This was my first time buying a car, and It was a wonderful experience. There were a few hick ups, but they were Abel to honor the deal agreed up. I will say, that would not have been the case if it were for Chan Nickerson. If you decide to buy from this dealer, I highly recommend Chan. I had a seatbelt issue with my child’s car seat and seat-belt being intertwined and stuck. At first, they were going to charge me $161.00 for a diagnostic fee, but Michael (the head service technician) took time to untangle the seat belt for nearly 30 minutes! He wouldn’t charge me or allow me to tip him. I said so many Hail Mary’s for him and his family. Thank you, Michael! God bless you. Now my son can ride safely with us back to Tennessee!

Jessie was brand new to the dealership and jumped through some hoops to make a deal work and the finance manager got me out of there as quick and painlessly as possible even without the new iPad and Apple Pencil he has been waiting for for a year now.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Elizabeth was so kind and so helpful from the first initial phone call. From the time I got there she made it very easy for me. I did not purchase my vehicle here I was just having it serviced but when I get ready to buy again I will DEFINITELY be back! I want to start by saying the sales team make my car buying experience extremely pleasant from start to finish and I could not be happier with Jonathan at Infiniti and Patrick at Acura. I purchased the diamond fusion for my windshield in which the warranty covers repair/replacement if damaged; sure enough within a month of having my vehicle a large rock took a chunk out of the top right windshield. I immediately had an appointment made with the service team, in which I was assured whether repairing or replacing, I would be able to drop off my vehicle and pick it up by end of day since I would be driving over 3 hours to the dealership. I have a family member drive my car and was provided a loaner for the day. 6 hours later, I receive a call from the service manager that they are ordering a new windshield and it should be in the following week which I then responded I was told same day and all that was offered was a sorry that was incorrect information. This statement was very frustrating beings I had made arrangements to get my car to them weeks in advance. They did allow my family member to take the loaner vehicle back to Auburn. I then left a voicemail realizing I will need to provide my insurance information since I will be driving the vehicle while waiting for the repair. No call back so I emailed my insurance information, no response. Windshield ends up being back ordered (completely out of their control, I get it), finally get a call to pick up my car almost 2 weeks later. Drive down, am handed the keys, and I notice the diamond fusion was not reapplied to my vehicle. The service manager for that day sent it to be applied and my vehicle was returned to me approx. an hour later. I am very upset with how this was handled and with my brand new vehicle being at the dealership for 2 weeks I thought when picking it up they’d have at least ran it through the wash. Nope. The manager then sent it to clean up after I asked and offered to pay for the tint to be replaced on my windshield. I get back in my car and the guys in clean up had left a tire spray bottle leaking on my leather seats 🤦🏼♀️ This was overall an awful experience and the only negative review I’ve ever written which says a lot. The time, gas, and not being able to enjoy my new car for that period of time was very off-putting to me ever using the Joe Bullard service department in the future.

We were assigned a wonderful sales rep by the name of Ms. Chan. She was extremely polite and very understanding to our needs and wants as her customers. Unfortunately, between the Napleton Infiniti in Tallahassee and this Mobile Infiniti dealership there is a trend on the up keep of their used cars. The car we looked at was a 2013 M37, 37773 miles, roughly 4 years old. The condition and cleanliness of this vehicle was completely unacceptable for a big name like Infiniti. The car we were trading in was a 2003 Infiniti G35 and my 13 year old car had less cosmetic damage than the 2013 we were looking at. When brought up to Ms. Chan, she was very understanding and brought it up with her sales manager's who's name is David Lammons. When the issues were brought up to Mr. David, he condescendingly questioned our concerns of the damage and proceeded to tell my husband that he can take off the certified pre-owned in place of getting the damage fixed...which made absolutely no sense... Mr.David's attitude towards our concerns completely turned us off from the whole sale and we left unhappy. However, we were blessed enough to find the same exact 2013 M37 with 14,000 miles, same price, brand spanking like new clean, no damage in Atlanta at a BMW dealership who's whole team was professional and polite. So Mr. David's attitude was a blessing for us because we were able to keep looking and found the same car but newer and in way better condition at not only another dealership but a BMW dealership. So thank you Mr. David :-) We feel bad for Ms Chan because she missed out on her sale that day because of her manager's lack of concern for customer satisfaction. But at the end of the day we got a better car else where.

I called the dealership looking for a very specific car. Ken Hofmann the salesman returned my call, we had an in depth conversation about what I wanted. He located it out of state, called me back within a few hours and gave me the details of two different cars and prices of each with a description of features on each. I made my choice and within a week I drove off the lot with the perfect car. The experience was fast, easy, and all associates where profession, courteous, and very helpful. This is the third infinity I have purchased from this dealership, and the second one from Ken. I am very pleased with infinity and the dealership.The next car I purchase will be an infinity and will be from Ken Hofmann. I've been looking at Infiniti for over a year now. I was there last year around this time and came back cause I love Infiniti so much I decide to trade in my Lexus GS. Last year Tundy Johnson help me and she was so friendly so I came back. This time Mr. Ken Hofman helped us and he was such a pleasure to deal with. Very nice and quick to answer everything we ask. He let us test drive one of the car and when we returned he had another set of key already guessing what we would try next. He is definitely professional and great at what he does. Just say I brought the car I'm been really wanting and researching and he help us accomplish that. He was not pushy and very friendly and personal. We had a great experience and I are happy at our decision in purchasing the Q50S. Thank you so much Mr. Ken!!!

We have just purchased our 3rd Infiniti from Infiniti of Mobile in the last 15 years. This one is a 2015 Q70 and we love it! We have always purchased from Mike McVay who is a great salesperson. He does not pressure you but answers all your questions and concerns. For the last 15 years, we have always used this dealership to service our cars and have found their service to be outstanding. After months of searching for a CPO white Infiniti convertible I found one on the Joe Bullard website very late on a Thursday afternoon. I am 4 hours away from this dealership so I called to verify availability and spoke with Craig Fraser. Craig was very helpful in answering my questions. He actually did a walk around of the car while I was speaking to him. We made a preliminary deal over the phone and I drove to Mobile from Atlanta the next morning to purchase the vehicle. On the way down I received a text from Craig saying that they had gotten me a better finance rate than previously discussed. Upon I arrival I was met by Craig and he had the car ready and waiting for me to test drive and inspect. Craig was not pushy and worked with me on every aspect of this purchase. After deciding to make the purchase the finance experience was good as well. Clarence was a pleasure to deal with. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. The entire experience at Joe Bullard Infiniti was much better than I could have expected. I would not hesitate to purchase from this dealership again, just wish the were closer to my location. I highly recommend Craig Fraser if you're considering this dealership.

This was my first time buying a car and I could not have been more pleased with my experience at Joe Bullard and with my sales rep Craig Fraser. I scheduled a test drive online and when I arrived at the dealership Craig walked right up to me and was ready to show me the car. He was not pushy or aggressive. I received a thank you email the same day as I test drove the car. When I returned to Joe Bullard to purchase the car I was not only met at the door by Craig, but his boss. Both men could not have been nicer or more accommodating. When signing the papers, I was told about an extended warranty, but in no way pressured to purchase. My car had a full tank of gas as well as the oil changed when I drove it off the lot. The staff at Joe Bullard is well aware of how to treat the consumer and make buying a car a great experience and not a hassle.

I was driving down Airport Blvd one afternoon and the prettiest SUV was in front of me .I didn't know what it was but made sure to get up beside it to see. MY husband was in his car behind me as we were headed to look at a new Tahoe . I called him on his cell and ask him to get in front of me to see this SUV. The next day I went to The Infiniti dealership. Never been there before. I was greeted by Ron Johnson .Ron is knowledgeable and very pleasant .. He answered all my questions, concerns and offered to assist me in any way in learning the navigation and instruments.. The test drive was smooth and fun.. Loved the QX80. I am an Infiniti girl now. I purchased my car 9 /11/14. I have had three service calls for regular scheduled maintenance. The service managers Mike Jones and Krissy McKinney provide total trust and satisfaction. His knowledgeable, caring nature makes each buying experience so easy and pleasant - no pressured haggling. We also love the care and attention the service department (Krissy McKinney) gives our cars. There are never any surprises in terms of what to expect. We know we can call Mike or Krissy with any questions or concerns - these are wonderful folks who care about us, our car, and our satisfaction. We will always come back!

I went to Joe Bullard infiniti of mobile to buy a used 2009 g37 coupe. My grandparents has purchased vehicles from them for over 30 years and they had always had a good experience. After reviewing carfax closer I was sold a car that had been in a major accident that they were asking $4000 over what it's worth. I went to try and trade in and now I'm extremely upside down in this vehicle and now stuck with it. Being honest is number one in customer service and they were not clear on a lot of things. I do not recommend at all!

My husband hates the car search , negotiating and buyer experience with a passion. I have drug him along to lots of dealership but this is the first time he said it was pleasant, I thought I would pass out. Our toexperience from Wanda, Clarence, Nick and Lee (our salesman) was by far the best group of people we have ever had the pleasure to work with. I searched for a new car for a few months and wasn't satisfied with anything until I went to this dealership. My salesman, Ken Hofman, was awesome. He wasn't pushy like most I dealt with during my long journey to my dream car. After he made the sell, he even showed me how to work all the gadgets inside! I was very pleased with the customer service and of course my beautiful 2012 Infiniti G25 Journey! I will definitely return to this dealership when I need an upgrade. Thanks a lot!

In April of 2014 I purchased a Certified 2011 M37 as well as turned in my previously leased G37S. I am from Montgomery (190 miles north) and found their products and prices on the internet. The best find I could have made. Lesley Hartley and Lee Thomas were my initial contacts and they were very helpful during my first visit. When it came time to buy, though, this team really began to shine. The optional warranties were explained and the final price was given well before I drove down or had made my decision to buy. And the process was quick and low The car was certified but WAS used and so it wasn't perfect, and I lived in another town 3 hours away. Ben Payne and Lee Thomas worked with my local dealership, Brewbaker Infiniti, to set an appointment and address all my concerns. And all within a few days of purchase.It's such a comfort to know that if your car isn't perfect, your sales and service team are. Thank you Infiniti Of Mobile.

CROOKS.So what kind of dealership with integrity sells from underneath you??.we agreed on a price for a vehicle at the end of the day.i asked if i needed to leave a deposit they said no.next day while getting the paperwork together the salesman says hang on there is somebody test driving it rt now.xxx? I said we had a deal.he said well if this guy doesn't buy it,he's a friend of my manager xxx? Needless to say they sold it to him and i ended up walking..thats just lowclass and they wonder why car salesmen are hated xxxxxxxx.

Infiniti of Mobile has great customer service from the minute you walk into the door, from the receptionist to the salesman and all the way up to the finance manager. They provide excellent service for your needs without giving you that overwhelming pressure that makes you feel like the salesman is watching over you like a vulture waiting to pick at your dead carcass; which for myself is a make or break deal.

I have used the dealership many times to fill our vehicle needs since 2001. Mike McVay and Sean Gleason have been a great help in acquiring the vehicles we wanted. They always greet us by name and treat us like we are family. They are a valuable asset to the dealership. I would only deal with Sean and Mike for my future vehicle needs. I contacted this dealership after seeing the auto advertised on Autotrader.com. I sent an email inquiring about the vehicle price and specs. I was promptly responded to by Ms. Lesley via email and was very pleased to find out that the vehicle was still available. I then spoke with Ms. Lesley via phone and made arrangements to visit this dealership. While in route to the dealership Ms. Lesley called stating she was going to be out of the office briefly and wanted to let me know that another employee would be expecting us. I greatly appreciated this courtesy call, felt it was very professional of your staff. Upon arrival the vehicle had been pulled to the front of the dealership and we were greeted by the absolutely friendliest young lady. Ms Tundy was very knowledgable of the vehicles history and amenties. My husband and I were very thankful for this information. Ms Tundy did a wonderful job handling the processing of our loan papers and meeting our car buying needs. We would definitely recommend her and this dealership to all of our family and friends.

We had a wreck on vacation in Seaside, FL. Marc and Infiniti of Mobile handeled our wrecked car and shipped us a new car back to Dallas. This is one of the easiest and most professional car buying experiences that I have ever had. I would certainly recommend Infiniti in Mobile to anyone.
