This was my first car buying experience. I took my dad and my brother with me and they both said it was WAYYY better than their experience. Not only did they find me the PERFECT car for a GREAT price, but I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything. My salesman was Dayo! It wasn't bad but could have been better. I felt pressured into getting extra things that I didn't want. I also felt pressured to buy, just because you test drive a car for 5 minutes and you think you may like it does not mean I want to buy or I'm going to buy the car today. The process was just very pushy to me, but that may work for some it just didn't work for me.

I was in the process of trying to buy a car and Mr. Damon Carter was helping me. He said the car was available and took some quick snaps of it for me to see (there were none on cars.com). I was interested so I asked him to check over the car and make sure there was no damage to it since I was buying it sight unseen. After forgetting to send me detailed photos of the car, then not returning my call, and then not sending me the pictures yet again, I sent a followup email which he did not respond to. I had to call up the dealership and talk to another associate to find out that the car had been sold. I understand that cars get sold there all the time, but at least do me the courtesy of telling me when the vehicle is not available. This was a huge waste of time.

We initially chose to visit Hennessy based on an ad in the local newspaper offering what sounded like a great deal on the particular vehicle we had been eyeing. After arriving, we found that vehicles were available that mostly matched the ad's description but were unable to secure a deal that met our needs and budget at that time. Several members of the sales team maintained contact after that visit and were eager to work with us. After sending an email detailing our disappointment with the first visit, a team member reached out immediately and offered to work with us on a deal that matched the initial ad. We made arrangements to return to the dealership the following week to test drive the vehicle and see if we could work out a deal. The vehicle was as promised and the deal offered was well within our expectations and budget. I was a little disappointed in the offer made and eventually accepted for my trade in but was assured that was the best we could do for that year, model, mileage and condition. Many members of the Hennessy team - including our salesman, the Sales Manager, a member of the Finance team and members of the Service Department - stayed on after closing time to help us complete the deal and get us away in our new and very spiffed up Terrain. Everyone was incredibly courteous, professional and patient, not one bit of pressure felt. Since the purchase though, I have reached out to the team with a couple of follow up questions regarding the tags and title and have not yet heard back. I will follow up again but hope this is not indicative of their great service ending with the sale. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience at Hennessy and want to thank the team for helping us get into our wonderful new Terrain!

Compared to other Mazda dealerships, this is my least favorite. Anytime I try to call for a service appointment I have to leave a voicemail and my call is usually not returned. The staff Ive dealt with has not been personable at all and aren't extremely helpful. Granted, I've never dealt with them from a buying perspective (only a service perspective) but I would seek another dealership before doing so.

I went to the dealership expecting to have the recall work done per GMC stating to call the dealership because the parts were available. That was not the case, the service manager informed me that they had to order the part and would call me to reschedule. I had also scheduled an oil change and they did complete that. In the future I feel as though Hennessy GMC should be fully stocked or know exactly what is available prior to the service advisor scheduling the appointment, because if I had not planned to have my oil change done the same day I would have been very disappointed and slightly annoyed driving over for a 7:30am appointment just to be told they don't have a part that GMC says they should have. In past times this has happened before with the recall repairs, but I certainly want to express that Tracy Rice has been an outstanding, professional, friendly service advisor for years, always going the extra mile to schedule me around my work schedule and making sure that I have been completely satisfied with any and all services that I receive and that honestly, is what keeps me returning to Hennessy.

Upon doing some research on the Mazda 6, and decided I wanted to move ahead with a purchase. I had actually been to another dealership in the Atlanta area to see and drive the car but they advertised their cars at sticker price and didn't seem serious about wanting to make a deal. I'm not a haggler...I want the bottom line price up front. So I kept being drawn to Hennessy because of their extremely aggressive up front pricing as well as their large inventory advertised online. I simply emailed about the car I wanted through the Hennessy website and got an immediate response from Gerren Terrell. For the first time in my life, I made the deal through email and a couple of phone calls. I told Gerren that I wanted to pick up the car after work on a Friday evening and he told me that was no problem at all. A co-worker dropped me off around 5pm, Gerren met me immediately, showed me the car (which was already detailed and ready to go), and moved me straight into the deal closing. I spent just over an hour total in the dealership and was home to eat dinner by 7pm. It was truly the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Thank you Gerren and Hennessy Mazda for your professionalism and efficiency. I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family.

I visited many dealerships but my experience with Hennessy of Southlake was the best, simply due to my salesperson Roderick Campbell. From the moment we walked in the door he was so welcoming that we felt we were in good hands immediatly. Mr. Campbell was very patient and had great knowledge of the inventory and my car buying experiece was a success!!! I purchased a 2013 Chrysler 200 limited edition with under 25,000 miles on it. The price was right and the monthly payments were affordale even with my discharged bankruptcy. From start to finish I was so pleased and it started with great customer service from all staff including finance!!! If you are shopping for a vehicle look no further, this is the place for you!!!! We stopped in Hennessy of Southlake just to browse the used car lot (looking for a 3rd car for the family), hoping that there weren't any pushy high-pressure salesmen out to make a buck (like at some of the other lots we had stopped at). As we started looking around, Russ Allen came out, greeted us with a smile and told us to take our time looking around the lot - if we needed anything, just let him know. He did ask if we were looking for anything in particular and when we gave him just a general money range and what we needed it for, he went straight to work for us - he walked around with us to point out many different cars that we might be interested in that met our requirements (they had a great selection of vehicles) and then allowed us to test drive different cars that we were interested in just to get a better idea of what each offered. In the end, instead of just looking around to get an idea, we left with a very nice and affordable Mazda, all thanks to Russ and the great Hennessy team. When the time comes for another vehicle (new or used), Russ and Hennessy will be my first stop.

I had my GMC truck (I bought at Hennessy last year) serviced at Hennessy last Tuesday and my Buick Regal (I bought 4 years ago at Hennessy) serviced at Hennessy last Wednesday and am pleased with both vehicles and the service. I came to Hennessy for the low prices. I also liked that the prices were clearly marked and included all fees. No guessing. I knew the specific vehicle I wanted, and I was paying cash with no trade-in. Dayo, my salesman, was in the front, and I was directed to him by another salesman. He was very polite, professional, and friendly. The process was very easy. I did have to complain about a dealer processing fee. Once I mentioned the fee, they were very quick to fix it. I had all of my paperwork signed and ready within 30 minutes after a quick test drive, but it was a bit of a wait before we went to financing. They served free hot dogs, beverages, and chips while we were waiting. The only attempt to up-sale was for a warranty for car repair, which I wasn't pushed on. Again, everyone was friendly. I signed a check and was handed the keys. After leaving the dealership, I took the car to another Chevrolet dealership. Everything checked out. No problems. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I got the exact car I wanted for the price advertised. The car came clean and running well, and everyone that worked there seemed affable. The next day, I was recommending the dealership to a close friend who was looking for a similar car. Very happy with my experience.

Bernard Hill was excellent. This was my first time buying a car and he made me so comfortable that it felt normal! He answered all of my questions and got me exactly what I wanted, plus more. Everyone is very professional and nice. However, one of the female receptionist I came across was miserable and bitter. I walked up and she just stared at me. Didn't smile, didn't say hello, nothing. I finally had to say, "he told me to come over here." and her response was, "hmm." Also, the financial guy wasn't friendly and rushed me. This is my first time doing this; I'd like to read and at least know what I'm signing. But he was snappy and short. Other than those 2 people, my experience here was outstanding and I will definitely tell everyone I know!

I live 3 hours away and been looking for a vehicle for my son graduating from high school, when I happen to visit my sister in Morrow Georgia. I stopped at Hennessey dealership and looked around the lot as I also searched t heir website on Internet, I found vehicle online went inside. I was greeted immediately and assigned to sales Tony, we found the vehicle but I was not ready for test drive awaiting parts. I agreed to come back the following week when car would be ready. During week I was called by sales Omar who informed me he was taking over my case due to Tony getting promoted, Congratulations Tony. I drove back 3 hours test drove car didn't like it. Omar then showed other cars and I decided to go with the 2009 Toyota Camry, test drove loved it. Vehicle was not quite ready to be sold but Omar asked the service department to check the vehicle, service, oil change, check all the fluids, put it on machine and cleaned it up sealed the deal and I was on my way home. Thanks Omar for being very patient and kind. It was a pleasure purchasing from this dealership, very professional at all times, we felt welcome and will send others. I will be looking for me a vehicle soon.

Buying a vehicle is something that stresses everyone out to some degree. I've always cringed at the thought of negotiating a deal with a car salesman. I walked into Hennessy Southlake with these same expectations but the outcome was completely different. Russ Allen was awesome. He was honest and answered all of my questions. We drove an hour each way to visit Hennessy. The van we wanted was in short supply, only Hennessy Southlake in Morrow and another dealership in Gwinnett had any, we live in North Cobb. We chose Hennessy because of their reputation and the quality of their cars. It was a no pressure sales experience. Our salesman, Mike Reyes, unlocked the vans I wanted to look at and left me alone to check them out. Once I selected the van for my family, a 2015 ford Transit XLT, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. They didn't pass me from salesman to sales manager, to someone else, then to finance. It was just our salesman and finance. The finance guy, J.B., was great to deal with as well. I won't hesitate to drive to Hennessy next time we need a car or van.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2015 Suburban at Hennessy of Southlake! The prices are the best in the Atlanta Metro Area, but in my opinion what made the experience great was my sales person Mike Reyes! Mike is a great salesman, in that he let's the customer guide the process, and he doesn't apply any pressure to purchase one vehicle over another. He answered all my questions, he gave me tours of several vehicles, and once I made up my mind, he was looking out for me in the purchasing process. I have purchased a lot of new and used cars in my life, and this is by far the best purchasing experience I have ever had!

If I could summarize my experience with Hennessy Mazda in five words, undoubtedly it would be friendly, professional, transparent, efficient and humble. During my first visit to Mazda, I was a little uncertain about the price point offered. Markus eagerly turned his computer screen to me and walked me through the cost down to the dollar. The level of transparency displayed was awesome and was unmatched by any other dealer I visited. Though I did not purchase the vehicle on my initial visit, I was not hounded or cornered by anyone at the dealership. They set a non-negotiable price that is very close to what I'd expect to pay from a private individual. They even provided me with the Carfax. All I had to do was decide which vehicle was best for me. When finalizing the transaction, I was offered options for financing and extended warranties. There were no previously undisclosed fees - I bought the vehicle at the advertised price plus state tax and title fees. I called about the car and received the best service imaginable. While I was at work Lamont Rhodes worked his magic! No hassle price, even sent me the offer in writing. We purchased a 2012 Chevy Volt and as OUT OF STATE customers this transaction couldn't have been any smoother with the ramifications of trading and purchasing and heading back to Florida from Georgia in my wife's "new" pre owned car the same day. We saved over $3K Hennessy prices were lower than anywhere we looked in the state of Fl for the same car! Everything on the up and up above board even got to speak to the General Manager of the entire dealership Brad Selz who is also the consummate professional and an asset to the Hennessy family, organization and is all around one of the "good guys" I've met in the car business in my 64 years. All I can say is if you are looking for a vehicle you do yourself a disservice if you don't shop with them.

After owning a 2006 Mazda 3 s Touring sedan for about 10 years and only having one problem with it (air compressor went out after about 7-8 years, which I believe is a common car problem after that many years of usage), Mazda was at the top of my list when searching for a new car. I visited 3 different Mazda dealers in the greater Atlanta area, and Hennessy was by far the best experience. Mark Cooper was able to work with me over the phone as I was pretty sure I wanted a new and upgraded 2016 Mazda 3 s Grand Touring. I stopped in the next day for a test drive and Mark showed me all the new bells and whistles on the new Mazda 3s. He didn't waste my time and was a very honest and up front salesman. Mark and Rene Scott, my financing consultant, were able to work with me and give me a great deal on the car I wanted. I would highly recommend Mazda vehicles to anyone looking for something affordable, sporty, practical and gas efficient, and Hennessy Mazda is the place to go in Atlanta!

Chris O'Keefe was easy to work with once we started talking about same vehicle. I negotiated online and we talked about 2 different cars for awhile. Once we got on the same page, we came to an agreement. He explained LOTS of stuff to my wife, she asks a LOT of questions! However, I did send an email post-purchase and got no response....probably didn't get it. Overall experience was very good.

Excellent customer service is a rare commodity during this technological age. Customers are taken for granted and the business representatives feels that they are doing you the customer a favor. Very thorough and very pleasant to work with.The reason I'm not giving Hennessey a full five stars is because I felt there was no wiggle room on price when I came into the dealership. Yes, Paul Favorite did send me an email giving me a price on a vehicle I had contacted him about that was $1,000 lower than what was advertised online, but I thought that was just the starting point. Apparently not, because when my husband and I asked for just a little more off to seal the deal, we got a resounding no. I will say that Markus did do his diligence in showing us that we wouldn't find the same vehicle for a better price, but when we asked to talk to Paul directly, we were told no.I bought the vehicle, and am very happy with it. I get that I couldn't negotiate down the price- that's just the way it goes sometimes. But I do think that when a customer asks to speak to the person who originally quoted the price on the vehicle under consideration, you should be able to do that.I'd definitely come to Hennessey again though. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I had been communicating with several dealers via email, looking at a GMC Sierra., communicating with Markus Bryant. When we arrived, he was busy, but had alerted Gerron Terrell that we were coming. Gerron was with us within just a few minutes of arrival. Gerron was juggling another customer or two when we first came in, but lever let us feel forgotten about. He was very knowledgeable about the truck, and was patient with me when I spotted a Special Event truck and wanted to consider it due to lower price and a few extra features. He put it and the other truck nose to nose and gave me all the time I needed to consider both. Never any pressure to "hurry up". He sincerely wanted to make sure I was happy. He was engaged and energetic the entire time. He offered to feed us as we were waiting for the truck to be cleaned and serviced and it had been a long day. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership and appreciated its "upscale" feel. The coffee and waters available were greatly appreciated. We had stopped by the GMC dealership closest to our home this same day and experienced 100% the opposite in every way from what we experienced at Hennessy- which is why we left and headed 30 more minutes up the road. I will gladly recommend to anyone from my area they drive past the other dealership, come to Hennessy and ask for Gerron.

As a single woman I had many concerns about buying a used car from a dealership and dealing with a used car salesperson. CJ was very patient in answering all my questions honestly and clearly. He was professional in every respect down to showing me all about the car, even things I did not ask and would have thought of later. Cecil did not push me into a decision, he suggested I think about my choices and let him know. I had a very positive sales experience when I purchased my vehicle from the pre-owned lot in December 2014. I took my car for it's first service appointment and was disappointed. First, the positive: the waiting area is nice. Free wifi, flat screen tvs, mac computers, kids area, free beverages...all the conveniences you need while you wait for your car. Of course since it is the dealership the costs were grossly inflated for general service. I was quoted $900 for a 60K miles service appointment and told him I couldn't afford that now but would have some done now and some at the end of the month when I get paid again. He told me he would perform some of the priority service items and give me the list of what still needed to be done. I ended up paying $360 but when I checked out and asked for the list of things that still needed to be done he gave me another list of $900+ service items! I'm no mathematician, but if I had $360 of service items done, that would only leave me another $600 of services still needed, right? Mind you, nothing was wrong with my car, I was just getting scheduled maintenance. Another issue is my sunroof was not opening and closing properly. I asked him to look at it and he told me he fixed it for me "free of charge" as if he was doing something nice for me but I paid for the protection plan when I bought my vehicle which includes all electronic work. I asked him what was wrong with it and he gave me a complicated answer and made a point to say he wasn't going to charge me for it...wink wink. I know you aren't going to charge me for it sir because I paid for the protection plan. That's a stereotypical car salesman tactic where you make your customer think you are giving them something when you are not and I found it annoying and insulting. The wait time was beyond ridiculous. He asked was I going to wait or come back. I asked when it would be done he said 2 pm. I told him I would call for a ride and come back but I lived about 30 miles away. He said "if you want to wait I'll just knock it out for you now". This was at 10:15 am. At 12:30 he told me they were finished and washing my car. At 1:30, I asked was it ready and was told it was being dried and someone would bring it around. at 2:20 I finally got my car. So I ended up waiting over 4 hours when I could have went home and came back. So I finally get in my car and it won't start. Turns out my 2 hour courtesy car wash ran down my battery. So I had to wait ANOTHER hour for someone to come get my car and charge my battery. Put a fork in me...I'm done at this point. Because of the exceptional service I received when I purchased the car, I drove a long way to have it serviced there thinking I would have the same experienced. I was highly disappointed with my service appointment and will not be returning.

Ron is NOT the stereotypical sales person because he listened to our wants and needs then showed us several options. We purchased a car that very day and Ron called the next day to ensure that we were satisfied with our purchase. Today we purchased our third car from Hennessy Auto and Ron was there to help us again. Although it has been a few years since we have seen Ron, he immediately remembered our names and asked about our children. No, there was not a computer in front of him with all of this data, he is just a wonderful person. We started today's purchase talking about both of our families, graduations, new homes, new jobs and even health issues. Yes, we finally discussed cars and Ron sold us a better car with more options that I originally planned on purchasing! Ron is not the only person we have worked with at Hennessy and J. B. Horne, who is the finance guru, is also an amazing addition to their team. J.B. never pressured us to make payments that were out of our reach nor did he try to sell an added warranty that he thought we could not afford. J.B. explains everything about the paperwork then lets the buyer make their own informed decision. , I'm writing this letter on the behave of JB Horne and Ron G. Maybe first I should try to explain my gratitude to both those men. Back in December 2014 I traded in a Fully loaded Buick Verano for a Lacrosse. At the begaining I wasn't all that happy because I didn't have the same in my new Lacrosse. Now mind you I knew I did make an upgrade in automobilies so I had to be content. On the morning of June 16 I was asked if I could come by the sales department be fore they close, I told them sure I'll be by there. Once I arrived the gentlemen wanted to know if I was interested in a car that most if not all the features I had in the Verano I traded in. It took me by surprise and I replied yes if it's affordable. To make a long story short these 2 guys never forgot me or my wants and needs. They were able to put me in another Lacrosse within my price range and with all the extras to accommodate me. I'm not sure if you are the one that supervises the dedicated men, if not please pass it on to their supervisors. This is the second GMC Acadia that I purchased at Hennessy of Southlake. In April 2013 I called the dealership to inquire about the Acadia. I spoke with Gerren Terrell and told him what I was looking for and my price point. He was very thorough in explaining various options and invited me to visit the dealership to view a particular Acadia that met my criteria. Needless to say, I left the dealership that day with that vehicle. I was vey happy & excited because Gerren made the experience painless for me. About a month ago my Acadia was totaled. I called Gerren and told him what happened and that I would need a vehicle in a few weeks after everything was settled. He asked if I wanted to stick with the Acadia and I told him yes. He gave me a rundown of the inventory and stated that he would make sure that I got the vehicle I wanted. I called Gerren today and said I am ready to look, what do you have. He gave me the rundown of available Acadia's. I told him I wanted the same color and style as before. He said I have it, I will get it cleaned up and filled with gas, what time will you be here. I told him around 6:30pm after work. When I arrived, I test drove the vehicle. Gerren explained all the features and how everything worked. We went inside, did the paperwork and I left with the New 2015 GMC Acadia. Gerren told me that the ultimate compliment from a customer is when they come back and that he really appreciated my business. I told him that I appreciate his excellent service and the way he makes me feel that I am his most important customer. By the way, with my first Acadia, every time I was at the dealership for service, Gerren would always make a point to speak and come over and have a conversation. The service department is excellent! In spite of the fact we were in the "tight budget" category, Kevin Rainey went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to purchase the car we wanted. We were on a tight time-frame, we were from out of town, my husband was away on business, our out-of-state credit union cut the check wrong, and one of our daughters was very ill. Kevin arranged for the car to be delivered and got us a better rate with their finance department, which saved us a couple of days waiting for a replacement check to be FedExed. The level of service we received exceeds that of any other dealership we've used. What I appreciate as much as that is the pre-sales experience. Kevin showed us what we wanted to see and answered our questions with zero pressure to make a purchase, and without trying to shove something else down our throats. Another positive aspect about this dealership is the pricing. The prices are good, and include everything except the title fee and tax. No surprises. They also had a great extended warranty at a surprisingly low price. The gentleman from the finance department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, too. When we are ready for our next car, we will be back to see Kevin.

Everyone was very nice!! I took my vehicle for a headlamp recall. I called to set up the appointment and the letter said to specifically ask if the part was in stock, so I did and was told he would have to look at the car to see. I set up a 7:00 a.m. appointment and arrived on time. I was taken in immediately and I ask to be notified if the part was not in and I never heard from him. I was patience and never checked on progress until 9:15. Jim immediately did check and let me know. He said they had to take to bumper off and do a lot of intricacy which is what took so long. At nearly 11:00 o'clock my car was ready. Then I was told the part was not in but since the car was here, he checked another recall item which was the steering pump, a $900 fix and I would have to bring the SUV back for the headlamp fix. Now all this is good & bad because I am please for the steering fix and the attention to fix a problem I didn't know about. The bad is that I ask to be informed about the part, was very patience and didn't bug anyone after almost and extra hour wait. So I am pleased and not pleased explaining the 7. I would definitely continue business with you but some things need to be tweaked. Thanks

This was by far the best visit I have had at a dealership, my sales rep and financing rep were awsome and both worked to get me the best deal for the car we truly wanted. I was impressed that i didnt have to settle for something else i got the car that i wanted at an awsome price at a better rate and affordable payments. After extensive research I had narrowed my search to a couple cars. My top choice was a mazda 3 and this dealer had 17 of them. We got there and Marvin greated us. After we told him what we were looking for he printed us a sheet of all the mazdas with prices and miles and let us look around at our leisure. I liked the hands off approach and the ability to look around on my own. However, when we did need him he was there ready to help and answer any questions. We couldnt find some of the cars because they weren't on the main lot and he did not stop until he found them all for us. He wasn't pushy at all and was very patient as I took my time comparing each car. Once I was serious about one he pulled up the carfax and everything looked great. He honored the internet price no questions asked and even got us a discount on some body work. Matthew from financing was also very helpful and explained everything in as much detail as I needed. Overall this dealership has great prices, helpful staff and a huge selection of vehicles. I am very satisfied with my 2013 mazda 3 I sport and the dealer that I got it from.

Before making a actual purchase of 2016 CX-5, I researched more than a month to figure out which dealership to go to. Mark Cooper was the one who offered me the best price for all trim levels, even without any incentive offers. I visited there two hours earlier, but Mark Cooper re-organized his time to assist me. From hi to bye, Mark Cooper assisted very friendly and truthfully. It was not a superficial "service" friendly manner, but I really felt that Mark could be one of my friend if I grew up in GA. Along with smooth process, he showed me overall price breakdown before I sign. And there was no hidden price at all. I paid the exact price I was offered and satisfied with Mark Cooper experience. Although there was a minor cosmetic (functional in the future) defect with the car's headlamp, Mark gave me a reasonably acceptable offer to give me a call back for replacement after he contacts field claim department. I really wish I could give Mark ten stars, but five is maximum I can give him in this review. 2016 CX-5 I purchased from Mark Cooper is also a very outstanding car. I've never seen a SUV like this just like Mazda's CX-5 slogan. I would definitely go back to Mark Cooper for my next Mazda vehicle purchase.

Went to the dealership with full purchase check in hand fom another credit institution. Presented the appropriate documentation ti the salesman. The kept asking for more docs as though what I was submitting was not enough, Finally made it to the finance manager and the numbers did not look like what I had been quoted. When I raised questions I was dismissed as though I was being unreasonable. After the fact, the salesman stated he had added more fes on that he did not inform me about. Please do not be deceived by people actioning as though they are being kind when they are trying to get over on you!

Mr Rhodes is a great guy. My husband and I walked around the cold car lot (36 degrees) looking for someone to help us. I believe Mr Rhodes might have been heading home but stopped to help. This saved the sale. I am unsure if we would have come back since we saw multiple staff sitting in the warmth of the used sales floor. His kindness and the speedy system in place at the dealership helped us walk out with a very nice 2011 Chevy Malibu. My husband and I are very impressed with his ability to win back a frozen couple looking to buy a car that night. I was shopping for a Mazda for my daughter. Part of this exercise was intended to educate her on the car buying experience. I began my search at Mazda of Roswell but ultimately ran into the typical long drawn out sale process followed by the attempt to "sell" us on purchasing based on MSRP. The young lady we were working with actually tried to convince us that we should pay their price because she and my daughter could be BFF's. This was by far the WORST and most insulting experience I have ever experienced. On the recommendation of a friend I called Hennessy Mazda. Because I live in Cumming and they were in Morrow I negotiated over the phone. I can't tell you how responsive and professional the Sales Manager Paul Favorite and his salesman Mark Cooper were throughout the entire transaction. Not only am I satisfied with the overall deal, Paul and his team demonstrated how a car dealer should operate when selling a car and building a relationship. It was well worth the drive to Morrow.

The professional reception I received from the service advisor after I was told that my emailed reservation was NOT received by Ms. Ramsey, was exceptional. I am concerned that the recalled AIRBAG was NOT resolved during my visit . . . two hours are more than inconvenient for me to make time to visit a dealership - regardless of their welcome - not to mention the danger of an AIRBAG mishap. Further, paying $68 to replace a $4 bulb is reminder why visiting a dealership may not be advisable except for a recall.

We were referred by a very close friend of mine who had a wonderful experience at the Hennessy of Southlake location. We worked with Chris Brown and he was a god send. He was very knowledge able and answered the millions of questions that I had. Chris was extremely professional and courteous. I have two children under two and he didnt even bat an eye when they started screaming at the top of their lungs during delivery of the vehicle. I had explained that my baby sitter fell thru and he was very understanding and even helped me with the kids. He would laugh with them, make funny faces and even had a full on conversation with my two year old who many people can barely understand. During our OnStar set up Chris was even courteous enough to step out of the vehicle when I was giving them my personal information, which not many sales people do. I highly recommend you visit Hennessy of Southlake for your new car! They are all wonderful people!!

I found the vehicle on Cars.com. I then sent several emails and asked about my trade. I sent them pictures and a vehicle description worksheet and they gave me a great price. The vehicle I purchased had a few defects that were quickly addressed. Mr. Hitchhock answered all my questions and Rene Scott sealed the deal. I also dealt with the sales manager Hector and he was very helpful as well. I will do business there in the future. I read previous negative reviews about problems with the vehicle after the sale and I can say that they addressed any problem that I had. I did this during the 3 day review period. They replaced a tire, the windshield seal was repaired, and the passenger tail light assembly was replaced with no questions asked.

Had to have service after the sale and you would have thought I never even bought my car here. Repairs were not complete and I could have done a better job myself. Worst ever! I have purchased at least 15-20 vehicles and this is by far the worst experience from beginning to end. It started with the salesman who did not know anything about the vehicle. He was very polite and tried his best to be honest and keep my business but didn't appear very experienced. Next came the arrogant finance guy who offered me this ridiculous interest rate. When i told him that i knew my credit score and that his rate was non-sense his response was "Do i want the car or not?" After a short dialouge he asked what i thought my rate should be, after giving him a minimum rate his response was "I can do that". Wow I thought to myself "What a rip-off". I asked for my salesman and asked him to leave the room. After speaking with my salesman i decided that i would think about it overnight but would not deal with same finance guy. At this point I probably should have taken my business eleswhere but i really liked the car and was having trouble finding that particular model, interior/exterior color and features that i wanted. The next morning i applied for financing through my credit union which approved me with an even better rate. When the dealership called i informed them that i would be purchasing the car but would be financing through my credit union. When i got to the dealership the finance manager offered me an even better rate then the credit union, again i thought "Wow" and couldn't help but think why wasn't this offered in the very beginning? After completing the purchase i asked the salesman if he could put some gas in the car because the gas light was on and he said they did not put gas in cars because of the high volume of cars they sold. The next day one of the headlights went out. After some back and fourth conversation they elected to replace the headlight. When i bought the car to them i was told that i would have to leave it overnight because it would have to be taken to the actual maker dealership for replacement. Overnight turned into 5 days and when it was returned another part was broken and the light was not installed properly which led me to believe it was not done by the maker dealership. They took the car back stating it would be about 30 minutes but that turned into 4 hours. Because they refused to give me a loaner i was forced to sit at the dearlership and wait. When the car was returned they said the broken part was broken when they received it . They argued that until i showed them pictures i had taken prior to purchasing the car. The new part was ordered and replaced and now i have one super bright headlight and one not so bright because a cheaper quality light was used to replace the burned out one something the actual dealership would not have done. Most of the salesman appear to be pretty good people but outside of that watch out. Of course there was more but i'll stop here... BEWARE!!!

I have purchased nine cars over the last thirty years. The most recent purchase, from Hennessy Buick, was by far the best experience. Theirs was the lowest price of all the dealers I shopped with, even without negotiations, and they found exactly the car that I wanted. Once I went in to the dealership, the paperwork and delivery took less than an hour. The routine and few other repair service visits over the last two years have also been good experiences --they really do their best to take care of their customers by providing fast service and honest assessments of what does and does not need to be done to the cars. (The recently updated showrooms and service departments are also really nice!!)

I've never purchased a vehicle long-distance before, and was a bit apprehensive about doing so. I found just the identical vehicle and price range we were searching for to replace a vehicle that my mom had totaled in an accident at Hennessy. From the first contact throughout the entire process Mike Novotny was excellent in fielding all my many questions by way of emails and calls. He thoroughly explained the process, he then FedEx'd all the paperwork overnight to reduce the time upon arrival and met me at the airport when I flew in to take possession of the vehicle. Although we didn't end up buying from Hennessy, their response to our Cars.com inquiry was very prompt and helpful--I was half expecting it to be ignored, but I got a callback just an hour after using the 'contact/email us' option on Cars.com. I traded in my Honda CRV and bought a 2014 Mazda CX-5. My sales person was John Allen. Being a Saturday I was told that my money from the Trade In would not be available until Monday which was understandable. On Monday my son went out of his way to return the 2nd key we had for the Honda. On Wednesday when I contacted John the salesperson about the refund from my trade in he said that they had sent the whole amount to Honda and that Honda would cut me a check after deducting the payoff amount. He said it was sent to Honda electronically. Today is Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013. I called Honda and was told that they had not received any payoff as yet. Such blatant lies and deceit - it is people like these that make it hard for us to trust anyone. These are the kind that destroy our trust in the human kind. John Allen even displays a picture of his granddaughters to make us break the ice. I am looking for my refund so I can help another human being with some funds. And these guys are putting me through the ringer to get my money back. What a shame!!!!!

Wow. Just wow! I worked with Markus when I was shopping around for a Mazda 3. I was looking at 3 different dealerships. Markus had the most competitive price for my car. Unfortunately, it was not in the color I wanted (I am picky). So, I thought he would just say "I'm sorry, I wish we could have helped". Nope. Markus kept trying to find me a great deal. Was sold a 2012 at a price that was based on the fact that the car had not been wrecked. At the time of purchase I even asked Ron Gerassi about the bumper looking slightly darker and asked if it had been in a wreck and he said, "no". He said that it was not uncommon for the bumper to look different as it was made out of plastic while the car was made of metal. Being that they were the experts, it was dusk and the car was under their lights I believed him. Boy was I wrong to trust him (them), because I just recently, less than a month after buying the car, found out that not only had the bumper been painted, but their was apparent body (bondo) work done to the right rear fender. The body guy was able to tell because whoever did the repair did not do a quality job and buff out the lines. When I contacted Carl Moses, the manager, he pretty much could care less and said that the car Fax was clean. Therefore, if you find yourself dealing with these guys be weary as they will pamper you on the front end, but will care less about you once the sale is made.

Great customer service and facilities were good. Offered us drinks/snacks and even had a playground for the kids. Cleaned the car very well before we got it. The only reason I would not give an overall excellent rating is because even though we were pre-approved and they had spoken to the our credit union, they would not let us take the car home the same day. We had to come back the next day with the check before releasing the car. The sales man said he would have brought the car out to us but it was still a pain not to have gotten it the first day we went out; otherwise, great experience.

This is my 2nd purchase from Hennessy and I must say I was a pain, well not a pain but I was very selective about what I wanted both times. I reviewed the cars online, and each time I had a question or concern I called. Mr. Roy Fuller was my salesman and he was extremely patient each and every call. He also made it his business to call me everyday to see if I had any concerns or questions. There was no pressure for an immediate sale or no pressure to make me buy the first car I saw. As a matter of fact I did not buy my first choice or my second choice. But I did buy the best choice. I am extremely happy and could not had done it without the help of Mr. Fuller. I'm looking forward to my next purchase from Hennessy, so are my neice and my daughter. I reccommend this site to anyone who loves to compare prices as much as I do. I have purchased a lot of cars but have never been treated as nice as I was treated at Hennessy. I had looked and compared prices at other dealers but I can honestly say no one beat the price I got at Hennessy . I'm loving my convertible camaro and hats go off to my salesman Roy Fuller very professional and made it a wonderful experience . Mr. Scott in finance was very helpful and was willing to beat the financing my credit union had approved for me. Loving my car can't wait to next summer to really get a chance to enjoy it.

We purchased a new 2012 GMC Terrain from Hennessy. We used USAA car buying service to get a best price on the particular Terrain we had our heart set on. The price we were offered proved to be the best in the market. We compared our pre-approved financing with our bank to the GMC financing offer and discovered we would save approximately $4000.00 over the life of the financing if we went forward with GMC financing. I was able to pre-qualify on-line prior to getting to the dealership. Everything from price, financing, etc. was completed prior to my arrival. All we had to do was walk in sign documents and be treated like rock stars from the entire team at Hennessy. Most of all, we have to recognize our sales person, Bruce who came in on his day off and followed up with us a week later to make sure we were taken care of. This was the most no-hassle no-pressure experience we have ever had. Everyone there worked as a team and exceeded our expectations.

I just completed a fly and ride purchase from Hennessy Mazda and couldn't be happier. About 3 emails and a couple of text messages was all it took to do the deal with Damon Carter. Damon emailed me the sales order so I knew all the charges ahead of time. Calvin met me at the ATL baggage claim and within minutes I was at the dealer. A quick test ride of the vehicle and JB had all the paperwork. Within 1 1/2 hours from landing I was driving home in my new Mazda3 (and averaging 42.3mpg!). Perfect!!! It can be uneasy dealing with folks who are hundreds of miles away, but the good people at Hennessy put my fears to rest early on. If you are looking for a great deal on the car you want and not what your local dealer has on the lot, then do a search of Hennessy's inventory and call Damon.

This has been the absolute WORSE car buying experience I have ever gone through. My salesman was nice and courteous but the buying/finance portion was a complete catastrophy. Departments do not communicate with each other and will leave the consumer in the dark about what is going on. You will wait for hours, have to make multiple telephone calls, and probably have to go back to this dealer to receive any type of resolution. Do not and I say DO NOT waste your time at this dealer. You will fully regret it!!!

I am compelled to place a review because of some of the negative responses I have read here. I purchased a 2004 Ford F-350 in the summer of 2011 from Cecil Jones in the Used Car Dept. This guy went overboard in trying to please me and spent hours helping me and going over my vehicle requirements. He even took me to the repair shop where they had some trade in trucks that were being repaired of any mechanical defects that Hennessy found after taking them in on trade. Cecil didn't push my decision to buy. Like all buyers I went vehicle shopping with my guard up. But, this used vehicle salesman did everything he could to get the price down where I wanted it. I had already talked him down below the internet advertised price and when I kept dickering past his authority, I talked with the used care manager himself. He came down even more and the price was well below the advertised price and a money saving deal for me. This older truck was clean, low mileage and was serviced ready to go. It is still running well today, which is April 24 of 2012. I recommend buying from Hennessy and Cecil Jones to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle. This definitely is a reputable dealer who sells quality vehicles with the idea in mind of getting your business again later on. By the way, I drove a 100 miles one way to buy this vehicle. It was worth the drive. I couldn't finds anything close to this quality, the low mileage, and the price in my area of Georgia. Since my purchase they send me specials on maintenance items for my vehicle through the email because I bought there. I unfortunately can't take advantage of that because of the driving distance, but it is appreciated anyway. I recommend Hennessy to everyone.

Don't expect anything other than the minimum it takes for them to sell you a car. The vehicle I purchased wasn't in as good of condition as advertised. The salesman told me he did a thorough walk around and convinced me to drive 5 hours only to find scratches, dents, and wear that could easily be seen. When they tell you you're getting replacement floor mats, don't expect anything other than the cheapest mat available on the market. I bought the vehicle only because of it's low mileage, nothing else.

Daddy bought a used truck more than 10 years ago and its still going strong! We drive thru just to look at the varied selection. They never hassle me nor do they pressure me to buy anything they just wave and we look at the deals on the lot. When I search online for just about any used car their prices are the best. By now you would think I work there but nope...

I was not please because when the dealer say that can work a deal that means to me that no matter what the sticker price is that they should be willing to make a sell and make the customer happy. But that's a sales person for you always focus on that commission.

I drove four hours to Atlanta to pick up a car advertised on website as RWD and when I got there it was AWD. I spoke with a salesman several times on the phone and he never mentioned that the car was AWD and not RWD. I got no more than a "sorry" that I wasted 8 hrs. and $100 gas. SHODDY!
