I have been driving Jeep Grand Cherokees for many years, all of them purchased at Hillview Motors. I thought I would like something different for a change. I went to several other dealerships, drove a number of other vehicles. My last stop was Hillview. Steve has been "my guy" for a number of years. I explained where I had gone and what I was looking for. Steve was able to get me the "best deal" based on everything else I had looked at. He is an awesome person. He's never pushy, explains everything in detail and makes the car buying experience (which I hate) extremely easy. He takes time to go over all of the little details and has been truly a pleasure to deal with over the years. If you're looking for a good person to deal with, Steve is your guy! Hillview Motors is in my mind the best dealership in Greensburg. They are very trustworthy, and do the right thing by the customer. That keeps me going back, as I think this is the 4th Jeep I've bought, along with others for family members. They can't be beat.

Went to purchase a newer vehicle, both Jim and Nick were tremendous on explaining the car, safety features, and most of all weren't pushy. I went in towards the end of the day on a Saturday, and they stayed around after closing. And I didn't even buy it that day. I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee 5 yrs. from Hillview, based on that experience when it came time to replace it I returned to Hillview. Upon asking for the salesman I dealt with 5 yrs. ago I was told he had retired after 30 yrs. at the dealership, which in its self says a lot about the dealership. The salesman I dealt with this time was Nick Przybylek a very professional and personable young man who was very thorough and efficient and made the whole experience very relaxed and enjoyable. When the vehicle was ready to be picked up all of the paperwork was ready and correct and the whole process took very little time. Since I was replacing a Grand Cherokee with another Grand Cherokee I was familiar with the vehicle except for some of the new features which Nick went over very thoroughly. His thoroughness has resulted in my having absolutely no questions concerning those features. When it comes time to replace this one I'll be going back to Hillview, I cannot give a better testimonial than that.

Nick Przbylek is a nice, competent, and knowledgable salesman, who spent an amazing amount of time with us, helping to make our decision easy. After looking at, and sitting in, many of the jeeps in the showroom, we settled on a red 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Horrible customer service. Bought a used jeep a year ago, two weeks after I got it I got in my car after a heavy rain and it was soaking wet inside. This was my first time ever buying a new car from any dealership, to be honest I was nervous about having to deal with pushy salesmen. My salesman, Brian Okonak, wasn't pushy at all. Before going to the dealership, I built a car online and got an email from Brian. Even though Hillview didn't have the exact car I was looking for, Brian and I took a test drive with a similar model. Over the next few days, Brian searched quite a few dealerships in the area and found the exact car I built online with a few extra bonuses. Brian definitely went out of his way to help me find my new car and I couldn't be happier.

The sales staff (Steve in particular) are very knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to ensure that your buying experience is pleasant. During this last purchase we met with the owner who is extremely easy to deal with and also knowledgeable about the products on the lot. We were able to drive a vehicle for as long as we wanted while we were there to make sure that it was what we were looking for. Went here after spending many hours at another dealership. We walked in with 3 tired hungry kids. Salesman was very fast, honest and helpful. He grabbed his invoice book, sold us a jeep for $100 over invoice and had us out of there as quickly as he could. We will definately go back in the future, and would recommend it to anyone.

My fiance and I have been looking (at our own pace and on our own time) for a new Jeep since August or September. I first visited the dealer as a "serious" buyer during the first week of December 2014. I had the privilege of working with Nick throughout the process. After talking to Nick for a while, he understood what kind of vehicle we were looking for and what our interests were. At first, we were stuck on the two-door Rubicon but after seeing the positive aspects of a four-door, we were set with the four-door Rubicon. It grew on us over the next few weeks. Our salesman was not pushy, didn't call or e-mail asking, "When are you coming back to take a look at another vehicle? We have more inventory, would you like to come up?" It was refreshing to have Nick work with us at our own pace. He is obviously very familiar with the Jeep family and knows all about the vehicles, inside and out. Finally, just a few days before Christmas, we were able to make our purchase..on the vehicle we first saw in early December. We were fortunate that the one vehicle we really wanted was still there. I was very pleased with the entire purchasing process, ranging from the very polite and professional service from the finance staff and also the gentleman who assisted with the extended warranty options. He too, understood our needs based on our travel, etc. I would highly recommend Hillview to anyone in the tri-state area. Fortunately for us, we were recommended through my parents and sister, who all in total, purchased between 4-7 new vehicles from Hillview dating back to the early to mid-90's. It's a great organization, great staff and they truly care about making your experience memorable. This was a great Christmas present and I'm glad we could keep our business in Westmoreland County, Pa!

Hi! Just bought a Used car from Hillview Motors.. What a nice used & very clean machine.. I love the way this Nissan "Juke" looks & was made. I think you either like the look (or) Not ? I'm not one to purchase a vehicle very often. I usually purchase a car / truck, about every 15 to 20 years... That's just Me.. Although, I had no~ trade-in value in my car. I was able to sell it outright to another person. Thus! giving me enough for my down payment... I walked in & met this salesman named: Gary Lynn ... "Great Guy" Very calm, not pushy, & knows his work... We worked through the numbers.. We both presented our numbers to what we could afford & the next day I went back & bought my Nissan Juke.. We compared this Nissan Juke to "16" other cars in it's range of the year, - Vs - mileage & what was in it's package. I could not touch another car by at least $ 900.00 + . My parked car was totaled by a drunk driver, so I had to spring into the car buying process with no notice, and basically no idea where to start. I looked at many many many SUVs and cars and at many dealerships that basically tried to get me into ANY car, rather than the right car for me. When I showed up at Hillview I was basically extremely frustrated with the whole process and not knowing what to do, and Brian Okonak helped get me into a Jeep, which fit what I was looking for exactly. There was no pressure in the process and I felt very comfortable. I got a great price on the vehicle and everyone has been telling me what a wonderful car I chose. 1- The radio stopped working in my Crossfire. I took it to Hillview's service department, where I was told that I needed a new radio for $1300. I told the guy I'd get a second opinion. The problem was fixed with a $7 fuse. 2 - The remote to open the door on my Crossfire stopped working and I was told that it would cost $200 to replace the remote. Again, I said I'd get a second opinion. This issue was fixed with a new battery that cost less than $10.

Brian O. made this process so easy and one that was actually enjoyable, which is hard to believe when visiting most dealerships. Brian listened to what our budget was, kept us in that range without ever trying to make us spend more than what were comfortable with and lead us to the perfect car. After trying some of our original suggestions and having no luck, Brian took us to the detail shop where a car they just took in on trade was being detailed. We took a quick test drive and knew this was the vehicle for us! By listening to what our needs/ wants were and knowing our budget, Brian was able to get us in the right vehicle for the right price. To some it all up, we could not be happier. By far, one of the best buying experiences to date! I have had a check engine light problem since i bought my jeep new from Hillview. I repeatedly took it back to have fixed and they constantly have given me the run around. They have a common problem, but mine comes and goes. It needs a sensor and they wont replace it till the light glows steady all the time. Mean while i have dropped my 2012 jeep off 3 times to have the issue fixed. It is a huge inconvenience to repeatedly have to take the vehicle in and dropped off! Last jeep for me from Hillview, Service Sucks!

I would like to express my opinion of a recent buying experience at Hillview Motors in Greensburg, Pa. . I had contacted all the Dodge dealerships in a six state range looking for a red 2014 Durango Limited with frost/black interior. I got very frustrated with all of them. Found several but they all thought that I should give them my 2014 Sorento SX until I contacted Brian Okonak at Hillview. He worked with me on reaching the trade that I needed on my new Durango. No hassles and he got back to me promptly on every question or concern that I had. I had just about given up on getting the Durango but Brian was an answer to a prayer. This is my third Ram Sport I have purchased from Nick and Jim Przybylek. The 2010 and 2012 were easy purchases , being the trucks were in their inventory, and they were equipped with every thing I wanted. They didn't have a 2014 in inventory with the options I wanted. They bent over backwards to find the Ram being it was too late to order a 2014. They found it in another state. This shows how much they care about their customers, by going out of their way to satisfy their needs. This was my first time ever buying a new car; I am young, a student (so my resources are limited), and I am slightly demanding when it comes to knowing what I want. I had very specific demands for what I wanted in a car, and I take a long time to make decisions. Other dealers I had checked out were pushy, not willing to negotiate price, or were just nightmares to deal with. Then I went to Hillview. Brian Okonak was the sales person who took care of me at Hillview; from day one he was very attentive, but not pushy, and helped to find me the exact car that I wanted. I have a difficult time making decisions, and he was still able to deal with my "him-hawing" on the purchase. The car I wanted was not located at their dealership, but they went above and beyond to find me my car and get it to their facility as quickly as possible. I have never been happier with a car (i love my Jeep!!!) or with a car buying experience that had been portrayed to me by others as a nightmare experience. If I ever purchase another car, I would not hesitate to return to Hillview in a heartbeat. Everyone there, the salespeople, the manager, and other members of the company were beyond wonderful to deal with. Very satisfied and would recommend that everyone go to this dealer to purchase your car.

Steve Huba was our sales rep and we couldn't have been more satisfied with his outstanding service! We were dealing with Tri Star in Uniontown (where we have purchased all of our cars for many years (so has my son). I purchased a brand new 2012 jeep wrangler from hillview in january 2012, i have had nothing but bad experiences from them since. I have had my jeep in there numerous times for the same leak that still leaks, i have had in for a defective horn and they kept if for days and the horn still is not fixed. I recently called becuase my power steering went and the told me i couldnt get in for 3 weeks, the jeep was not drivable. The absolute worst experience ever. I will never again purchase from them ever!

My wife and I went into the dealership to actually just look at the new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. We really had no intention on buying a vehicle that day or really in the nest 6 months. My father had great experience with Hillview and pointed me to Jim Przybylek. Jim, now in management, introduced me to his son Nick who was a blast to work with. We took the Jeep for a drive and I could tell we wanted the vehicle. We negotiated for about 20-30 minutes and wouldn't you know it, we now have a new Jeep and out the door at 5. Salesman Nick Przybylek helped us buy a 2012 Chrysler 200 on 5/17/14. My husband and I both commented about the low stress and enjoyable transaction. I inquired about the 200 online and Nick answered questions. We went in to look at the car and take a test drive. Nick was very busy, but did not make us wait to drive the car and allowed us to take it without a salesman. I was impressed. There was no haggling, he gave us a very fair offer on our trade. Set up my appointment and met with Doug Menhorn. He mentioned Hillview has been family owned for 50 years which was a 'plus' for me in a way- since I'm 'old school'. He thoroughly explained the Jeep's features before we took it out on the road and discussed the 'strides' Chrysler has made over recent years. I was there almost 6 hours and didn't leave until almost 11:45pm with my 6 month old grand daughter with me due to this painful and horible experience. Being in the auto industry I have a fairly good grasp on what dealerships have good reputations and which have sub par customer service. In all my years working around Westmoreland and Allegheny counties I have only ever heard positive things about Hillview Motors, Their Salesperson turnover rate (or lack of) speaks volumes about what type of dealership they truly are. Most of their salesmen have between 10 and 25 years at Hillview. This is literally unheard of in the automotive industry. The reason being simply that the customers happiness comes first there. Honestly and Truly the customer comes first (as cliche as that sounds) So when it came time to purchase a truck I naturally decided to give Hillview a chance. As I walked in the showroom I was greeted by Doug Menhorn. Doug listened closely to what I was looking for in a truck and promptly went to work finding my dream truck. The whole process was very low pressure and when we sat down to negotiate there was no "back and forth" games. The numbers they presented me was exactly what I had in mind going into the dealership. Excellent car buying experience!Dan Justice was courteous and helpful. He focused on getting us a vehicle that was exactly what we wanted. There was no pressure for for a quick decision. We were given a good price through the Affiliate program and various incentives. We were given a good price on our trade-in.After a test drive of a vehicle similar to what we wanted, Dan reviewed the available option packages with us. Because we wanted a combination of color and options that was not in stock, he was happy to order a car that was exactly what we wanted.All of the applicable incentives and the correct Affiliate program discount were offered and properly applied. We were shown print-outs of the options, prices, discount and incentives, and were allowed to take the time to carefully review them.There was no pressure to take a vehicle that we did not want or to make a hasty decision. It was OK to go home and think and discuss before deciding. Needless to say, we ordered the car that we chose.I highly recommend Hillview Motors and Dan Justice. The was probably the best car-buying experience I have had in more than 30 years. There were no games. pressure, or tactics - just an honest focus on satisfying the customer.

I accompanied my son shopping for his first new car. We dealt with Dan Justice. He was extremely helpful and supportive. He allowed us to take our time - there was no pressure for a quick decision. Rather than pressuring us to take a vehicle that was in stock, he allowed my son to specify exactly what he wanted. Dan gladly worked with my son to select the exact color and options that he wanted, and he ordered a car to suit his requirements. Dan made sure that my son received all of the promotions and rebates that were applicable. My son was also eligible for a discount under the Affiliate program (due to his employer), and he received the proper discount. He also received a fair trade-in price for his old vehicle. The costs and discounts were clearly spelled out in writing, and we were given enough time to carefully review the numbers. Altogether, this was one of the best, or possibly the best, car-buying experience I have had in more than 30 years. This is the way it should be. It was comfortable and enjoyable. In the end, we felt that my son got the right car at the right price without any stress. If you are looking for a Dodge/Ram/Chrysler/Jeep product, I absolutely recommend Hillview Motors and Dan Justice.

I bought a used car at Hillview. It was, by far, the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership. I have purchased many cars over the last several decades, at all sorts of dealers in many different states. There is no comparison: Hillview is the best by far.. The people were friendly, open, honest and outgoing. I was not buying a Chrysler product, but that did not seem to make a difference in their attitude. My advice: If Hillview has the model you want, don't consider going anywhere else. Don't wast time and energy preparing for the usual emotional battlefield of car buying. It's not necessary. BTW, I drove an hour to get there, and I'd do it again in a second.

We bought our car over the phone never having seen the car nor had we met the dealer. I called the local Mercedes dealership and a salesman said that the car was serviced at his dealership by the previous owner but that the we were safe to buy any car that Paul/Owner of Hillview Motors put on his lot. The car arrived quickly via transport and it was more incredible than I had imagined. IMPECCABLE and obviously well maintained. I can honestly say that although I live in Atlanta, GA I will most likely look to purchase future cars from Hillview Motors.

I bought a used Mini Cooper S from Hillview. Customer Service: My salesman went out of his way to help me. I had to travel about an hour to get to Greensburg, so my opportunities to visit were limited. He came in on his day off just to show me the car late in the evening. Buying Process: The price was already very competitive, but I was planning to try to talk them down about $1000. They offered me $1200 off the price before I even began to haggle, so I just took the deal. Then it was just a matter of signing some papers and it was mine. Quality Of Repairs: There was an engine light on when I test drove the vehicle, so I left it with them to check it out. They replaced the battery and everything seemed okay, so I took it home. Unfortunately, there were some remaining issues, including a leak in the thermostat. At first, I just had issues with the climate control system, but then an engine overheating light came on. Fortunately, I called Hillview and they promised to cover the work, as they should, since they gave me a 3-month warranty. I took it in for maintenance at Mini of Pittsburgh, and Hillview paid the whole bill. Facilities: The dealership is pretty nice. They even have a children's play area where my wife played with my son while I test drove and negotiated the sale.

Here we go again! After buying a new vehicle from Steve about 3 weeks ago, my husband needed to trade his vehicle, as it was starting to nickel and dime us. He called Steve in the morning, told him what he was looking for. In no time at all, Steve called him back, told him what he had on the lot. After work, my husband stopped and drove the car and it was perfect. Everything was done within 1 hour. Steve even transferred all the "stuff" my husband keeps in his car.....golf clubs, shoes, bags of balls, etc. Wow, what customer service!! We wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car. Our family has dealt with Steve at Hillview for many years. Steve is very customer service minded and makes the process painless! I purchased a newer Jeep Cherokee and Steve walked me through all of the new technology with the vehicle. He set up the bluetooth and had everything ready to go. I'm not the most tech savvy when it comes to these things! One of the best things is that when you deal with Steve, you won't be there all day....unless you choose to. He made everything quick...no haggling, no stress. I feel I got a great deal and I drove away in my new vehicle in about 1 hour. We would not purchase a vehicle anywhere else. Shopping for a new vehicle at Hillview and working with our salesman, Nick Przybylek was a great experience. Our leased vehicle was due to be turned in less than 10 days and we needed to shop and purchase something fairly quickly. For over 15 years, we have been customers at Hillview, and usually work with Jim Przybylek, however because he was unavailable, we asked for his son Nick to assist us. We were interested in the new 2014 Jeep Cherokee, so Nick immediately showed us the Latitude in the showroom and allowed us test drive one of the them that same evening. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles amenities and asked us several questions about the features we were looking for in a new vehicle. His prompt email communication with us the following day was appreciated and his willingness to answer any and all questions was outstanding. We loved the Jeep in the Showroom, and he worked quickly to provide us with the new financing information. He also explained the steps necessary to turn in our leased Town & Country van and what out of pocket expenses we may encounter. When we visited the showroom the second time and saw the Jeep again, we decided we wanted it! Nick took care of everything the next day and emailed me each step of the way, again answering all of our questions. When asked when we wanted to pick up our new vehicle, we said Thursday evening would be good for us. Although that was Nick's day off, he without hesitation told us her would meet us at the dealership that night. When we went in that evening to purchase the vehicle, all of the necessary paperwork was ready, the Jeep was detailed and the process was smooth and quick. Nick spent time with us going over all of the features and even set up my phone with the Bluetooth connection. We couldn't have asked for better service, but we didn't doubt that, "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree!"

Started an e-mail exchange with Doug Menhorn about a Jeep Wrangler I was interested in purchasing. Doug's responses were informative and above all very quick. I did not have to wait days between his replies, typically it was hours, if not minutes. Doug was able to answer all my questions and set up a an appointment for me with Nick Schimizzi. I would recommend anyone looking for a trustworthy place to buy a vehicle to go to Hillview motors I had a great exp with this group of people. I searched online and emailed them about a car and within 30 mins had a call from a salesman who helped out so much. I did most everything via email and a few phone calls so when it was time to go to the dealership all I had to do is bring my trade in in and sign papers and I was out the door with the Vehicle I've been looking for:) highly recommend this group. Recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Hillview Motors and like most people I was skeptical of process due to past experiences. I despise the "attack dog" high-pressure sales pitch you get from some places but I can assure you, that is not the case at this dealership. They will give you plenty of time to look on your own, ask questions, review literature and so on. When you are ready they will be there to provide all the information and assistance you may need without the pressure or attitude you get at some other dealerships. Even during the negotiations there was no pressure and the discussion was comfortable and pleasant. I would highly recommend these folks if you are looking for a new Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep vehicle. Great to deal with and no hassle process. I would particularly recommend Doug Menhorn as the person to deal with. I've purchased eight new vehicles in my lifetime and I have to say dealing with Doug was probably the best of all of them. Very friendly, courteous, polite and helpful. All sales experiences should be that easy. They want you to be happy with the price and the vehicle you choose. I can't speak to the service department as of yet but I hope if I need it, it will be the same great experience.

My wife was shopping for a Kizashi or a Dodge Avenger. I was at a Suzuki dealer down the road from Hillview Motors for 5 hrs. trying to make a deal. The sales mgr. was playing a game with us and trying to push me into a deal that was a ripoff. We finally left there and went to Hillview where Steve's first offer on my trade in was a very fair price. In less than 5 min. we had a deal where we were both happy. We have bought at least 10 new cars between the two of us and this was the easiest deal ever. I would recommend Steve and Hillview to anyone! Dave S.

He took the time and patience to answer probably 100 questions I had, and was extremely responsive via email. He never pressured me, and I told him I didnt want to haggle, I just wanted us both get a fair deal. Doug went the extra mile to research my employer and found we had supplier pricing. In addition, he found every internal Chrysler discount that we were eligible for. This surprised me, as he didnt need to do this, and I probably would never have known. But what Doug, and Hillview did, was to focus on customer service, not maximize profit on a single sale. What this means, is that we have two more cars to purchase (another for us, and one for our daughter) in the next year or so, and I wouldnt think of going anywhere else, even to check prices. I cant compliment Doug, and the entire staff at Hillview Motors more. They have taken challenging industry to a new standard of excellence, professionalism, and courtesy. Thanks!

I want to compliment Hillview for the way they handled my purchase. Going in on line I was not sure what to expect. Nick Pryzyblek was my interface from the start and he made me very comfortable with everything. He answered all my questions told me all about the car. Handled all the paper work and gave Me a good felling about driving 300 miles to see and get it. When I got there I was more then satisfied with friendly greeting and the way everything was in line. As a young, first time car buyer, I was skeptical about dealerships. With the misconception of dealerships and salesmen trying to rip you off, I was anxious. I started online and got a response in no time. Nick Schimizzi took car of me from and start and has everything moving very quickly, which I needed. We did mostly everything via email so when I got there to sign it was ready to go. He was very knowledgable and knew what he was doing. He did everything he could to get me a vehicle in under a week and did not rip me off. Highly recommend!!

We walked into Hillview Motors on a Saturday, intending to buy if the price was right. We had done some research on the vehicle we wanted. We met up with George, told him we were price shopping. He said everyone is (of course!) but he was very nice, gave us a good price, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He took us for a test ride. I had some concerns about one problem with a seat. He had it checked out, took us for another test ride and the problem fixed itself. We were driving a rental that was nearly identical to what we bought. We liked the rental so much that we went to Hillview and bought one. Hillview had been recommended by a friend who buys all their cars there. I had an occasion to call them about a question after the sale. They were very helpful. Because the vehicle has no problems whatsoever, I have not had reason to try out their service department yet. We have owned the vehicle for one month.

I recently purchased my first new car from Hillview Motors - a 2011 Jeep Patriot 4x4 - and must say that it was a great experience. The sales staff is welcoming and friendly, leaving me with a sense of comfort in knowing that I was not being pressured into buying a car that I did not really want. I initially emailed Nick via Hillview's website and told him that I was looking for a 5-speed SUV with decent gas mileage. Within 20 minutes, he emailed me back and let me know that they had two Patriots in stock that he thought would fit my needs. He set up a time for me to test drive each vehicle, as well as explain the process involved in buying a new car. I decided on a 5-speed, Deep Cherry Pearlcoat Patriot, which I was able to pick it up the following afternoon. When I arrived the next day, Kris and Jill from Hillview's Finance Department informed me of all of the terms and conditions (payments, APR interest rates, optional warranties, etc.) of my purchase and answered every one of my questions. When I left, I had a full understanding of everything involved with my purchase, a brand new Jeep Patriot 4x4, and an amazing first experience that guarantees my future purchases will come from Hillview Motors.

Steve H is a great salesman. When Steve suggested the new Chrysler 200 I didn't give it a chance but Steve told us we had to take it for a test drive. My wife and i were so surprised Steve was right it was great! the last 3 days my wife and i test drove 5 similar vehicles and the 200 was perfect.
