Our experience at Horae Nissan was wonderful. Huge thank you to the salesman, Tommy Darrell. He communicated very well over email with everything we needed before we went into the dealership. When we got to the dealership, Tommy Darrell, was waiting for us outside. He was very welcoming and very honest with us. They didn't try to pitch us a sale, they were very straight forward with their pricing and asked what we were wanting. My husband and I were treated with great hospitality and great conversations. I was in Southern Utah on vacation. My previous Hyundai needed to have the engine replaced. All of the folks at Horace were so helpful. They were able to get the warranty work approved, took my car in trade and we worked a deal for a great new car all in 48 hours. Dustin was a superstar. I might travel back to buy my next car.

I enjoyed buying a car from Horace Nissa/ Hyundai. Asked for Dustin he isn't just a salesman, he a nice family guy that is very pleasing to work with. The prices for Hyundai cars are much cheaper in Farmington than Albuquerque, so buy local.

Finance department bad and mistake prone and has caused unnecessary trips to dealer. Financial trouble at dealer and most particularly at Hyundai Motor Finance. I have had trouble with HMF before and will not deal again with them for finance.

We had taken our older car in for repairs but at 177,000 miles we didn't feel the cost of the needed repairs would be worth the money.
