First time RV owners. Knew we wanted a small travel trailer but not much else. Jon Oleo answered questions, made suggestions and gave helpful tips. Never any pressure. Planned on buying new but found a barely used 2016 Winnebago. Follow up research showed no other units of this type anywhere in the area close to the price we paid. Finance was a breeze with no pressure to buy add-ons. We also had Holman's service department install the swaybar hitch and reassure us that our tow vehicle was up to the job. Walk through showed us how to use the unit and was very thorough and not rushed. Waited until we got back from a 10 day trip using the camper before writing and we are very happy with the purchase. Would definitely recommend.

We purchased a Travel Trailer from Tony at Holman. Everyone we dealt with there was courteous and very helpful. We liked the selection and they were able to make the deal we were looking for. We had just sold our motorhome but had never towed a trailer. The tech took at least an hour to answer all of our questions and many that we had not thought of. He made sure we understand everything before we left.

We purchased our Palomini travel trailer on June 15th. This was our first RV Travel Trailer purchase and one of the easiest purchases of a vehicle from a dealer we have ever made. Art gave us plenty of floor plans to choose from but never pressured us into a decision. He was thorough, thoughtful and very helpful to answer any questions we had. Tammy in finance explained everything to us before anything was signed. Upon delivery of the travel trailer, we had minor adjustments that needed made on our truck and that we wanted on the trailer and the service department worked with our schedule to completed everything in a timely manner. Very Satisfied and ready to enjoy our already planned outings!

We bought our new 5th wheel with the help of Tony Zee last July. He is the guy to go to due to his RV experience. Holman Motors is #1 for their customer service. We have had some of the usual mishaps with our RV but Holman is fantastic for getting things repaired. And they have no problem working with the manufacturer on warranty work. And finally a shout-out to Tammy in finance---she is Brilliant!! We highly recommend Holman for your RV purchases and service.

We knew the exact model of travel trailer we wanted, but the local dealers could not even touch the price at Holman. Andrew assisted me over chat and the phone. He made the process of securing financing very easy over the phone. We were a bit apprehensive to travel so far for this purchase, but Andrew was reassuring and let us know that the dealership is very accustomed to out-of-state buyers. It was an easy process. All we had to do was sign when we arrived at the dealer. We did run into a small bump. The travel trailer did not have a 2nd AC unit, though Andrew and I had discussed the trailer as having one over the phone. However, Andrew honored his word without hesitation. Turns out the trailer was mis-advertised and the service department missed installing it the day before. They took care of the install and we were driving away with our new camper by lunchtime.

After retiring recently, I spent many, many, (MANY!) months researching the ideal RV for the wife and I to finally do some leisure traveling. Danny Wiederhold was a wonderful sales consultant when we came to purchase a new rv. Unfortunately we had a time picking out a new fifth wheel camper due to a building we already had made that our first choice wouldn't fit into and then our second choice fifth wheel toy hauler, our truck would not safely pull it. We ended up with a bunkhouse travel trailer. Danny was very patient over the two day experience and helped us look for a unit that would work best for us. Can't say enough about Danny Wiederhold!

Everyone was courteous and helpful without pressure. This was important as a first time rv owner. The only marginal negative comment I can make is the unit was not gone through and cleaned even though new. Ryan hooked the hitch up and could not have nicer and informative. Best dealership by far I have dealt with. Jeff Miller was an awesome sales guy to deal with. He kept in close contact with me while we where waiting on our 2017 Big Horn 3970RD to be delivered from the factory. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. All the paperwork was handled with a breeze. We traveled from Ga. to pick up the unit and would do it again. I highly recommend buying from Holman Motors.

Recently purchased our first RV. Originally planned on a TT purchase but sold ourselves on the size of the 5th wheel and the fact that it has two baths. Only downside is that I would have to buy a new truck to pull the unit....until Bill offered to have it delivered. Since we will keep on a permanent spot for the most part, we are able to delay the truck purchase. Bill was easy to work with and applied NO pressure. We looked off and on for nearly a month. The ability to view units on display at the dealership was a "priceless" opportunity. We were able to view all units and weigh the pros and cons without any pressure. Once we decided to purchase, everyone from the owner, to Bill in sales, finance, service, delivery and parts have been fantastic. They agreed to store the trailer until our camp site is ready and have never pushed use to remove....instead, they have touched base to see if we have any questions. We still feel like we are important to them, even after the sale. Would highly recommend this dealership and specifically, Bill Leonard. Will be back when time to buy the truck!

Tony Zee was patient and helpful with our search, Jon Switzer made signing the papers not so bad and Dan Krueger explained everything that we needed to know about owning the camper in great detail! The whole experience from beginning to end was nothing short of great! Even when we went into the shop afterwards to buy a few items we needed, the staff was very helpful. My wife and I bought our 1st camper from Holman in 2008, it was a Park Model and we loved it. Our children and grandchildren complained about it only having 1 bedroom. In 2014 we felt bad about their complaints so we went back and bought a 2014 Bunkhouse Park Model. They were all very happy but we felt like we had given up to much space. In July of the 2015 camping season the bunks had been used 2 times so guess what? We went back to Holman and said we needed a new camper, this time we bought a 5th Wheel and have decided that this is our retirement camper. We have loved all 3 campers, loved the Holman experience and loved our salesman Danny Wiederhold. He has been our guy for every purchase and has taken very good care of us. I think he thinks we are a little crazy since we have bought 3 new campers in 8 years but what the heck. Thanks,Steve S.

I had an appointment with Bill and waited over 30 minutes for him. I test drove a Jetta that had serious problems and when I told Bill this he question my ability to drive the car until he tested it himself. The second car I drove I loved and was ready to buy until they told me the price tag and come to find out they handed me the wrong keys!!! Complete waste of 3 hours!! Honda in Florence put me in a 2016 Civic and was extremely professional.

If you go to Holmans for a camper. DO NOT. But their extended warranty. It is a rip off. Tried using it twice and both times there was a issue had to fight the first time and they covered part off my claim this time not so lucky. They always say it's a maintenance issue So they don't have to cover it. And your salesman will tell you that it does cover everything your factory warranty won't. So font get screwed by them and don't waste your 1800.00. Better yet. Go to Jeff couch rv. He stands behind what he sells. Unlike Holmans.

I am a busy mom of 4. I don't have time to talk to a salesperson on the phone. I know most salesmen want you on their lot so they "can sell you". This was not an option for us. I began email correspondence with Eddie Holmberg. He was so helpful!!!!! I can say with confidence that he is the best of the best!!!!!!!! Eddie was very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Sales manager Tom appeared miserable, had no personality, set behind his computer, with a take it or leave it attitude. He never once greeted us or thanked us. Salesman Jim was slightly better than Tom but he still made u feel like a number. He even commented when we get the survey if we can't give them an excellent review just discard it. The salesperson never gave us Any documentation or showed us pricing. He kept telling us what our payment would be. The only decent person we delt with was in finance.

Ten years ago we met Eddie Holmberg when we purchased our new Mallard trailer. Eddie was very knowledgeable about his products and took the time to point out the pros and cons of each camper (even though the temperature was below freezing). This summer (during a heat wave) we decided to upgrade to a slightly larger camper and knew that Eddie was the person to help us thru the process. We have a shared driveway so size is an issue. Eddie knew this and never pressed us to try to purchase something "just a little bigger". His goal was to help us find as many of the things on our wish list as we could in the size camper we needed. When our 1978 pop up tent camper died early this summer, we decided to make a multi-generational purchase of a new travel trailer. Along with my daughter and son-in-law, I contacted Holman Motors regarding a model we had picked out online. Upon arriving the lot, the salesman I spoke with on the phone was unavailable. Eddie Holmberg was asked to assist us in the meantime. Eddie had a very laidback and helpful approach with me. He answered all of my questions with consideration and was attentive to all of my concerns. Eddie showed us the camper we initially had picked out online, and discussed many additional options. After a few minutes consideration, my son-in-law and I felt we needed a bigger trailer. Even though it was near closing time, Eddie took the time to ensure we had a better idea of which travel trailer would best suit the needs of a multi-generational family of five.Over the course of the next week or so, we were assisted by our original sales man. There was a level of disconnect, which we didn't have with Eddie. After much consideration, I requested to have Eddie assist us. Eddie completed the sale efficiently, and guaranteed we would have the trailer in time for our annual vacation. This decision to purchase the travel trailer from Eddie and Holman Motors proved to be the right move for my family and I when Eddie sent a text message regarding our one week-adversary. Hands down, I would refer anyone to visit Holman Motors and ask for Eddie! I know my daughter has already recommended him to her neighbor.

While shopping for a camper we were very impressed with Eddy and his knowledge of the products he was selling. He would respond to questions in a timely manner and always followed up to make sure our questions were answered. We drove 5 1/2 hours to purchase our camper at Holmans because of their selection and Eddie Holmberg. He spent time with us during the purchase to make sure we were very comfortable with our new 5th wheel. Everyone was super friendly and there was no pressure to buy any add-on products or warranties. They presented our options and a simple yes or no was all that was needed. I plan on purchasing a truck in the spring and will be calling Eddie!! He provided old fashion service that you dont find at many dealerships today.

My wife and I decide to purchase the Outback 250TRS, but the price at the local dealership was too much. A web search turned up a price at Holman Motors more than $12K under the local price. I assumed there would be lots of hidden fees (there weren't) or problems with the trailer (there weren't). I gave my local dealership a chance to compete, telling them Holman's price, but they wouldn't get close. So I drove from Durango to Cincinnati to pick up the trailer. "Camper Jim" was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions, even the stupid ones, with credibility and patience. He didn't play any games, like trying to upsell a bunch of add-ons when I arrived. He was honest and clearly very knowledgeable about travel trailers. He encouraged me to spend the night in my new trailer (for free) on their lot so I could have time to inspect and test everything on the trailer. I strongly encourage all future buyers to do the same, as I found some very minor issues that they immediately addressed. Having done this, I was able to embark on the 1500 mile journey home with confidence that I had made a solid purchase and wouldn't be running into any problems.I strongly recommend Holman Motors if you're considering a new trailer, and Jim St. Pierre in particular.

Great buying experience. I've bought lots of cars in my life and Rusty Stegbauer was probably the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He knows his business, was straight forward, knew his product probably better than any auto salesman I've ever dealt with. New trucks have a ton of technology and he went the extra mile to make sure we understood how to make all of it work. I've owned Fords all my life, this is my first GMC truck. The sales staff is helpful without being pushy. They were happy to spend as much time as you need to shop the inventory. Pricing is clearly stated. The walk-through was very thorough. Delivery was on time and as expected. This is counter to the experience our friends have had at other dealers so we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of their service.

Sent my 2011 GMC Acadia to have the air conditioner checked out. As it turned out it need more than a recharge. When Gary informed me of the problems I seen Dollars. Then he informed me I had purchased an extended warranty that covered the repairs. I had forgotten about the warranty. Gary turned a bad thing into a good thing (there was a deductible, but that was no big deal). The service department then turned the repair around quicker than quoted. This type of customer satisfaction for service or purchase of a vehicle has been the standard established by the Holman Brothers.

Good pricing from the start. Not the inflated prices of most RV dealers. No hidden fees. up front and very responsive. I drove almost 400 miles to this dealer and the deal made it worth it all. Much better than RV wholesalers who include a 2K bank financing reduction to make their price look better. Only if you finance through their banks. Other dealers tacked on over 1000 dols in prep and documentation fees. The price from holman was fair from the start with no hidden fees.

This is the second camper I've purchased from Holman Motors (in the last year!!!), and dealt with Eddie Holmberg for both. Unfortunately, our first camper was damaged by a fire and totaled. I called Eddie to see what they could do to help us, and he walked us through the process of getting the camper back up there for an assessment. He even contacted their service group to let them know what was going on so they were ready. We had the camper at a dealer closer to where I live (5 hours away from Holman) and they had the camper for three weeks and we were still at the starting point. We dropped off the camper over the weekend, Monday we had the estimate, Wednesday the camper was totaled, and Friday we picked up the new one. They worked closely with the adjuster and determined that the camper was totaled. They worked with me, the bank and the insurance companies, including the GAP coverage to get it all taken care of. They can't actually work with the GAP, but they made sure I had everything I needed to get that taken care of. We purchased another camper from them and they helped us get everything taken care of with financing, then moved us to the back of the lot so we could take our time moving things from the old to the new camper. Everyone I talked to at Holman Motors has been really nice to deal with. I would definitely buy from them again (even though I don't want to go through this stuff again!!).

Added warranty was not explained in full detail, knowing that we do not have a tow vehicle and nothing offered on site. Not Good at all. We have had problems only to find that warranty coverage is only at dealership. I believe we were mislead during finance sales process selling warranty

SEVERAL YEARS AGO MY WIFE AND I WERE REFERRED TO HOLMAN MOTORS WHERE WE MET EDDIE HOLMBERG. AT THE TIME WE WERE NOT READY TO MAKE A PUCHASE. WE RECENTLY DECIDED TO MAKE THE PURCHASE AND RETURNED TO EDDIE FOR THE SALE OF OUR NEW CAMPER. We found Holman RV by doing a web search for a Laredo 320TG. After requesting a price (which was the best we could find anywhere, whether local or on the web), we started corresponding with Tom. He did a great job of helping me understand the remote purchasing and delivery process, and put aside any fears I had about buying an RV sight unseen and over 1,000 miles away! He coordinated a delivery driver to meet us in Kansas City (which was about half way between our house and Holman), so we could take delivery of our trailer. The unit was clean, prepped and ready for us to spend a week in it right after we hooked it up to our truck! Thank you Tom and Holman RV for a great experience that was very low stress and enjoyable!

Art Flores is one of the best sales people I have ever worked with. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us several units to choose from. Jim is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. When we were looking for our first travel trailer he spent countless hours showing us units and answering our questions. Our experience with Holman was excellent. In this day and age, it is rare to find a business that truly provides great customer service. We traveled to Ohio from Arizona to make our fifth wheel purchase due to better pricing on the unit we wanted. When we picked up the unit we were provided with an operational review and had the opportunity to stay overnight in the new fifth wheel to check everything out before we drove it off the lot. Mr. Holman personally spoke with us to ensure that we were satisfied with our new RV.There were two small issues that required correction and the staff took care of those immediately.We would definitely endorse this Rv dealer.

Delivery was 6 hrs late, with no call. Trailer delievered in April, 2014 with damages and It is now Nov., 2014 and trailer is still not fixed. Holman was no help after delivery and did not even offer an apology. Plus, it is exetremely hard to find a business local to do warranty work, despite what sales person said. If you purchase brand new, it should be delivered without damage.

Stopped in to look at a truck. I liked the truck and told them I would be back that evening with my wife. Then one of the managers asks me if I will be trading in my vehicle. With out even looking at the vehicle he tells me that he recommends I sell it on Craig's list and not trade it in. I brushed it off and went on my way. I went back later that night and my wife liked it as well, so we started the buying process. After appraising my vehicle they offered me $6,000 less then a competing dealership down the road. They made it very clear that they don't like having preowned vehicles on their lot.

After making the trip to Holman's and meeting Andrew he took me out to the area where the units I was looking at on line were located. He let my son and me alone to look for a while and came back to answer any question I had. That is what I like a sales man to do let me look. I have shopped many places for a new travel trailer here in GA. Getting frustrated with camping world and other dealers, I stumbled across my new Keystone Laredo on the Internet at Holman Motors. I spoke with Nate on phone for weeks trying to line a day up to come get the trailer my wife and I wanted. He had only 1 on the lot that was the color in both outside and inside she wanted. For 3 weeks he was able to hold our trailer. The trip up to Ohio was nice, sale and service was over and beyond anything I've ever experienced. Nate really took the time to make sure we were happy. We have been looking an RV's at Holman Motors for 2 years and were set on buying the Enterra. However, we found out that our F150 could not tow it and were so disappointed that we started to look at other dealerships. We visited Holman's a second time and almost bought a Laredo but just couldn't finance it right. So we waited and this year we saw the Forest River Heritage Glenn 299RE model and it was everything we wanted and more. I called and spoke with Tony Zuidema and he was so nice and answered all our questions and concerns. We have one on hold and are picking up our new home in a week. My wife and I are returning customers at Holman RV. Bought our first new fifth wheel camper in 2011, had it serviced a couple of times and ended up trading it recently to a 2010 Brookstone to gain more room for when we become full timers. Eddie treated us warmly every time we visited and has been very helpful when we decided to make this most recent trade. The only issue we ever had with service was a mis-communication that was quickly rectified. We will continue to take our Brookstone to Holman RV for any future service it might need. We can not begin to tell you how happy we are to have find Holman RV! Traveling from Maryland to Ohio to purchase a new RV was nothing we had ever done before and it was a bit scary. After speaking with Tom Cranmer on several occasions about our needs and wants, he could not have made it easier. I was met at the door by a very nice, polite young man who introduced himself as Nate Borowitz. He immediately made us feel at home with his introduction and offered to be of service. He took us by golf cart out to look at what had sparked our interest. By asking us a few questions he enabled us to narrow our search. Still unsure as to what we wanted, we departed and he never tried to talk us into anything nor was he pressuring. It took over six months later before I returned to look at the one I thought I wanted. We went as far as applying for finance before leaving again. Nate never hounded us or pressured us at all. Due to the timing and work schedules, we called Nate and cancelled the transaction. He was very supportive throughout. It was a year later that I returned to purchase our travel trailer. It was due to his supportive style that kept me locked on Holman Motors until the right unit along with the proper timing was reached. I have a Chevy, and have used Wyler service in the past since they have a Chevy dealership. I have had 2 poor customer service experiences with Wyler and decided to give Holman a chance. I was very impressed with not only the general service, but the timeliness and professionalism of everyone involved from Michael in warranty, and the guys at the service desks. I have talked to Jim in GMC service a few times about a couple different issues and he has been so kind and helpful along with all other staff I've met. This was my first visit to Holman, after just buying my Acadia a couple months ago. The experience at Holman Motors was one of the best I've had with any type of sale. We found the best deals and most available units to walk through at Holman Motors. This was important to us so we made the 3 hour drive to look at units.The building and experience was impressive. It definitely made a good first impression. Upon walking in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had been talking to Eddie via phone and email prior to our visit and he was very helpful in the pre-buying process. I had asked several questions and he gave all the appropriate information and was very timely with his responses. Overall I had a really great experience purchasing my RV. My sales rep. was VERY informative regarding all aspects of the RV, new and used. He provided a lot of very useful information to help me make my purchasing decision. I never felt like I was being pushed or rushed in any direction. He showed me what he thought I would like and what was in my budget then encouraged me to look around on my own. I purchased with cash so I cannot comment on the financing process but the paperwork (title, tags, etc) took about 5 minutes flat and I was out. Super impressed. My next RV purchase will be with Holman, no questions asked.Note: I didn't actually purchase a Kia. Keystone RV was not an option.

This was a great experience with the people at Holman campers. If you want top notch service then Holman campers is the place to go. I would recommend them to anyone I know. I personally drove 522 miles one way and it was totally worth it. I would also like to thank Andrew, Tom, and Tammy for all of their help in making me feel like I was the only one at the dealer ship. And by the way if you have to drive like I did they even have a place for you to sleep in your new camper so you don't have to worry about rushing to find a camp site nearby. I Highly recommend this dealership, It was the best sales experience that I've ever had. There was no hassle and everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure working with Eddie Holmberg, I talked with him several times before I drove down to see the camper and he answered all my questions, and took extra pictures so I knew what to expect. When I did drive down to see it he walked us through it and showed us all the good and bad things so there was no surprises and showed us what to look for since this was our first camper. Eddie made my wife and I feel comfortable about what we were buying and that we wouldn't be disappointed and took care of any issues. The workmanship was so shoddy that we had to repair our own camper (the first camper that was purchased from Holman's). At first Tom Cranmer and the Holman Motors dealership are as untrustworthy and dishonest. If you are looking for a place to do business with, DO NOT CHOOSE Holman and certainly do NOT allow Cranmer to oversee the sale. We were supposed to pick up and complete the sale on a camper on Saturday morning at 8:30. On Friday afternoon, we found out the camper had been sold out from under us. We made an offer through many phone calls and emails, and the offer was accepted pending an inspection by us, the buyers. Tom Cranmer and the Holman Motors Corporation failed to follow through on this deal. We offered to send a deposit to hold the camper and both this so called salesman said there was no need. Came into Holman Motors with two issues. The heater was working only about half capacity and the battery kept going dead if allowed to set for about 6-10 hours. This was the second brand new battery in the car. The heater issue was diagnosed as a partially plugged heater core-cost of repair exceeded $1400. The electrical issue was diagnosed as a faulty battery-no charge for the diagnosis. Had the changed and total cost of everything was $27. Returned the battery to place of purchase and had it replaced. Everything working fine to date...except the heater is still at about half capacity. Very pleased with the service and the cost.

Nate was very knowledgeable and patient as we worked through the purchase of a new Keystone Outback. We called on a Saturday, and Nate worked with us through the weekend so that all our questions were answered and we were able to secure the purchase. We relied a lot on the thorough on-line photos and Nate's knowledge of the unit. Because we were traveling a distance to pick up the unit, our level of comfort had to be high and Nate was able to do this. Nate was gone on vacation the week before pickup, so he arranged for Eddie Holmberg to assist with the paperwork. Eddie did a great job as well. Upon arrival, the service staff was ready for us, and gave us a complete PDI walk through and answered any and all questions we had. The service area listened to our requests and promptly fixed everything we needed. They have arrangements for customers to stay in the units overnight, and we took advantage of that. It allowed us to inspect and try out the mechanics prior to departing. We would recommend Holman, because of their great customer service and attention to detail. Because they are a wholesaler, their prices were very good and worth the trip from Wisconsin.

But i had no choice this time around, being I wanted a Chevy Sonic, a car only 2 years in the making. After reading dozens of reviews from critics and consumers, and test driving one at a local dealership, I searched high and low, bidding and lowballing. Finally, I negotiated a great offer from Holman Motors, a dealer I knew nothing about, over 300 miles from my home. It takes a leap of faith to spend 6 months' salary on something sight unseen. But I put my husband on a Greyhound bus at 3 a.m. in below zero degree weather and 16 hours later, I had a beautiful car. The guys at Holman were patient and helpful from start to finish. Rusty is a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of guy, which is refreshing to find in a car salesman. I have to admit my attitude toward dealerships has changed from this experience, and I encourage anyone considering a used car to give these guys a try.

I have had many disappointing experiences with salesman not being responsive or knowing their product, but Eddie was a totally different caliber of salesperson. Eddie was super quick in responding to any e-mails and calls with questions we had over the course of our pre-purchase decision making, even on his days off. We highly recommend Holman's and Eddie Holmberg.

I was very pleased with the treatment I received as I have been since I bought my first GMC from you all in 1992. I came in on 12/23/13 for the first service on my 2014 Acadia Denali as we leave Cincinnati the day after Christmas and don't return until mid-March and I did not want to use a different dealership to service the truck. your service department was slammed with drive-in oil change requests. I told Chris about my need to get some things done while the Denali was serviced and he found an Acadia for me to drive while you serviced the vehicle. We agreed there was no need to expidite my service I had finished all the pre-Christmas things I really needed to accomplish that day and was sitting at home when he called to tell me our Denali was ready. I was also very pleased when I picked it up and it had not only been serviced but was also clean for the drive to Grandma's house on Christmas day! Thanks for another great experience and Happy New Year.By the way, we spent 11 1/2 hours in the Denali 12/26 driving to Hilton Head. After searching the internet for travel trailer that suited our needs, we ended up at Holman . Most off the business was done over the phone with Nate (who did a great job with all the questions and phone calls he received. I really appreciated that )!!! After driving 6 1/2 hours to pick up our camper, we arrived to do the walk through. The camper was filthy . The floors dirty. Wood shavings in the drawers and underneath in the cabinets . Doors had black film on inside and outside. Caulk on the outside canopy apparatus . When I made the comment. "They could have cleaned the place up" the person giving the walk through stated. "They have people clean up but your clean and their clean is two different things "!! So I cleaned myself. After signing the papers with Ron, thought we were in the clear . Not so much. All financing was done with our bank and Tammy , only to find out that they ordered non-resident ohio title( we live in Illinois) and charged for that title, not telling us we would then again have to pay out of pocket for Illinois title/transfer (an additional $150. ) Taxes were included on the purchase order and included in payment which they overcharged and then we had to wait for them to return to us. Because they can pay taxes for Illinois. Which we were not notified of! Then when our bank received the check for the taxes with the overpayment. Holman so kindly made the check out to Illinois dept of revenue. So I'm sure we will not get the overpayment refunded!!! After all the price and Nate were great but after that it was been a nightmare with paperwork !!!

We can't say enough about Eddie Holmberg and Holman Motors. Once we identified the fifth wheel we were interested in we started looking for it. We were only able to find one in CA and the dealer was not interested in reducing his price. I started looking on the internet for the unit and came across Holman Motors. At the time, with the delivery charge it was about the same as we could purchase here in CA. About a month later we got an e-mail from Eddie recommending that we take another look at their website. We did and because of a sale on that unit we were able to get the fifth wheel we wanted out the door and delivered, for less than the one we could buy here in CA. We talked to or exchanged e-mail with Eddie a lot over the next week with a myriad of questions. He was always very courteous, patient and even called back on his day off. We could not have asked for a better experience. The fifth wheel was delivered as presented on the internet and when promised. After delivery Eddie continued to field our questions. We would strongly recommend Holman Motors and Eddie Holmberg to anyone looking for a recreational vehicle.

I had the best experience at Holman Motors, Inc. Tony Zee was my sales person, and allowed me to do most of the purchase online since I had a two hour drive to get there. We had everything finalized prior to my arrival. All I had to do was look at the unit I was interested in. He was very quick to respond to my phone calls and emails. When I arrived to look at the new unit I was interested in, it was everything they said it would be. There were no hidden fees or surprises. It was serviced and ready to bring home. They told me through email they would give me $9500 out of my trade without ever laying eyes on it. I was worried that when I made the 2 hour drive in the wind and rain with my old travel trailer that the $9500 offer would change. It didn't at all, however, it was in great shape as I told them it was in. They did what they said they would do and to me that is worth the trip. The customer service from everyone involved in the purchase of my new Viewfinder was absolutely superb! I couldn't have asked for any better treatment. There were no hassles from anyone. When I arrived with my old unit, immediately there was a man waiting outside to direct me. It was amazing. This is, I believe the sixth RV we have purchased over the years from Holman. A couple of things stood out this time. The salesman Eddie was above and beyond in helping us. I had a few problems in the first weeks and when I called he responded FAST, even I later found out on his day off when his phone extension was forwarded to his cell at home.Tom, I forgot last names, gave us the walk through and more important than that when we were camping at East Fork two weeks later and had a problem, he came to the camp site during his lunch time to helps us. That's a first.We had a water heater problem, that comes and goes, and when I dropped of my trailer on a Monday to get it repaired, I explained that I was leaving that Friday for a two week camping trip and really needed hot water. Paul, I think he is the service manager, and Forest not only met the dead line but Forest called me numerous times during that week with updates. He was having the same problem I had, works some times not other times. Thursday afternoon it was fixed.Of all the RV purchases we have made through the years, from Class A to Fifth Wheels, this was the least expensive one we have bought, yet this team effort was great and if I live long enough I am sure my seventh purchase will be from Holman. We very much appreciated Eddie Holmberg's assistance and knowledge. He listened to what features my wife and I most wanted in a higher end recreational vehicle, and was able to match us up with the 2014 Outback 298RE that has proven to be a perfect fit for our needs and towing capabilities. We'd been "looking" for several years, and especially so in the past 6 months. We had explored everything (several times over) from Class A, B, & C motorhomes to 5th Wheels to Travel Trailers. But ultimately, for our present needs, the Outback 298RE proved to be the best choice for us, and Eddie was instrumental in helping us reach that conclusion.In conjunction with my company, I purchase automobiles frequently and have no hesitation in pressing hard for the "best deal" when I'm certain there is still room for a better deal to be made. It occurred to me a week or two after the purchase of our Outback that I hadn't even mentioned price in our transaction with Holman and Eddie. Why? Because we'd visited dealers from Lexington, Kentucky to Sidney, Ohio and from Hillsboro, Ohio to Richmond, Indiana. We compared features and negotiated prices with several of those dealers. We also regularly scoured dealer websites from across the midwest and south for similar models, and meticulously researched prices. In short, we already knew the price we were quoted by Eddie Holmberg on the Outback was as good or better than any price that could have been negotiated anywhere in the midwest for a unit of comparable quality and similarly equipped. My philosophy; if a deal's good - you shake hands and take the deal. When my wife and I were ready to buy, we shook hands with Eddie, and we're now thoroughly enjoying our travel trailer. We would not hesitate to recommend Holman RV or Mr. Holmberg to someone interested in pursuing a recreational vehicle, and we'd certainly go back again when or if the time ever comes. This was by far the easiest vehicle purchase I have made. Our Salesman, Art did a wonderful job of understanding my vehicle needs, and with no pressure providing me a vehicle to meet my needs. I purchased a new truck to pull our 5th wheel campler with and as part of the deal, installation of bed liner, hitch and plug in the bed would be installed prior to me picking up the truck. The day that I arrived to pick up the truck, was also Art's day off, yet he came in to work to make sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. That is going above and beyond good service. I did mark Excellent for "Quality of repairs", that was for the work done by the service department on the installations of the camper hitch, etc. I have already recommended Art and Holman GMC to several of my friends and family.

Nate Borowitz was great to work with from the first phone call unit we decided to purchase a unit from Holman several weeks later. During the three weeks we were making up our minds Nate responded to phone calls and email promptly and went out of his way to do so. Even when he was on a short vacation Nate responded to us quickly just as if he were on the show room floor writing from his desk. This was one of the many reasons we decided to purchase from Holman Motors rather than purchasing here in Texas. Everyone at the dealership treated us like family rather than "just a customer". This great treatment included the service department who got my truck ready to tow in record time, Dan who did our walk through after purchase and John Switzer in finance who was helpful and not in the least pushy. The RV store was also very helpful, you guys all put out a 100% effort for us. To make a long story short we are very glad we drove 1000 miles one way to deal with Holman Motors and Nate Borowitz. We live 3 1/2 hours away and found this RV on the internet. We purchased a new 3010 Cyclone toy hauler and have had nothing but problems with the vehicle and the dealership. Our walk thru was fine; however, the first time we used the rv we encountered major issues. First, the water lines were not fully connected and water spilled out everywhere; second, the vacuum system main attachment area was bolted to NOTHING and pulled out of the wall; third, the shower was never sealed properly and leaked; fourth, the black tank leaked; fifth, the main TV got a poor reception. We drove another 3 1/2 hours back for the repairs under warranty. We were told after a week, to pick it up and it was all repaired. The only repair we found was the vacuum was now bolted to a piece of wood added, the water lines were tightened and caulking added to the shower. The TV still isn't clear, the black tank still leaks and now, the fuel pump is malfunctioning and will cost $150.00 to replace as it is no longer under warranty; additionally the awning strut has bent and SURPRISE, Holman's has no idea what part to order or how to fix it! We've received very poor response and very poor customer service from this dealership. It seems once the sale is complete, there is no follow-up or care of customer service. WE WILL NEVER recommend this dealership and have told others to run like the wind from them!

We purchased a travel trailer yesterday from Holman Motors in Batavia, Ohio. We thought their pricing was very competative when we compared online so we drove two hours to see their inventory. Nate Borowitz responded to our request to look at a model listed online. He took the time to answer all of our question, was very timely in his responses, and emailed us all the information we needed. We met Nate at 8 am on a Saturday, since we drove two hours from Columbus, he made sure we taken care of. We had our vehicle serviced for a hitch and a brake controller, and by 1 pm we were ready for our walk through. During our wait for the servicing of our vehicle we were provided a loaner car by the service dept so we could shop the local stores and have a lunch. When we came back our vehicle was ready. Mr. Chris? Ware was real friendly as he set us up for a free loaner car and mr phil Adams installed the hitch and patiently showed us how to properly use the equipment on our new rig. These fine gentlemen provided excellent customer service and I wil make the 100 mile journey to batavia to buy my next recreational vehicle. Great place to do business!

I went in to get a scheduled maintenance and also a new set of tires. Jim took care of me and made sure that the set of tires that I wanted was there and they would have it before I took my truck in. When I arrived I got helped very quickly by Jim and didn't waste time got me a loaner car quickly and I was on my way in ten minutes after bringing my truck in. It was finished by the time they had told me to expect and had no trouble picking it up and dropping off the loaner. Getting all of this done at Holman was alot more satisfactory then my past experiences other places with my previous car.

We were a little hesitant about making a major purchase of our Voltage 3105 5th Wheel Toy Hauler, over the internet......but it was the easiest thing we have ever done, and we would do it again in a heartbeat! Since we are from Southern Alberta we basically purchased our unit by seeing it only through pictures on the website as well as a DVD walk-thru. They did have a similar unit close to where we live that we looked at, but it is just not the same as kicking the tires on the unit you are going to buy! Nate was available (even from the baseball game he was at) to answer all of the many questions we had. He got back to us right away on every little thing or concern and question with no high pressure sales pitch. They never asked for a deposit to hold the unit either. This really made us feel that they really appreciate and want our business. I am still waiting to here back from other dealerships regarding inquiries we had made, guess what too late boys!! Papers were sent to us by FED EX, we signed, sent a wire transfer, and then Nate set up a date for delivery. Within 10 days our trailer was delivered to the rest area on the US side at Sweetgrass, Montana. The delivery lady Marcia was awesome and got our unit to the border a day ahead of schedule. After a quick inspection and signing of papers, we were on our way back into Canada. We had to pay tax only on the purchase price as it was delivered to the border. Had we picked it up in Great Falls or Havre we would have paid tax on the delivery charge as well. We were in the border office for 20-30minutes doing paperwork. Holman's had everything ready in a file folder to hand to the border agent. We have our trailer home now and are so excited to take it out camping! There were a few little things that Nate is looking into for us, and we are certain he will have these issues resolved asap. If you are considering buying a trailer in the USA but worried about costs or customs etc. Stop worrying and just do it! The money we saved on this major purchase, well we still can't believe it!! The folks at Holman's will definitely do whatever it takes to make sure you the customer are taken care of properly. Nice to know there are still business like that out there!!

Great customer service from Nate( which he was not even my salesman because of some "sales up rotation or 1st contact agreement),but nevertheless he is a great asset to the Holman group. Tammy Watson.........another great employee !!!!!!!! Tammy knows how to take care of business and runs a pretty tight ship.Forrest in the shop was fantastic in helping us with our problems we had putting on our weight dist. hitch etc......Now for our salesman Jim ...........was friendly and accommodating,but lacks knowledge of products and our camper in general. He just came off to us as wanting the quick sale and out the door. We will tell people about Holmann,but will direct them to Nate,Tammy and Forrest. Over all our experience was good until we had drove 30 miles away and someone pulled up beside us and said our turn signals were going opposite to the way we were turning.( walk thru issues) so we called back talked to Chris said we would have to come back(not) already drove 30 miles in steep hills buring alot of fuel and stuck in a traffic jam for 3 miles.Said we would resolve issue with local dealer and send estimate back for Warranty. Arrived in Branson,Mo and spent 2 nights and found out electrical plugs from the bathroom to the bedroom not working(walk thru issues again)called again same story WARRANTY issues,and again said we would try and resolve thru our local dealer.Hope HOLMAN holds up to their end of the Warranty issues......if not we will have a problem sending any other buisiness to them and we have several prospects for them.Thanks Holman for all the good stuff and lets work on the BAD and make it right on the stuff that should of been taken care of at pre-inspection and walk thru. Everything about this buying experience, from the initial contact to delivery of our coach, was handled in a very professional manner. We appreciated the prompt response we always received from Tony with any question or concern we had. Then upon arrival at the dealership to take delivery of our Cyclone, we were amazed at the friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable service they provided. My experience in working with Andrew was one of mutual respect. He reviewed a list of "must haves" and "desires" of my desired RV. He researched his inventory and sent a list of RV's to review on-line. I visited Holman Motors and found a RV that met my family needs, finances and my vehicle towing capabilities. One week later I purchased my RV.For me, the bottom line was:1. He listened to me and was not dismissive. 2. He helped me to figure out what would work with what I had (towing vehicle and finance vs "desires"). We have purchased many new cars but Holman GMC was by far the friendliest and easiest dealership we have ever visited. Every employee that walked by smiled and said hello. Jason Gray was our salesman and I would highly recommend him to anyone due to his knowledge and accommodating attitude. I took my car back the day after purchase for something minor which needed tweaking. Jason wasn't in yet which was fine because I really only needed the service department. Someone approached me immediately, and when I explained why I was there, they called Jason, who spoke to me and let me know he would be in soon. Jason inspected my vehicle after it came out of service to make sure it was okay. I also noticed how the employees seemed to be happy to be there and there was a noticable comradery among the employees. Definitely a great experience!

We live in Alberta Canada , searched online for a good price on a new travel trailer. Looked at numerous US based RV dealers many who cater to Canadians and purporting to be wholesalers, I soon found out that most are not. Came across a Viewfinder at Holman Motors and Eddie Holmberg was our sales rep. My wife had lots of questions for Eddie and we found him to be quite accomodating, a pleasure to work with, in fact my wife got to know a lot about Eddie (he couldn't get away from her). Finally we purchased the 22rbds from Eddie and the documentation to import into Canada was handled by Tammy. My wife and I had been thinking of buying a travel trailer for awhile. I did a lot of looking online, comparing prices and selection and Holman seem to have the best of both in my area. We went into Holman thinking it would be a high pressure sale and were very surprised that it was far from that.. Every person we met there was very friendly. Art Flores was our sales man and he was great.. We told him what we were looking for, he asked us some basic questions, need to know info for first time RV buyers, then took us out to the lot where the model we wanted to look at was and also pointed out a few others we may like. He left us there to shop, no pressure, just left his cell number if we had any questions. Art would come back by just to check on us but did not rush us. After we made our selection we got to met the guys in the service department and they were all very nice. Chris Ware was great as were all the guys that worked with us. All seemed to know what they were talking about and honest enough to say if they did not know they could ask someone for us. Overall it was the best buying experience I have had. My wife spotted a car she liked when we were there and I am sure when the time come us will not even think of going anyplace else but back to Holman to see Art. I tell everyone to go there.

My wife and I were looking for a 30' fifth wheel trailer with high quality at a competitive price. We visited Holman numerous times over a two year period while we were doing our homework and preparing for our purchase. One of the first things we noticed about Holman was the energy level of the operation. The staff members were all highly trained, knowledgeable, and exhibited an esprit de corps that is uncommon in many of the dealerships we were visiting. The staff seemed to interact more like a family. We also appreciated the lack of pressure tactics during the sales process.Our salesperson was Gail Greger, who was always sincere, helpful, and knew about the products she represented. As Gail learned about our requirements, she was able to locate an RV that met our needs, as well as negotiating a competitive price. After our purchase, the walkthrough was very thorough, and any items needing attention were addressed. We liked doing business with Holman, because of their professionalism, personal attention, and classic good service that is often missing in organizations. My wife and I were in the market for a toy hauler travel trailer and we had talked to other companies that sold campers. We decided to go to Holman Motors RV to look and see what they had. We met Art Flores and told him what we wanted. He got us started by showing us several campers and then let us loose to look at all of the campers on the lot that met our needs without pressure and by ourselves. This was super important to us because we were able to go look at many different campers with a lot of different combinations without the pressure of typical sales person trying to push us one way or another because they need to make a sale on a particular camper. My wife and I picked out several campers and when Art returned we talked to him about those campers. Art provided details about each camper that we were thinking about as well as the manufacture literature and price. We went home and took several days to look at all the options to make a decision on the camper we wanted to own. Art gave us all the time we needed and worked with us as well as helped us understand the specifics and details for the camper that we wanted. If you are looking for a first class no hassle dealership Holman Motors is my recomendation. I began my toy hauler search on their website and was contacted by my sales man Eddie Holmburg. I absolutely ran this man ragged over the next 5 months not being able to make up my mind. Eddie never one time broke stride and had an answer for every question I had. We finally made a decision on a Road Warrior 415 toy hauler. I made the 9 hour drive to Holman to pick up our new camper. After arriving we were properly introduced to Eddie and in about 40 minuets all the paperwork was complete and we were going through the unit. We felt in love with the new 2013 Viewfinder Signature, travel trailer by Cruiser RV. After searching through internet we found that Holman Motors, Inc. had the best sales price, very reasonable. Their website is easy to use with a huge variety of RV selection, also they provide full descriptions and pictures. Their chat option is a pro. We drove 4 hours to visit the dealer. Our contact representative was waiting for us, Nate Borowitz. He made our purchase experience very smooth and pleasant. All the staff were very friendly. Nate has been very helpful before, during and after our purchase. My experience with Holman Motors. Where to begin? As we live in east Tennessee, I initially contacted them via email for a lowest price quote on a travel trailer. Based on the attractive price quoted for the unit we were interested in, we made the 4-hour drive to Batavia to have a look in person. Were in our 60s and have encountered our share of pushy sales folk over the years, so we werent sure what to expect. Im sure all of the Holman sales people are competent professionals, but we had the good fortune to deal with Eddie Holman. What a delight! Eddie understood what we were looking for and put us aboard a golf cart, drove us out (among their 30+ acres of RVs) to the area where the unit we were interested in was parked and let us out. He said, The one youre looking at is right down there, as well as some similar units. Theyre all open. Feel free to look all you like. Heres my card with my cell number. Give me a call if you have any questions or would like a ride back to the building. Boy did he read us right! Talk about low pressure! We were able to look at our leisure and converse without a salesman hovering over us. The best possible RV shopping experience!When we did get around to talking the deal, we liked the fact that there wasnt a lot of throwing numbers back and forth. Their best price is their best price. Take it or leave it. A lot of folks, like us, take it! Holman knows their prices are the best out there, so they dont have to play games! Even in this sluggish economy, where a lot of RV dealers have folded, these folks are selling a LOT of units. But I digress. This isnt about their prices. Its about their people and our purchasing experience.Eddie explained that when they sell a unit, they include the 30A cord, the battery, waste tank deodorizer, fresh water hose, long-lighter for the grill, propane tanks full. The list goes on. In short, everything we would need to depart their lot and go camping!We agreed on the price and were shepherded in to see Ron, in finance. He arranged for our financing at a most attractive rate and walked us through the process painlessly.We were about to leave on a month-long boat trip, so we made arrangements to pick the camper up in about 6 weeks. We were soon contacted by Chris Ware, in Service, who said Just let me know when youd like it ready. When our plans firmed up, we called Chris and made an appointment for our walk-through. We arrived at the designated time and Chris introduced us to Tom, who gave us a thorough tour of our new camper and answered all our questions.Holman allowed us to stay on premises in our camper for the next three nights (others have stayed longer, were told), plugged in and secure. This gave us time to really get to know our camper and address the inevitable issues one encounters with a new unit. In our case, we didnt have too much: A minor cable connection issue on the TV, a shower head that didnt have enough flow when on and too much when off. Everything else worked great and these two minor issues were quickly and cheerfully addressed. Holmans service tech (Nate) installed our customer-provided weight-distributing hitch and explained how to connect/disconnect it. All of the service techs we encountered were great!Our sales professional, Eddie, followed up on us throughout this entire process, even after we were officially in the hands of the Service Department. Eddie made sure we were being well cared for.Just in case they hadnt done enough already, when sales professional Nate Borowitz found out that we hoped to leave on a Sunday morning when the facility is normally locked up, he offered to stop by on his own time to open the gate and let us out. And we werent even his customer! After our experience with Holman so far, we were pleased, of course, but not surprised. Should we find ourselves in the market again in the future, I would absolutely make the drive to deal with these folks! We couldnt be more pleased!

I had a great experience buying a brand new travel trailer from California. Some dealership requires me to fly out but at Holman RV, everything is taken cared of via e-mail and phone calls. Eddie and Tammy were very responsive to my questions and were always willing to help before and after the sale. The price is phenomenal even after accounting for the shipping cost. Considering we were coming from out-of-state (Arizona) we were treated as long lost family. No question or request was to stupid or small. Asked that we stay on-property for at least one night. (We spent two.) Explained everything and suggested that we come back by the dealership in a couple of weeks if we were in the area. All phone calls were answered or returned immediately. If the RV you are seeking is in their inventory then by all means give them a call. They beat the local (AZ) dealers by quite a bit. That plus their service would have us use them again.

We were very pleased with Bob and the two technicians who helped us in getting the RV on the road. Unfortunately I don't think a pressure test was done on the water system as we had leaks to take care of once we set up. Fortunately they were minor. The electrical service cable was not long enough and neither was the water hose. The fil in bedding for the breakdown table was much to small and leaves about 10 inches of the table top with no bedding. I think we should have been more aware of these short comings. We were novices in the RV purchasing business and have learned an expensive lesson.

After spending two very frustrating weeks researching campers and local dealers (selection, prices, etc), we luckily found Holman's, called, and spoke to Gail on the phone. As a result of that phone conversation (we finally felt someone cared about what WE wanted) the next business day we drove 6 hours to Holman's to view and then purchase our very first travel trailer. Gail came in ON HER DAY OFF to greet us and personally handle our needs. She called a nice Hotel and got us a discount there because our new trailer had some factory defect that Holman's found, and did not hide from us, and they wanted to fix it properly PRIOR to prepping our new trailer for delivery. The service guys did a great job in getting our trailer fixed and prepped. Our delivery walk through was done by a gentleman that patiently explained each and every facet of our new trailer with us and answered all of our "trailer virgin" questions without making us feel stupid. The guy who installed our super duper trailer hitch also patiently explained everything with us, answered our many questions, helped us set up the brake controller AND UNDERSTAND it in a very down to earth way, and helped me practice how to back it all up (explaining and offering praise). Thank you all. It is no wonder, after our personal experience, why people (many are apparently like us -- we met and talked to a few while there) travel from great distances to Holman's. If you want be treated with respect, get fair discounted prices, meet honest and down to earth people (all of those that we met), then you too will take a road trip that you will not regret. Hugs and many thanks to Gail and pats on the back to all the great guys in the service department who made it happen. You all know how to treat and respect customers. There used to be a commercial that played many years ago where the last line was "you're gonna like it". Holman's FITS that line -- and I certainly do not pay many compliments these days. I will not spoil the surprise, but the owner (through Gail) gave us a special thank you package that was totally unexpected. There is no doubt in our mind that we will do another road trip when we either need or want another item that they sell.

We purchased a new 2013 Grey Wolf travel trailer using Holman Motors website. We drove from League City, Texas to pick it up. It was an 1100 mile trip there from our home and we wondered if we would be satisfied with the dealership and if indeed the trailer was as it was in the pictures on the internet. IT WAS!! From the moment we walked into their door and was greeted by one of the Holman brothers to the very end of employees we dealt with, everyone was friendly and helpful. Nate Borowitz was extremely cordial and very likeable. He did not disappoint us in any way. Ron in Finance was equally cordial and friendly as was Chris in Make Ready and Nathan who hooked up our trailer and answered all our questions. Bob who did the walk through was terrific and the people in the RV accessory/parts department were terrific as well. We were treated like gold and we were so impressed because we were not buying an expensive unit...it was moderately priced but the dealership treated us as if we were buying a super expensive unit. Also, we liked the fact the salesman wore neckties and were actually busy at their desks. In fact the entire dealership was humming with business. We have visited many dealerships here in Texas and were extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service; so the fact we had to make a 2200 mile round trip to get the travel trailer of our dreams at a top notch dealership made it a super happy experience. We recommend everyone to check out Holman Motors for a fabulous sale from the beginning to the end.

We bought our heartland Cyclone 3110 from this dealer about 3 weeks ago. After some online research about trailers and dealers, we decided on the heartland cyclone 3110 toy hauler. after researching dealers that carried this, we had it narrowed down to 3 dealers. We called the 3 and told them what we wanted and what we had to trade. One dealer got everything confused at first telling us he had this one available, then on next call stated it was sold, then called back shortly after when he realized he still had it, and what was sold was the 3100. The second dealer quickly took a message and hung up on my husband with a quick promise to call back. the third was Holman Motors. We were given 2 price quotes from the the 1st and Nate from holman's. Nate gave us the best price, beating the other dealer by a good amount. The 3rd dealer just called us back yesterday....3 weeks too late. Holmans gave us a price after trade in over the phone. They listened to my description of our camper, and then when they seen it, even offered us a $1000 more on it. During the paper work, the owner even came in,introduced himself, and shook our hand thanking us for buying. Everyone we spoke with, especially Nate, were extremely helpful, and pleasant. We also seemed to get HONEST answers to our questions. Very nice for a change. More dealers should take notes from them on how to run a business.

Everyone, especially Gail, at Holman RV was awesome to work with! I will definitely recommend all of our friends that are looking for RV's to shop at Holman. Gail gave us all the information we needed and gave us plenty of time to look and make our decision. Absolutely no pressure sales. We took a full two to three days to make our decision, purchased a used RV, did all the paperwork (Ron in finance is a great guy too!), then changed our mind 18 hours later. We decided that we wanted a new one instead. I called Gail and w/ in minutes she had everything straightened out, the old paperwork cancelled, and gave us even more time to choose the new one. Ron re-did all the paperwork for the new one and we were on our way. Customer service and customer satisfaction is not just a statement made for PR value, they truly mean it!

Five years ago we drove from Ft Laud,Fl to Batavia Ohio to save 12,000 dollars off the price of a new travel trailer. Our experience then was fantastic and the customer service was the best.This year after searching Florida for the right price on a new 5th wheel toy hauler we decided again to call Eddie Holmberg and he again saved us thousands off any deal we could make here.So again we drove to Ohio and gave Holman Rv our business.And again they treated us like family and let us stay in our new toy hauler on their property over night while they installed a hitch on my truck.They also took care of the few minor problems that the new RV had and again we are happy we made the trip.I will always recomend Eddie Holmberg and holman RV to anyone interested in an RV.Thanks again EddieWayne and Linda Rig.

The experience we had at Holman was wonderful. When we arrived we were helped promply. Eddie took us out to show us the campers we were interested in. He then let us look at our own pace at the campers. We were never pressured in any way to buy a camper which I like. I feel that if I decide I want to buy something, I will. I don't need to be talked into it. When we picked up the camper we were very happy with the walk through. It was very informative. The staff moved quickly to set my truck up with the new hitch, they walked me through the hook up, and after we signed a few papers we were on our way. I will definatly be back.Thanks.

We drove 150 miles to Holman's to purchase our first travel trailer. After spending weeks researching campers and dealers, Holman's had the best price. We walked in the showroom on the Friday morning before Labor Day. Gail met us at the door, ask us what type of travel trailer we were interested in, and then took us out on the lot to see them. We did not have an appointment, Holman's was very busy, but when we ask Gail if it was possible to have the camper serviced so we could take it home with us--she made it happen. While the service department was getting our truck and camper ready we were given a loaner truck. The whole experience took 8 hours from the time we walked through the door until we were pulling off the lot. Great experience!!!! Looking forward to years of camping with our adult children and grandchildren. Thank you Gail and all the great guys in the service department who made it happen.

My husband and I visited nearly every RV dealer in Cincinnati & Indianapolis looking for a great deal on a travel trailer that fit our needs. Holman RV gave us the best deal hands down. We live in Calgary,AB, so the thought of buying a travel trailer that was 2000 miles made us a little nervous. My initial contact at Holman Motors was with Eddie Holmberg, and I appreciated his honesty, product knowledge, and patients. I think that I contacted him a dozen times with inquiries about various trailers before settling on an Outback 290BHS. There was never an attempt at High Pressure Sales, which I truly appreciated, and there was no other hidden costs. On the paper work side of things, we dealt with Tammy. Our paperwork was couriered overnight(very quick); all the instructions were clear and concise; consequently,we were able to complete the paper work once, correctly, the first time. Warranty options and other options were well explained but not pushed upon us, again, appreciated !Once the payments were complete, Eddie quickly arranged for shipping which suited my schedule, and the folks that deliver there trailers keep in contact with you so that you have a good idea where your trailer is during the entire process. The Trailer was delivered to us at the Canada / US border at Coutts,AB; all the paper work for the Customs folks was delivered with our trailer and was in order. As a result, we only spent about 20-30 minutes at the border and we were on our way. In conclusion: the product was delivered as advertised, the price was right, they know how to deliver / export a trailer to you where ever you are located, the people at Holman Motors were very pleasant to deal with, it was a good experience and I would do it again in a heart beat. My only regret is not having gone down to the dealership to meet the people in person.Ian

We had been shopping for an up grade on a fifth wheel. After typing in "Best buy on a Big Horn 3685" I stumbled on Holeman Motors offering the lowest price in the US. There was not a lower price on the same unit any where. Being from NC I did not beleive that the opportunity to trade would be realistic. The trade offer from Nate and his group was realistic. We were able to buy new rather than used at a price that was equal to or less than 3 other dealers locally. Nate was prompt in promoting the deal, super nice youg man. Tammie delivered all the financing information promptly and effeciently, super friendly. Between a wire transfer and FedX all the transactions occured as planned. The delivery driver was hooking to the unit as the paper work came through Tammie's office. The driver arrived 5:45am as requested, was courteous and helpful. From a verbal agreement on Saturday afternoon, an hour from close, to the delivery of a unit Thursday morning 5:45am I am impressed with the team work of the group at Holman Motors. I have always purchased my RV accessories from Holman. Last week my wife and I decided to pull the trigger on a new 5ver Toy Hauler. We decided on a Voltage V3200. You will not find a better deal and a better group of people. Art Flores was our Sales guy and I was extremely happy with all of the help and advice we got from him. Ron Cramlet was our loan guy and Chris Ware was our service guy. I could not be any happier with everyone I have come in to contact with. All were friendly, and very knowledgeable. It was like I had known them for a long time. Both my wife and I were very comfortable while we looked and decided on which Rv we wanted. There was NO pressure from anyone, and we feel we got one heck of a deal on our new RV. I bought a 2003 Damon this time and was as the first time treated with such courtesy and everyone so friendly and helpful. I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years and have dealt with a lot of salesmen and by far Nate Borrowitz was the most pleasurable dealer to work with. He was very prompt and professional answering all our questions via e-mail or telephone. He met us for the first time after traveling 650 miles with a smile and knowing who we where and a good idea what we were looking for. We have never bought a new RV and this process was very simular to buying a house with all the options the RVs of today have. Holman motors is a family owned businss and showed us that with all there staff and putting us up for the night at a nice hotel to review our thoughts before we purchased the RV. When the offer was made by us, Nate was quick to get us an answer. It was also a nice to see know 30 campers were purchased just that one day we where there. Having an experienced staff to have the camper set up and going over everything at least once was also nice. Being able to sleep in the camper that night to make sure we had no other questions was also a nice feature. Nate's no pressure attitude, smile, promptness with answers and follow-up was all strong customer service traits I look for. I believe he is an important asset to the Holman team. We have been thinking about getting a camper for about 3 years before we made our purchase. We live in a fairly small mountain town in Arkansas so finding what we wanted here was next to impossible without some kind of travel. We searched and searched the internet and came across your dealership. Nate was very helpful with answering any questions we had before we made the 10 hour drive for our new camper. We were even in contact with him on the road letting him know the approximate time of our arrival. When we walked through the door it was like an instant connection. Nate was the first one to stand, make eye contact and greet us by our names. For someone who never saw us before he sure knew who we were. Both my husband and I have dealt with salesman quite a few times in our lives and I will say, by far, this was the best experience I have ever had. Everyone was happy and very friendly. There was no pressure from anyone at all. It was refreshing to deal with someone, as Nate, who was always smiling and happy. Eager to please would best discribe him. We slept on our decision and came back the next morning bright and early. After probably giving Nate a headache with the wheeling and dealing we shook hand and finalized the sale. Our original plan was to leave that day, stop at a campgound and stay the night there. Big thumbs up to your company and crew who set us up on your lot so we could spend the night there instead. After a long day of negotiations, paperwork, shopping and walk throughs we were too exhausted to start driving. Nate is a very nice young man who I believe will be a great asset to your company. He even came to check on us later that evening to make sure everything was ok before he went home for the day. Well done young man.

I had several questions as far as comparing the different units and he explained the differences and tried to point out both there positives and negatives. He never really tried to sway me in one direction or another just helped me decide based on my needs. Eddie was great with sales. Only reason the quality of work was given a "4" was because some of the things we found wrong with the camper. Small hole in screen door.Monitor sensor that indicates water and battery level does not work for fresh water tank. End cap for couch bed fell off and needed replaced with larger screws. Without these small things we otherwise love the camper.

I had the most pleasant experience that I ever had at a dealership. The service was excellent. I saw my purchase online and then called and spoke to Andrew Horner. He answered all my questions. Next, I went ahead and started the steps to purchase the Wildwood x-Lite 261BH. Tammy did an excellent job assisting me in getting all the paperwork filled out and submitted. All of the people at the dealership worked with me as a person and not like some dealerships that only work for the $$$. When I arrived to pick up my unit, all of the employees greeted me with respect and displayed excellent customer service. Mike was very instrumental on explaining everything about my purchase. He answered all of my questions and offered suggestions. I really appreciated that. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years (30+) and only one dealership (Holman RV) has treated me like I was an individual and not just money in their pocket. Holman RV made me feel like I was at home and they made sure if I needed anything to let them know. I would definitely give a strong recommendation for Holman RV/GMC to everyone. FYI- Holman RV worked with me on every aspect of my RV purchase since I live over 450 miles away. They made the process very easy.

My wife and I were searching for a vehicle that would suite our needs. We had stopped at several dealerships along the way tring to find the right vehilce. We stop at Holmans once before, and inquired about a GMC Terrian. We had talk with a salesman who name was Tom Cranmer. He was quite knowledgeable on his inventory and gave us some good info. We continued to look for a few more days. We then returned to Holman's and talked some more with Mr. Cranmer. He talked with us, gave us good guidance on what to buy, and finally agreed upon a vehilce and price. We were treated with patience, respect, and not pressured to make a decision just for a sale. He knew his stuff and how to deal with people professionally. I would recommed him to anyone looking purchase a new vehilce.

We were offered an extremely fair trade in value for the Tahoe and the deal on the 2012 GMC Acadia SLT-1 AWD White Diamond Tri-Coat was unbeatable and was exactly what I was looking for. We had looked at used 2011 and 2010 Acadia's and the price for the 2012 from Holman just couldn't be beat! We were recommended to Rusty by some close friends and we definitely know why! My wife and I live in the Los Angeles area and have been looking at small trailers for the past year, checking out models, getting prices, etc. My experience with Holman Motors RV started when I was looking on the web for small CruiserRV models. After finding the Shadow Cruiser 185FBR that I was interested in, I requested their best pricing. I quickly received an e-mail with a terrific price. After a couple of phone calls to work out the deal and to ensure there were not unexpected add-ons, I purchased the unit over the phone. Danny was great to work with. Two days later via FedEx, I had all of the paperwork in hand. Since I was traveling from LA, I needed the trailer stored for about a month and needed to pick it up on a certain day. No problem! Tammy Watson, made everything work smoothly from this point forward. When we finally did arrive at the dealership at 7:45 am, everyone was ready to help us. Tammy had the title ready, along with the temporary plate. From the service end, Chris was ready for our walk-through. Aaron did the walk-through and was terrific. No rush, answered all the questions. Took extra time to show us the finer points.To sum it up. We couldn't have been happier with the professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness shown by all. my overall experience with Holmon motors was good. It was raining when we looked at the Viewfinder we purchased, and probably should have looked it over more carefully than we did. We had an issue with a lock on the storage compartment. It had a key broken off in it. They worked to fix it but still does not work properly. The decals where they removed the lock and reinstalled it now have jagged edges. One of the outside speakers I have found was not hooked up. I have fixed that. There is an issue with one of the swivel rockers seems to be sprung, and the heater does not work in the bedroom duct. I contacted Chris in service, and he told me to take to local dealer whom I am not comfortable with so I will continue to fix the problems myself. I have a piece of moulding coming loose on the outside trim, and did not get a gas line to hook up the gas grill. I still have not received any info on the extended warranty, paint and fabric protection that I paid extra for, or any information on Priority RV network that I have a card for. I'm not at all impressed with follow up after the sale. I guess after they get your money that's it. I did get a good price I guess even though I have problems.

Traded in my 2006 Aerolite for a 2012 Laredo 266RL. Did it over the internet with the help of sales rep Jason Gray, very knowledgeable and helpful. Good walk-around with Mike and Service tech Aaron was also a very big help. Round trip of about 1600 miles from upstate NY to Batavia OH and still saved $4500 over dealing locally. They even welcomed our dog Tucker wherever we went {very dog friendly). Good friendly people to do business with!!

I search everywhere on the internet and at our local dealerships and couldn't find the deal I got from Holman dealership on a 2012 GMC Acadia SLT-1 AWD. I deal so good that I flew in from Oklahoma and drove the vehicle back. Even the sales man from my local dealership told me that it was a good deal. Rusty was really helpful and friendly. When I got there they send somebody (Don- really friendly retire guy) to pick me up at the airport. The transaction was really smooth. I even met the owner when I was there. Everybody was really friendly, polite and helpful. I would buy a vehicle from them again without even thinking about it.

In late-February I completed my second travel trailer upgrade within 20 months at Holman. Both times I dealt with Luke Holman; he was very knowledgeable, courteous,informative and easy to deal with. Tammy Watson was also a pleasure to work with. I was very satisfied with the trade-in allowance that I recieved both times. The last transaction was completed via Holman's website, email, phone calls and Fedex, while I was vacationing in Florida. I doubt that I would have that capability/flexibility with another dealer. If I decide to upgrade again, I will definitely check with Holman first.Robert SingerHamilton, Ohio

this is our second RV purchase from Holmans. We had such a great experience the first time, we purchased again thru Holmans. The salesman we worked with was great, he went out of his way to get us answers to all of our questions. He was very friendly and had a very pleasant personality and was not your "typical" salesman. It was alot of fun dealing with Jason Gray and we would recommend him highly to any one looking for a new or used RV. Their service department and parts department are very knowledgeable, and are very willing to help the customer with any questions or concerns that you may have. And the price, you can't beat it. We have been to several RV shows for the last 2 years looking for just the right RV. They have the best selection and prices around!

I searched every web site for as good a deal as Holman's had on my 2012 GMC Acadia and couldn't find one! This deal was so good that I drove THREE hours to complete the deal! My sister recommended Rusty to me and he was very helpful and made the transaction quick and easy over the long distance. We had a great experience buying our new RV. We did a lot of research on-line first. The website was very easy to use and even aided in the camper we ended up purchasing. That is, we were set on buying one unit but noticed on the home page of the website that a new 2013 unit had recently become available. It had the same floor plan we were looking for but the interior was more appealing to us. If they wouldn't have loaded this on their homepage timely we wouldn't have ever considered it. Also, we were very impressed with the amount of inventory they had in stock. Many of the other dealers might have the model we were looking for but didn't have the interior color we were interested in. We didn't have that issue at Holmans. Also, the salesman we worked through, Tony Zee, was very approachable and didn't come across as a pressure salesman. He was very upfront with pricing on the campers as well as the other items we needed such as a hitch and brake controller, etc. And their pricing was among the best we could find. This was obviously important to us but of course wanted to make sure the dealer was reputable. Understanding that this was a family owned dearlership that's been in business since 1945 put our fears at ease. Coming from 3 hours away to purchase the unit, I was very pleased with the service we got the day of the purchase. The process went very smoothly from start to finish. Once we picked out the unit, we completed the necessary paperwork and financing which was pretty painless(and another salesperson let our two young kids watch a movie on their i-pad which kept them entertained). Once the paperwork was done, we had to wait for the unit to be prepped and our truck get the hitch and brake controller installed. Since our truck wasn't available, they provided us with a vehicle which we could use to go get lunch and do shopping and wasn't trapped at the dealership. This was very much appreciated. Once the unit was prepped we were called and we went back to the dealership for our walk through. The guys who took us through the unit was very helpful (as this was our first camper) and spent about an hour going through every detail and encouraged us to ask questions along the way. We also didn't feel like they were trying to rush us out of there. Lastly I should note we completed this all on a Saturday, and was able to take the unit home on the same day!! Rusty at Holman GMC was very responcive and helped us get the best deal in 5 states.I live in Johnson City, TN and i found his dealership on gmc locator i emailed him late sunday evening and he responded that night i e-mailed him back and told him what incentives i might be elegiable for and would call him monday morning.I called him and he had my deal worked up and it was very reasonable.I asked him if they could pick me up at the airport if i purchased the vehicle he told me no problem just let him know.Also they overnighted the paperwork and i wired the money up. i arrived at the dealership and there was our vehicle and Rusty was inspesting it after cleanup.We went in and done the paper work and then done a tour of the dealership which was awesome all the rv's and gmc's very impressive!!! we then went to the vehicle and he spent over an hour explaning and asking if i had any questions. I had looked for the GMC Terrains for a while and we love the vehicle. We just wished we lived closer to get the service done there.
