I didn't end of purchasing my vehicle from Hosick but I was super impressed with the honesty and consistency of the staff there. Not only did they tell me up front some of the things that may be pro's and con's (honest con's), but they also showed me all of the things they thought I would appreciate in my price range. The only reason I didn't purchase a vehicle at Hosick is simply because they didn't have one that matched my desires, not because I wasn't happy with them. I would purchase a vehicle from Hosick any day.

My husband and I found a 2009 Chevy Traverse through cars.com that looked to be like a great deal. We live about 4 1/2 hours away in Arkansas so we called and inquired about the vehicle. "Brian" stayed in contact with my husband and made sure te vehicle was in excellent condition before we drove all the way to look at it. We came to look at it on a Saturday and Brian showed us the vehicle. We ended up purchasing it that day. The customer service was remarkable! It was definitely worth our drive!

My husband and I recently purchased a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 from Hosick Motors. After a month and a half of horrible experiences while searching for a quality work truck at other dealerships, I stumbled across Hosick Motors and spent time reading the reviews for their dealership. I was highly reassured by all of the five star ratings and found the Ram in our price range. The only catch is that Hosick is over four hours away from our home. I got in contact with Bryan Hobble and he is just as pleasant and hard working as all the reviews said! The truck needed repairs before we could safely bring it all the way back home, which Bryan managed to arrange in the VERY short time period he had to work with before we were able to drive out and purchase the truck. The office lady and the mechanic both did fine jobs as well. In my opinion, not only is it worth a VERY long drive to deal with Hosick, but with the expert team they have, you cannot choose a better place or set of people to deal with when purchasing a (used) vehicle.

Got an excellent deal on a 2013 Impala from Bryan Hobbie at Hosick Motors today. Bryan worked within the price range I asked for and got a great deal on a car that was only a year old and under 22,000 miles. It had everything I was looking for and he certainly went the extra mile to find what I was asking for and got it to Hosick's lot very quickly. Customer service here is excellent. I hadn't purchased a car in a while, and Bryan took the time to show me what the newer technology in the car does, as I was unfamiliar with a lot of it. I recently traded in my 2002 Ford F-150 for a 2014 Jeep Patriot. I bought a 2008 Pontiac Vibe from Bryan Hobbie last month. I have to say, not only do I love my car, but I love the dealership I bought it from!!! I had been urgently looking for a car and went to several dealerships, all but one were pushy, rude, seemed shady, and acted like they did not value me as a customer. With Bryan, not only did I feel like a valued customer, but there was ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE to buy!!!! This is something that I found incredibly valuable and lead me to ultimately buy my car from him. He worked so hard to get the car that I wanted into my price range. I told him what I could afford, and I did not feel pressure to come into a higher price range, as I felt at other dealerships. My boyfriend and I purchased our first vehicle together through Bryan Hobbie at Hosick Motors. He was very quick at finding what we were searching for and we were very satisfied. He even went out of his way to go to the dealership at 9:00 one evening because I had locked my keys and purse in my new car and he had the spare key. Since I live close to an hour and a half away, he met my parents at the dealership and I was able to get in my car later that night. He is a phenomenal salesman. The service department at Hosicks is wonderful too. They fixed my power mirrors at no cost to me and they replaced my ignition when my car would not shut off! Great service!

When i needed a vehicle the first place i would think about going was hosick motors. My family has always went there whenever we needed a new car or truck and their personel was amazing. They are always looking to help out and put you in the vehicle you want for the right price, and that is what they did for me whenever i bought my first vehicle. The quality of the staff was superior and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and helped out a ton in every aspect. Bryan helped us get the car we wanted (Camry 2011) and very professionally completed all arrangements. He has followed through with all details even ordering a manual which did not come with the car. All personnel were friendly and helpful. We would go back if we needed another car or for servicing.

As a first time new car buyer, I was not sure how to start. I decided to go to Hosick Motors to deal with their salesman Bryan Hobbie. Bryan helped my daughter locate the car of her choice last year. Bryan made her buying experience go far and beyond her expectations. I knew I wanted that same type of experience. Bryan was extremely helpful with his knowledge of the vehicles. He made sure that I received exactly what I was looking for, and that all the features that I wanted were included. I really appreciated his patience with me and my many questions. I loved his no pressure attitude, allowing me to take my time to make my decision. Dealing with Bryan was a great experience for me. The salesman Bryan Hobbie was very courteous and helpful with any questions we had. The finance manager was able to obtain a very good interest rate for us and also was very thorough in explaining everything to us. I haven't had the car serviced yet, so I'm unable to evaluate the service department much--other than to say a free oil change is available along with a loaner car to use, if needed. So, we're off to a good start.

This dealer is by the far the best I have ever dealt with. They bent over backwards to make me happy. They communicated with me very well and stayed on top of everything. I bought a Chevy Tahoe that I am now in love with and am so happy with the price. I would buy from this dealer again over and over, great business and friendly service.
