Extremely pleasant, absolutely NO pressure! Purchased a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Joel Soper the salesman, did research for the vehicle that we wanted. Located one but was unable to get it for us. He offered to place a Factory Order. He had told us it would take 6-8 weeks. He kept me up to date by communicating when the Jeep was built, shipped and arrival. It even came in earlier than promised! We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. This was by far the BEST purchase experience I have had. Do NOT go to the dealerships that consistently advertise, they all suck. Go to a dealer who’s reputation keeps them around by keeping their customers happy!

I really couldn't be more pleased with my experience buying a new Rubicon from Joel Siper at Huntington Jeep. He ordered exactly what I wanted. Completely fair and transparent the entire time. No games. He kept me advised as to when the vehicle would arrive. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking at a Jeep or Ram truck. He is the opposite of any preconceptions you may have about a car salesman and I am sure others appreciate his honest, straightforward approach as well. I only wish ownership had a Chevrolet dealership. I would have asked to do a second deal with Joel.

John...5 star at Huntington Jeep. I obtained my first Jeep from the Westbury dealership. the Sales person was nice but she lead me to believe she made an error and I was getting a discount. Well, the discount was on the paperwork but I realized later that the Jeep i was shown was not the Jeep I obtained. when I called, the sales person no longer worked there and NO MGR returned my calls. I started to take my Jeep to the Huntington Jeep service for oil changes, etc. I liked the people there so I went back for when my lease was up. John worked hard to obtain the jeep I was looking for. He returned calls & emails. I now have a great Jeep with all the items I wanted and I am paying about the same per month. :) Thank you, John!!!

I've been having some trouble with my 2012 Jeep Compass. It was purchased in Hawaii new, travelled on a cargo ship to Texas, driven straight to Grand Rapids from San Antonio with no overnight stays and moved me to Long Island. A wonderful nine year old car. Finally a necessary repair would be more than the worth of the car, so with little time I needed to make the decision to buy a new one (didn't need 4WD in Texas and Hawaii - winter is coming). I called Huntington Jeep and reached Keith. There was a specific vehicle I wanted to see, but he was completely honest and said it was potentially spoken for. I went anyway. The extremely low mileage Grand Cherokee did end up being spoken for (man what a steal someone got), but he showed me what they had. I must have gotten to the dealership at 2:30PM, I drove a beautiful 2019 Grand Cherokee, low miles, fairly priced. Keith facilitated everything so flawlessly and it was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had (coming from someone who would rather buy a new car than new tires in the past). I was at the dealership for maybe two hours (20 minutes of it waiting on my husband to come from New Hyde Park). We even dodged the rain. I would highly suggest Jeep (of course), but this specific dealership and Keith. It was a seamless process. There was no selling me something I didn't ask for - and I was easy - Grand Cherokee, Wrangler, Wrangler Unlimited - find one, show me, I'll decide. I really appreciate the honesty and not being run around.

This has to be the worst and most unprofessional dealership I have ever came across. The place is minimally staffed, you could be waiting for 20 minutes before anyone even asks if you need help. Then when you finally get to people they scheme you and tell you one price to get you to sit down, and then up it. I was as far I signed a contract and put a deposit down, and went back the next day and completely tried changing numbers on me. There are a lot of Jeep dealers on the island, and would recommend to NEVER use this one. God awful.

Robert Langdon would not authorize return shipping on an item that was falsely listed on their amazon page and which was also damaged in shipment because it was protected with only a thin plastic bag. He proceeded to insult me via e-mail as I attempted to explain the issue. Amazon will reverse the charge or my Credit Card will. I'm not worried. That guy was just such so stubborn and unprofessional for $10 in shipping!

I've brought my truck in for service multiple times; the most recent service had them perform a number of software updates on my truck. After performing these updates, my truck began to shudder very violently while going uphill. I called today to schedule an appointment to get this resolved and asked for a loaner vehicle. I was told loaner vehicles are only available to owners who purchased their vehicle at the dealership. I find this policy a little confusing as I'm coming into your dealership, paying you to service my truck. I've previously been very happy with the service you've provided and the one time I need a loaner to get to work I'm denied. Unfortunately, this stringent adherence to policy has lost you a service customer as well as a vehicle customer. I'll never consider Huntington Jeep for anything even though I live around the corner from the dealership.

What a pleasure to do business with people who actually "know" about the cars and trucks they service, really love what they do, and really communicate with customers. The service writers, the techs, EVERYONE at this location takes Aaron's lead and treats the customer way above the norm or anything I have ever seen at any dealership --foreign or domestic. We are fiercely loyal to this dealership because of the incredible commitment to service. Everyone there is giving it 110% and it shows. And a special shout out to Amber at the desk. Jeep is an amazing company we have bought many jeeps and love them. Do not buy one from huntington jeep. Chrysler My wife and I stopped in to look at the new jeep grand cherokee. As her lease was coming due shortly. They had one we loved but said we will be back when our lease is up.The salesman said how long do you have left on your lease...I told him it was a month or two.. He then told us the dealership will pay the balance of out lease. So buy the jeep now. I looked at my wife she looked at me and we agreed sure why not.. They then proceeded to rush thru paper work and said take the car now.. Which we did...we then sent out our last payment before receiving a check in the mail from the jeep. When I received the bill from the lease providor it was for 450.00 more than the dealership sent me.. I emailed the salesman called the sales manager and the salesman.. I never got answers or a call back or answers to my emails.... They did their job they sold me the jeep.. Now they have no further use for us. Nice way to treat customers.NOT. We love our 6th jeep but will never ever buy anything from this jeep dealer again.. And if you are wise neither will you

dropped off car wednesday. not only was i assured my car would be ready for me by monday it's now monday evening and noone has called or contacted me about the status. numerous calls, messages left, nothing. i have yet to find out whats wrong or how long it will take. never again. i would check off an employee dealt with but so far i have noone to check. cross your fingers and say a prayer if you have to bring in your car to them. zero starts across the board.

I went to a few dealerships before going to this one (I went to Toyota and Hyundai) and although staff at Hyundai were very kind, this dealership had exactly what I needed. Plus the wonderful and genuine employee Ed helped me and was so patient with me and my complicated situation, he helped me find just what I was looking for and worked with me better than any other dealership I've been to in the past. Bought a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee last week from Andre at Huntington Jeep. I had such a good experience that I went back a week later and bought one for my wife! Great experience. Andre was very polite and knowledgeable about the car. Jeep is certified, carfax report was provided without hesitation, and the vehicle was clean and detailed when I picked it up 2 days later. I signed a lease with Huntington Jeep for a 2015 Renegade on August 16, 2015. They required me to leave a $500.00 deposit on a credit card to hold the deal because the car I wanted they had to find in a "swap" with another dealership. After a week I was informed they could not find the car but would keep looking. After another 5 days I finally called them and told them I was no longer interested in waiting and would just like a refund of my $500. They told me "no problem" but it never got done. I called back in Mid-September was assured the refund would be processed. It is now October 03, and they still havent processed my refund. P.S. I went to East Hills Jeep to get my new car and what a pleasurable easy experience. Stay far away from Huntington Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been calling and waiting for over 6 months to get P60 Alternator recall fixed. I call every month for over 6 months. The dealership I purchased my vehicle from, Huntington, NY Dodge Chrysler just keeps telling me they are waiting for parts to be shipped from Chrysler and blames it on Chrysler Corporation. So they are basically telling me they have no alternators in stock and have no way of getting a proper alternator anywhere. The recall states "vehicle may stall without warning, increasing the risk of a crash." The driver will have limited or no detection of the alternator failing, which can result in vehicle shutdown while driving and/or an underhood electrical fire. Huntington, NY Dodge Chrysler keeps me waiting for over 6 months? UNACCEPTABLE! I just got in touch with Chrysler Corporation and they put me in touch with a local dealer who said they have it in stock and scheduled me for an appointment next week. The dealer I've been going to for over 3 years couldn't get it done, but a dealer I've never used before is taking care of me. So i bought a 2013 jeep wrangler rubicon in may of 13,Kevin M was a fantastic sales person i would recomment him to anyone who goes there and i have. Now service on the other hand extremely nasty. I had some issues with my truck the water pump was going and they changed it so they say never fixed the issue had it fixed at westbury jeep no more issues. They had to mix my passenger seat because it was not retracting back, they fixed it but in the process did not connect a connectors under the seat for the air bag, and i was also complaining about that i had only warm air coming out of the vents, well my jeep needs a new heater core now when i called to talk with the service manager his response was your work for chrysler right so i said yes and his response was you should fix it yourself. Hello Everyone, I wanted to let everyone know how Huntington jeep is treating my girlfriend right now. any jeep 2014+ uses a plastic oil filter housing and that part is very faulty. The part cracked at 15k miles and jeep is claiming that since she got the oil change outside of jeep that it voids the warranty on that part. The last time that part was changed was at 6k miles It makes it MANDATORY to get all oil changes from jeep. We were never informed this when buying her jeep and now we are dealing with a huge mess as all her oil spewed all over the engine bay and jeep is now requesting $600 to replace the part. This message for everyone considering buying a 2014+ jeep. If they are going to charge me $600 for the part i'm going to take way more business from them and let them know that this is unacceptable. This is clearly a faulty part and they won't honor their warranty.

The service center decided that they would take it upon themselves to change the keycode to my car while i was getting a recall done. Since I only had one key on me at the time they told me to come back. When i came back the next time with both keys they told me " oh that'll be $58.00". I said "what you changed the code in the first place" . This place is a rip off. Steal your money and hold you hostage cause they know you cant do anything but pay the piper. Don't go here! Don't Buy Here! Put them out of business.

I had issues with a 2014 grand cherokee I leased from this dealer. with only 3500 miles on the car they agreed to buyout the lease and write a new lease on a 2015 grand cherokee. Certain upgrades and items I was told were done in writing via email by the service manager earlier in the day - only to drive away in the car and realized they were not. when I questioned why wheel locks were not installed when i picked up the car I received an answer that" they were on order" ?. when i questioned why the Nav upgrade was not done the service manager who told me earlier in the day that the work was already done told me that "it was not on the work order. when I picked up the car it was almost dark but when i got the car home in my well lighted garage I noticed the paint was chipped on the front of the car from either the prep dept or the service tech who changed a few parts and I was even more disappointed. I sent the dealer a picture of the chipped paint and then requested they touch it up or give me a bottle of the touch up paint only to not even get a response from them. I understand accidents happen but to not even take the time to touch up the paint before they gave me the car OR offer to me to stop in and touch it up is a shame how they choose to handle the whole experience. this was the 3rd car car i got from this dealer and used to enjoy recommending both sales and service to others but sadly I can no longer do that . in fact because of how they handled everything I think it best to make others aware of my experience so they don't feel as disheartened as I am . a hard lesson to be learned but in hindsight instead of taking their word from all involved with the change of the trucks who clearly knew what I expected I should have had everything in writing from them but i guess i put too much trust in them .

First thing: Emails are not answered!Second: Extended warranty very expensive and pushed on you! I canceled mine.Third: Dealer prep sucked (actually it was never done). I drove away in a dirty new jeep.Fourth: My mint condition trade was not worth much, so they told me, but they mark it up $7,400 on their used car lot. Greedy and deceitful!Fifth: The Nys Dmv still shows me as the owner of the car that I traded in, because the dealership messed up the paperwork. One good point: Salesman Tom Smith seems pretty cool

First off, if you are considering a Jeep Patriot....google leaky sunroof or reconsider buying a Jeep Patriot with a sunroof (to save yourself from a nightmare and water damage). My family has been purchasing vehicles (both Chrysler and Jeep) from Huntington Chrysler Jeep Dodge since 1985...30 years! All members of my immediate family own cars purchased from them. Unfortunately, Huntington Chrysler Jeep Dodge lost ALL our current and future business as a result of my recent new car purchase with Huntington Jeep. I do not and will not EVER trust them again and am VERY disappointed. I am now dealing with Chrysler's legal department to resolve me issue because of their lack of customer service and professionalism. The way I was treated was unacceptable. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone ever again. I purchased a brand new 2015 Jeep Patriot on 1/5/15. On 1/12/15, the car only had 156miles on it, (the first day it rained since I got my new Jeep) I came out of work to find water in my car....it was "raining" inside my car. Water was getting in from the dome lights above the dashboard. Water got into and was pouring down the radio, gear shift, seats, dash, console. I quickly cleaned what I could with paper towel and drove the car straight to Huntington Jeep. My salesman, Tom, was not in that day. I dropped the car with the service department and explained how I was very concerned about the water damage to the electronics...especially since the CD player kept saying load or eject CD and made a clicking noise on its own, while the radio was turned off. I then spoke with the sales manager, Mike. I told him what had happened and how I was not taking back a water damaged car. That I was sold a defective car and that I shouldn't have to pay for a car that had sustained water damage. He took down my information and gave me a loaner car. I had a feeling that nothing was going to be done in terms of working on replacing the car so as soon as I got home I called Jeep Customer Care and started a case. My salesman called me back on several day later, and was unaware of the issue I had with my car and said he was out will all week ill. I told him what had happened and my concerns. He told me he would do "some digging around" and get back to me. He never got back to me. I called again and after several tries was able to get him on the phone. I expressed me dissatisfaction in "fixing" the sunroof because water damage was done. He didn't seem to be able to do anything or care to do anything about that and simple told me "I thought you spoke to Aaron (service guy)." On 1/20/15, I received a call that my car was ready. The tracks of the sunroof were the only work that has done on the car. I again expressed my concern about the water damage and how the CD player was malfunctioning. I was told that the CD player was working properly. When I expressed concern about mold, since I am allergic to mold. I was told that there is a machine that they could put in the car to suck out any moisture and it usually takes a day or two. I don't know why that wasn't done immediately since my car was sitting in the shop for a week waiting on parts! I requested that be done. I also said I will not pick up the car as I stand firm on not taking the car back. I am currently waiting back from my case manager in Chrysler's legal department to see what my options are. If it cannot be resolved, I will pursue arbitration or the lemon law. Hopefully, this will not end in a lawsuit. Please do not let the same thing happen to you.

I leased a 2014 jeep cherokee limited in sept 2014. I waited over an hour for the vehicle to be delivered as I was told the brake pads were being changed.....the vehicle had 100 miles on it. When I said that made no sense, I was given some bs about them being stale. Whatever, I chalked it up that they didn't have it ready on time....mind you it was 6pm and had all day to have it ready. Well, one week later, I start receiving "brake" messages that they need to be serviced. What a coincidence. This happened randomly and thought maybe a glitch, but let me schedule a service call. A week later was the first they could see it and was told they needed to order a brake booster and should be a few days. Well, three weeks later still no part and using a loaner clunker. This dealership did absolutely nothing to try and appease me. Maybe a similar jeep while I wait? Nope. All I got was " this is a service issue." Absolutely, zero customer service. So, I opened a case with jeep Chrysler and they inform me that on my lease it states " they will not reimburse for any inconvenience." This is the third cherokee I have had and first experience with huntington jeep, and definitely the last. I would recommend any other dealer over this one. Once you are off the lot you're on your own. I don't know if the salesperson I dealt with had his hands tied, but the management definitely wanted to know nothing about it.

Had been backed into a tree, but no need to worry, they would fix damage after delivery. Next vehicle had dead battery. The salesman VAUGHAN, was THE worst I have ever encountered. We went in tonight, to look and likely buy a car. We were out in the parking lot for 20 minutes and nobody came out to help us. Finally we saw a Man.. (Vaughan) we asked for help about this car. He told us to wait a little while. So, after waiting 10 MORE minutes, I finally went in and asked for the keys or someone can open the doors so we can look inside, he unlocked them from standing at the entrance of the showroom and went back inside. ANOTHER 20 minutes and we are STILL alone by the car. I go inside to ask if we may test drive it. The lady, makes a copy of my license, then asks me who is helping us. I reply nobody. She,then tells me I need a license plate, but she doesn't know how to get it?? so the salesman (Van) tells her how to unlock it or whatever? we drive it and come back. Vaughan, then comes outside, walks to the car and takes the plate, then I asked for him to answer a few questions, he wanted to put the plate back BEFORE answering. Finally, I said 'well cant that wait'? so he stood there clearly ANNOYED by us. Then he kept asking about purchase. To be honest, we were and ARE ready to buy, however, his attitude from the beginning of this really really SUCKED. So, we go inside to talk..he is VERY arrogant and again, clearly annoyed by us, saying he is the ONLY sales man there,however we were the ONLY customers!! The price he gave was fair enough. Again, his attitude is clearly a factor in the purchase of this car. We were and ARE ready to put a deposit on it tonight, and would have picked it up by Saturday. Again, he lost a hefty commission and the dealership a lost sale tonight, because of his nasty attitude. I am sure I can get another salesman to take my money and who will be NICER to us. DO NOT go here!!! especially if Vaughan Dacon is the salesman. What a horrible experience and waste of time tonight!!! I am SO upset with him. I wonder if his boss is ok with this kind of salesman?? again if you go to this dealership, PLEASE go to another salesman and NOT Vaughan. Also he had NO knowledge about this car. He called it simply a 'piece of Metal' Vaughan Dacon has a real crappy arrogant attitude.

I went to this dealership early on a Saturday morning. When I walked in the door I felt like I was interrupting something. I was finally asked if I needed help. The man who helped me was named Edwin. I had asked for some brochures and to see some Ram 2500 series trucks. We walked the lot but there was nothing that fit what I wanted. As we walked back inside he told me he would call during the week to get my information. This was strange to me because I was there. Why wouldn't he want to take it then? I did wind up giving him my information before I left but he said he couldn't work on finding me a vehicle at that point and he would call me. That was also strange to me as it is just a matter of looking through the computer to see if there are any trucks available locally that fit what I want. As I left there I just had a feeling that nothing was going to be done and that feeling turned out to be correct. It has been 1 week since that visit and I have not heard from him. At this point it does not matter because I wound up buying a Ford F350 and I absolutely love it!!!! Other then him being a nice guy I definitely do not think I was treated right.

I finally went to another dealership and got all my information and am buying a jeep there. I would not suggest anyone going to this location that wants information about buying a jeep. Hi,I would like to tell you that I purchased my 2010 dodge ram from Westbury jeep.Brand new.The brakes did not feel right to me from the start. So when I took it for service I complained that the brake peddle was spongy.They checked the brakes and said there was nothing wrong.I complained two other times about the brakes and was told there was nothing wrong.Anyway,it was time to renew my contract and I decided to go to Huntington Jeep being closer to my home.There I met Michael Cartelli service manager,who wrote out my new contract.I took my truck in for the brake problem.It was getting worse and again I was told nothing wrong.When I went to pick up the truck,I went into Mike's office and spoke to him.He knew what the problem was right away.He told the the mechanic to order a new master brake cylinder.Mike drove me home himself in my truck.As soon as he put his foot on the brake he said it was the brake master.The next afternoon I went to pick up my truck and to my surprise my brakes were finally fixed.I love my truck again. I can't say enough about how Mike went out of his way to make sure my truck was fixed, kept his word that it would be fixed and made me a very happy customer. If Mike had not gone the extra mile to make sure I was happy Huntington Jeep would have lost a customer. He is an asset to your company and I feel like I have a friend at Huntington Jeep. After reading all the above reviews stating the sales experience with Tom Smith was a good one, I must have caught him on a bad day. In my opinion, Tom probably ranks as one of the worst car sales people I have ever dealt with. After closing the sale, he never called to let me know when the car was ready to be picked up. He failed to inform me of the features of my new vehicle and left me to find out for myself or read the manual. That in itself took away some of the fun in buying a new car. I experienced some issues with water leakage and after several calls and no return calls, I just scheduled an appointment with the service department without him. All in all, the commission Tom earned on the sale was truly a gift.

I am typically a very weary car buyer after many past negative experiences. Larry Euell and his team at Huntington Jeep Dodge immediately put my mind at ease and led me through the process of purchasing a new vehicle. Larry has an outstanding knowledge of the product including the new 2014 Dodge Durango which at the time we ordered it was not even on the dealers lots yet. He helped me create and design the perfect vehicle for our family and when the time came assisted in locating it throughout the United States, Larry was extremely helpful. Although the exact model could not be located, Larry never let us worry about it. He led us through the process of ordering a vehicle from the factory and reassured us of its timely delivery. The vehicle actually arrived for delivery prior to the date Larry had estimated and throughout the build process he kept me in the loop with how far along they were getting with the process of building our vehicle. Price wise and negotiation wise this dealer cant be beat, very low pressure environment which puts the buyer at ease. I just drove off the lot with my 2014 wrangler unlimited, and let me say this. From the initial phone call inquiring about the vehicle, all the way to the vehicle delivery, it was the most effortless and smooth purchase I have ever made. Joe giunta and Dave Daniels were exemplary as to their professionalism and attentiveness. There was no bait and switch, no "3 card Monty" with price and payment, and they were completely straightforward and transparent. Charlie was personable as well as knowledgeable presenting my jeep upon delivery. Barbara in the f & I department was as absolute pleasure for she was patient and meticulous with my paperwork and making sure I understood everything before I signed a single form. Myself being in the restaurant business for the last 25+ years, I pride myself with regards to positive customer relationships and that being said, I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely return for my next vehicle. Huntington Jeep is how all car dealers should be they give you a fair price with no hidden fees i.e. dealer fees or prep fees, it was all spelled out in black and white. They gave me a more than fair trade in price on my old car and got me into a pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland that was like new. My sales associate Kyle Pena was well spoken and provided me with all the information that I requested and more without being an overbearing salesman. I passed 6 different Jeep Dealers on my way to Huntington Jeep, but my 25 mile trip was well worth it to be provided with the service that I received a Huntington Jeep that none of those dealers provided.

I went into the Huntington dealership to just browse for a new vehicle and walked out purchasing a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee fully loaded. Larry was a very friendly and professional salesman. He was not one of those pushy car salesman that I have dealt with in the past, he just sat back as I explored the beautiful vehicle and let the car sell itself. When I first purchased the vehicle, there was a problem with the speedometer. I went right to Larry and he fixed the problem in no time. When Chrysler went through its restructuring a few years back and forced the closure of Island Jeep in Lindenhurst, I was very disappointed since I live on the South Shore of Long Island, was a loyal Island Jeep customer and serviced all my vehicles there. When it came time to get into a new Jeep, I was referred to Huntington Jeep/Chrysler by a previous owner of Island Jeep, which is when I first came to know Kevin Mahoney, General Manager and Mike Cartelli, Service Manager. I have found Kevin to be extremely friendly and professional, make the sales process a breeze and cut right to the bottom line without the need for any haggling. A testimony to my satisfaction with Kevin and the sales staff at Huntington Jeep is the fact that since purchasing my 2011 Jeep Overland, I have personally referred several people to him, who have also been pleased and I will continue to do so... As far as service, where I continue to spend much more time servicing all my cars, Mike and his staff are always upbeat, professional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Often I bring one of the vehicles in for routine service and wait - and I'm in and out in a jiffy. When I have a more involved repair, Mike offers a loaner car which makes things extremely convenient. The fact that I now travel from all the way from the South Shore to the North Shore for service on my Jeep/Chrysler vehicles speaks volumes for the quality of service that I receive from Mike and his staff at Huntington Jeep/Chrysler and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who likes to receive sales and service with a smile!

No other dealer comes close their quality of service and how you are treated with the utmost respect. This all starts from the top on down because of their Service Mgr. Mike Cartelli. He is very knowlegeable (not your typical service mgr. or service writer) and you makes you feel that you are in good hands and that your problem will be taken care of. A perfect example of this would be when I have been out of town and my wife had a problem with her car. Took in my brand new 2013 wrangler in for a leak repair about 6 times and to this date I still have leaks. The service manager Mike is extremely rude and gets very hostile. Everytime a repair was done to my wrangler I got it returned really dirty. I honestly don't know how these people are still operational.

We were looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and they took the time to explain all the options and pricing for the different years and models and then walked us around the lot look to see what they had, including used vehicles. In the end they listened to what we really wanted and determined there wasn't one that met our criteria on the lot; so they took to the board and figured out there was a 2014 scheduled to be delivered that was exactly what we were looking for! They got us a great price and promised it would be there by the end of the week. When I first went to Huntington Jeep I was greeted by Charlie. I explained that I was shopping and wanted some information and that I wasn't ready to buy. He was generous with his experience, time and knowledge and had some very good advice on the purchase. I thanked him and did some homework. Within two days I was back at Charlie's desk asking for a test drive. We sat down again after the drive and talked about my trade-in. I think that their offer on my trade was reasonable and we then priced and ordered a new Wrangler Unlimited. Again, Charlie had advice backed up with solid knowledge about how the car should be built. The car ended up being one that needed to be built and shipped. Charlie was always accommodating with updates on the order and delivery. If he was unavailable when I called, he would always promptly return my call. Charlie was professional, fair, and knowledgeable.I went from being a casual shopper to a new car owner in a few short weeks. This was partially because I felt comfortable dealing with this salesman. He's an asset and I would steer anyone looking for a Jeep to this dealership and to Charlie Sacks in particular.

My lease on my Nissan Murano was soon to end so two weeks ago we went to visit Huntington Jeep. It was an incredibly busy day because so many people were there due to so many cars baving been destroyed due to Hurricane Sandy. When we met with our wonderful salesperson, Tom Smith, we were very pleased with his undivided attention. Though there were many people waiting for a salesperson to speak with, we never felt rushed on that first visit with him. Unfortunately, there was not a Grand Cherokee available for us to test drive at the time we were there so we went down to the South Shore of the Island to visit another dealership, compare price quotes and drive a car. The salesperson at that dealership was not as knowledgeable, nor did he seem to even care if he bought a car from him or not. (We never even had a follow-up call).A day or so after our initial visit at Huntington Jeep, Tom Smith called us again to see if we were still interested, and called us later in the week to see if we were still interested in a Cherokee and again later in the week to let us know that one had come in in the color we were interested in.Tom gave us great guidance throughout the process and, of course, great pricing. I had already gotten a price from Ford and if Jeep didn't come within that ballpark I was going to go with another Ford even though I really wanted a Jeep this time around. I met with Tom Smith who was very friendly and helpful. Kevin had assisted me as well, also very helpful. In the end Jeep came right within my price range and I purchased a brand new 2012 Jeep which is the exact car I was looking for. It drives very well, looks great and it was at a price I could afford. I also inquired about possibly purchasing a car for my son. Again they were both very helpful and I ended up purchasing him a 2012 Liberty as well. My fiance had come along with me to take a look at the cars and go over financing and he is now contemplating turning in his 2009 Liberty for a new one also. I would definitely recommend this dealership as well as Tom & Kevin to anyone interested in purchasing a Jeep. I look forward to driving my brand new car and appreciate all their help.

We decided to look at the Jeep Liberty because we have a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it is a very good car and we know that Jeep makes a quality vehicle. My in-laws just purchased a new Chrysler Town and Country from Huntington Jeep and they had a good experience so we decided to go there. Paul was the first salesman to approach us and seemed very eager to help, but not pushy at all. My husband and I liked this, because we had been to a number of dealerships and had experienced the full range of sales techniques from extremely pushy to just plain apathetic, but none who made us feel our time and opinion were valued. Paul made us feel that our business was appreciated, he addressed all of our needs and showed us a car that met all of them. In the end, we leased the Jeep Liberty with the Latitude package, which has more options than we expected for a better price than we hoped for. Paul made our experience easy and pleasant and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.

I was recently in an accident and my car was totaled. Not only was I upset that I had to shop for a new car, but I wasn't ready for the hassle that we all know it can be. Of the many dealerships I've been to now and in the past, Huntington Jeep Chrysler and Dodge is BY FAR the best customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and there is NO PRESSURE!!! (unheard of right?!) For that reason, and the extremely fair prices - practically no negotiating necessary - I went with this dealership, will definitely return, and would recommend them to everyone! Buying or leasing a car doesn't need to be so stressful, and Huntington Jeep Chrysler Dodge seems to realize that. Ask for Keith!

Joe and Ed were accomodating, informative, professional salespersonnel, and got me the Liberty Latitude I wanted at a great price. My only complaint was that they left me no room to haggle! They quoted me a spectacular deal right up front that was $97 UNDER what I said was my maximum budget, got me out of a bad deal on my previous jeep, and I was STILL under my budget. Furthermore, during both the ensuing trade-in and finance processes, they STUCK TO THEIR ORIGINAL PROMISED VALUE AND INTREST RATE, even tho there were changes by the used car guy and the bank. I have bought 8 new jeeps, 2 Jaguars, 2 BMWs in the past, and this was the best buying experience ever. now i just hope that Huntington Jeep has upgraded it's service department to this type of standard.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I pre-ordered a 2013 JKUR (Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon) in Aug and received her Sept 5.I delt with Keith and purchased a 2013 Rubicon, he was very knowledgabe of the product! He went above and beyond with this purchase. I am a 25 year old that just got a job 10 months ago and have been researching buying a Rubicon for just as long, and I honestly can say I researched this car for almost a year. I live in VA and my parents live in NY, I honestly can say I have been to a lot of dealers in between. I almost bought a car at Smithtown and was SOOO annoyed! There sales guy knew nothing about the vehicle and once I was almost ready to purchase the vehicle he made me disgusted! Random prices started showing up on my invoice, I also qualify for 1% below invoice due to my employer. Smithtown refused to show me my Invoice which was ridiculous! Keith showed me everything, he answered every question and the ones he couldn't he responded to almost immediately. I put almost 200 miles on her in two days! Ridiculous but true. The car was shinny and mint when I picked her up, full tank of gas and Keith showed me every detail about the car. I had done a lot of research so I was somewhat familiar but still grateful he showed me. My stepfather and I both were very annoying and very particular in our questions, basically we were a pain in the BUTT! Big Time! Keith was very patient with us and answered everything for us, he took great care of us. The parts department was closed so he told me to come back the next day and also got me squared away with the extras i wanted. I am not gonna lie, picking up my Rubicon was the best day I have had in a long time.Great service and well worth every second of the wait (IT FELT LIKE FOREVER).I am willing to show pictures of myself picking up my Rubicon at Huntington Jeep.

I had shopped around for various cars and various dealears on Long Island from Volkswagen, Nissan, Honda, and Hyundai. Huntington Hyundai had prices that the other local dealers couldn't beat since they are not owned by the same dealer as most of the Hyundai's on Long Island. Friendly salespeople and finance people and stress free shopping. Purchasing and picking up the vehicle was easy... I didn't have to wait around for them to try to sell me various extended warranties, etc. I would highly recommend this dealer and would definitely purchase another car from them.

I had an all around great experience with this dealership. A blessing that I found them after I had bad experiences with 4 previous dealerships that I was considering. All the others put undue pressure on me and tried to sway my decisions to benefit them somehow by unloading something existing on their lot.Howard at Huntington put no pressure on me whatsoever and helped me build the awesome 2012 Wrangler Unlimited with AEV Off-Road Package that I really wanted. Although Howard was my main contact at Huntington, there were 3 or 4 other people that I had words with that were very nice and helpful as well.The owners son is also an avid off-roader that kept an eye on my vehicle and gave me great advice.If you are considering a Jeep Wrangler or especially one that's equipped with AEV parts I highly recommend you don't waste your time going elsewhere. Unfortunately this is the closest dealer to my house but I could not buy a vehicle from them. After doing an extensive search they could not find a vehicle that fit my specs. Then one was found the next week when I went back and they realized I was serious but the price was nowhere near where I thought it should be and they seemed unflexible. I feel it was totally due to the fact that they had to "swap" the car and they were disinterested in doing that and more interested in selling a car on the lot or ordering a new one. I left a message and sent two follow up emails to my contact with no reply. I then contacted another nearby dealer who virtually did the same thing. It seems that they wanted to sell what they have and dont care what you want as the consumer. I then scoured the Jeep website for hours until I found a vehicle that met my specs, I contacted the dealer (out of state) made the deal within minutes on the phone and went within a week to pick it up. I am now a happy Jeep owner and wrote a stellar review for the dealer I purchased through. Funny thing is that I believe this car was the same car that Huntington tried to sell me for almost $4,000 more than the price I paid, in fact it was advertised on the out of state dealers website for thousands less!!! I flew there and drove the car back for less than $150!

I had a horrible experience with this dealership. They made a deal with me, and after contracts were signed tried to change the deal.. I could go on about it, not showing up for appraisal appointments, no returned calls. Offering me money for my trade in and changing their offer after I handed over my money and signed on the dotted line... Telling me my previous car, which I purchased at the Bayshore Jeep dealership in 2006, was not the car I was sold. That a plackett was put on my car freudulently, things I have never heard of, or conceived. Then after I took back my deposit, and gave back the contract, the salesman offers me money directly for my car, tells me to drive home my new Overland, and come back in the morning with my old Grand Cherokee. He will give me the money at this time. Well, no way was I driving home the new car, this sounded insane to me. SO I leave the dealership with no new car, but with a promise of $5000. from the salesman for my old car. Come the next morning, I receive a text saying that his finances would not permit him to pay me the $5000. , but only $3600. for my car. Well you can imagine how jerked around I felt, I am a business owner, I DO NOT DO BUSINESS THIS WAY... I wrote a letter to Chrysler, two weeks ago, with no response. You tell me, is this any way to run a business. I don't think so.
