Claude, our salesperson, was absolutely superb!! They had your credit check and was told the next business day that you are not getting the 0.9% special student program. Can't the finance department tell if you are qualified?? They just used all kind of reason to charge you more on the interest rate. Never sign two loan documents. The sales manager even tell me that it is only $15.00 more per month and it not that we cheat you. Then your dealership should drop the sale price to match. It is a lot for a college student to pay.

We were treated respectfully and Rupert was very helpful. My wife had driven from Catoosa Co. to another dealership in Marietta earlier that week and was treated pretty awful. The other dealership used "bait and switch" to lure her there, only to try and sell her a different model car. Rupert was very courteous and helped us while explaining every step of the process. As a matter of fact, every member of the staff were very pleasant and made our experience that much better.

My sales experience at Hennessy Honda was superb!! I was referred to Philip Lombardi prior to my appointment at the dealership, and he was extremely attentive. Once we arrived at the dealership to purchase our new Honda, Philip was above and beyond helpful. We weren't sure which vehicle we wanted to purchase, and Philip was extremely patient and accommodating, going out into the freezing cold to pull up three separate vehicles for us to test drive. We decided on the Accord Sport and could not be happier with our purchase! Philip took a great deal of time to go over the vehicle with me, showing me all the bells and whistles on my new car. (I came out of a 2002 Accord, so all of this technology is new to me.) I highly recommend Hennessy Honda for your next vehicle purchase. Please ask for Philip Lombardi when you arrive/call. He is A+ and extremely knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed!!

The best car buying experience I have ever had. Ms Finelli was informative and honest. Ms Finelli's offer bested eight other Honda dealers quotes. Some of the other dealers stated that they hoped I would get the price I was offered by Ms Finelli, implying I would not. Somewhat of a fear tactic on their part. But, on the day I received my car, there where no surprizes. Except for the better finance offer. I had a great interest rate from my credit union but Hennessy bested that offer. Again, a really pleasant experiance. I recommend Ms Finelli highly and the Hennessy dealership.

I was apprehensive, needing to purchase a new vehicle, but Stacey Finelli was great in getting us the information we needed over the internet so we knew exactly how much we needed to make a purchase. Dusty Burrows was great during the buying process at the dealership and was patient as we tried every single combination of car seat placements, making sure that the CR-V was the best fit for our family. He also worked on our behalf regarding the trade-in value of our old car. In just under 3 hours, we had test drove, traded in a vehicle, signed all of the paperwork for the new CR-V and it was detailed; we were on our way home for the evening. I will continue to give Hennessy Honda my business in the future.

Let's talk about the used car department for a minute. First off, I'm usually a pretty even-keeled person. It takes a lot to get me to log in and write a review about anything, but here I am. The reason I'm here? An absolutely stellar experience.I emailed Ed about a Tahoe they had in the used cars department. After several emails back and forth, I decided to make the drive (about 2 hours) down to see the car. A few interruptions later, and I was there late on a Saturday. Ed had left my information with Bob, who took excellent care of us. No pressure, and no bull. We looked over the numbers and started the credit process.During this, we found out our credit had a bit of "character" due to a co-signing issue that seems to never die. The guys at the dealership never gave up. In the end, we were able to get the Tahoe at a payment we needed. We were always treated with respect during the entire process.I would very highly recommend the guys at Hennessy used cars!

The reason I gave this rating was because I have always had a great experience with Hennessey Honda. I got my first car there through Cardirect and it was delivered to Hennessey. The service department has been great especially Kevin E. over the years. I had that Honda Accord for 12 years and just recently purchased a 2016 civic from Jimmie B. and Phillips L. They both were excellent salesmen. Both were very knowledgeable about the car. Phillip was the salesperson that I bought the car from and he worked really hard to get me the best deal. Jimmie and Phillips were great to interact with when I was looking for a new car. I would recommend either of them if you are looking for a car. They are a great dealership with excellent customer service.

we were treated in a friendly, patient, respectful and professional manner throughout the process by stacey (internet sales director) and tammy (floor sales agent) - we weren't pressured or steered into choices that were contrary to our best interest - both stacey and tammy took the time to understand our needs and worked hard to satisfy our objectives - stacey communicated with us by email in the time leading up to our eventual lease explaining options and costs - all very transparent and helpful in our decision making - tammy provided helpul explanations regarding the options for various vehicles considered, and explained how to operate the vehicle/accessories in a very straightforward and easy to understand manner - on the day of the lease signing tammy stayed late and maintained a happy and relaxed attitude to help finalize our deal and make sure that we were comfortable with the vehicle operation - stacey and tammy made this car lease procedure as pleasant as possible - we were also treated in a very friendly and professional manner by tom in the finance department - he was extremely well organized, fully candid and transparent in financing discussions, and willing to carefully explain the terms and conditions of the lease agreement - again this extended well after normal closing hours, but we never felt rushed or bothersome - we would highly recommend tammy, stacey, tom and hennessy honda to anyone looking to lease or purchase a vehicle

I really disappointed with Hennessy Honda Service.I bought brand new Honda Civic 2015 model from Hennessy Honda, Woodstock. My base engine guard (Engine splash guard) was broken due to damaged tire object hit on the road. When i asked Estimated Cost of repair from hennesy Service center. They gave me $ 373.00 in total . Splash guard cost is $170.00 and labor cost is $150.00. I didnt complete my First service also. After i took into another Honda dealer they charged only $150.00 in total for Parts and labor cost along with First service including Oil change.

This is my second vehicle purchase from Hennessey and it was a great experience. This is coming from someone who hates the typical car buying process and has zero tolerance for games. I priced vehicles via email from several dealerships. Stacey provided me exactly what I requested the first time around. It ended up that no other dealership could match the price from Hennessey. So, a week later I went in for a test drive. I worked with Phillip that day. He was very patient, and allowed me to drive 3 different vehicles. Everyone was extremely friendly, and there was no pressure what so ever. I left the dealership that day undecided on the vehicle. I almost did not want to drive to this dealership based on some of these reviews but I gave them a chance since they had the specific vehicle I wanted. Tommy Young took the time to talk with us even though we arrived when the dealership had closed. He and his sales manager were willing and patient enough to work with me on getting to a price we could all agree upon when I returned on a later date. I would definitely recommend family and friends to have you at the top of their list if they are in the market for a new car. I've essentially been doing that since I took home my new vehicle. For the sake of some balance to my review, I do have to agree with another reviewer about the cleanliness of their vehicles. The detailing work they did on my new car before I drove off the lot was OK as opposed to great. I say OK because I expect a car to have a new car shine that comes from being polished and waxed. Don't get me wrong the car looked new but it was missing a certain shine to it. Plus the passenger side mirror was not properly cleaned. Not a major issue for me though since I have the equipment to do the cleaning, polishing and waxing myself. I would also like to thank Honda for making a manual transmission SUV/crossover that had some additional creature comforts. For the life of me I do not see why automakers have to relegate those of us who prefer manual transmission automobiles to the base models with no frills, especially SUVs. There are still manual transmission drivers out there and the available models of the HR-V definitely cater to us, especially the EX model which I have. It handles the road well, especially curves and has sufficient power to get you going when the light turns green. It looks small on the outside but roomy on the inside and has more back seat leg room than the Outlander Sport, CX-5, or Infinity EX35. The right blind spot camera and rear camera are very useful. There's even a break hold switch that allows you to not have to keep your foot on the break pedal while you are stuck in stop and go traffic or at the stop light.This crossover looks very sporty inside and out. One of my friend's remarked that the interior does not remind him of a Honda. I for one am a very satisfied customer!!

On our visit to Hennessy, our intention was to test drive and get pricing information only but we ended up buying the car the same day. Claude was thorough, friendly and knowledgeable about the Accord and professional in his approach. The process was a rational discussion and a reasonable agreement between buyer and seller - not the stereotypical car buying experience that most people dread or what I've been subjected to in the past. Scott handled the financial details and was also professional throughout. The car was ready within a few hours and I am very pleased with it. I rated Price as Good and that is not meant as a negative comment. It was a fair compromise for both sides (at least from my viewpoint). Overall it was a very good experience and I would definitely return to Hennessy for future car purchases. Thank you all.

On September 2, 2014, I purchased a titled new 2014 Honda Accord Sport driven approximately 4000 miles. On the surface, the Accord appeared in pristine condition. However, after driving the Accord at night and in the direction of the sun I observed major damage to the front of the car. The windshield, headlights, fog lights, front grill, bumper and paint have been severely pitted by an unknown force. It appears the car was driven in a hail and ice storm or behind a sand truck. Based on my estimates the repairs will cost approximately $7,000 to $10,000 dollars. Adding insult to injury, even if the windshield and the paint were refurbished the repairs would be inferior to the original factor paint job and the factor installed windshield. However, of all the damage, my greatest concern involves the windshield, as the refracting light is distracting and creates unsafe driving conditions. In my extensive and exhausting efforts to obtain help, my first though was to call Honda of America. However, they claim the damage is not a warranty item and not their problem. I was told by Honda of America, "Consumer Beware." I then spoke with the Hennessy Honda general, sales and service managers and was told the damage is normal wear and tear. Nevertheless, my assertions have been validated by an unbiased Honda dealership with nothing to gain or lose by substantiating the damage is more severe than what an individual of reasonable intelligence would conclude is normal wear and tear. This particular dealership also stated they thought the Accord had additional damage from some kind of over-spray on the exterior of the car.Neither Honda of America nor Hennessy Honda will accept any responsibility for the excessive damage and both have stated it is the other's problem. In my opinion, they could not be more wrong. Shifting responsibility to circumvent accountability is unethical. When I think Honda, I do make a distinction between Honda of America and Hennessy Honda. I believe they are equally answerable. Bottom line, I made the mistake of trusting Honda (Honda of America and Hennessy Honda) and feel exploited. It seems both are surviving on their once stellar reputations. My advice to you is to restrain from purchasing a Honda. Furthermore, at all cost, avoid any form of trade with Hennessy Honda.

I think that is the important part. Prices vary some for different reasons but if you have done your homework you will know what to expect. I just sold my 14 year old Honda civic with 213,000+ miles on it and was terribly sad. While at the dealership I test drove the Honda CRV after driving other manufacturers that day. Armando took me for that drive and was so friendly, not pushing and just overall a pleasant experience. When it came time to decide, my service guy of 14 years Kevin Etters and our previous sales person, Eric Heiter, helped make the final decision. Buying a car is one of my least favorite activities, just behind refinancing a home, but Armando, Eric and Kevin helped make it less stressful and an exciting experience. Shopped for a new Accord by making some calls to a few Honda Dealers. The sales rep , Tony Roman from this dealer ,negotiated the best price for me ,for exactly what I was looking for. I repeated the numbers with him on the phone a few times to be sure everyone understood the final price. So I'm on my way, get there and ,sure enough, once we get to the paperwork stage , he tells me he's made a mistake on the price. After all the sales he's made , I end up a victim for his mistake !!?? Do they think I'm a flippen monkey, 'cause that's how I was treated !!!. I told them to eat their mistake, or I was outta there. Then , he tried the " will you split it with me " tactic. . Time wasted from my family with this clown . I was happy to spend more money with another dealer , just so he wouldn't get the sale. In addition, their stock is not kept very well for cleanliness, cars are filthy. Never again, will I return here, or recommend anyone to deal with this dealer.

Do NOT buy a car from these people. I bought a new 2012 Accord from Hennessy of Woodstock and brought it back in two days for transmission noise. They said the noise was in "acceptable parameters" and did nothing. 800 miles later the power steering pump started making a noise. Brought it back and the service manager said the noise was in "acceptable parameters" and did nothing. The service writer said he would talk to the service manager and get back to me. I waited for two months, no call. The noises were unacceptable so I traded it for a new Camry. The service writer called me after that and said they would take it in trade for something similar. They don't care about you after you drive out of the dealership.

When we went in, they didn't play games with us. They simply offered an amazing price that we couldn't refuse, so we decided to buy. Dusty, our sales rep was amazing. He took the time to teach us how to use all of the very involved technology on the car and he even set up the blue tooth for my husband on his CRV that we had purchased from a different dealership. Nobody has ever spent the time in educating us about a new car than Dusty did. Claude was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He knew our Honda Pilot in and out. We set the price over the phone before we arrived at the dealership. The price on paper was no different. I bought Honda because it had a reputation for reliability and resale. Boy was I wrong! I had, note the word had a 2012 Honda CR-V I took it to Hennessey Woodstock when at 23,000 miles my rotors had warped , UNDER WARRANTY! They proceeded to turn the rotors rather than replace them as they should have, and as I requested. I knew that once turned they would warp again more quickly since they were thinner and they were obviously defective for warping the first time. I told my service advisor this, and told him I knew that I probably would be out of warranty when it happened again, then they would expect me to pay for new rotors. I also reported a intermittent starter grind noise that could not be reproduced at will, so it was not addressed at all. They refused to replace the rotors on the first visit. Low and behold at 37,000 miles they were warped again and the starter noise was worse, and the fan inside was occasionally making a squeal noise. I told them they/Honda needed to replace my rotors this time under warranty and address the starter issue. I was told No, it isn't under warranty. I re-explained the previous repair and told them I expect Honda to make good on this. I was told No, I would need to pay for the repairs. I was livid!I was told by my service advisor that he would call the Honda rep and see if they could get it taken care of, but it would be the next week. It has been two months since that conversation and I have yet to hear anything from him.Honda has lost a customer and I make sure to tell everyone my story! I bought another car, I will not drive a car that has issues that early and has no customer care to resolve the problem!BTW, I know it is not my driving style, my last car had 120,000 miles with original brakes....

For over a week Stacey and I worked back and forth via e-mail discussing my possible trade for a new Civic Coupe and she was very responsive and honest about what I was trying to do. I just came of a bankruptcy a few months ago due to no fault of my own, same experience a lot of folks are going through because of the down turn in the economy! Stacey worked with me and with my trade value I was still able to get a good 4.9% financing rate...which was great. Upon visiting the dealership this past Saturday I worked with both Stacey and Tammy on putting and acceptable deal together for a trade and we finally managed to come to an agreement and go forward with the purchase and delivery on my "New Car"!!! I don't have the correct words available to tell you how great is was working with these two ladies, a very pleasant experience for sure. In the market??? Go see them!!!

We had a great experience shopping for a van with Demond. He was very knowledgeable about the van and gave us an awesome demonstration. Tammy treated me with the highest respect and was always making sure that I was on the same page as her. She also ensured that there was no pressure as far as purchasing that day, but also worked very hard to make me happy with the deal. Scott was awesome as well, and he clearly explained all of the confusing jargon that goes into financing a vehicle, and he made it as easy as possible on me! Hennessy Honda also took care of all the tag work etc., saving me a trip to the tag office and all of the headaches that go along with that. I am already bringing a friend back there to look at more vehicles! I would recommend Hennessy Honda to anyone looking to purchase a new Honda or even a used car, as they clearly explain to you when the cars are 'Honda Certified' or not, and never try to trick you into buying a clunker. In fact, every single car that was on their new and used lot was in pristine condition, and I walked away happier than I have ever been when spending money!

Sorry I should have wrote this months ago, but I am not very good about doing reviews and remembering to do them, but I owe this to Stacey as she deserves it!I had the most wonderful experience with Stacy Finneli and Hennesy Honda! I bought a brand new 2013 Honda Odyssey EX-L RES from her dealership. Not only did I get the best experience, but I also got the best price. I talked to about 3 other well known dealerships in the Atlanta area (Gwinnett area and Alpharetta area - won't name them, but you can google and find out which dealerships are there). Compared to Stacey and team they were a not even in her leagueStacy was always forthright and honest and would put everything in writing. Gwinnet location was helpful - but couldn't beat Staceys price and service. Alpharetta location were liars, manipulators and made a car buying experience what people typically think of... horrible.Stacy and Hennessy were exactly the opposite - kind, considerate, truthful, no pressure, and truly a group of people I would do business with again. When my current honda accord is ready to be replaced - I will definitely come to Stacy to do business again!

If one had to describe "professionalism" or "customer service" it would be a very simple task which could be done in five words - - Stacey Finelli and Dusty Burrows.Never having met either Stacey or Dusty, both my wife and I felt we had known them for years within about five minutes after entering the dealership. My buying experience with Hennessy Honda was superb. I am a very frugal, particular, buyer and researched buying a Honda Odyssey for over a year and test drove them at many dealerships, no one could match the kindness, honesty, and patience of Sales Rep Tammy Odom. From the start Tammy was able to assess that I had done extensive research on the Odyssey and she was able to listen to address my needs directly, without talking over me and "selling" me on the points I already knew and did not care about. In the end we settled on a fair price and even though Hennessy did not have the color of the Odyssey I wanted, Tammy was able to get the one I wanted from the manufacturer. During the waiting process of having my odyssey made/shipped from Honda, if I wanted an update, I not only could reach out to Tammy but Stacey would follow up with me as we'll. In the end I was left feeling confident about my purchase and assured of the customer support that I sincerely believe I will continue to receive in the future from Tammy and Stacey as representatives of Hennessy Honda. Five Stars from me and believe me, I am a real pain when it comes to shelling out money for something like this but I know what I want, how I want it, and the price I am going to pay for it!

My principal contacts were Garland and Stacey. After a few communications we closed the deal and scheduled a pickup date. When I arrived at the dealership I was met by Garland and then introduced to Stacey. As I had expected they were top of the class people both professional and personal. This was the most pleasant and enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. I was helping my parents buy a car because it's a process they dislike. After consulting Consumer Reports for pricing help, I worked with Stacey Finelli in email to establish the car we wanted to buy and the price. We bought an Accord EX-L. Stacey provided me with the best price in the area and she itemized it so I knew exactly what we was paying for. She also committed to me that there would be know add-ons when we were at the dealer, or aggressive sales pitches to buy additional services. We agreed on the price and set up an appointment. When we arrived the car was outside ready for my Dad to test drive and it was spotless. She introduced me to Dean Donald who went with us on a test drive and explained all the capabilities of the car. He was so patient and nice and extremely knowledgeable. We returned to dealership and bought the car. The price was exactly what I was told upfront. My folks were introduced to the service department and everyone we met was professional, friendly and appreciative of our business. I would highly recommend this dealership and the new Honda drives beautifully. They had a very happy customer!

We went into Hennessy honda to purchase a used car and trade in. They had just gotten in the car we wanted to see. It had not been cleaned or detailed yet. We overlooked the surface condition and picked the car we thought would be right for us. When talking with the sales rep he would not talk to my wife directly and sometimes ignored her questions. He would only speak with me which was very offensive. We got to the point of negotiations. He refused to come down on price at all and gave us a low trade in compared to what other dealers offered. It was discouraging because we were only a couple of thousand apart in price. We finally got up to leave. I asked for the copy of my drivers license so that I could make sure it was shredded. He said that he would shred it. As we walked away I watched him ball up the paper with my personal I formation and throw it in the trash. I was shocked as he just said he would shred it. I went in to discuss this with the manager. The sales rep followed me into the office and was hostel asking me what he did wrong. This was a horrible experience and will never go back. Thankfully we found a better car at a lower price at a different dealership where my wife and I were treated with respect.

Dusty and Claude were both great. Claude handled most of our questions with Dusty helping after the purchase. Both knew the working of the car inside and out which was very refreshing. They were friendly and did not pressure us on anything. That made the process very comfortable and enjoyable. If you are considering a new car, and if that car is a Honda - go to Hennessy Honda of Woodstock. The story is long, but the upshot is this:I sent a request and received a line-by-line quote based on the USAA car buying service. I spoke to Dusty and Stacey, and we arranged a 2013 CRV and financing that met with our approval. When my husband and I showed up to the dealership, we looked at the car first - no unremovable dealer "options" had been added. (Another local dealership adds $1250 in mandatory "options" before any car goes to the floor.) When we sat down to purchase the car, the numbers matched the quote and the financing was in good order. We inspected the car, signed the sales order and financing, and were out in a bit over an hour.At no time did someone "have to go speak to a manager" - and not one number in the sales document varied from the original quote.We had visited several Honda dealerships - including others that were USAA preferred - and had the typical car buying experience. You know, the one where you sign things you don't want, just to get the darned car and escape. This was completely different.It was inexpressibly better.

A few days later we had follow-up questions that were resolved by a quick stop at the Hennessy service department. Advisor Kim Ivester was attentive and efficient, getting us in and out in no time. Shop manager Bedford took time from his busy schedule to take a test drive with us. I was amazed by his patience in answering questions we had about tires and road noise (which, it turns out, can be a minor, temporary issue on some new cars). Today, one month later, we are in love with our new Pilot and are happy customers of Hennessy Honda of Woodstock.

Stacey gave the best price around on our new 2014 Honda Odyssey. Dean and Tammy worked together on helping us with the car selection. Tammy spent time bringing out the different colors side by side so we could compare. They also gave us a fair deal on our trade too. I love my new Honda van. It drives like a sporty Honda Accord. When I brought it in to into service to get the ordered side molding and cargo tray the service area was very nice. I tried to make an apprt for my recall on my 2007 Honda civic.....he told me I cant bring it on saturday, Sunday they are closed and when I bring it in it will take 4-5 business days to look at all for paint on my car.....REALLY? I bought a brand new car, a nice 2011 Honda Fit Sport, so my wife and baby could drive places and I would never have to worry about them. I pay the dealership, Hennessy Honda of Woodstock, to service my brand new car so I never has to worry about the warranty. This dealer recommended a transmission fluid flush at 28,000 miles, on a manual transmission. I, being the type to make sure my wife and child are taken care of, pay for this service. It turns out this service was not only not recommended by Honda North America, but was a complete shill by the dealership, Hennessy Honda of Woodstock, to defraud me. Some short mileage later, my brand new car is covered in transmission fluid. A tow truck is dispatched to retrieve the poor Fit where the dealership admits they didn't tighten the drain plug, and it fell out. My new car's transmission is now dead. So what does Hennessy Honda of Woodstock do? They force me to accept a used transmission, voiding my 60K mile new car warranty, and Honda North America agrees with it! So now if the transmission were to break at say, 45K miles, I would have to pay for it instead of Honda because this dealership ruined my transmission with an unneeded service, and then screwed me over by not making me whole. This made my me so angry I immediately went and bought a new 2013 Mazda5 from a competing dealership, and traded in my now warranty-less on the transmission Fit. I should mention that the Fit was my 15th Honda, and now my last. I cannot say enough how badly Hennessy Honda of Woodstock messed up. They recommended a service that was not needed, messed up that service which resulted in a broken transmission, then forced me to accept a used transmission that VOIDED his factory Honda warranty. The General Manager, Jerry Goddard, dealt with this matter and felt no obligation whatsoever to make things right by me. Scott Bailey, the Service Manager, was even worse. He flat out lied to me about needing the service in the first place, and then lied about what transmissions were available to replace it (FYI Scott, the transmission is available new! 20011-RP4-G72, there are currently 2 in the Chino, CA warehouse. You can have it in about 4 business days. Retail price is $2375.29), and then lied about how the used transmission would affect my factory warranty.

Time for a new car for myself and we have purchased two other 2012's here in the last year. One for my wife and one for my son, so came to see what they had on the lot. Tammy Odom met us in the lot and showed us where the different types of cars were and invited us to look around and see the models they had in the show room too. We looked at several models including Fit and Civic and decided to sit in a few in the show room. Tammy again met us and explained and demonstrated the models features and let us see the differences. Total no pressure atmosphere and was happy to see us back in the dealership. We had worked with Tom Wisdom and Armando Riva previously and were just as happy with those experiences. Found a 2012 Civic still in the inventory and got a great price quote and said yes. Working with the Scott Thompson in the finance department was just as easy and in short order we were on our way. Tammy took time to go over all the specific features we touched on during the test drive on my new Civic Si, including setting up the bluetooth phone connection to make sure we were all set. I would highly recommend Hennessy Honda to anyone looking for a new Honda. This Civic Si one makes our eighth Honda and it looks to be a great car.

We got the van in a clean condition and every thing was satisfactory. Once all formalities were complete, Tammy took time to explain every feature in great detail. She had great patience for all our questions and spent more than half hour with us. My wife and I purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey through USAAs Car Buying Service. We worked with Garland Hubbard and I can testify that Garland was nothing short of spectacular. He is extremely knowledgeable and was available to answer any questions along the way. He responded to my emails and calls promptly. Hennessy actually did not have the vehicle we wanted in stock so Garland had to order it (which can be a total pain). The car was delivered in the communicated time frame and Garland kept us abreast of the progress the entire time. There was a minor issue with the car after taking possession and Garland took the lead with the service department to get the situation resolved. Garland is a proficient and genuine sales consultant, and from what I have learned about him on a personal level, he is an even better human being. I recommend working with Garland and would do business with him again if ever in the market for a Honda. You can see from others' experiences with Garland that he is a genuine person and of integrity. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Hennessy since 2005.

My husband and I had found the car in your lot on a Sunday & I called the next day & arranged a test drive with Tammy...I made the appt during my lunch hour and she was ready for me when I walked in the door. I told her I couldn't get back in until Saturday morning as I wanted my husband with me and we made an appt for 9:30am. She was ready for us when we arrived with the car spotless & gassed up...all we had to do was the trade in and paperwork. Things went so quickly & with such ease that I didn't even realize we were done when she handed us over to Mike Kavanaugh for the financing...this man has the utmost patience as dealing with my husband (during car purchases) is not easy!! I did the shopping on line for a 2012 Civic EX for my mom. Stacey got me pricing within 24 hours. I made an appointment to come in to have my car appraised. While waiting for the appraisal, Sharon showed me the differences between the 2012 model and my 2010 model. The biggest difference was the addition of Bluetooth. A huge, welcome surprise. I left a deposit for the car and made plans to come back in with my mom in a few days. I emailed all of the information that Stacey needed in order to have all of the paperwork complete before I brought my mom in. At 83 years old, she gets very impatient if she has to wait. We showed up on the arranged day, and were in and out in less than an hour. Mike (finance) also had everything ready for us in order to get in and out quickly. After my mom signed all the necessary paperwork, Tammy took over and explained all the features and options on the car. I bought my 2010 car at a different dealership. They had called me and had asked me if I'd like to move into a new car. I said yes and gave them the opportunity to get me pricing. After waiting two weeks, I gave up on them. I called them up and they apologized for not calling me back and wanted another opportunity. I declined them, but now I had "the bug". I emailed three dealerships and Hennessy was the fastest to reply. One other dealership responded two days after Hennessy and one dealership still hasn't replied (one week later). Kudos to all at Hennessy, with accolades to Stacey, Sharon, Tammy, and Mike. They've made an 83 year old woman and me very happy. It's my pleasure to recommend Hennessy to anyone looking for a car. It's no wonder that they've won Honda's Presidents Award numerous times.

My experience with Hennessy Honda is outstanding. They're part of Consumer Reports' network and offered the CR discount without question. They were willing to negotiate on options and price of options. Everyone that I met at Hennessy was personable and great to be around. They threw in a trunk tray and a full tank of gas as well. The dealer in my hometown would not come down from sticker price (unless I could prove that I had a lower offer), or negotiate in any other way. It was worth the 90-mile drive! I strongly recommend this Honda team.

My husband and I saw the whole page ad in Saturday, September 22, 2012 newspaper and called about the Honda CR-V EX.Tammy called me back within a couple of hours (I had called about 7:00 a.m.), and answered every question I had and more. So her professionalism, promptness and knowledge prompted us to drive from Alpharetta to Woodstock to purchase the very same car I had called about. We purchased a 2012 Civic from Mike back in December of 2011. We were very pleased with his knowledge and general demeanor. He is easy to talk to and patient with our son. We decided to trade in our other car (older CR-V) for a new Accord this week. We went back to Mike with our financial needs for the new car. Mike was finishing up another sale so Tammy stepped in to help and get us out of there ASAP. Tammy was wonderful to work with. We never got any of that annoying "sales talk" from Tammy or Mike. It was all very straight forward with nothing hid from us. We left with the car and the payment we needed. As we left, I told Tammy and Mike that we would see them again in a few years!

We purchased an new Element in 2006 from Hennessy. Their customer service in all areas is stellar. When we needed a new vehicle - a Honda was our first choice. We no longer live near the dealership - we live nearly an hour way. It doesn't matter - when you know you will be treated well and respected, that's where you do business. Tammy showed us the new 2012 CR-V. THEN...she showed us the Pilot and the Cross Tour. She was accommodating, attentive, and gave us the answer to every question we asked. We got everything we wanted - including the color. The day that we were to pick up the car (8/31/2012), we had traveled through what was by this point Tropical Storm Issac, we were exhausted, and had no way to get to the dealership. She arranged for us to be picked up in Marietta and brought to the dealership. The young man that drove us was SO kind and was a great driver to boot! I couldn't be happier with our car, but better yet I couldn't be happier with the service that we received and the kindness we were shown. Thanks Tammy!!

We had a great experience with our car purchase at Hennessy. I did the majority of the research for a new car for my wife and had narrowed it down to about a half dozen vehicles from five manufacturers. After that we visited a number of dealers to see the models I used the manufacturers "build-your-own-xyz" utility to get an idea of the purchase price... Next I requested quotes from seven local dealers and in all but one instance, the dealer contacted me without any knowledge or regard to what I was looking for... I'm pretty sure the online 'build-your-own' utility provides the specific details but they were ignored by all dealers except for Hennessy Honda. Alan contacted me with a brief, courteous email providing an actual "Quote" for the kind of vehicle we were looking for. I don't know why no other dealer did the same but it made a huge difference in our decision making process. After an initial test drive I brought my wife in to do the same because I had such a good time with the folks there. We looked no further and because of the treatment we received and culture they've fostered at Hennessy, I'm going to go back when its time for me to buy a car!

I hate this process. Buying a new car is frighting knowing the dealers were going to fast talk me or try to confuse me into making a decision that would cost me not only my hard earned money but my pride as well. Since my time is stetched thin these day I send requests for quotes via email to all the dealers with large inventories in SC, NC, and GA. Larger inventory, greater the need to move these 2012 vehicles before the 2013s come rolling in, right? Nope. Economy is down, dealer will be willing to negociate to beat out the competitor, right? Apparently not. Apparently the car dealers are doing just fine because I received these responses when I took Hennessy Honda's bottom line quote and tried to negociate with the other dealers..."we only save our lowest prices for our showroom customers", "I don't think you're willing to drive all the way here to purchase a vehicle", "we decline your offer" (one sentence email), "we can negociate when you make a realistic offer", "they won't honor that when you get there, call me when that happens", and my personal favorite "if you think you they will actually honor that price at the other dealership, I suggest you go to them because we're not willing to lose $1000 to get your business". Hennessy Honda not only gave me the lowest price for a 2012 Honda CR-V EX in SC, NC, and GA, I feel thEy gave me the same customer service and respect they would have given if I was standing the showroom. I made an appointment with the internet sales manager and drove 4 hours to find they DO honor their quotes. Although, I was guarded, looking, waiting for them to sneak in the extra fees or try to up sell me to the EX-L or something, it didn't happen. I had a great car buying experience at Hennessey Honda. Well worth the 8 hour round trip to buy a car less than the TMV.

Having endured the new car purchase experience at least a dozen times, I am extremely distrusting of ALL dealerships and generally consider them a notch below debt collectors. I am typically obstinate and guarded during negotiations. Despite my skepticism, I was completely pleased by Mike Heidelbach and Hennessy Honda during our purchase last weekend of a 2012 CRV.Mike was friendly, professional, and transparent throughout the process. We negotiated a fair price by e-mail and the price didn't change when I walked into the dealership. My trade value, although somewhat less than I expected, was fair. Mike was able to overcome my objections to the dealer add-ons. ($88 for nitrogen in my tires? Come on, guys. That's just silly. The air we breath is 78% nitrogen. The extra 22% does not have a single benefit in road tires. There is only a measurable benefit when nitrogen is used to fill high-altutude aircraft tires.) I am a consumer rights attorney with a lot of experience suing crooked car dealers, particularly franchised new car dealerships. I don't think I'll ever find Hennessy Honda on my "hit list" if they treat all customers like they treated me.

My 10-year experience with Exceptional Service with Hennessy Honda's Kevin Etters is solely what drove my desire to buy my next car at Hennessy. Well, that and the fact that Kevin exclusively helped me keep my 2002 CR-V (bought new from Hennessy) going with 187,000 miles on it. But when I liked the looks of the 2012 enough to check into it, Tammy Odum and Sharon Robertson gave me all the information I needed. There was no pressure at all, just helpful interest. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and made the sales experience refreshingly unintimidating. The test drive with Sharon was very detailed and informative, and Sharon walked me through all the necessary paperwork as quickly as possible. After the sale, she easily got me set up with the car's electronics and paired my phone to the system. In fact, both Sharon and Tammy spent more time with me after the sale than before it, to be sure I understood the basics of what the computer, I mean car, could do. (That was the only intimidation to me, the fact that the Navi's manual is as thick as the Owner's Manual, and requires a quick-start "Cliff's Notes" to get you going!) Scott Thompson spent plenty of time with me researching the best financial options, and I felt that I was dealing with friends. Honda has a great product, and Hennessy has a great family.

We started out our search through the Honda website and were trying to narrow the pool of vehicles that we wanted to pursue. Stacey was diligent but not over agreessive in following up with us. The initial price quote was the primary reason we test drove the Pilot with Hennessey versus other local dealers. Tom was super patient with us on the initial test drive and the follow-up final drive. He answered all our questions and gave us a quick tutorial on features before we left the lot.Stacey was great to work with in the pricing and features negotiation. Hennessey had a very competitive price and their open dialogue was the deal maker for us.One suggestion: Hennessey should disclose that they will not accept a credit union pre-approved loan draft. We showed up thinking we were ready to go (our mistake in misunderstanding that it wasn't an actual check) but a heads up on their policy would have made for a smoother finance close. Ended up going with Honda anyway because of the competitive rate.

I was contacted by Tammy via email and phone to let me know my lease was due to expire in approx. 45 days, and would like to discuss my end of lease options. I was very satisfied with the 2008 Accord I got from Hennessey, and the service provided during the lease term. Tammy provided me with lease payment quotes, (at my request) via email, and identified color combinations with the options I was looking for all via email. I submitted a signed application via email, and when I went to meet with her in person, she had the vehicles I was interested in ready for my inspection, and the credit work completed. The whole in-dealership process took about an hour & a half. Tammy is professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Hennessy Honda made the process to purchase a new Honda easy. Even after the first attempt to purchase two new 2011 CRVs fell through due to finances, Hennessy never gave up on me and I now have a his and her 2012 CRV purchased at a reasonable price. Thank you to Fred Roberts for not only his patience, but his demeanor when we returned. He never was a bother, but kept in touch throughout. No other dealers from Honda to Kia dealt as well with an individual who wanted what he wanted below MSRP. It was customer service at its very best. Hennessy Honda of Woodstock,GA should be proud to have such a dedicated customer service oriented, internet sales team. The car I wanted to purchase,a 2012 Honda Civic LX coupe, was turn key ready when I arrived at the dealeship to test drive the car. This action wasn't a sales pressure tactic. It was a fine example of what customer service should be. I had to drive over an hour to visit the dealership from my home. It was a drive well worth it. The sale price of the car, no hi pressure sales experience, and level of customer service received, will have me making the journey to Hennessy Honda of Woodstock again when I am in the market to purchase another car. Moreover, I wished the dealership was closer to my home. So, I could have all my warranty and service work done there. The service department was wide open when I arrived at the dealership at 7:00AM. I had to get an early jump on the Atlant traffic since I was commuting such a long distance from my home.

We shopped for our 2012 Honda Accord and test drove the model we wanted with Tom Wisdom the sales rep. Tom was very cordial and low key and pointed out the many changes in the Accord from our 2003 model we were currently driving. Tom gave us a work up on the price of the car and the features we wanted and placed no pressure to buy quickly. Arriving at home we went to the Internet, and as USAA members, visited their site buying service and received three "certified" dealer offers one of which was Hennesey and the price was slightly lower. When I called to speak with Tom Wisdom he was off but spoke with Stacey Finelli (Internet Director)and she answered my question as to pricing and assured me that she and Tom worked as a "team". We placed our order as the color we wanted was not in stock but was in transit and about eight days later took receipt of our car.The buying experience was GREAT and Tom and Stacey truly work as a team which was an interesting and pleasant experience.

After searching for several weeks for a new car I can wholeheartedly say that my experience at Hennessy Honda was above and beyond the best Honda dealership I worked with even before I had decided to purchase a car. Their level of honesty and customer service was a major change in comparison to the overzealous sales driven mentality that alienated me from working with several other dealership I spoke to or visited. I would certainly recommend visiting or contacting them if you are in the need to purchase a Honda. Even their after the sale attitude was friendly and appreciative of my business instead of just taking me for granted as just another person who bought a Honda. Its nice to know that some dealerships are actually interested in you buying a car versus just making a sale.

I dedided on going the internet route and went through several local Honda dealers to get the best price on a 2012 Pilot. After being completely misled at the dealer in Cartersville (save for another review), I got the best price and selection of colors at Hennessy. Bob was a great help and did everything he said he would on the deal. He was friendly from the beginning and helped us through all the paperwork up front so our time at the dealer was minimal. Don helped us out with the financing and kept the conversation relaxed and friendly. Don was very accomodating with two of our daughters and had them coloring while we signed the paperwork. Overall, it couldnt have went better and was the easiest car purchase we have had. The Pilot is awesome and will be the perfect vehicle for our family.

I was in immediate need of a replacement vehicle and spoke with Bob Newsome last Saturday. I had searched around everywhere for the 2011 burgundy red color 2011 honda accord ex-l. I had been to numerous dealerships to be told Black was pretty much the only option. I was literally hours away from buying a V4 Honda Accord EX-L before I happened to luck up on there website on a thursday afternoon. I visited on friday and knew this wold be the vehicle for us. As I said I was literally hours from signing down a deal to be told this is the best price you are going to get. Well, wow was I surprised when I went to Hennessy Woodstock Honda. Not only did they beat the price of the other dealership but they put me in a V6 and not a V4. I do not know how they did it but was very happy. Everything went rather smoothly and Sunday my wife and I were driving the Honda back home. Exceptional is not the word for there service. They went above and beyond and in the economy we are in everyone needs to know they are getting everything they are paying for. I would recommed this dealership to anyone and everyone I know.

After getting a lead from the TrueCar website I had visited, and contacting me first by e-mail, Bob Newsome physically located and verified that the car we wanted was in stock, followed up by phone and e-mail, and drove to Marietta to pick me up at the bus stop when I arrived there the following day. (We live in east Tennessee, nearly two hundred miles away.) There was no pressure or bullshit. Bob was honest, helpful, and professional.

I had leased two vehicles from Hennessy Honda, and was returning to refinance the last of the two. After working through the numbers with a sales person, I decided that financing the remaining residual on my Ridgeline was not a viable option. As a suggestion the sales person indicated that he had some Civics that may be a better price point for me. I decided that I would move in that direction and a deal was struck. I rated a 4 on price, because we really only discussed payment and not the over all price of the vehicle and how it might be reduced through incentives, etc... I am a repeat customer because I value the experience and customer service I receive at Hennessy. I would suggest that maybe exploring all the pricing options with a "price sentsitive" customer as myself, might be a better approach for future sales opportunities.

In my experience buying a CR-V EX, their price was very aggressive (it beat all competitors by a wide margin). Stacey was professional and Alan handled the out-of-stock situation courteously by calling me ahead so that I did not have to waste my time driving to the dealership as the model/colors I wanted had not arrived. I asked a written break-down of the out-of-door price, Alan graciously sent to me in 15 minutes. Although I did not buy one from them as they did not have my choice in stock that day, I felt that I had been treated respectfully, and I was quite impressed with their internet pricing, fast and aggressive. Keep up the good work!

I have bought 96,97,2000 and 2003 Honda Accords from Hennessy Honda. Been a long time since I delt with a Japanese dealer but I saw they had a used 07 Honda CRV advertised as the internet special. I knew something was up because they had several CRV's just about identical mileage wise and also EX models. The internet CRV was priced about $2000 less than any of the other CRV's of like kind and quality. Anyway I had an appt with a guy named Richard in the used car dept for a test drive on 9/13/11 and I show up but no Richard...told me he left for the day. Guy named Cliff said he must of forgot (I made the appt that same day when I spoke to Richard) but he is Richards team partner. I had been to the lot several times to see this same internet special too. So after the test drive I tell Cliff Hudson I will let him know in the morning if interested and would make an offer. I made an offer that next morning in writing via email to Cliff. Cliff repsonded he would run it by the mgr and get back to me. Cliff comes back with a counter offer and we were $500 a part. I counter offered asking to split the $500 with me. Cliff Hudson said let me run it by the boss and I'll get back to you. Next email from Cliff was unlike the personal emails between he and I....this email was in cursive and addressed me as MR instead of my first name like the other emails. It said thank you for the interest in the 07 Honda Crv but this vehicle has been sold. It was the internet low price bait and switch to get customers on the lot. Pure used car trick! A respectable business man and business should have told me they have another person interested and if I am intested I should hurry up. Nope, they wouldn't do that, their best interest is not the customers, its money in their pocket. A shame too as I'm about to buy the wife a new Honda too but I'll go back to Ed Voyles or Honda Carland....much more upfront without the tricks. Beware of internet specials as there must be no such thing.

I bought a Honda Certififed car from them and later found out that it was in a serious accident before they sold it to me. I was then stuck with a car that no one wanted to take as a trade. I went back to Hennessy Honda and they offered me an OK amount but still not enough and never really apologized or took any responsibility for what they did to me. I ended going to a different dealer where I was treated superbly and taken care of. Be carefull of Hennessy Honda and always check CarFax.

My husband and I bought our car from Hennessy Honda few days back. We got pretty reasonable quotes from them, and they kept up to all the commitments that were made. Most of the negotiations happened on phone. The salesperson got back to us timely, and she gave us the quotes on phone and mail, and did not pressurize us to come over to the dealership. We even finalized the price on phone. When we went to Hennessy Honda to drive out our car, they were very pleasant to us. They honored everything they said on phone, did not add any extra charges, and did not play any sales games. The entire process was very smooth, and all people we spoke to - salesperson, manager, financial manager - were helpful and friendly. We live in Lawrenceville, and it was worth the trip to Woodstock Hennessy Honda!! Would definitely recommend them.

I had excellent customer service with both Tammy and Mike. I made an offer online and received a return email the same day. I was unsure which car I wanted (Civic Coupe or Accord Coupe), so I test drove both the next day. This was my third car I've bought at Hennessy and didn't even bother going to other dealers. It was worth the drive from Atlanta. I was given a good price for both cars and didn't even need to haggle. I chose the Accord and have been extremely happy. Even with Mike helping other customers at the same time, I was in and out of the dealership in under 4 hours on a Saturday. Tammy and Mike were both very courteous and didn't pressure me to buy, even though I was ready to buy that same day. I keep my cars for a long time, but I will be back at Hennessy when I'm ready for the next Honda!

I was asked by my sister to find her the best price on a 2011 Accord CrossTour. I, in turn, generated a request through another web site for a best price quote on the specific vehicle we were looking for. With the exception of one local dealer, this simply generated a series of emails and ignored phone calls asking me to come in to "talk about it." Once made aware that I was not going to be sold but was going to buy from the dealership that gave me the best price, Stacie at Hennessy was great to work with.Stacie provided me with a very good price. Two prices actually as there was an option that we were undecided about. When we came into the dealership, Mike was prepped and ready to help us decide. Once done, the price Stacie quoted is the base price we used for the deal. This required no-haggling and that was a relief.The purchase itself could have gone smoother for two reasons. The first of these is that i feel like they gave us a low-ball price on the trade in. he came in 33% below what we were estimating the value based on web research (www.kbb.com.) That is why i gave a 4 on price.Finally, while the financing was secured outside the dealership making it such that we were simply writing a check for the purchase, we still had to wait almost an hour for the "finance," man to type up the contract. This should not have been and is the reason for the 4 in customer service.All in all, a good experience! Close to great but not quite there yet!

I purchased a Honda Accord from Hennessey in 2005 and enjoyed the experience so much that I knew I would return. When my husband's truck decided to finally die, we were in a pretty desperate situation and needed to act fast. I was able to initiate the credit check over the internet and phone and start the financing process before even setting foot inside the showroom. My husband and I were unsure of what we could afford so we first checked the used inventory. Although everything looked great, and the pricing was very fair, I was reluctant to purchase a vehicle with miles already on it as I drive a lot each day for work. After spending about 30 minutes wandering around the used car lot, my husband and I walked over to the new showroom and decided to check on our financing situation so we would have a better idea of what we could afford. We met with Tammy and Pat who were incredibly friendly and able to help us immediately. They already had a copy of my credit report in hand and asked if we were interested in a new vehicle as well as used. As we didn't have much to spend, we thought anything new was out of the question, but they simply asked us what color car we wanted and showed us the current price of the 2011 Honda Civic LX - my husband and I thought it was an April Fool's joke! The price was incredible and the Civic was exactly what we needed with current gas prices. After checking out the car and a quick spin around the parking lot, we were sold. The financing was quick and painless and I was surprised to get such a great interest rate through the Honda Financing. Total time to purchase a new car: 75 minutes.....if that's not great service and salesmanship, I'm not entirely sure what is! I am a repeat customer and will likely return again. This dealership is hassle-free, stress-free and uber-friendly. Pat was hilarious and made the experience easy and quick. I've bragged about this dealership since 2005 and will continue to do so!

First, a little background as to how this all came about. I utilize American Expresses auto service to get an idea of the invoice and incentives on the vehicle I'm looking at. Then I visit all the local dealers websites and inform them of what auto and options I'm looking for and tell them I want their bottom line drive out price. Last year (after much researching and previous experience with my Acura) I selected a Honda Insight EX/Navi. The low offer came from Hennessy Honda but I went with a dealer that was closer to me even though they had been a couple hundred dollars higher for convenience sight unseen. I was never happy with with my experiences there and started using a dealer that was close to my office. Fast forward to present and I determined with Honda's .9% financing I was able to replace my 2010 with a 2011 for the same # of months I had remaining on my old contract and have 37,000 less miles! Going through the same process I'm back to Hennessy again and I can not begin to tell you what a WONDERFUL experience it was start to finish. My Salesman, Alan Armbruster, I now consider a friend and the rest of the staff and the service was excellent. They had to do two trades to get the car I wanted (right off the truck). How can one say that the tedium of purchasing a new car was a GOOD experience? Hennessy, and wonderful people like Alan!!!

First off, I have already notified Curry and Carland Honda that they did not match, in any shape or form, the courtesy and forthrightness given to us by Honda Hennessy. No one followed up with us and worked with us like this team. Don't even get me started on Ed Voyles Honda...they wanted $5,000 down and never even tried to work with Honda Finance to get the best deal.Tammy and Sharon worked with us over the phone to get the loan approved and the details of the car ironed out. Sharon shows up on her day off to see us through the paperwork and Billy Shape, the man with the name for Hollywood, made sure we got a great rate. We called ahead to see if the dealer had the car we were looking for so it was easy to walk in and make a trade. As expected, they asked what we wanted to pay and came back with a lesser deal. After a little back-and-forth, we got the deal we wanted. It basically matched another price from another dealer,which probably wasn't great, but we were satisfied. The salesperson was a nice guy and very friendly. Everyone we met at the dealership was very nice. We would certainly do with them again.

Our experience on the purchase of our new '11 Odyssey was excellent. We shopped quite a few area dealers via email and Hennessy met our best price. Tom was very helpful and it was a pleasure dealing with him. We had also exchanged several emails w/ Tammy in the internet department and she was great. I will say it helped to know what a good price was and we knew that from our research and the offers from other dealers. This part of the process was great and we thank Tom for his good nature and his expertise.Now once we go into the finance office two things happened that left us with a funny feeling. We told the finance guy what our rate was from the credit union (2.3% for 48 months). He asked us if they could match the rate, would they get our business, we said sure. What he did was lower the price of the purchase (by a couple hundred dollars) to match the payment of the lower interest rate but the interest rate stayed the same, 2.7% vs. 2.3%. I felt that was a bit sneaky. Our purpose was to pay less interest, not match a payment. My wife was so tired by that time (her van) they got the deal but it left us with a bad taste.The other thing that didn't set well was the aftermarket warranty that was offered. It was a Lexus warranty. Never did the finance guy say it wasn't the Honda care (i had to ask) and pushed it hard. And he wanted to roll the cost of the warranty into our payments (do we look stupid?). He NEVER offered the Honda care warranty. We have to assume they couldn't make as much profit from the Honda Care as they could the Lexus warranty. So buyer be aware, I'd suggest having your financing in order before you get to the finance office.

Once I had done much research and decided on the car I wanted, I submitted a request for quote from five Honda dealers. Amazingly, only two responded with actual quotes, one being Hennessy, and theirs was the best. Since I wanted a hard-to-find car (a specific color with manual transmission), they did have to look around, but had it in two days. The purchasing process was fast and easy and there were no surprise costs tacked onto the final tally, as I have seen with some car dealers around here (coughToyotacough).

Fred Roberts the salesman was honorable, low pressure, informative, and tuned to our requests. I contacted 5 other dealers in the Atlanta area and none provided the overall service and attention that Hennessy did. I'll start with the good. After emailing every Honda dealer in the metro Atlanta area, Hennessy had the lowest walkout quote. They even went lower than the lowest walkout price I had received at another dealership. Mike was straight to the point, which I like. The other dealers gave me a song and a dance and tried to up the price of the Fit due to the situation in Japan.Now the ugly. I had already obtained financing through my bank and was told by my bank that Hennessy Honda was a preferred dealer and I should have no issues. Surprise surprise when Scott told me that I couldn't use my loan and had to obtain financing through them. Not only that, but at a higher interest rate. I caved because he was able to make the payments the same as what my bank loan would have been. Now the even uglier. I check back with my bank and was informed that I could have used my loan. Not only that after looking at my paperwork Scott upcharged my loan at a greater amount. Not only was I blatantly lied to about not being able to use my loan, but now I paid more for the car than what I should have! I will never use Hennessy again due to their shady business practices.

This is my second new car purchase from Hennessy Honda, and based on that first great experience, I knew that I wanted to buy from them again, even if I got a slightly better quote from another dealer. So I had no intention of shopping around but when I did get a better quote (which I requested from 2 other dealers to provide a frame of reference), Hennessy readily matched them, even though their initial offer was already quite attractive.There was no pressure to purchase the extended warrantly; everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I have a 2005 Pilot that had the brakes apply (on its own)on Highway 41 and come to a dead stop in the road almost causing a rear end collision with my wife driving and son with her.The dealership checked it out and found two brake system failures but they seemed to be working okay now so did no repair as they had no idea what caused these failures.They advised me that it would be okay to drive the car. I really appreciate their not doing any unnecessary repairs and charging us for them, however this does not make this life threatening situation go away.Honda America denies ever hearing of this issue yet I have found several cases on the internet of this exact thing happening.I really fault Honda America mostly however, I feel that this dealership could pursue this issue further in a more timely manner if they wanted to.

I really appreciated the way I was treated by Mike Kavennaugh. He was good. No pressure or heavy-handed sales tactics. He's an alright guy. Would do business with him again. The vehicle was great. Not sure I should have gotten the extended warranty though (Clark Howard says it's not worth it), so I wish I'd done without that. Other than that, I'm glad I went there. Honda CRV is a great car.

The Parts Manager, Keith, took the time to introduce me to the salesperson, Dusty, who worked with me to identify a vehicle that I would not only be happy with, but could also afford on my budget which I had already calculated. Options were explained to me in detail and there was no pressure put on me to up-sell or to pick a higher priced vehicle. In addition, the dealership worked with me and provided a decent discount so that I feel that I got a good bargain on the new vehicle.

Was only pricing an Accord but knew I was going to buy within a few days. Planned on using another Honda Dealership where I had bought my prior Honda. However, felt very comfortable with Mike and believe he understood my circumstances and worked to get the best deal. I ended up signing the paperwork and picking up the car today. Scott (finance) was wonderful, explaining everything and working with me to get the car while waiting for an insurance check. Over the past 25 years, I have driven nothing but Hondas (4 of them) and this was the most relaxed I have been while purchasing one. I was was sent to Hennessy Honda via the Honda USA web-site because of it's location to my new home in Marietta. Stacey responded to my e-mail requests in VERY short order. When I arrived at Hennessy Stacey and Dusty met me and showed me exactly the vehicle I had expressed interest in. Dusty took me for a test ride and I fell in love with the Accord Crosstour. I was trading in another Honda vehicle and both Stacey and Dusty made short work of figuring out the trade in value and made me a great and fare offer. There was no pressure at all from anyone at Hennessy, unlike some dealers I have had dealings with. Dusty was VERY well versed on the Crosstour and was of great help with the paper work. My new car was prepped and ready for me to pick up the next day on time as promised. I can not say enough on how well I was treated, not too many major dealers do things this way anymore, an honest fare price and handshake was all that was needed for me to drive out with my new Accord Crosstour! Pat Mathewsons ability to assist me in locating a CRV that suited my needs made my search effortless so much so that I purchased my car within 24 hours after test driving one of their SUVs. I brought my son-in-law along for support believing that I would be forced into a car not of my choosing. But in the end, both he and my daughter were quite impressed with Ms. Mathewsons salesmanship, they too purchased a Honda Pilot on the same day. Another customer approached me and asked who was assisting me, I gladly with a wide smile pointed her to Ms. Matthewson. I purchased a 2011 Odyssey from Hennessy in early October. Here's what made it great:- I communicated mostly by email and both Stacey and Jeff were responsive and thorough. They didn't disparage other dealers, promise too good to be true prices, or send me form letters or advertising.- Hennessy listened to my situation. I was hoping to have the car in time for a family vacation, but new the new model was only due out days before. Without promising to meet the tight deadline, Jeff walked me through the date my vehicle was coming off the line and the normal steps and timing that he would expect. And I got the car by my desired date.- Hennessy offered a fair price. I took the first vehicle of the new model year that arrived at their dealership. They could have commanded a steep premium, but didn't.- I received regular communications from Jeff and Stacey about where the car was in the pipeline - even simple things like.. "I've got the VIN number." Made me very comfortable.- When I took delivery, Jeff immediately pointed out a small scratch in the windshield (which I would probably not have noticed). He promised a hassle-free replacement after my family trip. Sure enough, I received a phone call 2 weeks later to schedule the repair.I could not have had a better experience. Great people and a great car.

Hennessy Honda was the third Honda dealership I went to, after dealing with the typical run around with two other dealers. I honestly went to Hennessy Honda expecting the same, but very quickly discovered a difference in the way this dealership treated me. No horse and pony show, no gimmicks, no high pressure. I had three requirements for doing business with them, which were 1. Give me a good deal on the price of the car, 2. Give me a fair value for my trade in, and 3. Get me financing terms that would meet my needs. Within minutes of talking through the particulars with Eric, he presented me with a deal that was better than what I expected. I also have to give mention to Demond Morris, who was there for me answering questions and following up during the entire process. My car was on its way from Canada, and Demond was following up on it every step of the way. He listened, he answered questions, and he gave it to me straight. When I took delivery of the vehicle, he spent a long time with me showing me how the navigation system worked, and helped me get it all set up to work with my phone. I also had almost every accessory available installed on my car, and the service shop did that with great care and in a very timely manner. Every part of my interaction with Hennessy Honda was head and shoulders above the other dealers, and they turned what is usually a stressful and unpleasant experience into one that was a pleasure. I went looking for my first new car because my car had broken down beyond fixing, so it already wasn't a pleasant experience to begin with. Then, I had dealt with other dealerships that were not very nice to me, which I just assumed was because and was a young girl. I was contacted by Tammy after I had asked for an online quote from Hennessy. She gave me a reasonable quote over email, which I appreciated because most places wanted to talk to me on the phone. This irritated me, as I did not have time to talk with every internet sales person from every dealership in the city. Also, it was a lot easier and clearer to have what was said in writing (which is probably why many places did not want to do that). But Tammy continued to communicate with me over email, answering any question I had. Her cooperation with me was ultimately what made me decide to go visit the dealership. They had the car I wanted in stock at a great price. Fred was very quick to correct any problems that might have occurred in the whole process. Car buying it seems is never easy, but I had been to a few dealerships in my search, and I was treated by far the best at Hennessy. I had done my research and knew I received a reasonable price on the car. I love my car, and I will definitely return to Hennessy if I ever need anything else.

After searching extensively in our area we grew frustrated that we might not find the CR-V in the color we wanted. So I emailed a sales rep at Hennessey and I received a far market price with the first reply. The negotiation was short and Hennessey offered me a price that I felt comfortable with. The hackle time with buying this car was Zero, everyone there were very nice and they new that my wife and I would be driving over an hour to pick this car up. Hennessey, got us in and out and we were home by 9:30 with a new Honda CR-V, leather comfort to boot .. :)Overall, Excellent Experience!

Their pleasant and professional demeanor continued when I visited the dealership, in contrast with how I was treated elsewhere during my shopping process.I was offered a fair price for my trade-in and was able to make a reasonable deal without major stress. We initially contacted them because of the positive reviews on the DealerRater website. They put the car on the money to start with. Several other dealers responded with a higher offer and then wanted to discuss either "matching" the Hennesey offer or discrediting the price. Hennesey then located the color and model we wanted, sent drivers to go get it :-) and at pick-up the price was exactly as quoted. "Easy to work with" and "did what they said they would do" are the two things we would say about our Hennesey experience. A simple formula to a successful business!

Gave me all the time I needed making this choice. Felt that we were his main priority at that time. Due to unforseen conditions I was not able to pick up the car on the scheduled date. Mike worked with me on my time frame in picking up the car. He was not going to be available that day, but called me with the name of the salesperson to ask for. Upon arriving we were greeted by Alan. Alan made sure all questions were answered and the final steps went without any problems. Would recommend this dealership and these two salesmen to anyone wanting to purchase a new Honda.

I was given a price on the phone by a salesman. When I drove to the dealership to buy the vehicle the salesman put me with another salesman so he could not honor the price quote.I feel this was a planed tactic the second salesman argued that "he never agreed the price". This was a tactical scam to get me in the dealership.

When I purchase a new vehicle I solicit bids via E mail from all Honda dealerships within 50 miles of me and ask for the lowest "walk out" price. Hennessy (Stacey Finelli) provided me the lowest of all dealers for the 2010 Honda Insight EX we wanted. So even though Carey Paul Honda is only 6 miles from my house, I drove 54 miles one way to deal with Hennessy. The entire purchase experience was PERFECT and all persons we dealt with at the dealership were extremely helpful and enjoyable to be around. These would be Salesman Joe White, Internet Director Stacey Finelli, and Service Advisor Rickey Batey. I highly recommend this dealership to all and will shop here again when I am in the market for a new Honda. I have purchased 7 in the past 11 years, but never have I received low pricing from a dealer like I got from Hennessy. They have certainly gained a new customer and I hope to send others to Hennessy in the future when they have vehicle needs.

Can't understand the adverse comments re: Hennessy Honda of Woodstock. We purchased a new Odyssey in '06 and have kept up regular maintenance since at this dealership. My wife and I are high mileage, traveling photographers and depend on the quality service rendered here. In fact, Kevin is the most knowledgeable service rep we have ever met. His diagnosis is generally spot on,our comments are correctly annotated and the work is performed quickly and at a fair price. A recent A/C failure in Marble Falls, TX had reps contacting Hennessy and getting a solution, If that isn't long distance service, I don't know what is. Hennessy provides the same great Honda service as we have experienced in many parts of the U.S. You can bet that when the 2011's arrive, we are going to give this dealership a good first look! Right on Hennessy! Keep up the good work!

I first called Hennessy Honda Woodstock to get a quote; spoke to David Stillman (I think that's how to spell his name). Over the phone, I made it clear that I have gotten an internet quote from Honda Carland for V6 EX and EX-L and I wanted to know if Hennessy Honda Woodstock was willing to beat the price mainly because live in Cherokee County. They did offer me something little better but not by much. I was informed to come in and ask for Russell Moon because gentleman I spoke to was only scheduled to work until 5 pm. When I showed up I waited 10 minutes because Russell was already supporting a customer and I was Okayed with it until, ten minutes later I got tired of waiting so I asked for someone else. A young gentleman came out and helped us with test driving a car only to find out that I was actually given a quote for V4 Honda Accord instead of V6. Part of this is my fault because I should have gotten this in writing but I didnt. At this point this trip was total waste of my evening and to make things worse, theyd offered almost 3K less for my trade in contrast to what Honda Carland had offered me. From this experience, I will not go back nor recommend this dealership to anyone. They will lie to you and they will rip you off! If you are in the market for a new Honda, I suggest you go see Paul Vejjajiva at Honda Carland. I honestly do not know whether or not I got the best possible deal but this guy is genuine and he will at least help you to get the deal that you are looking for in willingly way.

We bought from this dealer becasue it was closer than driving over 45 miles to get to Gwinnett. I regret my decision. My sales person was Larry Battle. He was VERY GOOD, though he works in the NEW car sales department, he still helped me more than the USED car sales people did. In the USED car lot they appeared disinterested and indifferent - like they don't have to put that much effort because I am purchasing a used car... Then an item was stolen from my car when I had to take it back to the dealership to get something fixed. I haven't even dealt with HENNESY for a full 30 days yet! I have driven only Honda cars for the past 27 years and this is by far the worst experience ever!! Too bad Larry works there. I would recommend that everyone should only buy from Gwinnett Place Honda. They are awesome overthere. At Gwinnett they treat their customers like human beings and not just dollar signs!

I would not do business with this company, definitely not worth your time. An absolutely terrible nightmare that wasted not only my time, but the time of my bank and family.

Bought a Certified Honda Accord EX. One month later, the battery had to be replaced. I was traveling and was stuck in another state and had to have AAA come and jump the car. When I contacted my Hennessy sales rep he and the service department refused to do anything about it (no reimbursement for the replacement whatsoever). Very, very disappointed in this dealer and will look elsewhere in the future.

My son bought a used 1998 Honda Accord from Hennessy Honda on 9/1. By 9/4, this car had transmission problems and had to have the whole transmission replaced. The dealer would not help in any way even though they had done ALL service on this car for 10 years. The gave the car a "clean bill of health" and 4 days later, the car would not go in reverse. Customer service would not help, nor even talk with us on this. My son had saved for 4 years to buy this car and his was very disappointed with his purchase and with this dealership. I have bought my Honda from this dealership, and will not use this dealership again, as my 16 year old son and 18 year old daughter will not either. My son has been telling EVERYONE is the east marietta area of his "ordeal" with this and I believe this is not good customer service and was basically told that this was not their problem.

Drove one hour for new tires. Before trip, service told me I could get the car right in. When I arrived, they said that it would be four hours. They would not let me have a loaner because "they don't do loaners". They did offer to drop me off across the road (whoopie) but couldn't guarantee a time to pick me back up. I also had some problems with items like light covers that started to fall off after owning the vehicle for only two months. They wouldn't fix these items. It turns out that they "rigged" these broken items back in place but did not permanently fix them before they sold the vehicle.

I bought a new 08 CRV from this dealership. I drove 350 miles to pick up this car. The following day I noticed that the front wheel well trim is defective. A piece of the trim (5x5 inches) was cut out. I took the pictures and e-mailed them to Kim, the Internet Sales Mgr. She never replied. Her customer service skills suck, not only because of this but because of many other reasons, but I'm not in a great mood now to list them all.After multiple calls to the dealership one of the sales people told me to take the car to the local Honda dealership. A service rep. at the local dealership said that this defect was not covered under the Honda's new car warranty since it was very obvious that a piece of the trim was cut out. He called the Hennessy Honda and asked them to cover $211.00 for the repair. Eric, the New Car Sales Mgr said that they needed to see the pictures before they could authorize any repairs. I re-sent the pictures the same day. After more than 20 calls I finally got a service manager on the line (4 days later) who told that they were not going to pay for the repair because I should have caught this when I did my inspection. He said that I "probably ran into something on the way home". He was very arrogant and said that the "final decision" is that they were not going to pay for the repair. I don't think he realizes that I paid for a new car, and I should have received a new car. Do not trust these people? They had known about this defect before I came to pick up a car. I will make a complaint with the Better Business Biro and I will also sue this dealership. They will not just get away with this. It's not about the $211.00! It's about who is right and who is wrong.

Purchased all three of our cars from Hennessey and they serviced all of them. My husband decided to purchase a Toyota Tacoma a couple of years ago and it is a pain to take into service down at Town Center with all the traffic and service is not that great. The service at Hennessey has been great! and as a person who has no clue about servicing cars I always ask my husband who know cars if this is correct in what they are telling me and he always gives me a thumbs up that they are dealing straight with me. Will always purchase a honda from Hennessey because they are honest in their dealings both in sales and service.

We puchased a mini-van that started having problems as soon as we left the lot. The check engine light came on and the next morning it started blowing smoke out of the tail pipe. When we called the dealership to tell them this happened they were not willing to offer any help. We had our mechanic look it over and he says that the engine is sludged. It may need a new engine. We took it back to the dealer hoping to negotiate and possibly trade it in. They said "you bought it as is and we don't have to do a thing for you." They did agree to let us trade it in, but there was nothing on the lot in our price range. When we tried to negotiate the price on a particular van, Jody, the used car lot manager, said that he was losing money on this particular van and would not budge on the price. We decided to wait to make a decision. We happened to check the online inventory and there was the van we had negotiated over for the exact price that Jody said he was "losing thousands" on. If we had agreed to his price we would have lost all our trade in money and our downpayment. We are now stuck with a van that needs major repairs. We feel that we cannot deal with Hennessy because of their dishonesty and unfair practices.

We visited this dealership on Saturday November 3rd around 6.30pm. We were looking for a price and monthly payment information on a Honda Odyssey. Jeff initially and reluctantly took us out and we found a van we were interested in and asked him if there was any deals on the price, he couldn't/wouldn't give us this information exactly but told us it would be around $5000 less than the sticker price, when we asked for more specifics he asked when we were looking to complete the deal and we replied when we found the right car for the right price, he then seemed even more disinterested in helping us and the conversation ended. As we really wanted information on pricing we returned to the showroom and asked to speak to the finance department where we filled out a credit application and agreed to a credit check. After 20 mins or so, Jeff was back with Shane, and told us the montly payment would be in the high $400's, when asked exactly how much he said, $490, could he be more specific...$491, okay not helpful but...how much was the price of the car...he would not answer...what was my interest rate...7.0%ish, when we asked to see some figures in writing he told us we had a pen and should write it down. How hard can it really be to show exact monthly figures when you have all of our financial information and we have picked a car? Isn't the job of the dealership to sell you a car, nobody would agree to buy a car without all of the information and yet Jeff appeared to think we were asking for too much information. We left after this and even though we were very interested in a Honda we will be looking to purchase from another car manufacturer.

I feel Eric and Gene had knowledge that Honda was disconituing the Accord Hybrid in 2008. They sold us the last one they had on the lot. Had they disclosed that Honda was taking ths action I know we would not have purchased the hybrid. I purchased three cars from them within 10 days. One Civic Hybrid, one Civic SI and the Hybrid Accord. After we saw on the TV news that the Accord Hybrid was being discontinued we called and visited the show room. Gene and Eric siad they new nothing about the announcement. Now come on, I am sure they heard rumors etc. I have been in the medical field for 30 years and I hear about changes to medical equipment before they are announced. I understand the car was titled so it made it a difficult issue. What ready upsets me the would not even work with us on a trade in for a regular Accord. They just said you now have negative equity on your Hybrid. All I wanted them to do was give us exactly waht we paid for the Hybrid and I would buy a regular Accord. In luie of that I want a check for a least $2,000 to make up for buying a model that has been discontinued. Of by the way I put a call into the General Manager at Honda Hennessy before I spoke with Eric and Gene and he did not return my call. Yeah, that is customer service. I contacted Kim Guinn through their internet sales department and while I rec'd a fairly good "out the door" price; when I showed up last Friday (as I told her I would be there between 5:30-6pm) at around 5:40, I was greeted by her telling me that she was "with another customer" and that it would be some time before ANYONE could help me. I waited around 30 minutes, and not a single person in the showroom bothered to ask me if I was being helped. Every one of their what 10 sales associates ignored me - no one wanted to give me a test drive; no one asked me if I was being taken care of; and no one bothered to find out what the heck I was doing there, standing in the middle of their showroom looking bored. PATHETIC customer service. It's a week later now - I have my beautiful brand new Honda from Gwinnett Place Honda - who by the way was MOST courteous and attentive - not a single minute went by while waiting on the salesman/finance guy that someone didn't ask if I was being helped, or if I needed a drink, or anything. Hennesy needs to get their act together, because even at this point - I won't take my car for service there!

They were putting stick-on weights on to dirty wheels without cleaning them first. When weights fell off they just added more. After the fifth time there were 17 weights on one wheel and some were stuck on over dirty old tape. After the last attempt they abandoned me. I went to Honda Carland and they fixed it in one day. All four tires were out of round. A very, very easy problem to diagnose. Had nothing to do with balancing in the first place. They replaced all four tires. They said they could see the problem as soon as they spun the tires up.

Left a deposit with Kim Guinn, who seemed very uninterested (guess the margin wasn't high enough for her to muster any courtesy). After 2 weeks, she told me my car had "disappeared" in transition from the to-build to the in-transit list. She also told me she "didn't know" when she'd have time to find out what happened. Having wasted 2 weeks waiting and facing total uncertainty, I showed up and demanded my deposit back. She gave it, but no apology or explanation. Fortunately, I found a car at a MUCH more service oriented dealership (Alton Blakely in Somerset, KY--they even drove the car to Gatlinburg so I wouldn't have to drive so far to collect it!), and for $500 less money. AVOID KIM GUINN and HENNESSY HONDA.

Zero complaints about either the sales or service experience. The sales staff was polite, professional, never pushed anything AND offered the lowest price I could find on two different Hondas that I've bought there. Neighbors with Hondas say good things about this dealer (which is nearby). Interestingly, I work on the other side of town and several people there recommened Hennessy Honda over any other area dealer. I honestly can't imagine how they could be any better.
