I bough a truch from them in March tryed to return it after 3 days because it was shaking when I got over 60 mph. The say it was normal for that type of truck . Ihave had other ones not its no. I Even took ot to other shops they say its not safe. To it back to ford they still say it normal. But every one else says its not safe why won'tthey help me. O Know because they riped me off.

I recently purchased a 2012 Expedion From Mike at Hertrich Ford. I actually travelled from Pennsylvania as this dealer had several Expeditions to choose from. In Pennsylvania the dealers had only one on their lot. I was extremely pleased with the buying experience at Hertrich Ford.

I came to buy a new car with my kids thinking it would be very bad... Matt D was great with my kids and so was his team. I was able to look at cars, sign papers, and understand everything while my kids were behaved it really helped to be welcomed and respected. When my kids are old enough, I will return to buy their cars with Matt D... hopefully he is still there!

I came in to meet with Matt D. I didn't have time to do everything that day, so I gave him all my information and made an appointment to come back later. When I came back, he had all my finances straight and every car that he thought would be in my interest and was in my price range. it was great not to be disappointed and know exactly what I could and could not afford while meeting my wants and needs of a car. Although I did not buy a car here (nothing to do with the dealership) i would reccommend them to anyone in the market. I was interested in a new C-max hybrid. I sent an internet inquiry to them. I was contacted in the next 10 minutes! I was very pleased it was that quick. I was contacted by Dana who answered all questions I had and was very polite. She set an appt with me to drive the car and although I love it I could not purchase that same day. I will be ready to buy closer to summer and will definitely be contacting Dana! Thank you!

I'm not local to this dealership but they have a rather large inventory and I bought a Roush Mustang from them. I traded in two other mustangs. Being I'm a couple hours away I called in to get info on the mustang. I talked to Dana. Not only was she knowledgeable and nice but friendly as well and understood I didn't want to waste my time driving there to not come to terms on buying the car. We worked out almost all of the details over the phone and when I did take the drive my car was parked out front ready for me to take home. I was in and out in less than a hour. Dana Put together a successful business deal. I'm from PA and Easton is a hike for me but they had the car I wanted. I came down on a Saturday and everything was ready to go. I went straight into the office signed my papers and came out a happy man. The business done here was some of the best I've done. Out of all the cars I have purchased my recent visit to Hertrich's Ford Dealership in Easton MD by far is the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Matthew Sparks met me at the door with a smile on his face, listened to what I was looking for in my new car, and then was able to make professional knowledgeable recommendations. He then worked hand and hand with the Sales Manager to ensure that we received the best deal possible. Then he helped us work with the Finance Manager to confirm that all our needs were met while closing the deal. Upon taking ownership of My new Ford Taurus Matthew cleaned out our old car transferred all my personal items into my wonderful new ride (have I said how much I love my new 2012 Ford Taurus? LOVE IT!!!! I will never ever buy anything but a Ford ever again.) He even helped SYNC our cell phone's to the car, helped program our Sirus XM radio to stations that I prefer, had the car polished and shined so that she sparkled. He helped walk me through enrolling my car with Ford's SYNC program online. It was just all these small gestures that WOW'ed me and made my experience the best ever. Hertrich has a diamond of an employee with Matthew Sparks.

I sent an email request in about a new Ford and young lady by the name of Dana called me within five minutes. This was by far faster then any other dealership that I put request into. She gave her best price the first time. She set up an appointment for me the same day. When I got there the vehicle was pulled up and ready to go. The vehicle I purchased was described prefect and I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour.

After going to multiple car dealerships, I found myself at the Easton Ford Dealership. Honestly I was overwhelmed by the past few days trying to select a vehicle and feeling that I was going to be pushed to choose something from a dealer just "trying to make a sale." This dealership was different. I was greeted warmly with smiles from everyone. When I told them I was just looking, I was given space and time. All the sales personnel at all levels were respectful and friendly. I think they could tell I was on overload mode. My salesman Josh F was more than helpful and accommodating while trying to figure out exactly what I needed and what I could afford. He spent careful detail and time working with me to make sure I knew all my options. I even took a car over the weekend to try out, it ended up I was comfortable, but wasn't exactly the right one. The next day Josh called and said he found just the right one, and it was! When deciding to go into the Hertrich Ford in Easton to just look around a sales women approached me, we started talking about a vehicle I was looking at but knew it was impossible for me to afford a new car let alone a used car . To come to my surprise she found me a car I liked that was used and low likes ,all the managers where great and very understanding to my situation and made it possibe to buy the car . I could, I would have rated them no stars. The 2011 V6 Ford Escape I bought at Hertrich Ford of Easton had an issue only 6mths after I bought it. Hertrich told me it was covered under the warranty and they would take care of it. I left my car there and went to work. Six hours later Hertrich called me to say the cost wasn't covered under the warranty. No work had been done on my car. They told me it was going to cost approximately $800 to fix it. Randy, the sales manager, when in person, assured me he would take care of it but then, told me on the phone it was no longer his responsibility to fix my car and made me feel as if it were my fault for not buying the extended warranty. He even had the nerve to try to sell me a new car! Please please don't buy a car here, don't get suckered like I did. I trusted them because my family has bought 9 cars from them. But, they don't care about your business or building a relationship with their customers, they just want your money. A few weeks ago I had another issue with the fuel pump shut-off switch and broke down on my way to work. And just a week ago my Escape just shut off for no reason when I was turning left off of 301 East onto 305. I was crossing over 301 West and the engine just died. This is my first "new" car and it has been more trouble than any of my past 10+ yr old cars. O_o

On Saturday June 2, 2012 at 3:30, my husband called to inquire about a used truck. He was told by a saleswoman, that the truck was still available. We drove from Delmar, an hour away & arrived at 4:30. The gentleman at the front desk acted befuddled, as if the saleswoman & truck didn't exist. He finally disappeared into another room for several minutes. He returned to inform us that the truck had been sold & the papaerwork was being done. REALLY?

My wife and I had been shopping for a late model used Expedition for a few weeks. We visited a few different dealerships and found a few vehicles we liked. We found car shopping to be a very difficult time. We met some very rude, pushy salespeople, along with some who just didn't seem interested in selling a car. We weren't trying to waste anyones time, but were asked at the first dealership at least 5 times what was stopping us from buying today!!! I felt like telling him he was the reason!! We actually liked that vehicle the most, but refused to deal with them for anything. The 2nd dealership offered to make a few "calls" to see what they could work out. Said they would call us with a bottom line later that day. It's been over a week and we already purchased, Still waiting.. We called the Ford dealer in easton to see if they had any vehicles that would work. Jan evans informed us that they did not have a vehicle in stock that fit our requirements. She told us that she could bring a vehicle from her sister store for us to look at. We scheduled a time to meet her the next day. Jan showed us the vehicle and offered us a fair deal without a bunch of bs. She was very friendly and knowledgable. The sales manager came over to thank us and ask if we needed anything. We felt like they did a good job all around. We didn't have to spend the whole day negotiating, and we were satisfied with the deal. We love the Expedition We had an accord before, but knew we would get less mileage.

I drove to Hertrich of Easton from Washington DC on Saturday, August 20, 2011 after being told by one of their finance managers that I was pre-approved to buy a used 2009 Chevy Traverse. When I arrived at the dealership, they informed me that the bank that had preapproved me had "changed its mind" and that I was no longer approved. Needless to say, I was extremely upset after having driven 2 hours and after having been specifically told that I was approved. When I called them back on Monday morning, August 22 to let them know I had arranged alternative financing and that I would like to come back in to buy the car, they told me they had already lined up another buyer, even though they still had my $500 deposit to put the car on hold! These people are fraudsters! I'm absolutely disgusted with this dealership.
