Coming to see Shane Mulstay and having him help me find the perfect vehicle for me was the best experience I have ever had. Very disappointed in their pricing. The check engine light came on in my Jeep. Dropped it off this morning and got a call later that it would be $515 to fix. Asked for the breakdown. $65 for the part and three hours labor at $150/hr. My husband found a video online showing the job from start to finish taking less than 11 min. Now I know there is a little more involved than 10 minutes of work, like checking the diagnostics to make sure it's fixed, three hours?!? Come on!! And this isn't the first time they've overcharged. Last time it was covered by warranty, but they still charged the warranty company for more labor than necessary. Done with this place! And don't get me started on how they conduct sales.

Priscilla in the Service Dept. was personable and professional. Had my Jeep diagnosed and repaired even faster than promised. Was pleased to be able to make my appointment online, and reserve a rent car. Very easy drop off, and pick up process. My wife and I went to Hudson Valley CDJR to shop for a new pickup truck. Shane M. was very quick to approach us and guide us through their inventory keeping special attention to our wants and needs in a new vehicle. He quickly got us on the road for a test drive in the vehicle that fit our profile without haggling over numbers and information, and allowed us the opportunity to make the decision of if we wanted to crunch numbers or not after the test drive. We showed up just to look around and get an idea of which type of truck we wanted, but Shane and the sales staff offered us a deal that we literally could not refuse. This is our second vehicle with Mid Hudson CDJR, and they have been the best car buying experience I’ve had with any of my vehicles. Thank you Shane M.

Where do I begin. I purchased a used car 3 short months ago and had problems since day 1. I got home with the car and realized that my second key fob (the nice one with the remote start) was completely dead. The first week I had transmission problems. I am a mom of 3 boys, full time student, and a full time manager. It took me a few weeks to have time to bring the car in and when I did I was first told “well why did you wait so long.” After not having the car for 2 weeks I was told the transmission was failing and they had to do something (I can’t remember if it was put a new one in or take the whole thing out and fix it). They also refused to fix my key fob that I was handed broken. I then picked the car up and had to turn right back around because there was a flapping noise in the front of the car. After not having the car for another 2 days, they informed me that they broke something while in there fixing the transmission. A few short weeks later my check engine light is on and the car is starting to shift hard again! They offered me NO reconciliation after all of this and I’m beyond annoyed with the car I purchased and the customer service. I will not buy a car here ever again nor will I ever recommend someone to this place. This was the worst first car buying experience.

In 2104 i decide to lease a new 2014 ram 1500. I had some what of a decent experience with the dealer when i initially leased the truck. My only complaint is that i was putting no money down on the lease and wanted get the $8,000 of positive equity that was in my trade. The dealer insisted i put some of that money towards the lease which i eventually did. The balance was suppose to be given to me in a check when i picked up my new ram 1500. When i arrived to get my new truck it was unheard of to get the check on the same day. It took nearly 2 weeks and countless phone calls to get the check out of the dealer. I let that go since the salesman Tom was very helpful with getting me into this trade. My first oil change i decided to bring it to the dealer for the service records. I made and appointment for a morning before i had to be to work to insure that i would have a enough time. When i arrived to the dealer for the oil change i was informed that they did not do appointments for oil changes even though the person on the phone took my info and scheduled a time for me to come in. I left the truck for 2 hours and came back to find it in the same spot i left it untouched. I have not been back for service since this experience. Why would someone take my info if they do not make appointments for oil changes.Now 2 years later I was coming close to the end of my lease. About three months out i started receiving multiple calls from the dealer reminding me that it was the end of my lease even though i still had 3 months to go. I was thinking about buying the truck and i explained that to multiple people that kept calling insisting that i had to come in even though it was not the end of the lease. About a month before the end of the lease i received a call from Shana. I told her i wanted to purchase the lease and asked what i would have to do to purchase it. She told me that i just had to come to the dealer and get the financing and do some paper work. I asked if there was any fees besides the $350 that Chrysler Capital was changing as a lease purchase fee. She informed me that the dealer did not charge a fee and that they did it as a courtesy for their customers. I told her to work up the numbers and i would be in before the lease end. After deciding to do this i receive multiple other phone calls from other salesmen telling me i was at the end of my lease even though I told them i wanted t buy it. I thought it would save time and paperwork.When i finally went to he dealer it was like no one knew knew what i was there for even though i had talked to 4 or 5 people telling them i wanted to purchase my lease. The Tom that helped me lease my truck was no there so I got stuck with another Tom even though i was willing to come back. The paper work got started and i had and idea of what the payments would be. I knew i would have to pay tax, lease purchase fee, and get a new title. While we were finishing signing paper work it was brought to light that the dealer in fact does not do the paper work as a courtesy for their customers. They in fact charge $770 on top of a title fee, a registration fee (the registration did not change), and a few other fees. This was not brought to my attention until after paper work was almost finalized. So to buy the truck that i had driven and paid for 2 years, I had to pay almost $1500 in fees. I did ask before i went in if there was a charge and i was told there was not. When i mention it they tell me the Shana who i had spoke to multiple times on the phone before going in does not work there any more. If i had known they were going to charge me $770 dollars i would have never gone there to purchase the lease. Chrysler Capital explained to me that i could have done the purchase through them. To top it all off they asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash. I agreed and ended up waited 15 minutes after everything was do for my truck to be washed. When i got it back there were no floor mats in it. After waiting 5 more minutes i got my floor mats and thought i was ready to go. Turns out the salesman who washed the truck dumped all the mud, dirt, leaves, and whatever else the floor mats collected out inside the truck onto the carpet instead of dumping it outside or in the garbage. So after all the fees and paper worked I was left with a filthy truck and more of a mess inside the truck.After bringing this up all i got was a sorry and he walked away. It was cleaner before they took it and "washed" it.This whole lease purchase experience has left a bad taste and I don't know if i would go back. My brother is now considering leasing a new ram and I want to talk him out of it after my experience with leasing and the lease purchase.

Back in 2005, I bought my very first Jeep from what was then Newburgh Park Motors. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. I was hesitant to go back even though it now has new owners (Bill Camastro). I have to say, they have really changed things around. It feels like different staff and the building has been remodeled. I spent 3 straight days at Hudson Valley Jeep trying to get to terms and a vehicle I wanted. About half of the employees simply engaged in conversation while I was there getting things to where I needed them. Angelo Rivera is a stand up guy and really helped me out through the entire process. I will be going back to him and sending others in the future. Dan Mills was giving me a very fair price for my trade even after the transmission blew the morning I was set to turn it in. Eddie showed genuine concern when I was trying to get to a payment I could afford and made sure I got what I was looking for. Bill Camastro must have said hello to me every day I was there to strike up conversation. My Lease term has just begun and I am going to give the dealer's service station a try. After that maybe it will be a 5 star.

I didn't expect to buy my jeep yet. I thought I had to visit another store or two, tolerating the antics and games that seem to be required in most dealerships. Having shopped for my jeep in two stores already, when I got to hudson valley jeep. Tom welcomed me to the store and we immediately sat at his desk. Within a few minutes by asking me key questions he knew what jeep I wanted and where I needed to be financially. They had my trade value and lease price for my car ready and written when we got back from a test drive! Love my new wrangler. Can't believe I didn't have to wrestle for it here!

I purchased a Used Jeep from this dealership. I made the purchase through Matthew Mercer, who was very helpful and was able to find what i was looking for quickly. Everyone on the sales floor was very helpful and knew what they were doing. Within 48 hours of having my used Jeep, I had 2 flat tires caused by things the service department should have seen and changed. They wanted me to pay for these parts and new tires but I refused. After a long few days of going back and forth, it resulted in them paying for the parts. It took awhile and some bickering but the issue was solved.

I brought my car in for service and needed an oil change but didn't have the time for the oil change and service put in oil to get me by until I could come back in. When I returned into dealership the following week they also fixed my light that was out despite being extra busy. While we waited they welcomed my very friendly 2 year old and allowed him to greet the staff and customers. Wouldn't think of bringing my Durango anywhere other then here

I had never bought a vehicle on my own. I was nervous but i had no reason to be. From the moment i walked in I was treated like family. From my salesperson Joe to the sales manager Brian they helped me find what would work best for me and my wallet. I took my vehicle about 4 times for brake and loose battery terminal issues. I paid for services that never fixed the issues. Even when the issue wasn't fixed and I spent over $400, they still wanted me to pay for services that I knew wasn't going to fix it because I specifically explained I had the noise when I had factory rotors and brakes this is why I changed them in the first place! Moral of the story, my problems never got fixed and I'm out over $400 for absolutely no reason. I will NEVER take my vehicle back because they never presented any solution or customer satisfaction! Danielle was great, but the service manager and mechanics were literally playing a guessing game with my jeep!

The most frustrating car buying experience I have ever had! the salesman Henry was fantastic but once I left his desk we had to wait over 2 and a half hours just to see the finance manager, once the contract was signed which was a nightmare in itself bc we were not told all of the details on which the maintenance warranty only allows for service to that dealership an hour away from my home! The car was damaged while getting taken for detailing on which I was told the bumper would get fixed in which it did but took over 2wks so I had to use a rental in the mean time. During that time I was asked if I had myself damaged the vehicle even though I contacted the salesman with photos showing the damage. Now I'm getting the runaround with the dealership about cancelling the maintenance warranty because I was misinformed and will have to loose money due to cancellation fees and the amount of time lapsed! To top it off I had to return back to the dealership a 4th time because the temp registration had expired and I still hadn't received the actual registraion, I was told there was nothing they could do and that if I were to get pulled over for it just explain to the officer that it should be arriving in the mail!! Do not ever buy a vehicle from this dealership!

I'd been researching Jeep Wranglers online for about 2 years.finally decided to buy a new one.Went to the two Jeep dealers closest to my home in Middletown. Very dissatisfied with both.The 1st one low-balled me on my trade.The 2nd one didn't have what I wanted.Neither dealer said they could GET me what I wanted or seemed to care. Then I went to Hudson Valley Chrysler Jeep.What a difference 20 miles made! I noticed a different atmosphere immediately. I was helped by Tom Theohary in Sales. He was a real Wrangler expert.He was also low key and patient . I never felt pressured or rushed. They didn't have the Jeep I really wanted on the lot but Ed Finn,the Sales Mgr told me they could get EXACTLY what I wanted in a day or two.They gave me a fair offer for my trade.Tom kept in contact about the progress even on his day off. They found the EXACT Wrangler I wanted in two days.When I picked it up,Tom spent a half hour going over everything in the Jeep.I've had the Jeep three weeks now and I LOVE it. I'd also recommend Hudson Valley CDJR to anyone looking for a Chrysler,Dodge,Jeep,or Ram truck.You'll be amazed at the difference from other dealerships.

I am not a fan of the car buying process, I hate the hard sell and it can be such a slog.I was really just looking when I popped into the dealership and in fact made it known i did not intend to buy anything that day. Sales Associate Mary Torsone was very helpful and not at all pushy or throwing the hard sell. I was looking at a number of vehicles at a few different dealerships and really hadn't' seriously considered a Jeep UNTIL i got a look at one and found it fit my needs fairly well. I had already secured financing from my credit union so that wasn't an issue BUT once Hudson Valley CDJR offered me much more than I expected on my trade in and a really low interest rate (Below my Credit Unions number) on financing I was in. Walked away with a brand new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with bells and whistles. Did it all in one day and wound up with a vehicle much nicer than i was planning on purchasing and below the price I had set as a drop dead walk out the door number. Kudos to Mary and her General Sales Manager Jason Dillon. I recommend this dealership.

Never experienced a place where I paid all fees and somehow never informed that my registration arrived in their place. My temporary registration expired 2 weeks after I called them back about it. Mind you I called in advance to let them know that I have not received anything after 15 days of purchasing the car. Hope from their "DMV department" was rude and did not have any answer to any my questions(poor customer service) and I had to call DMV myself to find out what's going on. When finally on my last call they said that my registration arrived and I owe $26.00 more. What kind of non-sense is that? This place when it comes to bad issues will not have any answers for you. From my experience, their customer service is horrible. They will not call you back if they ask for your phone number. Even with their manager Jason is involve all they can say is we will check but they will never inform you back. Lack of communication

There was some minor miscommunication with pricing and delivery of vehicle but Eddie and Anthony were very accommodating and I greatly appreciate it. got my hellcat paid a extra 400.00 to have it detail with some special stuff when i got car home they clean some of the inside and the back of the car was dirty has xxxx....took them 38 days to get my plates car sat at the pound for 4 days because the reg expired cost me 225.00 for tow and 65.00 a day total of 485.00 told them and they said it was a extra tax on my plates of 420. so they sent it to me and told me it's a wash......what kind of wash you stole 400.00 dollars for a detail car and 485.00 because you took to long with my plates.....i am out of a extra 885.00 and they tell me it a wash for the plats....when i paid them for the plates in the contract of the car.....watch your money when you go there ......they will rob you for every penny they can get.....worst dealer ever

Look at a used car on Sat, only had a little bit of time because I had to be at work. The dealership called me on Sunday asked me if I was coming in, I told them Id be there at noon. When I arrived I was put in the waiting room until a sales person was available. After waiting around for a time someone finally helped me, when I sat down they ask begin explain the vehicle I owned and asked if I was ready to buy it. After I explained that I already owned that vehicle I was there for something else we went out for a test drive. The car was on empty, the sales person tried to talk me inot just driving around the parking lot and that would suffice. Who spends 20K on a car after only driving it around the parking lot? I spoke with the manager, when he finally looked up from surfing the internet his response was,"Oh sorry".On monday the orignal salesman called me asked me to come back that my experience would be better. I went back, drove the car with gas in it, I loved the car. When it came to negioiating price the manager came out gave me the run around, drew some weird chart and tried to tell me that Volkswagon Certified warranties were not bumper to bumper. (they are) I asked if he would budge on the pirce at all, when he said no, I got up to leave, he told me to sit down, he talked for another 10 minutes in circles. Asked if I was ready to pay the price, I said no and he acted mad at me.Dont call me and ask me to come to dealership and then prentand like I walked off the street.Dont tell me to come back so we can work on the price and then when Im there refuse to budge. They seem to think if they can get you in the door, then you will pay thier price.Dont bother emailing "Bill" from the website, he will not respond.

These people are running a scam! I received a quote online from edmunds.com. This dealership claimed to have the car I wanted at a great price. My family and I drove an hour to get to this dealer. When we presented the printed quote to the woman from this dealership who contacted us she walked us over to a different sales person. When we presented the quote to the sales person he went to the manager with it. The manager came over and told us they no longer had the car in stock. When my husband said he had just gotten the quote and they couldn't have sold the car that quickly he tried to show us the paperwork for the car he " supposedly" sold. At that point my husband compared the vechile Id number to the car he claimed to have sold and told him that it was not the same car. After my husband kept asking questions the manager finally claimed that they found the car in question in the back of the lot. We should have ran out of there at that point. We went to test drive the car and ran out of gas within a few minutes of pulling out of the lot. We then had to wait for someone from the dealer to pick us up. By the time we waited around and then tried to purchase the car it was several hours later and they at that point proceeded to tell us the online price was incorrect and the car was actually $2500.00 more than the website reflected. At that point we became very angry and then rather than the manager try to compromise he told US to call the owner of the dealership. We called him which was another complete joke. He told us he would have a letter of apology sent to us and could not negotiate the price. My only day off and I wasted my entire day on this and that's what he tells me. What a joke!!! These people have no idea what customer service is. They should not be in business. I bought a Nissan and Subaru in the past and they have both honored their online price. This is why people don't want to buy American. I wouldn't give these scammers a dime of my hard earned money.

Used car took off lot two days later I heard a noise. Brought the car back within a week and ofcourse the tech couldn't find anything!!! THE TIME RUN AROUND GAME BEGINS. Two, three weeks later I bring back and NOW the tech finds something. LIES. He told me it was minor and fixed it. LIES. Another week passes same xxxx noise. Now out of the 30 day period. WHAT THEY WANT!!! Now the tech finds something major and they are not covering it. Regardless, I have been there 3 times total for the same thing. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS!!! Also, DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. The one they start at $3k then when you tell them you are not interested it drops to $1500.00. CRAP TOO BECAUSE IM SURE THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND WITH THIS TOO... They are all nice and sweet before the sale and promise you the WORLD. The jeep dealership in goshen told me they would be losing over $2,500 if they matched Hudson Valleys deal. I dealt with a few members of the staff. After being given the run around from two local dealers in/near Warwick I found Hudson Valley CDJR. My experience started with Jasmine who took great care in finding out what I wanted. She then put me in touch with Rich who was excellent. He was very polite and friendly, real easy going and did not try to pressure me in any way. He found the car I wanted. By the way this was all over the phone as I could not get there during the week. We agreed to terms with a Saturday pick up. I was very skeptical because this way so easy and figured things would change b the time I picked up the car, because that is how every other dealer has treated me in the past. When I got there to pick up my car all the paperwork was ready and the deal was exactly as I was told. My hat is tipped to you Jasmine, Rich Eddie and Milton. You are definitely setting an example of how a dealership should be run!! I will be back and I will happily tell all my friends where they should go to buy their next car. You did a great job and we are extremely satisfied!!! Thank you all again for your honesty and integrity!!

My husband & I purchased our vehicles when this dealer was Newburgh Park Motors and while we like our vehicles (Jeep Patriot & Ram 3500) we were never really wow'd by the service. None the less, one day I was calling in for routine service and inadvertently called Bill. Bill Camastro is the new owner and he has his personal cell # listed on the website. I was beyond impressed by this. I mean, how many owners do you know of any business put their personal contact information out there and have a willingness to directly deal with customers. Ironically enough around the same time, my 83 yr old grandfather was in the market for a new vehicle and he liked my Jeep, so I suggested he go to HVCDJR. I called Tom Theohary prior to our visit and upon arrival he was prepared and had some vehicles in mind. We even met Bill and I reminded him of my call. My grandfather ended up purchasing a 2015 Cheroke however not even 2 weeks after owning it the transmission malfunctioned causing the vehicle to accelerate without touching the gas. My grandfather brought the Jeep back for service and it was issued a loaner. His vehicle was there for service a little over a week and when it was time to pick it up the check engine light & another alert came on before he even departed the dealer's lot. That night my grandfather did not sleep. He was upset, frustrated and anxious. More importantly, he was afraid that he had purchased a vehicle that was unsafe. I called Bill the next morning, and explained the situation and he was so understanding and accommodating. He reassured me that he would look into everything and get to the bottom of the problem. It turns out that the initial vehicle was repaired but at the end of the day, my grandfather no longer wanted it. Psychologically, he wasn't open to driving the Cheroke knowing about the past problem but really enjoyed driving the Compass he was given as a loaner. Bill understood all of his concerns and without dispute swapped vehicles for my grandfather, who is now the proud owner of a 2015 Jeep Compass. We are very thankful for the pride that Bill takes in what he does and the products he sells. He is truly a hands on, HONEST car dealer who is not out to scam, mislead or rip off his customers. I would highly recommend shopping for your next vehicle at HVCDJR.

Rich Nicosia, the dealer I worked with at HVCDJR in Newburgh was a great guy to deal with. Totally easygoing, on the ball, sweet, polite, great sense of humorand down-to-earth. The transaction was so simple and easy - totally no-pressure or sales schtick - just service and decency all the way. Easiest big purchase of all time for me. After buying the nice used little Honda Civic I set out on a big drive across America and Rich took care of getting my new Connecticut plates arranged and FedExed to me enroute, along with a headlight bulb that burned out during the trip. I recommend Rich as a caring and dedicated person on the staff there. Good guy - youthful energy, attentive to detail and carrying out a positive, honorable transaction. That's my experience and I'm glad I found the car on their site and wandered in and got sent by the receptionist to Rich's desk when everyone else there was busy.Tomas - FALLS VILLAGE CT.

We recently purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer with the help of salesman Erwin. He was extremely friendly and HONEST. He did was very straight forward and helpful with everything. He did everything he could to help us with our trades and made the whole buying experience relatively uneventful. We also like the Finance Manager, Milton. Very friendly and got us an excellent interest rate on our loan. My father is a general sales manager at a very high volume dealership and I usually buy all my cars through him but I came across this particular car online and had to have it. I was anticipating that they would be the stereotypical car dealership that tries to take advantage - but they were definitely different from the rest. Highly recommended!

Bought a new car there, a few months ago, when the new owners took over. I went to pick up the car and get this, "They don't even fill up the car with gas" xxx!! With all the cars I've ever purchased I've never seen this before!!! It's not a cheap car I mean it's $50k car, really people!!!! Also don't, Do not fall for the maintenance package, they provide you no information on what is covered and what the schedule is. They will flash you a pamphlet but they will not give it to you. They will tell you they will send you a coupon book, Not!!! They try to pull something with no maintenance name or schedule then want you to follow there schedule, meanwhile your paying$$ on high gas mileage not to mention the wear and tear on your engine. They play games, they don't take care of your car when it's in service, it has comes back twice now with grease on my light beige leather interior. The service area is a joke, they don't even wash your car, or even offer you coffee, I laugh at there white glove service!!!! They will tell you your tire rotation is included at every oil change NOT!!! Every other one is covered and not on the first one so this means your next tire rotation isn't covered until 14k since they only cover oil changes every 7k WHAT!!!!!

So i bought a 2012 wrangler from there and 2 dats in the e brake was bad so i brought it back and they fixed it,the windshield was cracked when bought and was told a day or 2 for a windshield took 2 weeks to do then on top of that on a cold morning i went to flip the heat on and there was none so i told them they checked and said the heater core is bad its gonna ve 1200, i said u sold it to me that way why should i pay for it they didnt want to so i went to the sales floor and was yelling at them that they dont stand behind there cars and they sell lemons..... shortly after the owner came out and said thell take care of it all so that was a monday didnt get my car back for 8 days for a heater core and windshield. All in all this dealer is a joke and they wont be around long. Stay away

As a Pentagon federal and USAA member I was directed to Hudson Valley for my jeep purchase. Normally I would not travel over an hour to a dealership but since both recommended Hudson Valley at the top of their list I thought I'd give them a try. It was a very good choice. My salesman Joe Vasquez was attentive, guiding without being pushy and very courteous. At one point Joe ran into a concern of mine he had not addressed before. He could have tried to bluff off an answer but asked his manager Brian Jenei if he was aware of AAFES vehicle purchases. Brian was and we addressed the subject to my satisfaction without any smoke. All told the entire staff at Hudson Valley were professional, friendly and courteous. Vehicle purchases are always my least favorite way to spend my time but Joe made it much easier and at times quite humorist. I would recommend Joe V without a second thought and Hudson Valley will see me again for future vehicle purchases.

Tom Theohary is unlike any vehicle salesman I have ever met. Calm and courteous, he truly cared about finding a vehicle to fit our needs. We walked in with a specific vehicle in mind (pre-owned), and while the dealer only had oneit was so new to their inventory it had not been logged into their computer system. When it came time to search, Tom did all the walking in the cold weather while we stayed warm inside. He not only came thru with the only set of keys for the pre-owned vehicle we were searching for, but also let us test drive a new 2015 just to show us the new and upcoming features Chrylser was putting into their vehicles. Ultimately we went with the pre-owned option. Although in practically new shape with extremely low mileage, the pre-owned we wanted was in need of a very thorough cleaning from the previous owner. Hudson CJDR worked hard to get us a great deal without being too pushy, and gave us a GREAT deal for our very old 99 trade-in. We picked up the vehicle the next day after Tom had it detailed....and then he spent the next morning cleaning it up yet again after a rain storm passed through. He even spent 30 minutes with us in the car setting up blue-tooth features and teaching us about the vehicles voice command features well after the deal was done. Overall, we had a great experience with Tom and Hudson Valley CJDR. Just nice people with a service oriented mindset.

With my son off to college, I decided to treat myself to my first ever new car. I don't blink an eye spending money on my son, but spending this much money on me was stressful. My salesman, Matt Kennedy, made me feel at ease and more importantly, not pressured at all. I truly believed that he wanted to find me the best deal available...and he did. So everybody's happy, happy, happy, well I'll say this I didn't have to pay the $495 hostage fee that Ct. charges. Otherwise it's just not a great experience and the dealer new car prep was nonexistent, not even checking the tires that's just lazy on their part, my 2015 200C is a decent car for the money, time will tell if it holds up. Will I go out of my way, again, to buy my new Jeep from them, no.

I woke up and said I need a new vehicle. We are a family from Florida and drive two small cars. So with that being said we drove over to see what we could afford. I had an appointment at 11. I was early when the doors open I was greeted and given to Brianna. Well instead of her informing me that she wasn't a Sales Rep which I later found out. She kind of started asking anyone close to us to handle our needs. It made my mother an I uncomfortable because she didn't do it a pleasant manner. She tried passing us off twice and finally Michael Tolliver walked up. I was seriously going to walk out the door before I seen him but thank goodness I didn't. Michael was amazing so friendly, humble, and knows his job! He helped and didn't pressure us into anything. He listens well and brought a good selection for us to view. We test drove a few different SUVs, and had previously really liked the GMC Terrain, but we test drove a Jeep Cherokee Limited and loved it. We purchased our new vehicle yesterday. After receiving flyers and phone calls from Hudson Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I stopped by to see what they had to offer even though I wasn't sure I was ready to purchase a new vehicle. I explained what I was looking for and Andrew Natoli listened to everything I wanted and found the perfect car to meet my needs. Since I hadn't gone to dealer convinced I needed something new, I told Andrew I needed an hour to think about my decision. He worked with the manager to give me options to make the purchase before I left but did not pressure me when I decided to take time to make the decision. Less than two hours later I had returned to purchase my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee because I wasn't pressured. I also had the opportunity to meet with a Chrysler representative who was at the dealer for the special promo and Mark who secured my financing. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate my needs, explain the different departments at this new dealership and how it was restructuring, and explain all the multitude of features in my new vehicle. IF YOU HAVE MONEY TO BURN AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER LOYALTY OR SERVICE THEN BRING YOU CAR TO THE NEWBURGH MOTORS PARKS DEALERSHIP.You can bring your vehicle for maintenance every year and spend thousands of dollars and none of that matters to the Service Manager.I brought my van in with an issue - I knew what it was - they knew what it was - $1500 dollars later I brough my van back home with the same problem.I called and complaint - was told that part of the problem was fixed but now I needed a new radiator. I told them my radiator was leaking when i brought it in. I told them the next day it was still leaking. I was told by the Service Manager that they could fix it but I would have to pay an additional 500.00 and the best she can do was give me 20% off.I could not believe what I heard. I said you knew the problem from the start and did not replace the radiator and now after I paid over 1500 including getting my brakes done with them - they could not fix the problem i brought my van in with in the first place. I was informed that she could not justify fixing it for what she considered free - (although I was already charged for the work) because my van has close to 100,000 miles. I explained that i brought it to them knowing it had almost 100,000 because I wanted to take good care of my van always. I asked to speak to the dealership manager and was disconnected. I called left a message with the receptionist - 3 weeks later NO CALL. Wow - all those years buying tires for my van, oil changes, tune ups, repairs - always taking it to them counted for nothing. At the end of the day - I had to pay another dealership for it. However, I will never again bring it to them. I was considering trading my Van - I do not care how far I would have to drive to another dealership - I will do it - rather than give them my business ever again.

truck in and out for over a month and never fixed the problem. I spent 2000 dollars on other things they said was wrong. But still not fixing the problem I came in for. Lady service mang, was rude and fed me a lot of crap .Newburgh Park Motors is the worst service i EVER had !!!! I took it to a shop in Midltn. n y and they found my problem in 15 min. Intake Manifold. repaired in 3 hours 700 dollars and my problem was solved. They will always have my business ! Thanks Carmine...

Sales Specialist Michael Tolliver was very well informed on the new and greatly improved features on the 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. His mild temperament and friendly demeanor was a real plus in closing the sale. Finance Officer Charles Schroeder was a true asset providing multiple avenues of financing and additional services to keep the new vehicle in top condition to keep it not only running well but keeping the appearance at its best. Manager Brian Jenei was and is a great leader of this outstanding team and not only works with the employees to close the sale but to assure the customer leaves his shop with what they really came in for. bought a used car from the dealer and before i had paid for it, i asked to have some minor repairs done. Nothing huge or costly just cosmetic fixes. they told me no problem we can take care of that dont worry. i write them the check and then go to pick up the vehicle and it had not one of the problems corrected. i talked to the manager and was told they would look at it again. nothing was done. i was not happy about this after being told it would be fixed then paying over $25,000 and then nothing was corrected, just bad business!

My experience was one of the best experiences I ever had purchasing a vehicle. My sales representative was Greg and he did everything he can do to make sure that my needs were met. I have a rocky credit history and Greg worked very hard with the bank in order to secure my new vehicle. Purchasing a vehicle can be a very unsettling situation, because you're not looking to get ripped off. Greg's honesty and forthcoming made it very easy to decide to purchase a vehicle with the dealership. He explained the process very honestly. I was a consumer who had previously been ripped off not more than three weeks prior and Greg took three full days of his time and effort to make sure that this didn't happen again.

Gregg did a great job. He was very patient was all our questions and concerns. We were able to get the vehicle the same day. Gregg followed up after the sale to make sure we were happy and also gave me his phone number to call if I had questions about the installation of the jeep hard top and soft top. Our experience at the dealership was very good. Gregg showed us a few different models and explained the difference between options and then listened to what we were looking for and helped us pick the model that fit our needs. After test driving we sat down and discussed pricing. We went in with the intention of just test driving and not buying. After a bit of discussion we realized that we did in fact want to buy. We were not pressured to come to this decision but instead they worked with us on the vehicle price and financing available to us. Gregg was very helpful in the sales process and they were even able to make it affordable enough that we could add some of the after sales items like extended warranty and future maintenance and still remain within our price point. I would defintely recommend Gregg as someone to buy a car from and look forward to working with him again in the future.

A friend recommended I go see Chris Whiteside after I had received a less then stellar experience at another local dealer. I stopped by just to say hello and wound up leasing a brand new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo that very same day. I had entered the dealership with little expectation but was not let down by my friends recommendation. Immediately upon meeting Chris both myself and my wife felt completely comfortable with him. We quickly decided what we wanted which was already on the lot and Chris had accompanied us when we test drove the Jeep. I quickly realized how much better the 2012 model is vs. the 2008 I already owned and had traded in. After little negotiation I had received what I was asking for for my trade and we simply agreed upon a deal. At no time did I feel pressured or misleaded by Chris. He took the time to explain details and promply took the necessary steps to finalize the deal by performing the necessary insurance company and motor vehicle steps. He is highly recommended and a true asset to the dealership and a worthy sales consultant to anyone seeking a new vehicle.

This is my 2nd time returning to Newburgh Park Motors. My first experience was very good, but my latest was excellent, as it was the first time I had a chance to work with Gregg Buddenhagen. He was the ultimate in "no pressure" salesmanship and genuine friendliness. Gregg listened to what I had to say, and told me so much about the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo during our demo, I hardly needed to know any more once I was ready to drive it off the lot. But of course he made sure I was aware of every feature, how each one worked, and that I knew I should call him if I had even the tiniest question. Also, it didn't take too long to get to the price I wanted on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I really appreciated not having to go thru the "back and forth" drama one usually expects in a dealership. I will definitely return to this dealership, and to Gregg, when it's time for my next vehicle!

By far the best car buying experience yet! I had looked at another dealership for the same model (2012 Durango), and the salesman completely turned me off and away from the dealership. I visited Newburgh Park Motors and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and was greeted by everyone, not just the salesman I worked with.My salesman Gregg Buddenhagen was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable about the vehicle and options available, which made my decision much easier to make. Gregg worked diligently to find the model I wanted. Recently I found myself in need of a new vehicle. I visited Suresky's in Goshen and found the sales person to be inattentive. While waiting for them I found a very attractive Jeep Compass, when the salesperson finally arrived she was aggressive and seemed to see us as a number rather then a family looking to buy a new vehicle. I left without even test driving the jeep. I then found the closest Jeep dealership which was Newburgh Park Motors and drove the extra 22 miles to get to them. I attempted to purchase a 2005 Jeep Grand cherokee from this delaership, to start witht the salesman miss represented his product and told me the vehicle was equipped with side impact airbags. It wasn't, I found out after I had already gave them a $500 deposit. As part of the agreement to buy the car I wanted two tires that were obviously bad, one had a nail in the edge of the tread the other was missing chunks of rubber......so now they don't want to return my deposit and make me pay for the tires. The car has since been sold and they are still fighting me for the deposit! Good thing I used a credit card so I have a way to fight this, do your self a favor and stay as far away from this dealership as possible.. completely awful!
