As many people do now days they car shop online. I am no different. I found the vechicle I wanted at Infiniti of Lafayette. Brittney Fox was awesome to work with. We traveled about 4 hours from our home to get the vechicle. When we arrived we were greeted at the door and asked if we needed anything after our drive. The paperwork was all in order and only took us about 10-15 minutes signing the papers. It was different than any other car buying experience we had before. We had such a great experience with the staff at Infiniti of Lafayette! After a somewhat stressful commute from Lake Charles (in the rain and flooded areas of late) we arrived at the door and were immediately welcomed by their warm and friendly staff. No snotty, stuck up sales persons that act like its a chore to help you...no, not at this place folks! We were promptly connected to Sharon, (super sweet) who kindly greeted us and arranged for us to be helped by CHRIS SNEAD, our sales person for today. Chris came right out, and got started with us right away. Mr. Bill was even kind enough to help us figure out how to get a complimentary cup of coffee from their fancy machine! (Thanks again, Bill!). Moving on...This day we were looking to trade our vehicle in for one of the used vehicles featured on the lot. Chris never skipped a beat, got the process of having our vehicle inspected for trade in value, and marched us right over to the truck we wanted to see. NO super hyped, over the top, B.S. sales speech...he gave us all the necessary information we wanted to know, as we looked it over, then we were soon taking it for a ride. The vehicle was one of their "As Is" vehicles on the lot, yet their guys made sure that it was ready to be presented tidy, and that the engine was clean. Chris even took the time to go over the car history with us, as we drove around and directed us onto the best roads to get a good feel for how it rides. Of course, we discussed our budget and what we felt our trade in was worth to us before we could seal the deal. He never made us feel pressured and worked with us on the numbers until we all felt like a fair deal was made. Eric Adams promptly finalized the paperwork for us and took the time to thoroughly review everything with us, making sure to answer all of our questions before we left. We're really thankful that Chris, Eric and Sharon stayed (even a bit past the showroom's closing time) to get us on our way with our new (used) truck! We love it so far and SO HAPPY we made the trip to Lafayette to make the purchase. This team is really professional, attentive, genuinely kind and friendly....which ALWAYS helps when you're spending hard earned money! We will DEFINITELY recommend these guys to all of our friends that are looking to buy..EASY BREEZY! Car shopping is sometimes a stressful situation. However, upon arriving at Infiniti of Lafayette, we were immediately greeted by Mr. Luay Alshehabi. Mr. Luay welcomed us inside the inviting showroom.Mr. Luay found the car we had driven 90 miles to see. He was very knowledgable about the cars and all of the latest technology. He answered all of our questions and took extra time to let us test drive multiple vehicles. But the Infitnit Q50 was the car for us!We never felt any pressure to purchase and felt extremely comfortable with the entire process. I would highly recommend Mr. Luay and all of the super friendly staff at Infiniti of Lafayette!

I've been working for a few days with Brittany and Azzam on trying to find the perfect used Infiniti SUV that had everything I wanted at a price I was happy with. When I was finally able to make it down there, not only were they super friendly but also had other options available that met my wants and needs. After a little haggling :) we were able to come to agreement with a newer used SUV that will last me forever!! I currently own a G35 and have had it for 7 years and it's been the BEST car EVER. I look forward to many years with my QX70. The paperwork process was fast and painless lol...I would recommend Infiniti of Lafayette to anyone. Thank ya'll so much

Do not fall for their "upscale" persona. This dealership has dispicable customer service. The crew is snarky and disrespectful. Your vehicle will never be the same once it is brought in for service.Day 1. In late 2014 I traded a tip top Armada in for a loaded QX80. I didn't haggle on prices and even handed over $20k cash of blood money from working in Egypt to seal the deal. Day 1 has been the only day I was confident in this machine working to its expected performance. I should have been hesitant as 8 hours of paperwork made me feel like this was the first time they handled a trade in. I bought a Prius , next door, in an hour the next day.The following weeks were met with what felt like a stuck throttle. The engine would surge and jump out of gear into neutral. It was a true safety hazard as you had no control over the accelerator. My wife commented that at times it would perform this stunt at red lights then jump into gear with high revs causing an almost rear end to the vehicle ahead. I called the service department and was given a rather passive demeanor, almost as though we didn't know how to drive the vehicle. I insisted it was unsafe to drive and we are coming to the dealership immediately. Once again, the attitude was "I do not know if we can accommodate you right now." I had to explain that if someone dies due to this defect, you will have a problem on your hands before they said "yeah, you're right, come on down."Diagnosis..."no problem found" This happened one additional time with the same diagnosis.My wife continued to complain to me about this issue. I recorded video from the passenger seat and brought the video to the dealership. They watched it somewhat interested and then said "yeah we had that issue with the QX56". WTH??? They replaced a "Coupling Fan" PN 21082-5X21A. Other problems:Air Bag Light Flashing. Internal Failure. Replace Crash Zone Sensor. I had to give the same attitude as above to have them look at it. "If we die today because of an air bag failure...then what?" "Okay, we will fit it in."Paid for a tire rotation. Brought to dealership with RR tire 20psi lower than others. RR tire was in same position w/ same air pressure upon pickup. Tire rotation was not performed. Service Manager provided new tire to replace nail filled tire and rotated same. "COVER UP."Fuel Pressure Sensor R1417 Recall.Chrome on front grill is pealing off. Replaced grill.A/C complaints......go on and on. Problem started after replacing the coupling fan above. A/C intermittently would stop blowing cold. No problem found on first visit. Second visit replaced main vehicle battery???, PIPE FRONT 92440-1LA0A and recharged system. A two year old $80k vehicle loosing freon......freaking amazing. I have 30 year old chest freezers that still work. UGH.Yes, the main battery was replaced to fix the A/C. I do not have a ASE Certificate. I do have a MECP Silver Certificate so I know enough about electricity to be dangerous. I have worked on over 20k vehicles in my lifetime. This doesn't add up.Today....we brought it in for A/C again. My wife was told that she must be pressing the wrong buttons on the A/C. She insisted their is something wrong. Low and behold.....the A/C is overcharged from the previous visit causing issues with the compressor. Day 700. Simple things like jet nozzles for the windshield wipers cannot even be resolved. We have mentioned this two times with the same snark cannon from their service department. "Perhaps you are going thru car washes with to much wax and its clogging the nozzles." Why don't you ask if we use car washes before assuming and creating something so stupid? We hand wash our car. When we don't hand wash it......the dealership is washing it, because it is always in the Service Department. Maybe the dealership is waxing jet nozzles. How ridiculous does that sound?? Still unresolved.For $80k you are better off buying a his and hers Yukons. Now you have your own backup contingency plan. Do not be suckered into the Keurig machine and flat screen in the waiting room. If you do.......you will spend half of your days drinking rubbish coffee watching Ellen and The Price is Right.Call me to chit chat about this or if you wish to buy a '14 QX80 with mediocre nozzles. Everything looks and smells like new.......until tomorrow when the A/C fails again and it surges into a school bus.

Great car shopping experience!! Everyone was very friendly even towards my 5 year old. Test driving and pricing vehicles is a time consuming project especially with kids . Mr. Luay was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted and personally walked me thru all of the small details how to correctly operate all the safety features in the vehicle such as setting up hands free calling . My family and I were more than happy with the condition , color and overall appearance of the vehicle when it arrived .

Some might wonder why I gave the rating of 5 stars, First to clarify the reason, I gave that rating only because the sales person "Luay Alshehabi" Hope i spelled it correctly, was very nice and kind, he was helpful. To be Honest, My husband bought the car for me for two reasons, 1- I wanted an infiniti, 2- He liked the sales person personality. We almost walked out of there, because he did not like the sales manager's attitude toward him. Over all, the service was great, and I hope they will keep to their words, they promised to do many things, so HOPE they will stand behind their words! We will find out in the future. Husband is looking to buy him another vehicle, so will see.

I cannot begin to describe the pristine level of service. I work an hour from Lafayette, and was able to execute the preliminary purchase by phone and electronically. As I initially also explained my recovering financial situation, I was handled with the utmost compassion and reassurance. Brittney Fox - Internet Sales Consultant contacted me and did an excellent job of providing a detailed walk around video and detailed interior video of the vehicle prior to purchase since we lived 2 hours north of the dealership. She addressed all concerns prior to our decision to travel to Lafayette LA to view the vehicle in person. Once arriving at the dealership we were instantly greeted and introduced to Assam Sobh - sales consultant who also did an outstanding job taking over after Brittney. The vehicle was exactly as depicted through videos and pictures from the dealer. After deciding to make the purchase all staff pushed to get the deal we were comfortable with and expected and get us back on the road to North Louisiana as quick as possible - even staying after hours so we wouldn't have to make a return trip. Cliff Roy, Jr the business manager, is simply terrific. Extremely professional and personable. I just purchased an Infiniti G37 Convertible yesterday to replace my AUDI TT convertible that was totaled in a 7-car pile-up. My salesman, CHRIS SNEAD was awesome. He was not pushy, but knowledgeable. He was professional and accommodating. The contrast of him to several other salesmen/women in dealerships in other cities and other states--was profound. When I made the decision to buy, it was time for financing with CLIFF ROY. He, too was knowledgeable and professional in the way he presented information about options. He went above and beyond to be accommodating, working with me on a plan that would help get me in the car I wanted at payments I could afford. I'm so grateful!My car is in the shop for final touch-ups and I was provided a loaner until my car is ready. Chris had the loaner clean and gassed, when he noticed metal in a tire and it was leaking air. I appreciate this kind of attention detail that saved me car trouble on the Atchafalaya Basin. He switched it out for another loaner. I experienced nothing but professionalism that is an expectation at a luxury car dealership. (The only thing I didn't like was the constant country music. Maybe mix styles up a little?)

From the moment I walked into the dealership until I drove off in my new car you could feel the friendliness and warmth with each person I encountered..My salesman Azzam Sobh is not your typical car salesman, very caring and listen to my wants & needs in my car buying experience. While looking around I was introduced to the General Manager, Azzam gave me a tour of the service dept, met the service manager. That was all done on my 1st visit, not knowing if I would even purchase from Infinity. It took me a couple weeks to decide and he was extremely patient didn't call to pressure me into making a decision. This entire experience was actually a pleasure, Just ask for the Lebanese Tom Hanks as your salesman. Love my new car.

I found a vehicle online and was contacted by this dealership about the truck they had listed. I live about an hour and a half away from Lafayette and asked them to hold the truck for me so I could come and look at it. They did! I arrived at the dealership the next day and was immediately greeted by the nicest lady at the front desk, who remembered my name when I came back later in the day. Amazing! I was greeted by Justen Wright, who is a wonderful salesman. He was very nice and professional. The whole buying/test driving experience was simply amazing. The vehicle was in immaculate condition just as described. After the test drive, we sat down for the paperwork, This process was as smooth as could be. We then moved over to David Tabb, who went over all of the financing with me in 100% detail. He did not leave anything out. After purchasing the vehicle and surprising my husband with it, we both noticed a small mechanical issue with the vehicle. My husband contacted Justen and Scott Cado at the dealership and discussed the issue with them. Because we live in Baton Rouge, Infiniti of Lafayette made contact with the dealership in Baton Rouge for us to have an appointment with the dealership in Baton Rouge. After looking at the truck, they are fixing the mechanical issue. My husband was told that they will take care of everything!!! WOW! I have NEVER had this experience with buying a car before. I would have to say that my next vehicle WILL come from Infiniti of Lafayette, and I will refer ALL of my friends and family there, too. Thank you Infiniti of Lafayette for making this the easiest and most pleasurable car-buying experience. Great job! Also a "Job well done" is owed to Jackie in Infiniti of Baton Rouge for helping us out too.

I didn't buy my G35 from this dealership, although I wish I had. This dealership has been the most honest and reliable place I've ever dealt with to this day. Mr. Steve was very thorough with his explanation of the issue I had. He had no problems communicating honestly about the whole ordeal. He made me feel at ease while my car was in the shop. This place has been a godsend for me. No other dealership has ever been so reliable. I know it sounds cheesy, but I've been through the worst at other places. You've all restored my faith in dealerships. I'm happy to have met you and will be bringing future business to you. I've bragged to everyone about your hospitality. Even down to the detail you gave my car. It's beautiful! Thank you for being the light at the end of the car business tunnel. I'm sincerely impressed!

We had the best car buying experience ever at Infiniti of Lafayette. Our salesman was Cliff Roy and Mr. David Tabb was there to guide us through the whole financing part.
