Helpful staff from start to finish. I initially contacted sales via email. They provided a very competitive offer from the start. In dealing with sales team in the showroom. Staff was profession and not pushy at all. In the end I got a great deal from them and would recommend them if you're in the market for a Kia. Regarding service. Service has always been professional, thorough and reasonably priced. I've been pretty pleased with the service overall.

They were not satisfied with doing it the simple way and ended up doing it the more complicated, and I am sure more expensive, way. I bought my 2013 KIA Sportage at Herb KIA and knew I was going back. Cesar and Diego and the entire Service team is always on point and made my post sale experiences nothing but top notch. I am leasing my 2013 Kia from here (and will buy it at end of contract) and recently had a problem with 2 tires that required service and the use of my tire warranty. Because I don't live or work close to Herb Chambers Kia, I had it towed to York Kia of Medford - HUGE MISTAKE! It took York Kia 46 hours to tell me that (1) they didn't have the tires in stock and (2) it didn't really matter because they aren't certified by the tire warranty company to get reimbursed for the tires or the work. I was devastated and furious that they waited so long to look at the warranty paperwork (faxed to them last night). Enter Julian Aguirre, the salesman at Herb Chambers who had leased me the car 36 months ago. Within 3 minutes of talking on the phone, Julian had a resolution to my problem and took me from a 9.5 stress level to a .5. Kia Roadside Assistance is towing the car from York Kia to Herb Chambers Kia as I type. Julian said he will call me when it arrives sometime tonight and will let me know first thing when it's done tomorrow. I've been regretting, of late, purchasing a vehicle from a dealer who lives so far from me, but Julian just reminded me of why I chose Herb Chambers of Burlington in the first place and why, even if it's inconvenient to continue my service needs post-lease with Herb Chambers, their honesty, care, and level of service deserves my loyalty.

Bought a used 2012 volkswagon GTI. There where a few things that should of been taken care of prior to me picking up the car a few days after I paid for it. The tire pressure warning light was on. Was assured it would be fixed. The day I pick it up, I am told its fixed, sales lady said the light will go off after a few miles of driving. Needless to say, it did not. I called to explain, was told to bring it by to get repaired. after driving all the way up to there, I was told they cannot fix it. They said they would call me back in a few days, That was last week. I have not heard back from anyone. another case of forgetting about the customer after the sale.

Traded in my Scion tC for a brand new 2015 Optima. Got a great deal because 2016's are out. Optima has added packages that make it seem like a luxury car...plus insurance and excise tax are lower for getting year old model. Sales team was honest and knew car inside out. It was overall a great shopping experience and I will be a return customer. I have local Kia dealer but chose to take 45 minute ride due to great things I heard about Burlington Kia.

The reason for a 5 star rating is i've leased over 10 cars from 3 dealerships and Herb Chambers of Burlington with sales person Julian Aquirre was the best experience of all 3 dealerships. Julian was knowledgeable about all the new Kia's. When we finally made a decision on which model Sorento we wanted the color my wife wanted (red) was not on the lot. Julian made a trip to Maine to get my wifethe car she wanted. he also was not pushy about making a sale. He also came in on his day off to fit my schedule to go over the contract and answer any questions about the car and install the plates. He also setup a date for our 1st free oil change. Julian had a great sense of humor and made it a pleasure to deal with. I will be a repeat customer in 3 yrs.

I was purchasing my first car from a dealer, all my previous vehicles were used or handed down, so I was very excited to be shopping for a car I really wanted. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I had test driven the Kia Sorento and knew I wanted it but was searching for the right one with all the luxuries I wanted. I found it at herb chambers in buington. I went in on a Sunday afternoon with intentions to purchase the vehicle. I didn't need to be pressured to buy, which is what I got from the salesman Bob who was test driving with me. I was not impressed at all with the professionalism from the salesman. That day I bought the car. I was to return the next day to pick it up. I was called at 9am the next morning and couldn't pick up because I was working. Not even a minute later he called my job when I specifically told them don't call me at work(I work in a hospital and they don't allow personal calls). I td him I would be there at 5 to pick it up. I arrived at 5 and the car wasn't ready. It was still being cleaned, they knew from the previous day I was coming and confirmed time in the morning. So I waited and when the car was ready I was handed the keys and that was that. The salesman that sold me my car was too busy trying to sell another couple a car instead of taking care of me, knowing what time I was coming and had my children with me. I asked 3 times for my plates to be transferred, I asked 3 different people for the papers to my car atleast 7 times. No exaggeration. I was handed an envelope and basically told bye bye. I guess after the papers are signed they don't value their customers, on to the next. To top off my great experience I received a call later that evening that I needed to sign more paperwork and they couldn't find the key to my trade in. Had they had good or even average customer service this would not have happened. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the manager and was apologized to but that was all. Poor customer service should be addressed and attempts to make it up to the customer were not addressed, maybe a few free oil changes or detail, something to show they care about their customers, but I was offered nothing. I'm also still waiting for my 2nd key that is supposed to come with my car that I've also asked for numerous times. It has been a few weeks. Would not recommend this dealer. They have the same cars at other dealers that value customer service.

What about Bob? If Bill Murray, of this hilarious movie, was a car salesman, he would be camped outside the dealership and all over you, not to mention the 6 e-mails and 5 calls later! This is NOT the case with Herb Chambers KIA of Burlingtons sales and leasing consultant- Bob Lucas! At first, I wasn't sure be really wanted to sell me a car. Which was kind of a good thing after being bombarded by other dealership sales people with wait till you feel the heated steering wheel and try the smartphone Bluetooth app! Bob, on the other hand, was laid back and mild mannered! He simply asked what I would like. I told him I have a Sedona and want a new one, but this time with heated seats. Oh, thats the LX one with the convenience package, be said calmly while looked up the inventory to see if some were available. I told him I would like to lease one this time. He looked up the blue book value for my car, as I did for my homework, and he computed a much better offer than I ever expected! Great! But the best part was the 36 monthly payment. Way better than the other three KIA dealerships I visited! I guess when Herb Chambers sells over a million cars every year be allows his people some adjustment for they must truly value our personal experience at all his dealerships. Thus, I bought my new platinum graphite Sedona LX on the spot! It is beautiful! So, if you are in the market for a new KIA and want a salesperson that is laid back but knowledgeable and sincere, please ask for Bob Lucas and he will find you the best vehicle for your needs and budget. This was my experience about Bob!

I leased a car in Feb of 2014 from John Francis. I told him I would be back in 2015 to lease another vehicle as my second car lease would be ending. I walked into the dealership on April 4 2015 thinking he would not be there. I asked for him and to my surprise he was still there. (We all know car salesmen are usually gone the next time you go back). Anyways he greeted me by my first name. I have not seen or heard from him in over a year and he remembered my name! I thought right there that this was going to be an easy transaction. I did think that we would start the process and look at some numbers and I would say that I didn't like the numbers and I will be back next month. I figured this would go on for a few months as my lease was ending. However, not only did John and the Management team work with me but I DROVE out of the lot 2 hours later with a new lease and left my old car there!! We were not expecting to leave with a new car and we were not prepared as the old car was messy (we have 2 kids). John said no problem, dont worry about the mess. Not only did he say that but he actually helped get items from one car to another. I have been leasing vehicles for over 15 years and when I say that this was the BEST experience ever, it is true!! John and Kia of Burlington have made my leasing experience very pleasant. If you want a hassle free and great experience, ask for John Francis!!! You can't go wrong!! I will be back again.

So, I called Bob, remembering how easy he was to work with. I was not disappointed - he guided me through some options, and explained every aspect of the process clearly. His follow-up is excellent, and everyone who works here is very nice. Bob goes out of his way to make sure everything is on track, called to let me know the car could be ready a day early, even. I wouldn't hesitate to send people here for their car purchases/leases. He custom tailored the experience to my specific goals, and I drove off the lot yesterday, happy with my leased Optima, and lower monthly payment.

I went to KIA Burlington this weekend to see my options on a lease. I was introduced to John Francis. Right from the beginning I knew this would be a good visit. I was there with my 7 year old son and John talked to him like he was involved with buying the car. I have been leasing for quite some time and I always feel pushed or rushed...not with John, he listened to what I was saying and helped me as much as he could. I ended up leasing a 2015 Sorrento and I couldn't be happier. John was the BEST car salesman I have had. My son fell asleep on Johns desk and when I needed to go in for financing he sat with my son on the couches just in case he woke up and was nervous about where he was. He didn't have to do that and I didn't even have to ask him, he just did it. I was overly impressed with the service and respect I received from John during my visit. I will definitely be looking for him in 3 years.

Truly a great experience!!! This was the first time my wife and I ever leased a new vehicle. We had two bad experiences in the past with used car dealers, so we vowed to never buy from a dealer again. However, we needed an additional vehicle, so I began reviewing and calling the "Private Seller Only" listings on a popular website (name ends with -list). It quickly became apparent that these were dealers who had purchased cars at an auction and were looking to make easy money and a quick sale. Another online resource (at#*%trader.com) really wasnt any better because they seemed to have very few local listings from private sellers - again most were dealers. So reluctantly, I talked to my wife about going to a dealer. We were skeptical and cautious. But then we remembered the many billboards for Herb Chambers claiming a no-pressure, no-bull car buying experience that would actually be a pleasure. It seemed too good to be true. However, this is one of those rare instances in life where it actually wasnt. We ended up at Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington where we were introduced to salesman, John Francis. He was excellent to work with and represented the Herb Chambers brand with great professionalism. He was extremely patient with us, allowing us to ask all our questions and take several test drives without even the hint of pressure or frustration with us. Initially, we were focused on pre-owned cars, which they have in abundance. All of them seemed to be in excellent shape and we were almost ready to buy, even putting a deposit down on one. Then after one final test drive, we changed our mind and decided not to buy it. It was a hybrid and we have no experience with hybrids. As nice of a car as it was, there were too many unknowns for us since it was a hybrid. So we pulled the plug on that deal and thought for sure that John would be frustrated after all of this. After all, he essentially had made the sale before we backed out. But John was totally cool with it. He understood that buying a car is the second-most expensive purchase most of us will ever make so he understood our desire to make sure we got it right. After all of this, it became apparent that we no longer wanted pre-owned but the security and peace of mind of a new vehicle with a new warranty. So he guided us through this process (entirely new to us). We ended up leasing a 2015 Kia Optima and it is beautiful! The car looks like a high-end importand it drives like one too. Its an amazingly sporty, fuel-efficient machine. We couldnt be happier with the car, the negotiation process, and the entire deal. Herb Chambers has an excellent business model that his staff have apparently embraced. Our experience was no-bull and no-pressure, actually a pleasure. As a result, we have a car that we love on terms that work fantastic within our budget. Thanks again to Herb Chambers and to John Francis at Kia Burlington for your help!

The billboards you see about Herb Chambers' dealerships are spot on - the whole experience is so much different than what I am used to. The showroom is non-pressure, clean and welcoming and the process was super easy. The salesman, Julian was down to earth, easy going and informative. He explained all of the features of the car during our short test drive. He knew the answers to all my questions. When we got back to the dealer and it was time to negotiate, that was easy too. Julian didn't play the back and forth game that most salesmen do. I asked for a fair price and I got a fair price, both for the car I was purchasing and my trade-in. When vehicle delivery time came I was blown away by Julian's thoroughness in presenting the vehicle to me. This was my second purchase at this dealership and my first with Julian. Went to the dealer to get a new Kia Sorrento for my mom. Our salesman was Bob Lucas. He took the time to ask her what she wanted in the car. He didn't have the exact car on the lot, but showed us a similar vehicle and was able to get us the Sorrento mom wanted from another dealer. After we bought the car (at a great price :) he took the time to show my mom the entire car, from front/back, and even programmed her phone and radio for her. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington. Both Bob, and his manager (whose name escapes me now but was very nice!) were great to deal with.

I had been looking for a Kia Cadenza. Went to a Kia dealer in Medford and was given a price to go along with my trade in. Then went to Chambers Kia and met salesperson Jude Kasekamp. We spent an hour together in which I took a test ride. Jude gave me a price $400. lower than Medford Kia dealer. I said I wanted to try one other Kia dealer. Jude said what would it take for me to buy that Cadenza today. I said take another $1,000. off. Jude got up and said I will be right back and he was back in less than a minute . He said " it's a deal". I was not expecting that and I had one other thing I had to attend to and that was showing the Cadenza to my finance who was at the Wayside Mall. Jude said take the car and I did and showed her the car at the Wayside Mall. She loved it - I loved it. I bought it.Juda and I agreed on the price at 4:30and at 8:30 I drove the car off the lot.I am 70 years old and have bought many cars over the years but this was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Also Jude K. was the best car person I have ever dealt with. He was sincere, courteous, not at all pushy, and knew the product. Jude told me if I ever needed info. on how to use the technology in the Cadenza to either bring the car in so he could advise me or call him . And I won't hesitate to because I know he means it.One other thing I have had the Cadenza for one month and there is no doubt in my mind this is the best car I have ever owned. Truly a beautiful car in every way. I am very happy with the way I was treated at Chambers Kia.

The next day I was called by a very pleasant and knowledgable KIA of Burlington internet sales rep Victoria Nunez. She told me to come in and talk to them about the Optima. I went to Herb Chambers in Burlington. Sales Rep Tom O'Donnell greeted me and I explained my situation. He enthusiastically showed me the KIA Optima and went into great detail about the car and the difference to the Subaru. I told him I was actually interested in ending my lease early but was told by the Lannon sales rep that if I wanted to do that it would cost me an extra $1000 on the down payment. Tom and I sat at his desk and he started working the numbers. He also had my Subaru appraised. I also told him that I wanted to upgrade to KIA Optima model above the basic KIA LX, I also wanted leather seats. We went back and forth a little and Tom and his manager got the deal to something I could afford and I felt that I had gotten a very good deal. He showed me a car that had everything I wanted, we drove the car to my wifes office in Stoneham and she looked at it Tom explained all the features. She said she was good with that car. Haven't had the car for more than a few days. My experience at this dealership was good overall. It would have been great had there not been some slight confusion as to who the manager was at the beginning of the visit. Very personable and efficient manager, in Senee O'Connell. New salesman Alex very friendly and relaxed during the test drive. Herb Sochat took us through everything financial and the add ons with ease. Julian Aguirre is exceptional in his ability to walk you through the initial introduction to the car's "how to" list. Everything about driving it and using the controls was explained extremely well in a short and organized period of time. He's a tremendous asset to this dealership.

My car was in for an oil change and simonized. My ride back and forth to the dealership could not make it so Tom Odonnell offered to ride me ride me home and when the car was done I called him and he came to pick me up. I don't know what other salesman would do that. Once he sells you a car that's it for him, but not Tom . I bought my car 2 years ago and he treats me like I just bought it. Can not Thank Tom enough for what he did.

We met Julian when we came to Herb Chabers Kia to look at secondhand cars to buy. He was friendly and took the time to listen to our needs and show us several cars. As the car had only just come into the garage it needed a couple of things doing to it to make it right for us to take away so he made sure those were dealt with. This was my very first time buying a car and it was great. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. The salesperson that helped me was Bob Lucas and he made me feel very comfortable. i did not buy my car there but i went there before for service on my used car and it was great then and still is. i walked in at 130pm and asked for a 4 wheel alignment and a oil change i was told by cesar that it would take about 1hour and a half approx. at 250 pm i was driving out of the lot . i will always take my car there from now on. great service and thanks to cesar !!!! ps both services were on a special, great deal !!!

Recently my first car that I've driven since I was 16 completely died, because it was a car that belonged to my family I never had the experience of buying a car for myself. I talked to my dad and we decided to start shopping at the Kia dealership in Burlington because of its closeness to our house and luckily for us it was the only stop we had to make. I heard horror stories from friends and family members in the last few days about the negative experiences they encountered while car shopping but thanks to the amazing staff especially Bob Lucas the worries I had going in were unfounded. We arrived at the dealership and had just started looking around when Bob introduced himself and offered to help us out. I recently graduated college and told him we were looking for something that was pre-owned and in my price-range. He showed us all the options in the system and told us of a pre-owned Toyota Corolla that was in a neighboring lot, he explained the history of the car, as well as all of the features he asked if we wanted to do a test drive which we agreed too. As I drove the car I could tell it was a car that was taken care of because it ran like a new car. As we returned from the test drive I knew that the first car that I drove was the car that I wanted, however Bob allowed my dad and I to talk it over which we decided it was a great car. When we discussed everything with Bob he didn't intimidate or pressure into anything it was like talking to a friend or family member who only had our best interests. Everything from there only got better, between figuring out finances to the pick-up of the car was outstanding, I never felt pressure towards any decision I had to make, and everybody had my best interests. As I picked up my car I was greeted by Bob who filled my gas tank, cleaned the outside and inside of the car and made sure everything was perfect before I took it home. I can't thank the entire staff for their kindness and patience with me, but I particularly want to say that the interactions my dad and I had with Bob Lucas was amazing, he told us after we bought the car that he treats his clients like he would his children when it comes to buying a car an you can tell. I was never pressured into any decisions, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the details of the car, he was willing to help us find the best deal available. As I told those who told me their horror stories they were delighted to hear how easy and wonderful it was dealing with Bob and that they never heard of such a positive experience. If anybody is looking for a new or pre-owned car I recommend going to Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington between the amazing selection and the service you won't need to look anywhere else. I just want to thank you to everyone at the dealership for helping me find my first official car, especially to Bob Lucas who made it a great experience!

After careful consideration for the past couple of months, I decided to obtain a Kia Optima. I did some research and found Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington to be a dealership of great value (This is before I dropped in). My communication with them started with a simple inquiry through their web site. They replied immediately via email (per my request) with answers to the questions I had. I decided at this point to call with additional questions and again, I got a quick and confident response. Casually (and obviously), I was invited down the dealership to check out some vehicles that I might be interested in. This was another indication of what was to be a great experience; they were very easy going and the opposite of that stereo-typical pushy salesman. It was awesome. I went down to check out the car(s) I was interested in and was directed to Bob Lucas (I must also add that the receptionist and sales management team were very professional and friendly when I first walked in). Bob Lucas is an amazing guy. He was welcoming, friendly, funny and extremely knowledgeable amongst other great qualities. He explained everything I was interested in in great detail beyond what I could possibly know without having dug' deep into the functionality of the car for weeks on end. After I locked into a decision, it was time for the acquisition. Bob and Herb Chambers were Very generous with my current car's trade-in value. They worked with me to make the car and current trade in create a cost that was within my budget. This all took place on a Saturday so I would, now, wait until Monday to drive home in my new car.Sunday went by very slow as I had a lot of anticipation and excitement going on. First thing Monday morning, Bob called me to let me know the plan and time frame for when it will be ready. As promised, the car was ready for me to take home when he said it would be. I am extremely satisfied and love my new car. I'd recommend anyone to test drive a Kia and to do it through Herb Chambers!

I purchased the 2014 Kia Optima EX last month. I had an afternoon off from work and decided to take a ride up to the dealership. I had purchased my 2012 Optima EX here and it had just turned 40K for mileage. I wanted to see what my trade in value would be. I spoke to the Sales manager Al who was fantastic and he eventually set me up with Julian. I told them my dilemma regarding keeping the 2012, which was almost paid off or purchasing a new vehicle. They were fantastic and had great knowledge of the Optima. I came back the second time and test drove the 2014 with Julian, he then took me to the other location to look at different colors that were available. We discussed price and I told them I would be back in touch within a couple of weeks. Julian called me a couple of time to check in on my decision. He did not pressure me at all. I recently purchased a used car from Herb Chambers KIA in Burlington, and had received a letter that there had been a recall on my car, I called to schedule a time to bring it in to be looked at. I spoke with Jennifer Nelson over the phone and had told me " come right in we can take care of you right away or if that did not work I could make an appointment that worked best for me. She was very pleasant and friendly. As I did take the appointment to come in right away, I was greeted by Jennifer ( to whom I spoke with on the phone), She had given me all the details about recall and assured that there would be no charge. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the service and just as she had said " It will be about 1 hour to an Hour and a half". After a complete inspection of the car some minor issues were found and the price Jennifer gave to fix the problem was reasonable and fair. This has been my best experience in purchasing a car in the 40 years I have been doing it! Professional and courteous, Julian listened to what I could afford instead of trying to upsell me into another price range...that was the biggest plus. I was able to purchase a new Sportage and I did not have to endure a bunch of 'nickel and diming' back and forths. I visited 4 other Kia dealers in the Greater Lowell, Nashua areas and none were willing to move off their prices, either for the List or for the value of a trade in....Chambers was willing to listen and come up with sensible numbers....do your homework on trade ins and new car prices, then get a fair price in your mind for what you truely can afford and go to Chambers first.

I first went to Her Chambers KIA in Burlington about 6 months ago........terrible experience with a salesman (who is no longer there). I was thoroughly turned off by the entire experience and decided to write off this dealership. Last month my niece went there for her first car........she raved about the salesman she had and the car she got. He made her first car experience a great one. Based on this I decided to give them another try this week.....long story short: asked for the same salesman she had dealt with,Julian Aguirre......totally different experience. He was personable,helpful,(exemplary customer service skills),well informed,went the extra mile in every possible way throughout the entire process. Most of all he did exactly what he said he would do,followed up and was attentive to every detail involved. Totally changed my mind about this dealership. I came away with the exact car I wanted with absolutely no hassle. Very positive experience. Highly recommend him....if you go there, make sure to ask for him!

I found a car I wanted on the website. It was a Hyundai Sonata with only 39K miles and was priced very well. Most of the other cars I had found (at other dealerships) in the same price range had over 100K miles. I was in a position where I needed a car right away. As a result, I was under some pressure to find a car quickly. I was not looking forward to the whole process of buying a car. I called to make sure the car was still available. It was and they had it all ready for me to test drive when I got there. We met with Jude Kasekamp who took us on the test drive. He was extremely nice and very knowledgable, answering all the questions I had about the car. I loved the car and we went in to discuss purchasing. I was a little nervous as my credit was very poor. Throughout the whole process, Jude was very helpful and I did not feel like I was under any pressure whatsoever. There were no dealer tactics that can make buying a car so unpleasant. I was upfront about my situation so they certainly could have used that as leverage if they wanted to, but they did not. I used a co-signer for the loan, but even without one they were able to get me financed. It was just a better interest rate with the co-signer. Bottom line is I went to buy a car and was kind of over a barrel due to my circumstance and rather than take advantage of that, they treated me fairly and got me into a car that I love. I was very worried that I was going to have to settle for a car that I wasnt entirely happy with because of my credit and needing a car right away. Instead I have a great car with low miles and a payment that fits my budget. Overall I couldnt be happier with my experience at Herb Chambers and especially with Jude. He was really a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased a 2014 Kia Sorento from Kia of Burlington. Working with julian Aguirre was the best car buying experience i could of had. He is a very professional and knowledgable salesman. He was very extensive in his knowledge of the Kia product. He showed me all the different types of models and the difference between each year. He helped me come to a decision that would fit best for my 7 month old daughter and I. He helped me fit the baby seat in each vehicle and showed me the Sorento that worked best for the price and compatibility I was looking for. Julian took his time to make sure he carefully went over each aspect of the vehicle. He also informed me of the positive aspects of having cloth seating and shaded windows in the back for the baby. He took his time to make sure I was completely comfortable with the decision i had made. He introduced me to the service manager and showed me around the service bays to see where the Sorento would be cleaned and fixed if necessary in the future. Julian is a pleasant and knowledgable salesman that is a true asset to the herb Chambers team and I was lucky to have worked with him. Julian truly enjoys his job and it comes through in the work he does.

Overall, a very positive experience, again, with the purchase of our Kia Fortes (yes, we bought two) at Herb Chambers in Burlington, MA last month (we also bought our Kia Sportage there in 2011) ... very pleased with the efforts of the sales associate (Jude Kasekamp) ... as with most large purchases, you need to be your own advocate and make sure that details do receive the proper follow-up ... we encountered a few small snags after the purchase, however, Herb Chambers made everything right in the end, as expected, and we are quite satisfied with the experience.

I was led to believe that I could have my car detailed when I had hard to remove stains or sap on the exterior. Now I was told by Jen at the service desk that I was misinformed and that is not the service I signed up for and will not be covered. I called simonize Daisy explained she would have this last service coverage. Jen in return spoke rudely to me and told me that my phone call to simonize was irrelevant and that she would be paying for my detailing and it would not be covered. I explained to Jen and another gentleman that I drive out of my way to continue my service at Burlington Kia because of that Simonize cleaning I was promised by "Bobbie" and I would not be returning for services in the future. The response I received was "ok". I am not sure what type of customer retention program they have, but it's not effective. I left feeling upset and lied to.

My husband and I went to Herb Chambers KIA in Burlington to see about buying a Sorento. We met Julian Aguirre and he took us out to look at the cars on the lot and explained what each one had or did not have. Julian had only been with the dealership for about a month and took his time with us. He was so patient with me as I wanted a silver car and the one on the lot was black. We took the car for a test drive and it was great. I had been comparing it to the car driven at another dealer and it was so much better and the price was less. We told Julian we wanted the black Sorento. It had the third seating in it which was a plus. Julian took right over and did all the paperwork and explained as he went along. For not being in the car business for long, he was very professional and knowledgeable. When we left there, we were confident that we made the right choice. Julian went above and beyond what we expected. We told him he did a 10 Star Service and we will recommend our family and friends to see him when they need a car. What an great person to deal with. We recently purchased a pre-owned Mercedes at this dealership. The service is excellent: friendly, professional and pressure-free. On the same day we also visited another dealership to look at a similar car, but then left without even test -driving it. We felt much more comfortable to buy it from Herb Chambers, not only because the Herb Chambers warranty and return policy but also their friendly staff at this particular dealership. Here I want particularly acknowledge our salesman Julian Aquirre. He is a young person, and just started the job for a week at the time. But he is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about cars. The finance paper work took a while but Julian helped to make the waiting less stressful by introducing various features of the car. When we came back to pick the car, we are totally amazed by how wonderful the car has been cleaned and conditioned. It's a pre-owned vehicle but it feels and smells just like a brand new car fresh of the factory. Apparently Julian has made his personal effort to make this happen, and has taken care of a few minor issues that we mentioned earlier. Over all it's a wonderful experience, and we'd definitely recommend this dealership to our friends. Good job Julian. Herb Chambers should be very proud of a new hire like you!Best RegardsHarry & Wei

Looks like my previous review was removed. At first I was pleased with this dealer. From day 1, there were many issues with the Acura that I had purchased. The dealer couldn't figure out the problem. They basically looked at me like I was lying. I needed to get them to come to my house to see it for themselves.. BTW, they should have checked the radio as in many instances, that could be the cause for the battery always draining. Anyways, I think someone removed my last review. The GM called me and actually tried to question what I wrote. I did not appreciate that. After a couple weeks of arguing, they finally helped me get into a new car. My payments then went up 70 dollars which I think was ridiculous. Anyways, long story short, never go to a dealer just because a buddy works there. While I have had a bad experiance, you may not.. I would recommend going to another dealer first.Dont forget to mention all the hassle and run around you guys had me doing. The times, I had to take off from work to for the same problem 3 times. Don't forget you made me come back for the power steering window which was fine, until you ordered the wrong part! The rental was given to me because I threatened a law suit. You were so reluctant. Hes never pressured me to buy something I dont want or cant afford. After all, its in his best interest and the interest of the company he works for to provide a customer with a deal that works for them. Bob is a low pressure kind of guy. He puts as much effort in developing a relationship with a person as he does in selling a car. Really, he doesnt sell a car so much as describe features, history and details of the vehicles you look at and test drive. After that, he lets the car sell itself. With my first Kia purchase, I conducted a complete competitive bid process. Herb Chambers came out on top hands down for vehicle price, trade-in offer and overall experience. Again, Bob was a discriminator. He is low key and personable honest. Other dealerships were what Ill call more typical. Sales people danced around reasons for low trade in offers or omitted advertised rebates and discounts. They all guaranteed me I wouldnt get a better deal. Heb Chambers Kia and Bob proved them all wrong. Three Kias later, I continue to close deals within dollars of what my research shows to be a good price. As I bring my vehicles in for service, Im finding the Service Department to be equally friendly and courteous. At the end of the day, though, Bob Lucas is the reason Im now a loyal Herb Chambers Kia customer.

I've had great experiences with Kia of Burlington. I got a great deal on a 2012 Optima last year and went in to talk about potentially upgrading to the newer model. I can't say enough about the experience w/ Blake Curry, the salesman I worked with. It was a relief working with him, as I have had some very annoying experiences with car salesmen. Bob showed me a lot of different options and gave me an honest trustworthy opinion on each. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of SUVs! I was even more excited when I saw the Jeep Compass on the lot! I test drove it, and after about a minute in the car I knew it was mine! bought a 2013 kia sorento,after 500miles only getting 13mpg sticker said 18 to 24,brought it back 1st time they said car needs to break in,mybe so but never in any other of my cars,2nd time they said they re-programed computer due to car sitting in lot for a while,that i should now get 18-20mpg,well after filling ups again and keeping track still getting 13mpg just like the dash says,not happy,also wrote to kia ,havent got any follow up call to see if mpg is better and if i am happy

Jen has been there since I got my first Kia with them and still impresses me with her ability to handle any situation and she truly defines great customer service!!! Diego is newer to the service department as the manager, but has also treated me well and I NEVER have had any reason to dislike or say anything bad about the level of service and attention to detail I get. In more than fifty years of purchasing cars, I've never had a more pleasant or satisfying experience than yesterday (Oct.24th) at this dealership. Your salesman,Ricardo Oliveira, knew exactly what I did and didn't want, was informative, helpful, and most importantly, brief! He instinctively realized I did not want to be "talked into" anything or bored with details in which I was not at all interested, and wiselyhandled the sale accordingly. I might add the Sales Manager he called in to finalizethings (this was a cash sale) , followed through in the same expeditious manner.Purchasing a new car has always been a task I've found to be onerous, but I must saymy experience at this dealership has given me reason to reconsider. I know the car I bought was not in high demand, so that surely made them motivated sellers, but the level of pressure was zero and while we did "haggle" over price, there was nothing difficult or even close to dishonest about the whole transaction.....they genuinely seemed to want me to be a happy buyer! I have only about 26.000 miles so far, but my service experience with the dealership has been nothing short of excellent. Quick, honest and I never sense that they try to "recommend" repairs for the sake of making money. Excellent customer facing people and pretty quick workers too. (and they always give me a clean car back)

Extremely pleasant car leasing experience (April, 2012). Obtained money factor, residual and monthly payment figures through emails on the day of the request. Tom has been very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. The whole negotiation process took less than 2 hours and it was hassle and stress free. Lloyd Stigman is the best salesman we have dealt with in a traditional auto environment. He and the whole experience reminded us of a Saturn dealership with the focus on the customer. The day before we picked up the 2012 Sorento SX I lost my job. Chris in financing worked hard to get a term and interest rate that took some of the pressure off. We were told the day before that the Simoniz Glasscoat had already been put on but we found it being applied the day we picked up the car. The price came off the invoice and the Glasscoat installation was completed. There was no hassle about adjusting the price or completing the installation. (There was some confusion because of staff turnover.) After purchase, I realized that we had negotiated on a car that had the accent lighting but the car we purchased -= they had to get it from another dealer several hours and another state away - did not have the lighting kit. I got a check for the cost of the lighting. Again, no hassles. Almost four months after the purchase on Year's Eve at 4:30 PM, I called Chris saying I could not start the car nor would the electronics shut off. Without missing a beat, he sent out Lloyd. A few minutes later and much to my embarassment, I realized the shifter was not in Park. (It was dark out. I know that's real weak.)I called Chris to tell him to call Lloyd back. And now when Chris reads this my secret will be out. :>) Thanks, Chris and Lloyd for demonstrating you care long after the sale. You are truly rare, indeed. Darryl - the sales manager, Lloyd, Chris, and everyone I dealt with at Kia of Burlington are the best. I unreservedly recommend them.

Chad and Jen in the service department are amazing!!! My 2011 Kia Sorento has 28,000 miles on it and 1 1/2 years, so I am in often for regular oil changes and regular service. I have also been in for other repairs or problems and each and every time they are awesome. There is never a problem, I drop my car off with no problems, they call me to follow up or tell me when my car is ready and pick up is always easy and cashing out is easy! I have run into a few issues and they have taken care of them so fast that I don't even have time to get upset about it. My only complaint which is not their fault is the parking lot is BAD, their is hardly ever any parking and the lot is so small and odd to begin with. I can tell it is being worked on and has gotten a little better, but far from good still.Keep up the great customer service and I look forward to my next visit! (now who ever says that about going in for auto service?)

I've been building and pricing the 2011 Kia Optima SX Turbo for months, waiting to get the courage to just do it. I contacted Tonia Smith because of my wonderful experience buying a Sedona from her in June of 2010. I felt well-prepared and made the call. She pulled not one but TWO of the first 2012 SX's to roll off the line and had them in stock within 10 days! Wasn't in love with the standard wheels, so she ordered one with standard and one with the "touring" wheels, just for comparison purposes!!! Never drove it, simply said "It's mine!" and the sold placard went on it.I pulled a great rate and wasn't beat-up with a back-and-forth "let me ask my manager". With the help of the finance department I went with the extended warranty, and drove away a spotless, registered, insured, and inspected SX 2 days later. The car is amazing... can't put into words how it feels to drive. I went back two days later for the splash guards (how's that for a turn-around?) and was given white-glove service. This makes me think I've entered a relationship with Herb Chambers that will be satisfying for years to come.

The receptionist, the salesman, the sales managers, the service manager, the finance representative and the gentleman who prepped my vehicle all share a passion for customer service. No pressure, honest negotiations. I would break bread with any of the personable staff. Though it was a busy evening with many customers, the atmosphere was pleasant with calm (but quick and efficient) staff and relaxed customers. It was more like going out to a pub than buying a car. I'm sure you have the same horror story of the latter like I do. You will be pleasantly surprised by the professionalism here. It is a competitive advantage that few dealerships have.

Very easy, we were so TURNED off at Central Kia of Norwood (please read by post there), we went to Herb Chambers, and bought our Sorento 2012 within 5 mins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ryan and the rest of the Sale crew there were professional and they worked with a SMILE!!! We went in to buy a new vehicle there. Friendly salespeople but once we got to the price negotiations it felt like we were playing 'deal or no deal.' They would run back and forth to a salesman in the back of the store and come back saying 'maybe he'll take $500 off, maybe it will go up, do you want me to ask him again?' We finally agreed on what we thought was a fair price inclusive of all fees. When the finance managers had taken us back to sign the final papers, there was a different much higher price to be financed. We tried to find out where the disconnect came in and it was that the salesmen were quoting a base price w/o fees and monthly price with fees. We felt uncomfortable with the situation and left. I was ok to leave it at that and not write this review. However, if anyone goes in there to finance, PLEASE watch your credit. I just ran my TransUnion credit report and it seems that they had made 11 hard credit inquiries in order to work out a loan. NOT SOMETHING THAT WE HAD AUTHORIZED.

THANK GOD I CALLED THEM! After having a totally HORRIFIC experience at another dealership, (I won't name them here, but I will say tell you that they are located in Lynn MA. Ever run out of gas in the middle of the highway with your family on a test drive? Then you get back to the dealership and the GM doesn't even appologize to you for what happened? Yeah...STAY AWAY!)I called Chambers Kia of Burlington. I was so upset about what had happened to us at the other dealership, that when I called and got Greg Dion on the phone, I was in no mood to fool around. I simply told him everything that had happened to us at the other dealership. I didn't want to haggle, fool around, or play games. So, I did something I've never done before when buying a new car. I put all my cards on the table. I told him what had happened to us, and I told him the "World Beater Deal" (as they in Lynn put it) I was getting from the other dealership. I gave him the price I was quoted on the Sportage, which included one $500. rebate for financing through Kia, as well as what I was offered on my trade in. Supossedly the Lynn dealership was losing $500. on my deal, and I was challenged, DON'T TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT, SHOP AROUND, YOU WILL NOT BEAT OUR PRICE. YOU ARE GETTING A "STUPID" DEAL ON THIS TRUCK. Yeah Right. TOTAL CROOKS! Well, after he got over the shock of what happened to us, and how we were treated, he said give me 10 minutes, and I'll call you back with our best offer. Well, not only did they completely BLOW AWAY the price I was presented with on the Sportage from Lynn, they gave us an additional $1,000 more for our trade! I was blown away! I said Greg, I'll see you tomorrow. He asked, what time ya comming. I said , I'll be there at 10:30. And just like that the deal was done! I was TOTALLY AMAZED, and Completely SHOCKED! Could this really be that easy? Now I'm admittedly a sceptical type of guy so, I'm thinking, there has to be a catch. I'm going to get there tomorrow and they'll change something on me. So I was bracing for the worst. But No. As soon as we got there Greg was ready to go. He had the Sportage all set for us and asked the salesman Aldo to bring the car around for us. We saw the truck, loved it, and immeadiately started working on the paperwork. Then we went to see Bobby in the finance department. And in 15 minutes, we're approved for Kia's best rate and we're signing on the dotted line. I couldn't believe how fast this was happening, how smooth it was going and how easy it was. Before I knew it, I'm kissing my wife and hugging everyone at the dealership. OTHER DEALERSHIPS TAKE NOTE (ESPECIALLY YOU CROOKS IN LYNN)...THIS IS HOW A DEALERSHIP SHOULD BE RUN! I just can't say enough about Chambers Kia. The whole experience was AMAZING. The beautiful clean showroom, the wonderful people working there, the deals on their vehicles, the respect towards the customer and the appreciation they have for you just for comming in is something I will tell all my family and friends about. All I can say is, if you are looking for a new Kia, you owe it to yourself to go to Chambers Kia of Burlington. If you shop anywhere else, you WILL pay too much for your new Kia. At worst, shop around on the web and at other dealerships, get your best offer, then call them. They will beat it and you will save money. I saved almost $2,500 total by going to Chambers Kia. You read that right...$2,500 saved by not buying our Kia in Lynn. I even called them up over there in Lynn to tell them the deal I got. Know what I was told??? WOW!!! Good for you. That's an amazing deal. I don't know how they're doing that deal over there. I don't get it. Imagine them saying that to me!? Yeah, well I got it. Like I said, THANK GOD I CALLED CHAMBERS KIA! So, all that being said, I'd just like to thank you all over there once again at Chambers Kia. Thank you for a truly wonderful and easy experience. Amazing is the word I use to describe this dealership and the individuals who work there. From the time my family set foot in this dealership until the time we drove away with a new Kia Sadona our experience was nothing short of sensational. My overall experience was great. I visited this website before and saw that this dealership was rated high and close to my office. I read about great experiences people had with Derek George so I was hoping to run into him. I stopped by the dealership and Derek happened to be the person to greet me. I initially was going to pick up just the brochure to look at later but then I sat down and talked to Derek. I hate the car buying process but Derek made the experience a pleasure. There was no typical pressure that rubs me the wrong way and Derek took the time to actually listen to what my needs were to make sure that I got a car that was a good fit for me. I would recommend to anyone looking at buying a car to go to see Derek at Herb Chambers Kia. If it is his day off, find out when he'll be there and come back on that day, it's worth it! If Derek is unavailable Kevin seemed like he was a good guy too. The manager Darryl (probably spelling it wrong) was good when it came time to make the deal, went quickly and smoother than I expected.There were a couple of downsides:* Finance department - Everything was good until this point. I don't know if Chris made honest mistakes or was trying to scam me. I'll assume they were honest mistakes..* I picked up my car but my inspection wasn't done. I went and got it done on my own and i'm waiting for a check in the mail that I haven't received. I was waiting until I received it to write this review, but I didn't want to forget and not do a review at all. (They really should have just handed me $29 bucks in cash while I was there showing the proof of inspection)* Related to the post above, the dealership can improve on the after sales treatment. If they keep the same enthusiasm to get things done after the sale as they do before the sale then they will do fine.Again, I do highly recommend this dealership especially dealing with Derek even with the downsides I've mentioned above (which Derek was not involved in).

My wife and I were looking into a Kia Sorento for are growing family. We needed a bigger vehicle with AWD and something the kids could enjoy as well. Friends of ours recently bought a Sedona from there and strongly recommend them for their overall customers service and great price. We were fortunately greeted by Jonathan Jensen who was very polite and a great salesman. Our trade in was appraised by Al Heath who gave us the best appraisal out of three other dealerships. I would recommend anyone visiting this dealership to ask for them both.

We had an outstanding experience purchasing a new 2011 Kia Sedona. We had test driven several other cars in several other places, so when we went to Kia Burlington, we were wary of what we might encounter. Derek was amazing. Our time was very tight, and he arranged for convenient times to drive q couple of Sedonas, and was extremely knowledgeable about the line and how it compared to other minivans we had already test-driven. He actually listened to what we were looking for, and found us precisely the vehicle with the features and the price we were searching for. He accommodated our busy schedule in getting us through the buying process, and took care of all the details to make it easy and enjoyable. The finance manager was Chris Behrendsen, he was very helpful, helping to find us an even better rate than he quoted, and to choose the right additional protections we needed for our particular situation. Both men were consummate professionals, and we left the dealership with a great new vehicle. With outstanding employees like Derek and Chris, Kia of Burlington has our enthusiastic recommendation from here on out!

Derek was excellent to deal with and in the end convinced me to purchase from Herb Chambers of Burlington. The closing process was a bit of a downer due to the attempt to get even more money out of me by the finance manager, but Derek and the sales manager honored the deal we had agreed, and I left satisfied.Thanks to Derek, I was able to pick up the car on the date agreed even though there was a snow storm and bad traffic in the Mall area of Burlington.

After calling to confirm the car we were interested in was still available, we drove over and had an EXCELLENT experience with ZACH BROWN. We found him to be very helpful and it felt as though he couldn't do enough for us. Went to this dealership to look at the new Kia Sportage. Kyle, the salesperson there, was knowledgeable, friendly, and low-key. There were some questions that he seemed hesitant to answer. I met a sales manager there, too...he seemed much more like a "typical" car salesman...kinda pushy, deflecting questions about pricing and details.So it was a mixed experience. In the end, they didn't have the color I wanted, and they didn't get back very quickly on finding it. I found what I was looking for at a dealership closer to home, so I'm not sure what the full experience would have been at Herb Chambers.

I purchased my vehicle from another Kia dealer. What a subpar experience compared to Burlington's staff! Jennifer was very gracious and helpful in gathering my information and adding me to their system. Whatever I can get done there, I will! Otherwise I'll have to revised the other dealership and my skin crawls just at the thought of it! Herb Chambers Kia Burlington is new and everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. Thanks for making my Saturday! p.s. invest in a balancing machine will ya so we don't have to subject ourselves to another dealership? I think it will be well worth the investment in the long run by becoming the one stop shop all Kia customers could go to!

We had a great experience at Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington. We were sort of kicking around the idea of a new car but really weren't serious buyers when we walked in to test drive a 2011 Kia Sorento. Everyone we met was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful that we quickly changed our minds about buying now. Anyone who has bought a car through a dealer expects it to be a stressfull experience but not at Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington. It was actually a pretty low key, enjoyable experience. Everyone did what it took to make everything go smoothly. Brian even went the extra step of offering to deliver our new car to us. We were very impressed. We are very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

Not even sure where or how to start since I loved every part of my experience at Kia of Burlington. The first email I got back from my online inquiry had me hooked. Leanne was the sales person that I was lucky enough to have help me get my new car purchase started. She was knowledgeable, friendly and understanding of my wants and needs in a car purchase. We first sat down and came up with a great deal on a 2011 Kia Sorento that meet all my needs and I was excited about my new purchase. Before being able to sit down and sign the paperwork, something came up personally and I was not able to make the deal work. Both Leanne and Steve worked so hard for me and it was not easy to walk away from them knowing I could not get into the car I wanted and they worked so hard on for me. After several months passed and I was in a better place to purchase my new car I contacted Leanne and we started all over again, if anything the second time some how got even better then the first. EVERYONE was amazing from start to finish with this purchase!!! Unlike other dealerships I had been too and hated every second of being there, this was different. Leanne and Steve were friendly, understanding, professional and welcoming. I have bought many cars and this was by far the top of my list for best overall experience. When we got to the financing office the amazing experience continued, he got us through the long paperwork process painlessly and we got just what we needed to make the deal perfect! Leanne truly went to work for me as a customer and made me feel like I was her only customer and number one priority. I can not thank her Steve or Bobby enough for making this a perfect experience from start to finish. Thank you for making what everyone usually considers a bad experience just the opposite! Some how they have made this dealership into avoiding all the things people hate about buying a car. I have already told several people in the market to buy a car that they must stop at Kia of Burlington first! Keep up the great work and I will see all of you again soon when I come in for my first oil change.

I have never heard of or experienced this type of treatment at a car dealership, EVER! The manager,sales staff, and finance employee's were so unbelievably helpful! They listened to things that I wanted, what financially made sense, and what would make me happy and helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. I am so happy with my new car and the treatment they gave me. If anyone is looking to buy a Kia, or any car for that matter they should definately visit this dealership. They go above and beyond to give you the best experience possible. I could not say enough great things about this dealership.

We walked in just to get information on the new Kia Sorento and ended up leaving with a new Sorento. Not because we felt pressure: in fact the exact opposite. Leanne was only too happy to provide information and offer a test drive but understood we needed some time to consider options. Meanwhile, our 2 children were making noise and honking the horns of every car in the showroom, and the staff there couldn't have been nicer. They also have free apples/waters/TV to keep them occupied/happy while you evaluate your options. We decided we wanted to combine some of the options on a different vehicle. Leanne made it happen and gave us a realistic and accurate price. She further advised of the rebates we could expect and we got a trade in value amount at that time from the manager, Steven Keener. We had such a good experience and were impressed with the car, price and staff, that we decided to buy before we even looked at the CRV or Traverse, as we had planned.Lastly, they didn't forget about us after the car purchase. We needed cross bars for our roof rack and there was an issue obtaining the parts. So Leanne, Steven and Scott all worked together and got it done for us in a timely manner with different parts. Leanne was always on top of things via email and phone and always made sure our time was not wasted, which is rare customer service these days! I cannot recommend her, the dealership or the car (although granted it is only a month or so old) enough.- Jenn H

I had an extremely positive experience with this business today. My 2001 Toyota needed its 90,000 maintenance. I got quotes from several places and, for the scope of the service being provided, this was, by far, the best choice.The staff and service people are friendly and efficient. When my husband and I were shopping for a new minivan our priorities were; price, safety and convenience with the buying process. We are a very busy couple with 2 young children and spending time car shopping was not high on the priority list. So, I was looking for a a dealer that would provide honest and clear answers to our questions without the hassle. I phoned many Kia dealers looking for immediate answers to my questions. When I called Herb Chambers and spoke to Leanne, she was not only friendly and patient, but she was the only sales associate I had spoken to that day who informed me of the complete rebates Kia offered. I had called 3 other Kia dealers and none of them told me about all of the rebates or spent the time to answer my questions fully. Further, the base price of the minivan at Herb Chambers was significantly lower than what I was quoted at the other Kia dealers. At that point, my decision was made...my husband and I went to Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington. When we met Leanne face-to-face, the experience just got better. I am very satisfied with my new van and the interactions I had with Leanne at Kia.

My experience with Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington was extremely satisfying. The process started by receiving a call from the dealer in response to my inquiry. The saleslady carefully listened to my requirements and within 20 minutes I had a quotation which was exactly what I was looking for. There was slight delay in getting the car registered, so the dealer gave me another car to use while they completed the registration for me. When the car registration was completed, they delivered the car to my house. I consider that to be A+ customer service. Thank you Herb Chambers.

This is by far the Best dealership and best salesperson to purchase a new car from! Bobby was the most knowledgable sales consultant I have ever done buisness with. He is very entertaining as well during the whole buying expierence he had me laughing and smiling throughout everything. Bobby was the most professional(but not boring) sales person to deal with. Usually you get the old guys that move so slow but he(bobby) was very quick a percise with all of his information it was like he knew what I was going to ask before i ask it which was great. All my concerns went out the window because I knew I was being help properly. He let me know the special offer right away with out me asking for them or going to talk to his manager to get the answer he was very open about the pricing which I thought was very fair and how buying a car should be. I will never buy from another dealership or another sales person unless it is from Bobby at herb chamber Kia.

Because the car-buying process is the rough equivalent of a root canal, I entered the dealership expecting a soul-crushing experience. I have less than perfect credit and most dealers are wonderful until they see my credit report. At that point the smiles turn to glares and I am treated as a sub-human who is wasting their time. I know I have bad credit, and I don't need someone rubbing it in my face. But the sales staff at Herb Chambers Kia was awesome! They were honest and kind about what I could expect, yet confident they could find the financing I needed. They did exactly that AND at a rate better than I hoped. The vehicle I wanted was not on the lot but they were determined to find one--they had to go all the way to Burlington, Vermont! They did so happily, and I love my new Kia. Without question, time and time again, I will recommend Herb Chambers Kia to anyone looking to purchase a new car!!

Originally I contacted Steve Keener and discussed cars that I was interested in purchasing. He was most helpful. When I went to the dealership, Steve assigned Leanne Maniscalco to work with me. She was(is) wonderful! This dealership has only been open three weeks, yet they have a great team in place. Having not bought a "New Car" in sometime I was hesitant about what to expect. My wife and I went to a local dealer in NH and test drove a 2011 Kia Sorrento and went through the sit down process and got numbers. We went home and looked at other dealers in the area. I randomly emailed Kia Burlington. Steve responded to my email almost immediately. I called him to discuss numbers I had for competetive reasons and from first impressions his utmost professionalism and customer respect earned my business immediately. There are honest car dealers out there...Steve and Bobby at Kia Burlington. The entire buying process was exceptional and we love our KIA Sorrento.

Pleased with staff, very friendly, great service. I was unsure about car I picked, and asked for extra test drives... they did not show any hesitation.Only suggestion would be to ask customers if they are in hurry, since some steps during the process were slow. Other than that, I highly recommend shopping there.

The staff I dealt with were excellent. There was no pressure, great price, great service. They took care of all my needs and answered my questions. I was able to test drive a representative vehicle that I was interested in purchasing in the highway that I usually test drive a prospect (around 20 miles away from the dealership). They were also very understanding of my situation when my trade-in died upon arrival to the dealership.

I have called this dealership to have a recall performed on my vehicle, and a very nice man named Steve answered the phone. I guess they are just getting ready to open (not fully staffed, I guess...) and he assured me that I would be getting a call back. I figured, "yeah, sure.." as my past experiences with OTHER dealers were not very helpful. What do you know, I got a call back within a couple of hours from a very friendly voice belonging to Eric- He stated that he was the service manager and they were getting the service staff gathered and trained, as they were to be opening very soon. He assured me that he would contact me THE MINUTE they opened, so I can be the FIRST customer! He asked if this was an emergency, and if my vehicle was running properly (he really seemed to care!). If this is the caliber of service I can expect from just speaking with them on the telephone, I think I have found a new home for service for my family's 2 KIAs!! I also can't wait to see the new dealership! Best of luck to Burlington KIA! Keep this up, and I'll be a regular customer!!
