Ziv was a pleasure to work with. He makes purchasing a vehicle fun, he is personable and fun to deal with. He stayed the late hours with us to make sure we were taken care of. I have purchased 3 separate cars from Ziv up to this point, and have never had any issues other than regular maintenance with each of them. Ziv is a knowledgeable salesman, has plenty of experience with cars, and has always been able to find me something that is reliable yet affordable. Cannot recommend him enough, buy with confidence.

Had good experience there. Price was quite reasonable. The owner (Ziv) is confident and knowledgeable salesman with good work ethics. He takes time to explain technical things, accommodate buyer's requests, and made the entire purchasing process smooth and simple (the paperwork took just a couple minutes; I did not have to travel to DMV at all). Will recommend this place to friends and acquaintances if there is a chance.

Purchased a 2010 BMW 3 Series, the car was in top shape. Ziv was excellent and answered every question, explained the buying process and the features of the car. When I came to pick up the car it took less than 10 minutes, plates were on the car, all paper work ready to sign. Could not be happier!!! 100% recommended

I have never seen anyone in the car industry that was so patient and knowledgeable (and I know I could be a pain in the b***). Ziv took the time to explain every feature and detail in the car. I have been driving my Prius for a month now, and it is the best car and experience buying it, I have ever had. I just love my car :)

Ziv was great. He took care of everything on time, as we had discussed. Made sure my car was ready for the test drive, had the autofacts for me for review, dealt with me on price, and took care of the purchase details (paperwork, timing, etc..). Called my lender, insurance....perfect work. A little weird dealing from the back of a plaza, and the small hallway office, but overall, great experience. Car could have been cleaned out more thoroughly for me upon pickup, but the car was such a good deal, I planned on doing a thorough clean up on the interior anyways.

I had a great experience buy a car from IBY Autohouse. I was in a car accident and totalled my car and needed a new on fast. Ziv was able to arrange a time that worked for me to come and see the car. He was very helpful in answering question and let me take the car out for a drive. I ended up purchasing a very nice '06 Honda Civic. The interior was immaculate and the car was in great shape overall. The purchase was very smooth and Ziv was very helpful with the details. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him anytime!

I bought a 2006 Hyundai Sonata from this dealer in late May. Car was in great shape considering it was sold to me at a wholesale price. Ziv was very easy to talk to and the transaction went very smooth. He's a small, independant dealer who sells decent cars at very low prices. By the way, my daughter was involved in a head on crash and totalled this car in late June. Thankfully, her and her friend were able to walk away from this horrible crash with very slight injuries. The car probably saved their lives with its strong safety cage and air bags. I definitely would buy another car from this dealer!

The easiest purchase process I have been through yet. Came in, test drove, put a deposit, picked up the next day in 15 minutes or less. Very satisfied with my Sienna van.

When we asked for a explciacion about dent on the front bumper, is annoying too, including voice went up, I think it is not necessary that customer relations, doubts can be clarified talking quietly.
