Learned my lesson, bought a 740i BMW from here, not gonna lie, great people, was greeted with excellent attitude! But make sure you all get your vehicle checked by your trusted mechanic…I’ve only had this vehicle for 3 weeks or so and car overheated already…had it checked by bmw specialist and it has $8k worth of issues! GET YOUR VEHICLES CHECKED BEFORE BUYING!

My experience with Direct Car Sales was A+ from beginning to end! Jasmine went above and beyond to help me get everything needed done. I live in Austin and so we did everything by phone and email and she made the process so stress free. The car was exactly as described and ready to go when I got there to pick it up. 2020 I CAME FROM OUT OF TOWN LAST YEAR IN NOVEMBER 2020 AND BROUGHT A 2013 AUDI A4 CASH. I RETURNED TO HOUSTON TO TRADE MY 2013 AUDI A4 FOR 2014 AUDI A4. NOW I HAD ALREADY THE DISCUSS THE WITH ARLOW ON THE TRADE WAS $8,000. HE LIE SAID 2014 AUDI A4 PURCHASE WAS &12,999 LISTED ON INTERNET AND VOICE THIS PRICE VERBALLY $12’999.00 DATE TRADE AND PIRCHASE CAR JUNE 28, 2021. FiNANCE WITH UNITED AUTO CREDIT . BEFORE I COULD MY PAY FIRST PAYMENT , ARLO BLOWING MY PHONE UP. ARLO CALLING ASKING ABOUT MY CAR NOTE. WHICH ONCE YOU PURCHASE A CAR. THE DEALERSHIP CALL , ARLOW OR HIS DEALERSHIP HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CAR, or BANK OR FINANCE COMPANY!!!!! MY THOUGHTS ARE THIS NOT RIGHT…..SOMETHING SEEM FRAUDULENT AFTER THAT CALL. I was here with my friend Sherry Sumner when she bought her car the girl who handled the paperwork for the car didn't let her read the contract Wendel rushed everyone and told Sherry that 750. Was TT&L we believed him he never offered a warranty saying she didn't have enough money he knew the amount she told him she would pay for car the 750 is for so much more he never told her about hidden costs

Purchased my 2010 mercedes e350 from this dealer, honestly I got to say this was by far my best experience with a dealership, been to others and treated me way different, here they treated me like family. I don't often take the time to write reviews. However I thought it was important to do it this time. I recently purchased a vehicle for my son who is away at college. It was important to me that I found a Solid Reliable car that would ease my mind with my son being on the road 10 hours away. I was completely impressed with this dealership I purchased a Nissan Murano As is. And we know when you purchase a Vehicle As is you get what you get. However Not at Houston Direct Auto. My Salesperson Osvaldo went above and beyond to make sure that All my Concerns were Addressed and Followed through. .The car Is Immaculate and runs So Well. I bough a 2008 Toyota Tundra from this dealership and it was Avery clean car and I hit for a cheap price. The owner was very kind and nice and he helped me a lot. Scammers.. All employees lie for each other. I was promised a warrant. Never happened, said they dont know what im talking about, but will get back to me. Never did. Told o take myound car to thiemechanic shop around the corner and they would fix the check engine light and other minor problems. But the mechanic told me I have to have a warranty from dealer. They are all in on tthe scam together. Its been two months and they still havent even sent me my plates. Just keep saying they are in the mail.

My son purchased a car in December, 2 days later the car could not start. We brought it back it and they kept it for a week brought it home the same thing happened. We ended up having to have it towed to another repair shop, and having the alternator replaced. A problem they was supposed to be repairing from day one still have not been repaired. After another 3 weeks with them getting repaired drove it home the next day same thing happened oil all over the driveway. No one ever returns calls, the owner is never there the manager never answers or returns calls. On one occasion I held on the phone for 90 minutes, no one came back to the phone until I used another phone to call them (I held the phone just to see how long the would take to come back to the phone). The young lady at one time told me, the situation was not her problem because she was not the one that sold my son the car.

I bought my first car from this dealership a year ago and I didn't have any problems with it and I came back to switch it because I want something newer the whole staff changed since my last time. This time around they were very professional and helpful! The second time around was definitely better!

They didn't return any of my calls after the car broke down on my way home from the dealership. My toyota has several problems and I was told that it had a good carfax. My car has been in two accidents. I'm talking with the Texas Department of Transportation now and they assured me that they won't be in business long. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I had walked in to look at a car that I had seen online, I was very disappointed that it was sold, but they still offered to show me another car that matched what I LOVED and they apologized that they other car i initially wanted was sold. the car is great i'm loving it and the price was very good. Love these guys!
