My experience with this dealer has been great. I understand dealers are a business and these guys are doing it correctly. I scheduled an appointment to see a specific car. My salesman, Eric Hughes, was on time and polite. He gave me the keys and left me alone to take a look at the car. I communicated my requirements for a car purchase and he and sales manager Hunter Barton got it done quickly. Chip, the finance guy, matched my credit union loan and had my paperwork processed within a half hour. The longest part of the in person process was moving my stuff out of my trade and mounting my license plate. There was a problem with some equipment that I found on the test drive and it was taken care of without delay. Seriously, I could not have asked for a better experience. I was not asked or paid to write this review. Look at my review history to verify that I am a real person.

Great experience!!! I had a car emergency and had to get my car towed to the dealership. My car was worked on the same day and was updated the whole time! Picked up my car in just a few hours. Would definitely come back again.

Wanted to thank the Hudson Valley VW service group. My daughter needed to schedule a repair while 350 miles from home at West Point. They went out of their way to squeeze my daughter's repair into their busy schedule when other local dealers were a week out. Thanks to Tanya and the service group for their efforts.

We went for a test drive on a used car. Though it was not for me, we were looking for a different model, the staff and sales men were very nice and did wear masks. Beautiful cars!

I'm in the process of buying my 11th vehicle in the past 6 years from them for another family member,If your interested in a VW go in and ask for Hunter or big Eric and tell them Brian sent you,there the best and no BS.
