I purchased a 2011 Audi Q5 from these guys in Jan 2016. I was hit with a $2700 repair cost in Au6 2016, car needed new breaks, tires, control arm, etc. I had only put six thousand or so miles on the car. I called the dealership because theses guys told me to call if I had any problem with the car and even encouraged me to bring to them for service. I spoke with Gus cause the guy I bought the car from no longer worked there. First Gus told me it has been 8-9 months and then he told me I did not buy a warranty. When I argued that they sell luxury cars and owners have a reasonable expectation that nothing will go wrong so soon after they have purchased, he asked me if I was recording our call. I called the next day after I put the car in the shop and paid to find out the details of what was wrong, Gus told me my mechanic was overcharging and to pull it out and bring the car to him. I was on such a high when I bought the car, it was everything I was looking for. Now I pray nothing else goes wrong with the car. I still recommend these guys. They have nice cars and prices are reasonable. I don't think Gus was my salesman when I purchased. He is however the salesman who would not listen to my concerns and made me feel like I did not have the support of High Line...I thought to let it go, put it in the past but I thought I would write a review cause the guys I bought the car from were pretty cool guys, I just don't know what happened with this salesman.

The car was in very good condition with low miles and I got it for a very good price. The salesman was voice guys who new what he was talking about. Plus they have good deals on great warranties. The staff was nice I look forward to doing more business with them.

We just bought a 2013 Benz that is in like mint condition with 50,000 miles.This GL550 is so clean but we had it checked out & Highline took care of a couple minor flaws, they really took care of us. We highly recommend taking a look at their inventory before you buy a car.

I found out a great Porsche Macan S listed by Highland Auto and I sent email to ask about availability of the car. Alex reached me very quick and he is super smart and helpful. He gave me a very good trade in value for my car and we made a deal in less than an hour. Alex also secured the car for me even though many other buyers walked in and tried to buy the car. Allen reached me and gave me a very detailed description about the paperwork, the transferrable protection package, existing warranty and so on. Allen speak very clearly and carefully and he tried to make sure I understand every detail. I'm very thankful for Alex and Allen's help and service. Buying a new car is a good thing, and Alex and Allen made my experience wonderful. I'll definitely come back in the future for my next purchase.

I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL63 online without seeing the car in person. A bit of a nerve racking process living halfway across the country and buying a high performance car. Alex was great during the sales process -- patient and helpful in answering my questions. Offered third party inspections to make me comfortable, etc. Moreover, he and the team assured me that if anything was wrong after delivery to Texas, they would work with me to make it right. Unfortunately, there were a few issues when I got the car. One key missing, missing manuals, and a few small issues that needed attention. Again, Alex stayed true to his word and worked hard to make things right. I provided a list of things that needed to be addressed and they worked with me to get them done -- in the end, making me happy customer who got a good deal on a great car.

Worst experience ever they told me I would e able to be financed for a Mercedes C300 Very rude sales people they never got back to me. I had to be calling them to know what was going on for two days. I had put a deposit for $500 and was going to have it financed and they said they couldnt finance it. I could've payed cash for it but he just said we cant finance it we will refund your money ok and tried to cut me off so I told the manager you sold the car because its not on the website he said it had a problemAnd couldnt be sold. What a cheap lie they couldve told me they sold it I lost another deal to get this one, so disappointed. I thought they were professional but I guess not.

Based on my experience, BUYER BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH THIS FIRM. I drove in to see a car this firm had advertised. I was actually looking for a diesel model but not finding anything on the market. The dealer presented this car as a clean car, in good working order with no history of accidents. I purchased it for $24,500.00 plus taxes etc. However, when I took it to the Mercedes-certified mechanic who has been servicing my cars, he found about $700 of repairs that needed to be made. Within the first month I owned this car, I hit something in the road that caused about $2800.00 of damage under the grill and radiator area, though the damage was not significant enough to cause any indicator lights to come on. I only learned about it when I took it in for regular maintenance work. I reported this to my insurance company and they treated it as an accident. I had my mechanic repair the damage with Mercedes-certified parts. Shortly after that, the diesel model I was hoping to buy came on the market and I knew I would be selling the car from this dealer. I thought since this dealership knew the car, they might be willing to give a fair price to sell it back to them. I was hoping to get $22,000 realizing there had been damage done, although it was fixed as good as new. I told them about the damage and after knowing this they told me they would pay $21,000-21,500. I thought this was close enough to my hoped for price, so I took a day from work and drove the five hours in to Burr Ridge to sell the car back. I was honest upfront and showed them the paperwork for the damage that was repaired. They told me after driving the car that it had transmission damage. I knew this was a bogus claim and so did they. I know this is an often used ploy. If there had been any transmission damage, my mechanic would have repaired that along with the other damage. I know cars well enough to recognize transmission problems, and this had none of those issues. They told me they would give me $19,000 for the car.This did not seem fair or satisfactory to me. They told me to go to CarMax as CarMax would pay the full value. They gave me specific instructions to say nothing about the repairs that had been done. Interesting-- right??As it turned out, the conversation at CarMax never even got to the point at which disclosure of my incident with the car was appropriate because the first thing that happened there was them pulling up a report that revealed this car had been in an accident in 2014 - a fact NOT disclosed by High Line Auto Sales. CarMax offered me $18,000 for the car , based on the 2014 accident report.Since I had the offer from High Line for $19,000, I went back there. When I got there, the sales manager confirmed the offer of $19,000. However the owner would not do that. He said $17,000. We finally agreed on $18,000. The owner and sales manager were laughing and smirking to each other the whole time they were writing out the check. At that point, I didn't want to put any more time into it.To cap this off, when I got home that night, I saw that car posted on their inventory priced at $23,995.00. There was no mention of transmission problems, or the two accidents they were now aware of on this car. As of this posting, it is being presented as a clean accident-free car.. Thus my comment-- BUYER BEWAREI will contact the Illinois Attorney generals office to make them aware of my experience. I will also check to see if the Better Business Bureau has any interest in hearing this storyGary

Unbelievable service in buying a jag for our daughter. Gus is the best car salesman we've ever come across. We weren't buying one of their more expensive cars but we were treated so well. Everyone there is friendly and made it a pleasure to do business with them. The car was a fantastic deal too. We will definitely be buying our next car here! We came from out of state and they held the car for a couple of days with a $200 deposit until we could get there, but still no pressure because they offered to give us back the deposit if we didn't want it once we drove it!

I was looking for 911 Carrera S 997 chassis and happened to stumbled upon Highline. They had a car I wanted with options I wanted. After a test drive Sam went over the car, showed me options and how everything works (he is a big P-Car fan). He also pointed out blemishes - couple of scratches that were hardly noticeable. We also found another small issue that was fixed before I picked up the car. Points for honesty. On the finacial side of the purchase I worked with Casey. Very pleasurable and fun to deal with guy but in the same time profesional as it can be. Negotiations were simple and honest - I didn't feel pressured. There was no used auto salesman trickery. Casey was able to pull some strings and got me 2.99% APR on a used car - uheard off. So if you are looking for a used high end car in a great shape for a good price Highline Auto Sales is the place you should visit.

I worked with Moe B. and the process couldn't have been easier. Moe was very responsive and was willing to work to get the deal done. A couple other guys were there to help with paperwork and the closing process couldn't have been quicker. In fact, when we were getting the rate on the loan, the guys let me know it came back even lower than what they originally quoted me. I was a little leery about the facility but the cars were great, checked out by my mechanic in excellent condition, and would recommend Highline to my friends without hesitation. Good price, fair to deal with, and super fast.

Wow. good experience. Moe contacted me right away after requesting more information on cars.com over a weekend. He worked with me on price & shipping & provided a 6 to 9 day window of when my car could arrive at my house. Gus provided me additional photos of specific items as requested & photos of when the car was being loaded for shipping. Zack provided the temporary tags & buyers order & sent all the required paperwork very quickly. The car was just as clean & good condition as they said. Shipping had correct paperwork, kept in contact & took time to walk through shipping form & notes. I received the car exactly 9 days from the initial deposit, amazing!

2014 BMW 435i : First contact was Moe who told me the 435i was mint then Casey who seemed to be a first class guy and a pleasure to work with. All went well but it was the day b/f New Years and the price included shipping so the deal was fair to me for a shipment and delivery to Florida by the 7th or 8th of January. Now is when the deal started going downhill. It took a week for the hauler to get to and to load the car at Highline and it was the last car of 9 cars. I never got a "tracking number" as Casey promised but did find a number for the drive David (nice guy). Weather was not ever a factor but somewhere in Tennessee the truck broke down. My 45k car along with the other cars were stranded. Davis finally got a truck stop to fix his truck but that took another week and then all the cars were basically held for ransom until the bill was paid. Then it was two days later and I finally get my car without any help from Casey who "flew the coup" but promised to pay for my rental car and taking my wife out to dinner b/c he siad he should have done more. The "mint" condition 435i as Moe called it had a wheel with curb rash and the same door ding Casey claimed his guy could not fix (David pointed all this out to me while unloading) I got the wheel and ding fixed right away for 160.00. The rental car and dinner Casey promised to pay for was about 250.00. I still have his e-mail stating he would pay for the rental and dinner. This guy "bailed" on me when the going got tough and it was me who offered to pay the truck repair bill just to get my car.....NOT Casey. I don't think I have ever written a bad review about anyone but this guy deserves this one. He is not a man of his word and really had me fooled!

I purchased an Infiniti Ex35 for my mother-in-law with these guys. I bought the same day I saw it. I was definitely pleased with their service. We had a little issue with financing and I ended up paying cash, but they worked with me. I was able to take the car, fill the paperwork and come back the next day with my checkbook. They were pretty confident that the car was in great shape and they were right. I could have returned the car with no hassle before paying, but I'm glad there were no issues. Pricing was also better than anyone else in the Chicagoland area.

Have been working with Casey for months now with no result. We received the car with no A/C, Casey promised to fix, never did. Their idea of fixing a lose antenna was to glue it, the replacement of the tail light was to just shove it in with no bolts to hold it. I have since had these items fixed properly at my cost. Extremely disappointed, will not buy a car from them again.

I recently purchased a Maserati from High line Auto Sales. My Maserati is unique and the package it has is one of the few ones in the entire nation. Sam, Zack, Moe, and Casey all together really made this a pleasurable experience and I am 100% satisfied with this transaction. I bought a pre-owned Mercedes from High Line. I worked with Casey, Zack, Mo, and a couple other guys who's names I didn't get. My wife and I had had a great experience. I was a bit wary at first with the location and their casual attitude, but make no mistake these guys did a phenomenal job. Their location, inside a warehouse, while not your typical dealership, helps keep their overhead down, and was a unique way to set up shop. Casey went above and beyond with arranging financing. He wasn't satisfied with the initial rate so he worked with the bank to get an even better one. The bank even sent a guy to the dealership (thanks Jeff!). My wife noticed a couple of issues with the car we were looking at, a cracked marker light, and a hole in the grill. They went to the Mercedes dealer, got the parts and fixed the issues before we drove away. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking to buy a car.

I do not know of an accurate means of expressing what an awesome experience I had at High Line. Mo and Casey, especially Casey, went out of their way to make me happy. These guys are all 100% class acts. Do not let their casual dress and friendly demeanor fool you. You will get better service from these guys than any clown in a stuffy suit at any dealership you go to...anywhere. These folks are completely focused on making you happy without ripping you off. Casey worked his tail off for me and I have nothing but love for these guys in return. The only person I wouldn't recommend these guys to is an enemy; they can go have a dealership experience somewhere, they don't deserve these guys. If your looking for someone who is going to sell you a nice ride for the best price around and not try to abuse you or rip you off, these are the people you need to come visit. Thanks for a gorgeous Corvette for a great price.

Do not be deceived by the small size of the dealership or the casual dress code! They are very professional and very "real", which makes it a far more comfortable buying experience than a stuffy dealership. We were looking specifically for an R-Class, and expanded our search to 250 miles, when we found one at Highline. I called and spoke with Casey. He made himself always available for questions and the purchase experience was very easy, even from out-of-state. The R350 is the cleanest one we found in all our searching, and it looks virtually brand new! Very pleased and I highly recommend this dealer!

Outstanding pre-owned car purchase experience. Saw the SL550 on-line and called Casey about it. He described it accurately, so we made an appointment to see it. After seeing the car, there were a number of items that we had questions about. Casey said they could correct all the items we were concerned with and true to his word, everything was corrected, some at considerable expense to Highline Auto Sales. In addition, Casey personally came to our home, picked up the car to have the items corrected and then delivered the vehicle back to us. Casey and everyone at Highlane Auto Sales could not have been more helpful. Have never had a better experience in purchasing a preowned vehicle.

I found a Lexus LS 600h L, Pebble Beach edition with a really good deal on Highline Auto Sales' website and talked to Zack, Moe and Casey. They all were very helpful and friendly; They helped to coordianate an inspection with CarzInspection.com's agent, email more pictures as requested, and patiently answered all my questions regardings warranty, shipment, etc...
