I wanted to share a good experience with this dealership. Landon and his sales managers were excellent. I had ordered a new ID4 and it had just come in. Landon was good about sharing the progress of the transit of the vehicle over the months. We really love the car but decided due to our extensive travel in snow we are going to wait for the all-wheel-drive version. There was no pressure and they did not make us feel bad for not taking the car that we had ordered. The dealership was very clean and all of the staff was very welcoming. We will definitely make our purchase from this dealership when the newly ordered car comes in this summer. Would highly recommend.

We purchased our Atlas from Isaac, he is the best. He listened to what we wanted and was NEVER pushy. He gave us as much time as we needed to decide which car we were going to purchase. The process was very quick and we left with our new car. We were so impressed with Isaac that one week later we decided to purchase another car and Isaac had the car pulled up so we could look at it when we arrived. We decided on a different car a Passat. The process was very quick again. We would HIGHLY recommend Issac. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We bought two cars in a week and if we needed another we would definitely go to Isaac. Enrique in the Finance Department was extremely nice and knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. They make a great team!! Thank you for the great service that both of you you gave us!!

Landon was absolutely delightful! He was kind, helpful, professional, and never once made us feel pressured to buy anything (although we did!). Landon was very knowledgeable in the differences of all the vehicles and knew all of the tips and tricks. He was very easy to talk to and overall made the whole experience very comfortable and easy! The rest of the team was also very nice! The paperwork was a breeze, and the whole process from start to finish did not take long at all. I would very much recommend this dealership, and Landon as your sales rep (I’m sure other folks are good too, but Landon really was great!) 😄😄

I called the dealership today and was connected with Autumn. I had a car in mind and she looked it up for me to ensure it was in stock and answered all my questions. She had the car ready for my partner and I to look at when we were done with work. At the dealership, we were helped by both Autumn and Isaak. They were both great to work with. Yesterday, I had an appointment to meet with a sales manager that was set up online and by phone with Vanessa, who had also given me price quotes on the Mazda 3 5 door that I was wanting to buy. The appointment was for 11:00 am, I arrived at the dealership a little early and the manager was not available, I said fine let's look at the car (it showed online as being there). Norman Breese was kind enough to take me on a wild goose chase for a car that was no where to be found, not lot a, not lot b, not in service not there. Appointment time come and gone still looking with no answers. Vanessa was upstairs and did not come talk to me although she did answer my text with "I'll look into it". I wasted an hour of my time at this dealer until I finally come to find that the vehicle in question is "a loaner" and that it was "just put into service last week", and "the girls" didn't know. The internal communication, both electronically and verbally is sadly lacking at this dealership. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. I did end up buying a new Mazda 3 yesterday, but not from this dealer. I would not recommend wasting your time by including it in your search for a new vehicle.

I inquired about purchasing a new CX-5 through the online system. I got a quote for a sport edition at the "internet rate" of 25,700. When I arrived the sticker price was $24,500. Took the car for a test drive and while the dealer was knowledgeable of the car, he wasn't personable and I didn't feel good about the experience. I decided I was interested in the touring edition, so I inquired about the price on that model. Was quoted 27,600. I never felt pressured to buy, but the different quotes I had gotten over the internet and in the dealership made me wary. I said I would take a few days to think about it an call back. A few days later I decided to buy the car. I shopped around different dealerships to figure out the best price on the car. I emailed Justin with an offer, and told him I'd give him my business before other dealerships if he wanted to negotiate. I knew the parameters of the sale and what the dealership could realistically sell for. I had secured lending through my credit union and had cash in hand. After the email, I never heard back from Justin. Not a word. It was shocking because other dealerships were chomping at the bit to make sale. It's a shame for Herzog-Meier, because 2 days later I bought the car at another dealership.

This is by far the friendliest most well informed staff that I met at any Mazda dealership. I ended up working with Coty and his humor and intelligent banter kept it light and fun. I've bought many cars before but this one experience will make me a Herzog-Meier Mazda customer until they change how they treat people. My wife and I went in with are nine month daughter to upgrade to a larger family car and we we're greeted by Coty McLaughlin a sales consultant. We've never enjoyed car salesman or really the car buying process, but we finally got lucky and met an amazing sales consultant. Coty worked with us on everything was extremely understandable of or time and was very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Herzog Meier. Everyone else that we met at this dealership through the car buying process was great to work and extremely friendly.

BEST car buying experience ever!!! Justin Jeffers YOU ROCK! Not my first rodeo buying a car and Ill admit prior experience with Herzog-Meier 17 years ago was not pleasure cruise. This time it was completely different, from the start, this time it was AMAZING! YOU the customer You own doing your homework, having an idea of type of car, wants/needs, price range, reviews, etc., before wander into a dealership kicking tires. Not easy on a salesman if you dont know what youre looking for. My experience with Herzog-Meier Mazda was Incredible! It began with a call from customer service (pleasant and friendly) to meeting my salesman (Justin) to taking a test drive (zoom zoom) to the associate completing the paperwork/warranty (man in the glass office). Because I have sound knowledge of cars, it was refreshing that Justin did as well. He explained all aspects of the CX-5 from engine to handling to programming inside. He was personable and professional and has a great sense of humor, my experience was outstanding. Buying a car is stressful, but it should also be fun, exciting and a very personable and positive experience. It was for me and Justin Jeffers made this experience better than expected.

I contacted Herzog-Meier and scheduled an appointment with them to buy a car and inquired with them asking if they would take both a motorcycle and a car as trade. Over the phone they claimed they would accept both. I went into Herzog-Meier on my only day off at the scheduled time, our sales rep Schmuel (who was a great guy and this review is nothing against him personally) told me that he would bring the car out so I could test drive it. I immediately knew the car was the right one for me. Upon negotiation I was informed that they wouldn't accept a motorcycle as a trade and was low balled on my car trade in. Not only that but they tried to get me to agree to a ridiculous down payment and interest rate right away through chase. I had contacted chase that night and was approved for the loan with 0 down and less than half the interest rate. This only through more red flags, why would they try to squeeze so much extra interest out of me? I then went to Mazda of Gladstone the next day. My experience there was great, they attempted to get the car that I had driven at Herzog-Meier the day before on a dealer trade and Herzog-Meier lied claiming the car was pre-sold 2 weeks prior. This was false because we could have bought it less then 24 hours before. Mazda of Gladstone quickly located the same car that had just arrived at the port and we made a deal with my desired interest rate and down payment along with accepting both trades at a very fair price. I will never shop at Herzog-Meier again, they wasted 4 hours of my time on my only day off.

I had never leased a car before and this was a brand new one. I researched online the car I wanted and where I wanted to buy it. My conclusion was Herzog-Meier. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My salesman was Shmuel. There was no pressure and it was fun. I also got a sweet deal by switching to Allstate, which was available at Herzog-Meier. Shmuel even called me to see how i was doing with my new car and if I had any questions. As with the sale, he was very kind. As I was waiting for my credit check, one of the guys brought out some desserts from Scotland. Awesome job everyone.

I bought a new 2015 model Mazda CX 5 in July 2014 from Herzog Meier in Beaverton , I have only driven 10,000 miles. Today I had my car serviced at the dealership service department and what a surprise I had when they presented me with a bill for $128.09 !!! - for changing the oil and rotating the tires - this is excessive, so I will take my Mazda to my friendly Jiffy Lube for future good service, and Herzog Meier have lost my business as a result of being GREEDY !! - Warning to other Mazda owners.

I researched the vehicle I wanted for several months and was given a quote and specially verified the price with rebates. I had my credit report ran and was given a quote with a different price. When I showed the documentation from emails with Stephanie, I was told by her manager that she made a careless mistake and didn't check to see that the discount was already applied. I was pretty upset because not only did it feel like a bait and switch but all I got was an apology after running my credit report. I ended up going to Royal Mazda where they gave me a lower price and a warrantee. Unfortunately carelessness will not win over my business.

I would not recommend this company to do business with. I secured my own financing found the car I wanted online and paid the sticker price for the car. All I needed this dealership to do is write up the finance papers. I wanted to go through my credit union signed everything then left. 2 weeks later I recieved a bill from a different finance company. I called my credit union and they had no loan for me. I then called the dealership and had the finance man apologize because he made a mistake. He said I could then go through my credit union if I wanted. Are you kidding me? I said that's fine and stuck with the company the dealership went through because I didn't want to fuss with it. I verified through financing when my payment was due which was at the end of the month I explained to them the original agreement through a third party company which allowed me to lower my interest and they explained that I send my payment directly to them not the third party company. Go to my savings account and the dealership had let the third party company withdraw hundreds of dollars from my account. So I paid my car payment and the third party company took money for the car payment as well. This was two days before Christmas. I called the dealership and all I got was sorry that happened. I called the third party company and they said they will return the money. To me I was an easy customer no fuss no haggling secured my own financing so to drop the ball so many different times and all that I get is a sorry that happened. Unacceptable

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. This was my second experience with them. We did buy a top of the line Mazda from here a few months ago and were ready for another so i decided, against my wife kicking and screaming about returning here, to give them a 2nd chance after the 1st bad visit. Wish i wouldn't have!!!!!!Rude, condescending, lied and more. At one point i was the only customer in their lobby and heard other sales guys talking about how they worked this customer and that customer. I felt dirty just hearing these egomaniacs yammer on. I've been in sales(not cars) for 9 years and can tell you right now I'd fire anyone who acted like this from my company. Well we left after being treated like dirt from one of the "higher up" guys and bought that same night at Gladstone Mazda. Much better experience there! We have a friend who is going to be buying a CX-9 from Gladstone this coming weekend because they loved our CX-9! Also have my wife's sister who will be buying the mazda 3 sedan. They are going to buy from Gladstone because of our good experience with Gladstone Mazda and several negative experiences with Herzog.Do yourself a favor and avoid Herzog-Meier like it's the plague and go to Gladstone and ask for Kat or Zach.

My search for a new car became narrowed down to a Mazda as it was the only car I could identify in its size category that offered advanced safety features I was looking for. Initially I was undecided between a Subaru, a brand I had owned and trusted, and a Mazda. In addition to a back-up camera, I specifically wanted a blind spot monitor, which only Mazda offered among car manufacturers I considered. I was fortunate that RJ Florestan was the available sales agent at Herzog-Meier, as he understood right away how to focus his knowledge and information on aspects of the car that made a difference to me (unlike another dealership where the salesperson, seeing a female, predetermined that style, color and seat covering must be my highest priority). RJ took the time to educate me rather than just to make a sale, and pointed out many aspects of modern auto design engineering that factored into safety and control. When I finally was ready to zero in on a particular Mazda, I was torn between the i Grand Touring and the top of the line C3. The latter has even more safety features I would have liked, but greater cost by some $4000 made it unreasonable. RJ reassured me that the car I selected had all the essentials I needed. Two days after my purchase, I was feeling very frustrated by my inability to retain explanations RJ had given me. In particular, I found the manual for the navigation system unreadable and hard to follow in any event. I took the car back to H-M, with a sinking feeling I had made a wrong choice. RJ patiently answered every question and went through all the settings in the Nav system again. Clearly, any number of the settings required much more sophisticated understanding that I could have possibly gleaned from that out-of-date, poorly printed, inadequate manual. So, in a last step, responding to my request, RJ went on line to the official Mazda site, and with great skill at navigating the site, was able to find and send me links to on-line videos which I think will help me learn the system. Frankly, if RJ had not been my salesperson, I think I would have been dissatisfied, as no one else appeared to me to be equally knowledgeable. I believe now I will be a happy Mazda car owner. Time will tell!(I have downgraded my rating on overall experience at H-M, as I felt the "finance" person who I had to meet with in order to "close the deal" represented the prototype of a sleazy car dealer. That part of the process took way more time than it should have. Since I was paying cash, I was unprepared to be confronted with a new set of add-ons (extended warranty, etc.) which I had no time to review or think about. On the positive side, however, the showroom personnel were courteous and attentive.) I think H-M could work on little amenities better. I could see smudges on the Nav screen, but was given no info as to how best to take them off. I had to ask. HM could have included a $1.00 lens cloth. The key is big and awkward. A keychain that fits the key would have been nice....little things that make the dealer experience more personal.

My experience with RJ was exceptional on all counts simply because I was on my own in purchasing a car and had no idea about what to look for. RJ took his time and explained to me every detail to look for when purchasing a vehicle. I purchased a vehicle from RJ and I must say my experience working with him at the dealership was like none I have ever encountered before. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Unlike many dealerships and sales people I have dealt with in my many car buying experiences I didn't feel pressured, overwhelmed, or hounded into making a decision. His product knowledge was absolutely exceptional I learned many things about the vehicle including safety features that I didn't find out when doing research on my own. I went into the dealership thinking this would be just the other dealerships that I have visited in the past. I was surprised and very pleased to find nothing could have been further from the truth. Just came home with my new Mazda CX5 today. It's too soon to rate the car but I can rate the people I worked with at the dealership. They all get an "A." Pleasant, courteous, professional and personable each and everyone. My husband was with me for "moral support" but I did my own negotiating. Did I get a great price? I don't know but I was treated with respect throughout the whole transaction. The car I wanted was not available locally so Mike, the sales manager, found "my car" out of town, Justin, my salesman, picked it up and had it ready for me several hours later. All-in-all, it was a pleasant shopping experience.

My fiance and I needed a new car and were a little picky and on a budget. We fell in love with the Mazda3 and the staff at Herzog-Meier were so friendly and welcoming. They worked so hard to find us the exact car we wanted with all the details we wanted on it. And they really advocated for us and got us the car in a price a range we could afford. Their finance department was amazing. Their leasing agreements were great and the perfect option for us. Plan to buy our future cars here as well.

I was a first time car buyer and have been anticipating the release of the 2014 Mazda 3. I first went to Royal Moore Mazda in Hillsboro because they had quoted me the lowest price ($500 off MSRP) and have never been treated to horribly in my life. Dane was the salesman that I was unfortunately left with. He was so disrespectful and flat out rude. He told me looking for the model I wanted around his local dealerships was "too much work". So we left to look elsewhere for exactly what I wanted and went down the street to Herzog Meier. Without getting too carried away on how horrible my experience was at Royal Moore, I was so pleasantly surprise as soon as we walked in the door at Herzog Meier. Justin helped us specifically and couldn't have been more helpful. You can tell he is genuinely a nice guy and very down to earth which took away a lot of the stress of buying a brand new car for the first time. He was never pushy, and gave us multiple options. Even the cheaper ones! He truly listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I ended up paying more for a higher end model of the 2014 Mazda 3 hatchback than I would have at Royal Moore because not only was Justin great, but the entire staff was awesome! Very patient and went out of their way to help multiple times. I couldn't be happier with my choice in car as well as where I spent my money. Being 22, salesmen don't take you very seriously. Justin gave me the respect and assistance I needed. I will definitely recommend this dealership, as well as Justin to anyone I know interested in a Mazda! And if I haven't made the point any clearer.. whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO ROYAL MOORE. Save your time and self-esteem for professionals.

They sold me a poor car. This car is like a xxxx. The agent told me there is nothing need to fix. When I drove the car to a mechanic's shop. He said the car have many problem, including engine, transmission , sensors. It need to cost 6000 dollars to fix. It is a trap to deal with them.

My wife and I came in looking for a Mazda 3 Grand Touring 2014 - 5 doors. Although the model was not yet available, Justin was very helpful in showing the 2013 model and explaining the differences to the upcoming model. He gave an excellent explanation of the engine technology and how the great fuel economy is achieved. HM is a place to return when the 2014 model becomes available.

These guys have the right attitude but are not setup to deliver. The mazda dealership has 3 people who will work with you - 1. Sales man - Very nice, talks well but not empowered to do anything 2. Manager - Will talk to you about the deal, all the negotiating 3. Final approval - All powerful arrogant xxx who does not have basic courtesy and civility to talk in a respectful manner. We had a fantastic experience initially and loved them. We are almost set to buy the car from them. We did a final comparison and found that the same CX-5 was available for 800$ cheaper at another dealership. Our last conversation before buying the car was as ugly as can be imaginable. The haughty guy from (3) came to the table and no introductions etc and started negotiating the trade. His goal was intimidation. He first trashed the car that they themselves appraised. Then he tried to be too smart and started insulting my wife. The car buying experience must be a happy one and i need to drive back home with a fun memory. I hate the fact that these guys try these under-handed methods and squeeze you just before you write the check for 800$ over a 30k car. Frankly, I would have paid them the extra money if they had just said something like " we are unable to match this deal but we will give you fantastic customer service and we are a premium dealership". If you can't match a price then dont trash-talk, intimidate and make things ugly and insult the customer. I will never ever go to them again as they have completely spoiled our car-buying experience. They have lots of good people but all the high level managers deserve a big kick on their butt and an ego-check to their arrogance. I really feel bad for all the great guys who worked with us throughout the deal

Customer service was great, there was little pressure to purchase a vehicle. They were very interested in sharing their knowledge of the cars, and customer satisfaction rather than pressuring you to purchase.I have been back twice to look at the cars and I had 2 different salesmen who were very knowledgeable and approachable individuals - Justin Jeffers and Jesse Glimpse. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them.The Manager - Mike Jeffers was present both times, and he is also very approachable. He is a straight shooter and not going to mislead you. I really appreciate that kind of sales technique.Great location, great people, great cars. There was a 3rd party survey company that called me after my first visit who had very little knowledge of the vehicles. They did not know the name of the models or what kind of car it was. They then proceeded to sell me on a Chevy, which was not even on my list, because that is the only SUV they have owned. I was very unimpressed with the survey company, but I still went back, because I know that they did not represent HM.Overall, great experience.

I'll say upfront if your looking for a new Mazda go here and find Jesse, he's a friendly, smart, and funny young guy with great knowledge of the cars. Patrick Covert was our internet sales contact, also a great help and very friendly and personable. I searched for a new Mazda 3 through Costco and Consumer Reports pricing and these guys quickly and easily matched all pricing and kept fair negotiations simple with no stressful pressure at all.Our sales team included Jesse (our first direct salesperson), Patrick (Internet sales) and Mike the showroom manager. All these guys we're a true pleasure to work with. Jesse is young but knows his Mazdas very well, very personable, funny, and easy going. I'd say the same for the other guys too, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Herzog-Meier has all the needs covered with great selection of inventory, friendly and intelligent staff, easy options for financing and reasonable negotiated pricing.See a review for service at 5000 miles. Highly recommended.One note on financing. You will be offered extended warranty and possibly other items. I believe this to be typical for any dealership. I do not recommend adding these to your financing as, at no fault of Herzog-Meier, the extended warranties have terrible reviews.The finance person we worked with was great. Fast, smart and considerate of our needs to keep it simple. He did his job of trying to pitch us the adders but was not overtly pushy by any means.

After relocating to Oregon 11 years ago Herzog-Meier has been my dealership. In 2002 they proved that their representatives were "Consultants" not "sales people". They listen to everything you have to say, answer all your questions as many times as necessary for you to totally understand the answers. I just purchased my four new cars with the help of Jeff Eastman and the Mazda staff. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Service with Herzog-Meier is so easy and comfortable. They take you on time for scheduled appointments; explain everything they will be doing and they thoroughly go through what was done before you leave. Don't waste time with other dealerships because you will never find one that has a staff that is more honest, trustworthy or truly cares about what you want more than the staff at Herzog-Meier.

Since I had to put an employee name in this review, I want it to be know Peter was a professional salesman. Where the breakdown came was management. Peter tried his best to keep me at Herzog but was told by management to try out Gladstone.We originally were going to purchase a new mazda with Herzog and when we found out we could get a better rate through our online buying service with our credit union. To get the low rate we had to get quotes from three of the prefered vendors. We got quotes from Herzog, Royal Moore and Gladstone Mazda. Gladstone came in at the lowest rate and offered a green car package included in the deal. When I told Herzog I would like to keep my business there because they had already put time in with me and asked to match the price of Gladstone I got a very unprofessional answer. They told me to please go to Gladstone and I would be back in no time because the price I was quoted would not be honored when I went through financing and I would not be treated well. Well shame on Herzog, not only was my experience at Gladstone exceptional, they went above and beyond what I would expect of a car dealership. When the transaction was complete, I let Chad, Julio and Brian in on my experience with Herzog and complemented them on not living up to what Herzog's expectation would be. If you are looking for a Mazda I would highly recommend going to Gladstone Mazda.

I have been car shopping and my visit to HM and time with Justin was the best experience of my visits to 4 dealers. Unfortunately, I did not go with the Mazda, but Justin deserves phrase for being extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He clearly explained the difference between the models of the new Mazda 6 and showed us comparisons with the 6 and the Nissan Altima and the Hyundai Sonata.I loved the looks and drive of the new Mazda 6 but was not comfortable with the side and back window rear views.

In my earlier review I complained that Herzog-Meier Mazda did not honor a written quote Jess Tichenor (one of their internet specialists) provided over email. As my earlier review noted, part of the reason my wife and I found this so distressing is that we drove four hours to the dealership because the deal was so good. After writing to the managers listed on the dealer website, I was contacted by Yeon Kim, one of their managers, who honored close enough to the original deal to satisfy my wife and myself. Furthermore, he had the car delivered to me in Washington. Though the problem could have been avoided had the salesman and floor manager honored the written quote when we arrived, we are VERY SATISFIED with how the dealership stepped up and did the right thing in the end.

I came into dealership just to check a car (not going to buy) but ended up updating entire car's park of my family. I was looking to replace my Toyota Sienna and decided to check out Mazda5. While it did not fit me (I am 6'6'), I was gently offered to check CX9 which would have been my second choice, but much more expensive. I loved CX9 from the first look, test-drived, and after some negotiations was offered a deal I could not resist. I would like thank Peter and Mike for fast and pleasant process. The story did not end there, a few days later I found out about new Mazda6 offer, stopped by again, brought my wife to test the car, she just said "I want it" and we made another deal. Now my family drives two new Mazda and I stopped being Toyota-guy (we used to have Toyota cars only) and enjoy it. I hope to visit Herzog-Meier in a few years when time comes to update the park again.

After dealing with an incredibly nightmare/ hellish experience with Keiffer-Mazda in Eugene, I got in contact with Patrick and he was FAR more helpful than any other car salesman I had dealt with throughout my entire search for the "perfect car." The ultimate irony of the situation is, after being told by Eugene's Keiffer-Mazda "they did not carry the car I wanted," Patrick located 3 of the IDENTICAL versions I had asked for in THEIR lot and ultimately retrieved it from them for me. Overall I am happy with who I bought from and am glad to have done business there. Will definitely be using them for all further vehicle appointments etc. I love my new car! No buyer's remorse here <3

I am from Spokane, Washington and my husband and I were visiting my girlfriend and her husband in West Linn for a week. We all had been looking at SUV's to decide what we wanted to purchase in 6 - 18 months. I was comparison shopping, which we stated up-front, while I saved my money for a large down payment. The four of us had gone to several dealerships in the Portland area before we landed at Herzog-Meier and had the pleasure of meeting Jeff Eastman. We took a couple test drives, picked up brochures on a couple of units we were interested in, my husband had a question that Jeff didn't know the answer to so they visited the Service Department and quickly got the answer he needed, and we generally picked Jeff's brain about Mazda - a brand we had never considered purchasing before. Because Jeff was so friendly and applied no pressure, we actually did return 2 days later and purchased a CX-5 SUV. We asked for Costco pricing (cuts to the chase price-wise) and the Sales Manager, Mike Jeffers, worked with us so we could get a fair price for our trade-in. We happily drove home in our new vehicle. We had a fun vehicle-buying experience.

This is definitely one of the best dealerships I've ever purchased from. My sales rep (Mychal Amell) is highly professional and not pushy at all. Sales Manager(Mike Jeffries) works with you collaboratively to come to an agreement....again, no pressure just helping. And the finance manager (David Mendenhall) doesn't try to sell you a load of c--p that you don't need. I've also had some experience with the service department which is as good as any I've seen and certainly a lot friendlier. And look, I've been buying cars for 55 years...so I know something about the process.

Now, almost a week later, there are all these scratches, inside and out, that were not there before? What do they use to polish up the used cars? I am one very satisfied customer. The buying process at Herzog-Meier from start to finish was exemplary, professional all the way. My salesman, Jeff Eastman, was extremely knowledgeable about the entire Mazda line, Mitsubitshi line and cars in general. He was able to answers all questions and represented Herzog-Meier's "no pressure" attitude to car selling. When it came time to make a decision he pointed out the 0% financing special through Mazda! There was no price haggling, Jeff came out with the best deal right away, invoice pricing, and finalized the deal with Mike Song the sales manager and Seth the finance manager. It was a quick and painless, they offered buyer protections with the financing and explained the benefits, all this without the usual arm twisting. On top of all of this, the Mazda3 is a great car. One additional note: I was preparing my insurance and reading my VIN when the service manager came running in with news that the car I had chosen had a small scratch on the door. How he noticed it at 9pm I do not know, but they gave me another car, same everything. It meant a lot to me because I know a lot of service departments that would try to cover up this type of thing, yes Herzog-Meier stands out as an ethical car dealership!Thanks!

The sales staff were friendly, low-key, not pushy, but very knowledgeable. RJ and Mike worked to get a good financing rate with my less than stellar rating. And really? a carwash and full tank of gas upon leaving? Now that was incredible! The only negative was the wait to go over the paperwork in the end, which was a situation where one person had a back-up of three customers to process. This made for a very long and late day - we closed out the place. In spite of that, I would recommend H-M to my family members and friends and tell them to see RJ and Mike!
