Place is straight up trash. Literally bought a car and in 3 months the motor goes out. But I’m the safe side I bought the warranty just in case something like this happened. Well, the salesman that sold me this warranty for $2,500 told me I would have a $100 deductible if something goes wrong with anything that is listed. (The motor was on the list) So now o have the option to pay $4,000 or $1,200 for a motor. Straight trash!!!

I was in the market for a Jeep, which brought me to Hiday in Bluffton. When I walked in through the door I was greeted with a warm welcome from Brian Waggoner. He was happy to help me with any of my questions and was there to make me happy with whatever my choice was. Brian treated me like family and made my decision process easier. My decision was stress free. He is an amazing salesman and overall a good person. If you go to Hiday, ask for Brian. He'll treat you right. We had a wonderful experience at Hiday. We just purchased a vehicle which perfectly meets the needs of our family. We worked with Brooks, who was fantastic throughout the process. The facility is beautiful, all employees were great to work with, and our overall experience was excellent. This is the second vehicle we've bought from Hiday and will be back the next time we need a vehicle.

I shopped on line to find the truck that I wanted. Turns out I found it here. It was a 2 hr + drive to get there. They worked with me every step of the way. Via email we arranged all the meetings and all the issues were ironed out. I made 2 trips up. 1 to look at the truck and the other to buy it. I was worried about the time involved for the purchase. Most car dealers will keep you there for hours. On the day the purchase was made I was there for 10 min! They were ready with all the paper work when I walked in. Special thanks to Arlin Hyerly. He is a true professional who made this experience easy and pleasant. I will drive back next time I need another vehicle.

I came to Hiday Motors on whim while not seriously looking for a different vehicle. I met with Arlin Hyerly who has been my guide through this process, I highly recommend him. Hiday did not have anything on the lot that met my needs/wants but Arlin and the team at Hiday found my Regal GS. They found one with all of the options (and more) and within my mileage requirements. Financing and negotiations were simple, easy and straightforward. Everyone from the owner to the service staff and the front office staff have been wonderful to deal with. When its time for different vehicle you can bet that Hiday will be my first stop.

I was looking for a pre-owned Civic or similar car for under 10k to replace a rusty 02 Sonata. Found a sweet little diamond in the rough 07 Elantra online and made my way down from Grand Rapids. (This review applies to the Hiday Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership at 1791 N. Main St., Bluffton, IN, which is part of Hiday Motors.) [Same family ownership]I was needing a late model or new mini-van to replace my 15 year old mini-van. This dealership had serviced my wife's Town & Country van for a number of years; so, it was a natural choice to include in my shopping. Over a period of 2-3 weeks I checked internet sources and even one of the "mega dealers" in nearby Fort Wayne, IN. The "mega dealer" sales team's aggressive approach turned me off. Instead, I headed back to the small town dealer (Hiday's) my wife and I were familiar with to use as the resource to help finish my purchase decision. I finally decided to buy a new '02 Chrysler T&C van which had been on their lot from the first time I visited it a month before. Salesman Scott Graham was very patient with me during this shopping process and made the purchase paperwork easy for me at the closing. My advice is that it's not worth trying to save a few bucks on a purchase from a "mega dealer" when we have such a reputable small town dealer in the vicinity to sell & service the Chrysler products. They truly care about their customer relationships. Great service department.

I recently was looking online for a decent deal on a Buick LaCrosse CXL. While searching, I came across one with low miles at a sweet price at Hiday Motors. Though it was a 30 min drive, and my existing car was in rough shape, I decided to make the trek, because I was ready to buy from the right place. After playing phone tag with Arlen (one of the nicest guys you could meet!) - we met in person and I drove the 2005 LaCrosse.
