Nothing short of amazing. Second purchase here in about 1 month and both times my saleswoman was Natalie Lara and she was very knowledgeable understanding of my needs. She went above and beyond to provid excellent customer service each time and I came in. I was able to call her when I left and ask questions and she was able to help me. What a Sales Rep. This was my second vehicle and of course both trips have been an awesome experience. Rudy had helped us buying our first Volkswagen Passat/Demo and unfortunately I did not have many choices due to trading in Hyundai Sonata. Second time around was a long journey due to a total loss that I had to experience in a car accident. Process was slow with my personal insurance but was helped the minute I got to the dealership. I kept in contact with the Sales Rep for days and finally I was able to purchase my car. Patience and understanding personal situations was well appreciated from Gus. Took my Mercedes CLS 63 AMG in for service a few months ago to the Hoy Automotive Group and was very disappointed in both the service advisor and service received. I needed a 20,000 service and decided to give the Hoy group another chance with another service advisor. Before I could exit my vehicle, Jose was at the vehicle wishing me a good morning. We filled out the paperwork and I was on my way and told my vehicle would be ready around noon. I received a call around 10 saying that because I had such a low mileage car, the service manager wanted to also drain and replace the fluid in my differential based on the time that I've had the vehicle, not the miles I've put on the car. I was told that since I had prepaid maintenance, there would be no extra charge, they just needed until 3 to finish. Received another call from Jose telling me vehicle was ready. Car looked perfect. Clean exterior and interior, shiny wheels. Jose, thank you for being a professional service advisor and earning my business back! See you in 10,000 miles!

Over the course of a year we have tried different dealerships here in El Paso trying to get a new vehicle. Due to our negative equity on our current vehicle we were always turned down, several several times. We went to Hoy Family for the first time, to just look at a vehicle.We had no hopes (absolutely none) because we always got turned down. We were approached by Mario. He told us from the beginning that we could just see what would happen, and if it didn't work then he would tell us what we could do, that would help us. Either way he would help us. During this car buying experience I never felt pressured. We told him exactly what we could do financially, and he never asked or pressured for more. Him and his team worked together to get us the best deal possible. Mario worked with the manager, and the finance department, they got us great deals, and then more, and when we thought it couldn't get any better, they made it even better! And because of them we are now driving our dream car! We have seriously been to the "top" dealerships in El Paso, and no one would give us the time, they would turn us away, there were always reasons. Hoy Family bent over backwards just to help us get the car we wanted. The whole team is incredibly laid back and very nice. ALL of them were working together to get us the best deal possible, with exactly what we said we could do. We walked out with our dream car, and a lower car payment. I highly highly recommend this place! Seriously the best car dealership in El Paso! I cannot say enough good things, and I will tell everyone I know, to go here! This place is exactly how a car dealership should be, no pressure, no gimmicks and all they want to do is help! Go and Ask for Mario, you won't regret it! Excellent customer service! It took me several visits to the dealership to finally decide which vehicle to buy, the customer service by Jonathan Raggo was unbelievable. always working with me explaining me and my wife everything about the QX60 and its packages. He always makes us feel comfortable when we visit and never was pushy like other dealers. The entire buying process, customer service and finance process were excellent. Helped me with everything they could and great facilities. Already recommended a friend of mine who already bought a car. :)

Took my vehicle in for service asked for loaner but got a nasty response from a Mr. Martin said I didn't need a loaner because service would only take 45 min. Turns out I waited 3 and a half hours. This is not the first time we have bad experience unfortunately this is the only MercedesBenz dealership in El Paso

"I contacted Hoy Fox VW Internet Sales, and was in immediate in contact with Rosa Lopez Internet Sales Manager. We emailed back and forth and discussed everything over the phone. Rosa was extremely courteous and friendly. She set me up with Darius Nipple Sales Associate to test drive a car I had interest in. At 8:00 PM, after they had closed, I test drove the car. Darius Nipple was awesome, patient, professional, and an up-beat guy. He did not beat around the bush; we got straight to business. He made me feel comfortable trading in my truck for the car I wanted. The numbers were exactly as I had expected them to be. Moved to El Paso recently and wanted a new car. Shopped around but Acura was the one we fell in love with. Worked with Leslie and Claudia - they were both incredible! They were honest from the beginning and all of the comparisons they made to the other models we were looking for we're spot on! They told us after we had looked around we would be back and we definitely were! They explained everything thoroughly, negotiated on the price without much back and forth and didn't push for extended warranties, maintenance package, etc. Claudia was outstanding and by far one of the best car salespeople I have encountered. She knows her cars, is very thorough and has a personality that makes the entire process very easy. Thanks Acura!

I just purchases a used car at hoy fox infinity and I did notice when I test drove the car which is a 2010 Subaru legacy that the drivers side seats back rest didn't work. When I got home and wanted to and just the back rest only one side of it went back but since I work out of town during the week I decided to report it when I got back which I did. When I reported it they accused me of breaking it, which isn't true. They looked at the car and offered to split the $750 cost to fix the back rest, which really upset me. I declined the offer and feel they should cover the cost.

I requested information online and within hours I received a call back. I loved the car and the price was reasonable but there was a lot of maintenance work that was overdue that I didn't know about until weeks after I bought the car, and I had made sure and asked and they told me everything was okay but I guess they didn't really check. Overall, a good place to buy a vehicle.

I purchased an Acura from Hoy Fox and the Finance Manager Mario Villalba sold me gap insurance and an extended warranty. At the time I thought it was a good idea but this is the biggest scam they have going. I sold the car about a year and a half later and went to get a refund for the remaining amount and I have had to go in person 4 times to get the paperwork done. Every time there is another excuse. I left my phone number and email to have him call me if there were any problems but I called Acura Headquarters and they said it is still not processed. I remember when I bought the car Mario wanted to be my best friend. Because I bought a car from another place I am treated like the enemy. I buy cars every couple of years and I guess Hoy Fox doesnt want my future business. I would steer clear of Hoy Fox and if you are considering warranties you can do better at your insurance company or on line.

Please read this review. To start off i was in the market for a new car. I have owned about 6 vw and where else could you buy one. So i go to the dealer and look arround as usual i get ignored by sales people because im a teen (21) i go in and ask for help. I get showed what im looking for (GTI) and all about it as usual. They tell me that they only have 1 that has a sunroof package but that it is getting serviced? So i ask is it a used car? He says no. Its a new car. (fishy) so he wants to sell me a new car that has a bad ac system. Really? I end up leaving. A couple of months later i go again and hope for better luck. This time i like something from the used car lot (R32). Everything goes well with the sales person until..... Excuses start to come from the dealer. The car is suppose to be certified by their techs right. At least thats what they claim. Car wont pass inspection (3 weeks to get this fixed) the bank was asking for divorce papers and child support income. ???? What!!! Im not even married or have kids. I take my other vw beetle and the service department doesnt know whats wrong with it? Haha they wouldnt fix it and still charged me for not doing anything to it. Service representative gave me attitude about my bug. Pfff. Next time ill drive to another state. They take advantage of the peolle they know they will succeed with.

I hate car shopping! But when I went to Hoy Fox Acura, they made the process quick and easy. Everyone knows it takes a while for the whole process to be completed but they made it seem a lot quicker. They even introduced me to the service team and who would be helping me after my purchase.

I bought my first car at HoyFox after going to other dealerships. I'm not a common buyer, I'm an internet savvy and I knew what I was looking for. Back then (2007) the answers I got from the salesman were based on facts of the MKV Golf (Rabbit) I bought. My Service Advisor Martin has been nothing but precise and accurate on all of the diagnosis over my car. Not only they had fixed and service my car many times over now 4 years but really had become the only source I trust (even over the Internet) when it comes to parts, service an repairs. I hear a lot about bad costumer service when I mention my dealership to people.. Personally I'm looking for efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness. I don't buy a car to look cute on it but to go from point A to point B safetly. I appreciate the fact that I get the correct information when I need it and yes, they are always busy but in my personal opinion I think that's great, I would worry if they looked desperate to jump over any sales opportunity. I think over all they do a great job representing a world wide known brand and German engineering in America. Everytime I got there for service my car, everyone is friendly and they greet me, even if they are busy! Good job Hoy Fox :)

We did buy a Volkswagen Sportswagen TDI but it was not an experience I will repeat. Salesman not knowledgeable. Did not disclose all of the buying costs. Took much more time to get documents so We could register the car than promised. Way too much time to complete buying process. Salesman said the fuel tank would be full. It was about 2/3's full. Should have just walked away.

Terrible documentation processing and customer service--took 5 weeks to get registration lots of unansvered phone calls needed to contact general sales manager to have paperwork done. Car pictues did not match actual car on sale.Actual car had 2,600mimore than they showed on their site and had some scratches wich were repaired on the day of purchase but paint from white turned yellow in 4 month. I would not buy car there if I knew all that troble. If you not from El Paso do not buy car there it will save you some nerve
