Nothing to do better. Just wanted to take a moment and say that it was my second visit to the Service Dept and I was very impressed. I was greeted professionally and warmly. The technician took an immediate interest in my service request. The duration of the service time was what was communicated to me. The inspection of the vehicle was very thorough and there were good recommendations for service items in the near future. 8/19/21 - Tom, our service technician, did an excellent job. We had a tricky transmission issue and he kept me informed throughout the process. The work was performed quickly once Nissan Corporate gave the OK for the repairs.

Awesome process. Recall was executed perfectly. It’s just the greeting at the door and respect as a recall owner that miffed me a bit. Phone calls were productive and concise. Everything was satisfactory until I got there. Less than motivated staff but I get it. I’ve seen great things from this staff and I’ve seen better service than I was presented with. 5/5 because I work in a similar industry and I’ve seen them execute perfectly in front of others. I understand the importance of review and I know that this dealership is capable. Felt disrespected as a recall customer, I’m not paying anything but I get it. I hope that customers in the future can be greeted with a smile and a hint of enthusiasm. You guys do great work, I want to walk into the service department and be asked how I can be helped before I have to ask someone where to go. Again I know they’re capable of greatness and I’ve seen it. Great closure would include a smile and clear instruction. Again great execution, slightly disappointed on the closer. More than capable dealership, stay in communication with them. They will do you right.

We bought a used car from Lennie King at Hummel's in 2002 and I knew then I wanted these people to have my business. I'm on my fifth lease and have no desire to go elsewhere. Everyone is polite. Everyone is helpful. Every time we go in it is the same salesman, the same F&I representative, the same service manager - that speaks volumes for this dealership in my book. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were not pushy and listened to my needs for the vehicle. Great selection. Would definitely buy from them in the future! Update: did go back and again the staff were really friendly and helpful. Not pushy, very happy with my experience again.

Worked with Todd and he was great. Very easy to deal with and offered a very fair deal on our trade in and purchase. Prompt communication throughout the process by all involved. Appreciated the support that Anthony provided in the financing. Reached out multiple times as we finalized the details. Didn’t feel pressured to get extended warranty, just informed. Thanks everyone!
