David was friendly. He spoke with me and my husband instead of just my husband like most dealerships do. David answered all of my questions. David convinced me to purchase one of the technology packages for my vehicle. I am glad I did. I have no buyers remorse. Pat helped us setup the phone and explained all of the features in details. I went to service my car first and as always, Robert a was fast and efficient with great customer service. In the meantime, Pat Carter and I spoke about a preapproved letter received for financing a car and what my wife wanted....Pat Carter is incredible...very professional and honest. Pat not only worked out the numbers with Jim, she found the exact vehicle my wife wanted. I wanted this to be a surprise for my 20th wedding anniversary and wanted the car at home while my wife was out of town and she accomplished that. I would never buy a car from someone else. Roberta in service is a gem, what a pleasure to deal with her in service and Mike in service has great rapport with customers as well. Pat, the GM, and Jim in finance were prompt, cordial and efficient. One thing to add...bring back the "5 oil changes and get 1 free" program....this is a great incentive.

I have been talking to Pat Carter about getting an SUV for my wife for a few weeks now but had not made a decision yet. I went to do oil changes on both of our cars. Mine was first...Roberts and her coworkers in service are superb, but when I went to do my wife's car Pat Carter approached me to tell me that they could get me approved for a brand new Tucson AWD for my wife so she could be safer in the winter. There was no hassle, no waiting and surprisingly fast financing process. Pat Carter didn't give up on me and did exactly what she promised. No lies, no gimmicks, no false hopes....exactly what she promised came to fruition. I met Pat...the new GM, and also Jim...the finance guy and they both have incredible personalities. Even though they are there to make money, they showed that they care about my satisfaction as a customer. Pat Carter was a top gun thru the whole process. Way to go...everyone should buy from here

Posted hours stated open 8:30 am, we got there at that time but had to wait at least 45 mins before we got any sales rep. to help us out. Was told by a female employee about 10 mins of being there that the sales people were in a morning meeting. Thought it was strange that their meeting was when customers start coming in, not before business hours. We could have left, but we waited because we wanted to see a car we had our eye on. So what should have taken about 2 maybe 3 hour the most, turned out being 5 hours at the dealership. It wasn't like our credit was bad, we both have excellent credit.

Brad and Lucas were fantastic to work with. While they cleaned up my car and gassed i up, I was introduced to service. I was explained the maintenance schedule and servicing discounts. I drove used Accords, Camrys, and ALtimas for about the same price and quality. I purchased a NEW Hyundai with 9 miles on it!! Very pleased!!!

This is the third car I've purchased from these guys in the last 3 years. Luke Jensen has been our salesman on each one, and GM Pat Rosenberg was heavily involved in this most recent deal. Super straight forward negotiation, with the sale price beating a very good quote from a high volume suburban dealership. They were completely transparent with where their price came from, and their numbers jibed with what I already knew from my homework. We agreed on a price in about 20 minutes, and they tracked down and delivered a vehicle in the color I wanted within 24 hours. When I was available to take delivery, Luke couldn't be there, so Patricia Carter stepped in, and did the delivery process with my wife (her car). Patricia could not have been any kinder, and my wife couldn't have been happier with her approach to explaining the features of her new car. Start to finish the whole process was a low stress as it could possibly be, with a great deal and no bad surprises. I'll be back for my next car when the time comes.

When I went to the dealership, I had the intention of looking to see what was available. I did not intend on buying a car that day. Lucas, at the dealership went out of way to find the vehicle that best fit me at a great price, not pushing whichever was the next to get off the lot. At no point did I feel pressured to do anything. We started by wandering the lot and looking to see what used cars caught my eye (and budget), then went in. Lucas was amazing and helped us get the car that we liked the best. Since it was from a different state (the car) originally, it had no front plate bracket, so before we left the lot with the car, they had one on order (that was in the next day). The whole process of buying was smooth, easy, and felt non-pressured. I'd highly recommend this dealership!

When I drove into the lot at Hyundai on Perryville in Rockford, Dave Frye welcomed me by walking out of the dealership and approaching my car with a smile and asking me how he could help me. From that moment on my experience was nothing but superb...even down to inviting my bichon/poodle dog, Mattie, to come into the shop to join us for our preliminary interview. Dave was a perfect gentleman as he seated us in a living room setting and offered me coffee or coke and we began our investigation into exactly what I was looking for. Having not financed a car since I purchased the 99 VW Jetta I drove in with, I wasn't even certain I would qualify for new car. But a new RED car was my first desire, with payment limits. Dave immediately went to work to see what could be done to meet those desires and within a half hour, we were out looking at new cars and driving different models that fit the description of my first choice. It was very exciting and everyone in the store and especially Dave treated me like family and even charmed my little dog at every turn. I was at home there and had no desire to look anywhere else. One thing I noticed was that Dave was always asking questions and always listening for clues as to what really sparked my interest about each car and what excited me the most. He was intentionally trying to find me the perfect car to fit my personality, my style, my look and my pocketbook from the moment we met. After driving and looking at several new cars, he walked me to a used Chevy Cruze, 23,000 miles, bright red, all leather interior, all the high tech amenities I could ask for and suggested it was like a little BMW....when we opened the door, and I got in, sat behind the wheel, I just knew it was my car.....exactly what I wanted and he knew it too. He had steered me to the exact car for me over the course of the hour and half I was with him searching through the other cars. WHAT A PRO. The rest was magic. He met with the manager and the paperwork was given to the financial manager, Jim Miller....who worked the financial paperwork to provide me with a six-year warranty (another feature that was important to me), payments that were within my budget (below $300 a month) and even threw in a three year warranty on the interior and exterior cleaning and maintenance. I was in tears of joy when I left the next morning with my new car and left behind the car I had driven every mile of life out of....and they even gave me a small trade in allowance for it. Even though I've said a lot of words---there are no words to really praise these guys enough for the way they treated me while putting this deal together...and I only wish you could see this car. Later that weekend, my son surprised me with a visit from Seattle for my Birthday. He works at Campbell-Nelson Volkswagen in Seattle, WA. and has been in the car business for 20 years. He drove the car and said it was awesome...congratulated me on making an excellent choice....getting his endorsement was the icing on the cake. GREAT DEALERSHIP. I saw a used car on the dealership website that matched my budget and my needs. From the point of contacting Pat Carter till I drove the car away, the customer service was excellent. I traded in my 2013 Sonata Limited because of the new safety technology now available. The 2016 Sonata Limited with the Tech Package was perfect. Hyundai has made a number improvements since 2013. Hyundai is not always the first to jump in with new ideas, but when they do they get it right. After we had agreed to a price on the new car a group of the staff worked to get it ready. That day on the way home I had the brightest car on the street. It may not look as clean now but it is the best car on the road. It is always a pleasure dealing with the staff at Hyundai on Perryville. Brad Ferwerda helped me find the Elantra that was equipped the way I wanted. He was fun to be with and knew which cars would appeal to me. With his help I selected an Elantra and he went with me for a test drive. Before I started the test drive, Brad showed me how to put the steering wheel, driver seat height and use the back-up camera. I had had a 2010 Elantra before but this 2017 was great. When we were waiting for some paperwork to be finished, Brad offered me some coffee or water and we had a friendly chat. I couldn't have asked for a more congenial and knowledgeable salesperson. I lucked out getting him!I felt so at home and everyone was very friendly. My salesman was great, but when it came to numbers, the price they have me was a joke. They said their best was close to $500/ month on a Sonata. I got the SAME exact car at another dealer for close to $300/ month. We're young and we're girls; that doesn't mean we're naive. Make sure what they're giving you is THE BEST. Do your research. We were greeted with a sales staff that was not aggressive. They simply asked the questions in regards to what I was looking for. Within 5 minutes one of the cars I was interested in was warmed up and running outside ready for a test drive. This test drive was probably one of the longest, but it was worth it. We did city, rural, and highway driving to test all abilities. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the car. The car sold itself and the staff I worked with was just icing on the cake. Usually it takes a full day to close a deal. This purchase was by far the quickest. The staff were easy to joke around with all while being very professional.

I went in to buy a Tuscon Sport but it did not come with the engine I wanted, a 2 liter turbo. Matt steered me to the Santa Fe Sport which does, He was very knowledgeable of Hyundai products as well as competitive brands. This is my fourth Hyundai so I guess it was pretty easy to move me away from the Mitsubishi Outlander. I love the turbo engine as I had it in my Sonata which I traded in. The Santa Fe is more expensive but for the extra room is worth it. Matt, Luke, and Brandon made the pricing what I could work with and I drove it home. Edgar did the financing for me with no hassles, and gave me exactly what I wanted. This dealership is great as they are all very well trained, knowledgeable, honest, and no pressure. They do follow-up and nothing falls through the cracks. Brandon showed me how the car works and knew everything about it. Brandon, Matt, and Luke are all excellent salesmen and I would hire them in a minute. Edgar was my finance man and a great guy.

This was not a good experience nor up to my expectations. When we picked up the car to drive home it ran out of gas 15 miles into the trip. When we got home, the oil change light came on. In other words no care was taken to ensure that the car was actually ready to go. With respect to the financial person, we found to very deceptive when he sold a duplicate insurance policy for which the car already had coverage through 60K miles (bumper to bumper). He did not present us with the details of the coverage, just a summary...look carefully at the details when they eventually arrive at your home.

I mostly knew the car I wanted after doing a lot of research on-line. Phil was very knowledgeable and respectful. He simply demonstrated without embellishing or smoke & mirrors. His honesty was quite refreshing. I had been to other dealerships and knew within minutes that the salesman had less information than I did. Phil never underestimated my ability to understand or tried to steer me into something I didn't want.The actual sale & delivery went quite smooth. I really felt that Edgar was on my side. In the past I always felt that the finance guy was the one you had to have your guard on for, I got what I needed without feeling like I left my money & sold my soul.I've never had a dealership do such an awesome demonstrating the way Brandon did. He did a great job. And, I know where to go or who to call if I do have any questions.

Brandon approached us with a welcoming, not pushy, attitude. After asking what we were looking for, he showed us exactly that and didn't try to push something higher priced at us. We said we had another car, at another dealership, we were interested in and planned on going to see that as well before making any decision. I expected him to say anything and everything to keep us at his dealership, however, he told us he totally understood and before we made a final decision to please come and see what he could do for us. We returned later in the day. Brandon was busy with another customer when we returned and instead of us waiting for him to finish, he asked Phil to help us. Phil was also very friendly, without being pushy. He answered our questions, took us on test drive and worked with us to get a deal we were happy with. We returned the next day to complete the sale. Brandon took us to the service department and explained how to set up appointments and even made our first oil change appointment for us. Phil spent a good amount of time and explained all the details of our new car and even set up our phones for hands free. The vehicle was completely detailed and filled with gas. Both Brandon and Phil told us if we couldn't say we were completely satisfied with our experience, to please tell them so they could make it right. In the end, we had NO questions unanswered and no complaint with our experience.

It was my first time purchasing a new vehicle at a dealership. Everyone was friendly and the facility was clean. Parts of the presentations/discussions/interactions were too showy. It was kept to a minimum however. Would have appreciated someone offering more options and better pricing. That part seemed less authentic. Overall it was not a negative first experience. I will recommend the Hyundai brand in the future.

I walked into the dealership interested in a new car and left the following week a very satisfied customer. Brandon, the internet sales representative I dealt with, was an exemplary example of how customer service should be. Throughout the whole process he made sure he was informing me of the differences between models, mileage, perks, etc. He also made sure to stay in close contact with me when it came to getting the specific model and options I wanted -- even while waiting for delivery I received updates. When it came to the final purchase process the car was cleaned to a tee, and Brandon walked me through all the car's features before sending me off.

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing both the sales and service departments of this dealership what a pleasant experience. I purchased a new 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Mat Foley was my sales person and just absolutely a great guy to have dealt with no high pressure here. He was very courteous and professional having great product knowledge. He allowed me a very fair trade in allowance along with a price savings on the new vehicle all said and done I couldn't be happier with the deal. Pat Carter another sales person assisted me when I picked the car up ,she also just like Mat was very courteous and quite knowledgeable sat in the vehicle with me and went over the many and I mean many features of it Thanks Pat.This brings me to the service department .Had to bring my wife's 2007 Santa Fe in for some service work, as in the past Roberta and Mike A. were very pleasant and helpful just nice people to have on your side when the car needs work As it was a problem that required communication with me during the repair Roberta was on the phone keeping me updated as to what was going on and when it would be ready for my wife to pick it up . Again I can't say enough about these people and the dealership they work for. Had two visits to the service department to diagnose an oil leak. The good: 1) Friendly people; 2) Shuttle service gave me a ride to work; 3) They changed the engine oil and filter at no cost to me. The not-so-good: 1) Oil level was filled about a quart too full; 2) Found a random bolt lying on top of the transfer case; 3) Two bolts from the fuel injector assembly were loose enough to unscrew with my fingers; 4) Unnecessary parts would have been replaced, had I let them; 5) Poor communication between mechanics and service reps; 6) Service manager did not return a phone call or respond to an email when I attempted to bring items #1-5 to his attention. I ended up doing the repair myself (was not covered under power train warranty), which cost me $16 (oil pressure switch) and 5 hours of my time. The service department repair quote was $935, which included replacing two parts which did not need replacing. After a few specific questions about the price quote, the service rep had difficulty answering and had to consult with the mechanic (apparently customers aren't allowed to talk directly to mechanics). The loose bolts and (I presume) the bolt lying on the transfer case were a result of the mechanic's disassembly of the intake manifold to determine that the oil was leaking from the bad pressure switch. As a side note, four years ago we tried to buy our car from this dealer, but the sales rep(s) had some issues with truthfulness. We bought elsewhere, even though this is our local dealer and we really wanted to buy local.

This place was a lifesaver, this was my 2nd stop (even though the 1st place I went was in the same Anderson Family) they worked extremely hard to get me in a great used car. I would really like to thank dwight pearson my sales person for making this buying experience the easiest I've EVER came across in the 30 years that I've been driving and buying cars. Dwight walked me through the line of hyundais that I could chose from, I found that I wanted the elantra 2013... Im not going to lie I left there thinking I wouldnt be coming back because I wanted to shop around and pay the least I could for such a beautiful car.... I went to look at a specific car. When I realized the car was not what I wanted the sales person decided to help me try to find a different car. I was pre-approved and the salesperson kept showing me cars $7000+ over my price range. I almost bought a car here. It was a little over my price range but I was hoping we could make it work. They told me it was a V4 and even gave me the paperwork for the V4. I looked it up online it said it was a V6 (on their website and on cars.com). I asked them about it and they said that was wrong. So we went to look at the car outside and it said V6. Multiple times they showed me cars that were not what I asked for (i wanted a car with high MPG 30 was min.). They kept showing me cars with 25mpg or less. I felt as if they were lying since they kept printing out paperwork that was false. I really liked my salesperson when we first started!
