Love the car and enjoyed working with the associates. However, I found it confusing to deal with 4 different folks during the buying process. I was trying to get total price that I would be financing (in addition to lease payment amount) but the acquisition cost was never mentioned until the end even though I asked several times about it. The process did go smoothly otherwise.

After driving my previous hatchback for 13 years, I leased a new Fit at Honda of Keene. The personnel (Patrick Kelley, sales, and Jason Mclean, General Manager) was friendly yet respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond good service. All my questions were answered, even days after the transaction. I expect to do future car business there, partly because it was painless (we made a reasonable deal) and partly because Honda is such a good car. Besides the excellent repair record, the car is fun. It's peppy, corners well, feels balanced, and is good on gas, etc. It's beautifully designed and is like a little person, making decisions like refusing to open a door if it thinks you're a burglar, locking the doors for you when you beginning to move and so forth. All in all, a positive car buying experience.

We are an older couple and we ask a lot of questions and that did not turn Brian off in any way, a lot of sales people just want to sell. And Brian was very good with us. My first time leasing a vehicle and I ended up with an amazing sales person by the name of Patrick Kelly. It didn't even feel like he was trying to sell me anything, it was like he was there more so to help and kept the conversation honest. I told him I didn't like something and he not only understood where I was coming from in my point of view, but also shared his personal insight on why he brought it up and its usefulness to our conversation. I wish honestly every time an extremely important decision needs to be made someone as confident and as positive as Patrick is around. If I had to rate my WHOLE time with this gentleman and how his ability reflects upon the dealership I would have to give them an 11, because a "10" doesn't do his level of customer service justice.

I went to Honda of Keene to find a new car to replace my 2004 Accord which I purchased at this dealership. Patrick Miner was my sales representative. He is very polite, personable and not at all pushy. He took the time to help me consider options based on what was best for my situation. We reviewed all of the options (new, used or lease). The end result was I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord and I am very happy with my choice.

A new Honda and a used Ford Mustang That should speak for itself! Tim has gone out of his way to assist in our buying decisions. He let me take the Mustang over night The dealership even provides the Car Fax . That is a fantastic idea. Buying a used car is a difficult process. . He went out of his way to accommodate us. He even delivered the Mustang to my home personally.

Our salesman was very personable, not overly high pressured which is more our style He listened to our needs and to what we thought we wanted. Ended up purchasing another model than intended. It had more of what we really wanted. The dealership was spotless, very comfortable and everyone was very attentive and friendly. We drove our first choice of vehicle home and kept it overnight which actually helped us decide on another model. We were able to fill out some of our financial information on line, making the purchase at the dealership a bit quicker. Alex took the time to go over everything in the vehicle with us at length and offered to help anytime when necessary (which may be often as we're more analog than digital). Also, should add that this is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from this dealership and we have been very satisfied with all purchases. Overall, would highly recommend Honda of Keene, and give Alex a big thumbs up!

Sold me a van they knew nothing about. It was supposed to have Bluetooth but didn't they just said they seen the button and figured it did and trying to resolve that problem and others was impossible for a vehicle they just sold. they gave me a $20.00 vizier Bluetooth that barely works and said it cost them $200.00. Have a mechanic check out any used vehicle before you buy from them.

I had a wonderful buying experience with Kenny Bussiere at Honda of Keene! SO happy to be back in a Pilot. 2 years ago I traded my 2004 Pilot for a CR-V because I had a lengthened commute and needed better mpg. CR-V was great, but I missed the roominess and ride of the Pilot. Now the 2016 has much improved mpg and has the remote start (major bonus). I recommend Honda of Keene!

This is the second time we have used Honda of Keene. I hate dealers who pressure you and call you all the time. Honda of Keene doesn't do this. We had Robert Ekblom as a saleman and he was very helpful and courteous with us. It took us awhile to decide on what we wanted but whenever we had a question, he responded very quickly. Overall my experience here was pretty good, it was an easy buying experience and everything was taken care of fairly quickly. I worked with the salesman Peter Robarge, he was very polite and honest, he didn't try to hide anything about the car took us down bumpy roads with potholes so we could hear any suspension issues that could have been there, overall we went on about a 20-25m test drive going from highway cruising speed to regular stop and go around town speeds, we got to test everything in the vehicle and make sure that it was going to be the right buy. The cars price was a very good price considering the condition I haven't seen a used car in such good condition ever, the was a small amount of rust on the exhaust (which is very normal) but other than that the car was completely clean. The car was a 2006 and for anyone who knows cars after 9 years in new England a car should have some rust on the body and this one had none. The car only needed a few things done to it but none of them would affect inspection and we got the car for about 700 under KBB retail and 400 under NADA retail values. My only complaint is the sales manager, all the salesmen themselves were very polite and respectful and helpful, but the sales manager just seemed like he couldn't be bothered with me, I understand that it was a small used car sale but regardless in a sales position you cater to the customer and its very off-putting having someone show no interest in you and talk sarcastically with you. Thankfully I only had to deal with him for about 5-10m there. Other than that Peter took care of everything I got financed at a great rate for a used car, and was out of there within a few hours. I would recommend this dealership to someone it has good prices and good salesmen that aren't trying to hide things from you and trick you into a buy. If you do go there ask for peter very nice salesmen, he also stayed an hour after closing hours to go over everything about the car with me, very nice guy and very helpful.

I recently was able to purchase a new CR-V Touring with the help of Peter Robarge. He was great! He spent so much time with us, even staying after hours to make sure everything was perfect. When I took the car in a few days later to add an automatic car starter, he was even there to meet me in the service area to make sure I got what I needed. Afterwords, he helped me set up the Bluetooth. I can't say enough about the dealership, our treatment, the car, and Peter. I hope he stays around, because we will be back in a few years!

I recently bought my second Honda Pilot from Honda of Keene, NH. I was trading-in my 2007 Honda Pilot towards a 2015 model. The entire experience went very smoothly and I would highly recommend the salesman who was "on floor time" when I walked in to the dealership. His name is Pete Robarge and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is NOT a "high pressure" type of guy for which I was very appreciative and, as I said above, he was knowledgeable and helpful in responding to all my questions and concerns. Physically, the dealership was clean, attractive and provided a good atmosphere for conducting business.

When Mary from the Service Department gave me the bad news that our 10-year old Pilot, a car we loved, was going to need major work, I was understandably devastated and set about the onerous task of weighing my options. Jason, the Sales Manager, arranged to loan me a car while I explored new and used vehicles at the dealership. I had already worked with Patrick Kelly in the past and was happy to continue with him. Both Jason and Patrick, as well as the whole service department, were very helpful in answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. Patrick Kelly was knowledgeable, patient, and very kind. I felt valued and unpressured by hard-sell tactics, and once I made my decision, everyone made the whole purchasing process very painless. Patrick was attentive to every detail, both in getting the CRV ready to go and in acclimating me to all the gadgets my new vehicle had to offer. Having Mary run out to give me a hug and congratulate me on my choice was an unexpected bonus. I would definitely recommend Honda of Keene to anyone looking for another car!

In the past I have always disliked buying a new vehicle because of the high pressure and going back and forth. I was pleased to find out this is NOT how Honda of Keene does business. Kenney was awesome to work with and I absolutely love my new Honda!! He was very professional, yet extremely friendly and he made buying my new Honda Pilot such a pleasurable experience! The stress of trading a very old Intrepid for a fairly new Hyundai was handled with style and helpfulness to the nth degree. Meagan was so nice and her and Charlie made it so quick and easy for me. This was the first of a test drive of a Honda piolet. We knew we wanted one so many people have raved about them. We test drove it and fell in love with it. After searching several online car sites for a used vehicle, Honda of Keene had several choices with good price ratings. I communicated immediately with their online representative who was very helpful. I was able to hold the vehicle with a credit card, enabling my wife and I to go to the dealership that evening, test drive, negotiate and purchase the vehicle. They took care of the paperwork, inspected and serviced the vehicle and had it ready to sign and drive off the next morning. We would recommend Honda of Keene to anyone who wants a stress free car buying experience!

Great experience from walking in the door to driving away. Very friendly folks, not pushy, and a real sense of honesty and integrity that is rare in the business. Tim Stone in particular is a fantastic salesman - low key, helpful, patient, and all in all a pleasure to work with. Can't remember who we worked with on the forms - Charlie, I think? - but he was also very friendly and efficient. This is definitely the best dealership I've worked with, and I believe we will be shopping there in the future as well, especially if all goes well with the servicing of our new CRV. This review should have been done MONTHS ago and life just got too many steps ahead of me. Now that the crazy busy season at work has slowed down I have the time to do this. I purchased my first ever car from Mr. Bussiere in 2010 and it was at an affordable price, reliable vehicle and got me through the 4 years I needed it to. This past spring the transmission went on my car and I needed a new one stat. First person my family and I thought of was Kenney! He always makes time for us even if its not the most convenient for him. He also did everything he could to make the changes to the interior as requested. THANK YOU Kenney for my Honda... I LOVE IT!! Ill be stopping by soon to add a few things to the exterior!

Tim Stone was a really great sales person to work with; the highlights were he didn't try and talk us into anything we did not want or present us with a huge array of "go with its." We just wanted a simple car deal with out an endless discussion about useless options and we got it! I also called ahead and they had the car I wanted to test drive right out front. We got a good price for the car so we were happy there too. In other news they have popcorn, a nice bathroom and a kids play area; all important stuff if you are trying to buy a car with kids.

When entering the showroom I found the atmosphere professional and yet casual. The person I dealt directly with was Patrick Miner. He was courteous and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. It was by far the easiest, most relaxed purchase ever. The employees at the Honda of Keene were extremely helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing a new car. Mark was very attentive and was able to answer any questions which I came across. Additionally, once the car had been bought and the keys were in my hand, Mark took the time after his shift had ended to walk me through some of the new features and set up the Bluetooth hands-free device. In my experience buying a car is always a hassle, not so at Fenton of Honda. Kenney, our salesman, listened to our requirements and arranged to get a car that met our needs. Fenton of Honda also gave us a great price for our new car. Usually dealing with the finance department is not pleasant, but at this dealership "the finance guy" was excellent. If you buy Honda's vehicles, you would be doing yourself a favor by stopping at Fenton of Honda.

I had been considering trading in my present vehicle and leasing a new one for about a week. I had several models in mind, all from different makers, but after reading Consumer Reports I decided to try for the Honda Fit. When I arrived at the dealership, Kenney met me at the door and immediately made me feel welcome and totally at ease. I explained what I was looking for, and he promptly showed me the Fit that was in the showroom, explaining all the features it had to offer. We sat down and discussed specifics - they had what I wanted in stock and before I could say "boo" we were taking it for a test ride! I loved the car!! From there it was just a matter of putting the numbers together, and Kenney worked with me to make sure I was able to get exactly what I wanted. I never once felt pressured or like I was getting a hard sell. He was very up-front with me and did everything he could to make sure the numbers were what I was looking for. I returned the next evening to pick up the car - it was very clean and all the additional floor mats and such had been properly installed, and it had a full tank of gas. They were unable to get the running to the registry done for me as was the plan, but they put dealer plates on the car so that I could take it home as I had been promised. The registry/insurance running was handled the next day, and this morning they actually came to my office to install the new plates on my new car!! I thought that was exceptional service, especially since it's about a 45-minute drive to the dealership from where I live. This was by far the easiest car-buying/leasing experience I have ever had, and Kenney was almost as excited as I was about me getting the car I loved!! Even Don, the finance guy, was so pleasant - he made the fact that I was "signing my life away" seem so easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and especially Kenney!!

Over the years I have bought, sold, and traded-in many vehicles. Sooner or later, the experience gets tedious and I begin to lose interest. Not so at Honda of Keene. Both Patrick Kelly and Jason McLean worked to make the deal happen. No double teaming, no pressure, no sitting around for an hour waiting for approval by some nameless, faceless person in the inner office. Straight talk, respect, and honoring my time- not wasting it. Delivery of my CPO Honda was smooth and quick. No heavy duty push to purchase dubious "treatments" or specialty warranties at the closing. The vehicle was delivered shiny and clean and with a full tank of gas. After being subjected to over zealous salesmen, low ball pricing and bait and switch by other dealers, it was a pleasant surprise to deal with Honda Keene. They had the best real price, no hassle, no nonsense and no pressure. They gave us what we wanted, not what they wanted to push on us. Car buying was actually pleasant!Robert Ekblom was polite, friendly and helpful, plus he actually listened to us!!! And gave us what we wanted. This is, apparently, one of the few car dealers that understands value shoppers!!!I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again, indeed, this is our third Honda purchase from them.

Came in with an add for a competing dealership, sales staff worked to meet it. We also hoped to get the vehicle delivered as quickly as possible, so even though the salesperson wasn't available the day after we signed the Business Manager worked to get the vehicle and paperwork settled so we could take it that evening. Didn't have to sit around for the "let me talk to my manager" waiting game so many dealerships play.The only bummer was a rock hit the hood the next morning so our lovely new van now has a paint gouge! But recommend their staff highly.

However, after driving a car with a rusted frame and duct tape on the driver's side mirror (for years) it was time to purchase a new automobile. The sales staff at Honda of Keene was more than friendly, and it helped to have a local connection to the salesman who aided me in leasing my new 2014 Honda CRV. I give top marks to Honda of Keene for their professionalism, customer service and their product. I traded my 2009 Honda Fit Sport for a 2013 version. I could not be more pleased with how the whole transaction was handled. Brian Lehane was courteous, helpful and very flexible. His knowledge of the product was excellent and he made it clear that he valued me as a Honda customer. He worked hard to give me what I asked for and I felt that I was treated fairly without alot of wrangling and hard hitting sales talk. Honda of Keene was THE BEST! I went in there because I "owned" a 2002 Honda Accord EXL Coupe and I loved my car. My hopes were to put a new engine in and MOVE along so I wouldn't have car payments. But turned out the sub frame and sooooooo many other things were no longer safe. Bottom line, I was driving an unsafe vehicle and it was time to do something new. So Nick in service put me in touch with Kenney in sales. I don't think he had any idea what he was in for! lol... If I was buying a car, it was going to be the PERFECT car! White, leather, dual climate control and so on. We cycled through the inventory and well, with all the combinations, there wasn't the PERFECT car! But NOPE, Kenney didn't give up on me. He worked some magic and the rest is history. I'm now driving a 2013 Honda Accord Sport, had leather put in and have all the other combinations I wanted! It rides so good, I'm having a hard time wanting to work. Would MUCH rather go on a LONG vacation! But, now have payments. THANK YOU KENNEY for making this a FUN experience with NO pressure EVER! Since my previous salesperson retired, I had to work with a new person. Having bought at least 8-10 Hondas, many of them from Lee, I was a bit concerned about finding a new salesperson whom I would like working with as much as I had Lee. James came forward and introduced himself and I was pretty certain from the get-go that I would feel well served by working with him. James is a fine listener, knowledgeable about the models, and adept at helping me understand what factors went into the 2014 pricing and how my 2011 model would price out for lease buyback. I gave him a monthly lease payment amount that I could not exceed, and he was able to come back with plan that would get me there. I had to put down a bit more than I had hoped to, but James explained the details behind that and I think it made sense. I stopped in at the dealership this past Saturday just to get an idea of new model leases and what my present car would be worth. I had no intention of trading in for a 2014 model on that day. But, James made a good and fair case for moving forward that day. So, I did, and I am pleased that I did so. James called me today (Monday) to follow-up with me on the price of an option that I was interested in and to see how I liked my new CR-V. He was prepared to answer any questions I had. I thoroughly enjoyed working with James! And, I am very pleased with my 2014 Honda!

As a young buyer, I had been treated pretty badly by other dealerships and went to Honda of Keene based on their good reviews. I was not disappointed. Mark Bouley greeted me at the door and set me up with test drives in both of the Accords that I had found online. I liked both cars, but they were both a bit out of my price range. Mark set me up with Stephen Brynn to discuss my price point, and we couldn't quite come to an agreement. A few days later I got a call from Mark and he was able to work a better price for me. I headed back down to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon and ended up signing papers that evening. The car had a tire thrumming sound that I noticed when I went out for my last test drive, and I refused to buy the car until we figured out exactly what was causing the noise. They ended up throwing the wheels and tires from a different Accord on and letting me test drive it with those; turns out the problem went away. Stephen was able to give me two new tires and I took the deal. Financing was EXCELLENT! They were able to give me a fantastic rate and were helpful in explaining everything to me along the way. I really can't stress enough how honest, understanding, and helpful the people at Honda of Keene are. From the time I walked in the door, Mark treated me with respect even though I'm a young buyer. I will definitely be back to this dealership in the future.

Overall good experience for needing a new to me and updated vehicle. I found was I was looking for in a clean car, inside and outside. A used car with low mileage, more room and a comfortable family vehicle. The staff at Honda of Keene were pleasant to work with and worked efficiently. They accommodated our needs in being able to thoroughly look over the car. With proper upkeep I hope my 2010 nissan will be worth driving for many years after it is paid off.

I would highly recommend Robert, who has a low-key style and friendly demeanor, to anyone who is car shopping. I purchased a new CRV - EX-L Honda on September 24, 2013, from Honda of Keene. The deciding factor that determined where I would purchase my new car was the service department of the dealership. I have always been treated as a valued customer and my car has always been serviced correctly and in a timely manner. My new car buying experience was fabulous. I selected the car that I was interested in purchasing, determine the sale price and the dealership allowed me to test drive the car for 24 hours! I drove: home, to my fitness center, to the grocery store, home and back to the dealership the next day. Just as I expected, the test drive was terrific. I loved everything about the CRV - EX-L Honda. The paper work was processed and off I went I my new car later the same afternoon.

I aksed them to agree to negotiate the price before I traveled the 45 minutes to the dealership and they agreed to do this, agreed to a very fair price on the new vehicle, and on the trade-in, and then things were handled efficiently when I arrived. My very first purchase of a 2013 Honda Civic EX. I worked with Patrick Kelly. He was a great salesman. Minus the few trips I had to take up there to finally be able to settle on this vehicle over all it was a great experience. I am very pleased with my new purchase. This brand new Honda Civic EX has been averaging 36/37 MPG. Great gas mileage, and awesome features. I treat it like a baby. I definitely recommend Patrick as a salesman up there at Honda of Keene. What started as a casual test drive turned into a quest for the perfect communter car. I had stopped in on my lunch break to test drive a red '13 Honda Fit Sport, and was met by Tim, who was very friendly and quickly readied the car I had in mind. After a quick drive, Tim asked politely if I wanted to put a small deposit on the car, to which I said no, as I didn't know what I wanted to do with my old car yet. Well, a few days later, that car was sold, which dissapointed me. I came back on a Monday, one of Tim's days off, and worked with Patrick, who had to have the service dept quickly ready another gray Fit Sport because it had just come off the truck, and the Fits were flying off the lot. He gave me the option of taking the car on an over-night test drive, which I agreed to. That over-night test drive sold me on the car; it was fun, practical, well built, and according to the MPG gauge on the car, I was averaging over 37mpg! I returned the car the next day, and worked with Tim and Jason on coming up with a monthly payment that would work, since I had decided not to trade in my old car and was going to use it as a winter car. Tim and Jason were very easy to work with, and the process was COMPLETELY stress free. I then assigned them the tough task of finding the exact Fit Sport that I wanted: a red one with a manual transmission. As it turned out, the only one they could locate was the exact same red Fit that I thought they had sold; it had been swapped to a dealer in Stratton, NH. After just one day, they had the car back on the lot, ready for me to take delivery. Don was excellent at explaining how Honda's finanical system works, as well the accessories and extended warrenty I chose affected my monthly payment. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the whole experience, and would highly reccomend Honda of Keene for ANY car-buying needs!

I entered the showroom with my husband and three children aged 11,9 and 6. We were immediately greeted by staff with friendly smiles and a welcome. We came in with a particular car in mind, a Honda CRV. The model we were looking at was advertised on your website and had an additional discount. We were pre-approved from home in order to shorten the length of time the kids needed to be at the dealership. Peter Robarge intuitively understood our needs and made sure to steer us to the hot cocoa and popcorn for the children.In addition, Peter made sure we knew what our options were in terms of finance and extras. We purchased both the 100,00 Powertrain warranty and the scotch guard on the seats based on his recommendations. We were there from about 2:30 to 5 on a Saturday afternoon and not once did we feel rushed or that we were inconveniencing anyone by keeping them there until the last working minute of the day. In addition, service was closed, but they still managed to get the protection done on the inside of the car. The price point of the car was great too. This was by far the best sales experience I've had, including new or used cars. There was no pressure from the salesperson, he was very knowledgeable about the product (I thought I already knew everything about the car - wrong!), and he was very courteous and considerate. The dealership was in between reconditioning shops, so the general manager himself detailed the car for delivery! The F&I guy was excellent, with no pressure trying to push additional product. Overrall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

On Thursday June 27, 2013 my daughter and I traveled from Jericho, VT to Keen, N.H. to buy a new Honda Odyssey. We traveled this distance after making extensive phone calls to Honda dealers throughout Maine, N.H. and Vermont and found that both Dover N.H. and Keen N.H. had the BEST price on this car. We chose the Keen dealership bc we had three young children in tow and wanted to do the least amt. of driving. Over the phone we had been told to deal with a gentleman named Jason (The general manager)Upon entering your showroom we were greeted by Timothy Stone. He was personable and very polite. When he questioned the price we'd been quoted he immediately called his general manager who came to speak with us. When we told Jason the price we'd been quoted over the phone he immediately agreed to sell us the car at the price we'd been quoted. A price war might have ensued, but it did not. Jason and Timothy could not have been more genuine, helpful, or knowledgeable. Timothy took me on a test drive and explained the many options available in the 2013 Odyssey. We then returned to his office and talked about additional options. I found Timothy knowledgable, friendly, easy going, and extremely genuine. He won my trust completely. This trust by the way, had been broken by a Honda salesman in 1998 when, after the death of my son and subsequent divorce from my husband of 29 years, I was sold a Honda Passport and never told that it had an Isezu engine. I vowed at that time I would never own another Honda, turning instead to Toyota. It was my daughter who owned a 2010 Odyssey who suggested I give Honda another chance. We were both extremely impressed by all the folks we dealt with at your dealership on Thursday; so much so that I will give glowing reports to anyone who asks about my new car and will always call your dealership FIRSTwhen I am ready to trade up to the next model. I want to personally thank Timothy Stone and Jason for being 100% genuine, knowledgable and friendly to work with during the process of purchasing this car. Your dealership has my life long business!

Awesome dealership for service. I have a 2001 Honda Odyssey and the pricing for a 200,000 mile service beat either of the other two dealerships that we checked. The customer service was prompt and friendly. When it is time to buy a new Honda we will definately be going to Honda of Keene because the service department impressed us so much. Would definately recommend this dealership to anyone and I am trying to get my mother in law to switch dealerships.

I had a phenomenal experience at Honda of Keene. This was the first vehicle I've ever purchased totally on my own so I was quite nervous. Tim Stone was amazing. On a scale of 1 to 10 he should be given at least a 30. He felt quite badly that he was not able to show me more features of my new car but I had to leave to get my son home so his wife could go to work. He is very willing to meet with me again to go over a few things. I have figured out a few items on my own because the car is very very user friendly. Don McKinley was also amazingly helpful. He too should receive a score of at least 30. My whole experience had a score of at least 30. A longtime customer (Vera Pomponio) was correct in saying how great Honda of Keene is to deal with. My old car broke down on highway 91. The engine was ruined.My wife and I decided to buy a car the following day in Keene without knowing the dealerships. Asking around town and looking at this website we heard/red good reviews about the Honda dealership. We were not disappointed. Mark was our salesman and he was terrific. We tried out several cars and were not hurried at all. At no time did I feel that I was being pushed for a sale. It was actually a fun experience trying out several cars. We bought a car and drove out with it on the same day.Mark was very responsive and answered all our questions. Very personable and professional.The really nice touch was receiving an email 3 weeks after our purchase asking us if we were satisfied and if we had my further question. Mark is excellent!

My wife has a 2004 Honda Accord bought new from Honda of Keene. It was her third Honda. Her first was a 1983(+-) Honda accord. Her second was a 1993 Honda accord. and her fourth was a honda accord 2004 which she is still uses. We receive requests to trade it for a new one with very good offers, but she will not sell or trade it. We have a relationship with Honda of Keene that goes back years. Just bought a new 2013 Honda Civic Hybrid at Honda of Keene. My husband test drove this model a few days ago and James was very helpful. They set up a time for me to come and look at the car and James was ready for me. I test drove it and loved everything about it. We bought it on the spot. Worked with Tim Stone and General Manager Jason M. to purchase our 3rd vehicle from HOK in the last two years. I did not go to Honda with the expectation of buying a new car. I was merely interested in exploring the option of trading my car for a leased vehicle or new vehicle. While I was there the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. Lee Doherty worked with me one on one and metall of my expectations. Better then expected experience! I went in and told them what I wanted for a vehicle,the max I would spend a month with a 60month loan, and they worked to find it for me. I don't feel like I got ripped off on my trade in, they worked with a few banks to get me the best interest rate and were very accommodating to my 2 children I brought with me. Other dealerships had actually asked I come back without kids! I really liked that there were no number games. They price their stuff very competitively to begin with so there's no game of "how low can you go?" You're not going to find it cheaper anywhere else,trust me I researched a ton! I researched 50 miles out on cars.com of where I live and every time Honda of Keene had the best to offer. Their service department is wonderful. I had a strange noise and they got me right in,gave me a rental,called and told me what was going on and when I came back to get my van the process of getting it and leaving was very quick. I will buy my next vehicle there for sure!

Turned in a lease car from New York, purchased a new 1999 Honda Accord and then did all of my maintenance there--the service department is wonderful! I let go of the Accord at 239,000 miles. This time I've chosen a Honda Sport Fit and was introduced to it by salesperson Patrick Kelly, who was attentive and helpful. Don, the business manager explained leasing at Honda so clearly that I may continue to lease for the rest of my life. I came in to test drive a new car and right from going in the door everyone was attentive and friendly. Marissa helped us out and though fairly new seemed very knowlegible about the car. The price on the car had also been lowered from what I saw online. They got me the color I wanted in a few days, and when I came back to purchase the experience was just as good. Being an auto technician, I was looking to buy a quality reliable car at a reasonable price. I selected an Accord and this dealership because of the friendly and not aggressive Mark Pitera. I started my search with the base model and ended up with the "car of my dreams" without being pushed into any of the options I selected. Mark was very knowledgeable with the product and easy accessable for questions and test drives even if it was an hour before closing. When it came time for the financing, I was very impressed with Don McKinley's willingness to obtain for me the best financing possible and offering additional financial advice to get the best value for my investment. Being an auto technician, I was looking to buy a quality reliable car at a reasonable price. I selected an Accord and this dealership because of the friendly and not aggressive Mark Pitera. I started my search with the base model and ended up with the "car of my dreams" without being pushed into any of the options I selected. Mark was very knowledgeable with the product and easy accessable for questions and test drives even if it was an hour before closing. When it came time for the financing, I was very impressed with Don McKinley's willingness to obtain for me the best financing possible and offering additional financial advice to get the best value for my investment. Because of this experience, I will definitely recommend Honda of Keene to anyone who needs a car.

This was the best car shopping/buying experience I've ever had.I was lucky enough to have James Giniewicz as my sales person. He is very personable, knowledgeable and professional.I was able to have an extended test drive of both the Civic sedan and Accord sedan which enabled me to decide which of the two best suited my needs. I ended up choosing the Accord LX sedan. During the week I was shopping, not only did James email me with answers to my questions numerous times, but also others in the dealership.... and I received a letter from James mid week thanking me for visiting Honda of Keene. When I picked up my car, everything was ready and James helped me customize certain features. I was also given a tour of the dealership and met the service advisers. I was very satisfied with every aspect of shopping for my new car and based on my experience so far, feel confident that the service department will also meet or exceed my expectations.

We went to get literature for a new Honda Odyssey with our lease ending in April,2013. Being new to leasing we were very satisfied with Robert's explanation and review of the benefits of leasing a new car sooner. We test drove 2 cars..got some figures and bonuses to sweeten the deal..came home to think on it and called the next day to complete the transaction. Robert was informative, listened to our concerns and helped get us a very good deal..He even called our insurance company to let them know we had a new vehicle. We have never had a dealer do that!!! They wanted us to call and let them know what we were interested in and when we could come down to test drive. We went down to HONDA OF KEENE. The people were very friendly. Jason had Don McKinley get a car for us to test drive. Then Jim Gold waited on us. We found Jim very friendly and helpful. Any questions we had Jim would answer or he would find out what the answer was. One of the things I liked was the used auto's had prices posted on them.I had 2 bad experiences with Ford Dealers because there were no prices on the windows and the salesman had to go back inside to find out the prices.I would recommend Fenton Family Dealership to anyone looking at buy a used or a new car.

I visited Honda of Keene twice in our search for a quality used car, and the whole experience was well the drive from Vermont. Even though he knew I wasn't ready to buy on my first visit, Tim Stone took the time to show me two models I had my eye on. When I came back with my wife a couple of days later, Mark Pitera really worked with us to come to a deal on a pristine older CR-V. Even though the other car we were considering (a relatively newer Toyota RAV4) had a higher sticker price, he didn't try to steer us toward spending more than we budgeted. We'll definitely remember the experience when it's time to replace our second vehicle.

As a single female leary of car salesman and the whole car buying process, I want to say that Honda of Keene, and especially Ken Colby and Don McKinley, know how to make the process simple without a high pressure sales pitch. I explained what I wanted to Ken, was adamant about my budget, and he was able to find the perfect car for me. The process moved seamlessly to Don who was able to compare loans and rates with other banks, including my own, and he found me a great rate at a monthly payment I could afford. I was in the market for a discontinued Honda Element and was not only please to have found what I was looking for at Honda of Keene, I didn't mind the drive there from Albany, NY. While the NY registration took a while to come through, overall, it wasn't a big deal.

This is my second purchase from Honda Of Keene. I must admit I wasn't in the market for a new car, but thanks to James Giniewicz I am now the happy owner of a brand new car for a lower payment the I was paying on my 2009 model. When I explained to him that buying a car in New Hampshire could be a bit of a hassle for a Massachusetts resident because of all of the running that had to be done to transfer registrations etc he immediately set up a courier for me to do the running. All I had to do was show up and hop into my new vehicle. James certainly went above and beyond for me as have the service people I have encountered with my first Honda.

My wife and I just leased a Honda Civic LX with Honda of Keene in NH. And we have to say that it was with out a doubt THE best car buying/leasing experience we've ever had at a dealership. Not to mention the car is wonderful as well.Mark Pitera and Donald McKinley are super nice guys and listened to our requests. They practically bent over backwards and did their best to meet our requests. We didn't feel any sales pressure whatsoever and we were attended to and not left waiting for long periods of time. Also, we had arrived at the dealership later in the day (around 6:30pm) and even though they closed at 8, they stayed without any hint of attitude. Overall, we were extremely impressed and satisfied, so that's why I gave a 5 for all categories.

We returned to Honda of Keene because we'd purchased two vehicles there before (eleven years ago) and it's the closest Honda dealership to our home. This time, we worked with Tim Stone and found him to be a friendly and non-pushy sales representative. While the exact truck we wanted wasn't in stock, Tim located what we wanted at another dealership and had it on the lot within two days. We could have picked up the truck then. Our major problem was that we also ordered an accessory - side body protectors - and it took seven full days for them to arrive. We didn't want to pick up the truck until it had been equipped with those. We were told that they would arrive on a certain day and that we could pick up the truck then. That day came and we received no word from Tim to confirm that the sale was definitely "on" that day and at what time. We had to call the dealership ourselves to find out that Tim wasn't available. We then placed a call with the Sales Manager but there was no answer. We left a message and never heard back from him. We finally reached the General Manager's voice mail and he returned our call almost immediately. Tim finally called us back and said that the protectors were not in (they were coming from Tennessee). They did come in the next day, but we ended up wasting most of that first day waiting for word and trying to chase down information ourselves. It was disconcerting when one simple call from Tim that morning explaining that the part was not yet in would have saved us time, trouble, and frustration. Thus our only major complaint was a lack of communication; and that we were without a second vehicle for seven full days. We suggest that when ordering accessories, this dealership should consider delivery options of NEXT DAY/SECOND DAY AIR rather than GROUND. In the end, we purchased exactly the 2012 Honda Ridgeline that we wanted and we're very pleased with it. We just feel that the process could have gone a bit more smoothly. Also, we were impressed with the professionalism of the General Manager, Jason; and with that of the Business Manager, Donald M.

We chose HOK because of selection and price, traveling over an hour to your dealership when there are two other Honda dealerships less than 20 minutes from our home. Jim Gold treated us with friendship and respect and worked with us easily and knowledgeably. We completed the deal feeling it had been fair and stress free. Update: We discovered two problems with our certified used Honda Civic when we got it home: the A/C did not work and the rear brakes made a "clunking" sound. Needless to say at this point we were very leary of dealerships and sales representatives in our search for a new used car. I purchased a '06 Rav4 in 2010 from Fenton and I was very pleased with the dealership and my SUV. Although I really liked my Rav, the economy and gas prices have forced me to consider whether a vehicle with better mpg was a better financial investment. So, I started researching, spending a lot of time mulling over the choices and the facts. Ultimately I decided that the 2012 Fit Sport was going to save me considerable money in the long run. Over the course of my time with purchasing the Rav and looking at the Fit, Brianna has been right there to answer my questions and set up my appointments over email. She's to be commended on a tremendous job (and likely doesn't get the accolades the face to face folks do). When I arrived at Honda to look at the Fit, Craig took over SEAMLESSLY. He was respectful of what I had already known and researched, while being able to answer my additional questions. There was never any pressure, which made an exciting but financially stressful decision easier to deal with. I appreciated the help from Craig and his manager in getting a fair trade-in value (another plus with Fenton because of their multiple brands). Although the initial color I wanted was not available, Craig tried to locate one and did come up with my second choice and worked on getting it to Keene in an expedited manner - about 48 hours after the decision to purchase, I had my new car. Don was great with all the paperwork and helping to explain my options. I had already recommended Fenton to a co-worker who purchased their Toyota from there shortly after my Rav and then just a couple months ago, was able to recommend and support my friends decision to get their 4Runner through Fenton. Although I live in the Upper Valley in Vermont, the confidence I have in my experiences with Honda and Fenton in general will keep me traveling down for my vehicle needs. I came to look at cars, and had a printout of a bunch of listings from both Honda and Toyota -- James didn't flinch, but helped me sort out the ones that might be a good fit, and then arranged for me to try many options. I ended up with a 4 year old Honda Civic Hybrid and I love it. My first non-Subaru in many years! James was friendly and fun and there were no surprises.

I could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had at Honda of Keene. I worked with Tim Stone, and both he and the manager Jason Mclean were great. I had some trouble finding a car, but the two of them did everything they could to make sure that I found everything that I was looking for and more. I was in the dealership on several different occassions and each time I was greeted promptly and politely. Tim always made sure to remind me to make myself at home, and he took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. I purchased a 2009 Honda Civic Lx Sedan with 27,000 miles and got a really great price for it. Both Tim and the manager were aware of my price range and made sure that they found me the best car within my price range. This was very important for me as I am a recent graduate student on a tight budget due to having to pay back student loans. The gentleman that I did my financing with, Don McKinley, was also great. He ran into some problems, but was still able to find a bank that would finance me. He took the time to explain the importance of GAP coverage to me and why this is a good safe guard to have in place. It increased my payments by nine dollars a month but now I know that I have a lot of protection in place, and I appreciate him leading me in the right directions. I am so truly grateful for these guys and the fact that I now have a nice new car sitting in my driveway :) I would reccommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle, who wants to do business with honest salesman, rather than those who are not truly interested in the customer's best interest. I am confident that they will do whatever they can to meet your needs and you will leave a satisifed customer.

I began looking at cars in the fall of 2011, Tim Stone was the salesperson to greet my boyfriend and I. After talking with Tim and test driving a few cars, I told him I'd be back when I made up my mind. 6 months later I was back and ready to buy a new car. Tim was thankful that we remembered him after the time had passed. Tim was not pushy, he did not call weekly to push me into a sale, he answered questions professionally and in a timely manner. I picked the car, color and options I wanted. Tim worked to find the car I wanted so they could get it in for me. I would recommend Tim Stone to anybody looking to purchase a new or used Honda. The only recommendation I have, which has nothing to do with Tim directly is for the rest of the staff to have better communication, make sure everyone is on the same page and not make the customer initiate each call once the purchasing process has started to find out where things were at (talking 3 days here). And to inspect each car before it is driven off the lot for dents, dings, dirt and dust inside. I've had my 2012 Civic for a little over a week now and I absolutely love it! In the end I am glad my boyfriend and I went back to visit Tim Stone at Honda of Keene and give him our business.

I had purchased a CR-V from Honda of Keene in 2007, working with a most professional and accomodating sales person, Lee Doherty. She was very knowlagable and confident, guiding us through to the price point that we desidred. She was honest and accomodating, never losing site that relationship matters, as she pulled hard to arrive at the vehicle and price we had requested (and belive me, I do my home work and know what the true costs and prices are). She did what she said she could do and walked us right through to the end the whole transaction.When I had had my eye on a 2012 Ridgeline, Lee was able to hit a very demanding price point, and again delivered the vehicle and options that were reqested. In matter of hours, I had a call back that the exact vehicle, options, price and finance package was not only doable but whole deal was done and delivery was made in a matter of a few days. In my experience, honesty and intergrity are not only her hallmarks, but they are pervassive attributes throughout the entire Fenton Family organization. I can honestly say the purchase of my 2011 Honda Civic from Honda of Keene was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. James is a doll. I needed great fuel economy and as much cargo space as a small car could have. I was pretty sure I wanted a Fit, but I couldn't make a final decision. So even though nine months went by from the first test drive, and half an hour before I came in (with my mind made up firmly) another lady bought the very car I wanted, James made sure I got the exact car I wanted. And when I say, he made sure, I mean that. We sort of hemmed and hawed about what cars were there, but when he saw that deep down, I really wanted a blue stick, he made sure that that was what I got. That was really smart of him. I hate to admit it, sounds so silly, but I'm really in love with this car! I've only owned Toyotas, always well-liked, but this little blue Honda is special, and I look forward to many miles of driving together. Thanks for bringing us together James!

We were warmly welcomed to Honda of Keene and referred to James. We told him what we were interested in (a new CR-V). We had researched cars at the Boston Auto Show and online. James gave us some preliminary information on the vehicle, then we went on a test drive. He was very informative about the car; he really knows the answer to everything we had questions on. It took a while to find the CR-V in the color we wanted, but James stayed in touch,and soon, we had our new car! Upon delivery, James spent a lot of time teaching two "old timers" about the technology this new car has. We are very happy with our new car, especially the gas mileage we are getting with an AWD vehicle. We could have looked at any number of Honda dealers for our new car, but what attracted us to Honda of Keene at first was the extended power train warranty that Fenton Auto offers its customers, at no additional cost. We are really glad we came here. James is a great guy and did a wonderful job helping us throughout our new purchase. He's promised to be there for us as we get used to our new car, and we know he will. Thank you, James.

I know that my husband already wrote a review but I needed/wanted to add to this. When Joe and I got to the dealership James met us outside. The first thing I said to Joe was that if I felt pressure we were outta there. We told James the 3 style of cars we were looking at and he simply directed us into the area and then told us he'd be inside if he could help us any more. From our first email they answered our inquiries quickly and knowledgeably. We felt that we got a good price for our new car as well as a good trade-in value for our old car. My experience with Honda of Keene started off on the right note. I sent an email inquiry about a used car they offered on their website. I wrote it at 5pm on my way out of the office. I had a response before I got home accepting my offer. The good experience didn't end there. I showed up at opening the next day to be directed to a salesman who was calm and worked on my time. I did not feel pressured or rushed in any way. The closure of the deal was also pleasant. My offer was already in their system. I didn't have to negotiate. They worked with me on financing and everything was a pleasant no rush situation. I called to pickup the car a day early and there was no problem. I would shop with them again either new or used.

The only challenge I had was that i was told originally I was meeting one rep, and after arriving that rep had the day off--HOWEVER we were handed over to Robert, and that was a bonus. He was very calm and composed. I felt he was on our side to get us the best deal possible. It was a smooth transition and we traded in our van and purchased a great almost new accord. I called the next day having some trouble with my key fob--and robert called a dealer close to my home to arrange for them to take care of me right away and replace the parts in the key and make it work again. I spent a month visiting dealerships in Western MA looking for a gently used car. We had our sights set on one of these: Passat, Accord, Fusion, or Altima. My experience at one of the other Honda dealerships had been poor- lack of product knowledge and a tense and overly competitive sales tone. When I contacted Honda of Keene to ask about a car that I had seen online they were truly helpful. They suggested several other cars available in their huge inventory and invited me to come up and drive them. James was incredibly polite, very knowledgeable about the cars and quick to find out exactly what I needed to know about each car and its history. The team at the dealership seemed genuinely happy in their work and made an effort to be helpful and not at all pushy. They worked with me on the price and we were able to get to a deal quickly without any drama. They showed respect for the research we had done and took our lead in the process to find the right one. Purchased a 2008 Honda CRV on 12/23/11. James Giniewics the sales person was a pleasure to work with on the deal. He was professional, fair, honest, and was caring about my purchase. Never had a more smooth car transaction, and I have purchased a great number of vehicles. James stuck by his word to treat me right all the way through the deal.To summarize, I came in with two vehicles to trade for the 2008 CRV. My goal was to eliminate my up and coming out of pocket expenses on a 2001 CRV and a 2004 Nissan Titan, and secure a newer model vehicle with a predictable monthly payment. In the end with the help of James and the Honda of Keene staff I was able to secure a loan on the 2008 CRV for less per month than I was paying on 2004 Nissan Titan, and it included a 4yr bumper to bumper warranty!!The conclusion is I had 1 1/2yrs left to pay on the Nissan Titan, and now have 5yrs to pay on the CRV. However, my monthly payments are lower and pretty much fixed, as I do not expect the out of pocket suprises with a 2008 CRV and a 4yr bumper to bumper warranty. Also, this will lower my insurance cost going from a 3 car household to a 2 car. And the best part is the peace of mind driving a newer model vehicle with low miles. The customer service that was provided was exceptional, from the start when I first came in and met James to the end when I had left a keepsake in my old car and James held it for me until I could pick it up. I went Honda looking for a new car. We went in on Thursday Thanksgiving day looking and found the 1 we where looking for. Then went back on Friday and talked to Ken which was very friendly and told him which 1 we where looking at. He then asked us if we wanted to test drive the car while they looked at our trade in so we went for a ride with him, he explained all the new features of the car. We both drove the car and loved it. Went back to the dealership and took the trade. Then went to finish the deal and he gave us more oppositions which was GREAT help. I had a call from Debbie asking how I liked the car. What I found was this dealership was the best we have been to in a long time, we traded a ford Pickup and I would NEVER GO BACK that dealership again, they could have cared less about us and I was there before Honda, the service department made sure all the extra stuff we wanted was put on SURE AN GLAD I TRADED WITH HONDA OF KEENE thanks for everything Joe and Hope Kellogg

On both visits to the dealership to evaluate a 2012 Honda Fit for purchase, Craig was very cordial, helpful, and patient. I tend to be very detail-orientated when evaluating a new car for purchase and Craig provided answers to my questions without the "sales pitch" one expects from a car salesman. As a result, I was able to purchase the desired vehicle at a fair price without the "drama" of protracted negotiations. Overall, the experience was very pleasant.

I went into the dealeship with a 10 year old Honda CRV for serving. When looking at newer models (I was consiering upgrading) Ken professionally approached me and we started to talk. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He answered or found the answers to all my questions. Honda of Keene is a beautiful facility; bright, airy and spotless, but it was our salesman that makes us want to recommend this dealership. From the get-go, James was friendly, polite, knowledgable about his products and clearly happy to be doing his job. We had previously worked with other area salesmen who were either unaccomodating, unavailable at times convenient for us, and/or pushy. James was there on a Sunday with a smile on his face, gave us the freedom to test drive the vehicles we wanted, and spent as much time with us as we needed. He even allowed our Labrador, our constant companion,to check out "his portion" of the Insight - just to see if he would fit comfortably (he didn't.) Oddly, we weren't planning on buying a Honda at all. We were leaning heavily towards buying a Prius,but our Toyota salesman was unavailable that day to let us test drive one, and there was Honda of Keene right next door; so we thought, "why not check out their hybrid?". While we liked the Insight,it just wasn't right for toting a large Lab around. That and fuel economy were key factors in choosing a new car, and when I asked James about the Honda Fit, he showed us one right away. Within minutes we were taking it for a test drive. The car turned out to be a total gamechanger, meeting all of our needs (Lab included). We both returned with smiles on our faces and were ready to buy. James was very thorough in explaining options,availability, etc.; although sadly, Honda wasn't offering much in the way of incentives or financing. (Really, our only criticism, and nothing James had any control over.) We returned the next day to have our trade-in appraised, and signed a contract to buy the 2012 Honda Fit Sport. Again, James did a great job in walking us through a process we had not been through in almost 12 years; thorough, friendly and funny to boot - a truly likeable guy that made what could have been a stressful experience a real pleasure. Even though we purchased the least expensive vehicle Honda offers, we were treated as if we were buying their priciest,and we have James to thank for that. I have purchased outright or leased probably 6 or 7 Hondas from this dealership. I have dealt with Lee Doherty for at least the last 3 or 4 vehicles and I wouldn't think of working with anyone else. Lee is such a straight shooter, a "fighter" for a deal or lease that I can work with, and absolutely trustworthy and honest. Plus, she makes buying a car lots of fun. (That's like saying getting a root canal is fun. Car buying can be stressful, but not with Lee or Keene Honda.) I was on the lot just looking and Tim came up to me and started talking, I didnt find anything that fit my needs and wants. He took me all over the lots and we ended back at an Element, I told him what i needed it to be and he said he would look around and see what he could find For me and he would give me a call.I left thinking that I would not hear form him for awhile. The next evening I had a message on my cell from him saying he had an Element for me to look at, I called him the next day and My husband and I went to look at, thinking we were just looking at that point. A satisfying experience from start to finish. Lee was by far the most helpful sales person we encountered. She gave us a full explanation at all phases of the process. Her follow through was exemplary. The finance manager and sales manger were very cordial as well. I used Edmunds four square calculator to figure out what I should be spending on our car. The original offer was quite close but we were able to do a bit better than projected. No hard sell, no outrageous promises. Upon delivery of our vehicle Lee took the time to walk us through all its features. She introduced us to the service manger and walked us through the service process. I detest buying a car but I must say this experience was surprisingly pleasant.

My wife has been doing business with this dealership for years and always felt she was treated fairly and professionally. We drove 3 hours from our home to buy this vehicle and I can honestly say that there have only been 2 times I have felt that I was not taken advantage of by a car dealer and I have owned many different cars in my lifetime. The first time I had this feeling was when I purchased my Harley Davidson motorcycle and the second time was dealing with Honda of Keene. I filled out my application for financing on line and was immediately contacted that it had been received, I also gave them my trade-in information sight unseen and felt that the difference between pay-off and what they would give me would have been added to the new vehicle, that did not happen as I was given the new vehicle for exactly the price we had agreed upon. In the past I know that this puts the customer upside down after making the purchase right off the bat. We were considering buying a second car for our family of four, but weren't sure what to get or when. We have a 2005 trailblazer, bought new, and although we need it and the AWD for Vermont winter driving, it is a gas guzzler and not practical for driving on long family trips or even around town. It serves us best in the winter. My husband spent some time researching online and decided the Honda Accord or Civic would be our best choice for mileage, safety, and longevity. He found a car he particularly liked from Honda of Keene online and he contacted the internet department. We were not completely committed to buying the car or any Honda for that matter, however this past week we decided to drive to the dealership to look at that car and other Honda options. When we pulled into the lot, and got out to peruse the cars, we happened to run into Robert Ekblom. We have dealt with other dealerships in our first car search and we kind of wanted to avoid sales-people until necessary. Gosh, we encountered some real jerks: Extremely pushy, rehearsed, dishonest, and rude. Robert first just asked if we needed any help, and didn't seem like he was going to be rude to us if we said we were just looking. We told him what we were thinking about, and even though it was the end of the day, the dealership was closing soon, Robert was very nice, got keys and showed us every car we wanted to look at and was able to answer any question. He did not try to push us in any direction, just give us the facts so we could make a well-informed decision. We have two young children and he was very patient and just really nice. We knew after meeting with him, "We want to buy a Honda, and we want to buy it from Robert." We ended up choosing the Accord my husband had looked at online, and it was a very smooth and pleasant transaction. I think there are car dealers who might be nice people, but have that creepy sort of rehearsed sales pitch, and they are just pushy. No matter what training tells them to do that, it just makes us want to get out of there! Robert was completely respectful to us and did not make us uncomfortable. In all professions you want to encounter kind people, and I think we were lucky to run into Robert.

I came in looking for a used vehicle that I could afford. Mr. Ekblom met me in the lot and in a low key, but direct approach helped me narrow down my options. I felt safe and comforted in my search. That sounds like a strange commentary to offer concerning a car salesmen. I was able to share my ignorance of the process,that this was my first time buying as a single woman, and my fear that I could easily be taken advantage of and not know it. Being on a very limited budget it was imperative that I make a good choice. After a while Mr. Ekblom shared with me that he was also very new to the process as he had only been with the company for a short time. He was honest with me, sought advise from co-workers if he could not answer my questions, researched what I needed to know and all around assisted me through every step of the process. He was thourough, careful, professional, personable and laughed with me when appropriate. Never did I feel that "car-salesman" pressure I so detest while shopping for a car. It was an all around good experience. He may be new in this field, but veteran car salesmen could benefit from learning a few new sales strategies from Mr. Ekblom, obviously his previous sales experience is working to his benefit. The best part of the experience for me was that I was Mr. Ekblom's first "sale" customer! I have been driving the car for a little over a month. I was in to the service department for a minor adjustment and stopped in to the sales floor to say hi. Mr. Ekblom remembered me, wished me well and reported a few more sales. Working with Ken was great, he told us in full about leasing a car, what kind would be good for us for our needs, and took us for a road ride in the car that we picked up last night. He didn't care how many times we asked him a question even if we thought it was a silly one to ask. Ken went over everything that we needed to know and then some other information to help with the car.When we were ready to leave he came out and pointed things out to us again what we might have forgotten since we went for a ride in the car over a week ago, he set our radio and clock for us and told us to call him or stop in to see him anytime if we had a question or was unsure about anything.This is our fourth Honda and we have dealt with Ken every time and will continue to do so in the future.

The dealership had a selection of the vehicle that I was looking for (2008 element with stick, low miles) I could not find such a vehicle in a 300 mile radius from where i live. After some negotiations we arrived at a reasonable price for both parties. Brian was persistant in a good way. He finally won me over to this deal amongst a number of other opportunities I was following. The finance guy got me a great rate and a great warranty. Buying a car can be a horrendous experience. This is magnified when your old car dies at the wrong time. My mini van died at 160K (honda oddysey) and had been regularly serviced according to the manufacturer's recommendation. The transmission died in a traumtic way when I was hoping to get another 40k out of the vehicle. I was hoping to get some more loyalty leverage when I had to buy as I had trust in this dealership. All in all I think I got a good deal.

Robert even followed up to see if everything was ok.I have also had my previous Honda serviced at this dealership and they are wonderful. Found car through Honda's CPO site. After reviewing car online a price was negotiated with the dealership in advance and credit rating was also completed in advance. Arranged a time to see vehicle. Although arriving a little early the car was very dirty upon arrival and sales person had to wash by hand while we waited. Car was in the condition we expected and we purchased the vehicle. The time to complete the transaction was very lengthy considering the negotiations were already complete. We had to sit and wait for quite some time to see the business manager and sign the paperwork. Tim was great, very friendly, explained things well and did everything he could to make us comfortable. In the end we are very happy with the car and would look at them again in the future. Just need to find a way to shorten up the time to complete a transaction especially one that is already negotiated in advance.

The salesman I worked with was great except for the fact he told me I could expect 40mpg out of my '09 Civic. I have yet to come close to that and this was a MAJOR selling point in this car. Clean, freindly enviornment. The sales manager didn't bother filling me in on the extra cost tacked on to the loan. I would reccomend this dealership BUT would warn my friends of my experience. It was a quick and easy process which is what I was looking for.

We got a nice price on the trade in we brought and were very pleased with the product we purchased. Brian was great to work with. He did not pressure me into buying a vehicle. He asked me about what I wanted and then we both started the search for the vehicle that would fit my wants/needs. The financing process was smooth and Don was great to work with as well. The process was short and simple. I met the girls at the service desk and at the shop desk - all were friendly and smiled. The manager even took a picture of me and Brian with my new CRV and my old Jeep Wrangler (trade-in). I'm going to miss the Jeep but the Honda CRV has been great to drive and it is very economical. I am not a fan of purchasing cars. I list my parameters, I like a lot done behind the scenes without hours at a dealer. James was so accomodating, extremely professional and the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever met in 25 years of buying cars. It was like working with family. Because of the service I received from James, I will never buy another car but a Honda and I will never buy another car from any other sales person but James. If Finances stresses you out, just simply list the price, tell them what you have to work with and let Janelle do her magic. It was done mostly via phone, quick visits to the dealer and then back for signing. That simple, no stress. I cant thant these two key people enough.

I'm rating this dealer as excellent for the following reasons: - There were absolutely no surprises at any time during this relationship. The estimated availability was right on, and when I was given the delivery date it was accurate. There were no surprises no the final invoice. - Anyone I spoke to at the dealership was friendly and courteous. - The sales rep was courteous, professional, and personable. Any questions about the car, including my nit picky questions about the stereo inputs, break-in, key duplication, etc., were answered immediately and confidently. - The sales rep provided his direct phone line and E-mail address for any future questions or problems. - A minor point: The physical layout is pleasant (my wife even commented) and the waiting room looked comfortable. - This was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership.I will most likely return here next time I'm in the market.

James Giniewicz is an extraordinary salesperson, most likely because he is an extraordinary person. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the car, responsive to all questions, wonderfully patient, and extremely thorough in every aspect of taking us through the car-buying process. All other employees with whom we interacted we found to be wonderful as well. If every person interested in buying a Honda could have access to James, et. al., I have no doubt Honda's already great position in the car world would go stratospheric! Tim Stone was courteous, pleasant, friendly. I can't say enough about Tim. He knew the car I was interested in inside and out and was able to answer every question I had for him. He was not a "pushy" salesman. Tim was patient and gave me thorough answers to all my questions or concerns. The entire atmosphere of Honda of Keene gives the sense of being at home with family. The dealership was very clean as well as the restrooms. Due to my tight schedule, I was still with Tim after the closing time but I did not realize this until I noticed the time on my own as Tim was not concerned in the least that the dealership had officially closed 20 to 30 minutes earlier. When I was concerned that I was keeping him after-hours, he was very sincere in letting me know that i shouldn't be concerned with that. Tim is a great salesman, and I will send anyone in the market for a new Honda to him. Jason McLean, General Manager was very accommodating as well. Again due to my busy schedule, he emailed me paperwork to get things moving along. Initially, I had been emailing back and forth for about a month with Sarah Wampler with my interests in purchasing a used vehicle and wasn't in any rush. She was very diligent in emailing me info on several different options for vehicles as I was not positive about what direction I wanted to go, Toyota, Honda, lease, buy. She stuck it out with me and was always kind and courteous. I wish Tim many more successful years as a salesman.

I have been purchasing cars for many years. 46 to be exact. I can honestly say this was the best purchasing experience I have had. The sales consultant, Brian Lehane, was excellent to work with. His product knowledge and salesmanship was well above the norm and a welcome change from some past and recent experiences.. I attribute the good buying experience mostly to him.We had very good and fair negotiations with Brian and the sales manager and the lady that helped us in finance was very personable and helpful; a really good team.The purchase of our new Honda Pilot was easy with no pressure and a willingness to cooperate with us fully. I went in with negative equity in my car. Brian and Donald were wonderful. They both worked hard to get me a good deal, a more than fair trade in and a loan that would work with the negative equity. I went in to find out if it was even possible and left with a 2008 civic, low mileage and great features. They were both wonderful. Honda of Keene has the most relaxed atmosphere I'd encountered in several months of shopping for a used truck. James Giniewicz was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and sincere. I never thought I'd say that about a car salesman! Although I found the vehicle on the internet and had to travel from out of state, I'm very glad I made the trip. While distance will prevent my coming back to Honda of Keene for service,I'd consider doing business with them again. However, two weeks later,when I called with a problem, a damaged part on the truck's cap that I hadn't noticed prior to the sale, I was very politely told because of their aggressive pricing of the used truck they couldn't help.

I have bought 2 new cars in the past and this was by far the best experience I have had. I flew in from California and already had the price quote sent to my email. The completely honored the price I was quoted with no hidden fees. On no sleep from the flight I was hoping to be in and out of there as quick as possible. Basically all I had to do was tell them the color I wanted and I drove out of there with a new car in no time! Mark Pitera my sales consultant and Doug my financing guy were so easy to deal with and I would recommend any of my friends to go there. I even came back the next day because a dog had already scratched my new car :( Mark immediately took it into the garage and buffed it out for me free of charge!!!! This was the first car buying expierence where the salesman are not pounding and pounding you and actually listed to what you want. 3rd used car purchased in last 11 months....things were so smooth the first two times, there was no question about where i'd return for future vehicles. others have said it well, lots of bells and whistles are offered, but none are pushed. there is no sense that employees are driven/motivated by 'upselling'. this keeps the whole process relaxed and enjoyable. this dealership is civic-minded also - as a board member for a local non-profit, i'm aware that we were given a Very Good Deal (at cost or better) on a much needed/appreciated min-van. kudos to lee and janelle (this time) and to lee, don, and jason (previously)!

Ken Colby, the salesperson, spent so much time with us, encouraging us to test drive different cars, until we found the "perfect" car for us. He made the negotiations pleasant, knowing that I wanted to buy the car and making sure we were happy. The finance person, Jannelle, made us feel comfortable and explained everything. I have never had such a positive car-buying experience. We were treated honestly and fairly. I'm not a fan of buying cars as I do not like the pushy annoying salespeople that come with doing so. I was very happy to not encounter that in any way or form at this dealership. Ken was up front, fully answered my questions and with a smile. The extra's were offered but not pushed, the whole experience from start to finish was really good. I went in to test drive one of the five cars on my list, Ken was not pushy and was in fact very positive about testing all the different cars I wanted to including other brands. Which I did, but the Honda was my top car, and the dealership did have a lot to do with my choice to buy Honda as well. I will recomend this dealership to any friends and family that are looking for cars, can't say enough about how friendly, clean and well run this dealership is. When someone told me they'd get back to me with information, they got back to me right away. Changed my opinion of the car buying process that's for sure.

This is my third car purchase from the Fenton Keene dealership. Craig Bourassa was even more friendly than the previous two sales people I had dealt with. Craig was not pushy in any way. Yet, he was able to assist us in narrowing our search for new car options, etc. While the color/options we desired were not available on any car on the lot, Craig was quickly able to locate our car in a nearby dealership and get us our car within three days. This is the 2nd used Honda I have purchased from Honda of Keene. I live in MA but the 50+ mile trip is well worth it! Both vehicles were very competitively priced and in like new condition. The dealership is very clean and modern. I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the low-pressure sales approach. Extras such as extended warranties were offered and explained but not pushed. The web site is great too and has multiple photos of many of the vehicles available. You will find an even bigger selection of vehicles on the lot. The financing and paperwork all went very smoothly.

This was my first visit to this dealership. I was very impresed with the honesty. I bought a new 2011 CRV and love it! My first new Honda ever. I hope my first visit will mirror my future visits. The one main reason I went to Honda of Keene for a new vehicle was the lifetime free powertrain warrente on all new vehicles bought there. All you have to do is every 5000 miles oil change and tire roatation at Honda of Keene. As long as I own vehicle I bought there. With everything costing more and more everyday the peace of mind means the world to me and my family. I spent four hours deciding and buying vehicle with my four year old Daughter. Brian Lehane my sales Consultant was very good to me and my daughter. It helped the dealership has a play room for kids with lego's. The dealership is set up for all types of buyers. I was recently in a car accident and looking for a new vehicle. Tim was very helpful, friendly and attentive to my needs. If you want to work with a great sales associate I would ask for Tim. I will say I spent a little more than I was hoping for, but I know that I am driving a safe and reliable 2008 Honda Civic with only 15,000 miles. It's a great piece of mind. The only issue: I was a little upset that I had to wait so long (2 hours) to get into the finance department. There was only one finance associate working on a Saturday, I almost walked away from the deal.

On Feb. 28th, 2010 we stopped in at Honda of Keene. We had no intention of purchasing a new car. Mark Pitera came over to us and was very helpful, answering all our questions. There was a President's Day sale and an extremely good finance sale and we purchased a 2010 Honda Accord. Prior to this, we had only driven Mercury Grand Marquis and Ford Crown Vics. Honda is a welcome change. On March 11, 2011 we made an appointment with Mark to see a 2011 CRV. Prior to that date, we had e-mailed Mark with numerous questions. He answered all our queries very promptly. We tried the CRV and decided on it. Mark was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. We worked out the numbers and decided to purchase it, being very satisfied with the final price. Don McKinley was the accounting person who helped with the contracts and paperwork. He was very helpful and friendly, making that part of the purchase a positive one. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and extremely helpful. The facility was clean and welcoming, we were very impressed with the workmanship of the Honda, but the excellent customer service Mark provided was a major selling point for us. I went to Honda of Keene for my last and final try for replacing a car that was a expense to me turning around month after month pouring money into a non relayable car.James helped me to get a used car, and when that did not work for me he went on to get something to work for me and result I drove a honda civic right out of the lot and it was a 2010 something that i did not expect at all that i would be driving.I love my civic and James made the deal happen for me.

Laura Lee Doherty is always very helpful. She knows a very lot about the cars that she sells. She has always been very friendly, and is able to refer cars that are in the right price range, or to help you get the car that you are looking for. My dad will only speak to Lee about buying vehicles. He has been known to call and make sure that she is working before he goes up t look at cars.

Laura Lee was very personal, friendly and professional. We called her, told her what we were looking for. She had 3-4 immediate recommendations for us. When we got there she showed us what we were looking for and in the price range we needed. We went for a test drive and she informed us of the details of the car. She was very knowledgeable about all the cars and the necessary procedures and paperwork. She even went above and beyond customer service. The car we chose got damaged that morning because of snow removal. She made arrangements with a dealer near us to have it properly repaired at our convenience. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I went to Honda of Keene to test drive 2 used Hondas I saw on the website. From the moment I arrived I received excellent customer service from James, who was friendly and accomodating in every way. I really felt like he enjoyed his job, and that his main goal was to get me into the car that suited me best, not just to make a quick sale. I also really appreciated that he spoke to me with such respect and transparency, making me very comfortable to ask questions; this is a rare thing to find since most other dealerships I have visited only wanted to talk shop with the "man of the house". The entire experience was great, they even dropped the asking price on the vehicle, which was already way under the Kelly Blue Book price. We drove from Londonderry, NH to Keene, NH (a drive of 90+ minutes) to find the Honda of Keene dealership because that is where we found the best deal on the Civic I wanted. From the minute we walked in the door, we were totally blown away by the service we received by both the salesman, George Thompson, and James Giniewicz. They worked hard so that we could take the Civic home the same day and not have to drive back to Keene following prepping. We went to lunch and came back two hours later and the car was immaculate and ready to drive home once James had showed me all of the features of the automobile - up to and including setting my radio settings.We were so impressed with Honda of Keene and the service we received that I have recommended Honda of Keene to my co-workers, family and friends and we would never consider any other Honda dealership going forward.

Honda of Keene is exceptional here.Im an HoK customer of 10 years and the reason is simple. The people working there take chore out the visit. The environment is always clean and comfortable, service appointments are a breeze, and people remember my name.When it was time for a new vehicle I did my homework (I even looked at all the other brands too). I learned exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. I am occasionally prone to irrational equations but my salesperson, Ken Colby, was able to sort this one through. A couple of straight forward conversations had me behind the wheel of the best deal Ive made.The Honda brand may speak for itself, but dealerships have to make their own efforts to stand out. Great sales service. I have purchased three new Hondas from this dealership, 2 from this sales representative. I would not have gone back if I weren't satisfied with the treatment I received here. The service department is a pleasure to deal with as well. The only complaint I have is that the price of service has gone up over the years with less "perks" such as free state inspections and oil changes.

I have been going to Honda of Keene for more than 15 years for service on my various Honda vehicles so when it came time for me to purchase a new Honda I went right to Honda of Keene. Ken Colby was the salesman who we dealt with and he was both extremely helpful and very pleasant. We purchased a new fully loaded Honda Civic at a price that was affordable and the transaction was completed quickly and without any of the hassles that people come to expect when purchasing a new car. I continue to have my Honda serviced at Honda of Keene and when I am ready for my next new car I will return to Honda of Keene and hopefully Ken Colby will be there to help us out again.

We weren't sure if the CRV was the car for us. We had been Jetta owner/lovers for 15 years! We were allowed to take "our" car home for overnight and drive it on familiar roads. That sealed the deal...along with the heated seats! The CRV we took home to test drive had an electrical problem. Lee and Stephen searched, found and went to get the exact CRV so that we did not have to wait an extra minute to become Honda owners. Service has been great. Love the car wash!

Brought my 2003 Civic EX in for servicing. It needed expensive repairs. Didn't want to put any more money into a car that old, EVEN THO IT ONLY HAD 48,000 MILES on it. Mentioned that maybe I should think about trading it in. That's what I wound up doing with a 2011 CRV with a 3-year lease. The monthly payment was a big factor and Lee worked around that figure. I was never pressured by anyone at the dealership. I think I made the right decision to get a newer vehicle. Lee was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I've always been happy with the personnel at this dealership. I'm just disappointed I didn't get more mileage out of my old Civic, even tho it was 8 yrs. old. I also am disappointed in the trade-in value, because I always serviced this car. It will clean up nicely (was very dirty today after all the melting snow & sand on the roads). Oh well, I feel safe in this new car & with the warranty I shouldn't have any big repair bills. Thanks Lee...it was a tough day for me. Thanks also to Mary Gagnon in Service Dept. who was very sympathetic with my situation and recommended me to Lee.

What I have always appreciated most about Ken is that, unlike previous car salespeople I have met at different dealerships, he actually listened to and acted upon what I said I wanted......not just in terms of the car, but in terms of the car purchasing process. As a single woman, I have always been nervous about going to a dealership to buy a used car. All the horror stories about car salesmen! At Honda I was treated very well and not once did I feel I was being taken advantage of. Ken Colby actually made me feel like one of the family. He listened to what I wanted and made a couple of suggestions as to what kind of car I might like. When I found a car that was perfect for me, I was able to take it to my own mechanic for an inspection before I decided to purchase it and Honda agreed to fix everything my mechanic recommended before I agreed to buy. James came higly recommended by our friends here in Windham. And they were right! James is a very professional and knowledgeable man, but he is also relaxed and fun to be with. There was no pressure, no "if you don't decide now...". Instead we went down the street and looked at another car. We did decide on the Honda CRV! My experience with Honda of Keene was a good one. My Subaru engine went in my WRX. So I chose to work with Honda of Keene on a used Toyota Tacoma. The sales person I worked with named Craig. He was very nice and went out of his way to help me work out a deal over the phone due to my very busy schedule. The sale was clean and quick. I didn't feel pressured the entire time I was there. After going over the paperwork and signing for the truck with a couple of other very friendly staff members,I left for the day to drive my great new truck. The next morning I had found a couple of minor issues with my truck that were overlooked. I found it was missing the Toyota floor mats, the truck jack, and tie downs for the bed. I called Honda and worked with Jason. He was very friendly and told me that he would take care of all my concerns. They were able to get me a jack, floor mats, and the tie downs for the bed. I was glad to receive the items, the only down side was the length in time it took to get those items. That as far as I can see was the only issue I had with Honda of Keene and it was not a big issue, not even a issue really. They are all very good, friendly people and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

At Honda of Keene, everybody who I dealt with was very friendly and truly committed to getting my wife into the car that she wanted. Our Salesman was Tim Stone and he was great to work with: friendly, knowledgeable and truly willing to help. At no time did I feel pressured into anything and he gave us the time to decide to buy. Don (finance manager) was also very helpful and worked hard to get us the best rate on our loan and Janelle was very friendly when we finalized the deal. I am extremely delighted to report that today, I drove away in my brand new 2010 CR-V as a direct result of my sales experience with Tim Stone. Tim's patience through the entire process was a delight to receive, being atypical of the stereotype that car sales has been shadowed in for many years. Tim did not pressure us into anything we did not want. He was very inviting and accepting to our needs as a family and most importantly to our budgetary requirement for this vehicle. He was extremely accommodating to our time line and made a concerted effort to answer any questions we may have and attended to our needs and inquiries promptly. The entire process of looking at vehicles, test driving and such has taken upwards of 3 weeks, but in the end, we are completely satisfied. Tim also encouraged us to look at other vehicles in the Fenton Family Auto system to make sure we get what we want. I did visit the Subaru in Keene and well, did not have as nice of an experience. I did drive a car that was a little small for our family needs and when I requested via email another option or conversation regarding something that was comparable to the CR-V, no one returned my message, nor phoned me to discuss this. I also did not like the "sales" pitching style of trying to get me to get things like undercoating, not missing an oil change, and the notion that I needed to move on the car I was test driving as it "probably would not be there on the weekend". I am completely satisfied with my experience at Honda of Keene, not only with Tim, but all the staff on site who were very pleasant and accommodating as well. This is my second car I am financing through Honda Corporation and I can say without a doubt, because of Tim, you will have my business for life. I usualy do not post reviews but this dealer warrents it. I purchased a used 2007 Toyota Corolla from this Dealer for my Daughter who goes to Keene State College. Coming from out of state I gave a deposit to hold it. They tell me the condition was fantastic. When I arrived there were scratches and dents all over this car, the interior was not touched from when it was traded in and looked a mess, the sunroof grinded the first time and every time I opened it, the belts squealed when I started the car. Obviously they did nothing to this car from when it was traded in. After much complaining of its condition and threatening my deposit money they had someone take some of the scatches and dents out. I still complained of its overall condition so they said to bring it back and they would detail it. After doing so they did nothing to the inside and the exterior looked like they buffed it with sandpaper it had all kinds of swirl marks all over it. I would not buy another car from this Dealer if they were the only one left. Buyer beware.

This is just a summary, there are far more unpleasant details which would only make the story longer.I purchased a Toyota Corolla (2003) based upon the recommendation of the salesman and assurances from service that it was in good working order, as well as the window sticker showing a falsified Kelly Blue Book Value of $6,450 indicating it was in excellent condition. They sold it to me for $3,500. During my test drive I saw that the engine trouble light was on. The Service Manager and Salesman said not to worry about it and that they would fix it. Most of the exhaust system had to be replaced and the light stayed on. After about two days they were able to get it to go off. They assured me the car had been fully serviced and oil & filter changed. Based on this, I drove my family to Staten Island for Thanksgiving. The last 100 yards or so were up a steep hill at which time the oil light went on and the engine started making noises. I immediately pulled over and found the oil was not even registering on the dip stick. On Friday morning I phoned the dealership and they said they had put in the wrong oil (20 weight)and that was probably the issue. They suggested adding 30 weight and coming back to have them check it out and change the oil to the proper one. Based upon the amount of oil it took to top the level up in Staten Island, the crankcase was virtually empty. It used about 5 more quarts on the return to Keene.Service changed the oil, charged me $40 for correcting their mistake and sent me on my way with assurances that everything was fine. The next day I drove to Albany and on the way back found the oil very low again and the engine light on.Back to Keene. They tested compression etc and pronounced the car fine once again. I drove home and when I checked the oil it was down again. They suggested I add transmission oil to the engine oil in order to clean the rings and to drive it several hundred mile in order to allow it time to work. I told them I had to drive to Annapolis MD and they said that would be a good chance to correct the problem. I burned about 5 quarts each way.The car will not pass inspection and is not road worthy.I then asked that the dealer either buy it back for what I paid, or properly repair it. They said that it would be better if I drove it for a while until they had a suitable replacement for me. In spite of many phone calls, that never happened. I then asked the repair or refund once again. Jason, the General Manager has refused to buy it back, and has stalled about repairs.No, I would not recommend this dealer in spite of the fact that their sister dealership was excellent in the past. I now have no choice but to seek legal remedies.

This dealer was a pleasure to work with as they are dedicated to customer service. They quickly made up for a communication error by driving a car over an hour to my home town for me to test drive. The staff from the internet manager to the finance manager were all very friendly, helpful and professional. Sales consultant, James Geniewicz, is the nicest, most professional and customer service oriented young man I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. I highly recommend James to anyone putting off buying a car because they don't want to haggle with sleazy, unenthusiastic or high-pressure sales people. James will make you feel completely at ease, make your car buying experience a pleasure, and give you a good deal to boot.My experience at Keene Honda was definitely worth the hour plus drive.

I was looking to trade in my Honda Accord for a new CRVand was referred by my daughter that Honda of Keene was the place to go so we drove 1 1/2hours to get there. The staff was very knowledgable and very accomodating to all my needs. I was able to get exactly what I wanted with out a hassle.or pressure to buy. I was able to drive a variety of models to ensure that the CRV was going to be a fit for me. It was a very enjoyable experience as often decisions are wanted on the spot and pressure of missing a deal is at risk. Jason Mclean made sure that if I wanted time to think that would be fine the offer would still be on the table. I went home thought about it and called back in the morning to seal the deal. Upon picking up the car all necessary paperwork was complete and ready to sign. They were very organized and had great follow through. There were no surprises. Over a lengthy period of 7 months while I was deciding to buy a CR-V, George was very patient with my questions and my prodding on price. While not initially the lowest price amongst the dozen dealers I requested quotes from, they were among the lowest. George quickly matched the lowest price while including their offering of a lifetime powertrain warranty. When I actually purchased the vehicle from them, there were no surprise fees or high pressure tactics. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal.

This dealership has the most unbelievable tactics I've ever experienced. I have brought my car in to have warranty service done and have been stonewalled from the start. After sitting for over an hour, Shawn came in and told me that they "ran a diagnostic" and "didn't find any problems" so they didn't do any work. THis warranty was supposed to include a free oil & filter change and a tune up. He said they had to order parts and could I come back on Monday. (A Honda DEALERSHIP had to order parts for a TUNE UP?) He said he'd call on Monday morning to tell me when to bring the car in. No call. I called and left a message with Maureen, his sidekick in the "Service" department. No return call. Also, while I was waiting there on Friday, the day they "ran the diagnostic," I witnessed Maureen in the most shameless strongarming of, literally, a "little old lady" who (supposedly) needed brake work. She quoted an outrageous price to have 2 drums machined and new brake pads for 2 wheels. $350?! More than DOUBLE what it is done for perfectly well at Midas. The woman balked and was undecided. Maureen leaned in and said "It's a light day (so why couldn't they do my oil change?) and we can put two techs on it for you and get it all done." She kept pressing. The lady held her ground and caved only to having new wipper blades put on (to the tune of $42!!) For WIPER BLADES. These people should be shut down. DO NOT buy a car or have one serviced at Honda of Keene, NH!!
