the service requirements. The Hendrick Honda Easley relatively-new facility is very nice...especially the waiting-room area that includes two TVs, modern-day seating for those using laptop computers, and complimentary refreshments.

This dealer was good to their word. Worked with Marlene Goubert who negotiated in good faith on-line. Other Honda dealers in my area were not as good. Ended up driving to Easley from Charlotte area to get the car. My only complaint is that they didn't have enough document handlers so that we had to wait a couple of hours to sign the final paperwork. However, that inconvenience will be forgotten in time. I will definitely consider buying from this dealer again.

I bought a new 2015 Honda Touring Edition,from a distance, based on price, and traded my used 2010. Everything was done sight unseen. I prepared my trade which had newer tires, recent detailing, expensive floor mats, and it was overall in excellent condition. The car which was sent to me, while meeting all of my general specifications, was a dirty DEMO MODEL and had almost 900 miles on it when it was delivered. The driver knew nothing about the car and even the mileage was not displayed because the driver did not know how to display it (everything is electronic). The car was essentially USED as a demo, not new and I am convinced that this was a misrepresentation as I was expecting NOT A DEMO but a new vehicle!! I complained to the dealer and to Honda of America, but have received no satisfaction. (The dealer agreed to pay to have the car washed) NO ONE WOULD EXTEND THE WARRANTY by 900 miles!! Honda of America supports its dealers - not its customers. They simply did not care. I discussed this with a number of friends who had bought new cars and their vehicle had 5 miles or so on them. When I researched further into this, I found that my car had its pre-inspection almost SIX MONTHS earlier than when it was delivered to me. So, it was clear it was a demo. I had been a Honda customer since 1981 but I feel that I was misrepresented and left in the cold by this dealer. I requested an extension of the warranty and only one hour of technical advice as the car has extensive electronics, but neither the dealer nor Honda would help. This is the last HONDA I will ever buy!!

Poor customer handling.... Unable to reach business manager, even he left his cell number. Very scary when people like Brian handling your financing.... Poor, poor, poor service... And this is not the all dealership, just bad apple... As always.... After getting home started looking at paperwork what was signed at dealership and found things what was completely apposite what was discussed... Try to reach guy for 3 days, no luck. End up going back to place to be able to solve problem, but now since paperwork went to financial company have to wait 2 weeks to cancel some staff.... We will see if that will be cancelled in two weeks..... Not recommended.....

My sales lady was Marlene. We spoke on the phone and text each other for almost a month. I wanted a white 2013 sport, but someone purchased it before me. My husband and I were shopping for a Chrysler 200. We came up one at this dealer and called to make sure it fit everything that I was looking for in the 200. We called with all of our questions and felt we had enough information to decide to call the dealer and make sure that the features were there. My husband explained that we would be driving 3 miles to purchase this car pending it living up to the hype that these people put on it. We were sadly mistaken. The car has exterior blemishes and did not have one of the deciding features that we were told it had. My husband had to drive another 4 or so hours to another dealer. Hendrick never once offered to help with the gas that we lost by driving because of their lies. It felt like it was a "well bump you situation", once they saw we were not happy. I WOULD NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!!!!!!

The atmosphere is friendly and the communication between customer and service well defines any needs required at the time. The technicians that work on your car are highly skilled and make you aware of any maintenance requirements before they begin their work. Emily Orr was the technician that provided the service for my automobile on June 16. She was very efficient and very skilled. When I drive my car out of Hendrick's I know I can depend on having a car with outstanding performance.

I was heading to a competitor dealership looking for a new vehicle. I decided to stop at Hendrick Honda on the way. When I stopped I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist. I asked for a new car salesperson and Brad was who was responded to the call over the loudspeaker. He was polite and courteous. He asked me what I was looking for specifically and I explained I didnt have anything particular in mind. I explained to him the vehicle I currently had and the features I enjoyed. (Heated seats, backup camera, Bose sound system, built-in navigation, and it was also a 6 cylinder engine) My review is based on my experience, not lack of knowledge of the vehicle, for that I blame myself. Not doing the proper research on the vehicle I was looking to purchase was a rookie's buying mistake. (Which I have not purchased many cars, this is my second)So Brad decided to show me the 2014 Honda Civic SI, he explained the newest hottest features of the vehicle taking pride in boasting that out of most of the sales associates he had the most knowledge of the new vehicles features and options. Which were all very nice and exciting. But some of the things he explained about the car ended up not being necessarily true. After taking the vehicle home from purchasing, I began to read through the warranties I had purchased, the cars manual and other pamphlets that came with the car. Thats when I realized I had been juked or duped with some features of the vehicle. Ill explain what I was told I would get and what I thought I was getting and what I actually received. The new HondaLink technology that they are putting in the 2014 Civics and the 2015 Fits is a pretty neat system. But unfortunately there are strings attached that the sales person conveniently forgot to mention. Prime example: The salesperson Brad explained to me that the car did NOT have a built in GPS. Which originally was a turn off for me, for which he responded "But with Honda link and a smartphone (iPhone) you can use your GPS on your phone along with the car to give you step by step or turn by turn voice navigation." This is probably my biggest upset is the fact that this just isnt true. You have to have HondaLinks app for navigation downloaded from the Apple App store which is $60.00. Also the cords and such needed did not come with the vehicle, and can run up to $100 alone. When you explain to someone that you love the car you are trading in and would like something comparable you would assume you would be receiving or introduced to something that would be similar. After doing some investigating at home I can not really see the similarities of the Honda Civic SI and the Acura TL Type-S. The 2014 Honda Civic SI IS a very nice car. It has some very nice features and comes stock equipped with newer technology you wouldnt have found for a car of that price. I just cant help but feel lied to or misled to believe something that wasnt true. I will be contacting the dealer to discuss this situation so it doesnt happen again, but this is a fair review I feel of this Dealership and its reflection on me the buyer.

After keeping the car we bought for 3 extra days to have it completed by their Magic One crew, detail and body work, I was told it would be ready in 1 day, but it wasn't ready and nobody called to tell me, I finally had to call them at the end of the day, the next day I drove there to pick it up at 4 pm (was PROMISED it would be ready at 3), guess what? Not ready, yet once again nobody called so I wasted a trip there!! Finally after getting the car back, guess who got to clean & condition the leather-ME!! Not to mention the "detail" job was a joke, I could have turned my 3 year old loose with a rag and a water bottle and had better results! Dropped my car off on Thursday it was finally ready the following Tuesday, in that amount of time it should have been spotless. I expected it to be waxed and washed, not hardly. Things were missed that should have been cleaned, something stuck on the seat, Cheerios from a previous kid, dust around seat belt base, dirt inside console, etc. NOT impressive!!! We bought the car before it got on the lot and I feel like they didn't do nearly the work that would have been done if our car would have went to the lot before we bought it, would have been nice to be treated fair! All I heard from the salesman was how good Rick Hendrick, his dealerships and their 34-point inspection was, I told them how I felt about all of that then, even more so now!!! Salesmen were nice enough, but did not feel genuine. All of the previous I have dealt with, the final straw- just tried to clean the windshield-NO WINDSHIELD FLUID!!! Hope your cars are better than your service, you have set your fate with me!!

We bough a new 2014 Honda Odyssey EX-L from Hendrick Honda. Overall a great experience. I dealt with Joey and Jeremy, who were always very pleasant to deal with. Compared to other dealers, they took a very practical approach to the negotiation and buying process. I never felt I was getting misinformed or argued with, as other dealers and more traditional car sales people tend to do. Hendrick Honda did everything they said they would do. We worked out a fair price and I obtained exactly what I wanted. The process was quick and efficient. Furthermore, Joey helped me set it up to surprise my wife with the car. We took our 2 and 5 year old to pick up the car, who were just running all over the place, but nobody seemed to mind as it is a family oriented business. I would definitely buy another car from them in the future and would recommend it to friends.

We were going to see a car and confirmed I was coming which was directed to Earnie who in turn has Luana contact me in an email to tell me the car is sold. I was told they tried to contact me on to start the ball rolling on looking at this car (not true) I wasn't contacted until I sent a message that my business must not be important to them. Ernie wouldn't reply to my emails, until I expressed how disappointed I was in his performance as a manager... and he was still not such a friendly person. Luana in turn wanted to still try and find a car and to add insult to injury sent me the link to the car I was told was sold. Hmmmm... not cool!Needless to say, I went to Toyota and got a great car for a great price with no issues like experienced with this dealership. The level of professionalism between 1 - 10 I give a Zero.

I originally spoke with one of the sales people but could not schedule an appointment immediately due to time conflicts. I was very interested in the vehicle in question and they were willing to "put a hold" on selling the car until I was able to get there but my putting a refundable deposit down. Couldn't have been more pleased with my first experience with this dealership. I called in the morning, already knowing exactly what I was looking for and the price point I wanted to be at. I literally had a quick and pleasant 10 to 15 minute conversation with Ernie and had a verbal deal done. Not only was it easy, but they had the best price over three other dealerships in the upstate, which made the decision easy. When I came in, I met Ernie and Nancy and had the paperwork done in a little over an hour. The price never changed once from our phone conversation. Nancy was very helpful and attentive during the process. Joe was also very pleasant to work with when setting up the financing. The rest of the staff, just in observation, also seemed to be pleasant, helpful, and upbeat. I'm not one to write many reviews, but I felt that my experience here warranted praise. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience here and came away feeling that they were genuinely appreciative of my business. My initial dealings with Ernie really couldn't have been an easier, and is hands down the easiest and most pleasant car negotiation I have ever had. I test drove a car on a Saturday. I went back and forth on the phone for a week negotiating the price. I even asked if the car that I test drove had been sold out from under me. The internet salesperson assured me that it had not. We came to terms on a price, but I had to give up the tray in the truck to get the price that I wanted. I agreed. The transaction went through. I got the car home and realized that other options had disappeared. When I was at the dealership the salesman (different form the internet salesman) had mentioned that is was odd that I was in the system twice. I realized (when I got home) that I had bought a different, less expensive car than the one I test drove. I assume the reason was monetary on the plus side for them. A young lady called me from the dealership and I explained what happened. She got the new car manager to call me. He said, "Well, do you want a tray?" I said no. He got huffy and asked me, "What DO you want?" I said," A check for the difference would be nice." He didn't respond and hung up. I haven't heard back from anyone since.

First time buyer from Hendrick, but I will probably be a buyer for life after this. The service was quick, painless, and extremely friendly. Got a good deal on a Honda with the most friendly service. Ernie, Marlene (Goubert), and Jennifer (Crosby) were all amazingly easy to work with - a true pleasure to work with. Marlene was awesome. She was extremely knowledgeable, and if she didn't know the answer, she knew how to get it - fast. I never felt like I had to really wait. Once the negotiating was over with, which was painless by the way, I was immediately take over to Jennifer Crosby, who was my financial consultant. She was swift, organized, and extremely knowledgeable about all my options. She's extremely personable which makes it easier to work through the paperwork without even realizing it. Once this was over with, I had to clean out my trade in and Marlene helped me do that as well. The service I received was from top to bottom a 10 out of 10. No complaints, and they earned and deserve a great review. Thanks to all three of you for the great service. See you again at my first checkup.

We were shopping for a pre-owned first car for our teenage daughter. We had several less-than-pleasant encounters with other dealerships until we got to Hendrick Honda. Very first thing we noticed was that the sales staff were all neatly and similarly dressed. We were greeted immediately, and treated with warmth and respect, There were a few cars available that met our requirements in our price range. We narrowed it down to and test-drove two vehiclesWe purchased an '04 Honda Accord EX on a Saturday, toward the very end of the business day. We chose to take delivery later that week so we could get the vehicle insured (our insurance agent is not available on weekends.) There had been a moderately-sized black scratch/scuff mark on the rear left bumper, which was gone when we came back to take delivery of the vehicle - they did an amazing job. We could not even tell where the mark had been. Marlene had all the necessary paperwork prepared so that when we came to pick the car up we did not have to wait during that process. Further, she took the time to show our daughter all the fun and extra features that this car has, and how to use them. Marlene Goubert was polite, knowledgeable, professional, and fun to do business with! Our daughter loves her car, and we will recommend Marlene and Hendrick Honda to anyone we know who is looking for a car!

My family and I were on summer vacation in Sky Valley, Georgia. Driving in the Mts.,I was experiencing a severe shimmey while braking in our Honda Odyssey. Needing to get it checked out, I called Hendrick Honda in Easley, S.C. We had heard great thingsfrom family and friends about this dealership and since we bought our van from the Hendrick dealership in Bradenton, Fl., it was very convienent. Called and set-up an appointment and asked if a shuttle was availble, which it was. Arrived at dealership, a little late, met by Rodney, explained the problem and a shuttle was immediately pulled around for us. Jacob (hopefully spelling his name right) was the young driver.What a pleasure, and seemad wise beyond his years. Very bright future he has. Took us to Greenville to check out movie times and options for lunch. Dropped us at a resturant close enough for us to walk back to movie theatre. Lunch, movie, family and a call for the return shuttle ride. A prompt pick-up by a differnt driver and I apologize, I don't remember his name, but an older gentleman, just as pleasant as Jacob, took us back to the dealership. Rodney had the work done, no charge, problem solved and back to Sky Valley, safely, we drove. I had 3 weeks vacation and can honestly say it was one of the most pleasant days I had. As an experienced car buyer I was dubious when Hendrick Honda contacted me about buying back my 2010 Accord for a new 2012 model. But I had both time and curiosity and went to see. Usually the car buying process is a modified form of water-boarding, so I was very pleasantly surprised to encounter a different experience. My salesperson, Mike Tucker, was friendly (of course) but very genuine. He was honest and above actually LISTENED to my needs. I needed to stay at my current payment level and was willing to extend the months of financing slightly - but not into the next lifetime. Mike and manager Dennis, who had the good fortune to have lived and worked in Lexington, KY, treated me very fairly and without pressure. They were able to meet my needs. Oh yes the car: it had just arrived, a sign from the gods, and came in a fantastic deep Kentucky Blue color. A 2012 Accord Ex exactly like the Black Beauty I traded. I was extremely satisfied with the process. There honestly was no pressure, none of the old "if we can meet your price will you buy this car today" stuff. Unfortunately that may work with some customers but usually not with mature folks- and it is inherently unbalanced and unethical. To their credit the people at Hendricks - where I had never shopped before - did not engage in any of that nor any other high pressure tactics. They were straightforward and genuinely willing to work with me as a consumer. The Kentucky Blue Accord is a beautiful and wonderful car to drive. It is even smoother and more comfortable than the 2012 model. I am totally satisfied. How often can you say that? I would recommend them to anyone without reservation. I especially recommend Mike Tucker as a decent, genuine and honest (albeit misguided due to his Duke tendencies) salesperson. I would and probably will return to buy again. In fact I am even trying to help my daughter, who lives in another state, find a good used car through the Hendrick dealership. That is as strong a vote of confidence as I can imagine. Wow....after 3 months and 6 dealerships later, I found my perfect car, at the perfect price with perfect customer service. I knew it was out there, I just had to keep looking for it. Cant believe I found it in the small town of Easley, only 20 minutes from home! I have looked in NC, GA and TN! From the second I made the internet request, Mark Steinmetz provided the BEST costumer service I could ask for. Polite, professional and caring. Far more concerned about my needs than making another "deal". He even called me on his day off to give me the status of the car! Charlie Harris was efficient and reasonable with striking the right balance of fairness for both the dealership and myself. Mark McKee took extra time in explaining the warranty and financing. All in all, there are no complaints. NONE. I was treated with respect. As a woman I find that I am talked down to when I am trying to buy a car or strike a "deal". Not at Hendrick Honda! I was not really wanting to buy a car on the day of my visit. I had already been to another Honda Dealership prior to this visit but the salesman was definitely not interested in selling a car. I had been looking at different cars but the Honda is far most the best looking and overall good auto. My saleman was Billy and he is absoulutely a joy to work with and knows his job. This is the second Honda we have purchased from Henrick Honda and Debbie Rhoden in the past 12 months. The experience has made us customers for life. The most recent car, the Civic, which we bought this week, is fabulous. Its perfect for me, and while a smaller car (which I need) its has a surprising amount of space. I am a realtor and my clients fit very comfortably in the passenger seat and the back seats. The trunk is spacious and allows lots of room for FOR SALE signs and above all, the bells and whistles are the best. I would like to make one final comment. Debbie Rhoden is a gem, she works very hard to get us what we need, at the pricing we can afford, and spent a lot of time making sure I fit happily in my new Civic. She is a member of your staff that you can be proud of and deserves recognition. We purchased a 2012 Honda Fit from Hendrick Honda in Easley this week. We learned about this dealership when Ms. Donnalee Acker responded to an Internet inquiry we had made regarding Fit pricing. Ms. Acker was very timely in answering the questions we had and she gave us a better price than our local Honda dealer. She sent us a quote for the car that listed all of the costs including the processing fee. She told us the car would be available within the week and it was. When we arrived at the dealership, the Fit was ready to go and looked great! We completed the purchase with Mr. Mark McKee and he also took the time to completely answer all of our questions. From the first moment I drove into the service department the employees were very polite, friendly, and efficient. They explained completely the work that was going to be done and how long it would take (oil change). The work was actually done quicker than I expected.I asked them to check my radio since it could not be turned off. After checking, the radio had to be replaced - under warranty. It took two days to receive the new radio.Except for a fine layer of dirt/dust on the arm rests and seats, the car was returned washed although not all road grime completely removed for the exterior. When I returned for the radio to be replaced, I had asked that the 6 month exterior sealant be applied and it was done. The car was completely cleaned, in-side and out. It looked great!

This was my first maintenance visit for my new Pilot. Service was very thurough in checking out the problems I had. They were not able to fix the leak in the front seat height pump. The seat settles overnight. This accounts for the lower rating on Quality of Service. All the other problems were corrected to my satisfaction.

I've beeen working with Barbara for for over a year now trying to make this deal work. To Barb's credit she stuck with me thru thick and thin while my wife and i tried to make up our mind which HONDA we wanted to buy. We had narrowed our choices down to an Accord which we had driven since 1976 or a Pilot which we had never owned. This whole ordeal started in 2010 and then it got into 2011 and my wife still was undecided and time dragged on. From time to time i would touch base with Barb and she would throw #'s at me and we would hash them over. I finally told her if i ever bought a new HONDA i would buy it from her.That was eight months ago.Then in June a lady approached my wife about buying my 03 accord on a Wed. and we sold it to her on Friday. For two months we drove my truck as i contacted a few Honda dealers in my area but one thing kept nagging at me , which was i told Barbara i would buy a car from her. I called Barb and told her i was getting really close to buying a car but could she please give me some #'s before i did because of the promise i had made to her. She called me back with some figures and i told her we we $900 apart and she went back to her boss with 169 e-mails we had sent each other and as they say the rest is history and my wife is driving a 2012 sparking white HONDA PILOT and i owe it all to BARBARA CHAMNESS. Brought the CRV in for a recall issue on Tuesday. We used the online site to set up th appointment and got a confirmation email. I called to follow up (just in case) and Rodney and Scott were great to work with. My wife dropped the car off and it only took 30 minutes! Did not have any issues with the dealer or the internet sales person, my price was already determined before I went to the dealership. They worked hard to expedite the process and get me back on the road. The price for the Honda Odyssey was decent, but it could have been better; however, they matched the lowest price I was able to locate and acquire the vehicle within a couple of days.

Found this vehicle on the internet, Debbie Rhoden was excellent. During the sales process things changed alittle. Talking between the salesperson(Debbie)and the sales manager,communication breaks down and everything gets fumbled. After we agreed on the price and financing I came in to sign all the papers and pick up my vehicle. The numbers were different and there was a $299 doc fee added on. My offer was out the door. I did not argue about this because I wanted to keep the peace. When all was signed and finalized I got in the ridgeline and started driving home and noticed there was a quarter tank of gas in it. I had to stop and put $60 of gas in to fill it. I've purchased over 50 vehicles in my life and there has always been a full tank of gas in them.Service dept. couldn't be any better! Excellent work!!Any recommendation about this dealership will be a caution. Telling them to watch out for the sales numbers (bottom line number). The service dept. is excellent!!

I took my 2008 Accord in to have the maintenance application of cleaner and wax done to the paint on my car (I purchased the $300 plan). When I picked it up and went home, I looked closely at the quality of work that had been performed on my car. The entire top surface of my car was very rough to touch and not smooth like it should have been after being detailed. I went back to the service department and told them that the surface of the paint was very rough. The taller man in that department looked at the surface of my car and said at first that it needed "buffing out", then after he looked very closely at the surface of the hood, he said that it looked like the car hadn't been waxed, and then ran his hand over the car and he said that it felt like overspray. He then asked me "Didn't you get some paint work done to the trunk of your car?" I replied, "Yes, two years ago and if it was overspray from my trunk being painted two years ago, how come the trunk has it all over it too?" He then replied, Im not even going to go there". His insinuation that the condition of my car was due to my negligence in care of my car was humiliating and upsetting. They then called the person to come to the service department that detailed my car. When he arrived, he said that he had waxed my car and would wax it again. He said that it wouldn't take long and that I could wait, it would be about 5 minutes and he would have it done. When he said that, I wondered if that was the same amount of time that he spent the first time waxing my car. I replied, "5 minutes? -- I don't think so. The service gentleman then asked me when I would like to make another appointment to have my car RE-DONE---I told him that the only appointment I needed to make was with the service manager. The demeanor and attitude in the service department is one that they are doing you a favor by servicing your Honda there instead of one of taking care of the customer's needs. I have noticed this from the first time that I dealt with the service department and actually do not like to even go for service. He said that the service manager was there now, but I declined to speak with him at that time because my blood pressure was way too elevated to speak with anyone. I asked them to make me an appointment with the service manager and to let me know and I left. I called the service manager the following morning at approx. 9:00 a.m. (after not hearing from him the afternoon before or that morning) and informed him of my experience with the service department and he apologized for the incident and an appointment was made for me to once again do without my car and bring it back to have my car serviced. Upon picking my Accord up, I was told that it was overspray on my car and that another customer that had his car done the same day as mine, had to bring his car back because it had overspray on it. I WONDER IF HE WAS ASKED IF HE HAD ANY PAINTING DONE ON HIS CAR AND POSSIBLY IT WAS HIS ERROR THAT IT HAD OVERSPRAY ON IT???---All-in-all, I think this explains my rating.....if you wish to discuss this matter with me, I will be more than willing--I welcome your call......Ed Stolzenbach..864-907-8456

I purchased the vehicle from Hendrick, but only got the deal because I had much lower OTD bids from two other dealerships. After some back and forth they came down to the what it should have been from the start. Delivery was nothing special, the sales person knows nothing about technology so there were no explainations of equipment. "Read the manual". There was no introduction or discussion of the service department, not sure where it is. It sure was a long ways from my purchase and delivery at Toyota Mall of Georgia. This is my first Honda, so the jury is out.

I bought my Odyssey from them in March. I had to bring it back to get the rails put on when they came in, and I drove up and the guys said Hello (and called me by name!). Took it this morning for its first oil change and service and they did the same and were very nice. Its sometimes uncomfortable for a woman to take a car somewhere to be worked on, but I don't feel that way there at all. Every one was so nice and friendly - even my salesperson saw me and said hello. Just a nice place.

The people at Hendrick Honda are impolite and two-faced. They are nice to you at first and then when you want to buy something they make a 180 and make it seem like you are a bother to them and they want nothing from you. Very horrible and disappointed

I live in Atlanta, GA and bought a new car from Hendrick Honda Dealership in Easley, SC.I was treated with high level of professionalism and acknowledged my effort to drive 110 miles to buy from them. I made the trip inspite of an option to go to a dozen Honda dealerships in my neighbourhood.My materilaistic reason was that I got a great deal ..their Internet Sales Team did a great job helping me get within the price range I wanted. The staff at Hendrick Honda is honest,knowledgable and very freindly.... I was not pushed too hard to buy any extra services and warranties. Easley ...small town with a big heart. We stopped by a lake on the way to Easley. It was a fun trip.. my wife drove the new car home while I drove the other car. I am going back to Hendrick Honda,Easley for my next Honda in about 2 years. My special thanks to the internet team of Hendrick Honda for making this happen.

I had done a lot of research on available vehicles. Decided on the 2012 Honda Civic LX with a Automatic Transmission. Honda dealers in my area were not willing to negotiate beyond the MSRP and dealer add-ons. In my case I added splash guards and a trunk cargo tray. I contacted Hendrick Honda via the Internet, and then by phone, negotiated a price that I was very happy with. My wife and I drove to Easley, SC to pick up the car. It was ready to drive away except for the paper work. We test drove it and our salesperson was very thorough in explaining the features and their operation. Everyone we met at the dealership were friendly and helpful. We were fortunate that Honda was offering very attractive financing and we qualified for it. Went into the business office to sign the final papers and we were again treated very well and, again, the explanation of the paper work was clear and straight forward. We left the dealership and drove the new car home--wife drove the last half of the trip -and I drove our truck. When we got home, I asked my wife if we should take it back. Her response regarding the car was "sweet". Based on our experience with Hendrick Honda we would recommend the dealership to friends and family. Overall it was one of the best experiences that we have had in purchasing a new car. You should know we hate walking into dealerships to purchase a vehicle. If one has done thorough research on the vehicle(s) they are considering to purchase new, the phone and Internet are great tools.

We purchased our Odyssey in '08 at Hendrick. We had a vehicle we loved and it was totaled so we were skeptical about a new vehicle!! Worry was wasted! We loved the Honda and the professional salesman and we have always been well taken care of since!! Where else can you take your car to people you trust..have coffee, watch a little TV and test drive an IPad while you wait! we have never been disappointed!

This dealer exceeded expectations. They worked with me and my mother to get her the perfect car at the best price. After we had a major tragedy and loss in our family they bent over backwards to drive 30 miles out to get us (our previous car was inoperative) and even when we flip-flopped to other brands, they stuck to their price and commitment to provide us service. We did buy from them and recommend Donnalee and the entire Hendrix team for anyone looking for a good price with honest service.

I could not be happier with the prompt and courteous service received from Hendrick Honda. I called in distress on Saturday morning to report a suddenly dead battery in my CRV. Tim, from the Service Department was most helpful, told me the battery was still under warranty, gave me the phone number of T & M Towing Company, and they showed up at my home within 35 minutes. It was a pleasure to accompany the helpful lady in the tow truck to Hendrick Honda, where my battery was immediately replaced. Bought the second Honda sold in Easley when the first dealership arrived. Now own #2 and #3. Have always had them serviced at the dealership and extremely pleased with Customer Service extended to me. Rodney is great and always takes care of me with a smile. All the other fellows are pleasant and helpful also but Rodney is my #1 service contact. Really trust him for advice and assistance. My new crv has around 10,000 miles. I had a flat tire while on the road and was forced to use a nearby tire dealer. I brought my vehile in because the TPMS light was on. I was told it was not covered under waranty since someone could have damaged it and I would have to pay if the sensor was damaged in any way. It is a shame to make a good customer unhappy over a thirty dollar sensor!

Marlene did an excellent job with helping me, and Brant did the best job of any finance manager I have ever dealt with. The original salesperson, however, has failed to do anything that he said he would do. I would refer Brant and Marlene, but I would not refer the salesperson that sold me the car. I would return, but I would not buy if I had only him as an option.

I am happy with my purchase. I love the car. my only concern, was when I bought the car I was given a good report on the vehicle. after 2 days I brought it back because of an overheating issue. the service department told me it could just be an air bubble, but ultimatly they were unsure. after 2 weeks of driving it started over heating again so I took it back. again I was told they were unsure of the problem. I was told I could go to the mini dealership and have them check it out. they fixed the thermostat seal. this problem existed before I bought it from hendrix honda, so I do not feel as though I should have been responsible for the deductable of the warranty I bought.

My husband and I purchased a 2011 Odyssey and I had a wonderful experience at Hendrick Honda. Barb was wonderful. She let us look and play with about every options and instrument over and over again. She was never pushy or Salesman-like, she was like having a friend in the car with us while we tried to make a big decision. Yvonne and John are by far the best new car sales people I have ever worked with. I knew the model vehicle I wanted and had a target price. John asked what that price was, checked a couple numbers and agreed to my offer. The vehicle is on the lot and he even agreed to hold it with just a verbal agreement. We even worked out tentative trade value too.<br> Both John and Yvonne were very attentive and helpfull.
