My friend referred Inline auto sale and I purchased Toyoto corolla 2013 on 04/23/2016. I drive this car for the last 7 days and today battery is drained and jump started twice. I called third party battery service and they verified and informed me that battery has to be replaced. So, I contacted Inline auto sale they informed that they will fix it. I believe customer service of Inline, Hope, battery issue will be fixed for me since I took the car only 7 days back. Thanks, Prabakaran

I've been looking at a BMW listed by Inline Auto Sales and took time off to drive to the dealership to take a look at it which is 45 minutes away. It was sold right before I got there, that's fine, it happens. It was still listed on the site the next day so I called to ask if it was actually sold or not. The person on the phone told me it's still available and there was no deposit put on it. I took time off work again and called before to make sure this was absolutely still available which was confirmed by a different person. Once I showed up I picked up the keys at the front and began to inspect the vehicle, a employee then came up to me to tell me the car was already sold. Amateur hour.

Saw a truck that was advertised by Inline Sales online that interested me. Drove 45 minutes to see it, waited 10 minutes for a sales person, then he brought the truck around to see it. At this point, I was informed that the vehicle wasn't even ready for sale - it needed to be detailed and some maintenance. So, it would not be ready for sale for another week! Bottom line, wasted over an hour of time going to see an advertised vehicle for sale that wasn't really for sale. Very frustrating and disappointing

I found a trailblazer SS online at this dealership. I wanted to trade in my truck so I emailed them the pictures and told them the flaws of the truck so we can make a deal before I drive down to n.c. I live in md so it is was 5 hour drive. We confirm a price for a trade in and told them I will be down in the morning to pick up the truck. I was told ok and confirm what times they opened. So I drove down and thirty minutes away from dealership I called to tell them I was about to be there to only be told the truck was sold last night. There was no email or call telling me this knowing I was coming down. I wasted $60 of gas and put over 600 miles on my truck because of this. That's poor communication and unprofessional. I was told why you didn't call before. I said I'm 5 hours away and left 6 dis morning and you open at 11. How can I call. I wasn't offer money for gas or nothing. Just took a lost over bad communication!

Called them before I left jacksonville to look at a ford excursion. They claimed it was rust free. I took the two hour drive there not only to be told that they were charging the batteries, but to also find the vehicle was plagued by rust that had been painted over! When told about this, they asked WHAT RUST??? Don't waste your time or money

Came in to buy a used 2012 Mazda 3 hatchback, the vehicle overall was pretty good. A few scratches and a chip of paint but was pretty good nonetheless. Buying the car was pretty straight, they helped me resolve issues with the bank, and I'm glad I can call this Mazda 3 my first car. Only gripe would be that the car was almost out of gas when I left, especially for the hour drive back home, but oh well.

Stopped in to look at an SUV I'd seen advertised online and was immediately given the keys to give it a test ride. When I informed the guys upon my return that the cruise control was functioning, they checked and agreed to fix it if I decided to purchase it. I took a few more days to look around from Pinehurst to Sanford and Raleigh before finally coming back to Inline. The price and condition of the Hyundai Santa Fe I purchased were as good as I found anywhere, and I've enjoyed the ride since I bought in March. Only disappointment was that I was promised a full tank of gas by the salesman, but he was out sick the day I picked it up and the tank was nearly empty. But despite that I was impressed with the dealership, the employees, the great inventory they have and I have already recommended to at least two other friends who are looking for cars to check them out. - Sammy

I recently bought a nissan altima from them and it was the first and last car lot I went too because they had great prices and great reviews! I had the same experience! They worked with my budget and I got the car I've always wanted for well below the value of it! And since then I have referred several people to them and always will in the future! I bought my car 2 weeks ago and started having a minor issue a couple of days ago and they told me to bring it back in! No other used car lot is going to do that! Everyone that works there are all very friendly and very helpful! Definitely willing to go the extra mile to keep customers happy!

I called up this dealership to ask about a 2005 Ford Freestyle and get some info before I drove all the way there from New Bern. I spoke with Sam and he was very helpful. When I arrived Sam grabbed the keys right away and showed me the car. I felt that the deal was fair, my trade value was fair, and they offered a warranty from a third party that was well priced. The experience was very pleasant and I never felt anyone was pushy at all. Very nice to do business with.

I bought Suzuki car from Inline Auto Sales. The car is in very good condition and runs smooth and excellent. Tony and John are very friendly and I didn't have any sort of problem dealing with them right from selecting the car till the moment I took the car. They did not say any false statements about the car. That actually helped me selecting a car of my choice and satisfaction. They completely cleaned the car and did all the repairs and checks before delivering the car. The car didn't had proper handles and they replaced it for me. I don't know where to start about these guys. I did not expect to buy the car I was test driving, and I'll be honest: I was a little put off by the fact that they had to ride with me, but I understand since it was a very nice BMW. That said, as soon as we started riding, my wife and I realized that the car was something we could be seriously interested in. After being annoyed by how "stiff" the prices were at other lots, knowing that the sticker prices are often a bit inflated, Sam told us that everything is negotiable. I appreciated Sam's calm, relaxed, friendly attitude, and the way he was very knowledgeable about the particular car I was curious about possibly buying. Now just because I like someone doesn't mean I'm going to buy a car from them... At the end of the day, though, my wife went out on a limb and did an impulse buy--which, mind you, had nothing to do with any pressure. There was no pressure. Now, after working with me to get the price as low as it could conceivably go, and much farther down than anywhere else (ebay, Craigslist, autotrader), I cut a check. The thing that made things interesting is that the car actually malfunctioned, went in "limp mode," and was effectively broken down the following day. This was very strange since it had been such a beautiful and smooth machine the day before. Of course I was devastated, but figured I bought the car "as is," and should have done my due diligence with a mechanic beforehand. Anyhow, when I told Sam about the issue, he immediately drove to my home to take a look at the car himself. When he couldn't get it running himself, he told me he was afraid it could be the catalytic converter which is VERY expensive for BMW's. But the shocking thing is this: he promised to pay for the repairs. Hello, folks... that is UNHEARD OF in the used car industry. So without any warranty implied or otherwise, he had my vehicle repaired and it's now an EXCEPTIONAL machine. I've bought plenty of cars, and this has been very refreshing. Inline Auto doesn't mess around. They're straight up. No lot can know if every last car is in absolutely perfect shape (and used cars can't be literally flawless), but these guys do a heck of a great job. Kudos. I'm very impressed and pleased with my purchase.

Found their dealership through Cars.com, then found exactly what I was looking for, at a price I could afford. Sent them an email with all my contact information, including both my phone number and email address. I asked a couple of questions regarding the vehicle, and asked them to get back with me as soon as possible. To his date I still have not heard from them! Makes me wonder why they would advertise (spending money), then not bother to follow up when they get contacted. Either they are Super Rich and just this as a Hobby, or they are complete fools. You decide. I vote the latter. Let them keep their cars, and I will keep my money. My old Grandpa had a term for folks like these guys, "KNOTHEADS".

Put in a financing application and after several phone calls in to them to follow up, never received word on whether or not application was approved. I definitely do not recommend this place. You won't have to look hard to find a MUCH better dealership.

They failed to mention or show the body damage on a car i was interested in. They acted like it was no big deal. Offered to put touch up paint on a wrinkled fender. Extremely shady. Was all around a bad experience.
