The team here is excellent -- in fact, this is my second Alfa Romeo from this dealership. Maz and Roberto were incredibly fast in responding to all my communications and my second deal here was fast and convenient. The total time I invested -- from my initial inquiry, to finding the right car, to the negotiation, to signing the papers -- was essentially completed in less than a couple of hours. And I should mention, most of this time was spent from the comfort of my home while Roberto and Maz put in the work to put the deal together. They are all gentlemen and ladies here, including Jackie who completed the financial transaction. It's a pleasure to do business with this team and I commend Herb Chambers for assembling, training and leading such a fine group of people. I can not say enough good things about our experience from start to finish with Herb Chambers Alfa Romeo. From the beginning our sales guy, Noel was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Then we met the manager Maz, again you could just tell he genuinely cares about his customers and making them happy! We had never leased before only purchased. They both took the time to explain all the details and made sure we felt comfortable. After a few days of questions and test drives we decided to pull the trigger. The great service didn't stop there. I'm not here to bash the previous dealerships we have dealt with but let's just say our last car we purchased for almost 50k and had to beg to get a key chain, absolutely no woo'ing, which with spending money like that I would expect a little something. Not these guys, they pulled out all the stops... Detailed the car, pulled it in front of a banner to take pictures, put velvet ropes around, a huge bow on top and to add icing to the cake Noel brought a confetti cannon from home for us since he knew how bad our previous experiences have been!! To some those details might not matter but when your spending money like this I would expect excellent customer service, which these guys definitely displayed. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a car, they are some of the few left in the business that actually care about their customers

I took my Cadillac in Herb Chambers many times to get service for my car. The first time they said it was nothing but a Battery that needed to be charged. I pay for my service and continue to have the same problem. I have them check it again with my regular oil changes again they tell me it is nothing. At this time I am 100% covered by the warranty on my car which I purchased for them brand new. I return it for a 3rd time and hey call me to tell me it is the battery which was replaced less then a year ago. I said fine but can you ensure that it is working 100% before you give return it to me. They finally after 6 hours call me back and tell me that is something completely different and now it is going to cost me over $1000.00 that they could have easily caught if they did the job correctly the first time. Rushed Service and always trying to make a $$ instead of focusing on the customer. My family owns two Cadillac's and we have stated never again will we buy or service from Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick or and other Herb Chambers.

I hate doing this but I feel like I have to. Yes I have to pay out of pocket for looseness in my steering even thou it is under warranty, even thou they messed up my registration, even thou they threaten to sell my car with money already put down after just one working day! Even thou I got two different reasons one from Neil Well it is our policy to hold only to the end of the month and then Paul Well if it went to Friday What?, Even thou my car had 5 different things wrong with it, even thou car didnt pass inspection, even thou couldnt drive it legally 11 out of 21 days. Even thou I requested several time the 112 pt inspection. After all that I expected free oil change or extended Warranty but No!!! They didnt even fix the looseness and according to Neil You should had it fail again, because then we would of have to fix it. We will only fix it if we have to What? it is under warranty! Herb Chambers does really well at selling cars and they dont care about customer service (Leave the dead carcass on the side of the road). I left a sales job because they changed their focus on new business and not the customer service. In fact one of the tricks they used any problem customer send them up to the manager so he would deal with them and you could stay focus on selling. I should have known! Instead of Neil being upset nobody was returning or following up with me he said, Just only talk to me. That was the kiss of death So now I have to pay out of pocket for something they should fix. If I was a lawyer or hired one they would fix it but already the aggravation and time loss from work was too much. So glad I didnt buy the extended warranty! Now I can be fully done with them. Even thou they won!

When We arrived at Herb Chambers we were created by Roberto I was pretty undecided as to what I really wanted whether it be a gmc or Cadillac after listening to Roberto I had decided that Cadillac was a better choice he showed me around to different cars.. I left that day to decide if I really wanted to spent that kind of money on a car.. I knew when I left that I wanted to buy a car from Roberto he was a great salesman with a lot of compassion and caring about us making the right choice for our needs not your typical pushy salesman.. I had an excellent experience at this dealership. It began with my online search for a used Cadillac that would meet my needs along with my budget and look good. I searched Herb Chambers site along with other websites. I had brought my car into the dealership for services because of a recall and remembered how courteous everyone was that day. I found 2 Cadillacs(red or black) in stock that fit my criteria. I emailed the dealership, within the hour was contacted by Lauren with all the answers to my initial questions. My first trip to the dealership I test drove the vehicle. I left there unsure about purchasing the car. It was several days later when I returned to the dealership with many questions and doubts as to which car to purchase. That's when I met Natalie Simoneau salesperson. Natalie was extremely knowledgeable about the two vehicles that I was interested in. Natalie answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns about purchasing a used vehicle. She explained the options available with purchasing a used car and about the Cadillac certification. She definitely put my mind at ease. After meeting Natalie, the only decision I had to make was Red or Black. She put me in contact with Jackie in the finance department who was wonderful to work with as well, she diligently worked to secure me low interest rate. On Saturday, when I picked up my new vehicle, Natalie was waiting for me. She assisted me with the OnStar setup, along with the Bluetooth. She took the time to go over all of the controls and additional features that my new car had to offer. This truly was a great experience, the staff at the dealership was wonderful. It would be my recommendation to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new or used car to contact Herb Chambers and make sure that you ask for NATALIE SIMONEAU. You will not be disappointed. I want to give an update to be fair. I did take my car to an automotive repair service to confirm the looseness in my steering! The mechanic noticed that there is looseness in the steering specifically front left side. When I brought this info to Herb Chambers I was told since it passed MA inspection and it is borderline that they will not fix it! even though it was still under the original 30 day warranty period. HOWEVER, they did give me an additional 30 days for warranty but just for that specific steering issue. To see if it gets severe? The right outcome would have been or still to be for Herb Chambers to just fix the problem and it will make a lot of past issues go away and I can finally enjoy my Cadi! The other scenario is that they don't fix it then the fight continues or I just pay out of pocket to fix it. Wish me luck that Herb Chambers makes it right. This has been on going see my other review.

I ambled into the used car dealer showroom with little expectation and was met by Roberto De La Rosa. My preferred auto was a 2013/14 Mercedes C Class. But before we started looking for the Mercedes I found and noted a used caddy that looked lovely and could fit my budget. Then Roberto helped me look for the right Mercedes on the web. We found several but none that excited me either with color, mileage, intangibles or price. Then we came across a 2013 model with a unique brown color, fully loaded, 20,000 miles and a fair price; bingo! The car was in Boston at the Herb Chambers Mercedes-Benz dealership. Roberto called and the car was available. Roberto got me in touch with the sales department where I arranged to travel the 70 miles the next day. The car and everything about it turned out to be perfect for my wants and a real gem that looked like it had never been driven. During the sales process Roberto kept in touch with offers to help as needed. What stood out about Roberto was his grasp of my vision and his steady focus on achieving that vision. Along the way he asked the right questions and offered information vital to my process. And, when I asked he gave me his opinion. Update on this.....I had to lower the review to one star because I couldn't do zero. I still say that Harold was great. But, in addition to the bumper mentioned below, I noticed that the rear defrost on the car wasn't working. I called saying I didn't think it was working - pretty soon after I bought the car,.......but, thinking that it was Herb Chambers and they stand behind their products, I said I would make sure.....I confirmed and eventually got it fixed. $300. (At this point, I hadn't even received the $100.....still haven't). I called and told them that I paid. crickets. Had to call several times. They finally agreed to $200 of the $500 I had to shell out.In summary. If you want a car that NEEDS $500 in work and you want to deal with a company generous enough to give you 40% of that. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere!I'm giving 2 stars because Harold, the sales guy, was outstanding. But, soon after purchasing my (used) car, I heard a noise when I hit any kind of bump. I live far away from the dealership, so I brought the car to a place near my house....they told me the dealership had painted the bumper and did not reattach the bottom. I said to go ahead and fix it.....I paid $200.I contacted Herb Chambers about reimbursement. They agreed to pay half. They sold me a car with an unattached bumper and they took HALF responsibility. How am I responsibility for a penny of this?I loved Harold. There's NO WAY Herb Chambers of Warwick (or, likely, any Herb Chambers) will get any more business from me.

As usual the service was excellant. I arrived a little earlier than my appointment time and I was immediately taken care of; service was prompt and courteous in spite of a crowded waiting area. AJ Pulvie is amazing. He deals with all types of personalities, ( I tend to wander around and could overhear some conversations), with patience and understanding of the individuals problem. As I have stated before, he is one of the main reasons I continue to buy a Cadillac, I am interested in an SUV, smaller than the Escalade but a little larger than the XRS( which my daughter has). The other GM and GMC dealers in this area do not provide the excellant service or listen to their customers the way he does. You better not lose him. I should also mention my daughter has a special needs child and AJ is very understanding whenever we are in for service of our situation.

I had a tire blow out. I was able to have the car dropped just before closing. The car was fixed by Noon the next day (it also required shock replacement). I also asked AJ, if we could borrow one of the large red ribbons that were placed on the showroom cars for Christmas, as we were giving a daughter a car for Christmas. AJ made it happen! Terrrific!

I purchased a 2012 Cadillac SRX with only 15,500 miles on it in mint condition from Harold. It was the easiest purchase I ever made. I wish I had started doing business with Herb Chambers years ago. There was no pressure at all to buy the car. I agreed on a trade in price with Steve, the sales manager and the deal was done. I then finalized the purchase of the vehicle with Jackie and also purchased a extended warranty. All three were great to work with and are down to earth people, not your typical car sales people. Harold later showed me around the dealership and then explained all the features of the suv. It is one of the nicest vehicles I have ever owned and would recommend a SRX to anyone who wants a smooth, quiet running car with plenty of power plus the luxuries Cadillac has always been known for. Again thanks to Harold, Steve and Jackie for making my purchase so pleasurable.

This was the most professional dealership I have ever been too. Everyone was extremely helpful. I first spoke with Erika about coming in to have my car appraised, as well as look at some cars within my price range. When I arrived I was greeted by Paul who introduced me to Roberto. After speaking with Roberto about what I was looking for, I went back to Paul to set up the finance agreement. I never once felt like I was being forced into something that I did not want. I was having a very difficult time deciding between BMW, which I had for years, and moving over to Cadillac. purchased new SRX . Jackie sasso, business manager very helpful and displays positive energy, set up appointment on 9/9/15 at 1100 for simonize glass coat and venture shield, she states in at 1100 out by 3:00p.m. I arrived at 1050 and at approx. 1125 arrived at enterprise for my rental. after further confusion there I was taken back to herb chambers by enterprise staff- now it is after1200. kevin in service greeted me and immediately found kevin barry to speak with me-Jackie offered me the loaner, I never asked, enterprise stated I need to pay for the gas I used-I stated I'm not paying for gas. kevin barry understood and after someone called enterprise back at approx. 1230, enterprise arrived with the loaner an hour later . It is now 1330!. I asked what time my SRX would be ready and was told 4:00p.m.. I arrived back at herb chambers at 3:30, spoke with kevin barry and in steps Michael Pacheco, my sales consultant, who states my car is ready, he drives it to the front door and I immediately see spots all over the windows and notice some sort of swirly film on the hood, Michael points out the venture shield and then sdmits the car needs to return to service. I am now left to wonder if the simonize glass coat was done on the vehicle before the venture shield. finally, at 4:23p.m ,I"m on my way home. my first experience with the service dept. was my worst customer service experience , ever! Keep in mind this is for services I'm PAYING for!. to sum it upI felt because Jackie was off for the day, I didn't feel anyone was looking out for me. total frustration!

Finally got through but when I had to call back, same thing...promise to call back but no one ever did. Also, when I call the number for SERVICE, the first question I'm asked is sales or service. Why? Lastly, when I asked for service, I has given Kevin in sales who volunteered to transfer me to Kevin in service when all the time I had asked for AJ in Service. Terrible phone service.

I came to the dealership for service on my Cadillac SUV--a simple oil change and rotation of my tires!. On that day my 89 year old mother was with me and wanted lunch. I asked Brittani where would be the safest place to cross the street to get to Chic-fil-a which is my mother's favorite place for lunch. Britain provided a car and driver to take us across the street and back to the dealership because it would not be safe to cross the street. I am a public service employee and customer service 101 is our number one focus. The dealership was fine with the exception of the receptionist who did not know how to help with your roadside assistance program. No courtesy vehicle was offered. No services were extended and it took over 18 hrs from the time Onstar called about the flat to the time I arrived at the dealership. The dealership itself was great. Kevin listened to the issues I had experienced and the service manager, Iman, was great. I currently have no confidence in roadside assistance. Actually found out that they had never spoken to the Cadillac tech who was supposed to be bringing me a spare. He no longer works for the dealership and never answered his cell. Robo calls were just plain stupid. Said 15 min. with no basis. Said that the tech was with me or my service was bing completed when no one was anywhere to be seen. Misinformation and long aggravating waits were the norm. I'm glad I was able to pump it up and drive home. My biggest concern was that I had my two dogs with me. If I had not driven home , it would have been a nightmare. If I was on a long road trip, I don't know what would have happened. We occasionally drive to NC. There are long stretches of no population to speak of. Would we have been stranded with two dogs, little food and no restroom while Cadillac tried to contact a nonexistent person? I'm rethinking AAA. The service was unacceptable on all levels. Saying it was a nightmare is an understatement. The dealership itself was great.

I was in for a service appointment last week. My 2012 CTS was due for routine maintenance and was idling a little rough. As I drove into the service drive, I was greeted by a valet, who opened my door and directed me to the service adviser, A.J. After explaining the symptoms of my car, he seemed to know exactly what I was talking about and told me it would be finished no later than 2:00 the following day. He immediately had a new CTS brought up for me that was gassed and washed (I almost think he had it pulled from the showroom). I was amazed at the level of service A.J. and his team provided. When he called and said my car was ready, i was almost disappointed, I was really getting to like the new CTS he provided me with. While picking up my 2012, it was purring like a kitten, and was looking like it was brand new again. Kudos to the reconditioning department. I then bumped into Harold, the sales advisor who helped me by my car in 2012. We are now in the process of putting a deal together on a new CTS like the one I was driving for a day. What a great experience. For myself as well as many others, going to a Car Dealership for service rates lower than a trip to the dentist.. and is usually more painful. A.J. and Harold made me feel like I was a guest at the Ritz Carlton. This has truly been an unexpected, exceptional experience. I look forward to my next visit with my new 2015 CTS!

Subsequent visits to the car dealership have reinforced my decision to buy from there time and time again. I dont feel like just a customer I feel like I am part of the family. I called the dealership, they said, Come right in and we will provide you with a vehicle. It isnt every day that I decide to write a good review about a car dealership. In fact, I have a lot of work to do. We found the car online at Autotrader or cargarus, very shortly after we were contacted by Lauren to answer any questions. Then we came to an agreement for the value estimated my trade in with Lauren and Jeff online and by phone. (Response time was always great). We had financing in place, but Kevin was able to find a deal better by over 1/2 a percent over my local lender. He had the deal approved in about an hour or less from when we spoke. We travelled over 3 hours to come to this dealership not knowing what to expect. Upon walking in the dealership, we were met by Harold, welcoming us by name before making to the receptionist desk. Lauren walked over to introduce herself. Kevin stopped in to Harolds office to introduce himself and gather some documents from me to expedite the process. Jeff came an introduced himself before we left to ensure our satisfaction. Every member of the sales staff greeted us and asked us about our trip to the dealership, wished us a safe trip home, or commented on the car we were purchasing. It made it feel like the entire organization was truly working together to do every little thing they could to make our experience the best possible. The paper process at the dealership was very quick and easy. I kept waiting for the catch, but there was none. The payment I was told a few days before I made it to the dealership stayed the same as I was promised. The dealership had stepped up and gave me a little more for my trade in upon inspection of the car to make sure my goal was met. The car was detailed beautifully. Zero mechanical issues. No dings, dents or any visible imperfections. We truly would like to thank everyone at the dealership and the people that worked with us, and the people behind the scene we did not get to meet. Bought my car last Friday -- the engine light has been on since the first day -- and now the car is a science project for Herb Chambers and GM. I want my XTS back in running order. Can't understand why the engine light was on in the first place --- dealer staff was using the car with the light on rather than fixing the problem so the car could be sold without any problems or interruptions. Very strange and disturbing. The good news is that my sales associate, George, if a fabulous person --- caring, attentive and supportive. Herb Chambers has my $$$ but I don't have my XTS. :(

I was looking for a new Cadillac and I had already knew that Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick had quite an inventory, I had the pleasure of dealing with Harold as the salesman and also Neil the GM, I cannot tell you how they really went above and beyond to get me into a new Cadillac, they were so very nice and they really had to do quite a bit to get me a new Cadillac for what I wanted to pay per month. I did do some checking around at Long Cadillac and Diamond Cadillac, they were nice but they could not compare to what I was getting from Herb Chambers. Also, when I went to sign the papers and pick up the car, the business manager Kevin Barry treated me like I was a part of his family, he explained everything and I mean everything, he also went over my credit report, he wanted me to understand everything on the credit report besides the papers I was signing. They are all really great people, but besides that, they are going to do whatever it takes to get you into the car you want. Harold, Neil and Kevin Barry are just outstanding people they absolutely deserve recognition for such a great job, I am so very happy with everything. Basically what I want to say is, you have to give Herb Chambers Cadillac a chance at amazing you like they amazed me, I promise if you go there, that dealership will be your dealership forever!!!!!! This was our 1st trip to HCC and also our last. This was not our 1st buying experience at a dealership. I got the feeling right away that we were not a priority due to the fact that we weren't looking at NEW cars. We were lowballed on our trade-in and they refused to budge on the price of the used car we were interested in. They were "friendly" enough, but didn't really seem interested in making us happy. We expected more from a "big name" dealership. The car had "blizzak" winter tires, for which we told them that those were not all-season and that we expected them to change them...OVERRULED! There was only a single key at delivery, and we were told that the "key guy" only came on Monday afternoons, and that we would have to accommodate HIS schedule which was a 2 hour window. We have put approximately 4000 miles on the car since buying it less than 5 months ago and there is a problem with the transmission now. Steve the sales manager, tells us that they're very sorry that it is not under warrantee anymore. Yes, we are upset...but we'll get the repairs done somewhere else and we will never forget to tell everyone how we were disappointed. We honestly did not expect that Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick would be run like a lowly used car lot!!

I went to their website to value my trade in and immediately received an email and a phone call from Victoria who was very nice and helpful. I live about an hour and half away and wanted to talk financing before I drove down there so Victoria put me in touch with Paul who was fantastic. This is my third car bought by Herb Chambers. This is my last Cadillac that I will get in the RI dealer. We are in the market for another Cadillac because very poor service in a new car I will go straight to the Mercedes dealer in Natick. No comparison with the service and management team. I can believe is the same company. One is run like a gas station and the other one is the best in every department. It has been 6 months since I was at the Cadillac dealer because my trunk lock is broken, After many phone calls today I was inform that the piece has been there for 6 months. The car is blowing oil, Nobody called back, I bought a car with 1800 miles. I told to Leo the sales manager and I felt bully. If I can get out the car I will. No post sale service a lot.

I recently purchased a CTS coupe from George B at Herb Chambers Cadillac. From the second I stepped foot into the dealership he made me feel comfortable and welcome. I have purchased vehicles in the past and once they got me to sign on the dotted line the service ended, but not with George. He explained, very patiently, every feature of the car. The service I got from George wasn't the typical service you get walking into a car dealership. He treated me like family. I wasn't sure if my car would fit in my garage so George brought the car to my house and made sure it would fit. What sales rep does that??? It gets even better. I'm technically challenged so after I bought the car he came back to my house and programmed my garage door opener to my car. Cadillac is my car of choice and George Belovitch is now my salesman for life. You WILL NOT find better service.

I would like to let everyone know how wonderful this dealership is. If it were not for Mario and Paul I would not be out of my last car and into a new car that I absolutely love. Mario reached out to me to follow up on whether or not I was still looking to purchase a vehicle, I had not bought anything yet due to being so upside down in my car loan. I thought I was going to be stuck with my old car for at least another 3 years until it was paid off, but NOPE Mario and Paul were able to get me into a VERY NICE Toyota Camry Se. I recently worked with Paul and Mario at this dealership. I can honestly say it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Paul and Mario were amazing, they did everything under the sun and then some to get the bank to finance me. Unfortunately due to lack of money to put down I was not able to get into any vehicle, but I was so impressed by them and everyone else at the dealership that I had to let other people know. From my first introduction to Mr. Kenny Turchetta, to his introducing me to his sales manager, Mr. Steve Mello, to picking up my new Cadillac ATS, my "sales" experinece with Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick was seamless! Kenny was quickly and professionally able to identify precisely the car that was a perfect fit for me. Having previously owned a Lexus and more recently a BMW, this was my first "Caddy." During my test drive, Kenny enthusiastically explained all of the features of the car, and quite frankly, sounded like he could have built same. His passion and pride were evident. Kenny introduced me to his sales manager, Mr. Steve Mello. Steve personally appraised my BMW and quoted me a fair price. Next, after checking his inventory, Steve found the exact car that I was looking for, from the options package, to my desired white diamond color. Steve walked me through the numbers and quoted me a price that was less than I had anticipated. Steve's focus on putting me in the right car at the right price, was more than I could have expected. Steve is the consumate professional who made me feel like a close friend or family member, and not a figure on his monthly sales sheet. Finally, I was introduced to Mr. Paul Nishco, the Business manager. From our first to our last handshake, Paul made the "business" of purchasing the car feel less like a business transaction and more like a personal "investment" in my complete comfort and financial satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised with my recent car buying experience at H. C. Cadillac. It started with a quick response to my internet inquiry and continued all the way through the financing process. Most of my communication was conducted through email which I found to be very convenient. Kevin Ferreira (Business Development Manager) played an active role in making this sale happen and Paul Nischo (Business Manager) did a great job of finding an interest rate that was lower than I could find on my own. Prior to taking possession of the vehicle, Tom Nisbet (Salesman) took the initiative to program the radio stations to mirror the settings in trade in. That was a first! I purchased a 2010 SRX with 32000 miles. I also purchased the extended warrentee which made it a certified car. I was told that it would be checked out and the brakes woul;d be replaced with new ones. I have had the car a little over 8 months now and have put 9000 miles on it .I have just brought it in for service to have a few things repaired, the brake noise being one of them. I was told it needed front and rear brakes at a cost of $600.00 .I was told the brakes were checked when I bought it and there was aprox 70 to 80 % of the pads left at that time and they wore out in 9000 miles. I was also told that they don't know how I drive.So I am out of luck . What kind of customer service is that I thought I was buying a good car from a good dealer .Well shame on me never again.

Second car I purchased from this dealer. Price for my new 2014ATS with my 2012CTS trade was 12% less than two other dealers in close by Ma. and on a $43,000 car we are talking significant savings. George delivered the car personally to me at my business in Ma. and spent over an hour completely explaining the Cue system which supposedly is a little hard to master, but not with George as a guide. I even called him the next day with a couple of questions which he promptly explained.Love the car and will be buying my 2016 Cady there.

I was interested in the new Cadillac ATS. When I went into Herb Chambers Cadillac for a test drive Sabrina Taillon anticipated all my needs. she lined up a test drive in a car that had many of the same features as the BMW I was trading in and few more must haves. She was very knowledable about all the advanced technology in the car and made it all easy to understand. She showed my wife and I a number of different cars in stock, but she had done such a great job up-front that we bought the car we had test driven. She was also great getting the deal done and we drove home in our ATS the same day. Best of all she made the process fun and we were laughing the whole time. It wasn't anything like some of past experiences I've had with salesmen I couldn't wait to never see again. If you go to Herb Chambers ask for Sabrina -- smart, nice and very helpful after the sale. 5 stars in my book.

Back in October I brought my 2008 CTS in for service. They fixed the car satisfactorily, but the date of completiion was delayed. While the car was there they were to make an addition ignition key, which they did not do properly. The key did not work. Mailed it back to them in October, still waiting to be reimbursed after two phone calls and two emails I have not even received a call back. Will not be bring my car back there again. If they can't even make a key correctly and never took the time to even try the key, It makes me extremely anxious about the work done under the hood.

I was a motivated buyer and was looking for a specific car . The dealer in connecticut did not listen to my needs and was trying to sell me every car on their lot, which did not fit my need. I found a car on cars.com that did, it was at this warwick dealership, which was two hours away from my home. It was a long way to travel to look for a vehcile, but well worth it.From the first phone call, Kevin listened to my needs, and sent me info on three cars that fit my description. In that,I was very interested in one. I made an appointment to come to the dealership and this is where I met Steve Mello. He was attentive, and showed me exactly what i was looking for. He didnt try to sell me any car, he sold me exactly what i asked for. which for me, meant that they were paying close attention to every detail of our conversation.Next we met paul in finance. He was polite, respectful, and very sweet. We had the financing done very quickly.I could not be more happy with every individual in this dealership.

Three people in particular made this deal go with ease. Jacqueline Spardello the finance director was a-ma-zing. Not only did she get me a great rate but her finance menu (for those who don't know, gap insurance, wheel and tire protection ect ect..) was exceptionally reasonable. It was presented in a way in which she gave me the benefits AND disadvantages for each option. Honesty, professionalism, and the best personality I have ever seen made my financing experience a friendly and pleasurable one. Vinny Celeste the General sales manager was the one who inspect my 2008 Mercedes trade. Again with no disappointment he was honest as well he gave me a great trade in value for my car. Finally Neil Ferriera the General Manager really has a pulse on this competitive car industry. He made the deal a go with zero hesitation. The word "NO" does not exist in this dealership. Update:I just got off the phone with Neil from Herb Chambers Cadillac. I have an appointment to bring my car back in tomorrow. They said they are going to cover the rental. I'm hoping it's a Cadillac and not a Chevy Impala as I do have a certain image I have to maintain for work. InSkip's policy is if you have a Lexus, you get a Lexus. Same with all Inskip's other car brands.Original Issue:I had my Cadillac worked on twice at this dealership. Each time it took them over 3 to 4 days to get parts in even though they said it would be over night. On my last visit when I picked up the car it was covered in snow with a dead battery. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to jump it and clear the snow off. It wasn't snowing the day I picked it up but it snowed the day before. Once I got on the highway after picking up the car the same problem they "fixed" was still happening and was now worse. I called them up a day later and made another appointment to drop off the vehicle to fix the original problem that I asked them to fix in the first place. I asked for a loaner car for the day because they already had my car for 4 days before that. They said no unless it would take them more than 8 hours to fix. In my opinion its now going over 96 hours to fix the problem. It was funny when I dropped off the car originally I asked for a loaner car and they said they don't have loaner cars. Funny party was right when I was leaving a guy asked the same question and started raising his voice and magically they had a loaner car for him. I guess with Cadillac you have to be rude to get a loaner car because OVER PAYING for a car is not enough. The level of Cadillac service in general has gone downhill at least at this dealership and the one they bought out (Paul Masse). GM's policy of loaner cars is terrible. I can go buy a Lexus (or even a Nissan) at inskip right next door to this dealership and they would always give you a loaner car or and even offer to pick up the car at my house/work (which for me is a 30 minute drive away from the dealership) and leave you a loaner car to use. It's sad the day a Nissan dealership has better service than a Cadillac dealership. Maybe this is one of the major reasons more people are turning to Lexus, BMW, and MB because they take everything to the next level including their service department. I can definitely say that if Cadillac service policy or the dealerships policy doesn't change then I will never buy another Cadillac/GM which is sad since I'm not even 30 years old and already going to write off a major car company. I have a lot more cars in my lifetime to buy and Cadillac will probably not be one of them again

In October 2011, I was in the market for a new crossover vehicle. I had looked at the Audi Q5, Lexus 350, and the Cadillac SRX. They are all nice vehicles and I probably would have been happy with any one of them. I chose the Cadillac and a big reason for that was the way I was treated at Herb Chambers. I felt right from the beginning that I was taken seriously and treated courteously. As a woman (even in this modern age), I have found this isn't always the case. I've had the SRX for a month now and I'm really enjoying it. I also appreciated the followup call I received from Jade - just checking in to see how it's going.

Overall, a good experience with the repair department. I went to drive and potentially purchase a vehicle last month after seeing a CTS on cars.com. I found it disturbing that the price I was quoted was the lsited price on cars.com - no room for negotiation other than $200-$300. I called and spoke to the sales department before I arrived and wa todl I could purchase the car for $1200 less than was listed on cars.com. I met the new GM of this location and was told, no, we cannot sell it at that price....even though I was quoted a $1200 lower price via phone AND I HAD AN E-MAIL STATING THE LOWER PRICE I WAS QUOTED and still was told NO. I will never consider purchasing a car or sending my car back for repair at this location. THey called me three weeks later stating that the sales rep I met with was gone and a that he was the new sales rep. and wanted to know if I was still interested in purchasing. I did not call the new rep back as I am appalled at how I was dealt with and their "what are you crazy" attitude toward me. Just because i have teh $ does not mean I need to pay retail or more than i was quoted - ridiculous!

This dealership is over 2 hours from my home. I found them when looking for a Cadillac EXT on the net. I had no intention of driving the 2 hours and was just seeking information. After speaking with Paul Nischo (wonderful salesperson) I was so impressed with his professionalism that I looked up the dealer rating. Seeing their high satisfaction rating and having spoken with a Paul, I then shifted to "maybe I'll actually take the drive". We did the deal over the phone and I had no reservations while driving up because my confidence was so high. When I arrived, the Cadillac EXT was exactly as described (in fact, even nicer - Paul did not hype the product at all and was very conservative in how he described it - even more points for integrity and setting of expectations). They took one look at my trade-in and said their offer over the phone was good. It took a couple of hours to get paperwork done and for them to add a couple of missing items to make the car certified. And I am very pleased with the purchase experience. So, the deal was not a "killer" deal price-wise, but I felt I got a very good product and a good value for my trade-in and additional investment. The dealership is first class, with knowledgeable, honest and "easy to deal with" sales people and support staff. I would take the drive up and buy from Herb Chambers or Paul Nischo any day of the week. TF

The vehicle has been back a couple times for things but the service dept has been awesome. It is down there as I write this.They keep me updated daily. They gave me a car when they did not have too. My father recently leased a Cadillac SRX from Herb Chambers Cadillac in Warwick. He worked with Al Cave on the lease and when he came home all he could talk about was how Al had been so professional with him, explained program details in depth and treated him with respect. Dad had been taken advantage of a few years back at a different dealership in Providence on a lease so I was highly skeptical and went along when Dad went back to look at the car again. Al covered all of the details again with us and explained how the pull ahead program would work so that he could get out of his current lease early. To make a long story short, everything fell into place and Dad drove him with his new Cadillac the next day.The car has a lot of features that Dad had trouble understanding and retaining and yet every time he stopped by the dealership Al was there and happy to sit down and cover the features with him again and again. He checks in with Dad every couple of weeks to make sure everything is going well and feels like an old family friend. We were all surprised when Dad gave Al his Marine Corp hat badge thanking him for the integrity, honesty and courtesy that showed him. I think that says a lot about the quality of this man.

When we decided that we wanted to acquire a previously owned Land Rover, my wife and I searched the internet all across New England. After a couple of experiences of calling dealerships and inquiring about specific vehicles and scheduling appointments to see them only to arrive and find the vehicle either not there or no where near the condition they decribed, we contacted Herb Chambers Cadillac in Warwick, RI. I spoke Alan Cave one of their sales reps who took my number so he could verify the vehicle was still available, and he promptly called me back assuring me it was since we would be driving 80 miles in the snow to see it.When we arrived he had the LR ready and waiting for us and took us on a test drive. Even though this wasn't a brand that he normally demonstrated, he was knowlegeable and courteous throughout the process. There were a couple of small cosmetic issues that needed to be addressed and Alan assured us they would be. Three days later he personally delivered the vehicle to our home out of state and the car was perfect.About 30 days later I noticed some hesitation in the brakes and I contacted Alan. He coordinated with Pat Knapp in their service department and we dropped the vehicle off for service. They provieded us with a rental car and when the work was finished they again delivered the vehicle to us and returned the rental for us. Now that's amazing customer service!It was well worth the drive and we couldn't have been happy with Alan or the rest of the Herb Chambers staff!

He immediately made me feel comfortable and removed any stress that I had that usually is associated with car shopping. I purchased a preowned Cadillac from George Belovitch. George was a pleasure to work with. He had a lot of patience with me. He took the time to go over all the different options until I found the perfect vehicle. When he delivered the vehicle he did not rush thru the delivery. He spent a lot of time showing me how all the options worked. I've purchased a lot of vehicles in the past and I have never experienced such delightful service. I did not feel as if George was just interested in the sale. He made me feel like family. It's nice to see a saleman take such pride in his work. I immediatly loved my CTS but there was a problem with one of the tires after delivery. I contacted George and he got back to me immediatly. He directed me to the service advisor Steve Sennessey and with the help of the GM Paulo Cunha my issue was immediatly resoloved. I recommend George Belovitch and Herb Chamber Cadillac team in Warwick to all my friends who are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

When I went to Herb Chambers the employee that I worked with was George Belovitch. He was very informative and helping in the situation. I felt that he was upfront with me and allowed me to get a fair deal and not be cheated out of something I wanted. I would reccomend him to anyone who wanted to visit Herb Chambers. Also, if I wanted to buy another Cadillac then I would ask if George could be the employer that works with me. The ratings I gave him and his service were because he was a great service provider and was very fair in how he led me to buy my car. The experience I had at Herb Chambers was decent and I would go back to it in the future.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my CTS at Herb Chambers. The entire process was friendly and fast.I started the afternoon at a dealership right next to Herb Chambers. I was also looking at a G37X but there was only one salesman working and he was taking a customer on a test drive. I left and went over to Herb Chambers where I was greeted by William Krajewski as soon as I entered the door. I was on a test drive 5 minutes later. My toughest decision was choosing between the Coup and Sedan. I decided on the CTS sedan, Sliver/black, AWD/NAVI, 3.6DI with the performance package. This is the fist time I purchased a vehicle without having to settle on ALMOST what I wanted. When I picked up the car I felt like a kid on Christmas morning. My CTS was detailed with a full tank of gas. The entire experience could not have any been any better. A very happy,Christopher Smith

My wife and I were looking for a specific late model Cadillac SRX and Herb Chambers had one in stock. We knew nothing about the dealership but went to visit the vehicle. We were greeted with a very pleasant and welcoming facility and staff. We were introduced to George Belovitch who showed us the vehicle. George was very professional, well dressed and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Being a used vehicle it had a no haggle price and there was no pressure from George for us to buy it. When we decided to get the vehicle George was our advocate in working with us to finalize the deal. Being a used car there were a couple body work issues that needed attention. Both the dealership and George were very generous in getting everything in tip-top shape so that the car looked brand new when we took delivery. No pressure, no haggling, pleasant staff and a great car equals a wonderful experience.A couple weeks later we notice that the exhaust system had a slight rattling noise at idle. Nothing serious but something I did not like hearing... my wife did not even notice it. We called George and he said bring it in and they would fix it no questions asked. At the time I met with Steven Fennessey who facilitated getting the exhaust system replaced (to only fix a rattle!) and arranged for a loaner car while the repairs were being made. Steven was also very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the work being done on the car. The service center is a busy place but Steven took the time keep me posted on the progress of the repairs and made sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction before I left the dealership.If you are looking for a new or used Caddilac I would highly recommend Herb Chambers in Rhode Island. Ask for George!

My primary interface was George Bellovitch ( Sales ) - Outstanding!! He goes the extra mile and then some and is thoroughly engrossed and informative with all of the technologies built into each Cadillac. No one comes close to what George knows ( in my experience ). Neil Ferreira ( Sales Manager ) is fair, courteous, open to suggestions,knows how to get things done and listens to his customers. Debra Gleavey ( Finance ) takes all the number-crunching ugliness out of the final contract process and makes it fun with her open, amenable & humerous personality.
