I realize my state inspection had expired as I was heading down the interstate for a meeting. The service department got me in first thing in the morning the first day I was back in town to take care of the inspection and to do an oil change while my car was in the shop. A tire on our Subaru was going flat because of an embedded screw, which we later learned. We called Huff Ford and were told to bring it right on in. When we arrived, a person from the service department happened to be on the lot and took our vehicle key, having previously obtained our customer information. The lady from the service department told us that she would call when our vehicle was ready, which she did! The service was completed in a timely and competent manner and was greatly appreciated by us, the vehicle owners.

2013 Ford Focus - My experience with the dealership was fine. They did everything they could for us. The problem is Ford Motor Company! The clutch assembly needs to be replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, Ford only allowed Huff to replace the transmission control module. I firmly believe this is just a "band aid" for the problem. Ford knows the issue, a technical bulletin has been published, and knows it won't go away until the part is replaced. They have come up with a way to delay the inevitable... :("minimum RPM slippage" number to justify not replacing the part.This is not Huff's fault. They are victims too.

On the 1988 F150 I brought in. All considered Huff Ford did a good job. The truck is almost 30 years old and I understand parts are hard to find,and on certain items you can not use salvage yard parts. But I wish Huff Ford would have tried a little harder to find the seat belt assembly I so desperately need. But all in all I am pleased.

I made an appointment for a standard oil change and it still took over an hour and a half. When I left, the computer wasn't reset, and I kept getting a message about my fuel intake. I felt like they must have done something to set these messages off or else there really was a problem that they clearly didn't catch.
