I went to Hoselton Nissan to look at cars last week and worked with Frank. Saying that this experience was painless would be an understatement. Frank did not try and sell me the most expensive model on the lot, but the car that worked for me and my needs ( that NEVER happens.) He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and eager to help answer any questions that I had. When I decided to move forward with the purchase he was a pleasure to work with and very helpful every step of the way! Would definitely recommend this dealership and Frank to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Had an interior cleaning done along with my oil change but when I went to pick up my vehicle the battery was dead and something was wrong with the door sensor. They said water must have gotten into it during the cleaning. They were nice and apologetic about it and gave me a rental to use for the night until it was fixed but it was rather inconvenient. I do love their shuttle service they offer though.

Overall experience was good.....dealer did not try to steer me into something I was not shopping for but presented several choices in my price range. Only caveat is the car needed a front right tie rod and the dealer is in the process of making it right. Would definitely buy again from Hoselton and recommend them to family and friends.

We have been buying cars from Hoselton since 1977. We return time after time, because we always feel as if we received a fair deal and because it is always a fun experience. Perhaps even more important is the service after the sale and Hoselton excels at service. Other dealers seem to treat you as a mark instead of a customer. If you want all of your questions answered honestly and you want to walk away feeling as if you received a fair deal, then Hoselton is your answer.

We had approached Hoselton Nissan based on recommendations of other customers. Specifically they had recommended Jay Koenig. We needed an SUV that included Navigation and Jay had pointed us toward a Murano because of current leasing incentives We were able to work out pricing that was within our range, but discovered that the towing capacity of the Murano would not handle our needs for pulling a boat. Jay was able to find a Pathfinder with the features/towing that we needed and was able to arrange an acceptable lease arrangement. Many thanks for spending the extra time on our behalf to make the deal work

On three separate occasions, my appts were made incorrectly, either an incorrect time or not in the system at all when I arrived. On my most recent visit, I was having struts replaced on my brand new rogue because the trunk was not working properly. After the struts were ordered, I had to call several times to see if they were in and finally after calling a couple of times, someone told me they were on back order. When I finally did receive the call that the struts were in. I was told they could be replaced within a 1/2hr time frame. Upon arrival, I checked in and the lady who checked me in for my 12 noon appt said "you are leaving the car because all the mechanics go to lunch between 12-1pm" and she also stated I had no appt for 12 noon.....I proceeded to say Hoselton Nissan has the worst customer service ever. Then a co-worker stated he would have a mechanic stay behind and complete the work and apparently in the notes sections on my invoice it did state my appt was at 12 noon. It was completed in about 45 minutes. Well, needlessly to say when I tried my trunk after arriving home......it is still having an issue of not opening all the way as it did when I first purchased it. I have yet to call back because of the experience(s) I have had thus far. Very disappointing and I will never purchase another Nissan going forward.

This is our third vehicle from Hoselton. The services during and after the deal are as good as I have experienced. Having Mr. Hoselton send personel communications is well received and something I shall remember. Glenn Morse was as kind and professional as our previous experiences at Hoselton. We always look to Hoselton first because of these factors. Also, our new Nissan Maxima is as advertized. It's a luxury car with a sports car feel and look. I truly enjoy driving this car!

I've seen poor reviews of this dealer so I was a little cautious dealing with them. They did offer the best price online for the particular car that I was interested in. I used the online links to contact all dealers and they are the first one to reply and quickly followed up with a phone call, which is good -- you need the sales people to be willing. The process was a bit simple in my case -- I know exactly which car I want (not a make or model, but which exact car). They quickly brought out the car even though it was stocked further down the street in their overflow lot. They let me test drive by myself. No pressure there. They did low-balled my trade-in by $200 compared to two other dealers that I went to before. But they quickly agreed to up the price. So that was that. The purchasing was fine. Now, the dealers are merchants that ultimately want to maximize profit. They will try to earn on the purchase price (but in today's world the selling price is open and listed online, so a difficult route for them); on the trade-in; and on the financing/add-on side. You'll be fine if you have your own financing and just make up you mind to say no to any add-ons they try to sell you (and they will always try: extended warranty, rust proofing coating, window etching for theft deterrence, you name it).

I researched several dealers in the area and found the online pricing at Hoselton to be the best. When I arrived at the dealer they greeted me, determined what I needed and assigned me to a sales person. Tom did not try to sell me something I was not interested in so we were able to focus on my needs and not the dealers. I ended up leasing a 2013 Rogue and am very satisfied with it. Tom also called several days later to see if I was pleased with the car. I would recommend this dealer without hesitation.

Ryan was assigned to us in the Toyota dealership when we first walked in. We were interested in test driving a Toyota Venza and a Nissan Murano. Ryan was able to articularly show us the feature sets of each ride. We ended up going with the Murano, and Ryan was able to jump dealership segments without any detectable lapse in knowledge. He was very forthcoming with requested comparison information and we found him to be quite engaging. Hoselton had to locate the Murano with the correct feature set for us and it was ready as scheduled. Our take possession session was well orchestrated, professional and comfortable. Since our trade ins involved multiple cars with the additional variable of the passing of the title owner we were guided through the nuts and bolts of the trade. We found the whole experience to be pleasant and would recommend Hoselton and Ryan (for either Toyota or Nissan) to friends and family.

After being in a car accident with a car that I loved, I was not particularly excited about getting a new car--But I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. My salesman, Jay, was very friendly, patient and helpful throughout the process, and made me feel very comfortable--not pressured--making my decision. (I even won a free remote car starter!) I recently purchased a showroom condition 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Hoselton's-- at $5000.00 BELOW average book price! I found the sales staff VERY friendly and experienced a pressure free decision process--even though I was a "tough" customer! Hoselton's is a good old fashioned HONEST dealership- something hard to find these days. Their policy is to price the vehicle as low as possible and tell you what your trade is REALLY worth -to them. This avoids the nastiness associated with the negotiation process. The "closer" brings no pressure to the process. I added an extended warranty and paint/upholstery protection. The work was performed quickly and flawlessly. The follow up was prompt and friendly. Overall, I had a AAA+ experience.

my dealings with Bill Bolia at Hoselton Nisson were excellent he was not pushy he answered all my questions. I made several trips to the dealership before I made up my mind to buy and Bill was always polite,patient,and friendly.originally I went to the dealership and asked for a brochure and a business card and stated that I was not buying today. Bill gave me his card and a brochure told me where the trucks were located on the lot then asked if he could follow along to answer any questions I might have, I said yes and he was true to his word not once did he try to sell me a truck. on the other hand I stopped at Hoselton Toyota not only did that salesman act as though salesman act like he was doing me a favor he when I asked where the trucks were he said out there somewhere and pointed to a side lot and did not offer to show me. Turned in a leased 2008 Maxima and received all incentives currently being offered by Hoselton and Nissan. Sales personnel were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. No negotiations were necessary. They presented fair and honest pricing.I had leased this Maxima from another local dealer and originally went back to them but they didn't seem to be interested in leasing another Maxima to me as indicated by the lease price they offered.Both my husband and I walked out of Hoselton with new Maxima's.Our experience was great!
