We had posted a poor rating of Infiniti of Akron as we had reached out to Nicolas Giardano on the purchase of a high end Mercedes Benz SUV. The original problem was they took a deposit and then told us they were selling the car if we didn't pick it up before the agreed upon date. That was a hassle that wasn't expected, but got resolved -- but we were concerned as this isn't a normal manner to take a deposit and not hold to the agreement. After they made things right (held car as agreed for deposit), we agreed to take down this review. Fast forward to after purchase - temporary tags on car and waiting for the real tags to show as they almost expired. Instead we receive a small check in the mail - nothing else. No email - no letter - no call. Appears at the end of the tags they decided to return my tag fee and left me with an expensive SUV that I now can't drive because it didn't get inspected in OH (not req'd) and they failed to disclose that a tint had been put on the windows that my state won't allow. They also titled the car to an incorrect address (a combination of several old) and not only is nothing coming properly, but I can't title it. I have spent the last 3 days begging someone to fix the title issue and send me a temp tag to allow me to resolve the matter. Manager, whom I finally had to get involved, said they would overnight and another day and nothing happened. Form your own opinion, but I'll never be back or recommend. No customer service and paying for a car that I can't drive

Purchased a car online listed as "new". When I got the car the mileage was high. I was told 1000 the odometer statement says 108 the car after being delivered had 4000. Had I known it started with 4000 miles on a new car negotiations would have been different if at all. Would have dropped the whole thing if dealer would have thrown in a few oil changes. They had the attitude I got from them was it is what it is. No effort to redress the situation.

We traveled 4+ hours to look at a used vehicle we were interested in and they were great to work with! They did the work up front so once we finally arrived we were out the door in an hour. Great service! Clean dealership.

Excellent experience from beginning to end! Talked to Bob on the phone first. He gave the information requested and didn't pressure anything further. Marcus met us on the lot and was knowledgeable and very helpful. The negotiation and appraisal on our trade was quick, honest, and (I believe very fair) for both parties. The waiting room was very comfortable for my family and the staff were friendly.

Dan the service manager is always attentive to the needs of the customer. He always follows the visit with a call to be sure that all is well and you are happy with the service.I have an Audi S8 I purchased in Florida and the service manager was rated #1 in the US. Dan certainly preforms at that level.

Prior to my experience with Infiniti of Akron I always dreaded dealing with car dealerships when shopping for a new car. The haggling, sales person going back and forth to the manager, etc. Infiniti of Akron was different. Everyone made me feel welcome, respected, and comfortable right from the start. Michael was honest and straightforward and worked with me to get me into the new vehicle I wanted. I never felt pressured and the whole process was virtually painless. What is more the entire staff is top notch and very professional. They definitely care about their customers and really want you to be happy with their new vehicle purchase and it shows!

Zoran was very friendly and made us very comfortable in a situation known to cause much distress. Buying a car is usually not a fun experience but very stressful. This was not the case during this occurrence. I am very satisfied with my experience.

I arrived without an appointment and hoped to get an oil change. The service manager was very accommodating, and immediately began my service while I waited. Almost immediately, his system showed a couple of items under recall, so asked if I would like a loaner car since the service would take a couple of hours. I agreed. The service took about 2 hours, and I was able to return at my leisure. This was a great service experience!

After visiting the Detroit Auto show in 2014 and begin impressed with the Q50 & Q70 I decided to visit my local Infinity Dealership (Akron) and get a better feel for how the car was. Upon entering the dealership I was warmly greeted by Jen Fessler the receptionist and my sales man Scott Burrows. I immediately felt welcomed and right at home. Once I started looking at the different models the General Manager Michael Thomas introduced himself to me. He was very warm and genuine. After looking at several cars unfortunately we were unable to come to terms on the M37 I wanted. Several months later Scott reached out to me and showed me a car he thought I would be interested in. I only bring this up because it shows Scott did not forget about me! The car I was interested in was not on the lot so the General Manager, Michael gave me his key to his car (Q50 drive by wire) and let me take it out for a spin. Upon returning to the dealer ship Michael met me at the door and high-fived while asking me about how I liked the drive. How great is that! I walked in on Tuesday, drove several cars and on Friday I was driving away in the 2011 M37 I wanted. Scott Burrows was great. He didnt treat me like a customer. He treated me like a friend! I would be remised if I didnt mention Ksenia Kondratieva (Business Manager) she was also incredible. I feel everyone at this dealership treated me exceptional well. It was obvious to me that everyone here loved working there by how motivated they were to answer all my concerns. I would recommend it to all who are looking for a car. Although my car was in the shop for two weeks, Dan kept me informed (nearly daily) as to the status of my repair and maintenance work. The loaner car was beautiful and dropped off for me... and when my car was delivered back to me, the entire car (inside and out) was clean. I did not expect it! I did not feel pressured and was reassured that my needs as an Infiniti owner would be met by the dealer. He was very helpful in finding a car that suited my needs and budget. He worked hard for me from beginning to end!! Michael, the General Manager, took the time to welcome me and went to bat for me at crunch time!! Ksenia walked me through the financing and closing and even was able to give me sound advise for my finances moving forward!! The service department is five star and friendly!! Even the front desk was a joy to call into!! Look no further if you want to drive one of the best cars on the road, this dealership has it down and is a blueprint for how a dealership should run!!
