Visited the dealership on two separate occasions. Both times, the vehicle battery was dead. First trip I waited for more than an hour to test drive as the staff scrambled to find a portable jumper that was charged. On my second visit to arrange an inspection, the battery was again dead. Not at all confidence inspiring but I was still willing to give them a chance. As I left I asked Ridel to call or email me to let me know if the car was good to drive the next day as I'd arranged a second inspection. Never heard back and had to cancel with my mechanic at the last minute. So, at a minimum, what I've seen is poorly executed routine maintenance, coupled with indifference to customer communication.

When I approached the for Pedro greeted me with A smile and asked if I needed some help. I already knew what I was looking for. Pedro guided me the area where the vehicle was being stored. Once I saw the vehicle I already knew that's what I wanted. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of all the questions I needed answered. I was given a temporary registration and temporary plates while waiting for the documents and hard plates. I was promised everything would be handled in a timely manner and that I would receive everything before the temporary documents expiration date.Not only I did not receive anything before the expiration date, but I had to call numerous times and spend an incredible amount of time begging for help in order to final have someone send me a 2nd temporary registration and 2nd temporary plate. This 2nd set of temporary documents is going to expire again(Oct. 31 2016) and I was still not provided with proper registration and plates. I once again tried contacting HGREG.com and no one is providing me with an explanation, returning my messages, or doing anything to solve the problem. I cannot waste anymore time begging for help as I will soon no longer be able to drive my newly purchased vehicle unless proper documentation is sent to me.This is absolutely unacceptable and completely unprofessional coming from a dealership of this size. There wasn't any delay and everyone was available when it came down to sign for the purchase and take my money for the car. But now, it seems like no one has neither the time nor the decency to do for me what comes as part of the agreement.

Working with Pedro was great. I called ahead of time to view a car I saw online. When I arrived he was courteous, attentive, and relaxed. It was definitely a no-pressure experience. Also, not only did Pedro show me the car I desired to see, but other cars in my price range that may have been a better fit. I ultimately ended up a very nice quality car (2014 Hyundai Accent) at a great price. I would definitely recommend HGreg and Pedro for their service, patience, and great prices.

We made an appointment for a specific time to see a specific vehicle and were assured that the vehicle was still available and PHYSICALLY PRESENT AT THE DORAL FACILITY. We then drove 3 hours in heavy traffic, arrived on time, and were told the truck was on its way and would be there in a few minutes. When I queried the agent as to why he had told me the truck was physically present when it obviously wasn't, he ignored the question and quickly passed us off to another agent. After about 15 minutes the new agent said it would be 45 minutes to an hour before the truck arrived. We elected to go for an early dinner, asking that he call us when the truck arrived. Over two hours later, after having no response from the agent, I contacted our original agent and he simply said he was "working the issue". We decided we already had enough lies and would look for a more professional dealer, so we left and drove three hours to get home. Maybe if I had been looking for a $50,000 Mercedes it would have been different.

My husband and I went on October 18 to HGreg to purchase a truck. Pedro Rodriguez was our salesmen. He made the whole experience wonderful. Everyone at the Doral location was very nice but hands down Pedro was the best. The night before we went to another dealership and it was the worst experience ever. The people were rude and didn't take the time to talk to us. Pedro Rodriguez was not like this at all. We had everything ready and he was even nicer when he found out we were a military family. We will be HGreg customers for life and Pedro Rodriguez will be our salesman for life!

Do not buy from this dealer. This is the worst customer experience. There appears to be no accountability or responsibility for the customer. Despite my attempts to resolve issues I was repeatedly put on hold, hot potatoed from this person to that, all resulting in leaving numerous voicemails with no return calls. The only one with any sense of responsibility to the customer is a guy named Nicholas who tried to help in an area that wasn't even his department. Can't even get a manager to return my calls. Even left a message w the general manager and no return call. I have no idea when I will actually be able to drive the vehicle I paid over $40k for. Absolute poor customer service and no respect for the buyer.

I was happy with Jose who helped us as well as everyone that delta with us along the way. We had decided on one vehicle but then there was a problem with the that vehicle so we had to keep looking. They went above and beyond to help. The vehicle to be agreed upon by mom and two teen boys that would be sharing the vehicle in a year. He was great, when he needed to do something real quick with another customer that came up, he sent a friend over to make sure we were okay then it was off to see, I think his name was Luis (terrible wirh names) for the finally papers, financial stuff. He was great also They seem to work together as a good working team. Nobody was standing around doing nothing. Good to see!

First they gave me the wrong address so I was lost in the ghetto of Miami for an hour. When I finally found it it was a zoo - loud, crowded, a total cluster$&at!When assigned to a sales agent he was sick! He caughed and sneezed all over the place then proceeded to have me use his computer to find a car! After going through their entire inventory I found one with no accidents reported on the carfax but it revealed an accident in the description. When he showed me the car it was like crawling through a junk yard. The cars were filthy and packed on top of one another. When I opened the car door to check it out I was disgusted with the foul smell that hit me from the interior which looked like a farm animal lived in it! Every other car was either "not available", "getting repaired ", or had a multitude of accide

After having a horrible like experience with tropical chevy thats 5 miles away , I came across this new dealership in the area. My sales rep Leo.. was beyond nice, helped make my purchase simple. Honest and real about numbers which was highly important to my wife and i. Leo greeted us at the entrance and was open to listening which is hard sometimes because everybody wants to tell you what to buy , leo listened and gave us options. We had a number in mind and where able to get to it without pressure or hidden fees. Attention to detail was super good , having my cat detailed , thinking about my kids in the car and understanding I had a family in the vehicle , really stood out. Leo is laid back but open and attentive to the customers need. There something about saying little but not sounding fake that really worked well when dealing with leo. The guys here worked with us and kept it real on all levels. We enjoyed the time there and where out the door in a timely manner.

No pressure and not your typical car dealership, everybody very friendly and helpful.Leo was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgable and attentive , went out of his way to make sure I got a car that attended my needs. I went in to see a particular vehicle and Leo was very upfront pointing out a problem and found an alternative car that I am happier with. Found a vehicle that I liked on their website. Seemed like a good price and used the "value you trade" link from the website. It links to Kelly Blue Book and valued my trade between apprx. 5,300 - 7500. Being from a different town on the other side of the state I called to make sure they still had the vehicle that I was interested in and they did. We talked some more about both the one I wanted to purchase, I was assured that it was in excellent shape that Hgreg did not sell vehicles with problems. And my trade where I was assured that I would be offered at least kbb value. I drove over 225 miles one way to see the truck a 2014 F150. While looking at the truck the sales guy informed me that the truck was from Canada. Being from snowy salty roads I checked the frame for rust and sure enough there was lots of it. The truck was otherwise in good shape, but I certainly wish that the rust has been disclosed before I drove across the state to see it for myself. Still interested if the deal was right, I drove the truck while my car was being "appraised". Upon return as we are waiting for the appraisal, I looked at the website to see what other trucks they have and discovered that every single one of them were imported from Canada. I went on the lit and was very easily able to see that every truck on the lot had rusted frames! You Check the full carfax on HGreg website especially if you are looking at trucks I recommend you do it you will see they are all from Canada, have had instrument clusters /odometer switched so that everything is imperial and not metric, and every single one is rusted... Finally the "buyer" came back and offered me 4k for my car... I Wasted an entire day being lied to and mislead. The vehicles appear to be attractively priced, but wait until they hit you with $899 dealer fee. Offer you about 60% of what your trade is worth, have you drive across the entire state before disclosing defects /problems with the vehicle... After all that I didn't even get the darn $25 gift card that they promise if you take a test drive.

From the moment that I drove in and was told were I could park, but was not hounded by sales person I knew I was in the right place. My sales person Pedro Rodriguez was great, he was patient and attentive to my needs for my handicap Mom. He helped me choose several cars to look at and then walked me to each and explained benefits from one to other. Once I choose the car I wanted he explained process and possible wait time but actually the wait was not as much even though they were packed with customers. Pedro then took me to Nick in finances who got me a great deal with added warranty package and still kept it in my budget. I've been looking for a car the past month. Craiglist was a disaster. I also had my own loan thru my bank. Every dealership I went to really didn't want to work with me, because I had my own loan. One of my best friends came with me to HGreg. She used to work at carmax,so she knew what to look for. We told Leo what we were looking for. He gave us the stock numbers of the cars I was interested in and let us go look on our own. He didn't bother us at all, or pressure us. (I hate people breathing down my neck while I'm shopping). I chose a Altima, but my bank was closed on sun. Leo was able to speak with management and they held the car for me till Mon when the bank reopened. I picked up the car Mon, and everyone was very professional. The whole process took about two hours on Mon, from the time I walked in, to the time I drove off the lot. The dealership was a little bit of a hike for me. I leave in broward, but it was well worth it. I highly recommend Leo! He was great,very sincere. I appreciated his time and patience.

Pedro was very helpful as was Jose in obtaining the best vehicle for me. Although I was just one day late from grabbing the car I originally wanted. I was able to find a replacement just one day after as the inventory was replenished with some really great cars.

Hgreg are my heroes, due to terrible misleading customer service from MIAMI ACURA, 2 months ago I traded in my BMW for the 2014 MDX Acura only to be informed that 2 months later my vehicle was sold and that I was unapproved for a loan. In good faith, I opted to resolve this issue and was mislead by a phone call from John Portal from Miami Acura Finance Dept. whom advised I was approved again and that needed to resign my docs at the dealer. I proceeded to go to the dealer wherein they advised I had to return my car and that since it was a Saturday I had to come back on Monday to pick up my down payment. At the end of the day, MIAMI ACURA is the worst place to purchase a vehicle in the 20 years I have lived in Miami. They are sharks who will run your credit till there is no one out there who would provide financing. I am absolutely appalled and will definitely file a claim against MIAMI ACURA with the DBPR. As a local justice must serve with those crooks from MIAMI ACURA. On the other end, the experience and professionalism dealt at HGreg has just left me speechless THANK YOU JOSE DEBESA ! If you don't get your car the same day, they will rip you off the nice things the car has and replace them with xxxxxx ones.Finance manager is a cheat. Will inflate your contract with hidden fees, will not explain the contract clearly, will try to have signed paperwork without completed deal, and will not return calls, and so on.

Tony Angulo is awesome--he goes above and beyond. What tarnished my experience is that before visiting the dealership I got a quote for them to buy back my car. They said they would give me between $1100 and $1600. When I got there, the sleezy car appraiser wanted to give me $450. The worst part is that the $25 gift card I was promised repeatedly for bringing my car to be appraised was never given. I did buy a car from them ONLY because they had convinced me to sell my car to Carmax. I was stranded there with all my junk in the guest waiting area. By that point, I felt like I had no choice. Also, I didn't like the financing experience. Although Joe is a kind man. He was patient with my unruly 3 and 6 year olds. However, he made me sign a bunch of papers before showing me my monthly payment and interest--despite repeatedly asking. He is a slick guy; each time, he would steer me to another topic until it was too late. I was there from on Friday from 7 to 9:30 and then on Saturday from 10 Am until 4:30. I won't buy a car from them again.

I went to the Hgreg in the Doral location not knowing what car I wanted but knowing that I would be attained by the car salesman. As I walked inside I was greeted by everyone and soon after I went outside to look at the vechicles. Soon after I was approached by Eloy Arencibia. I was expecting the normal salesman but he was totally opposite. He greeted us, spoke to us on a friendly base asking us questions to know more about us the size of our family favorite colors and things we like to do. Right after he just gave us our space and we continued to walk around. After another while he approached us again and guided us at a few cars to look at to our surprise each car was either our favorite color the right size for our family and comfortable enough for a mom like myself that has sport activities, boat and love to take road trips. We finally found our car and Eloy without being pushy helped us all the way through the complete perfection and professionalism. Our exeperience was incredible and we now have a different look at car salesman. We will always buy our cars from Hgreg and Eloy will be our salesman. our salesman was Pedro and I have no complaints about him as we was excellent. we were not pleased however that it took us over five hours to complete the deal. THEN, once we were done we had to see the insurance lady. She asked who my carrier was, then told me that my company is closed on weekends and VERY rudely told me that I could not leave with the vehicle unless I purchased her insurance policy! I called my company, had the endorsement faxed over to the dealer within ten minutes. I felt that this was a con game and it made a pleasant (except for the amount of time it took) experience turn into a nasty experience. I felt that it was a shady business practice and that step needs to be eliminated. she claimed she was independent from the dealership, and if that is the case they need to boot her out!! not only had we been there all day, but now had to deal with that nonsense...shady, shady, shady.

Cars are mostly sold "as is," but most are still within the manufacturer's warranty period and mileage. I had a great experience. The advertised price was already an amazing deal, so I didn't feel the need to haggle, which is probably a good thing, as I don't believe they operate that way. My salesman, Yohan Jimenez, was extremely professional and friendly, and went out of his way to make the process quick and easy. There were no high pressure sales tactics, and I never once felt like any kind of game was being played. I also received a fair price on my trade-in. I would have liked to get more, but they gave me more than any other dealership offered and the vehicle I was purchasing was such a great deal, I couldn't really complain.

I was given excellent price and service by the dealer and the sales person (Brandon) went out of his way to make our experience a pleasant one. Which was unexpected because purchasing a car is usually an 8 hour ordeal. The sales rep Maria was great treated me very well. I choose the car and they gave me the car fax report that showed very good clean no accidents 1 owner car. Then My bad experience started the finance person was pretty bad trying to show us what he called the options in which All of them included warranties like platinum etc... So my numbers were very different and I asked him I just want to buy the car and he was pissed off he said so you just want the car? No extra insurance in case something happens? And I said no show me the rates that the banks have gave you so now my numbers were accurate obviously he did not want to show me the real interest rates from the banks and he kept saying is not the best rate but you can always refinance anywhere.... Awful experience; after everything got signed and done with this rude character the manager came in to present himself and told me that he wanted to walk away from the deal because he had realized that the sales manager had give me too much money for my trade in... Incredible but true!!!! Obviously me and my wife got very anxious and he said he was going to talk tithe owner of the dealer then he came back and said I'msorry for the bad experience let's close it and we proceed. 1 week after I'm taking groceries out of my trunk and I realized that an accident had happen in the back of the car the paint is not the original paint and it is pretty easy to see that there was a fixture....

H Greg.com Used car dealer, Doral FLWhen you decide on a car, make very sure you are getting the options they advertise online and in the brochure they create for the vehicle. In my case I was told in writing that my pre owned Mercedes E350 had REAR VIEW CAMERA, BLIND SPOT ASSIST, REAR PARKING AID, and a few other options. I bought the car and drove it home and took out the manual to see how to operate the options I was unfamiliar with. I soon found out the car did not have those options. I called the sales manager Carlos who checked with his manager and their response was bring the car back and we will give you your money back. I love the car so that was not an option but it doesnt seem fair that there was no compensation at all offered. It seems like this must be a common occurrence at this dealership.Art Athanas

This was an absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a 2013 vehicle, and drove it back to Naples from Miami. The car was shaking on the highway. The next day I took it to the Tire Shop and was informed that the tires were completely out of balance, and the tires were from 2010 despite that being three years prior to the vehicles manufacture. I called and spoke with anyone that would listen to me and no one was concerned. To me, this was fraud - it should have been disclosed that the tires were nearly 5 years old, which is about the life of the tire itself If nothing else, they should have been balanced appropriately. All four tires are showing signs of cracking. 140 Point inspection, indeed.This was the beginning. It was very important to me that the license plates were dealt with as efficiently as possible. I was taking the car out of state and needed them processed quickly and sent to me prior to the expiration of the Temporary title. Absolutely no one was willing to talk about the plates with me until the last week. On the last week, I was told that they thought my plates were not expiring until a week after their actual expiration. Then I was told they had a system upgrade that delayed processing, but they would be issued prior to expiration. I believed none of this, and I was right to be skeptical. A day prior to expiration, I was desperate to get information. Left messages with Accounting several times - they do NOT return calls (literally was told they were too busy). After many calls, the receptionist was literally just hanging up on me. No joke - they would send me to voicemail, transfer me to other departments, and hang up. Unreal. Finally, once I spoke to someone I explained that I needed the plates sent to another location. She promised she would call and confirm once they were issued. I had to call her to get confirmation, and I was lucky to do that because despite explaining the situation, she was about to send them to my address on the invoice.So, if you want bald tires, no administrative accountability and people to hang up on you, I recommend you use this dealership.My salesperson, Juan, was incredibly nice and tried to help me deal with these issues, but it was out of his hands.

Customer service was OK, as long as you are BUYING. Watch out for the fake 200 year warranty they talk you into, also the extended warranty they sell you is BS as well (they won't reimburse you for anything even if it's clearly stated and you won't be able to cancel it since you gotta cancel it through the dealer, hence my first sentence in review). The carfax they show you is fake, I found out I was the THIRD OWNER of a vehicle that only had 30k miles on it.. Sketchy and full of xxxx this dealership is.

Whatever you do, don't buy a vehicle from this place. You may find a great deal, but I beg you, turn around and leave before it's too late. I am speaking from experience. As I write this review almost two full months after purchase, I am still waiting on my license plate. Being an out of state customer, unfortunately I am at this place's mercy and the "company" that is supposed to be sending me my license plate. They have the worst customer service and people in customer service. On at least 5 occasions, different people haven't returned calls or done what they said they were going to do to get me my permanent plate, from the front desk lady (Kathy, if that is her real name) to Joe the finance guy to Suzy who is in the title area (who's voicemail still states her name is Michelle). You can't even get your voicemail box right, really? At this point, I am even considering lawsuit. I have wasted so much time calling them back month after month with no resolution or even an idea of a resolution. If I am scaring you, good! I promise, you WILL thank me later. Writing this review on the BBB Business Review, I am also finding out that this company isn't even BBB accredited. GREAT!!!

Salesperson does not have any professional skills. No introduction, no first name. You receive better service in a Farmer's market or from an illiterate person than what they offer. Brought my concern to the management, who does not care and they are worst than there sales staff. I had to walk away on a $2,000 difference after who I later learn to be Arencibia who acted in a mocking behaviors which appears that is his most up sales understanding. The staff and dealer is a gimmick and a tramp.

I purchased a car here a town and country 2013 , the part that I dislike was the part where they told me I was buying the car "as is" while I was already filling out the financing paperwork. Their finance person also didn't even bother to explain anything related to warranty , which they claim is a 200 year for the engine in their website , so is confusing when they tell you you getting a car as is and at the same time they advertise the 200 year warranty . And they have you sign warranty papers that I never got copies of . They also charge you a $900 dealer fee and try to get you to get the gap insurance , which I was suckered into getting . So just be ready .. And do your homework . They buy auction cars from rental companies ..mine they purchased from hertz after I did some digging online. The sales person was very nice .

Stay away from this place unless you want to be ripped off; I was literally scammed. Came here recommended by a "friend" who works here. They looked kind, helpful, and very professional at first but once you buy a car they don't even know who you are. This people sell cars purchased on an auction that in many many cases come with hidden issues that you can't notice right away and when you bring it for service they say that the problems the car has were not on file at the time of purchase. They never document the real problems of the cars and just sell them like that to save money. My car was involved in an accident and had some internal problems that I couldn't notice until 2 days after; Youdel Martinez the Service Advisor or Manager, who by the way was very rude, answered: "You did it, not us because I don't see any issue on the report that we issued after inspection." I don't understand how is it possible for a car to have such a major internal problem caused by an accident and the exterior(the body) is intact. Simple, they covered the mess to have it look ok. The 30 days warranty policy is not honored at all. Watch out.

BAM there is nothing you can do, i purchased a vehicle here and when i went back the next day they left me waiting 30 min and then said there is nothing they can do!!! This dealership stands for LIES. BOTH THE SALESMAN and THE MANAGERS knowingly lie to their customers just to sell their cars. After I purchase the car, under false pretenses, I tried to get them to fix the radio that they said wasn't working correctly (they said it wasn't a "touch screen" radio but it was); they refused tocorrect it by trying to send me to HYUNDAI because they LIED AGAIN saying it was underwarranty and IT WASN'T! When I told the manager that I was mislead and lied to by the salesman, the manager asked me if "I had proof that he had said that - did I have it in writing?" How dare he! He did NOT try to take care of this problem; which he was made aware of 3 weeks ago.STAY AWAY FROM HGREG - they are deceitful! DON'T TRUST THEM! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This was my first experience with this dealership. I have purchased numerous automobiles over the years, I do my homework before ever going to see a vehicle and if I choose to actually go to see a car, I have a pretty good idea that it's going to be a perfect fit for me. With that said, I called and spoke to a sales rep twice and quizzed him before driving an hour south to get there. I scheduled to test drive it first thing on Black Friday. I was expecting to test drive it and if it was what the dealership said it was, I was prepared to write a check and drive it home. Well, when i arrived at 9:30am the salesman that said he would be there wasn't. No problem, there was another salesman that was VERY helpful to cover for him. He took me all over the lot looking for the car, but no luck. We finally ended up looking in the repair garage and low and behold, it was on a lift all taken apart. I was told that the mechanic test drove the car and found major problems with the transmission, so he decided to replace the entire transmission and clutch. Ok, better now than after I pulled off the lot. I was told that it would take 1-3 hours until I could test drive it. I went to breakfast and returned. Still not done, so I walked the lot and walked the lot again and again until it was finally ready for me to get my hands on. It was 6 hours at that point. When I test drove it, it was awesome, so I did the deal. It was about 4:30 at that point, 7 hours now. After I went to the finance department and finalized the deal it was 5:30, 8 hours at hat point. I took it off he lot and went to get gas with a ten $ gas voucher the salesman gave me and since it was now night time, I turned on the headlights and low and behold, the dashboard lights were not functioning......Arghhhhhh!!!!!!..........So I turned back and brought it to the service department but they were ready to close up for the day, so I had to bring the car back the next day.....Nooooooo!!!!!!! DAY TWO: Another hour drive back and forth later, the car was fixed and I am very happy with it. So the moral of the story is, if you plan on going to test drive a car, take my advice, schedule a specific time to meet with your salesperson and have them have he car up front and ready for you. The car is awesome, the price was stellar but the hassle of going back and forth twice threw a wrench in the deal. I will go back, but I will be better prepared.

I had very bad experience with this dealer and let me tell you why? i live in TN and I found an SUV from this dealer on line which I was interested of in of purchasing for my wife. i called and talked to a supervisor Jason and I told him i was interested in one his SUV and because I live far away and would like would like to do pre-purchase inspection and he said that was OK . I found a company in Miami to do the inspection for me and it coasted me $200. When he was half way done with the inspection they pulled the SUV away from him and sold it to someone else. since then I have made several phone calls for a manager or someone in charge no one is willing to talk to me about the situation I did talk to a sales person and he told me that a manager will call me back, it has been two months and no one has called me and when I call and leave a message no one returns my call. DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE AND BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS UNTRUSTED DEALER.

Buying a car is never carefree. It's always at least a little stressful. However, there are certain aspects that I personally look for when car shopping and hgreg had everything on my checklist. Their website was easy to use, they provide the car facts report on their cars, the sales agents aren't slimy, they didn't haggle me on the price and the finance process was smooth. I can't speak for anyone else's experience but for me, my experience was excellent.

Let the buyer beware. Ask them to give you in writing their "200 year engine warranty." Afterwards, read it carefully. It basically states that they are not responsible for anything relating to the engine. Also, you save money by buying crashed and previously repaired cars, but get nailed from finance. Be Careful you will over pay.

First I had to go three times before I could do the test drive of the car that I wanted then because I was financing my car through my bank and They would not make money on the finance, when I was signing all the paperwork and I was reading before singing them, the finance person told me if you need time to read it just get out of my office so I can keep attending other customers. Worst professionalism I've ever seen.When I thought my nightmare was over then I had a problem with my registration. I wanted to register my car on Mississippi but the finance person told me in order for them to do that they would have to charge both taxes Florida and Mississippi which does not make sense. Anyways I end it up telling them to register the car in Florida with a tag in Florida and then I did pay taxes for Florida. After two weeks they decide to send me the money for the registration back so I can register the car myself in Mississippi but in order to do that They also asking me to pay taxes in MIssissippi but I already did in Florida. So I started calling HGREG accounting for them to refund my Florida taxes because they did not register my car like they promise in Florida or actually register my car in Florida and finish what They promise to do on the begining.Is impossible to reach the accounting department neither by phone or chat. Spent hours on the phone and call all their number leaving several voicemails. I am about to call the police and open a case against HGREG.Guys they have good prices on the internet but they would get you at the end.

I was charged $899.00 because your vehicles are submitted through a rigorous 140 check points. The next day when I get home I myself checked the vehicle and found :1 The battery was completely dried.2 Need for brakes within weeks.3 Floor Mats were promised to me and the next day I was told they did not have any.4 I told them the vehicle needed gas . They put gas in the car (less than a Quarter fill). You tell me if I should recommend a friend to you. Everything these days is about money regardless of the outcome, lies, lies and more lies.The salesman (Tony) was very professional and helpful. I have to admit he was.

I recently brought my 2008 Lexus ES350 to HGref to have my tires balanced and have an alignment of my tires. My appointment had been made on the phone and the service man was waiting for me when I arrived.'The service was excellent and I waited in a comfortable place while the work was being performed. I can honestly say this has been the best experience with a dealership. I've been to other dealerships because I am a first time buyer and I feel like the others were trying to f*$at me over. The person I talked to was extremely nice and had good intentions. You can tell that he actually wanted to help. What I liked the most was that he didn't attack me when I got there. He calmly came up to me, offered to unlock some cars I was looking at, and allowed me to have my space to think. His name is Eric Hormilla. He was very professional and very friendly. I never thought that I would go into that dealership and leave with a car. I am very happy with my purchase because Jose Debesa, the finance manager, met my monthly payments limit. He was also very very friendly and made my fear of buying my first car a comfortable experience. I can just say it was an overall great experience. I highly recommend dealing with Eric and Jose. Great guys, better salesmen.

*Warning** Stay away from this place! I walked into HGreg with the intention of driving away in a larger car than what I currently own. What I didn't know was that my trade in value of my car was way under what is worth according to "the dealer trade" in value on kbb (their website states the're a certified kbb and will honor what kbb said) which was not the case. On top of that i was told 4 hours after that they will not except outside lenders. Meaning my pre approval from my bank is worth nothing. Throughout the time we were waiting I could hear loud arguements with the Finance Manager and the floor manager about my situation and how the first thing a sales person needs to do is make the customer sign documents to avoid them from walking away feom the terms they decide on.To make things worse the floor manager had the nerve to argue with me in front of my wife and son when I was trying to explain why I felt that their offer was unjust. This place seems great but the money they shave from the cars they'll apply it somewhere else without you knowing. Do not buy here!

Watched HGreg's always updated and informative web-page and decided to look for a 'new' used car to replace my MB CLS 350. After a welcome they inspected and evaluated my vehicle which gave us time to look through their large inventory. We finally came to 2 vehicles we wanted to test drive - and that was quickly arranged. In the meantime they had finished the evaluation (which we thought was a fair value) of my car and they prepared us the proposal for both cars we were interested in. We discussed downpayment and finance options in a professional manner. After taking a lunch break we made our decision for the higher-priced of the 2 vehicles. Trying to negotiate their price down is not an opton as we experienced, but we came finally to an agreement. Then it took quite a while to get everything prepared and finalized. But after around 5 hours we left their premises with our 'new' used MB E350 Coupe in perfect condition.Overall we had a good experience at HGreg and we would certainly purchase a car again there and are also recommending this dealership to other car buyers.

I was looking at a lexus sedan to purchase and finance. It took them over 3 weeks to process my application. I called in periodically to at least ensure it was under way, i was met with rude personnel over the phone. Either way i live in GA and had a friend check out the car for me before i flew down there to seal the deal. When my friend got there the car had already been sold, and despite calling in that morning to ensure it was still available, when he arrived the car was nowhere to be found. A real joke of customer service and unwillingness to follow through with their word. At the very least they could have let us know so we dont waste our time!!!! Look elsewhere.

I just got home with my new audi a4 and I love it. The car is perfect and it was 6k cheaper then the audi dealer. It only has 16k miles on it and it looks brand new. I got the best deal in town and the car looks new. I also love that i have a lifetime engine warranty on it. Ask for Jose he was great. I purchased my car in 45 minutes. Very quick. The only thing that I did not like was that there was a lot of people and not enough sales people in my opinion. I had to ask for a sales person to help me.

I agreed to pay their asking price on a Corvette. I wired the the Money the same day on a Wednesday. after they received the money they said they had to have $199 fee for the out of state Title. I told them no thank you that they and their website had stated that there were no Fees. When Armano the out of state guy got sick he put me in contact with Marco. After telling them for 5 days to refund my money if they weren't going to sell it without the fee they finally said they were gong to put a check in the mail. I asked them to overnight it back. I had paid $20 to wire it to them but they just mailed it and said I should get it by the end of the week. I hope it comes.

Well, I guess I'm one of the few. The dealer seems very nice, professional, high quality website. They look the business and sell cars at great prices, I wouldn't doubt they are selling quality vehicles at great prices. But the sales reps aren't commissioned and don't quite understand their business process. I contacted them immediately as they posted an SUV they wanted. Asked a few questions, all went well. I was an out of state buyer so the sales-rep took my name and number for their "out-of-state" rep whom I'm guessing knows the go-around with out of state buyers. I waited until late the next day and decided to call because I had heard nothing and wanted to also know if I could have a PPI done. I was confirmed I could pay to have a PPI done. Great, so I go home and set up a loan with my trusty credit union. I call the next day and this is when the issues arose. I called to ensure the deal and have the financing sent directly them. The nimrod tells me I can't use an outside credit union they won't approve for it?! I explain that if my credit union has allowed me financing for a private seller (in the past) that I had never met before why wouldn't they finance me at a dealership? He then says that it won't work because it takes too long for them to get their money from outside financing? Um, it's not 2001 they direct transfer the funds, not send some old school lien holders check. Frustrated I try to use their online financing (which was a headache to get working). The entry slots from income and mortgage payment are all jacked up and took me forever for it to finally process. So I give up. I call back the next day (now on day 4) and ask to speak with another rep who says outside financing is okay, but I am third in line as one guy was working financing and another was trying to do a deposit. I said, um I have financing ready. He then tells me it's a first come first serve basis. So I tell him that I was there first and have been working a deal for a few days! Anyways now on day 5 I call to confirm sale to notify my credit union. Guess what? They sold the car. Can you believe that? I blocked off my work schedule for time to fly out and drive it back and those salesmen just sold it out from under me. So much for first come first serve basis. When salesmen aren't commissioned they're careless. Worse than commissioned salesmen if you ask me.

Very poor customer service on behalf of the sales rep as well as the finance manager. Did not honor word as promised. Very displeased with entire transaction. Finance manager Joey D. was extremely unprofessional and did not want to assist our sales rep because we financed our loan through USAA and said they don't get any money for using USAA. Since this was the case he went out of his way to be rude to us during our short time in his office and wasn't personable at all. He also failed to answer any questions we had and instead replied with I don't know you have to ask USAA in a very condescending manner. This dealership should really treat their military customers better.

The deals seemed great. After talking with several customers who've had their vehicles 6mos or more, this is not the best place to spend your money. In the long run will cost you more than going to a dealer. PLEASE HAVE YOUR CAR REPORT DONE BY "AUTO CHECK." CarFax does not seem to catch that airbags where deployed, damage, and paint jobs. Why would a 2yr old car need to be repainted anyway. BEWARE, they are slick - hustlers

Called HGreg auction to get info on a SL 63 they had on their website. The car in the photos was shown as a SL 65. When I called and was transferred numerous times and placed on hold was finally able to speak with a 'salesman'. When asked about the SL 63?? and the photos of a SL 65 he said it was a 65. In the next statement he told me they switched the rear emblems and put a 65 on the car, but it is rteally a 63. Are you kidding me. Don't understand how they stay in business. Car also had been in an accident and the salesman told me it was a MINOR fender bender. STAY CLEAR. Don't seem to know what they are selling. BEWARE Do your homework.

I did not expect to get too much for my trade in but I actually got a great deal and ended up walking out with a 2011 Nissan Altima without giving any additional money down. I purchase a 2011 Toyotal Camry LE. Everything was good until a few days after we took delivery the airbag light came on. Even though the vehicle has factory warranty we took it back to H GREG and the sales manager Pedro Rodriguez gave intructions to their service department to take the matter of this safety issue. Saving us time from going to a Toyota dealer since the dealership wanted us to leave the car there for more than 5 working days. I am really happy with the service in resolving this problem in a time efficient matter because i need my vehicle to work.

I like the place. Neat and the showroom was cool. They have free wifi so it was really great. I got my new car which was a 2010 Benz and I love it. October 31, 2013 went in to talk to the general manager at H Greg Doral, Miami Florida reference to the car that was bought the beginning of October 2013. It is 2010 Toyota Corolla. I purchase a 2010 Toyota Corolla on October 6th 2013 and was picked up on October 11th, 2013. We purchase two years of warranty on the car too. I call the Sales Person to have the car ready for pick up and sign the papers of purchase to. On the time of arrival; the car was not ready. We find out that it had a sensor light issue with the tires. Sales person had the service department check the problem, but the situation on the sensor light was not solved. Sales person indicated to drive several miles and it will fix on its own. The next day we found more problems on the car. We notice the brakes were not working right. Again, I was concern with the car that I feel it should have been inspected before it was sold to me. We took it to your dealer for the 2nd time for service again. Your service department did not do any work, only gave a report indicting that everything was fine. We where so upset with how your department service treat us. My insurance company recommends taking it to a private inspector to check the car. The inspector found problems, total of work around $933.47. I think your company should reimburse me the amount for the problem or I will report this to Consumer department on how unprofessional service on the car you sold me. I will not recommend anybody to your dealer. The Carfax does not give all the right information. Your responsible is to have the car inspected before it is sold. This car I purchase was not inspected correctly. You need to check your employees in the service department again and have them evaluated for experience in service.

I had been looking for a used (2010-2011) Mercedez Benz, looking for l a good compromise between mileage and price. I had visited two other sites, and finally came to HGreg on a Sunday late afternoon. I was received by Mr. Bernardo Alonso, who showed us very nicely without any preassure all the selections of MB 2010 to 2012. We found a good 32 thousand miles, in excellent shape. We were helped by the finance person Mr. Luis Madrid who gave us all the options for financing, and within one hour we were ready to take a very nice MB for an excellent price. But the best stayed to come. As we were driving home the car showed a signed of service needed, and the next day in daylinght we saw a slight damaged tire. I called Mr. Bernardo Alonso, and he inmediately called back. They followed up on checking the car computer, and followed up on the tire. I am even happier that when I left with my used but in excellent shape car, treated with kindness and responsability. Thank you HGreg. I will recommend 100%.

I went to this dealer based on the reviews that I had read. I called them to ask if they could help me purchase a car based on my credit profile. I told them my score and the problems that I have had in the past. I informed them that I would be using my car as a trade-in and if I needed more downpayment that I would have it in 2 weeks. They said no problem come on down. After, I saw the Buick Enclave ($14,990 89K miles), they showed me a Veracruz($14,990 59K miles)that also met my requirements. Both were about the same price. So, I said that I wanted either car based on the CARFAX. They told me that I could not get either one. But I needed to get something about $4000 less. I told them I would take a different car. I asked about the 2004 Lincoln Navigator with 66K miles. They told me that the bank would not loan me the money for it. I would have to take a car that was $13000+. The only ones that they had did not have my requirements. They just said to come back another time when I had more money. They wasted my time. I would never come back to this place ever again.

I bought my Altima here and Andres was my salesperson, he was very helpful and patient I test drove 3 cars before I decided on which one to buy and at no point I felt pressured or pushed. They have the best prices in town well below other local dealers. The only complain I have is the hefty dealer fee they charge and they don't tell you about it until you're closing the sale. I would definitely shop here again if they waive the dealer fee or at least charge less.

I do not recommend this dealership to anyone who is buying a car from out of state. My experience was horrible!! We bought a car over the phone (I think the representative was named Mike), got it financed and signed the needed paperwork. The next day, we got a call from the dealership telling us that another salesman sold the car and they drove off the lot ... after we had already bought it! This is considered breach of contract and many other things. This has been terrible trying to get them to refund our money to our bank, I do not wish this experience upon anyone. It has been over 4 weeks and still trying to deal with these people!!

I bought a vehicle just the 12th of this month; and the sale manager agree to fix a leak that the vehicle has; after a week I was called to pick up the vehicle; but it was not fix completely; yesterday I took it to check the leak again, and I was told that nothing was wrong; but I cleaned the engine and I found the leak just today. I called to find out about a Porsche and they told me that is available,when I arrived I ask for the sales person that talked to me on the phone so he took the keys of the car and handled it to a college he took me to the lot and said that the car was sold by another dealer and is no longer avilable,is the typical bait and switch operation he try to sell me another car with twice the amount of miles.When I got to my office I let one of my college send an e-mail with the car availability they called back and told him the car is available ( when do you want to pass by) So at that time we told him that someone else went already and they told him that the car was sold.When the salesman fount out who I was he told me ( ohh yes that car was sold to another dealer).You make your own conclution.

I was at the dealer to buy used sedan. Their overall impression was not friendly at all ! Bunch of sales people just talking and not care who is coming into their showroom. Anyhow, I liked one car so I decided to buy, however, due to my low credit score, I clearly told them whether I can finance or not. At the beginning, like any other dealer sales people, they told me it is no problem. The finance guy make me wait one hour and told me that he have to follow up next day cause bank was closed already. I waited all day next day but he did not call me to give me any update. I call him late afternoon and ask him what's going on ? He told me he will call the bank and find out ! Of course he never call me back. The following day, I went to the dealer to go see him, however, he never show up for the work that day. I called sales person same day and told him what happened, He said he will find out what's going on, but again, he never bother to call me to give me the status ! This is of course not surprising because work ethic is same throughout the dealer. You can tell people who work there does not have proper training nor education to handle customers ! I am glad I did not buy the car there because how can you trust cars from this dealer when the people work there are totally unreliable !

Every 2 years I buy a new/used vehicle. This is the first time I've never had to argue about the price or the trade in value of a car. The salespersons were very professional. I knew what I wanted and house much I wanted to pay. I would highly recommend H Greg to anyone looking for a used car.I was in and out of there in less that 2 hours. GREAT JOB!!

They are not professional, they have poor customer service, this is by far the worst experience i've had with a dealership. first off as I walked in the dealership, no one took care of me. If it wasn't because I really wanted that BMW i would have left. The customer service is so bad that they even threatened me, until I said that I would take legal actions against them, then they became all nice. DO NOT BUY FROM THERE.

Poor customer service from day one. I pretty much sold the car to myself. Since I was 300 miles away, it was over the phone or email. However, it was always me trying to make the purchase happen. Sales rep would never call or provide information/paperwork until days later. It took me calling numerous times to make this a final purchase, when I was ready to purchase on day one. I flew in to pick up car, was told I would be picked up at Airport. Upon landing I was told to take a cab. Instead of having the car ready for pickup (paperwork was done days prior) I had to wait over 1 1/2 hrs to receive keys (last minute clean/gas,etc) Than, received no copies to take with me since it wasn't "available" but no worries it would be mailed to me they said. Now, it's been 5+ weeks and they still won't send me my Car registration. Rudy Jimenez was the salesman and has not assisted me in any way to ensure this gets fixed, I would not recommend him nor this company at all. I even contacted Accounting department and they have been no help. Today I finally emailed the Supervisor....awaiting to see if finally there is someone willing to help.

This dealer is a rip-off, people that work there has no interest in customer service, and don't care about the customer satisfaction. Had the worst service in this dealership from the salesman to the manager, even the owner. Would definitively NOT recommend this dealer to anyone purchasing a vehicle. The other side of the coin is the conditions of their vehicles WATCH OUT, make sure you have a person that knows mechanics, don't just let fool your eyes seeing a "clean" vehicle. Want an advise, don't buy your car at H-Greg Auto Auction.

Bought a car. They showed me a clear Carfax, told me they stand behind their product. I am a girl and it was my first car, I trusted the "experts". Too bad..the car was in a MAJOR accident, they added all the possible extras they could. Don't appreciate all the lies I experienced!

I was recommended by someone very close to me. The service was horrible I bought the car in July and it had a few things they were going to fix so the sales guy to me he was going to call me to get them fixed he never called me. Since July i've been waiting so now i took it in to get it fix and they didn't fix everything ob it. I was the biggest mistake buying my car there.

I purchases my Benz in March but I don't remember the young man who sold it to me. I remember his co-worker who was next to him because he had the same name as my father, Pedro and he was the export manager or something like that. However, the lung guy that sold me the car, I have no idea what his name is! well needless to say that he was GREAT! I just wish I can remember his name to recommend him! I don't even know if he is still there because not so long ago I went and didn't see him! is there anyway of knowing his name to call for him? I bought my car in March 2012 and I think his desk was the second or third one by the wall! Great guy! handles everything real good! Thank you!!!

I found this experience to be less stressful that I anticipated. We were met inside by Export Manager, Pedro Rodriquez who was very polite. He was more than helpful in assisting us look at several vehicles, with NO PRESSURE sales. We walked out with the vehicle we wanted thanks to his assistance. I just bought a Range Rover 2009 from HGreg. They had the car of my dreams in the right color and low miles, too! It was the nicested used car ever! The sales people were very knowledgable and NOT high pressure.This is the second car we have purchased from this company and have been treated very well. I had a pleasant experience shopping at H Greg Auto. My sales person Jose Acosta was very profesional showing the cars and answered my questions without givig me the run around. The sale manager Gilbert made a good offer on my car that I traded in. A BMW 2003 325I and managed to put me in the car that I wantted. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Thanks, Joel

I have never experienced such a poor operation in my life. I reserved a Lexus RX to purchase at H Gregg. My wife and I each took a day off of work to travel round trip 410 miles to try to purchase this reserved car. We show up and they do not even know what vehicle I am talking about. To add to their poor operations H Gregg could not find keys to this car. When we finally get to see the car, after getting passed off to 2 different salesmen, it was destroyed. Bumper was literally falling off, hood was popped, headlight snapped off, antenna snapped off, dented and excessively scratched, battery dead, and the car was unlocked. This car is still listed for sale as we speak. I feel sorry for anyone who chooses to purchase here. Even after H Gregg knew the first Lexus was not sale worthy they tried to sell me another. This one had legally useable bald tires and a cracked windshield. Says a lot about the operation. I hope people who read this can make the correct decision and STAY AWAY from this place that H Gregg calls a business.

SALESPERSON TONY GONZALEZ WAS AMAZING AT THE MOMENT WE MET HIM. HE SEEMED TOO NICE TO BE A CAR SALESMAN. AS WE ALL KNOW CAR SALESMAN ARE NOT EASY TO DEAL WITH. BUT WITH TONY, HE MADE US FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND NOT BEING AGGRESSIVE AT ALL. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE AT H GREG AND WOULD RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM FOR SURE.
