I am a customer and have been a customer for a number of years. I have to say the service department has never failed to disappoint me. Always professional and are reasonably priced. I recently went in to get a cosmetic repair done on the lower front end vent cover that popped out of place from road debris kick back from another vehicle. This would have cost over $300 to remove the front end to repair. However, Maritza, the service rep was able to have the repair done without removing the front end. In other words, they could have charged me for over $300 for the repair and did virtually the same thing and I would have never known. This goes to the honesty and integrity of the service department, especially Maritza. Thank you for your professionalism and valuing a long time customer.

Took my car in for the routine oil change and tire rotation, also mentioned about some intermittent rattling noise in ac unit. Jerome made sure that the car was checked out properly and replaced. Noise is gone, car is running good. I am happy. The level of attention that Jerome put in checking the problem like it was his own car to me showed a genuine care for his customers and pride for what he does and pride of the company. Wish all dealers will clone Jerome and deploy him everywhere.

I live in la and they delivered the car to me and then spent about two hours walking me through every aspect of the car. they set up my phones, garage door and seats. the experience with negotiating a price was pleasurable. he told me what he could do and then did everything he promised without me saying a word. I have never had such a pleasant experience as I did with montclair. I will buy all of my cars from them in the future

The whole experience was relatively quick and easy. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, and were quick to address any concerns I may have had. Being my first "lease" experience, they really took the time to explain all of the "in and outs" of it. (Which really put us at ease and made the whole process painless). The dealership itself was very clean and comfortable. (Not much more can be said about that.) Be careful and don't let them take advantage of your situation. In dealership with my handicap husband and you tell them you can't afford a certain amout and they come back with a 99 CENT reduction in a montly payment and then pressure you in purchasing an over inflated gap insurance policy. Follow yiur fitst instincts and go elsewhere. Customer is not #1 as they advertise. Not the sales agents fault he's just doing his job and presenting information that the finance guy was giving him. Kristopher, our sales agent was very nice which was the only good experience.

It was refreshing to deal with a salesperson that wasn't trying to close the sale at any cost. Our salesperson (Chris) was upfront and honest about the buying/leasing options available to us. We shopped around at another Infiniti dealership in Orange County and the experience was worlds apart. Although we finally settled on the same terms as the Montclair dealership, we decided to go back and lease our vehicle from Chris because of his honesty and integrity. I can go on and on sharing my 1st best experience In ever have in buying a new car. Mr. Mouris Haddad, took me from thinking about car to buying it in the spot. I couldn't let him down. I had a great experience purchasing my previous car but Jodi Caccavale at Infiniti of Montclair blew them away. I didn't even have to step foot in the dealership. We handled everything over the phone and via email. She personally delivered my new car to my office in Orange County in rush hour traffic on a Friday. She even spent over 30 minutes showing me how things work. I tried a few of the Infiniti dealerships in Orange County but couldn't get them to respond as quickly as Jodi did. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. This is my first Infiniti but becuase of Jodi it probably wont be my last.

We went to infiniti of montclair not knowing if we were even going to purchase a vehicle, but our experience there was so great, that we purchased a QX 60! Our salesperson Jaime was such a great help in our decision to purchase the SUV, and worked with us throughout the selection/ negotiation process. My husband and I went to the dealership with the thought of getting a midsize SUV. I was interested in the Infiniti QX60 and the Toyota Highlander. I had my heart set on the Infiniti, but only if the price and sales experience was right (I'm HUGE on customer service). Our first contact was with the Internet Manager Oscar. He saw us, and initiated the "what brings you in" conversation. He took us around and showed us the specific model I wanted, took us on a test drive, and then we went back to his desk to "talk numbers".I appreciated his approach because he cut straight to the chase: he came down on the price quite a bit without us asking to do so. We still wanted to see the highlander at another dealership just to compare. I liked the car, but I was completely turned off by the salesperson at the Toyota dealership (more of a reason for me to return to Infiniti of Montclair). When we returned to Infiniti to purchase our car, Oscar told me he had an appointment but he would see to it that we were taken care of. He handed us off to Kevin with all of our wants and needs, as well as the figures we previously discussed. Kevin seemed honest and professional. He helped us to get the payment we wanted, introduced us to the Leasing program, and got me into a better car than I imagined! I say "Job well done". Two weeks later, and I have no regrets and am still in love with my new car.

Ive owned a van for 10 years. I wanted to check out what Q60 has on board so We came around 8pm to this dealership to check out InfinityQ60. Jody greeted us outside and offered to show the Q60 which we ended up test driving after 10 mins of conversation with her. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She showed every detail of the car and if I must say, one of the best test drive I ever had. We came back and was entrusted to Mouris. We were asked what car would we want and gave us time to think. Mouris even moved cars to show it under a light post since this was already 9pm-ish. It was late but we never felt rushed. mouris asked us how much we want to put for our downpayment, and what monthly payment we were looking for. He left for 10 mins and came back with a deal, we could not resist! We were used to getting insulted in dealerships because we would always try to get the lowest possible downpayment and monthly payment-who wouldnt right? We were NEVER made feel guilty of buying a luxury vehicle for a cheap monthly payment. We tried to haggle a bit further and just had $500 more off of our downpayment, even after slashing $6000 off of the MSRP that they gave. We spent about 10 mins in the financing. By 10pm, we were outside with Jody getting instruction on how to drive our brand new Q60! We came with our van, -and left with a luxurious Q60 with almost the same monthly payment. Just $15 dollars more! The most beautiful 2 hr deal! Kudos to Jody, Mouris and the financial guy--whom i forgot his name since we were there for only about 10 mins. ??

I had my first experience with leasing a car (Infiniti 2016 Q50 3.0t Premium) as a replacement for my Infiniti 2003 G35 (96,000 miles) which I had since it was new. I was looking for a replacement vehicle with the equivalent power and features while only using the G35 as payment. He was professional, friendly, helpful and great in every respect: locating the precise vehicle to meet my needs, explaining the vehicle features (amazing changes since 2003), the leasing process, vehicle servicing, etc. He was the primary reason we chose to lease from this dealership. Prior to driving from Fullerton, Kevin spoke with my wife on several occasions to answer questions. In fact, she first contacted him online a couple of years ago when she was contemplating the purchase of a vehicle. I have used Cerritos Infiniti for service on my G35 and intended to contact them but my wife convinced me that Kevin would be a better choice. She was correct. Manuel Fuentes, Finance Manager, was also professional and helpful during that portion of the process. The General Manager also checked to ensure that the entire leasing process was to our satisfaction (which it was).

Three weeks ago I brought in my leased car for service. I had been having trouble with the gas tank. The tank will shut off after 3-4$ worth of gas. I have been driving down the coast and had to stop numerous times to fill the tank to full. The service dept was aware of the problem as it occurs often. So why don't they fix this problem!!! I was told they tried to fill my tank at a gas station and it never happened. I questioned the service rep why this is not being fixed when it is an obvious problem that they are ALL aware of. He shrugged his shoulders and said it was probably the station I go to. Really!!! I travel for my job and use numerous stations. Secondly I have heard a noise in my front end and had brought that to their attention but they claimed they didn't hear that either. Service and the people I dealt with were very disappointing. I was told when I decided to buy the lease out that service dept would contact me to follow. I have left messages and no one has returned my call. I love the infiniti and hope that this gas issue does not become an issue now that I own the car!!!

Buying a car can be tough as its not something one purchases often. My husband and I walked in looking for a new car for him but ended up getting a car for me. Our sales rep Maurice was great. He went out of his way to find the vehicle I wanted. Originally I was told that because the car was coming from Van Nuys, I wouldn't get the car until the next day. Luckily, they were able to get for me that same day! Even though Maurice was done with the sale, he made sure we were taken care of with the finance department. When we got the car, he also made sure I drove off the lot understanding all the cool features my car had and told me to call if I had any further questions. The initial process took place over the phone with Maurice Haddad (the salesperson). He was courteous, kind, and extremely accommodating to our needs. Once it was decided we would be going with a 3-year lease on a new 2016 QX60, all we had to do was go into the dealership to fill out the application--which took about 30 minutes. Since they didn't have the color we preferred at the dealership at that time, later that evening, Maurice brought the car over to our house. We signed the paperwork, he set everything up for us (garage door and bluetooth connection) right there and then, and drove our old car away,The whole experience was a dream!

The general sales manager Joe advised me to pick any car on the lot and he told me to take my time and choose the car I really liked. So as a returning customer I went to my local dealer (Monroivia) sat down with the sales manager and after a few minuets looked him straight in the eye and asked "for a returning customer..this is the best you can do?" He assured me at this price he was just trying to put the deal together. I had a feeling he was trying to put me together not the deal. So I left and called the GSM at Montclair and of course I was correct. Joe put me in a better car (4k higher MSRP) for 40 bucks less a month with the same terms!Joe and the gang are really cool and they know they give great deals so there is absolutely no pressure.Highly recommended!

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Infiniti of Montclair. The first time was for a new vehicle and the second time was for a used one. Both times everyone was very nice and helpful, especially our sales person Chris. For both purchases, the General Manager, Joe Rodriguez, did everything to get me the best deal possible and an interest rate that I was happy with. Most dealerships are nice to you when you're trying to purchase your vehicle, but after you've bought it the friendliness is gone and the rudeness kicks in. This is not true with Infiniti of Montclair. Whenever we take our vehicle in for service we're still greeted with friendliness and respect; plus whenever we ask if we can use a loaner vehicle so we can go get lunch or dinner instead of waiting around they're always accommodating. My experience with Infiniti of Montclair has always been positive and I will definitely return in the future to purchase other vehicles. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Tricked me 3 times. We were set on a price on 8/31, the next day when I went in to sign contract they added an extra $550 on top and are basically calling me a liar for saying they gave us the price "they never said they can do." After leaving the dealership got a call from the sales manager Carols saying if I finance the car I can get it for $250 lower. I went in and finance the car. However, there were "errors" so I ended up still paying the $550..called them to confirm the next day and they claimed that they will mail me a check right away. Well, still waiting for the check to come. The car I bought came with, apparently, an upgraded rims and they called every single day asking me to make an appointment with them and "change my wheels back to standard wheels," when I asked Carlos to fax me a proof of me agreeing to do the rims swap he just hung up and called what he called "the real buyer of the car," who is my uncle. Do NOT recommend them, horrible customer service, even after me asking them nicely to fax me a proof. All I was asking was a paper stating I agree to do the wheel swap. The most ridiculous thing is Carols even called me back just to tell me he's not going to talk to me because I'm not the "real buyer." His tone was really offensive and I found this action ridiculously childish. Grow up, sale manager Carols.

Stay away!!!!I get a call from this dealer asking me if I would like to trade my current Infiniti for a new Q50. I told them that i would be interested only if they can do it with on upside down. I was told that they would call me back. I got a call for the sales manager his name is Maj telling me that he can do the deal. i told him if he was sure because it was to good to be true. Two times i asked him if the deal that he was giving me was a for sure thing or is it going to change when i get there because its a hour drive for me to get to this dealer. he told me yes we have a deal just bring your car in. So i get to the dealer ask for Maj he comes up telling "I'm going to do this for you" after waiting for 2 hours he brings the paper work over and lo and behold the deal has changed. The price that he had given me and told me that we have a deal has gone up by $240 wow. His telling me that he miscalculated!!! how can some one miscalculate by $240. After three hours at this dealership I left with no new car and a sorry from this guy.Stay away biggest liars I'v ever seen in the car business.

I requested a quote online for FX 37, AWD with premium package. Jodie, internet sales manager for Infinity of Montclair, called me and I requested to quote me on Infiniti FX 37, AWD with premium package as well as with the color. She quoted me on 2 wheel drive, which I didn't requested. I sent her a second email, asking for a quote for FX 37, AWD, she replied me back in two days with a quote for JX 35, AWD stating that the price is just a bit more for AWD,MSRP: $44,155 -and my price is $ 39,158. Really? I attempted to contact her for the third time, requesting a quote for FX 37, AWD and she stated " it is just a human error" , but what I like the best at the end she stated" is this what you are looking for?" I wonder now. How is the Infiniti of Montclair is still in business...with such a horrible customer service and do I ever need an Infiniti... and their service. It seems like one customer less, one customer more, Montclair doesn't care. Do not recommend them to anyone!

I live in Northern California and have been searching for about 6 months for a used M37. I am somewhat picky and wanted a certain color (both interior/exterior, and a car in excellent condition.. oh, and with the premium package only. After not finding what I wanted in the N. California area I expanded my search. Well, after a few weeks I find exactly what I want, but it's in Ontario California a good 6 hours away! I call Infiniti of Montclair and Debbra a sales associate fields all my questions and sends the Carfax for my review. Debbra was able to assure my of the cars condition (verbally and with pictures) and left me with a good feeling that I could buy this car sight unseen. Since I am very busy and I know that Yelp has given a good rating I let my instinct, the assurance of Debbra, and the input of general sales manager Joe that the car was in the condition I expect. In the end...I got a fair price, the car was shipped whe and the condition of the M37 was as described, which was essentially in perfect condition! Kudo's to Debbra, Joe and Infiniti of Montclair!!

I bought a used vehicle from Infinity of Montclair. I saw the car on line, visited the dealership, was greeted by a sales rep - very nice guy, who took me for a ride. I liked the car, but I wanted to come back to bring my wife to look at it. The sales manager offer me to take the car home as a loaner, show it to my wife, try it out and even let my mechanic look at it. The whole process took less than an hour. I locked my car at the dealership and took the Infinity home. My wife loved it, so did my mechanic. I went back two days later and purchased the car. I needed some cosmetic work to be done and they did everything exactly like I wanted and although the car had new tires on it, I asked them to replace the tires with different quieter tires and they did. I was waiting for the catch to happen, but it didn't. No tricks no games. I've been driving the car for six months now, and it feels great. Everyone I worked with starting with John Leonard, Shawn Teheri, Olivia Leon and Joe Nickell were fantastic professional people. I definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.

First contact with this dealership was in May of this year. Writer met Kirby Jones while looking to see what was available in new or used cars. My current car was 17 year old Honda Accord EX. Kirby was very good at sharing all the new and unfamiliar features on the various vehicles. She did not pressure me to by that day,she built a relationship that ultimately brought me back to this dealership. On Sat 10/1/11, I stopped in to see Kirby for a possible "Test Drive", she was not in. Sonia assisted, there was a "Stunning" 2009 Garnet hard top convertable with light interior that caught my eye, she accompanied me on the drive, explaining all the remarkable features. While I was signing the papers to purchase the car, I was asked for proof of insurance. As I walked to my Honda, I saw my Garnet G37 go by with another salesman for a Test Drive in "My Car"! :) I discussed this with Manuel Fuentes, who appologetic and assured me the car would be mine. He more than made up for the little mishap. I was extremely happy with the deal that was struck. I feel the price was more than reasonable for all the things that were included. Did I say the car only had 10,774 miles on it! Wow! I was able to add, Lojack, and finish protections along with a great warranty, If the Customer Service & Service Depts. workmanship and attention to detail is as at the level of your Sales Dept. you will have a customer for a long time who will be happy to make referrals. Purchased 2011 M37 vehicle in Mar 2011...still waiting for my permanent roadside assistance card.a. received 2012 owner manual and booklets on delivery of my vehicle. After many phone calls and emails finally was sent (months later) 2011 manual and booklets. Dealership sent me a gift card of $50. to appease me. b. vehicle prepped for inspection had grease spots on headliner above rear seats. Had somebody's cd in player. c. checked vehicle again at home and discovered more grease spots above driver's side window. Rear license bracket with Infiniti of Montclair on it was chewed up..like a dog was chewing on it.d. tried XM radio once and could not receive any stations. Did not receive any phone calls from XM to subscribe. Do not believe XM was ever activated.e. concerned now whether this vehicle was used as a demo and represented as new. After several weeks of ownership, I checked the #2 trip indicator and it reflected approximately 650 miles. Nav system also showed trips to San Francisco and Las Vegas. Odometer on delivery of vehicle had 214 miles on it.f. on delivery of vehicle, received only (1) key ring for (2) intelligent keys. Requested and received an additional key ring weeks later.

I told her I wanted to purchase, but was not immediately in the market for a new car. She sent me catalogs to my house, and followed up with phone calls. She always respected me and called when I asked her to, when I told her I needed more time she left me alone. She was great to buy a car from. She is very open and honest with her sales approach. What a great team! We test-drove numerous cars from the lot late Saturday, but were unable to close a deal that night due to our indecision and the potential of a trade-in - which we didnt have with us. Both Jorge and Steve remained patient and understanding. We returned the following day with our 2005 Q45 and left in a 2011 G37 Sport Coupe. Jorge and Steve were very personable and always kept our best interest in mind. Robert was an absolute wizard with our paperwork and we were out of there in no time! Was possibly going to buy a vehicle, and left with a new fx35. I was really not sure i was going to buy today, but after looking at a few cars John showed me a beautiful blue Fx35 that just arrived 2 days before. I have already purchased 2 cars from them before and it was always great. I stayed away from this dealer just to see if any other cars thrilled me. Was seriously considering a new Lexus RX 350, but after John had me drive the FX, it was all over. I said to myself, if they offer me the deal i want, without a big negotiation, i might just buy today. Shawn presented me the deal, and it took me all of 3 seconds to say "You have a deal"! He gave me exactly what i wanted, so i did not think it was worth any more haggling, so out the door i went with my brand new FX. The salesman John Leonard was great! Not pushy in the least. Just showed me the car, and let me think. I never felt pressured at all. All in all, another great experience at Infiniti of Montclair. I guess i will have to come here forever!

Went to the dealer for an oil change, and get the value of my vehicle in hopes to buy out my lease on a 08 G37. The sales woman, went above and beyond giving me options, pros and cons of keeping current vehicle or purchasing new vehicle. Was extremely friendly and gave the feeling of a sincere caring of my overall happiness. I was so please with her options and over all presentation i left there that day with a brand new car. We went in to just test drive the G37, I had original wanted the Nissan Z370, however my husband didn't like the car when we test drove it, and a friend has a G35 and thinks it is the greatest. We were greeted by Manuel who was friendly, extremly knowledgabe about the vehicle encouraged us to ask as many questions. After looking at several cars on the lot we both test drove the vehicle we were sold, by the smoothness and responsivness of the car, but not sure if today was the day to buy. We went inside to discuss purchasing the vehicle, we original had no intention of purchasing that day. However the vehicle only had 1,600 miles on it and has all the bells & whistles and even the interior was the color I wanted. After much negotiating we came out the proud owners of the 2008 G37, this is my 60th birthday present just 6 months early. Thank you to all who helped make this possible on New Year's Eve.

Before i ever went to this dealer to purchase a vehicle i had heard that the service department was very good. The salesperson i had also told me about how great the service department was and i told her that i already heard about it. I haven't usually enjoyed the experiences I have had with car dealers but Kirby Jones is an exception to the rule. She helped me select my Nissan Maxima that has been very reliable and I continue to receive complements all the time. She was very helpful and made me feel at ease at buying a car from this dealership. She made sure the items that needed attention on the car before I picked it up were taken care of as she promised. The whole experience was so delightful that I plan on buying my next vehicle from her also as I have referred my friends to her to do the same. Thank you for having such a dedicated employee that cares for her customers. And Thank You Ms. Jones for being who you are.

When I purchased my 2009 Infiniti G37 sedan, I had previously visited another dealer, a well as called 3 others STRIVING for a specific price that I wanted. Upon entering Infiniti of Montclair (IOM) Kirby Jones greeted me with a warm smile and guarantee that I would leave them a happy customer. After dealing with numerous other dealerships, I was not so confident about her assurance.But, after spending 3 hours choose MY car, with MY options, at MY price, I can honestly say that IOM is the best Infiniti dealership in Los Angeles. Kirby Jones, as well as the rest of the IOM staff, went up and beyond what I expected any dealership to do. More recently, I have gone there for my scheduled maintenance services, as well as an unscheduled tire problem. I can now say that ALL of IOM's staff is extremely courteous and professional. If I were to buy another Infiniti, I would most definitely go to Infiniti of Montclair.

When I discussed with Kirby the car that I was looking for and the timeframe, she was very consistent and efficient with her follow through. Kirby was so intent on satisfying every detail, to complete this transaction, that she even called to keep me posted on my request, on her days off. Their knowledge of infiniti product played an important role in my decision to stay with infiniti. However, it was their commitment to providing excellent customer service that kept my business. Kirby has been professionally patient with me, willing to make sure that I received the best deal possible while at the same time sacrificing a higher commission. Kirby has also been honest in her dealings with me which speaks volumes about her integrity as a person and has created in me a confidence in working with this dealership. As a result I have been converted into a loyal infiniti of Montclair customer. Miss Oliva in the customer service/parts department has also exhibited the same professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service. Whenever I have needed an oil change, loaner car, or part for my car, Oliva has been prompt and organized making the service easy and pleasant.

Sean Peters, and the rest of the staff at the Infiniti of Montclair were extremely helpful,friendly, and knowledgeable. Sean went above and beyond the normal customer service range to help my husband and I pick the right car for our up-coming family. Sean took the time to compare and contrast the EX35 and the FX35 to help us make the right choice, got to know and understand our needs and personalities to make us feel at home at the dealership. Needless to stay, we got the family car of our dreams and we couldn't be more happier with the service from Sean and the rest of the Infiniti of Montclair team and our new FX35. Within two days we received a Thank You letter from Sean in the mail. These two gentleman showed me a level of customer service that could only be compared to Nordstrom. Upon my lease turn-in I was a bit nervous since I had recently lost my job and was not able to purchace my beautiful G35 and I was expecting to get the cold shoulder since I was not a potential buyer, but that could'nt have been further from the truth! Gabe and Jorge gratiously walked me through the process and saved me a substantial amount on wear and tear fee's. I would recomend this dealership to anyone within a 100 mile radious! Trust me, it would be well worth the drive!

I have been a customer of Infiniti of Montclair for several years now. I have never had a bad experience there. The salespeople, as well as the service people, are very friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to make their customers happy. In fact, my husband and I went in to buy a new vehicle on a Friday night. It was late and we were talking about where we would go for food on the way home. The sales manager heard us talking and sent an employee to get food for us while we were in the finance office. And the dealership paid for it. I don't recall any other dealer doing that for their customers. That's top-notch service.

I came to Infiniti of Montclair to just "look" at a G37 Coupe. After 2 test drives with Jodie and her detailed presentation, I knew I had to buy this car. When it was time to make the actual sale, George was extremely helpful and we made the deal. (Jodie had the day off). I usually dread the never-ending contract signing in finance however, Shawn did a nice job of moving things along while being very informative. I appreciated the extra mile that George took in following me home (long after the end of his shift)so that he could bring paperwork to my husband which needed his signature.I feel that I received a very good deal and exceptional service from these 3 team members. Very uneven sales experience. One salesperson was very nice, very accommodating. The other was extremely rude. It is a tough sales climate, so there might have been some desperation in the behavior of the rude salesperson. But I'd suggest trying the Tustin dealership.

I really could only afford a used Infiniti vehicle. Well I looked at a few local southern california dealers. Infiniti of Montclair had a bunch of Used Infiniti cars that were certified! I found a G35 with under 50k miles that fit my price range. So I went in and spoke with Mr. Cerami....long story short i got the G35 for the price I saw online. I had no problems with this dealership and would recommend them to anyone wanting an Infiniti.

I have owned numerous Infinities since 1987, with all but 1 coming from this dealer. I read the other reviews, and do not agree with them.. This is why I am writing a review.I am not a "shill", and am a real car owner. I have dealt with the sales and service group since they openned in late 1997. Since then, I have owned J30t's, I's, Q's and currently an M45 Sport through them. My wife's car (I30) was recently totalled and if they get the right model/equipment combination in a used car, they'll sell me another.These people have shown a very professional side to me over the years. I was just in last week, and again, saw nothing but smiles and hard work/customer satisfaction.I will not say they are perfect, but they are very close, at least for me. I am a demanding customer, so giving plaudits that are unjustified never happens. Quite the contrary. I believe that others may have had bad luck, or are just unreasonable.Try them. I sincerely doubt you'll be disappointed.

I will never recommend the Infiniti of Montclair dealership in Montclair, CA. After I found that my brand new G35 had a manufacturer defect on the back bumper it was picked up for repair. The customer service coordinator, Yecenia Jaimes, brought a loaner G35 and instructed me to keep my gas receipts for reimbursement. After a four day delay with the repairs, the rep promised me a restaurant card along with the gas reimbursement (totaling about $30) to make up for the inconvenience. After about 3 weeks of not hearing from Infiniti on the gas reimbursements or the restaurant card, I called the customer service coordinator and left a message on her voicemail inquiring about the status of the reimbursements. She never called me back. After another month, I felt a bit frustrated that an Infiniti representative would go back on her word. So I called the Montclair dealership again. I was passed to the Sales Manager, Gabriel Vatkin. I explained the situation to him and he said hed check and get back to me. The following Monday, Gabriel gave me a call. He told me that he spoke to Yecenia and that they had already gone above and beyond to take care of my cars defect and made the effort to pick up the car for me and deliver it with a full tank of gas. Gabriel also stated that Yecenia informed him that I was the one who asked for the gas reimbursements and that she had never offered but instead told me that she would see what she could do. Gabriel said that there was nothing else that they could do for me, since they had already bent over backwards to accommodate me. His tone was accusing, condescending and he made me out to look like an opportunist. He never mentioned the gift card. I was outraged that the sales manager was speaking to me in this manner. I told Gabriel that I did not ask for the gas reimbursement upfront, and that Yecenia was the one who offered, along with the gift card. I would never even think of asking for such a thing! Gabriel continued to take the side of his employee, and raised his voice at me, and continued to turn the story around. He basically insinuated that I was a liar.Honestly, I can care less about getting reimbursed $30 for gas, let along a restaurant gift card. Its all a matter of principal. If the dealership could not reimburse the $30, they could have simply told me so and I would understand. I am shocked by the way I was treated me by the sales manager. I cant believe that they would risk the spread of negative word of mouth, for a measly $30. My experience with Infiniti employees at the Montclair dealership has been horrible and its extremely IRONIC that their tagline is Where the Customer is Number 1. They have no right to make this claim!

Let's start by saying "I will call you right back" never happens. Keep getting told that parts came in but were sent back. Pay for services (3 separate times) that were never completed. They were small items, but who knows what else wasn't done. Scratched wheels on tire rotations, Car was washed (black) and water was left to dry (middle of the day, 100 degrees), causing etching into the clear coat. I asked them to fix it, they say they didn't wash it (window seals were wet, water dripping). Then state they will wash it with acid. Appointments take too long to get. Loaner cars look like rent-a-wreck. Too many more things to complain about.<br><br>Good things---Nick in sales, oil change prices, Service days (7) and hours.
