I have been dealing with Rob and his family for almost 7 years. I that time I have been part of several car purchases either for myself, family , co-workers and friends. It is very easy to work with them on all aspects of purchasing, service, and repair. There staff is also great to work with and are very professional in all aspects of the business. There inventory is always clean and ready to go. Do yourself a favor and stop by if you are looking for a nice import used car.

I recently bought a used Audi and could not have been more impressed with the entire operation. Every part of my buying experience was a true pleasure. Chris, Rob, Tina and everyone else really do treat you like family. I went in one day and took the car for a test drive, worked out the details and came back the next day to pick it up. They had done a fresh oil change, complete diagnostics and had the car shining like new. A couple weeks after my purchase I noticed a noise coming from one of the wheels. I called and was told to stop by soon. A wheel bearing had gone bad and they immediately took it in for repair. While they ordered the part & found time to squeeze it into their schedule they gave me a free loaner.(Sadly they didn't let me take the almost new Porsche 911) They didn't even charge me for the repair ! When I bought it there was a small dent which was also fixed by their "Dent Guy". I have never dealt with any dealer that would treat you this good ! A truly honest, fair and reputable business that goes above & beyond !!! And no they didn't pay me to write this and I'm not related, but I do feel like family.

We recently purchased our Porsche from Chris at Ianelli Autocars. Since we are 180 miles away from the dealership, most of our discussions and negotiations were over phone or email. Our deal included a trade-in and financing, so it was not a simple transaction. Every step of the way, I found Ianelli easy to deal with. They helped arrange a pre-vehicle inspection, offered a fair price for our trade-in, and were very customer-focused. Bottom line, we were highly satisfied, and would be happy to work with them again.

We recently bought a used 2009 Mini Cooper S from an individual and it had some service issues to address. Iannellis serviced it to our complete satisfaction - even though the service gremlins were present. The Mini had been worked on by a family friend "grease monkey" previously and he seemed to have done more damage than good. It took almost 3 weeks for Tony & Rob to find and fix all the probs, but it runs GREAT now ! They also extended us a loaner (free) vehicle (2014 Sentra), so the time span was not such an inconvenience. * I highly recommend these folks for work on your upscale automobiles. They are without doubt, the most thorough automobile service outfit I have encountered in many years of motoring. They also are the only people that I know that pledge a 24 month parts & labor warranty on their work !

From the employees, to the owners, to the professional repairs, to the professional sales procedure, to the cleanliness of the facility, I can assure you that this group truly cares; which I believe is the most important characteristic when choosing a place for repairs and purchasing a used vehicle. The fact that they care about all aspects of there business assures near perfect service and a positive experience every time. Though there is no such thing as "perfect," if ever there was a flaw, it was promptly rectified. I have been a customer for 6 years on both the repair and purchase end and have always appreciated there honesty as well.

Inquired about a used Hyundai Genesis. After a few emails talked to Rob on the phone who went over the car and said he would check out the alignment and balancing in the front, and rim scrapes. Told me he would email me later that afternoon, never heard back! At this point he knew I was interested in buying the car. Received email from Tina asking if I had any questions and I replied Rob didn't respond, still no response! I sent another email to Tina and Rob asking if the car is available or not, Still no response! At this point 2 weeks have gone by. When they read this and decide to respond because they got a bad review I don't want any excuses since that doesn't help anyone. They lost my bussiness!

Iannelli Autocars has been working on my VWs for years and I have always been very pleased with their work. After looking for a VW convertible for months, I found the "new baby" on their lot. Rob was excellent as a sales person. He was unhappy with the way the car looked and sent it for some body work . I never expected this, as it was a used car. It looked brand new when I picked it up! The paperwork was handled efficiently and on time. I would HIGHLY recommend Iannelli Autocars if you are purchasing a car or if you need repairs for you car.

I recently purchased a 2011 BMW 550 from IANELLI auto cars and I am very satisfied with the car and how everything went. When I talked with Rob he explained everything about the car, he went above and beyond my expectations by sending me extra pictures of the smallest flaws that all used cars are going to have. In doing this it made it a lot easier to tell if this car would worth my 6 hr drive there, and once I arrived the car was everything he explained it to be. We worked out a great price and I was in and out of there driving my car back home within a couple of hours. It was a no pressure, hassle free buying experience, and the next morning I even got a follow up text to see how my drive home was. Great before and after the sale customer service! I would highly recommend this dealership to people.

This was my first time buying a car sight-unseen. I found my 2009 Mini Cooper S convertible at Iannelli Autocars through cars.com. Chris got right back to me to answer any questions I had. He also sent about a dozen extra photos of the underside of the car while it was up on a lift. They also held the car for me for much longer than I had expected since I was out of state and had a 10-day family vacation already scheduled before I could make the trip to see the car. When I got to the dealership the car was ready for my test drive and precisely as it had been represented to me. I wish I lived closer than 300 miles so I could have them service my car regularly. I'd DEFINITELY recommend Iannelli Autocars to anyone looking for a pristine, pre-owned car. I couldn't be happier with my experience and purchase!

I recently purchased my 2005 Porsche 911 Carrera from Iannelli Autocars. I am a car fanatic and have purchased numerous cars over the years. I was looking specifically for a low mileage 2005 Porsche 911. What drew me initially to this vehicle (ad) was, the quality/quantity and details of the photos and the ad details. Due to the fact I was buying this vehicle from a dealership located in Ohio and I am located in South Jersey approximately 500 miles away I knew I would need to place a lot of trust in the dealership. Having said that, the purchase and transaction was easy and seamless. The vehicle was shipped to my front door without incident. The vehicle was BEAUTIFUL!! This purchase was easier and better than if I bought the car in my home town. Anyway, I can't say enough GOOD things about the people I dealt with at Iannelli (Chris,Robert, and Tina). I would be careful of the service at this dealership. My family recently had our Volvo XC90 into the shop for diagnostic as the check engine light was on. The service tech called me and provided me with a laundry list of items that needed repaired on the car that totaled $2500. Needless to say I was less than happy but had great feedback about honesty of the dealership and how they are half the cost of a Volvo dealership. I asked what could be eliminated from the repairs and the dealership stated all but 2 of the items on the list need replaced (this reduced the bill to $2000). There was little explanation as to the details of the problems or why these issues would be present 50K miles ahead of what Volvo states, all that I got was your car is not so good and these repairs needed to be done. After making a few phone calls I picked my car up requesting no repairs to be done ($119.00 fee for diagnostic). I then took my vehicle to a local Volvo dealership that pulled the same codes and stated that this is a very common problem in this vehicle and nothing needs replaced just cleaned. I have had no issues since having this fixed total cost $200.00. I would be very careful of the service at this dealer as my $200 problem almost cost me $2500.

Well 7 weeks later we finally called Chris and worked the deal out over the phone for a very fair price. They were very easy to work with and one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I spoke to Chris at the dealership about the 2004 Merecedes E55 AMG they have for sale. I he informed me everything worked on the vehicle, body was in excellant condition. I specificlaly asked the condition of the right front wheel because one can see from the picture on line something was going on. He told me and I quote, "It is the clearcoat that is pealing." He said there we no other curb rasshes on any of the other wheels. I told him I drove to Chicago a couple weeks prior to look at a couple cars and both sellers told me their cars were in great condition and no curb rash on the wheels, just as he; however when I arrived, they were not what they lead to believe. Chris assured me they don't do that. My brother-in-law and I drove three hours to look at the car. The "clear coat pealing" was actually gouges on the wheelas if a squirrel was naughing on them. The other wheel had bad curb rashing as well. If everything worked on the car as Chris assured me over the phone, why didn't the the engine start using the engine start push button (yes we did have the foot on the brake to engage the feature)? Why didn't the passenger seat adjusment buttons operating? Why was the cupholder not relaseing to engage from the center console? And these are the items I immediatley saw. I wonder what else was not working. We go into the sales building, Chris was the only salesmane in building at the time assisting other customers. We waited several minutes, he did not acknowledge us that he would be right with us. We were in his line of sight so there was no way he can miss us. It is salesmen like Chris which solidify that used car salesmen are out to make a buck and do what they can to make a sale. I would NOT recommond this dealership. Small used car dalerships buy cars from auctions,fix them up with bandaid repair job to make a quick sale to the unbeknownst buyer.

Chris and Tina made this the simplest car I ever bought. Since I was flying in from out of state it was important to not have any delays in the process. Chris took care of everything with the vehicle. The car (650 BMW convertible) was exactly as described, perfect! After a quick test drive and overview of the car inside and out it was time for paperwork. Tina had all the paperwork all ready (thanks) for signature. Signed and hit the road. My Husband and I were in the market for a car when we drove by Iannelli Autocars. In all honesty we had never heard of or driven by this Dealership before. We were on our way to the Great Northern Auto Mile. As we were driving by Iannellis' we saw their banners waving us in from the road,, That is what initially caught our eye. The Cars on the lot looked nice so we thought we would drop in and see what they had to offer. We pulled in and headed over to the lot to look at the cars. While we were looking we noticed no one was coming out. We thought maybe they were closed. When we found 2 cars that interested us we thought we would inquire inside about them.. We were expecting the door to be locked and were surprised when it wasn't. Once inside we were greeted in a warm manner and taken care of in such a nice way.. Both cars were brought down and we were given the keys to take each one for a drive.. We were having trouble deciding between both cars and had a lot of help and input from Rob. He gave us information about the differences of each car so we could make an informed decision. He took great care of us. There was no pressure on us to buy either car. Just a lot of information that made it easier to choose. The Buying process was even easier than deciding on which car to buy. Tina was great in handling the loan. She got us a Great Loan with Great Terms.. We are very happy to have found Iannelli Auto Cars..

I am an Iannelli Auto Car customer. I purchased a car in 2009, this was based on their reputation for excellent sales and service (Tony, Maria, Rob , and Chris). This year I started to look for an Audi TT convertible, after looking for about 3 months I called Rob Iannelli. I asked Rob to call me if he had a convertible coming to the dealership. Rob said he would keep me in mind and offered to inspect a car if I found one on my own. At that point I stopped looking and decided to wait on a call from Rob. Rob called, I drove and later purchased the convertible. The car was just what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I rarely write product reviews on purchases, but due to the significance of this purchase I wanted to let other's know how wonderful working with this dealership was. My car saleman (Chris) was beyond helpful and sincere; being as I found this vehicle via the web and it's a diesel...I had questions and we had to arrange all details over the phone & through email communication. The entire team at Iannelli helped to make this process seamless and swift! I am a fan of family owned & operated businesses and was happy to find them. I took my pre-owned vehicle in to my local VW dealership once I got home (& before the manufacturer's warranty expired) to get a general "check-up" and the car was clean, with no issues! I called on a 2003 Porsche Boxster they had advertised, late on a saturday, and I left a message. I was surprised when I got a call back about 20 min later by Chris in sales. I was very excited about the price and on the monday after, it was a done deal!. They drove it down to me, for a nominal charge the following day! I wanted a very specific car and was having a hard time finding a place that would work with me in acquiring the vehicle. Some dealerships wouldn't pay me any attention since I am a younger buyer even when I stepped onto their lot. I had no problems at all when I contacted Iannelli Autocars for the first time. I drove 310 miles from Indianapolis to purchase a 2011 Ford Fusion from this dealership. The process was so seamless and well organized that we agreed on the purchase on a Friday at 6:00 pm and by 2:00 pm the next day, I was driving my car home. This dealership is extremely honest and great to work with. The only problem I encountered is that they are not local and are so far away to do business with in the future. First of all, Chris asked me to be honest so I will share that we had a rocky start in that I called about the vehicle I was interested in twice with promises of return calls that never happened (after approx. 10 days). On my third call I spoke with Chris and explained my frustration about the previous calls and not seemingly receiving the attention one might if you were present at the dealership and that's where that ended. He listened to my concerns, was sympathetic and apologetic and from that point on we were able to focus on details about the vehicle and a possible deal. Not only did I no longer feel somewhat less than an in-person customer from that point but it turned into the best dealership experience I've had to date. Chris and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. They even made an unsolicited offer to deliver the vehicle to me in Columbus which blew me away. After agreeing on a deal we were able to get the paperwork and financing taken care of over the next couple days and I had the vehicle before the weekend. They even stopped to wash it before getting to my house because it got dirty on the way here. The car is beautiful, in great shape. I found Chris to be very honest and straightforward concerning all the things we discussed and he made a constant effort to go above and beyond. If I was local I'd certainly go there for service and if possible in the future I will look to them again for any vehicle purchases.

Iannelli Autocars is a unique dealership. They handle only the best high end used cars. They try and match the right car with the right person. They will do everything possible to get you the car you want. All of their cars look great. Many like new. This was the case for my recent purchase, a 2003 E-Class Mercedes with 73,000 miles. It is beautiful, not a mark on it. My friends believe it is new. My sales rep, Rob was fantastic! so we're Marie and Tony. I have friends who have also purchased cars at Iannelli Autocars and they had similar experiences. I would highly recommend this dealership. I have had cars serviced with them for about 10 years. This was the first car I have purchased from them. It won't be my last!

I went to Iannelli's because they had a Lincoln MKZ that I had to have. I went there and it was moderately busy, so I figured this place had to be good. I told Chris the car salesman, that I wanted to test drive the car and that I was very interested in it. He slapped the plates on the car, threw me the keys and gave me a circle that included a city and highway driving experience. I came back and he asked me how I liked it. We began talking about the car (and about some collectable cars) and he didn't try to presure or "force" me to buy the car. I put a deposit down on the car and told him I would be back with the rest of the money. Wow so easy! So when I come back he told me the door handle had a small crack. He got in his car, went down to the local parts store and bought a new handle and put it on my car. That is how it should be. The car was detailed inside and out. IF I EVER NEED ANOTHER CAR I WILL BE BACK. Thanks Chris and the Iannelli family.

After visiting several dealers in the area, I found the I was looking for in this dealer. The car was reasonable priced as oppose to other dealers in the area with overpriced cars. The best thing I like about them is that it is a family owned business in a nice, comfortable place, so the sales people do not tend to sell you the cars aggressively. Great experience.. start to finish. This was a "first car for daughter" shopping trip. From the list of three dealers to check out, this was the first stop. Turns out that it became the only stop. The combination of being surrounded by great looking cars inside and outside, a friendly and professional sales team, and being presented with a very reasonable price for a clean, safe and good looking car that I was comfortable to see her drive, this became a "pain free" event.
