Great dealership. Smooth transaction. Nichole, my salesperson went over and above to help me. Update. After receiving my registration, I awaited the refund I was due, having been charged more than it cost. This is a common practice so dealers don’t wind up out of pocket. I’ve never had to go after a dealer for the refund. They said they owed me nothing, that it was a service fee. The contract must according to law show every charge. It did not show any service charge for registration. I informed them I would file a complaint with the attorney general. I then received my refund I was due.

Great Experience This was our first time buying a truck. Richie and Elmer made it real easy. We arrived for our test drive, Richie had the truck ready to go, gave us a quick lesson on the ins and outs of the truck and we were off. We loved truck, and the next day we were driving it home. Purchased a brand new Ford Fusion from Hoffman Ford in September 2016. When I came to pick up the car, though, some of the rubber moldings had been damaged by someone at Hoffman when they were unwrapping it. The sales person noticed it and said I had to come in to get it fixed at a later date since they didn't have the parts available. While inconvenient, I agreed to take it in later in the month and get it fixed. They took care of the damage, provided a loaner car, and made things right.Despite the minor problem, I got a great car at a great price. And Karen in the service department was excellent to work with.

It was super easy to make a service appointment on a date and time that fit my schedule. Check-in was immediate by both the receiving tech and the service advisor (Karen S.). I went to the customer lounge for a cup of coffee and to do some work on my laptop (free WiFi). My truck was ready to go within one and a half hours and I was on my way back to work.Again, very easy, very convenient, very quick. Can't argue with that.

I am now looking for another dealership to service my truck.On the 19th of February 2015.This is what happenedCheck engine comes on.On my way to work my truck dies, I get it started & can't go over 20 mph. I made it to work and had to have it towed to Hoffman Ford (7:00).I called the dealership & spoke with Rep. Jason Peltz, I informed Jason that my truck broke down and at this time it was being towed to Hoffman Ford. By 2pm I hadn't heard anything from Jason, so I figured I better call (this was 2pm). The response I received was "We don't have your truck". I say "What, I sent it there at 8 am!" Jason's response "ok I'll look on the lot".Mean while I get on the phone with my insurance company (who towed my vehicle), who in turn made some calls, and the tow company contacts me & tells me that they dropped off my vehicleAt 8:30 am. At the same time Jason calls me, (now it's 3 pm) to tell me that they found my truck on the lot...! The tow truck driver failed to bring in the keys... (But I informed you to be on the look-out) we'll look at it tomorrow.. (A whole day lost)As I see it all we're all at fault here, * truck driver for not bringing in the keys, * Me for not calling earlier to check on the truck (I'm thinking I told you that it was coming in was enough)* Dealer Rep. Not being on the look out..A $4,300.- bill. Date 19 Feb 2015Mileage in 117510 Milage out 117512Break down of Diagnostics Turbo under boostTurbo oil cooler Week injectors 2,6 & 8 (replaced), Excessive wet carbon in the intake manifold (cleaned). Replaced unison ring. Replaced engine oil cooler core. I requested a copy of the same paperwork that I was signing for and was told NO I CANT GET A COPY OF THIS PAPERWORK, but I paid $148 I should have everything that you came up with!No this is confidential. Fine give me my truck..I take it to another shop and it turns out I just needed a Turbo Actuator $400.00, not Cylinders (costing me 1, 3 & 4 are not bad and that it wasn't going to cost $2,500.00 to repair. It also cost me $400 in labor for a grand total of $800. NOT $2,500.00.....!A PERSON GOES TO THE DEALERSHIP AND PAYS THE EXTRA COST TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE 1ST TIME..I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE IVE GOTTEN FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS...!

I recently inherited a Ford and had it shipped here from Florida. Not having any knowledge of the service history, and eventually giving the car to my young daughter, I wanted it to be looked over from top to bottom. I am not from the area but work 5 minutes away. I looked up the local Ford Dealership/Service and discovered Hoffman. Making the appointment, Dropping off and subsequent Shuttle service was all smooth and easy. Car needed an extra day to complete, so I picked it up, and ran through the same process the next day. Jason was patient and tolerated my inability to properly explain foreign noises....and in the end, I knew he made sure everything was running smoothly. Andrew, the shuttle driver who ended up driving me 4 times was just as friendly. So my car is fixed, I have peace of mind, and even though Hoffman is not in my back yard, I will come back when needed as they proved themselves to me to be reputable and customer focused..

As always, I was impressed with the efficiency of the service department. When I drove in, I was immediately greeted and signed up, then passed to Barbour Brian, my service writer who logged me in and detailed what was required for the 30000 mile check. The waiting room was comfortable and coffee was available with quite a few Keurig pod selections. Barbour came in to give me an interim update and verify filter changes that were required. The time it took to complete service was probably 15-30 minutes faster than my mental estimate, so I was quite pleased overall with the entire experience.

Up to the scheduled 30,000 mile servicing I was very satisfied with Hoffman Ford's service and sales department. At this milestone, the professional customer service rep attempted to and probably did oversell what repairs my 2015 Escape required. Besides the usual oil change and inspections, he brought up other fluid changes including transmission and brake fluids. Brian also recommended changing the air and cabin filters. Somewhat knowledgeable, I was surprised by the suggested changing of those fluids at this early mileage interval. The filters were left at 'let's inspect and see'. Since I was waiting for the oil change and inspections, Brian came out to tell me that both the air filter and cabin filter needed replacing - he did not show me the dirty parts. I gave approval to replace those filters. Afterward I check suggested maintenance and found that normally air filters should be checked and changed at 60,000 miles and cabin filters at 30,000 miles. This upsell took my $50 routine visit to over $150 - after I requested a 10% discount. I should have checked the suggested maintenance schedule at home and not trusted this employee and representative of Hoffman Ford.

I have a 2002 F 150 for which I have about $20,000 worth of extra parts put into it. I was having problems with the transmission so I decided to take it to the Ford dealership to see what it would take to get it repaired. When I talked to the service manager he very rudely explained to me that it would be at least a week before they can look at my truck. I told him it wasn't a problem I didn't mind waiting I just needed to get my truck looked at. I was then told that there is a $220 diagnostic fee and he wanted to make sure that I could afford to pay it. The transmission in the truck that I have has a 3 year warranty. I explained to him that the company told me to take it to Ford have them figure it out and if it needed a new transmison they would send it. He doubted the information I gave him and said that the company probably won't honor warranty. He kept going back to the part about how much it would cost to fix and if I could afford to pay that much. Again I explained to him that money was not the object I've owned over twenty ford vehicles in the past and I realized that they break and I don't mind paying to have them fixed. Finally after about 10 minutes of going back and forth about if it was even possible for them to fix my truck I decided to leave and take my vehicle to Aamco. As I stated before I've owned many Ford vehicles I've dealt with their dealerships for over 20 years. I have never been confronted by such disrespectful service people ever. Take my advice and drive to Bloomfield or Enfield will get a lot better service out of those Ford dealerships.

I made an appointment for my brand new 2016 Edge in for its first oil change and tire rotation. In addition, the left rear door gasket was flapping in the breeze and needed to be fixed.Upon arrival, the service associate had no record of my request to have the gasket fixed.I then waited an HOUR AND A HALF (remember - I had an APPOINTMENT) for them to complete my oil change and tire rotation, and for the technician to say he couldn't find anything wrong with the gasket. Now, my 10 year old, who sits on that side of the car, has repeatedly noticed it was unattached. So the sales associate went over to the vehicle, took one look, and said "please have a seat while I verbally berate the service technician." She was steamed, and so was I.I will NOT be bringing my vehicle to Hoffman for its future service needs. If a service technician is either too lazy or incompetent to notice an obvious issue that literally a 10 year-old child noticed, I don't have any trust that they will accurately diagnose and correct future undoubtedly more complex issues.

I bought a previous car from Hoffman, and even though it was not the Ford I would be driving, I found them to be arrogant and unhelpful in 1998, when my husband and I bought an escort from them. I went in to test drive the CMax, because they are right around the corner from me. I had no intention of buying. Looked at the Escape and wanted a hybrid. While I was sitting with my salesperson, I spotted the Fusion Energi, a plug in hybrid. I loved it. I went back to test drive it a few days later, and MADE AN APPOINTMENT. Got a phone call from the salesperson asking when I was coming in. Told him, when I did drive the car, that I wanted Navigation, which he seemed to think we could add. (Could not.) This was a 2014 car. The manager said let's see what else we have for leftovers--and found the one I bought. I bought a 40K car for 30K. It was a good deal. I could not have gotten this car anywhere else. Or I would have. As usual, Hoffman impressed me the same way they did in 98. They had a complete disrespect for my time. Other than my first walk-in moment, I made appointments. The battery wasn't charged (on a plug-in hybrid) which meant I couldn't evaluate the mileage or performance.) I was supposed to be there a half hour before the finance appointment to test drive the other car of my choice and I cooled my heels for about 40 minutes. Then the finance guy left. When he finally came back.... well see for yourself: I was also contacted by their finance department and told I would get 1.9 financing, and when I went to ink those papers, it was 2.49. THEY CALLED ME. The finance guy denies it, but someone called ME. If I were smarter I should have walked out. I just loved the car so much. The finance guy was a jerk. He implied I was wrong about the phone call from his department. I should have walked out at that moment, but I did love the car.

I was looking for a Mustang and noticed a nice used one on Hoffmans page. I stopped in at lunchtime and was greeted at the door by Corey Stahl. he was friendly and not pushy. i also had the chance to sit with the General manager Billy Genereux who was also helpful and explained everything. I drove my car into the garage early in the morning and they took my car in for service. They had me wait in the dealership and had fresh coffee there while I watched TV in the waiting room. I was taken by shuttle to work in Hartford. They called to tell me that my car was ready around noon that day. The shuttle picked me up at my workplace and drove me back to the dealership. I then presented a gift card the dealership had given me and was pleasantly surprised with the price I paid for an oil change and filter. My car was outside waiting for me and had been cleaned inside and out. Fantastic service.

Exceptional service, from pulling in to pulling out. Extras like car wash and vacuum were a nice bonus. Only issue I could say was scheduling via phone was complicated and when I talked with a person not the machine, he seemed very flustered. This was my third and last time I was calling to attempt to schedule, the previous 2 calls (using the phone number on the windshield reminder sticker) I never got a person. One time there was no answer at all, and the other I was dropped after selecting from the first menu.

This is the second time I have an amazing experience with Mike Warner. I got to purchase a 2014 Ford Escape and even though the buying process (to me is when you go into the other room and talk to the person that gets a bank approved for you to finance it) was very rude, Mike made an effort to seek out higher ups and got us a very nice deal! I have not rated "quality of repairs" because I still have to go to my appointment for a little dent that I have, but the fact that he even noticed that and told me I am able to get that fixed with no cost just goes to show that he pays attention to details and wants you to have the best experience while buying a car. Without a doubt, I know that my repair appointment will go smoothly and and I know I will be coming back to him in the future!

We had had our 2013 Ford Edge in for an oil change about 2 weeks ago, I had pointed out some issues we had come across in the short time we have had the car. I left that morning after dropping it off feeling that the issues/concerns would all be addressed like they were told to me that they would be. We had then rescheduled to come in last week that being September 21st to have the repairs done. We needed to have the Shifter replaced for what seems to be a BIG problem with many of these cars where the Shifter doesn't want to to communicate with the car to say it is in Park, this work was fine (so far). the next thing which I had asked about at both appointments to be fixed was the Front passenger side bumper keeps popping out, the first appointment I was told it was just missing a screw and that it would be taken care of. A few days of that first appointment I noticed the bumper popped out again. So going through the cash out at the second appointment I was told that the entire front bumper would have to be removed to replace a bracket. So now I am considered that we will have to pay for this and I am hoping that FORD can help us out since we did purchase the car with this problem. I will look to be scheduling this at our next oil change and hope something positive comes out of it.

Never will visit this dealer again the service department. They took too long to fix vehicle. They lied about what is wrong with vehicle and when parts would be coming into dealership. The vehicle was there for 3 weeks, for a one day job. The service people were not nice to customer. They did talk down to me, like I was 5. They said one thing, then something else. I think they should be retrained or fired.

I bought a brand new vehicle at Hoffman Ford because I thought of them as reputable and a cut above the other dealers. I passed 5 ford dealers to get to Hartford and decided to buy my new vehicle there. During the financing with Fran, I was sold the Simonize package for $1500. after watching a video presentation on it. It takes a few hours to do the Simonize so I scheduled an appointment with service. Went to my appointment, almost an hour drive for me, and was told that we had to reschedule so they could get me a loaner as it would take more than a day, so I did. A week later I came back - again an hour drive each way - dropped off my car and left with the loaner. A few days later get the call my car is ready. I went to pick it up and it looked nice and shiny....but it looks that way after a car wash for $25. I left and headed home and thought I would check it out. The outside appeared to be Simonized/waxed and the front seats as well. I have rubber mats in the floor and they were never removed to do the carpets as I have tape on them and would know if they had been removed - same with the back seat and the back carpets - not done - and the third row seating was still wrapped in factory plastic so they were never treated and neither was the cargo area - I have a heavy plastic mat taped down and would know if they removed it to Simonize. I called service asked for the Dept that does the Simonize and I was told they send it out to a third party. I asked to speak to them so I could let them know I think the carpet throughout and back seats weren't done. I was told they would have the company call me - after one week of no calls - I called George again. Told him I haven't heard back from anyone and he said he would contact them and have them call me. So I waited - almost 2 weeks and called Hoffman back. This time I left messages with Billy the Ford Sales General Manager, Dave the Sales Manager, Jeff the Service Manager, and George the auto body manager who took my car for Simonize treatment. I let them know how I spent $1500. for a treatment that was to be done throughout the car and it wasn't done as per the agreement. It is now one month later and I have never received a call back from anyone - complete silence. I am shocked that this is how they handle their customer service. Hoffman, driven by trust, is their motto, but I have been driven the run around with no answers and no solutions. I consider myself a good customer who buys new cars every three years and would've liked to build a long relationship with Hoffman, but unfortunately they don't even call me back - so I guess they don't need my business. Today there is still no resolution to my issue of not getting what I was sold for $1500. Shocking....... just shocking......

Hoffman Ford is the fourth local dealer that I have tried for service. So far, Hoffman is by far the beast. Nice to be greeted in person, escorted to a Service Advisors office (not a counter), have an Advisor without an attitude and to top it off, my truck was washed when returned. And not a quick wash, a very thorough wash including the wheels.

This is a re-write of a review from a week ago of my experience at Hoffman Ford Lincoln. The first time there, I dealt with Tianna. I had a humming noise in the front driver side wheel. It was a bad bearing. She Scheduled an appointment for the next week because they had to order the parts. When I came back, I had Jason Pealtz help me. It was not Jason Grant. An not sure if I spelled his last name right or not. I couldn't remember Jason's last name when I wrote the last review. So I just wrote his first name. When I went back and read the reviews, I noticed that Jason Grant's name was posted. I called Hoffman motors to try to speak to a manager to fix this. Just wanted to clear the air about that and just write another review. Jason was great. I then came back again because the traction control light would sporadically come on and the shifter would get stuck after start-up. I was helped by Karen Spatafora. She was also great. I will come back in the future and be helped by whomever is there.

Service overall was OK. Advisor a bit on the inexperienced side, but tried to be helpful. I needed to ask same questions several times before receiving a response. I had questions regarding battery recycling, front sensor operation and impact of not performing valve cover replacement. It was nice to be escorted to my car after the service, I just expect more attention to detail during the actual service visit.

On a recent oil change, the service was fine, but a flyer had been mailed to me specifically referencing my CMaxEnergi and offering an oil change for $24.95.The service tech , upon check in...explained that my CMax requires synthetic oil and the oil change would be considerably more than $24.95.Why would Hoffman mail me a brochure for my specific vehicle inviting me to come in for an oil change and not know that it needs synthetic oil, and that this service is more like $70?She did take $10 from the more expensive oil change, but Marketing needs to fix this!

I scheduled a service appointment with Service Advisor Chris Sawyer to have the oil in my truck replaced. I explained to Chris that I would wait for my truck as I needed to get into work for a meeting once the service was completed. Chris asked me what day I would like to bring my truck in and what time I wanted to come in. He was totally working around my schedule and not the service department's schedule. I was able to pick the date and time that worked best for me.I arrived at the service door at 7:30 AM and was immediately waved in. The check-in process took one minute before I was escorted into Chris' office to verify my service needs. Chris personally handed off the paperwork to a mechanic and requested that they get right on it. I went to the customer lounge (which is very comfortable - TV, coffee and free WiFi), fired up my laptop and started on some work prior to my meeting later in the morning.Before, I knew it, Chris came into the lounge to let me know my truck was ready to go. It was freshly washed and waiting for me to get in and go. I didn't even have time to finish my cup of coffee. Now that's what I call quick! From driving into the service bay to getting back in my truck and heading for work was maybe 45 minutes at most. Outstanding!Needless to say, I will be coming back to Hoffman Ford and Chris Sawyer for my next service appointment. Chris treated me like I was the number one Hoffman customer.

I went in to replace rear brake pads, ended up with rotors and pads replaced. The brake inspection report showed fronts could use new pads, but nobody asked if I wanted them replaced. I had to question the cashier to find out about the inspection and what it meant. For the cost of pads I would have replaced them with the hopes of saving my front rotors. Other than the non-problem issue, all went very well.

I showed up with my Engine light on in my 2010 Escape on Saturday morning at 7:30 am without an Appointment. I was advised by Karen to leave the vehicle without any promise that it would get looked at because of 19 appointments already scheduled for the day with only 3 mechanics.They would try their best to get to it. Well I left the vehicle and was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from Karen Spatafora about 2:45 PM telling me the truck was fixed and ready for me to pick it up. Better yet the repair was part of a recall so it cost me nothing. I drove home with a nice clean vehicle washed by them with a smile on my face.

I scheduled a 20,000 miles factory service for July 27th on the Hoffman Ford website . The email confirmation also states I requested the 20K factory service. When I arrived at Hoffman I told the rep that I have a 1:15 appointment and gave him my name. He went on his computer than ask if i will be waiting for the car, I told him yes and he directed me to the waiting lounge. So I assume he knew my appointment was for a 20, 000 mile factory service. I did not ask for The Works package, but typed on the invoice was "A CUST STATES TO PERFORM THE WORKS PACKAGE GAS ENGINE" When the car was ready, he showed me the invoice and I notice the cost was the same as when I had The Works package done in the past. One thing I remember listed on the 20k factory service was to replace the cabin filter which was not included on the invoice. I asked the rep, I thought the cabin filter had to be replaced with the 20k service. He said it was check and didn't need replacement. Now if that's true, great you guys saved me money, but what I'm concerned about is when I went back to the website and checked my service history, it states I had The Works done at 19,912 miles and it also states that next due service is at 20,000 miles. Now, again I don't mind The Works was done instead of the 20K service if that's all that was needed, but I would like it to show on my service history that either 20k service was performed or was not needed so that my warranty is not effected due to not having schedule service done. I also purchase an Allstate extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle, so I also don't want that effected due to schedule service not being performed. I not sure how to rate this service, I gave it 3 stars average but would give it 5 stars if I actually just needed The Works done, 2 stars if I needed more done with the 20k factory service. Even if I needed the 20k service done instead of The Works, I still would give a 4 stars good rating if when I asked about the cabin filter not being replaced, Mr. Sawyer would have said, Oh I apologize, we did The Works instead, we'll go ahead and finish the rest if you can wait, or if you want to reschedule to come back to complete the 20k service. I would had no qualms about that, mistakes are sometimes made. Again, I did not state that I wanted The Works as stated on the invoice, I just told the rep I had a 1:15 appointment and gave my name, I assume they would have known what I requested on the website concidering I received a email confirmation stating I requested a 20k factory service.

All we wanted to do was get the vehicle over to them so they had it. didn't realize it would be such a problem. I was in for a routine oil change and to have them investigate a noise I'm hearing from the back end when going over bumps, which took 2 weeks to get. The note on my paperwork was that they couldn't hear the noise, and they didn't reset my oil life indicator. Definitely not the same Hoffman as when I started bringing my Edge there ~4 years ago.

The easy online scheduling system allowed us to make an appointment late Thursday night for a Saturday service. They were prompt, professional and fixed us up plus washed the car and checked the alignment. Kudos to the service dept!

These guys are low, they gave me a price and monthly payment on a vehicle and we agreed to a deal. Went back the next day and they added over $64 per month to the payment and three months to the term without even a call before I came back for delivery. Claiming due to the age of the car the bank was charging a higher interest rate, like they never sold a car before? They don't know this before they make a deal? Not even close to what the quoted me, and they didn't care. will never buy here again!!

Brought my 2013 Ford Escape in for a safety recall. Found out I needed to make an appointment. Called in to make an appointment... first available was 2 weeks out. Made appointment for 0730 with expressed desire to be finished by noon (was told the repair would take about 2 hrs). Dropped vehicle off day before and was told I would be called when done. Next day, when I didn't hear from service rep, I attempted to called to find out status at approx. 1:30 pm... had to leave a message. When service rep called back, all he could tell me was that the vehicle was not ready and he would call me.. no estimated time of completion, no explanation as to why it was taking so long... Just that it was not ready. About 45 minutes later I got a call from the service rep telling me the vehicle was ready...A couple of observations: (1) This dealership makes it cumbersome to make an appointment... They route all calls (after an exhaustive automated call menu) to a central operator who then sends you to the dealership and lets you deal with another automated menu... and if you mess up with your choice... start all over again. (2) The service department (and reps) must be very, very busy doing stuff as I have had to leave a message for a call back, and when I get the return call, no effort was made to find out the status of my repair either before or during the call.

When I arrived was greeting by a very pleasant girl,She said they were very busy but she would try to get to me ,I waited in the lovely waiting room maybe a half hour she came out and told me my power brake power was on a list of problems there would be no charge. and I also told here there was a recall on my gas tank, she said no problem they would take care of it,,When I got there when my car was ready it was washed This whole experience the best service I have ever gotten and I'm 62 yrs old...Thank You

In talking to Chris I realized that I was misinformed about the service requirements when I purchased the car. I truly appreciate that chris was honest and took the time to explain how maintenance works on my car. In talking to Chris I told him I was heading on a trip. At first I had a great time dealing with Hoffman Ford. The Sales Associate Freddy was GREAT took time showed And let me test drive anything on the lot. We put down a deposit on a 2014 Ford Edge. But unfortunately with our credit history Hoffman was unable to help us get financing. Freddy tried his best but we ended up going to a different dealership where I was able to get a 2016 vehicle. Issue with Hoffman is the lack of communication now that the sales rep I was dealing with is no longer there. I've been playing phone tag with management, trying to get a deposit back. So long story short we paid a deposit with a Credit Card over three weeks ago now they tell me that I have to wait to receive a check by mail. STILL waiting for the deposit I put down on a vehicle I DID NOT get. NOT Happy

I am so beside myself with this dump of a dealership. This time I had my car "fixed" and the last time I had my car "fixed" by these cracker jack box people was a disaster. BOTH times they called and said the car was ready and BOTH times I went to get it I pulled out of the driveway, drove around the block and right back in to the service bay, BOTH times the car was in worse shape then when I brought it in. First time the didnt even tighten the bolts on the job they did nor did they fix the check engine light because they didnt hook the wire harness back up for it. Second time they put the brakes back together and they had something wedged in between the backing plate and brake. Ummm last time I checked if you are going to fix something you better know how to put it back together. It is quite obvious there that they do not care at all about the cars they service or the customers that buy and service the car there. The service writer on both occasuons could care less i was right back in the shop. And forget having the manager even respond to you. I wont even get into the fact that i bought the car there and 2 weeks after i bought it it had to be fixed and was there for 45 days! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE AND CERTAINLY DO NOT GET IT SERVICED HERE!!!!!!!

Our 2014 Fusion went in for service on a Saturday (thank you for the Saturday hours!) and Kristin presented the updates, including a recommendation that we consider tires in the near future. Fast forward three days later, following a blowout on a major interstate, and Kristin was great in organizing the needed tires to be delivered and an appointment scheduled, even though the Service Department was dealing with a shortened, post-holiday. Throughout the whole process, Kristin was focused on getting the service done, but continued to emphasize SAFETY over everything else. Kristin was very quick to return communications and always let me know where the vehicle stood in the service process. Loved dealing with her and Hoffman service, as I felt we were treated fairly on price, but outstanding in terms of customer service. Highly recommend dealing with Kristin - and Hoffman - in the future.

This is my first time servicing a new 2016 Ford Fusion with Hoffman. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. The service drive/write up process was very easy. I was greeted by Kristin, who was very friendly and explained the service to me. The rate quoted for an oil change and tire rotation was actually about the same price as just an oil change at the national lube chains. There was a comfortable waiting room to sit in while they were working on my car, and when it was complete Kristin came to get me in a timely manner. During this season of heavy pollen, the included car wash was most welcome. The Hoffman organization does a great job--I look forward to taking my Ford there for future service.

I went to Hoffman ford to get brakes and rotors for all 4 sides. After I paid I realized that they only gave me two sides instead of 4 even when I specifically said 4 sides. So I returned the parts and I was informed that they would have to send me a check in the mail. They said it would take 3-4 days for the check to be mailed. It has been a week and still nothing. I called on May 25 and asked if someone could look into the situation. They took my name and phone number and told me that they would get back to me. And they didn't call back. The service from the parts department is horrible. I would rather buy windshield wipers at Walmart then buy them from the parts department. I wonder how long it will take to get my reimbursement check?

I recently brought my truck in for an oil change and a minor repair. My service adviser Chris Sawyer was extremely helpful and understanding in scheduling my service appointment and understanding my need to wait while the work was being done. Chris accommodated me in every way by bringing me in on a day that worked into my schedule and letting the tech know that I was waiting in the customer lounge area. Chris kept me consistently updated as to the status of my truck and the need to order parts (which wound up being on-site in the Hoffman's Parts room).While waiting in the customer lounge area the service staff (Chrissy Patkutka and Jeff Dorman) came by to offer me a breakfast sandwich hot off the grill that were being whipped by Hoffman senior management. So not only do I get a cup of complimentary coffee while I'm waiting for my service to be completed but I also get a complimentary breakfast brought to me by the service staff. Chrissy asked me if I wanted seconds and Jeff came back to make sure I was a happy customer (which I totally was). Outstanding!Another service adviser, Kristin Skiba, who knows me from previous service visits also noticed I was there and stopped by to say hi. She asked what I was there for today and told me to let her know if there was anything I needed or if she could be of any service. Outstanding times 2!Chris eventually came to the lounge to let me my truck was ready and was being brought to the pickup area after a quick washing. He went over the work order with me, explained all the charges (which weren't bad) and processed my payment for me. Once done, he escorted me to my truck where he had me check on the minor repair to ensure my complete satisfaction. Outstanding times 3!Bottom line, the combination of all these people asking how I was doing, feeding me and asking if I was happy made for a superior, all around service experience. Chris Sawyer is one of the few service advisers who makes me feel like he is really taking care of me and my service needs. I don't know about you but I'm going back to Hoffman's the next time I need some work done on my truck. Did I already mention OUTSTANDING?

Recently had spark plugs and rear calipers changed on a Ford. Process took about 5 hours. Initial repairs were 4 hours but when I drove off the lot I noticed an immediate issue with a loud tapping in the rear of the vehicle. I return and the vehicle was addressed immediately, one of the calipers installed was bad and a replacement was located and installed. The response to the issue was quick but took another hour. The fact that there was an issue is concerning. I go to a dealer repair shop hoping to get a quality parts at a reasonable price. After looking up the parts installed I see that the part price is market up roughly 100% to what I can find online. I understand the dealer needs to make something on the parts but this is a bit extreme.

My Lincoln needed to be housed over night because the issue needed to be resolved with a cold engine. I was promised a loaner would be available. I arrived at my appointed time. Chris Sawyer greeted me immediately upon arrival. We went directly to his office where the paper work for the loaner was mostly filled out. We reviewed the reason for my scheduled appointment. Chris requested my driver's license and insurance information completed the authorization and escorted me to my loaner vehicle. The following morning Chris called to inform me that the main issue for my appointment had been found. He gave me an estimate for a service as well as an estimated time that my MKZ would be ready. I approved to have the work completed.As promised, Chris called me when the service work on my Lincoln was completed. It was actually ready earlier than anticipated. When I arrived we went over the service work performed and also talked about 2 potential issues that I needed to be aware of in the near future. My Lincoln was ready and waiting. It had been washed and vacuumed and looked showroom perfect. Chris walked me to the car and thanked me for using Hoffman Lincoln/Ford to service my MKZ. On the way home I noticed that I left a personal piece in my car. I called Chris and asked that it be retrieved and kept for me. Chris called back and offered to drop it by my home when he left work for the day. Which he did.I use Hoffman not only for the great service department but, mostly for the service associates such as Chris Sawyer. He treats you like you're special and when he greets you he looks you straight in the eye with a smile and a firm handshake. That, to me, is the mark of a gentleman. Thank you Chris for your #1 service skills and attention to detail. I will absolutely use Hoffman Lincoln/Ford every time my MKZ needs to be serviced.

When my beloved 2008 Ford Escape broke down for the first time since I purchased the vehicle in 2008, I took it to Hoffman Ford where Mr. Jeff Dorman, Assistant Sales Manager, made sure that the repair was diagnosed correctly and completely fixed in one day's time. (which was great because I had gone all weekend without a vehicle, and the weather was getting stormy as well!)I am worrying a bit that the potholes in East Hartford and Connecticut in general were why this repair was necessary, but aside from being expensive ($600 to repair), everything went well.I always go the my local Ford dealership, they understand the vehicle and its computerized functions much better than any independent service station.Sincerely,Holly Reed(have owned nothing but Ford's over my lifetime, Mustangs and now Ford Escape!)

I had my wife bring my car in 3/31/16 after I had heard a rattling sound. My wife's first language isn't English so I wrote down the likely culprit, a loose exhaust/muffler. The mechanic was very kind to her and then she called me upset after dealing with the extremely Rude customer service representative. Telling her that she was ridiculous for not being to explain the sound outside my explanation. And that it definitely wasn't covered under warranty even though I had the same problem fixed in Florida. "So are you going to drive all the way down to Florida to have it fixed?" I told her to leave and when he handed her the keys back he said they fixed it and that she should find a new service center in the future. Unbelievable

The service was as I said a normal maintenance plus removal of snow tires. It was explained to me that the normal 2 hours became 3 hours due to alignment. The lounge is kept very clean which makes it more pleasant. I was satisfied with the service I received.

He identified the vehicles on the lot that fit my criteria, and suggested a specific one that he thought I might like to test drive. I was able to test drive the vehicle that day and then take information home to review further. When I followed up though email with additional more questions the next day, I received an immediate response and was able to make a decision on Saturday to purchase the vehicle. Hoffman LincolnThe best experience I ever had at a dealer. My wife and I were in the market for our first SUV. During the process of deciding what we wanted in a vehicle we remembered sitting in a Lincoln SUV at a car show and noticing how the seats were the most comfortable of any other vehicle. I decided to visit Hoffman Lincoln. The first time I walked in the place was buzzing with activity. While I was looking around someone came up to me and introduced himself as Mike Warner and asked if he could help. Mike was the on his day off and was still willing to help. Mike took time to ask what I was looking for and advised me on incentives and offers from Lincoln. Again, all on his day off.I left the dealership and told my wife about the experience and we decided to set up an appointment to test drive an MKC. Mike was able to give me a quote through email and made the arrangements for the test drive. We got to the dealer early and everything was ready to go. Even though we were early somehow we didnt have to wait even while Mike was finishing with another customer.We test drove the MKC and just loved it. We were not interested in the interior color, but Mike found us another one on the lot, brought it to us and that was it. We settled on a price quickly and shock hands. It took maybe an hour.

I knew exactly the car I wanted and Kevin found it the next day. All the paperwork was in order and explained to me in a non-intimidating way. It's not everyday I buy a new car. Fran had made the loan process smooth and stress free. Bonus was not having to go to my DMV for new plates or registration. All was taken care of at the dealership. Loved that they drove the car to my residence and showed me everything I needed to know about my new car! Stopped by unannounced (without an appointment) with a loud grinding noise coming from the right front wheel (Lincoln MKZ with only 1,300 miles on the odometer) Even though it was close to closing time, the manager agreed to promptly look at the issue. Problem was found shortly thereafter - a small piece of rock stuck between the brake rotor and the brake caliper's cover. It has been removed, car was cleaned-up and washed. Excellent service!

The only nice person was the tech who took my keys. Worst experience of my life. My service person Chris must have been having a real bad morning when I got there. No good morning when I said good morning... Chris never looked up from his computer screen. He talked to me like I was a child in school. I asked him why he wasn't nice and he said just tell me your issues today. I saw the service manager Mike trying to listen how he was taking to me, and I thought he was going to step in but he just walked into his office. Chris never did the service I asked for. I just needed to get out of there after seeing the manager not care either. I understand customer service isn't what it was years ago but I spend a ton of money there so you could atleast be nice. I understand now why all the people I dealt with over the years are gone. Please stay away from this dealer!!!

The service was great. They were even able to help me fix things that weren't their "problem" like the battery in my key, which another dealer told me they couldn't do. I own a 2005 Lincoln aviator. I recently found I had an internal engine problem that's caused the engine to run short on oil and develop a knock. I perform regular oil changes. I did not know what happened with the engine. I requested the service department perform an inspection and possibly develop answers. I additionally request and oil change and a transmission fluid exchange. Upon being notified my engine was no good and would need to be replaced for $9000; I returned to the service enter. I was informed the oil had been changed (on a car who's engine was no longer usable). I was informed there was no way to find out what the cause of the broken engine was; but that I would be charged 115 to listen to the engine. After I was given a $169 quote I was charged 174. As an explanation for the difference I was informed I was advised of a 300 charge and signed prior to receiveing the three services. I was very disappointed with the service provided and felt almost two hundred dollars was too much for information I already knew and provided the service tech on my arrival. The service provider was short of blatantly being disrespectful, Chris did not introduce himself or explain the Hoffman process. appeared disinterested and provided very little actual information. I have been to several service centers and my visit to Hoffman Lincoln is at the bottom of my list. I will not return to Hoffman and would rather travel a greater distance to frequent a different business.

I only wish that the recall work on an airbag issue could have been completed, but was due to back ordered parts. I went in for "The Works" on my 2011 Ford Fusion. Waited almost TWO HOURS for them to complete it after they pulled it into the service area immediately upon arrival. Had another gentleman come into the waiting room a half hour after me for the same service on his 2014 Ford Escape, and was done 10-15 minutes BEFORE me. No real explanation given except that the service writer was waiting for the tech to finish his write-up on my vehicle. I'm sorry but why did mine take an extra 45+ minutes when nothing was found wrong on either of our vehicles??? When I called the service manager I got his voicemail (outbound message was from 2/12 btw....might want to update that). Hoping to hear back today, if so MAYBE I will change my review depending on what I am told by him, but as of right now I am NEVER going back to their service department.

This is getting to be habit and that is definitely a good thing. Yet another seemless service experience from beginning to end. The Hoffman service team is like a finely tuned machine from the time I am waived in through the garage door until the time I am cashed out and escorted back to my truck. I called my service consultant Chris Sawyer later in the previous week to make a service appointment as the schedule permitted. As usual, Chris got me in the very next Monday which exceeded my expectations. Chris always makes sure he works around my schedule and gets me in on a date/time that works for me. He never worries about what other work he has going on. He asks me what is most convenient for me and I can't ask for anything better than that.I also want to point out that the people who waved me in when I arrived were super efficient and friendly with the sign-in process. When I arrived there were orange safety cones in front of the incoming garage door. Juan(?) came up to my window to let me know the door was not working and I should drive in through the outgoing door. He opened the outgoing door for me and waved me in. Papi (?) took over from there and waved me in to the garage, quickly signed me in and assigned me a service number. Juan then asked me if I had a service consultant preference and he brought me right over to Chris' office. Great customer service all the way around.Chris greeted me and offered me a seat in his office as he made sure the work order was accurate and covered all my needs. He then brought me into the customer lounge and made sure I had everything I needed before hand delivering my work order out to the techs in the service garage. I was able to complete a lot of work on my laptop before Chris was back to let me know my truck service was complete and I was ready to roll. He personally handled my payment for the service and came out to my truck with me to ensure I was happy and everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Simply outstanding! Chris and team ensure I will be coming back for another Hoffman service visit in the future.

Grease on car door (inside and out), seat, and center console. I asked if they put plastic down on the seat, and I was informed that they only put paper on the ground. Service was terrible. My car had to be left at the shop for a few days, and when I asked about my car in person, the response was, "who are you?" The shuttle driver new my first and last name after having only met him once (great guy, btw). On the third day, the shuttle driver greeted me, so to spark conversation, I asked if he'd heard any news related to my car. The service employee heard this, came out of his office, and said, "he doesn't know anything about your car. Come in here." Maybe that's his way of being terse. Lastly, the valve cover gasket was supposedly the cause of the oil leak. The part was almost half of the labor fee (which was only a couple hundred bc of the inconvenience of having taken 4 days to get my car back. All-in-all, never going back...

There seems to be a major attitude with the workers at the Ford service department, exclusively.I had outstanding service at the Lexus service department. I know that Hoffman dealerships prides it self on great customer service. Unfortunately, in the past four years that has not been the case . Shuttle service got me to work on time but was 20 minutes late to pick up. Maintenance seems to have been done well. Invoice was expensive and the employees could not explain where the pricing comes from. Original rep was told to call me back the next day. When I told him I wanted to understand the pricing he put me on hold and disconnected me with no callback. On the bright side, they didn't find more questionable things to have to fix versus what I asked for.

I was excited to look at the new Fords at Hoffman, and especially excited (although I realized if it seems too good to be true, it is) by the "Hoffman" prices listed on the website. turns out those prices are a big scam. IF (and that's a huge IF) you qualify for every incentive possible, you can get that price. I'd be willing to bet that there's not a person on earth that qualifies for every incentive. Do you currently drive a Ford? Are you a veteran? Did you drink a Coke yesterday? (OK, that one is over simplifying, but you get the idea). Additionally, I had picked out a specific car on the website and was contacted by Jessica, who told me the car would be ready for me to see upon arrival. Upon arrival I learned that car had been sold in August (yes August, and it was now January) and never removed form their website. Our salesman, Mike, was very helpful (and apologetic) and ultimately sold us a vehicle, however my distaste for the slimy tactics used to lure you in put a damper on the overall experience.

first things first, as i was pulling into the dealership:an f-550 dump truck came screaming out of the parking lot in front of me backwards, went backwards down the road, hopped a curb and slammed into a Mercedes Benz in the dealer next door. the guy driving walked with a cane and looked like he should not have been walking let alone driving.met with a sales person:Michael Rivera, he was great, took me on a test drive, very nice, answered all my questions ect.. found the truck i was looking for. In the middle of this another sales person walked up and was looking for the keys to a car that was under deposit, that Michael was selling. then the sales manger cam over after Michael told him it was under deposit and made a big stink about showing the car and to give up the keys. very rude as i'm sitting there for 2 hours trying to buy a truck. The truck i was going to trade in was taken on a test drive and i was given a price for that trade it. took forever, but it was a fair price. the following day i brought a second vehicle to the dealership to have a trade in price given. the price wasn't exactly what i wanted. i had my wife drive down and see the whole deal, the trade in, the new truck ect..i was told that i would be given 2k more if we could seal the deal, i asked to give me till the next day.(next day being Monday as it was Saturday) On Monday i went to another Ford dealer. for another quote.Michael call me and i asked for the best possible deal i was going to get and he agreed to call me back.Michael called me back a while later and told me that the manager that made the deal was wrong and the GM wasn't going to let the deal happen.i then asked to have that manager call me directly and am still awaiting a call a day latersummary:waited for hours, two trips, brought my wife, got a babysitter, saw a horrific accident that luckily no one was killed in and was told i cannot buy the truck, no other offer, no deal..horrible horrible service. herealso, this would have been my second car from the Hoffman group, the last was at Hoffman Toyota which was great.

Tech did a great job installing the battery and Hoffman took me in last minute for a dead battery problem. Normally never have an issue at Hoffman but didn't get what I expected/wanted for battery CCA size and I have to say it was mostly my fault for not being perfectly clear after talking to Parts and finding out what was available and in stock. I can live with what was installed since I'm guessing it is the same CCA as original battery.

This is the first dealership I have ever seen that follows the factory's recomindations for oil changes. Most other dealers will give you a song and dance about how you need to have an oil change at 3000 mi. Even if your owners manual says 6000. I found this to be refreshing!!!

I would definitely not recommend this dealership. I purchased a commercial vehicle the sales guy called me Approx. 3 times a day to see if I was going to purchase the vehicle and once I agreed to buy the vehicle he did not call me back at all I had to call him to make sure everything was all set. I have bought many new trucks from other dealerships and the transaction went very smooth but not this one. I would like to thank Frankie Zanin. He was the only one that did his job very professional.

The service center employees immediately took my Lincoln and checked it in. Jason greeted me with a firm handshake and smile. He took the information for the MKZ processed the paper work and I was off to the customer waiting area. Within in a short period of time my Lincoln was ready. It was clean and spit shined. Hoffman service does a great job not only on service but delivering returning my MKZ sparkling clean. Whenever I am in for service I prefer that Jason follow it through. I know the job will be finished correctly and on time.

The Hoffman service department does NOTHING to support the consumer with service issues. Total and complete disappointment. I had an original issue with the Ford SYNC GPS back in 2014 when I first purchased the vehicle from Hoffman, after ZERO results to fix or correct the issue. I recently had my Traction Control Disable light come on during the first snowfall of 2015, and when I went to Hoffman to check out what was wrong, the service department said they couldn't find any codes or why it wouldn't work. They blamed the issue on the snow tires - so the Edge Sport with the 22" Pirelli ties that will NOT in the snow, will also NOT work with FORD EDGE Factory snow tires - FORD makes and sells a $48,000 All Wheel Drive CUV that is un-driveable in CT from October to April, and Hoffman has a service department that does little to nothing to resolve the issue. How did anyone ever fix a car before there were "CODES" in the first place? Possibly test drive the car, listen to the customer - heck research the issue on the internet - I found a ton of stuff that pertains to the AWD/ABS disable light that involved broken throttle position sensors - the service dept didn't take 5 minutes to even look. This purchase has been a technical disappointment from FORD (the electronics have had too many faults) as well as a total Customer Service Failure from Hoffman. The service rep, Jason, must believe the customer is a total idiot based on the answers he gave as to the cause of the faults.

To my surprise, a young gentleman - Freddy Calderon provided my with more than outstanding service. That was followed by a late evening (8:40pm on Monday 12/21/15) phone call from Frankie Zanin, subsequent short visit on 12/22/15 to briefly speak with Freddie - and the deal was done! I factory ordered an F150 Platinum. The price was right and I received good financing. However, the truck came without the keypad code, and the service department had no idea how to obtain it. They provided me with incorrect information regarding the diagnostic computer. Then gave me instructions for retrieving it in a keyed vehicle (it's a push button start). Then told me I'd have to pay for it. I went elsewhere and paid 50 dollars to have it retrieved with a diagnostic computer. Everyone I spoke to was unprofessional and rude. As evident they also lack the knowledge to do their job.

The atmosphere was nice, the staff was friendly, and the sales consultant that I worked with was great! His name is Matt Riemer. I rated the experience as a 4 because there were a few bugs in the process. I purchased my vehicle about 2 weeks ago and in that time, the battery on the car died and I'm still driving with a dealer plate because there is some issue with the title of the car. Also, when I was stranded after the battery died, I called the number for Hoffman 24 hour towing because it was on the paperwork and when the dispatcher transferred me to a driver, he was very rude. Some of the fees are quite a bit higher as compared to others dealerships. However, in all this I want to make it very clear that the sales consultant, Matt, has helped me every time. As soon as he becomes aware of an issue, he gets right to work resolving it. I feel that type of accountability makes him a strong asset to the Hoffman team.

I submitted a quote request for a specifically-equipped vehicle via Hoffman Ford's website, because I couldn't locate a good e-mail address for a direct contact. Frank wrote back with a partially-completed form letter ("You will love the sporty feel, ride and drive that you experience in a Ford versus your ADD CURRENT VEHICLE MAKE.") that provided the MSRP but not a competitive quote. It did contain eighteen lines of overblown promotion of Ford and the dealership to go along with the two lines of useful content.I promptly wrote back to ask for a personal response with a competitive quote. I never got a reply to that. A day later, though, I did get a message from Frank asking if I had read his original e-mail. I guess he never saw the reply. By that time, we had agreed to purchase from another dealer that gave us an incredible quote via e-mail. I thanked Frank, and asked to be removed from his follow-up list. I even followed the spammy "If you wish to be removed from further emails, please reply with "unsubscribe" in the subject line" instruction at the bottom of his email.The next day, I get an email from Frankor, more likely, Frank's doppelgaenger spambotasking for particulars about my potential trade-in.So, not only did Hoffman lose a potential sale by not providing the quote I needed, but they guaranteed I won't consider Hoffman group dealerships in the future. I won't even see their e-mail: like any other spammer, I've blocked them.

Received a call from customer service manager Chris telling he had bad news. He said to me that my truck 99 ford f150 was not worth servicing. I originally came for an oil change and new radiator. Chris said the radiator mounts were rotted out and there was no way to repair it. I came to the Ford dealer as usual to get an oil change and new radiator. I was told to part ways with the truck and get a newer model. I have friends who have way older fords than I do and still drive the trucks.If Ford does not provide a certain service such as welding fabrication, a customer should not be told to get another truck and junk their old one especially when you have a good motor and tranny. I think the customer should be guided or directed to another company that can provide the service needed. I feel and was told by a welding shop that what I was told was totally wrong and unprofessional also I felt disregarded and disrespected despite of my loyal repeat visits to the ford dealer. Because of this incident I will never return to the Ford dealership with this truck.

I made an appointment and dropped my truck off for an oil change. I had a pleasant experience with each person I meet.... as I drive into the garage, I'm welcomed with a smile, I hand over my keys and meet with a service manager (Thanks Kristen!). Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I even enjoy my car ride back to work with (used to be Andy) and now Juan. They are gentlemen!However, upon picking up my car.... I noticed a few things.... When I dropped it off, I asked that the car be washed. I left the car at the shop from 9:00am and aksed that I pick the car up by 4:00.... I was picked up and brought back to the dealership at 4:00. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my car to be washed..... I wished it had ben done earlier.... I was patient and happy to get a clean car back.... the keys were handed back to me and the paper floor mat was removed from the drivers side. As I drove away, I noticed the the drivers floor mat was the ONLY floor mat that was vacummed. NOTHNG else inside my car was vacuumed or wiped down. I guess I should be grateful for the outside wash and the 1 floor mat being cleaned, but it seems to be lazy service (and 7 hours wasn't enough time for an oil change and car wash, I still had to wait 15 minutes). Then, I get home and notice one of the caps on my tires was missing. I'm aware that all tires are checked for pressure (part of standard oil changes), but this happens EVERY time I get an oil change.... I always come home, missing a cap. Can it be mailed to me, or do I need to stop at the shop and pick it up?So, Everyone's personality and smiles are great, but I see room for improvement.

I've been bringing my Ford Explorer here for 5+ years and I never plan on coming back here again. It took over 9 hours to have my oil changed. When I dropped my car off at 7:25am, I was met by a rude employee who yelled at me about where I parked my car and then ripped my keys out of my hand. I then talked to the service agent and told him when I needed my car by (4:30pm) that day. He said no problem as I was scheduled for 1:00pm. I called Jason at 3:45pm after not receiving a call and couldn't get a hold of him. So I had my girlfriend drive me there. Low and behold at 4:30pm, my car still hasn't been worked at and I had an important event to attend, so I missed that event...Took until 4:50pm to get my car back. Jason was rude and didn't care when he handed me the keys back. He then tried up-selling me on repairs on my car. If he knew how to do his job, he would have looked at my history at Hoffman and would have known I had my spark-plugs replaced 2 years ago on this exact Explorer, but he felt I should have them replaced again....right.He then asked if I wanted a car wash and I repeated for the third time that I have to go. He then said in an angry tone "I was just asking!!!" and then he ran off. I paid my bill and jumped on 84. I noticed my hood shaking while driving, so I was forced to pulled over after the hood almost flew up while driving on 84 (during rush hour on a Friday afternoon). No one thought it would be important to close and lock the hood of my car, so I had to close it myself in the breakdown lane on 84.Inept, rude and overall awful service and experience. From now on, I'll take my business to MONCAO ford where they have always treated me like a human.David

I took my car in for a service and pointed out a noise issue earlier in the year. The guys at ford were unable to hear it.This last time I brought it in and put the rear seats down and windows up and asked them to drive at 30mph and this time they heard the noise. They diagnosed differential bearings and ordered parts. They kept for three days in total, over the weekend. They called and loaned me a Lincoln MKC which was outstanding and has me thinking about a trade in when I can afford it.Picked up the car Monday afternoon. Kristen relayed that the technician thought it was due to an aftermarket pan hard rod but said the issue is resolved.I drove the car home and the noise is still there, in fact it's more evident than before. It also cannot be a fixed part like a pan hard rod as the noise escalated at the same rate as the increased speed of the driveshaft spinning. It has to be a u joint or something in the driveshaft.I have been traveling for work this week and have not had a chance to reschedule. I am time poor and trying to remedy this has already taken two separate visits.I will try and make time in the coming week to make a third attempt to get this resolved.All in all the professionalism of Kristin and the people I dealt with was great - just frustrated that my car with 19K miles has driveshaft noise that is taking this much time and effort to get resolved.

Brought car in for (3) separate repairs now, all considered manufacturer warranty repairs. 2 repairs required parts and both times it took almost (2) weeks to get the required parts from Ford. Not sure why it takes so long to get parts and/or why parts can be expedited from Ford? For one repair, they kept the car and provided me with a rental (not a Ford loaner, but a crappy, far less quality non-Ford rental). Not once have I ever been offered a Ford loaner vehicle, but always have to wait for their shuttle to bring me back and forth to work. Appreciated, but never felt like this dealer (or Ford Motor Corp. for that matter) have ever attempted to go above and beyond for me for warranty issues that I shouldn't have to deal with to begin with. Although I like my car, I'm not sure I would do this again based on experiences to date. I hear (and read) great reviews from other car manufacturers and dealers that make me think I should look elsewhere next time....NOTE: this review is not specific to/for any individual Service Manager - I respect the jobs they do. My 'average' rating are with Ford and Hoffman in general.

I received an e-mail from Hoffman Ford and replied with an e-mail. I promptly received a phone call and scheduled the service. After dropping off the car, I received a phone call explaining what needed to be done and what my options were. I was impressed. It is not too often repairs are presented as options and with options. Over the almost 9 years I have been having my car serviced at Hoffman Ford where it was purchased, I have not had the best experiences; for example, no one calling to tell me the work was done, the car not being washed after service, presented tire options that another service person said did not fit my car, and being forgotten that I needed a shuttle ride back. I stopped bringing my car in for service. I decided to respond to the e-mail because I needed work done and it was close to my work. This was a professional experience from start to finish, which is the way it should be. If it continues in this manner, I will consider Hoffman Ford for my next Ford purchase, and change the rating to excellent. Thanks to all.

I worked with Mike Warner at Hoffman Lincoln on an end-of-lease process. I've always preferred cars over SUVs as my personal vehicle, but I absolutely enjoyed my Lincoln MKX to the point that I decided to lease another or purchase the one I was leasing. Mike made it easy since he presented me with all of the Lincoln incentives that were available. I've never drove the same vehicle twice and I was considering a BMW X5. They are very nice, but so isn't the MKX; and at a great deal lower in cost. I go to Hoffman ford in east Hartford to get any service done to my car or my families vehicles. When I go I always speak to Jeanetta and she has been very loyal to our family. She is always willing to go the extra step and help us. I brought my sister's car in the other day for some leaks and Janetta explained the issues that were wrong with the vehicle and explained the process of how the mechanic will repair the vehicle. Other service advisor have not given us the great service she does. My vehicle was damaged by a service advisor last year at Hoffman ford. My first thought was to never come back and write bad reviews. But because of Janetta's great service and loyalty to myself and my family I still go to Hoffman ford. If she ever left Hoffman. Saw a vehicle advertised on their website. Sent in an e-mail for more information. Set up a time later in the day to come up and see the used vehicle. The car is a 2007 Lincoln Town Car. Met with Adam Foley, inspected vehicle, took it for a test drive. This was a Saturday afternoon. In less than an hour the whole transaction was completed. Adam Foley is a young salesman, who either had the answer to any questions or got the answer from somebody else. No baloney as at a lot of dealerships, just a straight forward sales transaction with a very professional young man and an excellent dealership. The following Monday was our delivery date. Once again, Adam had everything set and ready to go.At this time we met with Fran Marinaro, business manager. This is normally the worst part of purchasing a car. Push, push, push. Extended warranty, undercoating, lifetime body protection, etc. But none of this with Fran. Did his job professionally and courteously. Explained the options available. No push, well-done Fran. Can't wait to need another vehicle. Excellent job Adam & Fran.

I have been going to Hoffman Ford for the past year and I will only deal with Janetta Marrero. No matter what the issue is, she is extremely knowledgeable and understanding. The most recent experience I had was just today. My door handle broke (plastic is cheap and cracked), called her in the morning to explain the problem and she said to bring it right over and she would have someone look at it as soon as possible. About an hour or so later, she called to let me know that the handle needed to be replaced. She said the part was in stock and they could have it ready before lunchtime. I was shocked to hear this especially with all the recalls that I would be able to get this situation resolved today. I was told the price upfront, $200 to repair a plastic door handle with labor (not the cheapest) and by 11am the car was ready for pickup. I have spent well over 2,000 in the service department and I will keep coming back because of the awesome experience. Along with the repair, they also washed and cleaned the inside of my car. It sparkles and smells amazing...Thank you Janetta... you should win employee of the month. You are awesome at what you do and thank you for explaining everything to me and telling me everything. Even if it will cost a lot of money, I would rather be told how much everything is going to cost and what the repair entails rather than be in the dark and get a massive bill with all these un-necessary charges.With that I would also like to thank Leon for being an amazing shuttle driver. Although the ride was short, we had a good conversation and he actually explained to me what repair might have to be done and told me everything would be taken care of and it was an easy repair.This is just another example of why I will keep returning to Hoffman Ford, the staff is great, the service is great and the overall outcome is great.If i really had to pick a negative comment, it would be the cost. I first went into Hoffman when I was starting my research to replace my 12 year old car. I met Michael and he too me through everything. I had been poking around Ford's website, and had a semi decent idea of what packages I was looking for. Michael took the time to do the research on exactly what I was looking for. When I came back a few months later (things got very busy at work), Michael recognized me right when I walked through the front door. We had originally talked about ordering from the factory, but he did a search and found the car I was looking for at another dealership - saving a lot of time in delivery. Once we had a deal in principal, Fran in the finance department was able to save me even more money. Fran took the time to go over all the other options.

Great service provided by Mike Warner!! We thought we had our choice narrowed down to the Honda CR-V and Toyota RAV4, when we stopped into the Hoffman Ford dealership in East Hartford. Mike Warner was our sales person and we immediately felt very comfortable with his approach. He not only inquired about our needs but searched for every possible incentive that would apply. He very patiently explained every option. Then when we drove the car we we very impressed. When we wanted to see a feature that was not on the model we test drove, Mike got another car that had that feature so we could actually see it as opposed to simply telling us about it. He kept us informed during the preparation of our car. I was in the market, deciding between an explorer with Hoffman and a Highlander from Toyota Superstore. I chose Hoffman for a couple of reasons. Adam was a no pressure salesman. He didnt tell me what I wanted, but rather listened and presented me with a few options. Much to my surprise, he found a certified pre-owned that was loaded with features that werent even on my wish list. To top it off, when I completed the financing, they upgraded the warranty from a 100,000 powertrain to a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper just one additional pleasant surprise during the process. I found everyone there to be on my side, looking out for me and my best interests. To top it off, I LOVE my vehicle. I had previously purchased imports and am now a Ford convert. I have watched the commercial recently and sat there thinking, yep, thats true! Go there, buy something. Youll be happy. Ask for Adam :)

My colleague and I were driving through East Hartford when my car suddenly made a horrific noise. It seemed to be coming from the back end - in the tire area. We were next to the Hoffman service center and we pulled in. There was a metal coat hanger/rod stuck in my tire. They graciously assessed the problem for us and advised that the tire be replaced. Sensitive to the fact that we needed to get back to work, they agreed to just put my spare tire on for me - at no cost - and had us on our way within an hour. Hoffman did a good job turning a negative situation into a positive one. The inception fees for my new vehicle were different than I had expected at time of delivery. Hoffman corrected the situation promptly and exceeded my expectations for delivery fees. This was a team approach as my sales person worked with the manager and finance person. My Experience here came in 3 parts.....Part 1---test drive with Ed Carpenter. Ed was professional, friendly, got the car I wanted ready quickly (It was buried behind 2 other cars in snow and ice and it was 15 degrees and windy).Ed was knowledgeable, helpful and negotiated with me to get me the price I wanted. I really enjoyed working with him and would recommend Hoffman again just because of my interaction with Ed. Part 2---Financing was and odd experience. We were first offered a loan at 19.99% to which I put my coat on and walked out the door. In about 30 seconds he said " I can give you 12.99%--to which I said "Why wouldn't you offer me that the first time around instead of thinking I was a desperate sucker who would agree to anything and sign on the dotted line.Fran---the business manager was a little harsh with his words and blaming me for the situation. Really? I told him I can go anywhere to buy a car or get a loan--I don't have to stay here. We could not come to agreement that night--everyone was kind of grumpy and tired and hungry, Fran had a dinner date to get to so he wanted to wrap things up. As much as I planned on driving out in my newly purchase car that night...I chose to walk away and spend a night thinking about what happened and whether I wanted to buy from a dealer like this. This had nothing to do with Ed Carpenter who was excellent even when this sort of bait and switch financing deal was going on. There is a happy ending to this storty.....Part 3. Next day---Cooler heads prevailed and Fran came through with 8.99% and good deal on the 48,000 mile warranty I wanted. In the end Fran did a great job and worked extra hard to get me what I wanted. I we could have skipped over the attempt to get 19.99% or 12.99% out me and gone right to 8.99% I would have driven out Friday night with out have a slightly tainted feeling about dealing with Hoffman. Like I said---in the end Ed and Fran somehow managed to pull together the deal I wanted for the car I wanted and took extra good care to make sure they made things right. And because of that---that is the part that I will remember and share with friends. I will recommend Hoffman Ford but would caution people to not just accept the first finance offer they throw at you. I was born at night--but not last night and I am smarter than the average bear. I expect that when I am spending $10,000+ with you that I get treated like you want me to stay and maybe even come back!

We went to look at the C-Max, having seen ads. Told the salesman (Michael Warner) just looking. He spent time with us. He didn't pressure us. My Wife and I came in to Hoffman Ford in East Hartford CT. We were looking to trade in an '06 Subaru Tribeca for something newer. We really liked the looks of the Ford Edge. When we got to the dealership for our appoint the salesman Marco Ortiz was waiting for us we sat and got to know each other. My wife and I let him know exactly what we were looking for. He showed us a beautiful 2011 Ford Edge Sport in black. We drove it and liked even more. We decided to talk numbers, which can be stressful, the going back and forth. But we told Marco we didn't want to waste anyone's time and said this is what we can afford and only want to use the trade in towards the down payment. We were firm and he understood. He said give me a moment and let me go to work. After a few moments we received a deal that we felt was more than fair. The folks at Hoffman Ford made it easy. We saw what we wanted worked out a fair price and a few hours later we were driving home in our new car. Fran in the finance office was great too. We will definitely return to Hoffman's in the future. My wife and I were made to feel liked valued customers all our concerns were addressed and we couldn't be happier with Marco in sales and Fran in financing. Thanks again guys!

I've spent a week trying to reach someone in the service department to schedule an appointment. I don't want to schedule online as I have some questions and want to talk with someone. Every time I call I have to leave a voicemail message, and the quickest I've had a call back has been five hours. I've missed the call back each time as I'm at work and can't always take the call. I return the call and the process starts all over again. My last call was over twenty four hours ago and I still haven't heard back. This is a ridiculous way to run a service business. I've now given up and will be taking my car for service somewhere else from now on.

I've given up trying to schedule a service appointment. I want to talk with someone as opposed to scheduling on the internet. No one ever answers the phone in the service department, you just get voicemail asking you to leve a message. Callback has taken anywhere from five to seven hours, and if you miss the call the process starts over again. I wanted to book an appointment last week, and never could speak to anyone. Tried again today, and my 11:00 am voicemail message still has not been returned as of 5:00 pm. Inexcusable. I'm not going to try again and will have my car serviced somewhere else.

Went on a 2011 ford explorer was priced at 31495.00 I called they said its here come on down. I get there that one wasn't available "they said" they kept trying to push me into newer ones or lease one with all these rebates and fancy deals. Every time I asked for the final numbers they were different. Called a couple days later because I still saw the explorer I wanted online available and they told me it was still there. So my wife went down this time and they pulled the same stuff with her.

My new Lincoln had some electrical issues. When I arrived for my first service I was seated in the waiting room waiting for my service advisor to come get me. After 10 minutes or so, I decided to get up and look for some help, I was waited on then again seated in waiting room to wait for my loaner car. After 20 minutes I get up looking for help...then about 10 minutes later Enterprise comes to pick me up, drive me to their office to go through all the car rental prerental chat, then seated so they could clean the snow off the car for proper visual inspection. Bottom line, dropping my car off for service was an hour and 20 minutes before I was on my way to work. I chose Hoffman based on the service I received at their Audi location and found the Lincoln service inefficient and am very disappointed......to the point I actually am writing a review.

Bought a used f150 in jan. 2012 the deal included a 60 day warranty,and a free oil change,we noticed that there was a power steering leak,not major but enough to see on my garage floor.Called the salesman and he said just bring it in when your oil change is due,and they will take care of it.My wife brought truck in and they said we had a leak in the power steering hose,also service manager told her it was not covered because the 60 days was up!She told him what salesman had told us,he said he would order part and call us to repair it.Never heard from dealership,we called and they said they knew nothing about it.We talked to service manager and he said he would get back to us the next day and to this day we have heard nothing.We think this was the worst service dept.we have ever worked with,we won't be back for anymore service or vehicles.

So far as dealerships for service, this dealership is okay. The service department wants to offer you, or me as a woman, unneeded service, such as oil change on a vehicle that I brought in for routine inspection and emissions when THIS dealership service department had just done that less than 900 miles before this visit. You must be firm in refusing service that is unneeded. I rated everything as OK because it was just that, okay. Nothing stands out; not hard to tell them 'no' you don't want an extra service they are offering; free coffee and softdrinks while you wait; waiting room somewhat clean. It is okay service but better than the alternatives.

Well if I had to pick one thing that seemed a bit unpleasant about the whole transaction it would be the fact that the car came with no floor mats. And the delivery of the car was a bit surprising regarding the interior appearance of my car. I requested a detailing of the interior and could tell that proper attention was given to the job. I took 10 mins on my own and did a better job. I know money is tight but come on, really.

I had a service visit for a recall issue that needed attention but wasn't causing me any problems. I was greeted immediately by a service tech, assisted in giving my information and arranging my shuttle to work. Within minutes I arrived at work and later the shuttle picked me back up to bring me to my car. The car was rinsed down and shiny, driver side rug was cleaned off. I was very impressed with the courteous and professional treatment I received. I rated good on repair only because nothing appeared wrong with the car. Very satisfied!!

I just replaced some front end components on my 1998 Contour and couldn't find any shop to get the alignment correct. I decided to bring it to Hoffman and low and behold the alignment tech there discovered the problem. All of the other shops had been mis aligning the vehicle because of a bolt that was frozen. The alignment tech was able to torch the bolt free and get the alignment spot on. Kudos to Hoffman for taking the time to get it right. I will definitely return there for service again!

I came off a Hoffman Toyota Lease and liked the Ford Edge better then the Hylander. The transition was great and no preasure from either party. A real family atmosphere between the dealerships. George at Toyota has always been great and Dean at Ford was fantastic. It is a real compliment to carry multiple lines of vehicles and I look forward to referring business to both guys.

After a less-than-satisfied experience at another dealer, I (reluctantly) went to Hoffman, unsure if I was ready to go through this again. Mike was very friendly and gave me all the information on the car, was very honest with me when comparing two cars I was looking at. He answered all my questions and wasn't pushy. When it came time to speak to Billy and discuss the cost, he was more than willing to give a nice discount on the asking price. I felt they genuinely wanted to make sure I found what "I" was happy with and had all the features I was looking for. After returning the next day to finalize paperwork, Mike even spent time speaking to my 23 year old daughter about the best way for her to get her first car on little credit. We plan to come back in a few months to get her a car and for me to collect my $200 referral incentive!! I would highly recommend Hoffman Ford and won't go anywhere else for our future car needs! I have one point that I'm not getting satisfaction after my 2nd oil change at Hoffman Ford. I asked Lynn what kind of oil is put in the car for a typical oil change service. I was told a synthetic blend. (I would expect a upper quality product.) She said that Hoffman offers Mobil-1 fully synthetic also, for a higher price. I asked the recommended oil change intervals. She replied that 5000-7000 miles for their regular oil change and 7000-10000 miles for the Mobil-1.When I received my car each time, the windshield sticker says 3000 miles, hand written.3000 mile interval seems excessive.Please explain Hoffman's policy and this descrepency.Roger Eisner(W)860-280-2252(C)860-690-9291

Great experience. Paul Markie took his time to go over all of the features of the new 2012 Ford Fusion. Paul was very friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. From the time I walked in the door they made me feel like royalty. My son had looked at the car before I did as he used to be a mechanic. Charlie was unbelieveable, he answered any question I had without a moments hesitation, he actually called me 3 times after I bought the car to make sure all was OK. They put new tires on it filled the gas tank and I got a car fax which was a big help. Joe did the paper work that goes to Motor Vehicle he was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Hoffman Ford. They are number 1.

He was well versed in the features of the Ford Fusion Hybrid and helped me understand the benefits of buying the car. When I came to pick up the car a few days later, the process went very quickly. He was very patient, and not at all a "Pushy Salesman". A tree limb came down on the hood of my VW while I was driving and damaged the valance, etc, in a bad storm. Drove in to Hoffman around 5:15 pm--service dept was closed. Salesmen were EXTREMELY nice and VERY VERY helpful to my situation--drove my car into the showroom for me and proceeded to remove the valance so I could get home. They were friendly, concerned,and genuinely nice guys. When I go somewhere and receive bad service, I never forget, and I usually don't go back if I can avoid it. But, when the service is over the top, as the salesmen at Hoffman Ford were, I don't forget that, either!! I would definitely recommend Hoffman Ford to others.

Forget the fluff, lets cut to the chase- at 4:30 pm on Friday, May 27, 2011, Memorial Day weekend, while driving from Fredericksburg, Virginia to Boston to pickup our daughter from Boston University, our 2004 Ford Explorer began dying on the I-84 East. We managed to reach your dealership (thank God for GPS) just seconds before the vehicle died! Brenda Ford, the service consultant, quickly and kindly responded to our unannounced arrival, servicemen Donnie and Kevin assessed the situation, gave us preliminary courses of action (best and worst case scenarios), made every effort to strive for the best-case scenario, and set out to do everything possible to get us back on our journey without delay. They said it, we felt it, and their actions confirmed their words. No promises, just customer-centric actions! Their diagnostic tests confirmed their assessment, the part was located (remember it was almost 5:00pm by now), Donnie and Kevin feverishly worked to get it installed, Brenda closed-out the paperwork, the cashier (I wish we had her name) closed the customer service loop in the same Hoffman great service fashion, and we were on our way! It doesnt get any better than that! Hoffman Ford came through for us better than we have ever seen, anywhere, under identical or similar circumstances! Their actions were AMAZING and made us extremely proud to be Ford automobile owners!!! We can see why Hoffman Ford is remolding and expanding. Their service team literally put themselves a distant second to our immediate and very urgent service assistance needs. With service staff like this at Hoffman Ford in East Hartford, Connecticut as an example- every Ford automobile owner can rest assured that quality and customer friendly Ford service is available, no matter where they are traveling, and will be among the best in the country!

The employees at the dealersip worked their little magic to get me into a car that I wasn't willing to pay the extra money for to get the little bells and whistles I didn't need. I test drove a 2011 white Fusion and really felt that was the car for me. But it had extras I didn't need. I was willing to wait to get one that didn't have the extras. I got a call from Shawn McLaughlin on a Saturday morning and was driving it home by that Saturday afternoon. Marco was a great help in selling the car to me. He went out on my test drive with me and was so sure that that was the car for me. He was right. Given my budget I had a set amount i could afford to pay and they made it happen for me. I had a great experience at Hoffman Ford. :-)

I was referred to them from a friend who said that I would be taken good care of by Billy the General Manager for Hoffman Ford. I spoke to Billy on the phone who from the very beginning said he would do whatever it took to make me happy and match or beat any deal out there. He lived up to his word.I live in Danbury and had to drive 1 hour to East Hartford to work with them. Keep in mind I have a Ford Dealer that is literally 30 seconds from where I live. The drive was well worth it. I would have driven 4 hours to see the Hoffman team. Billy had me work with Dean in sales who was patient, knowledgeable, and "non-salesy". He explained things in a very simple way, which was helpful for me because I'm not a huge "car guy". He didn't try to talk down to me or try to impress me with a bunch of auto jargon. He was just very natural and very pleasant. I was looking for a slightly used Ford Fusion...something between a 2008 and 2010. It came down to two cars for me to decide on. Being the first time I've ever bought a car from a dealer I took a long while to agonize over the decision. Keep in mind it was closing time on a Saturday. Everyone was patient and didn't rush me. I finally made a choice and was able to drive away with the car I was looking for. In the end Billy, Dean, and Joe (he explained and finalized the paperwork/registration/insurance etc) all went above and beyond to help me and went out of their way to make sure that I not only had the best car possible but also the lowest rate for my financing. The car was spotless, the price was amazing (I checked the price against 5 separate references online including Kelley Blue Book and Edmunds) their team were knowledgeable and made everything so easy especially for someone like me who over thinks every decision he makes. I can't tell you how happy I am with them. I totally intend to use them again and recommend them to anyone. If you live an hour or more away its worth the trip. They will take care of you. If you are someone who fears getting ripped off by car dealers or if you have no clue about buying a car and need true professional assistance then see the boys over at Hoffman. I'm trying not to over sell these guys for fear that my review will be discredited but if you had the experience that I did (which I'm sure you will) you would be writing the same thing too.

There were extensive rennovations taking place so there were no vehicles in the showroom but they did their best to be accomidating. I was introduced to an in training sales rep that was very down to earth and friendly. From the initial inquiry right through the ultimate acquisition of my new vehicle the folks at Hoffman Ford were great. They provide me with the information I requested in a timely way, gave me pricing information that was, surprisingly, in line with my target and worked with me to obtain the vehicle of choice in the shortest time possible. Ray Wells provided customer service at a level that I have not seen in many years. He listened to what my needs were and matched them to what he and Hoffman Ford needed in order to create a 'win-win' situation for us all. Originally, an exact match for the car I wanted was not available ('09 Mustang GT Bullitt - color green). Fortunately, one matching my exact requirements became available shortly thereafter and he 'made it happen'. In addition, Ray followed up on and resolved a post-sale issue that I identified with the lack of a spare tire. Call me old school, but the fix-a-flat option doesn't sit right. Ray, in conjunction with with General Manager Billy Genereux, identified and implemented a solution that went well beyond my expectations. With my complete spare tire installation, I now have 'piece of mind' knowing that I will stay mobile in the event that I have a non-repairable blowout.

Great experience. Very friendly and knowledgable. They sold the car I liked as I was test driving it - but Mike worked very quickly to get the same exact car for me the next day. There was a scratch on the new one and they offered to paint it no problem. There was some confusion towards the end on what taxes and extra fees we would incur, but the gentleman that did our financing was very patient and helpful. Overall, great deal on the vehicle, great customer service - which is continuing after the purchase, and great financing options. And I love the car!

I owned an suv that was 11 years old, broke down and had a recall from the maker. The Hoffman staff in every department understood my problem, my stress level, and my needs. They were more helpful, than I ever expected from a car dealership. Starting with Billy the general manager listening to my needs and coming up with a plan. Our sales person Mike Warner, with the patience more sales people need. He allowed me to take my time to find just the right car. When I did, it was fully covered in snow from last nights storm. Mike cleaned the car off himself and drove it up front just so I could stay inside, warm, and wait. He answered every question I had and never made me feel anything but at ease. Hoffman Auto was a smooth process right through the financing I needed, and my credit was not easy to work with.I left Hoffmans with a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder. I feel very secure with the purchase I made and by choosing Hoffmans Auto. I will with no doubt purchase my next vehicle for my kids from them, and tell all my friends and customers they are crazy to go anywhere but Hoffmans!

I first looked online for a Ford Focus or Fiesta. I was not impressed with the online experience so I went there without an appointment to see for myself. When I got there I was looking around and Michael Warner came up to me and said that if after I was finished looking and had any questions or needed help to come over to his work area. He gave me the space I needed to look around. That I liked very much. After looking at different cars I went up to him and thank him and asked about Ford Focus. He went that extra mile to take all the time needed to answer ALL my questions and also offered advice. He noticed I did a lot of investigating about the car I was interested in and mentioned it to me which I thought was nice. He pointed out the rebates being offered, looked at the car I was trading in and gave me a very respectable offer. And the final price was great. He asked the color car I wanted, what I wanted in it then said to give him a day to look at other dealerships in area to see if anyone had what I was looking for. That very evening he called me to say they found a 2011 Ford Focus SES with everything I requested including the Metalic Blue I wanted. After purchasing the car he personally came over to show me how to work lights, wipers, and the Sync. I called Michael a couple of times afterward to help me with the Sync and he gave me as much time as I needed to understand how to do it. I have never experienced a car dealership that was so helpful Also the General Manager Billy Genereux went out of his way to help come up with the best deal possible. I have never bought an American made car until now and if all keeps going the way I got this car, I will continue to buy Fords and also spread the word to my friends and co-workers.

Needed a larger truck for an expanding family..Was there for about 25 minutes and had a great deal on my trade in and a great deal on a newer larger used truck...They were very helpful in working with me to find a vehicle I could afford and be satisfied with.
