Recently purchased a Toyota Rav-4 here and I am loving it. The service department is doing an excellent job. Very professional. Super friendly and patient. They don't ignore you, service was busy but knowing that I had an appointment they got my oil change done very quickly also take time to wash my car before handing the key back with the smile on their face. Seems like this dealership treats their employees very well, because this is reflects on their attitude towards to the customers. Great job. Thank you very much!

This past Friday evening about 630 my son and I got a flat tire, I drive a Chevrolet Malibu, I was distraught to say the least. I was trying to put the jack thing under the car but I have never been shown how to do that stuff. A gentleman pulled up slowly and asked if I needed a hand. Obviously I watch TV and don't really trust anyone these days. I happily but hesitantly accepted his help. He told me to have a seat in my car and keep it running so my toddler and I would stay cool. It was about 130 degrees it felt like. This man changed my tire put all the stuff back in the trunk and with his dirty hands and pouring sweat waived to me and said have a better rest of your day. I tried to pay him and he wouldn't take it. I noticed he had a Toyota shirt on and I asked if he worked for Toyota he smiled and said "yes I do, in the service department, come see me". Wow is all I could say. I asked his name he said it was Chris and not only am I writing to acknowledge him but I will be coming there to see him in the future. Absolutely recommend coming here! Me and my fiance went in looking for 1 car but left with two! The facility was extremely nice, but it was so large that I felt like I was just being rushed through to buy the car and out the door. The salesman did not take the time to ask what I wanted. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere the following day. Will not go back.

I have bought 2 cars in the last 2 years from here and each time I have had no problems. Unfortunately today wasn't the case. I sent a friend of my to dealership today. I was out there getting my car service and by the way my service tech Tabatha is the greatest always the friendliest helpful person I have ever seen. Anyway I walked in to wait on my service and my friend was there I was excited she came to buy her new car at the Monster.. when her sales person walked up Ms. Williams. I told her we are excited about getting the 500 dollars. She was so rude she said in her head bobbin way her mama is getting the 500 dollars. I told her I sent her to dealership she called the day before and talked to my sales man she said who I told her Mr. Inman she infomercial me he was gone from there. I told her since yesterday? She said that if you call out there and your salesman has left dealership they just pretend to be that person. I find that rather disturbing. In fact it's completely in moral. Well I think that I should get credit for sending someone to buy a new car. Ms Williams was rude and had a nasty attitude. I will never recommend anyone to go again.

As I approached the building, there were cars parked in the front as displays. Inside the cars were about 4 sales men and women who did not get out to offer assistance. They just watched me approach the building as they sat in the air conditioned vehicle and talked among themselves when their headsets attached. As I approached the door, I could see the receptionist sitting talking to another member of the staff. I opened the door and received no greeting. It wasn't until I walked up to the counter that she decided to end her conversation then ask how could she help me. I asked for someone in sales. Out comes the salesman who looked dumbfounded; no smile or eagerness to make a sale. Maybe I looked poor or something because I virtually had to create the dialogue for the conversation. He didn't ask me any questions. It was like he didn't want to make a sale. After being there for a while, giving my personal information and trade in information, I got a "we'll get back to you as soon as we get an approval" because it was so late in the day. I was never contacted so I decided to call and was not given an answer and til this day I'm still waiting for the callback. How professional.

I purchased my first Camry from I-95 Toyota in 2009 (which made the fifth Toyota I owned since I started buying cars), I loved the car and loved the fact of having the Toyota name stand behind the purchase. An opportunity came about where I was able to trade that car in on a 2011 Camry from I-95 once again. This is when the problems started, I was told about a service that was being offered called Xzilon, I was told it would help protect the interior as well as the exterior from damages, which would help to keep the car looking nice and keep the value up. I agreed to add the package, I completed the paper work and took the car home that night, I was asked to bring the care back the following business day to have the car cleaned and have the Xzilon applied. As instructed I dropped the car off and waited for a call to pick it up. The call came, I went to pick up the car from I-95 Toyota, upon inspection I found that the car had not been cleaned properly before applying the Xzilon, The car still showed signs of haveing rail dust on it which stood out on the light color of the car. I was told I had to take the car with me and bring it back the next day to fix the problem, I explained to the reps at I-95 Toyota that I had a job to go to just like them and I would not take a day off or go in late behind a mistake not of my making. I asked for a loaner car to get around while the new car that I had for only three day was being striped, cleaned and the Xzilon was being reapplied, I was told no, take your car with you and bring it back. The I-95 Rep and myself entered in to a heated discussion at which point I told him, I-95 can keep the car. Fortunately Dan the sales man who wrote up the car over heard what was being said, he got the ok from someone a little higher up and put me in a loaner until my car was ready. Before this first issue was completely put behind me, it took from start to finish over a week, a letter of complaint, getting the General Manager involved and a total of 4 trips to inspect car before it was ready for pick up. Here's the new problem, while filling out the paper work on the 2011 Toyota Camry, my name was entered wrong on the Xzilon forms, it plainly states Registered Owner: First Name, Middle Initial and the Last Name. On the form I-95 Toyota has my last name, my first name and then my middle initial, it's a simple mistake but one that took years to realize, the mistake was not found until I tried to file a claim for service and was unable to sign in . Because of this every time I went to the Xzilon website and tried to sign in I received a warning (wrong password or user name), I called Xzilon a couple of times and was still unable to figure out what was going on. I talked with Jay Tull in the service department, he help with the situation and between the two of us we were able to figure out what the problem was. I then was able to sign into The Xzilon website I submitted my claim with pictures of the damages, I was told the damages look to have happen some time ago, I explained the problems I had with signing in to the website, I was told too much time had passed between the time the damages happen to the time I filed my claim, it was then explained by a Manger at Xzilon that the mistake was made by I-95 Toyota and I would need to talk with them to make this right. As of right now I have made a total of 9 trips to I-95 Toyota and countless calls. I've spoken with sales reps, both the finance and the service department and general manager, all promising some kind of resolution, just give us a day or two and I'll call you. No Call Yet. It is now going on seven months since this problem came about, but it took buying three new cars (all Camrys 2009, 2011 and 2015) to find out what I-95 Toyota thinks of and how they treat their customers.

My buying experience with this group was as difficult one, like an episode beyond the Outer Limits & Twilight Zone! We ended up buying from Butler Toyota in Macon, Ga. Well worth the trip! Bought a New Toyota 4Runner SR5 4x4 a lot less than expected in Macon and not at the MSRP of I95 Toyota! If you are smart, Buy Elsewhere! I95 Toyota/Scion are IDIOTS, Rude, Obnoxious, Arrogant and Condescending! It's Your Choice where you buy, Good Luck!
