We finally found the exact car we were looking for and a great dealer after several weeks of searching! We visited 5 other dealers before visiting Hilltop Nissan and Hilltop was by far the best. Everyone made the car buying process incredibly pleasant! We worked with Anthony and he was especially helpful! Anthony helped us find the exact car we wanted and worked with us to get to the price we were looking for. According to this dealership. Your appointment time doesn’t matter unless you are waiting in person. People who are waiting in person are a priority whether your appointment was 8am or 12pm. They spend more time asking if you need a thousand items done to your car instead completing the job you requested from them. The complimentary oil change is a way to get their customers to buy more cars. Waited 4 hours for an oil change with a 9:30am appointment. Shop at a different Nissan dealer.

Hilltop Nissan is by far the best dealership around. We walk in and immediately greeted by Mark Harding, very personable, very informative and straight forward. My husband and I walked in knew what we wanted and Mark came through. We left there within 2 hours, feeling great. We had the car we wanted and made a friend along the way. Mark is a great salesman, I would definitely recommend my friends and family members to go to Hilltop. We have always serviced our cars there but had never purchased one until now, the best decision was to go to our family at Hilltop. The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I recently attempted to lease a car from this dealership and had a terrible experience. After picking up the car which was brand new I noticed white residue on the drivers seat panels. After deciding this car was not for me later in the day (roughly 4 hours later). I returned to the dealership to return my car. I felt I was pressured and lied to about my rights regarding this as a way for the dealership to keep me from returning the car. I literally put 10 miles on the car and the excuse I was receiving was the car would now be considered used as a result it would cost the dealership money to take it back. However this is strictly a tactic and the dealership made a decision to not unwind the deal. I feel a repeat customer or any customer for that matter should be treated better. The lack of customer service was truly discouraging. I am a loyal Nissan owner and have never had this type of experience before. What bothered me the most was I was not just dealing with a salesman but the GENERAL MANAGER Bill Vielee. The experience will ensure my family, my friends and I will never go here again.

The salesman Peter Surdi was very courteous and professional. he went over or options based on our needs. provided various options as far as financing was concerned and more. after we had finalized the deal not only did he go over the car with us bumper to bumper, he also went as far as to take us to the service department and introduced us to the service manager and he went over the details of the maintenance plan and more. we are so happy we stop at Hilltop Nissan to find the right car for us. After reading positive reviews about this dealer, and salesman Peter Surdi, my wife and I decided to visit Hilltop Nissan to lease another Nissan Rogue. Peter was friendly, informative and actually was able to locate some 2015 models with better rebates. He was upfront about pricing, did not pressure us at all and kept the negotiation professional. We walked out with the car we wanted and at a price we felt comfortable with. In addition, Dean, the finance manager, did not pressure us to buy any additional add ons, and was quick in finalizing paperwork.. We highly recommend this dealer and Peter Surdi to anyone looking for a Nissan!

It doesn't get any better than these guys. In 5 mins they put a plate on the car so I could take it home to show my 75 yo Mom. On return I had and incredible price and finance offer on the table in 5 minutes, and when i returned they had the car cleaned up and had us in and out in less than 45 mins. The Service Manager at Hilltop in East Hanover, couldn't have been more helpful and diligent with addressing my needs and action oriented in helping get our car taken care of. Not only was he able to take care of our key-remote issue, but was honest, approachable and walked me through the process of the service that was going to take place. In addition, I had inquired about the new 2015 Armada and he even took the time to walk me through the specs and compared it to my current Pathfinder. Stellar crew, but clearly the Service Manager modeled great behaviors and customer service, which makes the team at Hilltop in East Hanover a top performing service center.

John Boccardi the sales man and his manager were both knowledgeable and easy to work with in coming to an agreement on the new Altima I was buying. Dean Alagna the Finance Director was also friendly knowledgeable and easy to work with. The dealerships service department has always been great to me when getting my Maxima serviced and is one of the main reasons I came back when we needed an additional car for the family.

Saw an ad for a used car I wanted, advertised price looks really reasonable so I went to check it out. Only to find out that they printed a 800 inspection fee and 500 fee for those who hasn't bought a car from them before. So that's 1,300 hidden fees on a car that is advertised at 21,995. The salespeople were somewhat rude and condescending as well. Didn't enjoy my visit. Thank goodness I found what I wanted somewhere else.

Peter made everything so easy! I called in the morning for my husband, told Peter what we were looking for, and he called me back with the perfect car. We worked out everything for the purchase and insurance with my agent, and my husband was able to come straight from work, fill out the paperwork and drive home with his new car in record time. And this included a trade-in!

The service department went out of their way to try and diagnose the problem with my car. I spoke with service several times and they were very up front with the issues and concerns. Unfortunately, the issue didn't happen while the car was with the service department, they continued evaluate and try and help me with my concerns. Excellent service!!

A fair deal all round with a pleasant sales and service experience. I am writing this review having leased, maintained and then turning in at maturity a new Nissan Murano. From walking into the dealership I was greeted and treated professionally and in a friendly manner by my salesperson. Deal wise, I felt that the price and terms are in line with the local market. Definitely shop around and compare but the sales experience made the difference for me. Service department was courteous and helpful with appointments. At end of lease there were absolutely no surprises though I had trepidations from experience with other companies. Again shop around as there are many Nissan dealers but I would recommend Hilltop based on my total experience.

I like everything about my experiences with Hilltop service, but most importantly that I am NEVER turned away when I have a problem with my car. Bob was reassuring, kind and helpful. I was able to be helped quickly and my problem resolved effeciently. We have bought 5 Nissans and at this dealership because of the service dept. It always feels good to know you are behind us and our car and taking care of it. Bob and the service man were great and I appreciate it!

This the worst dealership by far. I am so disappointed. I am a repeat customer have leased 3 other Nissans with them and when I went to go look at a new car to lease they were so disrespectful. I cannot believe that a loyal repeat customer let alone any customer could be treated this way. They were not willing to work with me at all they were so rude and wasted my time. It was such a gimmick because I have received several phone calls and mailings stating I could turn my car in early and walk away with a new car with no money down and a lower payment. Well that sure didn't happen. I only had 3 payments left on my lease and they wanted me to put a lot of money down plus increased my payments by over $100. Stay away from Hilltop. I've been warned in the past about this dealership but now see what people have been talking about.The service department on the other hand are just the opposite! I would recommend them. They are very friendly, reliable and flexible.

El verdadero problema viene cuando usted dice "SI" al negocio, ya que de ahi en adelante usted tendra que verselas con otros departamentos de la tienda como lo es Servicio o Reparaciones. Ahi, usted nunca va a encontrar no solo una cara amable sino que si usted necesita hacer un reclamo de la garantia o no esta desacuerdo con el tipo de reparacion que usted requiere, lo que usted va a recibir son puros disgustos y asi usted tenga la razon ellos no van hacer nada por usted. No se le haga raro que usted vaya tan solo a cambiar el aceite de su carro arrendado (que segun su contrato debe ser "FREE") y aparezcan otros problemas mecanicos que usted no se imagina que un carro nuevo debe presentar. Asi que tenga cuidado, no pague por cosas diferentes a las que usted va, es mejor que lo lleve a un mecanico de confianza y se asegure que lo que el concesionario le dijo es cierto. No digo con esto que la marca NISSAN sea mala, los realmente malos son las personas que alli trabajan. Mi experiencia no la estoy basando en una sola visita a este lugar he tenido que ir en cinco ocasiones siempre con la esperanza de recibir un mejor servicio esa siguiente vez, lamentablemente no ha sido asi. I had a very unpleasant experience at this dealership. They used all of the "gimmicks" possible. I arrived with a letter they mailed to me that made it seem as though I could walk in trade in my old lease and walk out with a brand new car with $0 out of pocket and a lower monthly payment. This was not the case. After I picked out the new car they started with the old bait and switch telling me over and over that I would have to spend more and more money. Then the nonsense started ie: The old "Let me talk to my manager" when all they did was disappear with my car keys and waste my time. This used to be a great place to deal with but there is no longer any sense of customer service. I am not an idiot and I did not appreciate being treated like one. I was the only customer in the showroom and there were 25 -30 cars in the make and model that I was interested in sitting on the lot that looked like they been there forever.You would think that in this economy they would have been happy to deal with a repeat customer. Instead they tried to razzel dazzel me into making a very bad deal. BEWARE of Hilltop Nissan.

I NEED HELP!! As you all know I purchased a car last week and I had a great sales guy and got a great deal. **HOWEVER!!** when I left the dealership on the first day the cruise control wasn't working. I called the sales guy and he said no problem come in and the techs will look at it and fix it. So I went and they informed me they did not have the right equipment to diagnose the issue so they sent me to the Ford dealer only to tell me they had to wait till MONDAY?!? to get an answer to approve the charges. NOW... I am back here at the dealer because the check engine light came ON?!?!? I would like to FLOOD the web on this issue to see how they react and what they do. If my issues get resolved I will repost and inform everyone of my satisfied status. however if they DO NOT move this along quickly and leave waiting longer and or give me the run around I would like for everyone possible. In whatever State you are in to share my situation and bring this dealer to the point where someone looks up their name they will come across this post and think twice about purchasing a car here. If any one knows what other media forums I can post on (while I am sitting here at the dealer since 8am) to help my situation I would love to know. He's followed up to make sure I'm happy with anything, and when I had a problem with the car he immediately got me in to have it serviced on a SATURDAY! He's just great. I visited Hilltop to look at the new 13 Altima. I was approached by Ed Zalenski who showed me the vehicle and arranged a test drive. Ed seemed friendly but was unfamiliar with something of the technological advancements of the new design. When we returned to the dealership Ed insisted that we talk numbers even saying youll make a lot of people happy if you buy a car since it was the end of the month. When I told him what a friend had paid for the same car and about a quote I received from another dealership for the same car he insinuated that I was either wrong or lying. He then acted as if he would be doing me some great favor at matching the price, all while still insisting he didnt think I was comparing to exact cars. When it came time to evaluate my trade-in he, along with the manager (Ed Rodriguez), shorted my trade by over $3,500 compared to not one, by two another dealerships. Obviously they lowballed the trade because the quote I insisted on for the new car. When I asked Ed if Hilltop participated with Truecar.com, he went on a rant about how Truecar.com skews the market and is bad for the industry. (In other words, it is good for consumers and bad for dealerships.) He even drew a bell curve depicting where a sales figure should be and where Truecar.com prices actually were. I tried not to laugh and politely walked out. It is amazing how, with the power and knowledge of the internet, there are still dinosaurs out there who think the car industry is the wild west of the 1980s and 1990s. If you have done your research, need a price matched, expect an honest value for your trade or want to be treated like a reasonable human being then I suggest you go elsewhere.

I went to Hilltop to trade in a used Nissan that I loved, but I needed to lower my payments. I met with Todd and he helped me not only find the car I wanted, but also an upgrade at the same price! I couldn't be happier with my purchase! On top of that, Todd has been so helpful since my purchase. I added a spoiler and he made sure that I was taken care of and even called after to make sure I was happy with everything! Todd knows customer service and I would definitely recommend anyone interested in buying a Nissan to Hilltop! The entire staff was very helpful!

My new Rogue which was purchased elsewhere decided one day to not start(these things happen unfortunately) and Nissan Roadside Assistance towed it to Hilltop Nissan. Since it was a Sunday I couldn't go up there to discuss it. Early Monday morning before I could call there, Al called me to understand what the issue was and had the car diagnosed by noon. He had the parts in hand the next day and the car returned half a day later. He was a pleasure to deal with and based on the service there I'll buy my next Nissan from them.If only all service businesses had an employee with Al Cimirro's willingness to get the job done right the first time.

We were badly in need of a new vehicle since we had an accident that totaled our other vehicle leaving our family with just one.We had dealt with Todd Porter from Hilltop Nissan in East Hanover three years ago when we purchased an Altima that happened to be the vehicle we totaled. Todd was not at Hilltop for a period of time and when we returned to find him back, we were extremely surprised and happy that he was there! He handled our situation the same as he did the first, caring completely about our needs, but never pressuring us to make a decision. We actually waited a few days before deciding and Todd allowed us to take our time before buying. Our new Altima is great just like all Nissan Products and our "free" oil changes were a nice surprise as well.Thank you to Hilltop for this fantastic experience and to Todd for being a great friend to our family. Buying a new car could be a very frustrating experience. After going to several dealers to choose a model we still had to find a dealer to purchase a vehicle. We went to a Nissan dealer in our area and the place was full, many customers waiting and when we finally get some help from a salesperson he wasn't "very nice"; he was trying to force us to fill up some paperwork and have our credit checked. Making the long story short: because of this saleman we almost decided to go with another manufacturer. Next morning I've mentioned to a co-worker about the terrible experience we had so far and he sugested to stay away from highway dealers. He told about Hilltop Nissan (he is a long time customer) and another dealer in the same area; we decided to give it a try. I noticed the difference as soon as we started talking to the saleman, he made us feel very confortable and didn't "push" the sale. We went back the next day to fill out some paperwork and in few more days we drove a brand new Nissan. Ed Rodriguez was very patient and honest with us!This dealer will be my first stop when I decide to replace my other car; hopefully this car is just the beginning of a lifetime relationship.

Had a great salesperson by the name of Ed Z. Followed through with everything he promised and was very easy to work with. Hilltop took care of all the details and overall this was a great experience. Ed handled us very well and I would not hesitate to go back to Hilltop. We bought a used Rogue and it was very clean and so far, no problems with the car.

I always have a good experience everytime I bring my car for service. Everyone is very helpful and do everything possible to resolve any issues. I would definitely recommend this dealership for sales as well as service. Currently looking for another family car, and this dealer is my first choice.

I always feel like a welcome customer at Hilltop Nissan. Scott Maggio goes beyond the call to explain what service is needed and why. I am always amazed at the cleanliness of the service area. Scott works with me to ensure I need to spend as little time as possible waiting for car service.

I am not someone to bother writing reviews but I really feel the need to after my experience at Hilltop Nissan. They all treated me so well. I was originally dealing with Damian and Anthony when Bob came over and asked me if my daughter and I were hungry. He bought us lunch while we waited and gave my daughter a coloring book. Normally I would consider this excellent customer service and then I found out from Damian that Bob is not an employee but actually the owner of the dealership. Now that's awesome customer service!

The best service dept hands down. The work is done so well that you don't even know that your vehicle was touched. They put everything back the way it's supposed to be with no missing parts right down to the clips and screws. I have been to three other Nissan dealerships for service that were a total nightmare until I found this dealer. They even put things back that other dealers that did repairs left off. If you are having problems finding an excellent service dept you owe it to your self to give this dealer a try, you won't be disappointed!

Damian was so great to work with! He really knows a lot about cars and answers any questions you have. He made me feel very comfortable with my purchase of my Nissan Murano. Damian is very friendly and easy to talk to. I will recommend him to my friends and family that are looking for a new car as well!

Damian was the greatest salesman I have ever encountered in my years of buying cars. I purchased three cars from him and I was never more satisfied. Damian's knowlege about his product was the best. A pleasure to work and I wouldn't ever go anywhere else. Dean, the finance manager, was great to work with as well. He was very detailed about my finances and didn't leave anything out. Anthony, the GM, ran a tight ship. I was greeted with smiles from everybody and couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service. Bottom line is this, Hilltop Nissan is number one in product, customer service, and all around great people. Damian was the greatest to work with and he makes you like a friend rather than a customer. Hilltop is number one!!!

This was my first time buying a car on my own. I immediately fell in love with a 2008 Jeep liberty. Although it was used, it was in mint condition. Working at a Nissan dealership, Damian was still quite knowledgeable about the car and its history. He was very friendly and not too pushy. As a young female buying my first car I dreaded nagging car salesmen. Damian provided me with an enjoyable experience. He got me an amazing interest rate as well as free oil changes for a year. I was so impressed with his knowledge of cars and enthusiasm. All in all, as a first time buyer, I was nervous to deal with car salesmen; haggling prices, talking about financials and details of the car. Damian made me feel comfortable and not like I was being taking advantage of so I was able to make a big financial decision easily.

I have been to many dealers with the same problem, All said i needed to replace the motor to the cost of thousands , I then was told to call Scott at hilltop, He and Mr O'brien were able to diagose the real problem and then replaced the needed part. Saving me thousands. I would reccommend them to anyone ! Thank you Hilltop Nissan.

I leased my car from Hilltop Nissan and have ONLY brought it back there for service and also body work. Scott makes it EXTREMELY easy to bring in the car anytime or any day that makes it convenient for me. My most recent visit, I had my car side swiped and there was damage to the door and the side view mirror ... As soon as I called Scott to tell him ... he had me bring the car in, and gave me a loaner car, so I wasn't without a car, and had my car back to me in 2 days. He is always pleasant to deal with and always has my best interests in mind when working on my car. I trust him entirely with the service of my car. Your dealership it quite lucky to have an employee like him working.

I had a an experience that far exceeded my expectations when dealing with Hilltop and Mr. Porter specifically. I originally got an Altima from Nissan in Denville, which was just an experience to say the least. But about a year and a half later I was already 12,000 miles over my limit so I stopped by Hilltop just to see what my options were and to see the differences in the 2008 and 2010 models. He went over my options regarding my present car first. He explained what the buy out would be at the end as well as what the cost of miles would be if I continued at the pace I was on. Then after I knew what to expect with my original car we discussed looking into a newer Altima because I was interested in upgrading a few features. After him demonstrating absolute patience with a customer who knows little to nothing about cars he was able to work up a few different scenarios that actually fit in my price range and were not making me stretch my financial situation to unaffordable levels. When the details were in front of me, I was able to take the scenarios home with me and discuss with friends and family more familiar with the process of purchasing/leasing cars than myself. It was interesting to see that everyone agreed that the offer I was getting for the upgrade was the best overall option from all options (keeping my car and upgrading). So literally two weeks later I walked into Hilltop spoke to Damien and my original deal was still available and when signing the paper work he explained thoroughly what I was looking over and allowed me to read all the paperwork. When it was all said and done I had a no hassel transaction and I was pleasantly surprised to see he was aware enough to increase the milage on my lease and get every single upgrade we discussed into the car for a payment that went up under $25 per month. Very impressed with the whole transaction from top to bottom and I absolutely would recommend anyone to take the time and speak with Mr. Porter if they need an opinion that is trustworthy.

I've got to tell you, I'm not one to go public about an experience with a car dealer.. .but I just got finishedwrapping up a deal with Hilltop Nissan in East Hanover that has restored my faith in humanity, I meanas far as I'm concerned, all car dealers are the same. Not Hilltop. I was looking for an Altima with very specific options. I told the Hilltop salesman I would not budge on any of my options. Actually I had been comparison shopping and was trying to see where Hilltop would come in on the Altima I had in mind. I thought the salesman was going to give me a song and a dance about it or try to sell me "something better". Instead, he said, "Let's go find that Altima you're looking for." He went through their whole inventory with me... I mean every car that even came close! I kept telling him close was not an option. He was really good about it. He said he'd make a couple of calls to other dealers to see if they had my exact specs. I left thinking, "I'm never going to hear from this guy again!" A day later I got the surprise of my life. Rocco ... that's the salesman's name ... called me and said he found the car and could have it for me right after the weekend if I was ready to sign. I said, "woah, what's this going to cost?" That's when he hit me with surprise number two. The Hilltop price was even better than the lowest one I'd already gotten. So here's the bottom line: I trust Hilltop and on a scale of one to ten, I'd give them a solid 9.5. One other thing...I don't know what all the sale folks at Hilltop are like... but I sure would recommend Rocco! The paperworkwas a breeze and Hilltop took care of everything ... including the plates and all that stuff. The car wasperfect. Rocco got the right color, the right options and the right price for me. The whole thing was perfect.

A while ago I fell on some hard times. I lost my job and was going through a pretty messy divorce. Bills were piling up and I just couldnt afford to pay them at the time. Though I was able to find a new job and move on with my life, my credit score took most of the hit. For the last couple years Ive been slowly rebuilding my credit and it is getting better. Still, I still have problems applying for financing for certain big ticket items. You should have seen what I had to go through just to get financing for a computer! Thats why when my car broke down, I was dreading having to get a new one. Fortunately I went to Hilltop Nissan I told the sales associate right from the get go about my credit problems. He didnt seem too worried. That helped me relax when we looked together for a new Nissan. After a very pleasant and informative shopping experience I finally met my fear the financing department. After checking all my credit reports and financing he said the one word I never thought I would hear, approved! I couldnt believe it. Just like that. Hilltop Nissan took me in and gave me the credit I needed. Because of my credit, Ive been turned away from a lot of different places. But not at Hilltop Nissan. Ive had the car for a couple of weeks now and it is driving perfectly. More importantly, I received a payment that I can afford. Now I can drive without having to worry about breaking down or going broke. Thank you Hilltop Nissan!

A co-worker of mine recently purchased a Nissan Versa from Hilltop Nissan. He had such good things to say about them that I had to try them out for myself. I have been looking all over for a new 2011 Nissan Z. I mean I've looked all over for one. The internet, the newspaper - everywhere. I've actually called dealerships and had been told they were in stock, but when I arrived, there were no Nissan Z's to be found. So after the glowing review my co-worker gave me, I called Hilltop Nissan. Not only did Hilltop Nissan have the 2011 Z, they got the color I wanted with the features I wanted too. What a find Hilltop Nissan is. When I arrived, the salesman took his time with me going over every feature of the Nissan Z, even a couple I didn't even know about. Even though I was pretty much sold, he took me on an extended test drive even to a parking lot where I could really test drive the performance of the Nissan Z. And I thought the test drive blew me, that was until I saw the price. I couldn't believe how low it was. As I said, I've been looking for a new 2011 Nissan Z for a while, and this by far was the lowest I've ever seen one. I didn't even have to negotiate the price. It was absolutely the deal I wanted on the car I wanted. I'm actually considering going back to Hilltop Nissan and purchasing a pre-owned vehicle for the days I don't want to drive my new Z! When I was there, I saw Hilltop Nissan had a huge pre-owned section too.

I decided to use the internet to find my new vehicle. I googled New Jersey Nissan dealers and stumbled upon Hilltop Nissan. I've always liked Nissan vehicles and had owned and leased many throughout my life. When I arrived at Hilltopnissan.com, not only was the site easy to use, I filled out a request and got a call back within a hour from a salesman. An actual salesman called me back!! He reviewed my request and even had a price ready for me. The price I was quoted over the phone was so good I set up an appointment that night to go for a test drive. I ended up financing a new Nissan Rogue. After filling out all the paperwork with the finance guy, I drove off happy that I got a great rate. I was surprised when he called me back two days later to say that he got me an even better rate. It was only a difference of $7 a month, but the fact that he was still working to get me an even better rate meant the world to me. Other places would just have processed my paperwork without a second thought. Not at Hilltop Nissan. Overall the service and price were good, I can't imagine ever shopping anywhere else again. I've told all my family and friends about the level of service I received at Hilltop Nissan. It is rare that you come across a dealership that is actually working FOR you and not against you. Great price. Great car. Great Dealer. Thank You Hilltop Nissan.

Called for new vehicle lease pricing. When asking for basic information on the lease (lease payment was WAY too high after i did some quick calculations) the Salesman on the phone was rude and sarcastic after I called him out on yet high lease price. I eventually hung up the phone as I could not believe a Salesman would treat a potential customer this way. I would never recommend this dealership to any friend or family member.

As a result of my company's business relationship with Nissan, employees are entitled to "Preferred Pricing" from Nissan. With a claim certificate, employees of my company can go to a Nissan dealership and get pre-negotiated pricing without the need for haggling. My wife was set on a Murano. When presented with the certificate, my salesperson Ed Rodriguez was eager to help and indicated that he would be happy to honor the offer and that this type of program made his life easier. I work in finance and have a great deal of experience with leases so I would say I'm a well informed consumer. When the price was presented to me, it seemed too high. I had built a lease model on my computer and the monthly payments did not make sense relative to what the offer was supposed to be. After much pressure from the wife, I decided to move forth with the purchase. I figured that I could always follow up after the fact and if things didnt check out, I'd reach out to Nissan Corporate.Bottom line, 2 months later I get an email from Nissan "Time is running out to redeem your preferred pricing claim form". I called Nissan and told them that I had redeemed it. They said that the paperwork necessary for the dealer to receive reimbursement from Nissan Corporate had never been submitted. I called my salesperson at Hilltop and he adamently confirmed that I received the preferred pricing. Being a skeptic, I called Nissan back and after threatening to file a complaint with the state attorney general's office, they connected me with the head of the preferred pricing program. The gentleman who assisted me from Nissan Corporate was absolutely terrific. He confirmed that I didnt get was I was supposed to and after months of him following up on my behalf, I received a check from Hilltop for $1,650. No note in the envelope, just a check.While I was pleased with the ultimate outcome, I felt it was important to let anyone know who was in the market for a Nissan not to go to Hilltop or they too will likely get frauded by the low life car dealers that work there.

After a long drawn out process to purchase the vehicle i was plasantly supprised to see they after they told me that the financing was 0% they paperwork showed 5.9%, but the sales manager with the bad attitude and the chip on his shoulder explaind to me that the total of payments came to the same. Some how thay played numbers with the fianance papers but the total for the vehicle was exactly The same.All i can say is be-aware of this dealer. The salesman was good to work with but the sales mananger thinks he just walked off the set of the Sopranos and the owners son who is running the place is no better. I would of rathered bought a car from a used car place that has a mananger who's nickname is snake and has more gold than Mr.T. I think what really made me take the time to write the review was how rude and unprofessional the Owners Son was. Nissan and Hilltop Nissan will never get any of my business again. This is my first and last Nissan. Unfortunatly for them i purchase 1-2 new vehicles every year. They lost what could of been a good customer. Hopefully someone from Nissan will see this review.

I WENT TO LEASE A NISSAN, I HAVE POOR CREDIT AND ACCORDING TO THEIR AD ALL PROBLEMS CAN BE RESOLVED AND I WOULD GET A CAR. MY SALESMAN, MACK WAS LAUGHING AT ME WHEN I SAID I WANTED TO LEASE A 2008 CAR, WITH A CO-SIGNER.MY FRIEND WAS WITH ME TO CO-SIGN.AFTER AN HOUR OR SO. I WAS TOLD I COULDN'T GET A USED CAR OR LEASE A CAR BBBBUUUUTTTTT I COULD BBBBUUUYYY A NEW CAR WITH A CO-SIGNER. IT WAS LIKE THE OLD SHELL GAME, THE PAPER WORK SAID MY FRIEND WAS A CO-OWNER--WE BOTH SAID NNOOOO. WE KEPT CALLING THEM ON THEIR ACTIONS, SO I THOUGHT IT WAS ALL RESOLVED ONLY IF I COULD BRING $2300.00 IN THE NEXT DAY. WELL PROBLEMS AROSE AND I COULD ONLY GET $700.00. I CALLED DEAN SAID NO PROBLEM. THAT'S WHEN DEAN AND THE MANAGER WERE TALKING TO US AS IF WE WERE THE PROBLEM AND THEY WERE GETTING TESTY. I FELT SICK TO MY STOMACH. THE SALESMAN, KEPT SAYING HE NEEDED TO GET THE CAR OFF THE FLOOR, HE'D GET $25.00 EXTRA FOR DOING. I DID GET A REBATE AND $1000.00 FOR MY OLD CAR.THE BIG SURPRISE WAS LATER IN THE NEXT WEEK, THE PAYMENT BOOK WENT TO MY FRIEND, MY CO-SIGNER NOT ME. SHE HAS BEEN GETTING BAD CREDIT NOTICES FROM CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCIES. THEY ARE NOTICES OF ADVERSE ACTION TAKEN AND STATEMENT OF CREDIT DENIAL, TERMINATION, OR CHANGE. ACTION TAKEN: REFUSAL TO GRANT LOAN.DO NOT GO TO HILLTOP!

When I went there this Saturday and found no other customers there an hour before closing, I should have known something was wrong with this dealership. I had just come from an Infiniti dealership where I received expert attentive service from a salesman. Even though I had no plan to buy a car on the spot, the Infiniti salesman recognized my value as a potential customer in the near future. At Hilltop Nissan I expressed interest in seeing a Z and was immediately brought to one on the lot and asked if I was ready to buy it. Upon indicating that it was a big decision and took more than just looking at to buy the young salesman lost interest immediately. I am a very mild mannered person and we became involved in an argument where he expressed that he has never thought about future potential customers and always knows exactly what he wants when he comes to buy a product. He thought it was ridiculous that I was asking him to explain some of the features of the car As I began to walk away, he had the audacity to request his card back. This is not the place you want to go to buy a car. Buying a car is not a one day experience, it is a multi-year relationship. Why do business with a place that is so short sighted?

Me and my family were disappointed with this dealer for more then one time. My first bad experience with them which I should of known only was trouble is when I signed my contract for leasing an Altima. When I went to pick it up I saw on the signed contract that my payment amount was about $30 a month higher then for what I had signed and agreed on, they had scribbled out the origianal one and wrote this new price in. What happened was they showed me a car and we agreed on it and the price and they wrote it up not realizing that they had sold me a car that was a little better then what they thought so they just assumed that when I picked it up that I would be ok with this new price. Well obviously I wasn't. The best part is that they didn't even tell me that they did this, they were just hoping that I wouldn't realize it. And when I did approach them on it they were like - Oh yeah I forgot to tell you. I couldn't believe that they tried to do this to me especially because the owner knew my father quite well. Their services takes much longer then they say it will, they have no loner cars for you. The 2 times I had my car serviced was a nightmare. So me being nice and giving them a second chance I went back after my 3 year lease to get a murano, thinking that I leased from them before they would be good to me. Wrong. They tried to lease me a car for a riducoulous amount of money so I left. I went down the street to another Nissan dealer and got the same car for almost $80 less a month. So when I called them to tell them I wasn't getting the car from them and that I got it much less all of a sudden that price was ok. I couldn't believe that they would drop the price that much which meant that they were trying to rip me off an extreme amount. Shame on them. I will never go to them again.My parents also had a bad experience with them as well. My parents purchased a car from them. When my mother went to pick it up the sales man (not her origianal one) tried to sell her an extended warrenty. When she said no I already discussed this with my other salesman he wouldn't stop. Over and over again my mothe said that she didn't want it and over and over this man kept pushing. Finally my mother called my father not knowing what to do since this salesman wouldn't give her the new keys and kept pushing on this extended warrenty, my father told him no a numerous amount of times until my father demanded to speak to the manager. Finally after arguing with the manager my mother got her keys and left. The managers excuse was that he was just looking out for you and doing his job. Looking out - the salesman was getting my mother nervous, my father upset I don't call that looking out. How many times can a person say no. So to me their customer service stinks!!! I will never go to that car dealer again, nor will my parents, or anyone in our family.
